Heartstorm - What you need to know! - Duration: 1:55.

I decided to call the album "Heartstorm"

because all of the songs are very big, intense, and emotionally driven.

There's a lot of heart in the lyrics

a lot of passion, pain, and also a lot of turbulence as well

so it seemed quite apt to call it "Heartstorm".

I guess it's kind of hard to explain

if you've ever felt jealousy or anger or even a very strong love

you'll know that it's an intense feeling it seems to burn away right in your heart

and I guess that's a "Heartstorm".

The album's been a work in progress for over a year now

and we've been working with talented musicians from Malaysia.

They approached us out of the blue

and asked if they could re-record a version of our song "Red Hot City"

and that turned out to be amazing

so then I did something very strange for someone so secretive

and shared all of the songs that I'd been working on at the time.

There's lot of intensity, emotionally-charged songs on a range of themes ranging from

love and hope to darker emotions like jealousy and even vengeance.

There's epic guitar solos, intricate piano, pounding drums

and there I am at the eye of the storm trying my best not to get blown away.

We've not set an exact date yet but we're hoping to release it by the end of summer.

We might have one or two music videos out before then

so keep your eyes peeled and stay tuned!

THICKENED NAILS

If your nails are too thick (like animal claws) this may indicate circulatory problems or

lung disease.

Another problem that you might have if your nails are too thick is a fungal infection

or allergic reaction to some medications that you are taking.

DISCOLORED NAILS

Your nails should have a white bed in its base and the rest should be pink.

If there is a change in the color here are some potential problems, you might have:

White nails mean you might have some liver disorders or hepatitis;

Blue nails low oxygen in the blood; Red streaks on the base means heart valve

infection; Green nails mean bacterial infection;

Dark stripes may indicate congestive heart failure;

Dull-colored nails mean vitamin deficiency.

areata, zinc deficiency, and psoriasis.

Some diseases that clubbed nails may indicate are AIDS, lung disease, inflammatory bowel

disease, and liver disease.

BRITTLE AND DRY NAILS

This condition may be connected to problems in the hormone levels, thyroid disorders or

fungal infection.

For all these conditions the treatments need some time until they turn back to normal.

for advice.
