Waching daily Jan 28 2018

In life we sometimes screw up and that's ok it happens.

But whats not ok is finding our weve been lied to our entire lives and have been preforming

the simplest tasks wrong and that's what were going to be talking about today.

Hey youtube im court mcginley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.

Before we get started I want to know- after you've watched this video what thing or

things you've been doing incorrectly?

Let me know your answers down in the comments.

And before we get started I just want to remind all of you to please subscribe to this awesome

channel if you havnt already- we bring you guys awesome videos 6 days a week.

And Don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up and let me know down in the comments

what other top 5 lists you like to see me do.

Alright without further a due lets get started on our list of the top 5 Top 5 Things You've

Been Doing Wrong Your Whole Life Coming in at our number 5 spot--Ketchup cups-

Now yes I know these arnt actually called ketchup cups- but im not sure of their exact

names and everyone uses them for ketchup- so moving on.

Weve been using these things wrong for years.

I never knew.

Its actually pretty upsetting.

So when you use one of these you just normally fill it up with ketchup right?

well what were suppose to do and what works 10 tines better is if you spread the rims

of the cups so you can have a larger area to work with and you can get even more ketchup.

This makes it easier for dunking your fries or burgers.

Very clever.

Too bad not many people know this cups true abilities.

But now that you do make sure you tell your friends and families so they can enjoy the

benefits as well.

https://www.popsugar.com/smart-living/photo-gallery/34375810/embed/34375852/Using-Sauce-Cups in at number 4--Cupcakes- this is another

one that I just had no idea about- weve been eating cupcakes wrong as well.

What is going on in this world?

It seems easy- you get a cupcake- peel off the wrapper and bite in.

now sure you sometimes get frosting on your face and that's annoying but you just wipe

it off.

Well it turns out if we ate cupcakes the way they were ment to be eaten we wouldn't have

this frosting problem.

So apparently youre suppose to cut off the bottom and turn it into a sandwich.

Which when you think about it makes a lot of sense.

I mean you avoid getting just bites of pure frosting or just cupcake- every bite is even.

And its a lot less messy too.

https://www.popsugar.com/smart-living/photo-gallery/34375810/embed/34375853/Eating-Cupcake at number 3--banana- weve been peeling bananas

wrong too.

Yeah I don't know whats wrong with us.

We just cant seem to get it together guys- our parents misinformed us about all these

things.

I feel so betrayed.

So apparently instead of learning from our parents we should've been taking lessons

from the moneys.

But you know monkey see monkey do right? this whole time we were suppose to be peeling bananas

from the bottom instead of the top.

I suppose it all tastes the same anyway.

But its still a little disappointing to realize.

Coming in at number 2--Brushing teeth- Weve been brushing our teeth incorrectly too?

Apparently were suppose to only use a dab of toothpaste while brushing our teeth and

were not suppose to rinse our mouths out with water afterwards either.

The reason your not suppose to rinse out your mouth immediately after brushing your teeth

is because it will wash away the concentrated fluoride in the remaining toothpaste- which

in turn will dilute it and reduce its preventative effects.

Learn something new everyday.

And at number 1-Breathing- Wait what?

yep weve been messing up the one thing keeping us alive.

Well I suppose since we are still alive we cant be screwing it up too badly right?

Apparently theres a proper way to breath and 99 percent of us our doing it wrong.

So im going to tell you guys how to breath properly- you know just in case you want to

try it out.

The proper way of breathing is to breath from your abdomen not from your chest.

Really?

Good to know.

It turns out breathing from your chest area will result in shallow breaths and less oxygen

intake.

Oh man we cant have that.

So lets try and start breathing the correct way.

The more oxygen the better.

And there you go that's our list of the Top 5 Things You've Been Doing Wrong Your

Whole Life.

Thank you so much for watching and ill catch you in the next one.

ShadowPlay Alternative - OBS vs Bandicam vs Action! - Duration: 18:59.

Hi my name is Chris and this is Battle(non)sense

Last time I told you about a really crazy issue that I had with ShadowPlay, where recordings

would have black frames or repeated frames when I connected my monitor

to the wrong DisplayPort connector on my graphics card.

As it turns out, Nvidia knows about this issue as stated by the Nvidia Germany twitter account,

so we can only hope that they will fix this issue soon.

So when it's working, then Nvidia's ShadowPlay is a really great, free feature that I've

been using a lot in the last few years.

But as a content producer and a gamer, I need a solution that works all the time.

I don't want to spend an entire weekend trying to figure out what caused my gameplay captures

to get corrupted.

I have very little time to just sit down and play a game for fun, so when I hit that record

button, then I want to be sure that it just works.

So as I mentioned in my last video, I set out to find an alternative to ShadowPlay which

also uses Nvidia's NVENC to encode video, as that has a much smaller performance impact

than x264 software encoding, which is also why I am exclusively looking at tools that

support NVENC for encoding.

And that rules out other tools like DxTory.

So the tools that I am going to compare to ShadowPlay, are OBS,

Bandicam

and Action!

So what did I know about these tools before I tested them.

OBS is a free Open Source software and compared to ShadowPlay its biggest downside is probably

that it doesn't have an in-game overlay.

This means that unless you have a 2nd monitor where you run OBS, you don't know if it

detected your game, you don't know if it did start to record, and you don't know

if the Replay was saved after you pressed the key on your keyboard.

Recordings can have up to 6 audio tracks, which is great as you can then

have one track for the audio of the game,

another one for the audio of your Voice Over IP software

like TeamSpeak or discord, and another one for your microphone.

This helps you when you edit the video, as you then have full control over these

separate audio sources.

The file names of the recordings can be customized, but unlike ShadowPlay, OBS is sadly unable

to use the name of the game for the filename, which makes it a bit harder

to organise your recordings.

A really cool feature of OBS is that you can use a 2nd graphics card for the video encoding,

which I will tell you more about in a minute.

It also comes with a Replay Buffer, however it stores the video in your RAM, which means

that you need at least 16Gb's of RAM as the Replay Buffer needs about 2GB for 8 minutes

of gameplay when you record at 1080p with 60FPS and a quality setting of 20 for NVENC.

OBS only records with CFR or Constant Frame Rate, which is a bit more demanding and results

in larger files.

However this also has its benefits which I will tell you more about later.

Bandicam costs 39 US Dollars and you need one license per seat or PC.

Like ShadowPlay it has an in-game overlay, and you can only record 2 audio tracks,

but unlike ShadowPlay you can select the source for your primary audio track.

You can customize the filename of your recordings. And you can use a 2nd GPU for the NVENC encoding,

but sadly it doesn't have a Replay Buffer, and while you can choose between

Variable and Constant Bit Rate, it only records with a Variable Frame Rate.

Action! is cheaper than Bandicam, but also needs one license per PC.

It has an in-game overlay and it also only supports a maximum of 2 audio tracks.

Sadly you can't customize the filenames but it uses a system very similar to ShadowPlay

to keep things organised.

It cannot use a 2nd GPU for NVENC encoding, but it does come with a Replay Buffer

which is sadly limited to 13 minutes and 1080p according to their website.

Also like ShadowPlay and Bandicam it only uses a Variable Frame Rate for the recordings.

Now what's up with using a 2nd GPU for the NVENC video encoding.

The idea behind this is that you add a less powerful, maybe an older graphics card, which

then takes care of the video encoding so that your primary graphics card has more power

left to render the game, which should slightly increase the frame rate.

So how can you do this and what do you need to pay attention to.

So, when you look inside your PC then your current graphics card will be installed in

a PCI-E slot which provides 16 PCI-E lanes.

Depending on where you install your 2nd graphics card, your primary card might only then get

8 PCI-E lanes, which you can see here inside the GPU-Z tool.

Based on tests that other YouTubers and websites did, it seems the x8 mode won't become a

bottleneck, even for powerful cards like a GTX 1080.

However if you want that your card has access to all 16 PCI-E lanes, then you should take

a look at the manual of your mainboard, as some like the ASUS Maximus X Apex, has one

PCI-E slot which gets 4 lanes from the Chipset, which is more than enough for NVENC encoding,

and so your primary card will still get 16 PCI-E lanes when the 2nd card is installed.

In case that you have 2 monitors you now can either have both connected to your primary graphics card,

or you connect your 2nd monitor to your 2nd graphics card, which OBS does

benefit from as I will show you a bit later.

Now to have OBS use the 2nd GPU for the encoding, you go to the recording settings, select NVENC

as encoder, and change the GPU from 0 to 1.

You can also use this for streaming if you want to.

I also found that using CQP, or image quality based encoding, with a value of 20 and BluRay

as profile, provided very good image quality and good performance inside of Adobe Premiere

while any other preset would result in very sluggish timeline scrubbing.

So to do the same in Bandicam you go to video, click on settings, select H264 NVENC, and

select your 2nd graphics card in the GPU device dropdown menu.

I ended up using 90 for quality, which made the recordings look nearly as good as what

I got in OBS – which is much better than what ShadowPlay creates even at the highest bitrate.

Then you want to test if the 2nd card is actually used for the encoding.

To do that you open GPU-Z and select your 2nd graphics card, when you then start to

capture your gameplay then you will see the GPU load increase, which confirms that the

encoder uses the 2nd graphics card instead of the primary one.

Now to find out how these tools affect the performance of the game that you are recording,

I did quite many tests with the Unigine Superposition Benchmark.

There are a many numbers in this chart, so I am not going to read out all of them,

but if you want to take a closer look then you can find a link to the results in the description

down below.

So with all recording tools disable, and with the benchmark running in exclusive full screen mode,

I got a minimum frame rate of 86.91, an average of 116.46 and a maximum frame rate

of 158.03.

Just by having OBS running on the 2nd monitor, which was connected to my primary graphics card,

I lost about 10 frames per second on average.

And this was not just in a single test, I ran all these tests multiple times to make sure

that I get conclusive results.

When I disabled the preview in OBS then this increased the average frame rate by about

1 FPS.

When I connected the 2nd monitor to my GTX 1050 and had OBS running there then this had

a positive impact on the frame rate as you can see here, where you should not only look

at the average but also the minimum and maximum frame rate results.

So just by launching OBS – mind you I am not recording yet, it just hooked into the

games process to be able to capture it - you lose 10FPS when your primary graphics card

has to draw OBS.

I am not sure if there is a technical limitation that is responsible for this major frame rate decrease,

but since neither Bandicam nor Action! cause a lower frame rate just by having them

active and drawing their overlay inside the game, I hope that the OBS developers can do

something about that performance issue.

Now let's talk about the performance when we are recording gameplay.

ShadowPlay reduces the average frame rate by about 3 frames

When OBS uses the primary graphics card for the encoding then you lose about 10FPS on

average – which means that compared to just having OBS running, the frame rate stays pretty

much the same while recording which is interesting.

When you then move OBS over to the 2nd graphics card and also have that 2nd card do the encoding,

then you regain about 5FPS which means that it's nearly on the same level as ShadowPlay now.

The story is similar with Bandicam, where we also see a FPS increase when it uses the

2nd graphics card for encoding.

Action! doesn't have the ability to use a 2nd graphics card for encoding, but not

only that, it also had the biggest impact on the frame rate of the benchmark with about

14FPS less on average.

I then repeated the same set of tests when the benchmark was running in borderless windowed

mode, which resulted in a lower frame rate overall, which is one of the reasons why you

should always play in exclusive fullscreen mode as that provides the highest frame rates

and the lowest input lag.

So even though the frame rates are lower due to the borderless windowed mode, the results

from the encoding tests are very similar to those from the exclusive fullscreen mode,

as using the 2nd graphics card for the encoding slightly increased the frame rates, and Action!

again caused the biggest FPS reduction of all 4 recording tools.

So adding a 2nd graphics card and have it do the encoding, increases the performance

of the game during recording and streaming.

That said, the performance gain is not that big, and many of you will probably say that

it's not worth it and that's a valid opinion.

But for some of you it might be interesting to install a 2nd graphics card and see how

that affects the performance of the games while streaming or recording gameplay,

as you do get closer to the performance offered by ShadowPlay while you get superior image quality.

As you might know, ShadowPlay cannot record more than 60FPS, while OBS, Bandicam and Action!

allow you to capture at higher rates.

So, I did another set of tests using the Benchmark in Rise of the Tomb Raider where I recorded

the gameplay at 120FPS.

With OBS running on the GTX 1080 and using it for the encoding, the average frame rate

dropped by about 28FPS But when I moved OBS over to the 1050 and

had that do the encoding, then I only lost just 7FPS while recording 120FPS at 1080p.

The story is similar with Bandicam, just that OBS manages to provide higher frame rates

while recording at 120FPS on the 1050.

Action! is sadly again at the bottom of this list with the biggest FPS loss while recording

at 120FPS.

So what is the conclusion then.

To find out we should have a look at my list of pros and cons after using OBS, Bandicam and Action!

OBS is free and open source.

It uses a constant frame rate to record videos which helps to avoid video and audio sync issues

especially during editing.

It offers a Replay Buffer. You can use a 2nd GPU to do the NVENC encoding.

The encoder settings are highly customizable. Performance is close to ShadowPlay when you

using a 2nd graphics card. You can get better image quality than ShadowPlay.

60FPS recordings feel very smooth, maybe thanks to recording with CFR.

You can have up to 6 audio tracks in your recordings which is great for editing.

I never had a single corrupted recording. And it supports plugins.

But just by launching OBS you reduce the games frame rate.

And tools like RTSS can cause problems for the game capture – I currently have the

problem that I must close RTSS or OBS will not detect Overwatch.

I will even get a black screen when I select it manually

as the hook fails when RTSS is active.

I know that others don't have that issue and I only encounter it with Overwatch.

So I don't know why it happens but I still want to mention it as that might be also be problem

for others.

So if you are looking for a ShadowPlay alternative then probably the biggest downside of OBS

is that it does not have any in-game overlay.

This means that when you have just one monitor, then you have no idea if OBS detected the

game that you are playing, you have no way to tell if the recording is active and you

get absolutely no feedback at all when you press the hotkey to save the Replay Buffer.

So if you can't run OBS on a 2nd monitor to check these things, then this might be

the only reason for your not to use OBS as this missing feedback makes it hard to use OBS.

Sadly there are also no plugins that fully resolve this issue,

at least not as far as I am aware of.

Then the Replay Buffer is not reset when you save it.

This means that when you have 8 minutes of gameplay in your Replay Buffer and then save it,

then you will get a videofile that is 8 minutes long.

When you save the replay buffer again one minute later, then you will get another 8 minutes

long video, instead of a 1 minute long video.

I would really prefer the Replay Buffer to reset every time I save the buffer,

like it does in ShadowPlay and Action!

Another concern about the Replay Buffer is that it is stored in your RAM.

I would really like to get the option to store it on a drive like ShadowPlay and Action! do,

as that helps gamers who don't have that much RAM in their system.

And lastly, unlike ShadowPlay, Bandicam and Action!

OBS cannot use the title of the game for the recorded video file, which makes organising

the videos a bit harder than it has to be.

Bandicam provided the best performance while recording.

It can use a 2nd GPU for NVENC, and when you use a 2nd GPU then you get a performance that

is very close to ShadowPlay, with a video quality that is better than what ShadowPlay

overs, but not quite as good as what I got in OBS.

However bandicam sometimes failed to detect the game – I had to launch it multiple times

to get it to show the overlay and record it.

But the even bigger issue was that when I didn't stop the recording before I closed

the game, or when a game crashed, then the active recording was corrupted, and I could

not recover it.

Bandicam does come with a tool to fix broken recordings but this does not work with mp4 files.

It also does not have a Replay Buffer and it only records with Variable Frame Rate which

can cause audio and video sync issues.

Also 60FPS recordings in OBS felt smoother for some reason, which could be down to OBS

recording at a constant frame rate.

And Bandicam only supports 2 audio tracks which leaves you with less freedom when editing

your recorded footage.

Now how about Action.

Unlike OBS and Bandicam it never failed to detect a game, it comes with a Replay Buffer

and unlike Bandicam it never corrupted a recording.

However, the Replay Buffer is limited to 13 minutes and - according to the website- 1080p

The encoder options are very limited as you can only choose between 4 different presets.

You cannot use a 2nd GPU to do the NVENC encoding.

It only supports recording with a variable frame rate.

60FPS recordings don't feel as smooth as those from OBS.

It only supports 2 audio tracks which again limits your options if you are a content producer.

And it had the worst performance of all tested tools as, it had the biggest impact on the

Frame Rate of the game.

So which of these tools should you choose then.

Well, if you don't need more than 2 audio tracks and if the ShadowPlay recordings don't

give you a headache when you edit them, then you can just stick with ShadowPlay.

But if you want the best possible video quality, the smoothest recordings, 3 or more audio tracks,

a Replay Buffer, high performance encoding and the ability to record at 120FPS

for some sick slow motion frag videos, then OBS is the best option.

You just have to find a way to deal with the issue that it doesn't have an in-game overlay

and that the Game Capture sometimes requires that you manually select the process

of the game that you want to capture.

If you are a streamer and already use OBS, then I encourage you to try and use a

2nd GPU for the NVENC encoding.

I have had a few people try that out and they said that this fixed the frame drops that

they had while streaming.

Let me know in the comments down below if that worked for you too.

Now if you don't need a Replay Buffer, or more than 2 audio tracks

but cannot live without an in-game overlay and want better video quality

or the ability to record with 120FPS,

then Bandicam is a good solution

as it doesn't have a big impact on the games frame rate while recording,

and it also allows you to enhance the recording performance

by using a 2nd GPU for NVENC.

However, to avoid that you lose a great gameplay moment to a broken recording,

you might want to create several shorter recordings

and you absolutely want to make sure that you

stop the recording before you exit the game.

If Action! would allow you to tune the encoder settings to make the video quality better

than ShadowPlay's, or if it allowed you to choose CFR instead of VFR, then I could

live with the lower frame rate that you get while capturing your gameplay.

And I might even recommend it over Bandicam then, as it never corrupted a recording and

comes with a Replay Buffer.

But based on the versions that I tested, I highly recommend that you give OBS and Bandicam

a shot when you are looking for a ShadowPlay alternative.

So let me know in the comments down below which recording software you use,

and if you tired to use a 2nd GPU for NVENC encoding

I would be very interested to hear how that worked for you.

If you enjoy my videos then it would be great if you could support me on Patreon,

Home Workout for MUSCLE GAIN EP2 | Chest and Triceps Mad Gains - Duration: 6:13.

okay guys, welcome back to our course - home workout for muscle gain and in

this video I will show you the second routine. let's go. guys, the second routine

that I will show you is really amazing, it consists of different types of

exercises - explosive and Static and it will make your muscles work in different

ways and also those exercises are quite challenging in their nature, so the first

exercise is inclined diamond push-up and this exercise will also help your

upper body a lot, but especially your shoulders. many people ask me how to work

out the shoulders and how to get big shoulders, so this is one of the routines

that will help you achieve that. so check it out - put your arms as if you were

doing diamond push-up, but in this exercise you have to incline forward

more, so this way you will work your shoulders even more. so, incline forward

and do, let's say, five to eight

repetitions, okay. so, make sure to have your elbows out and to do it with a form that

I showed you, okay. the second exercise that you would need

to do immediately after is tucked planche hold. so, it's similar to the other video,

instead, without doing push-ups you simply hold yourself in a tucked planche

position, okay. okay, so just pick up your legs, let's say ten to fifteen seconds is

enough and also for some people the exercise could be quite challenging, but

it's good because what challenges you - that's exactly what what will

make you stronger. so, the next exercise will be explosive push-ups, so probably

many of you have tried explosive push-ups, so there is not much science to

it - just the way you do regular push-ups just push yourself out and clap and if

you have questions how much time you should rest between the exercises - well

generally I answer that you have to wait until your heart rate calms down and

that you feel ready to continue. each person is different and each person has

a different level of athletic preparation, so of course it's impossible

to say that it should be thirty seconds or one minute, you have

to learn how to feel your body for yourself. so just wait for your heart

rate to calm down, for your body to be ready for the next round, just don't wait

too much, so that your muscles don't get cold, but as soon as you're ready go for

it. okay, so the next one is clap push-ups, so just. okay, so again five - eight

push-ups this way and then, after that you hold a regular L sit, which is a

static exercise, but it's really amazing

and you hold it for 10-15-20 seconds, but of course if you don't rest it will be hard

to hold it longer, but also it's good, because it will be more intense that way

okay, so this was our second routine for the

home workout for muscle gain and once again, we're showing you those

exercises that are quite difficult in their nature, so that using only

weight of your body you can achieve growth of your muscles and development

of strength. I will see you in the next episode, all the best

What do you like about Donald Trump? | #AskJuliana - Duration: 6:42.

Well, it's been a long time since I last recorded a Q&A video,

so I asked you to send me questions on my Facebook page,

and today I'll answer them.

Guilherme Monção asks: what are the best places for Brazilians

to live in the United States?

Well, Guilherme, this questions is a little difficult to

answer because it depends on several factors, you know?

One State that I like a lot and I really liked living there was California.

But the problem with California is that the cost-of-living is really high, so

it depends. For instance, if you don't speak English very well, if you only speak

Spanish, Florida would be a better option, if you

are looking for a place with a high concentration of Brazilians,

perhaps Boston...it depends on the type of weather you're looking for, the type of job.

For instance, if you're in the tech industry, Silicon Valley would be a great area.

Manoel Vianna asks: when it comes to raising your children, which language will prevail?

Since you're Brazilian and your husband is Argentinian,

and you live in an English-speaking country?

Well, Manoel, to tell you the truth, I'm not

completely sure of what will happen when I have children...in my head, I

plan to speak Portuguese with them and my husband will probably speak

Spanish with them and they'll end up learning English in school, right?

But I have a Colombian friend who's married to a French-Canadian

and they also live in the United States and they had a girl recently,

so I'll see how they'll do it because they are also in a

situation of 3 languages, Spanish, French and English, so I'll

watch them and depending on how it goes, I'll be inspired by them.

André Luis Santos Filho asks: which TV series do you watch?

I don't like watching series very much

because I don't have the patience to follow all the episodes.

I really like watching movies, I'm fascinated by movies because they have a

beginning, a middle and an ending and that's it; lesson learned and then I move on.

Gail Ahamad asks: have you ever heard of Guyana?

Yes, of course I have heard of Guyana. Actually, I had never met someone from Guyana

until a few months ago

when I was at Macy's and I met this guy from Guyana and it was so cool to meet someone from Guyana

because usually when I think

about a country, I also think about people who are from that country,

so when I don't know anyone from a certain country,

that country is kind of like faceless for me, so I don't have anyone to think about

when I think about that country, and now that I know

someone from Guyana, I can think about him.

Jardel Morais asks: which books do you like and recommend?

Jardel, this is also a difficult question because there are many books that I

like and recommend....I've been reading many biographies recently and a biography

that I really liked was that of Clarice Lispector.

In terms of self-help books, I liked one that it's called

"The Artist's Way" which is for people who want to venture into creative areas, you know?

I like Hemingway's books a lot and perhaps my favorite one is...

"A Moveable Feast,"

I think in Portuguese it's called "Paris é uma Festa."

Oh, I've read one recently that

really opened my mind which was "The Denial of Death" by Ernest Becker, which I also liked very much.

I've been reading Anna Karenina for months

now, but I can't finish it because it's huge, but I also

like it, I have been enjoying it, even though when the book is too long, I tend to

lose interest, but these are some of them.

Jonatas Araujo Trintade asks: what do you like about President Trump?

Jonatas, I have to confess to

you that I'm not a big fan of Donald Trump, but...I was thinking

about this question, thinking, thinking to try to come up with an answer and I think that...

maybe, one good thing about him is that he has no filter, he says

what he really thinks. But the problem is that he's the President and

presidents usually have to be more diplomatic, they have to know how to...

be more cordial and tactful not to offend....not to offend

everyone. And because he has no filter, he ends up offending a lot of people and creating

a lot of...a lot of hate in many people, so....usually, saying what you

really think is a good thing, but in his case, I think it ends up being a

little complicated due to the fact that he's the President and that everyone is

watching what he says 24 hours a day.

I think that's that...

I don't know if I've answered your question very well, but it's because it's a very hard question.

What do you like about him? Leave your comment below.

QUICK GUIDE - At-Home Dermal Needling— Tips, Techniques & Safety - Duration: 1:41.

In this week's Facebook live

I gave expert skin advice on how to use micro needling at home safely. I went through the special cleanse

Feathering technique and ways in which you can actually avoid causing too much irritation with your skin

Especially if you're already prone to having pigmentation and you've got a darker skin type

Microneedling is safe for everyone

But you've got to be particularly careful about the ingredients that you use afterwards if you haven't already thought about it

Then the skincare that has Vitamin A in it is the proven active ingredient that you can incorporate very easily

When I'm doing my micro needling. I like to use a bang product called CosMedix

It's made in the US and the serums are all encapsulated

so the actual activity of your Vitamin A is far better and

More likely to improve the lines and any issues that you have with pigmentation

Serum 16 can actually be mixed with another powder that has vitamin C

in it called Pure C crystals, and you just need two pumps of your

Serum 16

It's a very light serum that you can actually use quick near to the eyes as well

And then six shapes of your Pure C and the two mixed together will actually become instantly activated

And then you can apply it all over your face and neck

If you're interested in finding out more about how you can do effective at-home skin treatments and actually change your skin for the better in

2018 then please join our

28-day skincare challenge by visiting cosmetics UK the hashtag is #Hello Healthy Skin

I look forward to being your skin coach this year

Facebook News Feed Algorithm 2018 - Duration: 4:34.

hi I'm Nanci your brand strategist and this is the Facebook newsfeed algorithm apocalypse 2018

so in this video I'm going to tell you why this apocalypse happened and also how you

should change your mindset to react to this facebook news feed algorithm change

so if you want to know everything about how to change your mindset to maximize

your marketing efforts time energies and money I highly suggest that you

subscribe to this channel by hitting the red subscribe button and also the little

bell you see on the right of it so basically this is not an apocalypse they

wrote it they said that this thing has been going on for like one year I think

more no one was following the non written rules every marketer I know has

been telling this like since ever that you should be interacting with users if

we all did follow this non written rule this Facebook algorithm apocalypse

wouldn't have happened but we didn't and it's a rule now their house their rules

like any house for instance if I invite you here in my apartment and you start

not flushing each and every time you go to the bathroom I will get angry and I

will tell you that you should be flushing

maybe I will tell someone that we both know that you should really be flushing

and if you do not listen to this friendly advice I will make it a rule I

will say that each and every time you go to the bathroom if I do not hear you

flushing I will just stay out of the bathroom and keep the door closed and

you will not be able to get out of the bathroom until you flush and that's

exactly what they did so if you think about it Facebook is a social network

and the network is built upon interactions and guess what the society

is made of people also businesses are made of people also Facebook is made of

people so to actually be a social network they

people interacting if you do not make people interact with each other and with

you - there's no point in showing your stuff so they will not show your stuff

if we've been doing this this facebook news feed algorithm apocalypse wouldn't

have happened but it did because no one actually followed the rules and I saw it

I saw business pages posting blank stuff that I reacted like and that's not what

Facebook needs that's not what any social network needs so I'm not

surprised at all you must create interactions don't even think you can

skip these rules with your Facebook profile or your Facebook Ads because

it's going to affect everything every kind of content from whoever pages

profiles groups everything is going to be affected images videos text whatever

is going to be affected by these rules every kind of content is going to be

affected by these new rules for now just try to fix your mindset you have to

interact with people and make people interact with each other and that's so

not new not for Facebook nor for any other social media it just made it an

official rule so deal with it in the comments below you can find a link to

download - today's freebie which is a little infographic that will help you deal with

January Book Haul - #StrikeBackVideoAThon [CC] - Duration: 11:12.

Hey everybody, it's Anna. Welcome back to my booktube channel. Today i am bringing

you my January book haul. These are going to be all of the books that I purchased/

received in the mail for the month of January. A little bit of a disclaimer

here: I did buy all of these books with my own money,

and I am NOT including library books in this book haul, because then it would be

ridiculously long, and I just want to focus right now on the books that I have

actually bought and paid for. And before we get started, I want to do a plug

for another fellow youtuber who made this shirt: "the future is accessible." Some

of you may already know about her. Her name is Annie Elainey,

and she does videos about chronic illness, feminism, queer content,

disability, all different types of advocacy, really, for marginalized people.

And she has created these shirts as a fundraiser for her work, so I will leave

a link downstairs in the description box if you would like to learn more about

her and her work, or perhaps purchase a shirt for yourself. So let's go ahead and

get into the books! So the first book that I purchased in the month of January

is "Meet Cute." This is a young adult contemporary like romance anthology,

which is kind of a different genre from what I usually read, but I heard about

this on Book Twitter, and there are a lot of my favorite authors in here: Jennifer

Armentrout, Dhonielle Clayton, Nina Lacour-- I love Nina Lacour so much!-- Julie

Murphy, who wrote "Ramona Blue," Nicola Yoon, Ibi Zoboi, just lots of different

authors that I really enjoy. And I've also heard that there are a fair amount

of queer love stories in this book. I will probably save it for the

contemporary-a-thon read-a-thon that is happening in February because I tend not

to read a ton of contemporary, so I'm trying to like keep it stock piled until

that read-a-thon takes place. Next is "The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning" by

Margareta Magnusson. This is a book that I also purchased from Amazon, and I

thought I was going to like more I am liking it. I'm in the process of

reading it right now, but as you can see I haven't gotten very far.

Pretty much the premise of this book is a way to figure out how to declutter and

tidy up when you are like nearing the end of your life, because you don't want

your family members to have to deal with all of your material goods and

possessions that you no longer care about after you're gone. I didn't get

this because like I, myself, or anyone I'm close to it was like close to death or

something like that. I just thought it was an interesting philosophy

to kind of make sure that you have taken care of your material goods so that you

can make sure that you're spending lots of time focusing on the people in your

life and stuff like that. Um, but this book is kind of disappointing so far,

because I feel like all of the decluttering and tidying tips are very

generic. I thought there was maybe gonna be a bit more about like the philosophy

behind it, but it's very general. And as somebody that already read the like

Marie Kondo "Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up," I feel like I'm just getting

a lot of repeat information with this book. Next are two books that I

purchased from a new bookstore in town that I had never been to before. And this

was while I was at a Rachel Lynn Solomon book launch party for "You'll Miss Me When I'm Gone."

The first of those is "Spindle" by E.K. Johnston. E.K. Johnston is a Canadian

author. She is one of my favorite young adult authors. And this is a story that

is about a storyteller queen and how things are spun out of magical threads

into stories and woven into fabrics. And I'm really excited to read this because

of how much I love E.K. Johnston. I believe this is part

of a series-- let me make sure it is. Yeah there's gonna be "the stunning companion

novel" to "Spindle" that's called "A Thousand Nights." Very much looking

forward to reading this. [Indistinct] I got was a YA historical fiction called

"The Hired Girl" by Lauren Amy Schlitz. This is a winner of the Scott O'Dell Award for

historical fiction for young people. And this is about a young girl who is a

servant and reads lots of novels, and she's hoping for a better life for

herself. This looked really intriguing. I do like historical fiction. I was a big

fan of Scott O'Dell, especially growing up. He wrote "Island of the Blue Dolphins,"

among other things. And I was looking forward to seeing where this story goes.

Next is a book that has not come out yet, but I have pre-ordered, and that is "Wires

and Nerve, Volume 2" by Marissa Meyer. I'm actually gonna go get the first one and

hold it up so you can see what that will look like. Hold that thought.

This is Volume One of "Wires and Nerve" by Marissa Meyer. This is a graphic novel

companion series to her Lunar Chronicles series, which are fairy tale retellings.

They begin with "Cinder," which is about like the cyborg Cinderella. And this

picks up where that series left off, and it is told from the point of view of

Iko, who is an android, and one of the supporting characters in the original

Lunar Chronicles series. I am hoping to eventually own all of these as well as

the Lunar Chronicles books, and I am very very excited to see where this story

picks up, because it definitely left me curious and wondering. Next up is a comic book.

This is "Over the Garden Wall, Vol 3." Over the Garden Wall is not just my favorite

piece of animation ever, but also I think *the* greatest piece of animation ever.

Yeah! Boom! There, I said it: greatest piece of animation ever. And

this comic book is written by one of the storyboarders from Over the Garden

Wall. They have lots of different authors come in and like draw different styles

for the covers, which I think is really fun, and I really do-- sorry about the

light-- I really do enjoy this series very much. The last one was a little bit

weaker in the second half, so I'm hoping that it picks up in the third volume.

I also purchased the Lumberjanes crossover with Gotham Academy book from

my local comic book store. I am getting caught up on the Lumberjanes series as

we speak, but this is also a part of a comic book series that I want to collect.

I want to own all of the Iumberjanes books, and now also all of the middle

grade novels that they're coming out with. This is a fantastic series about

lady and lady-adjacent children that are in sort of a

fantastical summer camp in the woods, where there are these crazy, like, magical

creatures coming and invading the camp. And they're kind of learning about what

it means to be like girls and women, and in some cases like men, that are getting-

more like boys- that are getting more in touch with things that are traditionally

feminine. Or non-binary scouts! And it's a great, just delicious, delightful,

heartwarming series. There's a cute little like "two girls falling in love"

love story that's going on there, and it just it warms my heart so so much. This isn't

a book technically speaking it is the--whoops!

It's the Mouseguard RPG. I have been reading these comic books, which are kind

of like if if the Night's Watch from Game of Thrones was actually run by mice. And

while I was at Orca Con this month, which is a board gaming convention that's in

my town, I got bitten by the bug for tabletop RPGs. I used to play a lot of

tabletop RPGs in college, and then I kind of fell off of it, but I definitely got

back on again after playing some RPGs at the convention! So while this isn't a

book, it is based off of a graphic novel series. And there is a very large rule

book contained within the box! And as I am going to be the GM for this RPG, I

thought I would include it because it was a book I purchased. I'm reading it

and annotating it *exhaustively* in preparation for the game. So that is the

Mouseguard RPG. Check out the graphic novels if you're interested in learning

more about Mouseguard itself. Next up we have "Magic for Beginners." This is a short

story collection by the author Kelly Link. I've never read anything by this

author before, but I have heard amazing things about her, and the way that she

bends and challenges the notions that we have of genre. I believe she's classified

as a science fiction writer--at least she was in the bookstore where I picked this

up. But I know that she definitely mixes and bends genre a lot, so very much

excited to read this. Next is "An Unkindness of Ghosts" by Rivers Solomon .

O first heard about this book I think on a podcast, but I watched a video that Onyx

Pages did, and I will link her down in the description, her channel. Her name

is Njeri, her channel's name is Onyx Pages. did [a video] talking about this book,

and she was so enthusiastic about it that I knew that I had to read it. This

is another science fiction novel where everyone is sort of living on this ship

in space, but the decks of the ship are arranged according to sort of like a

social structure of like: people of a certain class can only go on this deck,

and people of a certain race can only go on this deck. And I've also been told that

there's kind of like a mystery and puzzle-solving aspect to this book, which

is also very exciting to me because I like to read that kind of thing. Next up

is "Let's Talk About Love" by Claire Kann. This book has also not come out yet. I

believe it comes out January 23rd. And I have pre-ordered it. It is a young adult

contemporary novel that has both Black representation--a young Black girl who

is suspecting that she may be asexual. So those are two points of view that we...

don't really get a whole ton of diversity of those things! Especially in

combination in the YA literature that I am aware of. So I am looking forward to

reading that. Ginally we have a little bit of a bonus book, which is the one

book that I received from Sean as a Christmas gift. And that is "Paper Girls,

Volume One" by Brian K. Vaughan and Cliff Chiang. This is a comic book series that I

have been wanting to read for a really long time- never picked it up- but it is

also one of the few that I have been wanting to read that I'd also haven't

read yet, so it made a wonderful gift. Technically, I got this in December, but I

was not making videos then, and I definitely wanted to put this in because-

look how big this is! I'm definitely going to have thoughts about this by the

time I finish it. Ooh, and lest I forget, the January Owl Crate was

"The Cruel Prince" by Holly Black. I don't think this really needs any introduction.

If you're on booktube or you read like any kind of YA or fantasy- type stories

at all, you've probably heard of Holly Black. But I know that this is a reverse

changeling story: not something I would have picked up for myself, but I am still

excited to read it and see whether I like it. So that is it for my January

book haul! Comment down below if you read or enjoyed any of these books: what you

thought about them, if you disliked them, let me know that too!

I think it's very important to talk about books that we dislike as well as

books that we like. And thank you for stopping by my channel. If you like what

you see here, please give the video a thumbs up and click on to the subscribe

button if you'd like to see more. I'll see you in the next one. Bye!
