Today we prepared with a video that we stole from

about accepting ourselves

how we are.

So the point is because of this

we collected about ourselves

2-2 inner qualities and outward appearances

both good and bad about ourselves.

And we will tell you guys.

But the most important thing is

to accept ourselves the way we are.

However I think if there is something

that you don't like about yourself

then YOU should change that

for yourself and not for others

just because they say something about you.

If you feel that you don't like this or that about yourself

and you can do something about it or against it

then just do it

because you will feel so much better.

And if it doesn't bother you that much

then just accept it.

That's right.

So lets start with

the outward appearance we don't like

Btw it will be the same for us

I think I know what you will write

Not entirely the same but yeah.

Well for me one of the things are

my legs.

The most important one.

In my entire life

my thighs

and my hips

this is the critical part.

And for me the fist thing I don't like on myself

are the legs but

for me it's at my knees

there is a little like

a fat chunk lol

Because of this my legs always looked bigger

Even though I swear I was working out

I did a diet a bit

but that wasn't successful because I love to eat

Anyways, the point is it was always a bit bigger

and it's actually genetics because my mom has the same

And I researched what to do about it

and all I found was liposuction

Well thanks for nothing.

So I'll try to accept this

and my legs are forming a lot as well.

So the second thing I don't like

from outward appearance is

is my nostril.

I know it sound weird but

one of my nostrils are a larger

don't know if you can see

(please don't look)

This is my pretty nostril

and that is why I like this side better than this

because here it comes out a bit

and it's just like so big

and if you're looking from below

it looks so malformed.

what my teeth?

I mean my nose, but that is also malformed haha

(laughing at our own misery)

So you're just malformed freak

This part is malformed

and this one is

(sexy)

Yepp

But I can't do anything about this

unless I get plastic surgery .
