Closed Caption by YouTube unsolicited private messages stay tuned

every friend this is all are coming to you live from my empire Pro Studios

Automobile Studios here over here this week decided to do this for my car this

week I want to talk to you about unsolicited private messages and and how

that's applied to your business that's a question that came in I'm putting them

on the road so I didn't have the exact question the question was to the effect

of should I private message my product to people on Facebook and there's a

chapter I think it's chapter four or five inside of the book Empire line star

secrets where I cover basic marketing and advanced marketing I think this is

chapter six and I also I think chapter five was about reps and versus

entrepreneurs and you know reps and entrepreneurs representatives and

entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs take ownership they take responsibility and

they build the business and you understand the fundamentals and and I'm

gonna tell you right now if you're asking me if you should send unsolicited

private messages to strangers on Facebook there's very high chances that

you don't know the fundamentals of building a business and that's what I

want to suggest that you go through my Empire products um as you see on the

screen and download a free copy of the book and make sure you read it 10 to 15

times okay that book would change your business for

the better okay so with that being said let me just tell you what I feel about

that okay it's not necessarily about the unsolicited part of it it's about value

okay it's about value but you know value from the standpoint of the person you're

trying to relate with okay value it's not value unless the person you're

giving it to see it as valued okay a lot of time we lie to ourselves a lot of

time I would say hey this brother is gonna be hot poppin it's gonna be really

great you could be wrong in other words it may not be valued right it may not be

valuable to the people your audience you're trying to share with okay so it's

not good enough for you to see something as valuable your audience your consumers

the people you're trying to relate with right your traffic your website you

leave your audience you follow us you know your your poor your prospects the

need to see that as value okay let me see that's valuable and you don't see

that valuable guess what it's not it's not valuable to them so valuable is a

very relative term to use when it comes to business it needs to be seen as

valuable on the receivers end not you now with experience over time right back

Express comes from collecting data right you collect data a lot of data over time

by a continue to do business you learn more about your audience you learn more

about your market you know what they want you know what they respond to that

comes from experience that comes from collecting data over time right

eventually you may know what's valuable to your audience only you would know

that that's why when I consult to people I asked them questions for them that I'm

hoping that they have answers to with regards to what kind of audience do they

have what kind of market what did you respond to what what do you like already

you didn't like certain things already I simply advise to dig deeper into that

I don't advise to go find something else okay if you dig deeper into something

that that's already working okay and that's pretty much my approach to

business and life in general right something is working keep doing it

unless it breaks completely you know but sometimes people end up saying oh I'm

going to get over spaghetti right treat all the stuff and you're all over the

place and you're all messy right so so that's oh that takes me back to again

unsolicited private message ooh what does that have

to do also is there private lesson use

marketing from a marketing standpoint marketing that you do where you just

push and stop down people's throats all right that's called interrupt marketing

okay that means people are just about their life and you just shove something

down their truth does it work yes it does okay I can't I can't stop flying

something over the sky here and some people may say hey yeah that's that's

I'm interested in that that's called interrupt marketing okay is it the most

effective way to market not necessarily okay they're also a sector of the market

that's already searching for what you have to offer okay so you want to ask

your question where does also see that private messaging on Facebook fall and

I've got to go is that interrupt marketing or search

marketing okay somebody already searching and researching or searching

for something similar right or already following somebody similar to what you

have to offer or your products similar to what you have to offer you know one

involves a lot more work on your part to sell and the other you pretty much your

heart selling okay the hard selling works yes it does work

do I prefer to not hard sell I prefer to not have to hard sell I prefer to have

the product do its own selling I prefer to have the customer the consumer the

receiver I prefer them to have to sell themselves or me okay and the way I like

to do that is I like to strategically position myself in the market place it's

all about positioning posture and positioning the way you present yourself

the way you present to people make all the difference

and the fact that you are sending unsolicited private messaging is already

a negative okay unless a coincidence or a coincidence actually happened you're

not really gonna create customer from that the only thing you're gonna do is

annoying people okay unsolicited messages are typically annoying unless

there's a coincidence that happens oh ma you know like a miracle like like a

miracle just happen like oh man I was just looking for that product right but

it typically it's not gonna be that way so what you're doing essentially when

you sell on so is unsolicited messages to people where you're not giving values

what you're doing is you're putting people on the negative side of your

brand more than anything else now there are exceptions to every rule

okay there's always a section to every rule sometimes it could be like hey how

you doing folks again you want to build some kind of rapport okay you gonna

build some kind of rapport and you want to also play the with game in that

situation you want to play it wide another one you want to talk to a lot of

people you want to initiate conversation with a lot of people before you start

shoving stuff down their throat okay so for example for me one of the strategies

that I'm actually gonna explore so I'm giving this book away which you can

download for free Empire empire empire lifestyle secrets right

I'll give you this book away one of the strategies I'm gonna explore is get some

of my team members to give the book away for free in what you may want to

consider unsolicited private messages so again you're giving something of value

away for free right but even at that you can't just shove you down their throat

with the link you want to kind of build some kind of rapport okay so with that

kind of rapport I'm giving an idea right now you could you could have a set of

three questions okay that creates curiosity right so you say

hey what's going on all right it's nice to see you we're both on this group

right so you want to have something that they can relate with with you right

we're both a part of this group right we're both a part of this guy's fan page

right oh yeah I do follow him there so what's going on you're in business or

something you you know clear up or it could be three to four or five no more

than five questions that way you're also playing the time game because time is

the biggest asset that you have the most valuable asset rather okay because

simply because this limited amount of it right yeah be patient but you don't have

time right it's something we struggle with when it comes to time right so with

that being said you want to build rapport and then you want to give

something away for free where they gets good downloaded on your website and then

they can get on your list and if you want to do that to five to ten people

per day that's a good strategy that you can apply okay when it comes to private

messaging people on Facebook boy again you always there's something called

targeted marketing make sure there are people following that you have signs on

their profile that they in fact have some kind of interest in what you're

offering okay the more you can do that the better the more targeted your

traffic will be right so that's very very important for for you to note okay

so for example for me Empire life - it's a book I'm giving away I could go on my

pages and look at the people that I've liked on my return I'll just say hey

thanks for the like thanks for sure love to my post on facebook so what's going

on with your business okay great good good

listen I need a favor I'm you know I'm launching this new book I'm giving you

with free you gotta promise me you're gonna

read it so again I'm flipping it right you have to promise me you're gonna read

it right cuz I want to give you a free copy right now oh yeah sure I'll check

it out right and boom just drop the link okay let me know what it Indy and that's

it okay that person not only is that person a lot more valuable or for

quality of prospecting your business the equity that you built right there by

simply connecting with them it's a lot bigger than somebody we just clicked

over from an ad on Facebook okay now I just look I prefer it because I have to

clean numbers gaming that okay cuz I can use my money to work for me but I can

tell you that it's a trade between time and money okay if you spend some time

you build a lot more equity if you use money it's not so much equity but the

numbers can play out and still build your income okay

so no I don't I don't I definitely don't advise on solely

seated private messaging on Facebook as a form of traffic for your business

I don't okay however you can build rapport okay so for example those

wholesalers that are here right now you're looking for motivated seller hey

what's going on hey what's going on with you know anything about real estate in

your area this I'm looking to buy some real estate let me know if anybody's

look at the sale that's it okay that's marketing right there you could do that

absolutely but again can you be consistent with that because the game

wanna think you want to position yourself for your business its

positioning yourself for consistency because consistency is a very hard thing

for us to do as human beings and the best thing you can do for yourself in

business is to position yourself so consistency is very easy okay and that's

one of the reasons why I told you create three to five questions that you use the

spark of conversations on Facebook and don't sway off of it

don't don't spend more than three minutes talking to anybody in any given

time on Facebook because the more your time you spend with them the less you

value yourself so you create connection you find the balance between create

connection and you still maintain your value as a hot prospect in the

marketplace and you definitely want to do that if you're gonna do that make

sure you do anything in you're doing in the combination with

creating content you want people to come to your page and sing and see videos and

see articles that you're creating for the marketplace so they don't think

they're talking to another amateur in the marketplace does that make sense so

that's why for you hopefully this is helpful for you again if you wanna learn

the fundamentals of this thing simply go to my Empire program and gum go to my

Empire put calm and download the book it's absolutely for free

okay Empire life - decreasing name of the book and click like share comment

below what do you think have you ever done unsolicited private messages how

did they work out for you want to share that experience with me what are your

thoughts about this all of this is about attraction marketing I only teach

attraction marketing anything else it's not worth your time okay for lunch all I

just want to learn all about attraction marketing go ahead and download the book

right now for free so you can know the fundamental make sure you read the books

it's in 10 to 15 times Empire lifestyle secret alright hopefully you'd be

enlightened and educate it and I'll see you on the next one and these

Missouri Record Fish Stories - Smallmouth Bass - Duration: 3:03.

Kevin Clingon loves to fish. More likely than not on the nice sunny day you'll

find him out on the water pursuing his passion. But 20 years ago

Kevin really loved to fish. And back then that whole sunny day thing didn't

mean a thing. Why he'd get out in any weather. KEVIN: yeah I'll go I'd go tomorrow

if it was 17 degrees. Doesn't bother me. Kevin's big day was December 18, 1994.

He was out on Stockton Lake was friend Mike Bird. The entire drive up all Kevin

talked about is the state record is gonna get beat today. I'm not kidding you.

Now get this. It was 17 degrees. Whoo! But the fish were biting, big time.

Some of the worst conditions can be some of the best conditions on the lake

especially with Stockton. It's a really, incredibly windy lake. Some

brutal conditions can produce some monster bags of fish. He caught a

largemouth bass over 6 pounds. Then another one, and then another one. Whoo!

The fishin was crazy. Then another monster largemouth was on his line this

time over 8 pounds. Yeah, it was truly an epic day. So we're

sitting here looking each other we've already got five bass in the boat and

they're all, all of them are over five pounds and a couple of them are over six, and one

over eight. And Mike looked to me and he said have you ever caught any smallmouth?

And I said sure, but I don't usually catch them in this part of the lake. As

the morning drew on they decided to move to the Little Sac arm of the lake and

try their luck with smallmouth. Well their luck held out. And we fished for

what about 40 minutes and didn't have any bites and right as we come off and I

had a Lawrence x16 paper graph and I saw a line and the line indicates a fish and

I dropped my spoon down there and I hopped it one time and he hit it. And it was on.

I knew it was a good fish, it never jumped. It just stayed down. It just

would not come off the bottom. And I had it on 12 pound line, back

then a five and a half foot bait casting rod and we've got it up and netted it.

And I told Mike when I netted it I'm pretty sure that's a state record

smallmouth. The fish Clingan reeled in weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces making it the

new official Missouri state record for smallmouth bass. Smallmouth rarely get

longer than 22 inches, five and a half pounds of Missouri. And that 7

pound 2 ounce fish... it's just, it's such an exceptional fish. A fish of that size

with the fighting ability that that smallmouth have, I just I can't imagine a

greater thrill being a smallmouth fisherman myself to me I mean there's,

there's not a better, better state record than that fish right there.

How to play video while downloading - Duration: 7:00.

Hello guys, this is parish from codient and today

I'm going to share an exciting tricks of how you can play a video. Why is still downloading it?

imagine a situation

You have decided to watch a movie

but you got an horrible internet connection you got your favorite movie our site is started downloading it and

Suddenly notice that it will take one hour to complete the whole download

So probably will wait two hours to watch the movie, right?

Maybe you have enough time, but you don't need to wait anymore

You can download and watch the movies simultaneously and here's how

There are two software is need for this purpose and the first one is

Internet Download Manager

This trick should work on any download manager, but I am suggesting to use IDM and

I am showing you to do how to do it with IDM because it is the most popular download manager

It is support a couple of platform and the second piece of software that you need is VLC

VLC media player is great. It's what's great in this situation other players may or may not work

I don't know, but VLC was great

so first of all

you need to download and setup the

Internet Download Manager, I'm not going to show you how to download and install it because it is the very straightforward process

so

First I am searching for the internet download manager

Ok here it is and from the download options

Connections

Here you have to download it

over all in one connection by default the condition number is 8

it is very important because

IDM download your files on eight part and when the download is finished IDM combine the eight part

But it's important to download it over one connection to play the video while downloading

So let's make it on one connection

Hit ok

Now close it and

One of the setting you have to change on your Windows machine

To show the hidden files and folders

So while you are downloading the files item keeps the download files hidden so

Let's open the control panel from

Here navigate to appearance and personalization

Files Explorer options

Views and here, click show hidden files folders and drives

This will make all your hidden folder, files and drives available to see

Ok and

The third step is first start to download a video

So navigate to the site and it out of site

This is the site. I'm going to download a video right now

Let's download this video "Barbie in a Mermaid tale 2" okay start to download

Okay, you can see if this video is downloading, and it will take 28 minutes to complete

But we can start to watch it right now

Okay, first of all

again open

Internet Download Manager

Navigate get to download

options

Save to and

From there right here temporary directory copy this path

Just hit ctrl + C on your keyboard

Okay now you can close it

Close everything

Now go to your search option and type command prompt

Command prompt is a

windows

This software is comes with the windows, so you don't want to install it or anything

now

You can

We can use some windows facilities from this command prompt

okay, so

Here you can type start

Then paste the line that you have copied from the IDM now hit enter

Ok it will open a folder

To your Explorer from here you can

Find the video, where IDM is downloading so nevigate to download data

This is the PC user and

Find the video

This is maybe the similar of the name that you are downloading "Barbie in a Mermaid tale 2" let's find it

Ok oh

Yeah, it is this is the video let's open it

Ok you can see this is the video file

now right click on your mouse and

Open with

VLC media player

Okay, so

friends you can see that this video is still downloading, and I'm able to play it right now

So you don't need to finish the whole download process you can start to playing right there

so if you liked this video

Please like it and if you're new in my channel

So please subscribe it will help me to inspire and bring more useful videos to you. Thank you

Why danger symbols can't last forever - Duration: 7:04.

You probably know how this symbol is supposed to make you feel.

And this one.

This one too, even if you're not sure exactly what it means.

But what about this?

This symbol — The Jolly Roger — was once one of the most feared symbols in the world.

It represented death, pirates, and poison.

But today,

it's associated more with treasure, blockbuster movies, or Halloween than actual danger.

We are surrounded by icons that warn us: what to stay away from, what not to do, what to

be afraid of.

But how do you design a symbol in a way that will last across generations and languages?

It turns out that is an incredibly hard thing to do.

Back in the early 20th century, there was an urgent need for a new kind of warning symbol.

At the time, there was no universal standard for communicating the presence of dangerous

biological materials.

Laboratories at the US Army used an inverted blue triangle.

Those at the Navy used a pink rectangle.

The Universal Postal Convention used a white staff-and-snake on a violet background.

There was no consistency in the visual language used to communicate risk.

That was dangerous, and could lead to accidental infections.

So in 1966, a group of engineers and designers at Dow Chemical set out to create the best

possible icon for biohazardous materials.

They laid out six design criteria.

First, it needed to be visually striking, so that it would draw immediate attention.

That ruled out simple shapes like those from the Navy and Army.

It also had to be unique and unambiguous, in order not to be confused with symbols used

for other purposes.

That ruled out the snake-and-staff, which has multiple versions and has a pretty vague

meaning as a general symbol for medicine.

On top of that, it had to be quickly recognizable and easily recalled.

Had to be easy to stencil.

And rotationally symmetrical, in order to appear identical from all angles.

And lastly, it had to be acceptable to groups of all backgrounds.

So the Dow Chemical team designed an experiment.

Charles Baldwin, an environmental health engineer behind the experiment, said that the team

"wanted something that was memorable but meaningless … so we could educate people

as to what it means."

They showed a set of 24 symbols to 300 people from 25 American cities.

There were 6 newly-designed biohazard markers, and 18 common symbols — things like Mr.

Peanut, the Texaco star, the Shell Oil symbol, the Red Cross, and a swastika.

Participants were asked to guess the meaning of each one, which was used to assign each

one a "meaningfulness score."

A week later, the same participants were shown those original 24 symbols, plus 36 more.

They were asked to identify which symbols they remembered seeing in the previous round

of the study.

Among the six competing biohazard designs, this one stood out.

It scored the highest in memorability, but the lowest in meaningfulness.

So it was unforgettable, but also a totally blank slate for designers who wanted to give

it meaning.

And with that, it became a national standard.

It's easy to overlook how much visual communication work these symbols are doing.

They're simple — you only need a straightedge and a compass to recreate them.

And unlike most other hazard symbols, they don't reference an existing physical object

or idea.

But they've remained iconic for decades, helping people recognize serious dangers that

may remain a threat for thousands of years to come.

And that raises the question: could the meaning of those symbols stand the test of time?

Few people have pondered that question quite like Gregory Benford.

He's a physicist and science fiction author.

In the 1990s, he was invited to work on the Waste Isolation Pilot Project, or WIPP.

The WIPP is a massive storage site for radioactive waste in the southeastern plains of New Mexico,

organized by the US Department of Energy.

Benford was brought in to help calculate the probability that someone or something would

intrude on the site for as long as it remains dangerous — approximately the next 10,000

years.

"Well, name anything that has persisted for 10,000 years.

Any institution.

There isn't any.

The record is probably something like the Catholic Church or the core of the Jewish

religion, which tells us something about what really lasts."

The meaning of a symbol can change over time.

Like the Jolly Roger, which wouldn't work for the radioactive threat at the WIPP.

"If you're approaching the WIPP facility and you see a skull and crossbones you might think,

'Hey this is where the pirates buried their treasure.'"

So how do you indicate a long lasting danger across any language?

Since the 1970s, engineers, anthropologists, physicists, and behavioral scientists have

proposed different solutions to that problem.

One strategy was to add context to the symbol.

By illustrating cause and effect in a three-part cartoon like this, designers could communicate

the idea even if the symbol lost its meaning.

But this kind of visual communication still made a lot of assumptions about the user:

that they would read left to right, that they would understand causality between frames

— and, of course, that the drawing itself would last millennia of wear and tear.

So other designers started to focus on creating a warning without inscribed communication,

by altering the shape of the location itself.

And that yielded designs like this.

Spike fields, forbidding blocks, giant pyramids: these designs capitalized on natural instincts

of fear and discomfort to keep people away.

But even then, they weren't foolproof.

Designers couldn't be sure whether they would be perceived as terrifying or fascinating.

"Conflict between these two urges: you want people to notice it but you don't want people

to go there.

Those are always going to fight each other."

So without symbols, without basic illustrations, or physical structures, how can you effectively

communicate a warning?

That's where the more philosophical design solutions come in.

In 1984, the German Journal of Semiotics published a series of solutions from various scholars.

Linguist Thomas Sebeok proposed creating an atomic priesthood, where an exclusive political

group would use its own rituals and myths to preserve information about the radioactive

areas.

And philosophers François Bastide and Paolo Fabbri proposed to genetically engineer bioluminescent

cats that would glow in the presence of radioactivity.

By creating songs and traditions about the danger of glowing cats, the warning could

last as long as the oldest relics of civilization we have: culture.

There's no definitive solution for warning people far into the future.

But designing clear, inclusive symbols will continue to be a fundamental part of how we

keep people safe.

We will change, and so will the ways we communicate visually.

Our warning symbols will have to change along with us.

Let's talk M.O.R.E. #1 - Duration: 1:01.

Hi, I'm Filip, lead programmer in Gamgoo,

and I'm very excited to provide you some insights into development of M.O.R.E.

We've started a brand new project in April 2017,

a year which we were mostly focused on multiplayer aspects of the game. as a core of our functionality.

We've created our own networking, space generation,

ships editor, core of economy, and the core of turn-based gameplay.

We know that 4x games are deeply embedded in user interfaces,

and we spend a lot of time polishing it, to keep the quality of user experience on a very high level.

In 2018 we are focused on AI and space battles,

but also we have many 3D models and user interfaces that have to be done before the release.

We are somewhere nearly halfway through, and will try to show you new segments of our gameplay at the end of each month.

Thanks for your suport, and see you later!

Unger Academy Trading Hero: interview to Giuseppe Cantelmo - Duration: 8:41.

Hello everyone, my name is Giuseppe Cantelmo and I am 31 years old.

I work in trading since the end of 2008-beginning of 2009,

first as discretional trader and later as a systems player.

I trade mainly in futures:

specifically, at this moment I have 6 active strategies:

5 on DAX, all intraday,

and one on GOLD and all at a systematic level.

Because as you obviously have an instrument...

let's say the results are more verifiable, and for the flexibility of the instrument itself,

in the sense that you can follow X strategies at the same time.

It is really a portfolio diversification that is definitely more effective.

Well, currently, as I was saying,

I have 5 systems on DAX and one on GOLD, and the choice of DAX is not random, meaning that, mainly,

because it fluctuates a lot and so I think it is a good instrument for intraday.

Clearly, the idea is to diversify the portfolio further, starting with gold.

Then, I wanted to move to a different equity, to SP500 and on other commodities.

So currently I'm using Ninjatrader

and as data feed I have a double data feed, in short, a backup data feed.

I have a Rhythmic as primary and Continuum,

then CQG as secondary on two different accounts.

I have a VPS with Speedy, Speedy Trading Servers.

I have attended only Trading Systems Supremacy so far,

but the idea is to sign up later to Portfolio Secrets and others.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrea because I think these courses are very useful,

well-prepared and above all usable in the immediate future.

My main problem was the approach, in the sense that I was unable to create a repeatable approach

I would try a mix of indicators that worked on paper and for the shortest term,

on one market and in one particular timeframe, but then, obviously, they wouldn't work on a different market.

So I had to look for a magic indicator that would make you believe that you've found the inefficiency but the results were not repeatable.

The solution, precisely, was to have a research approach:

so a model to develop, a set of approaches to put together,

and I have to say the fantastic thing about this course is just that

- in the sense, that you can create a system from the foundation and then it becomes quite automatic.

You want to search for a BIAS?

You know how to.

You want to search for an average behavior, breakout, countertrend?

You know how to... and so on!

I believe that it makes the markets more explorable... an ability to explore the markets more than anything else.

Because I had the pleasure of meeting Andrea on many occasions, to attend the free course - excuse me, it's the closure alarm -

and I think he's one of the top experts in the field.

No, for this course specifically I didn't have any particular concerns.

Mostly because I think the cost of the course is really affordable with regard to contents, so I'd say I didn't hesitate at all.

So... the results, I have to say that initially they were very good.

In terms of stability, rather than real return.

I've reached within 5-6 months almost twenty thousand euro in profit.

Then I faced my worst drawdown ever in August, specifically I had about nineteen thousand euro in drawdown.

Now they are recovering quite regularly.

I started with a capital of fifty-five thousand euro.

Ten thousand euro I'd say in the space of 3-4 months, because I started by adopting a single system

- the First Hour of Andrea Unger -

so the first of January, I'd say.

In mid-February I added two more, again on DAX.

A counter trend system and a mixed system,

a kind of BIAS that exploits but an expansion of volatility.

In August I added two more systems, again on DAX, a classic breakout,

but with filters

- so I need a higher incubation in demo-

so they stayed six months in incubation, and another system on GAP, again on DAX.

Lastly, in mid-October, I added a BIAS system on gold.

I think basically there were two aspects:

the first was the method of researching the market,

then it was understanding whether we are facing a market that tends to break out,

and so easy to develop in break out rather than a main reverting market,

rather than a market with distinct BIAS characteristics.

Then the pattern table:

that was certainly a remarkable added value because in order to think of and code a pattern,

I think great research is required for it, so that helped me avoid the research of the pattern.

Definitely the course's structure, the modules,

the sample strategies and then the strategies applied to three different markets with completely different characteristics.

Specifically, those were DAX,

Crude Oil and miniSP500, so practical examples.

To anyone who'd like to work seriously, in the sense that here, basic knowledge is all there...

but then it requires desire to get in the game and to explore... let's say that I rather than recommend it,

I would advise against it to those who are looking for the money machine that,

as those who are in this sector know, does not exist and probably will never exist.

To not be dazzled by easy-gain ideals...

In truth, I would advise against it mostly to those who approach it because

I think that most of the people who approach this world

is because of the misconception of "easy gain"

I wanted to take this opportunity again to thank Andrea and all of the users of the forum.

I believe the forum is a remarkable added value...

and that's it, good trading to all!

Faking it: How introverts succeed in a world full of extroverts - Duration: 4:46.

Faking it: How introverts succeed in a world full of extroverts

There are so many people in this world with their unique characteristics.

One of the most heated discussions about people is whether they are introverted or extroverted

people.

Both introversion and extroversion are just to indicate whether socialization is mentally

exhausting or not.

However, the elaboration of both characters are actually deeper than that.

It is frequently noted that introverts are not ideal character in this world.

The reason is simply because they are not engaged with other in social interaction.

Moreover, many people think that the effect is severe including isolation from society

which leads to inability to get proper job.

If that what happens, how can introverts succeed?

One suggestion is to fake it, act as if you're an extrovert.

Faking it that you are introvert is the best thing you can do.

The reason behind this is that introversion and extroversion are only a character label

which does not truly show who you are.

Unfortunately, people including the introverted people believe the stigma of negativity of

this character.

This creates a label for introverts that they are not worthy and they somehow believe in

it.

Take one example when we are socializing for specific purposes such as party, forum group

discussion, class activity or anything else.

We often see the extroverts play significant role through their speech and convincing gesture.

Despite of their non-sense talk, they can make things up to fix what they have expressed,

returning to be a valuable experience.

Meanwhile, introverted people stuck behind the shadow of the extroverted people.

There is one turn around against this trend though.

It is basically to just believe that people are unique in nature.

This should not limit people from just two broad classification of being introverted

or extroverted.

Eventually, one that defines the success is merely how introvert you are.

However, how much effort you put into something you are passionate about.

So, here's some tips for introverts to succeed in a world full of extroverts.

#1 - Fake it.

Once in a while, an introvert need to "faked it" in times when she knew she would later

regret not having her voice heard.

While it's true that you will get the uncomfortable feeling for drawing attention to yourself

at times, you'd become better and more confident at sharing your views when it really matters.

But remember, pretend to be an extrovert only in moments that truly mattered.

#2 - The written word is your friend.

Introverts are known to feel more comfortable expressing themselves in writing than through

talking.

While extroverts tend to think out loud, you likely prefer to carefully consider an issue

before you share your thoughts with others.

Make this into your advantage by writing down your thoughts before meetings or get-togethers.

You know, bringing your note everywhere while working is actually a good idea.

#3 - Meet like-minded people online.

You don't need to be afraid to do some of your networking online, via social media or

meetup groups as this can allow you to find like-minded people who you can then choose

to meet with offline; sparing you the hours it might take to find such individuals in

real life.

#4 - Step outside your comfort zone from time to time.

While you enjoy and feel you're safest when alone, there will be times when you'll be

in a room surrounded by extroverts.

When you find yourself in these situations, it's important you don't give in to your natural

tendencies to just let everyone else do all the talking.

Forcing yourself to practice your public speaking and conversation skills can benefit you in

all areas of your life, giving you the confidence needed to step outside your comfort zone when

the need arises.

#5 - Focus on your strengths.

Living in the world full of extroverts is like a disadvantage for introverts at times,

however, all that matters is believing to your strengths.

For starter, introverts are tend to absorb information quickly (because, you know, you're

listening), be observant when it comes to group dynamics, and see things that others

may miss.

Use these skills to your advantage, whenever possible.

Be aware of the strengths that come with introversion, and focus on honing and developing these skills

and traits.

All in all, that's some tips on how introverts can succeed in a world full of extroverts.

Really cool information isn't it?

Event Targeting for Facebook Ads | Advertise to people interested in your event - Duration: 2:43.

Hey everyone this is Viren and welcome back to another Facebook marketing

tutorial on my youtube channel. In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to

target those audiences on your Facebook ads who have responded to your events,

the events you created through your Facebook page. Let's get started with

this. Once I'm in the ad manager I'm gonna go create an ad.

Let's select traffic and continue. I'm not going to be creating the entire ad

for this tutorial, I'm just gonna show you how to target those audience. So

under the ad set what you need to do is go to audiences and under connections,

select events and people who responded to your event or you can also exclude

people who have responded to your event. Once you choose this you can just

add events here and it's as easy as that. Another way of doing this is if you go

under assets and audiences. Out here you can create a custom audience and when

you are asked what kind of audience you need to create, select engagement and

here you can create audiences for different kind of engagement with

different content. So there's video lead form, full screen experience, people

who've interacted with your Facebook page, your Instagram page, and finally

here you will see events - people who have interacted with your events on Facebook.

So you can select people who

responded going or just interested in the past

one year or as many number of days you want to add. You can also select specific

events or leave it like this. Give your audience a name and create the audience.

Once this is ready you can go back to the ads manager and select the custom

audience you created from here and get started with your ad.

This is how you go about targeting only those people who responded or not

responded to your events which you created from your Facebook page.

That's about it for this tutorial. I hope I was able to teach you something new

and add value to you. if I did please hit the thumbs up, button comment and let me

know and subscribe to my channel for more marketing content. If you're looking

to have a one-on-one session with me, the best way to reach me is through

Instagram the link is right here. Thank you.

🔴 WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT COOKING CUBES ARE DANGEROUS AND LETHAL - Duration: 4:44.

Before we start, I would like you to subscribe, and activate the notifications, so that each

time I upload a new video, you are the first one to

see it.

Hello, Today I want to present to you, WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT COOKING CUBES ARE DANGEROUS

AND LETHAL.

Indisputably, the key for a healthy life without complications is in food.

If the food we eat is healthy, our whole body will be healthy

too.

At the same time, this will make us less susceptible to diseases and other similar problems.

In this way, we can lead a quiet and full life.

However, in our days, entrepreneurs want to make life much easier doing anything to sell

us their products.

Many of them have invented food that we just put into the microwave and it's ready.

Other products are sold to make it easier for us to work in the kitchen, such as chicken

cubes.

If you use this product, pay attention to this information, for your health.

The fact is that your health is in danger and no one tells you the truth.

Chicken broths and other seasonings.

Chicken cubes and instant envelopes can be found at any supermarket.

There are many brands and can vary in size and flavor.

But the most famous in the world is the hen broth.

Have you ever wondered how they manufacture these products?

In case you do not know, one of its main ingredients is salt.

When processed food is treated, the ingredients are listed according to the amount present.

In other words, if the salt appears first, it is because it is the one that contains

the product the most.

However, salt is not the only dangerous product.

Another of the ingredients of these products is monosodium glutamate.

This ingredient has the function of enhancing the taste of food that is addictive.

Usually we can find it in canned food, Chinese food and snacks bags.

Thus, the more you eat these foods, the more you will want to buy them.

An institution charged with ensuring the safety health of the US population indicated that

MSG is safe.

However, most people are clear that this is not true.

Eating foods with GMS can bring us side effects, in addition become addicted to them.

The possible consequences.

On the other hand, many studies over the years have found negative effects on their consumers.

A study showed that those who consume them tend to suffer from headache and chest pain

and excessive sweating.

All of this is due to MSG which is a neurotoxin.

To try to go one step ahead of the competition, some companies make "organic" cubes.

However, the truth is that even these are not healthy.

In addition, their nutritional value is not as good as they say.

For this reason, the experts are alerting the population about the use of these products.

For that reason, we wanted to share with you this alert in order you be up to date.

Our recommendation is to substitute the cubes of chicken broth for natural ingredients.

Doing this, you will prevent you and your family of risks for this cause.

A good option to substitute the cubes of chicken broth is the kombu.

This is nothing more than an algae or marine plant filled with iodine.

This vegetable is very good for making beans or a rich soup.

This vegetable can be obtained in any supermarket.

That's why we encourage you to take advantage of it as soon as possible.

I hope these tips can help you, if so, tell us in the comments.

If you found this video Interesting, Share it with your friends and family, surely someone

will find it useful, subscribe to my channel, It's free, and don't forget to activate notifications,
