you must let go of to attract what you want the fastest has to do with a

negative self-image or a self-image that's tied to negative thoughts so you

see our subconscious Ryan mind runs most of our life experience and the idea

behind this is that we will always subconsciously do everything that we

possibly can to remain consistent to the way that we define ourselves now the

thing with this is that it's what's called a cybernetic mechanism which

means that in the same way you think of a thermometer on your house if a

thermometer is set at 75 degrees the window opens it gets a little bit hotter

hotter or colder there's a cybernetic mechanism inside of

it that triggers the AC or the heater to go on to bring it back to whatever it's

set to now in the same way you might have an intention you might be thinking

to yourself I'm going to create $100,000 this year but if you see yourself as

only able to accomplish maybe fifty thousand dollars subconscious forces

come into play because it's negating what the subconscious mind thinks that

makes it so that you only make fifty thousand dollars a year so the solution

to this is learning how to change the self-image when you change the way you

see yourself this is where everything begins to change and that's one of the

main parts of that course that we've created is it shows you how to

powerfully change your self-image so that you get a completely new reflection

in your life now this is something that will change just about everything

because the way that people respond to us is based upon what we are projecting

out and the way that we see ourselves when we change the way we see yourself

we're projecting out a new self-image and then people respond to us in a

completely new way this was something I realized I've shared this story with you

guys before but when I changed my self image when I used to work at my old job

when I used to work at Nordstrom's as the back in like 2012 I worked there I

learned about the law of attraction I was applying it but I found I kept

coming up with the roadblock like I couldn't make exactly what I wanted per

day I couldn't be you know the kind of person I wanted to be to like make the

amount of money I wanted but this is what changed everything

I started to see myself as a top performer I started to see myself as

somebody that was always busy that always had the customers coming to him

which was me and what happened was is through doing that I then within a week

became the top seller in that apartment until I left the store like a year and a

half later so that was something that really proved to me the power of the

subconscious mind that the power of the self image and that's why we've included

it in the program because that will help you change just about everything about

you now the second thing that you must let go of has similar to do with

something I've talked about before which is letting go of the outcome but I'm

gonna word it a little bit differently instead of just letting go of the

outcome decrease its importance now this sounds kind of counterintuitive why

would we decrease the importance of something that we really want to create

were the idea behind this is we must understand desire in a much different

way a lot of times desire embodying the emotions that we want if we really

desire something is so important to us and we put our desire on a pedestal we

create distance from being able to experience it now think of it maybe like

there's somebody you're attracted to and you want to talk to them if you put them

on a pedestal you make it very important that everything goes right you're gonna

create resistance and that person will feel that off of you it's a similar type

thing when it comes to our manifestation if we put up on this high pedestal we

say I want to make a hundred thousand dollars a year and it's so important

that I do and that I desire it so much but we don't actually move into the

intention of it or we don't actually move into embodying what it would feel

like to already be making that kind of money then we distance ourselves from it

and it never really comes into our experience this is why a lot of times if

we have an attachment to the outcome we continue to create that resistance

because we want it to happen in a certain way the solution to this is by

understanding the power of intention and how to embody the emotions of what you

want now that's something also that we've

included in the law of attraction accelerator program is a powerful

visualization process that uses what is called dual induction technology and

what this does is this influences the subconscious mind in a powerful way by

putting it in reversing what side the sound comes through in the headphones

what it does is it uses NLP which is called neuro linguistic programming and

it will help you see yourself in a completely new way and really begin to

embody the emotions of what you want to experience this is a complete game

changer when you learn how to do that that's what part of the program teaches

you but just to give a short explanation now if you focus on seen through the

eyes of yourself like as if you're experiencing what you want in your life

and you learn how to feel from that place that's where you'll really tap

into the feeling that's where everything begins to change the third thing that

you must give up in order to accelerate the law of attraction process has to do

with giving up a negative state of being now the idea behind this is when we put

ourselves in a good state and we learn how to control how we feel

that's going to be the degree to which we experience what we want in our life

there is a direct reflection between how we feel towards what we experience in

our life if we are tied down to negative emotions or maybe attachments to blame

or attachments to thinking that the world is just happening to us

we continue to create that self-fulfilling prophecy so if we learn

how to let go of those negative definitions we're going to start to feel

better in the present moment and as we increase our own state of being

that's where everything begins to change so this is also kind of similar to the

second one which a little bit has to do with embodying the emotions of what we

want right now in the present moment but understand that if you feel like you're

you have negative resistance inside of you one of the easiest ways to

completely get rid of that is to simply observe it rather than react to it just

be aware that it's there don't resist it don't try to change it just be aware

that is there and then simply decide to feel it as you feel it you are

processing it and then you will paradoxically enough start to really let

it go so that will really help you accelerate the Law of Attraction process

remember that in order to accelerate the process you must change your self image

let go of any thoughts that are tied to that negative self-image use it by

changing your subconscious mind that's why we've created a law of attraction

accelerator which is in the description box below secondly what you can learn to

do is to embody the emotions of what you want right now in the present moment by

not being attached to the outcome and then thirdly just let go of a negative

state of being and as you do that you will feel better and you will attract

Welcome back to Warped perception.

This is part 3 of our see through Car Series.

In the first episode.

I ran this Beast Through some of the worst streets.

that I've seen in the city of Chicago.

And I left off by popping both by Popping both driver's side tires.

My goal here is to show People.

What happens to their car.

And how the suspension works.

If they hit a pothole like this.

And in preparation of this episode.

Mercedes-Benz of Chicago gave me.

Some additional Wheels to put on standby.

Because this Is about to get extreme.

Alright thanks Ed.

Turns out they forgot to send me the trigger.

So now.

All right there is my pickle switch.

Perfect.

It's getting kind of tricky.

Because I'm going to have to drive the car as fast as I can.

Through this pothole.

And then get the car to a stop.

Then somehow figure out how I'm going to touch these two wires together.

Now that we got all of our high speed cameras set up.

There is just one more thing we have to do.

After the last run in Kingsbury Street.

Where I got the car airborne.

Unfortunately the transmission stopped shifting.

And in order for me to get more speed.

I'm going to need more gears.

But lucky for us.

Mercedes-Benz of Chicago has a brand new service facility.

Right over there.

Oh yeah there you go baby.

That's what we're looking for.

Oh man that looks like a transmission module to me.

That's the piece that was missing all this time.

Oh yeah my transmission modes are back.

Nice I got Gears baby I got Gears.

Now before I only got up to about 25 miles per hour.

This time I am going to try to get the car up.

To as fast as I possibly can on this stretch of Street.

And my goal is not only to pop the tires.

But also break the rims.

And hopefully tear the suspension apart.

Oh what !!. Well that was pretty amazing.

Apparently I was going too fast.

And the tires skipped right over the pothole.

I guess this is what happens when you're on the freeway.

And you're going too fast and you see a pothole and you hit it.

But you don't actually feel it.

So there you go.

One of the mysteries of hitting a pothole explained.

So I'm going to do that run again.

And I'm just going to go a little bit slower.

Maybe about 5 miles per hour slower.

I was doing about 45 or 50.

And then hopefully it dips down enough into the pothole.

To cause some damage.

That was the second attempt.

I slowed down a little bit.

But it still skipped over the pothole.

I mean it was clear.

It was nice and Center.

And you can see that the wheel went in just a little bit more.

I was doing about 5 to 7 miles per hour slower.

But this is not what I'm looking for.

That's all I got to say.

So I'm going to move back to the other potholes.

That destroyed our tires in that previous episode.

Here they are right here check it out.

This was the last pothole it was the rim killer.

And these were the primers.

These are the ones that kind of got all that momentum.

That shock in the suspension going Up and down for that last blow.

So I'm going to hit this up again 50 miles per hour.

Through this section.

And I'm getting a little aggravated.

Because I want this thing to just break apart.

But apparently it's built like a tank.

So this is going to be my 3rd attempt.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

And hope that this thing just rips apart.

whoa !!.

Ohhh !!.

Now we got warning messages.

Look at this.

The side curtain airbags deployed.

Yeah I was wondering.

I hit that really hard and it was just like.

and our tires are still intact.

But that thing was really loud it sounded like a firecracker in my ear.

I had too many explosions already.

At least at least we got some kind of damage thank God.

Man all day shooting here.

Finally got something.

We're going to call it a day because we finally got some damage.

Got the car back safe and sound as you can imagine.

I don't think there's much worse than what I just put that car through.

Take a look at our damage a little bit more.

A little closer I mean this is like a huge hole.

As a result of that pothole.

And it's the end of our day.

I'm exhausted.

And that is pretty much going to bring this episode to an end.

But I am planning an episode 3.

Which is going to be a lot more extreme than this was.

The results were okay.

They were good.

But I just didn't feel that it was as Extreme as I wanted it to be.

So I'm going to plan a third part.

That's going to be more extreme than this.

And I can't believe that the car survived this long.

It happens to the best of us: You get injured, find yourself working around the clock or are otherwise forced to put exercise on the back burner for a while.

And when the holidays roll around, you're also provided an incentive to eat and drink and skip your workouts until January.         1.

Cardiovascular Fitness Starts to Tank After One Week Aerobic fitness is defined as the ability of the body to transport and utilize oxygen from your blood in your muscles.

This measure, also known as VO2 max, decreases after as few as one to two weeks of inactivity, says Danielle Weis, doctor of physical therapy with Spring Forward Physical Therapy in New York City. "The functional capacity of the heart also decreases.

After three to four weeks of bed rest, your resting heart rate increases by four to 15 beats, and blood volume decreases by five percent in 24 hours and 20 percent in two weeks."   2.

You Lose Cardiovascular Fitness More Slowly If You're a Seasoned Exerciser If you're new to fitness and recently started working out (less than six months), you'll lose fitness faster than someone who's been exercising a year or longer, says Brad Thomas, M.D., orthopedic surgeon and UCLA chief of sports medicine.

"You'll lose up to 40 percent of your cardio fitness, but your fitness VO2 max will still be higher than someone who's never exercised," he says.

For example, you take two people: one who's exercised regularly for two years and the other for only two months. If both stop working out, they will both lose all their gains quickly — by about six weeks.

"But the well-trained athlete will lose about 40 percent and then plateau," says Thomas. So trained athletes lose less fitness than sedentary people who've only recently started exercising.

Flexibility Loss Occurs Quickly You lose the benefits of flexibility quickly if you take any substantial time off from stretching, says Michele Olson, professor of exercise science at Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama.

"After a bout of flexibility exercise, the muscles and tendons begin to retract to their typical resting length — particularly if you sit during your commute regularly and/or sit at a desk at your job." Olson notes that you'll notice a loss of flexibility in as few as three days, with even more pronounced changes occurring at the two-week mark.

"Stretching should be done at least three times a week — if not daily," she says. Strength Starts to Diminish After Two Weeks When you quit strength training, changes in your muscles begin to occur within days, says exercise physiologist Michelle Olson.

"Muscle, when not receiving its regular challenge, will start to lose protein, which is absorbed into your circulation and excreted via urination.

Small but meaningful loss in muscle protein (the building block of the contractile units for each muscle fiber) can begin to occur in 72 hours." Noticeable changes when attempting to lift your usual amount of weight show up in two to three weeks, adds Olson.

And as with cardiovascular fitness, long-term exercisers will see a slower muscle loss than those new to exercise, says Dr.

You Lose Power Faster Than You Lose Strength Power, defined as strength times distance over a period of time (e.g., how quickly you can hoist a weight or dash across the street to make the light), fades faster than strength, says physical therapist Danielle Weis.

"Strength losses first occur due to a change in the nerve's impulses to muscle fibers, shortly followed by actual muscle wasting." During muscle wasting, protein breaks down at a faster rate and protein synthesis (building) drops.

The time it takes for you to return to your original fitness level depends on the reason you stopped exercising in the first place — whether due to illness or simply lack of time.

Fitness Levels Decline Faster When You're Sick Someone who's healthy and takes a break from exercise loses muscle mass and cardiovascular fitness more slowly than a person who stops exercising due to an illness or injury.

The latter will lose fitness levels twice as fast, says Dr. The stress of an illness or injury takes a greater toll on the body than simply taking a break when you're healthy.

Whether you're an athlete or recreational exerciser, if you've taken a few weeks off from your routine, your level of deconditioning will be pretty low, says physical therapist Danielle Weis.

"If you are recovering from a fracture, surgery or have been on bed rest, it can take up to and longer than 12 to 24 months to fully recover."  .

Phil Collins has let fans in on how we can bring in the New Year with his classic In The Air Tonight drum kick as the clock strikes midnight.

What a gent.

The 66-year-old told Twitter followers: If you play In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins on December 31st at 11:56:40 the drum break will play as the clock strikes midnight. Obviously, the rock star wants us to see in 2018 properly as he added: Start off your New Year right.   The former Genesis drummer wrote the 1981 hit after splitting with first wife Andrea Bertorelli, and has been a hit for many generations, especially as the song and its epic drum break feature in Cadbury's Dairy Milk's 2007 TV ad.

The ad was made even more memorable as a gorilla appeared to play the famous drum break.

Its great to see the singer in great spirits after he made a visit to a hospital in Newcastle hours before his UK show.

The London-born singer was admitted to Freemans Hospital in Newcastle on the night of 2 December but he reportedly only spent just over two hours there before he left to perform his show at the Newcastle Arena.

Sources claim that he arrived and left by Out Patients which was closed off as he was wheeled in a wheelchair.

'I'm surprised the show is going ahead tonight because he really isn't well,' Phil's driver told paparazzi before he drove the artist away.

Being the champ that he is, Phil later stunned fans with performances of his greatest hits, with many taking their joy to Twitter.

  In June, Phil worried fans when he cancelled gigs after receiving a nasty gash on the head when he tripped on his way to his hotel bathroom; the two Royal Albert Hall dates were then rescheduled for November.

He was kept in hospital overnight for observation after he underwent surgery to the wound on his forehead.

More: Phil Collins At the time of his accident, it was revealed on his Facebook page that he suffers from 'drop foot', which makes it difficult to walk and contributed to the mishap.

The musician returned to stage a week later following his injury, resuming his tour in Germany at the Lanxess arena in Cologne with a plaster on his head.
