Hi guys and welcome back to my youtube channel this is alifya and you're watching the flawed

queen So I hope you guys are watching my videos regularly I'm trying to post two videos

per week which is like a great accomplishment for me cause I'm always so busy and everything

but ya I really want to be regular on youtube so I'm.trying to make two videos per week

and if you guys are watching it then that's great but if you guys are not then please

come back to my youtube channel on every Thursday and Sunday to watch new videos Having said

that I want to tell you guys that today I'm going to talk about this thing I've been

asked a lot about that is how to build your confidence or how to be confident Actually

I'm not boasting about myself but I'm kind of confident and people often ask me

how I've developed that confidence because I'm not really you know I don't shy away

from going on stage or talking you know my heart out or just facing a group of people

which is I know something a lot of you guys struggle with and you know its not like I

don't feel scared of going on stage or facing people but iVe just learnt how to overcome

my nervousness and I know that a lot of people deal with this so I just want to help you

guys with it and tell you how you can be more confident and its going to happen with time

so if you follow whatever I'm going to tell you or you know get a little motivation from

this I'm sure you guys will be able to overcome all your nervousness and all of that and be

more confident So there are really just 3 things that you have to inculcate or which

you have to practice more in your life if you want to build up your confidence and I'm

sure you will be able to do it over time but you need to practice these 3 things more often

which I'm going to tell you it's really simple and I think honestly anybody can do

it if I can so ya I'm going to tell you so lets get started so the first thing which

I want to tell you guys about and which you need to practice more often is to be prepared.

By being prepared I mean you need to know what is the worst thing that could happen

out of any you know anything that you're taking up be it a dance on stage or exams

or anything of that sort so for example if I'm going for an exam I'm scared you know

before that we're all nervous that you know what kind of paper might come I might not

know anything or what's going to happen and a lot of that and a lot of this nervousness

destroys you know a lot of things you know something and it just flies out of your brain

because you're too nervous so to deal with that you need to be confident and for that

what I do is I be prepared for the worst consequences that could happen I think of what's the

worse that could happen if I'm in a situation so if I'm going to dance on stage I don't

dance guys I mean I dance for fun but anyway this is just an example so if I just go on

stage and dance what will happen I might just fall right or I might forget a step but there's

nothing more you know nothing worse that could happen so that's like the worst thing that

could happen and I'm prepared for that in my mind that you know people might laugh maybe

or whatever they might make fun but its gonna end in one week or one month how much will

people talk about it anyway You need to think of the worst that could

happen and accept it ok this going to happen but its going to be fine after a while so

that is something we need to do more often so the next thing that you guys need to do

and that I do and I guess we all need to do is to be self aware yes you need to know yourself

the best you shouldn't be like ok this person knows be better no you need to know yourself

the best you need to know your positives and your negatives and accept it and the day you

know yourself well and you can accept your flaws there's nothing that can stop you

from being confident also there's another important thing I want to include in this

about being about being self aware is that you always look back at what you've achieved

everybody has achieved something which they can be proud of it could be something very

little like helping somebody on the road or something big but achievements everybody has

it everybody has some good qualities and some achievements which they've made and you

need to look back on that whenever you feel under confident or whenever you feel you can't

face situation whenever I am on stage or I'm going on stage I do feel a little nervous

and I just look back and think and it gives me this kind of positivity so I'm like oh

ya I've I've achieved that I can do this so that's something very important you need

to look back on your achievements and feel positive about it Also you need to expect

success from any situation so if you're going out you know present yourself in a competition

or whatever it is you need to expect success you can't go on and face the world if you're

thinking that oh no I can't do it I might lose there maybe so many better people you

can't think like it unless you've given it a shot you never know whenever you expect

success or you know you're like maybe I can do it you know or I have a chance it you

know kind of pushes you to do better and you never know that better might turn out to be

the best so the third and one of my favourite or ways that I want to suggest to you guys

to be confident is to receive praise and take risks yes so by receiving praise I mean that

if somebody genuinely compliments you about something that you've done receive it on

a good note because I don't know if you guys do this but if somebody compliments me

like oh really am I good or you're just saying because you thought I'll feel good

about it so I'm like always taking out the negative even in the positive so that's

something you should stop doing which I'm also learning to stop doing because when people

praise me I think in that way and I should not and neither should you so if somebody

praises u on something you're like oh wow that's something nice about me you feel

good about it you feel positive and then you know try to work better towards it that's

only if you receive the praise with a positive mind you just need to go out there and take

that risk and do that thing that you always wanted to do it is going to give you confidence

I assure you because it's going to tell you oh well I wanted to do this I gave it

a shot whether it worked or not that's different but that's just gonna make you feel better

and stronger about yourself and it will build your confidence Just imagine about the big

YouTubers they left they left these conventional job or conventional life to and chose to do

something unconventional and they're so huge on the internet and you know they're

just so good in what they're doing so if they had never taken those risks they might

not be where they are or even for me actually I was so skeptical before starting blogging

and specially youtube but I just took that risk and I love it I love making videos and

doing my thing and I feel like if I wouldn't have taken that risk and I would have always

been scared about how the world is going to take it I wouldn't have been in the happy

space that I'm in right now so we need to take risks and you never know what you could

achieve I mean you could just go out there and do something and it might not lead you

to where you wanted to but it might it lead you to something better So ya please accept

the praise people give you receive it well and take risks don't be scared of taking

risks those are three ways that I wanted to suggest to you guys to build your confidence

and I'm sure its going to help you guys I mean it's someything that has helped so

this is from my personal experience and I'm sure this is going to help you guys I hope

you guys liked this video before ending it I just wanna tell you guys don't let opinions

bother you try to be the best version of yourself these are ways I've suggested its not gonna

work in a day or in a minute it will take some time but if you just keep on doing it

it will help you only you can change the opinions of others from negative to positive so you

be you do you and believe in yourself so I really hope you like this video I can go on

talking about how to build confidence but I don't want this video to be too long so

if there's anything that you guys wanna ask me then you can of course email me my

email will be down below so ya you can contact me ask me anything that you want and u will

try to get back to that and if there's any video suggestion that you guys want to give

then do comment down below and please do what I always ask you to do that is to like share

and subscribe to my channel do comment down below hit the bell icon and also share it

with your friends this video with all of those who you think need it so ya do that and I

love making videos for you guys be back here on Thursday and s Sunday ya Thursday and Sunday

so ya I love you guys Bye Bye thank you for watching love you

Roth IRA Tax Free Retirement Income Analysis: How Rich Can A Roth IRA Make You? (Realistic Examples) - Duration: 20:48.

how's it going ladies and gentlemen welcome back to money and life TV I am

Mike the CPA and this is my sidekick jibber awaiting orders today I'm super

excited because we're gonna be talking about Roth IRA tax-free income and we're

gonna be looking at on-screen examples of how much income tax free income you

can expect to generate from your auth IRA later on in life if you're new to

our channel I just want to take a moment to say welcome if you're interested in

learning more about personal finances investing taxes and things like that I

would go ahead and hit that subscribe button right now you can find that

subscribe button down below because we make new videos every single

week around these subjects and we also produce videos on this channel to help

you with your career and your life alright guys if you find this

information helpful don't forget to hit that like button and let's get started

this video is kicking off a series of videos I'll be making around Roth IRAs

and you're gonna be seeing the power of compounding interest and also in this

video you're going to be able to see the power of investing in a Roth IRA and the

power of the tax-free income you can get from it later on in life if you do it

right

so let's look at some on screaming examples right now and you're gonna see

me go to a spreadsheet and the spreadsheet is going to be available or

download for free in the description section below this video so make sure to

check it out and I'm gonna leave a dropbox link to that spreadsheet and I

may also put it on my website money in life TV comm so that you can use it and

refer to it anytime you want all right without further ado let's look at this

spreadsheet we have created and you're gonna see that it's gonna break down not

only different rates of return so you're gonna able you're gonna be able to see

at what rate your money would grow but also you're going to be able to see how

that would impact your income from your Roth IRA later on in life now

I'm making this video obviously because of this audience and because of this

channel and you guys have requested that you want to learn more about tax more

about investing and Roth IRA is an area that covers kind of both it's a it's a

tax and investing topic and I I really encourage you I mean this is one of the

best investment vehicles you can use if you qualify for it in order to save and

build up an income for your retirement there's hardly anything out there that

beats this today in terms of stock market investing and things like that

the money you can invest in here will greatly impact in age you in retirement

since I'm talking about the future I just need to take a moment guys just

excuse me just for a second because I need to talk just for a moment directly

to my brother-in-law you see I have a brother-in-law and he's a great guy but

he's only 22 years old and he's in a situation right now where he has earned

income which means he would be able to put money into a Roth IRA and he could

set one up and he's in a good living situation right now he's living at home

so this is the perfect time for him to start one right that he's has very few

expenses and if he uses money wisely he's going to be I doing a huge favor to

his future self right so excuse me for a moment

hey brother-in-law I hope you're watching this video and I hope this

video finds you well I was thinking about you and as I put together this

spreadsheet and I was like man you know this is a

great opportunity for you and just I'm just thinking about what this could do

for you later on in life because we care about you so I just wanted to take a

moment and say and tell you that if you don't take advantage of this great

opportunity you have in front of you right now and do something such as the

Roth IRA I'm going to rock your world oh and it doesn't stop there if you

still decide that this is not a good idea

chipper has some words for you and you don't want to tick off the bird!!!! all

right thanks guys I just had to have that one-on-one conversation with my

brother-in-law real quick right there because we really care about

him we love him and we want him to do well in life as I'm sure you would want

your family to do well and as well as your friends so let's get started so

like I said this spreadsheet is going to be available for download and I'll link

it up in the description section below this video now I'm not gonna cover all

the rules of a Roth IRA because I'm gonna do another video directly after

this are coming up soon that's gonna cover all the rules you need to know to

establish and open a Roth IRA but currently just you know fYI each person

can contribute up to fifty five hundred dollars a year into a Roth IRA if you're

over the age of 50 you can do sixty-five hundred dollars a year so what that

breaks down to fifty five hundred dollars a year is roughly meaning you

can invest four hundred and fifty eight dollars and 33 cents a month and that is

after-tax so the way that works is you get paid they take taxes off your check

right well the net amount of your check is the amount of money then you would

have leftover to potentially invest in a Roth IRA so it's after-tax money it's

not pre-tax money like your 401k it's completely separate and different from

that and now your 401k at your company might have a Roth option and it might

make a lot of sense to do that option but the Roth IRA in general is just a

separate account from that that you can single person can contribute fifty five

hundred hundred dollars a year in two and so this spreadsheet just so you know

we're assuming let me get to that box iPhone

in the examples you're gonna see below but we're gonna assume that every year a

person's going to max out the Roth IRA in each year worth $5,500 right and also

assume that person is going to contribute money to this Roth IRA and

tell their the age of 65 and then they stop tactically you can contribute to it

until you're about age 70 and then you have a stop but just for this example

we're gonna assume $5,500 a year until age 55 and so we're gonna analyze that

based on various rates of return and based on various ages so starting right

here I want to look let's look at example 1 because example one could

assumes a very conservative 4% return right that's very conservative and I

think most people with their eyes closed because invest and get a return like

that so as you can see the way this works is this column over here shows the

age you begin investing in a rough so we I've given a few examples so from age 20

to age 50 and so every 5 years I've shown another example and what this

would mean is that there this is the second column here is the number of

compounding periods until age 65 so if you have if you started at age 20 and

you contribute to age 65 that's 45 years right well if we pull up our little

calculator and we do 45 times 12 there's 450 compounding periods so

that's where that's coming from just so you guys know how that math works okay

and then this third column right here is going to show you how much money that

would grow into had that person done it and got an average return the whole time

of 4% on average so as you can see here I'm not gonna read over all the numbers

but if you started at age 20 and for vested fifty five hundred dollars a year

for 45 years that money would grow into roughly seven hundred thousand dollars

okay now you're gonna notice and I'm not like I said I'm not gonna read every one

of these because you can take a look and download the spreadsheet for yourself

all you need to have is Microsoft Excel 2007 for 20 so if you start at age 25

that's 40 years of compounding which is 480 so 12/12/12 times 40 is 480

compounding periods the money would grow to five hundred and forty three thousand

instead had you started at twenty five instead of age twenty so you can see

that's a pretty big difference and just that difference alone that's five years

you wouldn't think five years would matter that much but it does because if

we look at five you know the 606 194,000 and within we

subtract out the nicks one below at the five hundred and forty three thousand

five thirty-four that's a hundred and fifty thousand dollar difference just by

waiting five years

so the differences can be astronomical and very if they can be magnified based

upon how long you wait to do this in a type of return you're getting so that's

what I really wanted to point out to you guys and so if you've been on the fence

of starting a Roth IRA today is the day now it's the time if you have a spouse

you're saying oh please honey we got we've got to start one of these things

today is the day now's the time you can show them this spreadsheet and you can

show them mathematically how much it's costing you just by waiting now me

personally do I have a Roth IRA absolutely do does my wife have a Roth

IRA as well absolutely and every year we've started maxing those out and I

believe we opened them when we were 28 I wish I could have done it sooner but 28

so when we started but now every year every year and this year I've got the

Musto before we look at income amounts let's go down the line and show you what

some different returns would be like had you got even a better return so in

example two we're looking at a 6% annual average rate of return so the whole time

the person's investing the person is getting a 6% return and the numbers

really are substantial so look at if you started at age 20 and you're able to get

a 6% rate of return the whole time you're gonna have about 1.2 million

dollars by the time you're age 65

now if you start at 25 you're gonna have 900 17,000 but if you wait to start

until you're 50 which is only you know about 15 years of compounding periods

it's only a hundred and thirty three thousand dollars so it's very

insignificant it's still better than nothing don't get me wrong but time will

cost you a lot of compounding interest that you could have potentially earned

so that's what if you get if you have a 6% now let's look at example 3 which is

around the stock market historically over the past hundred years ranges on

average of yields of 6 to 8% a rate of return you know if you if start at age

20 this is pretty amazing but if you were able to start at age 20 and got an

8% average annual rate of return for 45 years you would have 2.4 million dollars

by the time you're 65 you would pretty much be set because the

money you're good from that is completely tax-free so you could live on

very little if you started at age 25 now this I want to point out to you

watch as the you'll notice as the annual percentage average rate of return

increases and so does the magnification of the difference in time so let me let

me show you what I mean cuz that what I just said probably didn't make sense but

if you start at age 20 right so you would have two hundred and forty three

thousand are two million four hundred thirty three thousand dollars in 96

cents - if you had just waited five more years to start doing this one point six

million or 1 million six hundred ten thousand seven hundred five your

difference you wouldn't think that I didn't think this until you're in the

method blew me away but if you were able to get an eight percent rate of return

and did invest the rest of your life into this thing as a single person the

difference and we're just waiting five years is eight hundred thousand dollars

that's really impressive whoa whoa just Bravo Wow which is enough to buy two

homes in most places it's amazing it's just crazy so that's why I want to

encourage you to start today start now whatever you need to do to align your

finances in order to do this start start today so now let's look at so we've seen

what the money can compound to because this is a lot of compounding interest

examples right and I'm using a calculator to do this

I'm using a compounding interest calculator on my phone it's the TVM

calculator I believe what it's called I'll link up what it's called and just

so you guys know what app I use and I would like to do a review on it at one

of these on that app because it's such a cool app and it's free and there's so

many different calculators in there and so that's what I've used to generate a

lot of these calculations okay so we've looked at what the money would grow to

now let's look at how the income plays out and kind of how I think about that

or at least how I personally analyze that you can obviously draw down the

principal of the amounts you've put in but if you if you're thinking like me so

my goal personally I'm just gonna tell you this is just what I want to do you

don't have to do this obviously but I would like to let this money grow to a

substantial amount and so that I can just live off the income and not touch

the principal and hopefully someday that extra principal I can then pass it on to

my family or my heirs or whoever - to benefit from so they can build more

wealth even quicker so our org donated huge chunk of it the charity that's my

future plans but anyways if you come over here and I just scroll to the right

so it's lined up so you just go from left to right so let's look at the four

percent rate of return example and what I've done is I say estimated annual

tax-free income based on the following looks like I got an error there based on

the following annual dividend yields solve I'll fix this for you guys so when

it's ready for download but what this does it says okay

if you didn't touch this money if you didn't draw down the principal but just

lived off the dividend yield what kind of income would that generate for you on

an annual basis so as you can see here if you look at just a two percent right

here so this column matches up with this one I'm looking at this 13,000 as an

example so you would have just by giving a two percent dividend yield and there's

tons of stocks out there that could do this there's Microsoft McDonald's you

know coca-cola Pepsi things like that could easily give you a two percent

dividend yield or more and what it does is it it looks at two percent and

multiplied two percent yield multiplied by what the total amount is because

that's roughly about the yield you'll get on this money so that yield will

give you $13,000 almost the $14,000 a year income

which breaks down if you want to do the math 13,000 882 I only got to do to

figure out what that is monthly is this divided by 12 right so just divided by

12 and so that's about 1150 six dollars a month in tax-free income and it also

looks at you know now what if you get a 4% rate or each I mean dividend yield on

on that amount of money well check it out

you take 27 so 4% yield and looking at this first row is 27,000 765 divided by

12 that's about it a little bit over $2,000 a year income and the beauty of

this income is it's completely tax-free there's there's really no better income

than tax-free income because it's not gonna affect your taxes which is amazing

so this is just tax free money so that would mean you would have to pull out as

much from your 401k or other sources because you would have this much up

front completely tax-free and you would get to keep all of it which is so

wonderful now obviously as it goes down the line here if you wanted to look at

what it would be for a 50 year old you would just look at this row right here

and come across like this and you can do the math the same now let me just first

take a time let me skip down to the 8% one because that's where it gets really

fun now assume that you were a 20 year old 20-something year old and somebody

told you about this to start doing it and you did it and the money grew and

this is the kind of income you would have how do you have an 8% return the

whole time so then your money grows into 2.4 million right into this example well

come over here I think we could reasonably get a 3% dividend yield

easily I think we could so let's let's do the math on that 3 percent so 3

percent is this number right here right 73,000 and that's this 3 percent

multiplied by this total amount of the value of that person's account so

seventy three thousand dollars per year is the annual income so seventy three

thousand dollars divided by 12 is a tax-free income of six thousand dollars

a month now who can't live off that a tax-free

income of $6,000 a month that's amazing so that's the power of this thing guys

that's the power of starting early as possible and building up a Roth IRA now

you might say Mike what if I married does you know how would that work out

well if you're married for simplification purposes if you both

started maxing out this Roth IRA at the same time which is rare that would

happen but if you did and you wanted to know how much more it would be if you

had two people doing this I've ran the math I don't have it here but all you

would have to do is if this person if your looks like your spouse started at

the same time as you and you guys both follow the same track so let's say let's

take a 25 year old right let's say you both got married around 25 years old and

you both started putting money in so what you would do is you take this

projected amount of five hundred forty three thousand and multiply that by two

and you would have one point eight seven million that's that's basically how the

math works out if you were had two people doing this and because if you're

married each person like I said can contribute fifty five hundred dollars a

year into the Roth IRA so that's if two people are doing it so I wanted us to

take a moment guys and just share with you the power of compounding interest

and the beautiful power of the Roth IRA because it's one of the only ways to get

tax-free income and hopefully they don't change the laws about the around this

but if you can qualify for this vehicle this account do it you know I have mine

through Scottrade which is gonna soon be Ameritrade because they're merging our

Ameritrade bot Scottrade but the point is is that there's many

ways to start an open a Roth IRA to check with your financial advisor and

like I said I'm gonna be making a whole series of videos around this topic

because it's such an important topic in my opinion and it's because they're I

don't expect there to be social security any more in the future and I don't

expect there to be pensions any more in the future unless you're very lucky that

this is why it's more important than ever to figure out right now today

regardless of how old you are how much retirement income you're gonna need

because the likelihood of you having Social Security and pensions is gone I

just you have either so basically you have to self fund your retirement and

it's a very a lot of money to do it trust me it does

but but the sooner you start the better and having that income working for you

getting your money to work for you so you don't have to work the rest of your

life is what you're going for at least that's what I'm going for

I think that's the kind of life you want that's a little kind of life I want so

if you guys enjoyed this video if you found it helpful let me know by hitting

that like button down below be sure to subscribe if you have not already

because every single week we make new videos like this that are basically help

you improve your financial position your career and your life and be sure to

share this with a friend especially a friend who's very young like my

brother-in-law how're you still watching this I hope I hope you're still watching

this brother-in-law because I would really encourage you I'm like begging

you to do this because you're gonna thank your future self so much if you do

now if you don't do this until later on life it's still gonna be helpful but yes

you can see mathematically time cost you a lot of extra money that you could have

had have you started earlier and so that's what I wanted to make this video

so you could know how much income you can expect in the future from your Roth

IRA just from dividend yields alone when it's pretty powerful and I hope you guys

enjoyed this alright guys well thanks for taking the time out of your day to

watch this video thanks for sticking with me you can make sure to download

the list in the description section down below and I will see you guys next week

and I will see you guys in the next video live life on caged bye guys

Prepositions of Space: Learn English Grammar With Me! - Duration: 5:31.

Hello everyone, and welcome back to Comfortable English. My name is Sarah

Comfort, and I am so excited to have you here for my third and final lesson on

prepositions. If you haven't seen my first two videos, be sure to watch those,

as well. So today's lesson is going to be all about prepositions of space. Now,

you're probably very familiar with what these prepositions are, but there are so

many of them you may find it difficult to remember all of them and that's where

today's lesson comes in. So, to refresh your memory a preposition

is used to show a relationship between a subject and an object. So for example:

that candle is behind me. Behind is the preposition because it shows that the

relationship between myself and that candle is that it is behind me.

So, I want to show you a few more prepositions of space to help you

visualize one: what they are, and two: how to use them. I really think that this

will be helpful for you. I will have all of the prepositions that I go over in

today's video on my blog, so do be sure to check out my lesson there as well. So,

let me show you some more prepositions of space! Let's go! So, here is our first

preposition of space. In this picture, you see we have a blue triangle and a tan

circle. In this picture, the triangle is above the circle, so it's location in

relation to the circle is that it is above the circle.

Our next preposition is below. So, now we have the exact opposite of above in this

picture. We have the blue triangle below the tan circle. Some other words or

prepositions you could use with below or in place of below are under underneath

to say something like, "the triangle is underneath the circle." But, of course, you

can also say below the circle. Now you probably recognize this preposition from

the previous example in this video with the calendar, but this preposition is

behind. So, in this picture the triangle is behind the circle. Now, we have the

exact opposite of behind, and we have in front of. So, now our triangle is in front

of our circle. You could also say that the circle is now behind the triangle, so

behind and in front of are exact opposites. Here is an interesting

preposition, and it is between. So as you can see we have two triangles and one

circle, and the circle is in the middle of the two triangles, or it is between

the two triangles. This next preposition may be a little difficult, but it is next

to. So, in this picture you will see that the triangle and the circle are very

close together. You could use this preposition to say that the triangle is

next to the circle. Next to just indicates that two objects

are very close to each other, but maybe not necessarily touching. Now, the

preposition near is used when two objects are close to each other but

maybe not as close as they were when they were next to each other. So, near

would be maybe within a hands reach, something like that, so in this picture

we can see that the circle is near the triangle. And that is all that I have for

today! I really hope that you have enjoyed this three-part lesson on

prepositions! If you need to refresh your memory of the other two types of

prepositions be sure to watch my last two videos and head over to my blog to

read those lessons, as well. If you learned something today, please be sure to give

this video a big thumbs up and I will see you in my next video. Have a great

day. Bye!

Ernest parco asks can you build the business by buying leads if so how many

leads would you recommend on a monthly basis and for how long

oh no leads no leads our share stories I'll give you a couple of reasons I

bought leads and I signed up elites okay I bought leads I spent a lot of money on

weeds I know people buy a lot of money on

leads and I sponsored them they're not like they're nuts

it's possible I'll give you one thing why no and this may be simple give you

convince you really quickly I've been you know people a lot of people call me

the Oprah of MLM right I've know thousands of top earners in the

profession there's South just from the interviews and animation just form the

introduced without over five talked to 500 top leaders okay not to mention the

thousands are having me booked on the show yet and just out of the 500 shows

I've done recorded only one person out of 500 has sport leaves before they'll

give you clue one out of 500 is a 0.2% purchase leads none of them down some of

them have a net worth gotta be a nine meetup groups have gone to communities

have Coco I've knocked on doors but only one person has sport leads don't do it

I've done it total waste of money no let me explain

to you how will these are generate leads are generated because they're and

normally enticed and I'll give me two couple things about leads now I did

sponsor weeds I didn't recruit a couple these but you

lose just painful painful and I remember I'll call someone you can buy them area

codes or I'll calling them and it was a good area code but somehow you know if

you live in LA it was like three 100 area code you know half a three 100

every code it's a great L is a pretty you know a lot of people there right

three 100's pretty big and some of you in cities you only got one area code in

the whole city so Nellie's got a couple different area codes and I put the most

expensive one which is West Side three one oh so what 3-1 now but there's a

part of West Side there's also not as good part and guess what every

time I quote a leave from three one out hey how's it going out here people like

salaries with the Concorde right I still read mine one person a quart hey I

forgot her name hey can I speak to mrs. brass back and there's woman sigh she's

not home that's like wow it's okay I mean I'm

calling she wasn't wanted to earn extra income from home I wonder what she'd be

back and then she's like hold on like hey tell me back home I feel like I'm

sorry no one knows when she's coming back okay that is the type of lady gang

when you buy leads right now of course one Oh once in a while you get good

leads but they normally have been a nightmare

it's another instance I'll tell you this is help this is good experience for you

I couldn't lead I think hey now if you get the person on the phone that is

already uh-oh congrats to you how'd the leads are

generally so generate a second but I got this person on the phone and say are you

interested in extra extra income from home and I said God he said well not

really so when this is not really the questions that well what made you here I

actually when you buy leads depend on how much you pay all right these are the

best please they tell you how they're generating I said well it says here you

were interested earning extra income from home what

changed and the persons that go you know I just did it to fill out the coupon I

think Oh what could was a good part what could pawn oh you know they were

offering the $25 coupon to Apple be your thoughts a survey and that's why I did

it but I'm not interested earning from home you know that was probably the best

process but I think it was a thank you sir I think oh so that is how you leave

the general eats you ever see online surfing get a free coupon get a free do

you'll get a free meal that's what I do they fill up the form and they ask you

all these questions do you want to earn extra income from oh yes do you want to

save money on your mortgage yes do you want to get a free car wash

yes you know they take these things do you want to refine yes and then what

happened you're interested buy a new house yes and all of a sudden that poor

person because they lead for five different industries for the carwash you

get a coupon for refi for real estate agent from network

marketing Lee that is how the Lisa soul so um most of the time will eat if you

have the first wants to call them that are the real estate company or the poor

guy just hit up by all these people calling them so laughs that's why I call

them they would even pick up my phone anymore who they knew the hearth another

person they probably hate kicking himself for doing something to get a $25

coupon to Applebee's so anyway I asked once I found that out

it screw that that's actually one of the things that helped me get into online

duplication generally I think I don't need these Lee companies J my own leads

and now with Facebook is even easier than ever like go out to groups go to do

your DMOS use the Facebook groups meet people much much better than that and

again no out of five of your interviews only one leader has bort leads 499 500

have never would never recommend buying leads to build a business so that's an

answer and I definitely tell you don't do it um you know if you want people to

call I just say online duplication if you really want they're desperate you

want to feel the pain of call needs go grab a phone book and Quran the people

go go grab a yellow pages and call businesses

I'm telling you you get about the same amount of results if you track the

numbers if you talk about a hundred just say just say you call hundred plumbers

you probably get two or three that would join you call hundred leads you get the

same amount of ratio so and the best part is the Yellow Pages are free

doesn't cost you any money you won't be stressed about them so

there you go that's the answer leads no

no leads don't do that you quit use our duplication can Facebook groups build

online much better cheaper and it's free and it saves you a lot of headache as

well so that's it brunch today show thank you for watching and this is where

we help you build a successful MLM business online as we teach other track

online we could online and duplicate online and now it's over to you you've

got a question just go to ml nation.com submit your question and look forward to

having your question on the next show that's it for now thank you so much for

watching and remember we're in the profession to help all this so go out

there and have a positive impact on someone's life today

New Home Builds and Why You Need Representation - Duration: 3:12.

This week in real estate we're going to talk about buying a new construction

home and why you need your own representation through a real estate agent.

Jim what is a Builders agent? A Builders agent is essentially a

salesperson and what they're doing is they're representing the best interest

of the Builder and their objective is to sell you a home at the highest price

possible and possibly to get you to use their financing because they get extra

kickback on that. So then what is a buyer's agent . A buyer's agent represents

the buyers best interest and what they do is they negotiate any extras that you

want to get on the home recommend financing that may be more favorable

than what the builders are offering they'll go in and they'll oversee the

inspection and so there's a lot of times when you go through a new home that the

builders inspectors don't do as thorough of a job as you would after you move in

then you find all these things and you go back to the Builder and have to do

warranty work. So it's better to find this out up front make sure the new home

that you're getting meets your expectations. Lastly a buyer's agent

is there to represent your best interest and they do that at no charge to you.

Wow - that's really good. So how do you get to have a buyer's agent how does someone

get that. Well you contact a real estate agent that you work with or that you

trust and the important thing is that you must have that agent go with you

the first time that you go to the model homes and the reason being is that if

you don't bring your agent with you you waive your rights and once you sign in

to that book they're gonna hold you to that and they won't allow you your own

representation. It's kind of crazy because it's like going to court without

your own attorney and just depending on the other person's attorney to represent

you. Yeah so everyone should really be getting a Buyer's agent especially it

doesn't cost them anything why wouldn't you do that it's also it just protects

your interest. They absolutely should and to mention that they can help you with

the sale of your home. Okay all right well is that it? That's it for this week

so we have more videos like this on our YouTube page share this video if you

know somebody looking for a new home please reach out to us we'd love to help

them we have social media all over the place so you can find us at...

GiordanoSellsAZ That's it thank you until next week bye - bye

Reacting to How Others React to Your Cerebral Palsy - Duration: 6:34.

ZACHARY: Hello, hello, hello.

I am author and entrepreneur, the Cerebral Palsy Vigilante, Zachary Fenell.

One of the toughest challenges living with cerebral palsy has nothing to do with the

physical symptoms like spastic muscles and awkward gait.

Instead the challenges come from how other people react to your CP.

When people encounter someone different they can act awkwardly or say some pretty rude

things.

In fairness those actions and comments don't always have malicious intent behind them.

Sometimes ignorance is the cause.

Nonetheless the behavior and words still hurt.

The key in these ignorance based situations is to remember to NOT take the feedback personally.

Advice musician Chris Hendricks offered when I interviewed him for my second book Rock

Realities, available on the Kindle and Nook, comes to my mind.

We were discussing feedback he received on one of his Youtube videos, a comment like "It's

clear there is something wrong with this kid."

Such a comment would bother Chris, at least until he stopped taking the comment personally.

Rather he shifted his focus.

As he explains "I was able to internalize it and kind of shift the message in my head

and that feedback sounded more to me the person was saying 'I'm missing the point of this.'

Or 'I don't get it.'

… It was more about the OTHER PERSON and less about me."

Actually in addition to being a musician Chris also does anti-bullying work, a personal issue

for him as growing up his cerebral palsy made him a target for bullies.

Interestingly enough his focus on bullying is rather similar.

He points out "What must be going on in the bully's life that he or she acts like

this?"

A very considerate approach! (chuckles)

I bet most people fill more with anger or embarrassment oppose to sympathy.

I know that's how I reacted before.

A story I share in my cerebral palsy memoir Off Balanced, also available on the Kindle

and Nook, demonstrates this.

My friend Annie and I were down in our college's rec room playing ping pong.

Ping pong is an activity I enjoy even though I am very bad at it.

Another student walked in and shortly started laughing at my play.

"You're not even trying" he said.

Feeling embarrassed I quietly responded "Yes I am."

"No you're not" he said laughing more.

That's when Annie spoke up and told the guy to quiet down, although her phrasing wasn't

that kind.

Albeit friends or family, having a strong support system proves great for handling these

situations.

Even in situations when a friend isn't around to intervene!

Knowing you can vent to someone later helps.

Somebody who will listen and then maybe call the culprit a few colorful names, causing

you to laugh.

Suddenly the malice intent transforms into a bonding agent strengthening a friendship

or familial relationship.

So those are my tips for reacting to the people who react to your CP awkwardly and/or rudely.

Remember their comments and behaviors might come from a place of ignorance and NOT maliciousness.

Don't take those actions and comments personally.

Instead adopt Chris Hendricks' mindset and attribute the feedback to what the words really

represents, the OTHER PERSON.

In scenarios where the person is intentionally being a bully turn to your friends and family

for support.

The right friend will transform any tears of sadness into ones of laughter with a few

colorful names for the culprit.

Now what about you?

What advice do you have?

In the comments section below share a time somebody responded to your CP awkwardly and/or

rudely, telling how you reacted.

If you've like this video, go ahead and hit the thumbs up icon to show your approval.

Of course for more from me make sure you subscribe to my Youtube channel if you haven't already.

Plus you can check out my books Rock Realities and Off Balanced, both again available on

the Kindle and Nook.

I'll leave links in the description.

Until next time don't blend in.

Blend out!

Strangest Phobias in the WORLD!! - Duration: 10:59.

You also might not know this but there are literally thousands of phobias out there and

not all of them are what you might expect to see.

Everybody is afraid of something and, although you might not want to admit it, sometimes

your phobias extend beyond the traditional spider and clown phobias.

From Certain furniture to farm animals...here are some of the strangest phobias out there.

Stay tuned to number 1 to find out exactly WHAT people are afraid to leave home without!

Number 10: Furniturephobia.

Believe it or not, and as you might have guessed, furniturephobia is a fear of furniture.

Although it may sound strange, it is a genuine and recognised phobia that can vary from the

fear of a specific type furniture...right up to the fear of any and all furniture.

Symptoms can include; shortness of breath, refusing to touch and wanting to avoid even

looking at furniture at all costs.

One slightly documented version of this phobia comes from actor, Billy Bob Thornton, who

has admitted in a television interview that he is deathly afraid of furniture, specifically

antique furniture, and that if he is in the same room as it he becomes highly uncomfortable,

wanting to leave as quickly as possible.

As with most phobias, nobody knows for sure what causes it, but some speculate that it

comes from a traumatic childhood event of some form.

Number 9.

Catoptrophobia.

Not everybody is a fan of their body; some might think they are too fat or too thin or

just too oddly proportioned.

If this problem causes you to avoid looking at mirrors than you might just have catoptropobia.

Also known as eisoptrophobia or spectrophobia, it is the fear of mirrors.

Whether it be because you are afraid of something coming out of the mirror and attacking you,

or more of a body image issue, it is a real phobia that people are suffering from.

Now, it's not usually the fact that you can't handle seeing a mirror, but rather the fear

of what you might see in the mirror looking back at you.

Symptoms of this are the same as most other phobias; shortage of breath and the desire

to avoid mirrors at all costs.

Baywatch superstar, and professional slow motion runner, Pamela Anderson has admitted

before to having this phobia, stating that she avoids all mirrors and most other reflective

surfaces.

Number 8: Ovaphobia.

Breakfast time is not usually something associated with phobias but if you are one of the people

living with ovaphobia then any Sunday morning breakfast or brunch date may be an actual

nightmare to you.

Ovaphobia is the fear of eggs, whether it be the complete egg still in its shell, or

otherwise.

Ovaphobia sufferers are living in constant fear of being near an egg.

It is often paired up with xanthophobia, which is the fear of yellow, and can leave people

stuttering with the usual shortness of breath and even sweating!

As usual, exact causes for the fear are unclear but can involve the thought of a new-born

chick breaking its way out in your kitchen, or even simply an egg allergy.

Famed producer and director Alfred Hitchcock admitted to having this phobia, stating that

watching an egg yolk breaking and running all over his plate is one of the most revolting

things he could ever witness.

Number 7: Alektorophobia.

While we are on the topic of eggs, farms are often considered to be rather dirty, wild

animals running around and who knows what might be lying in wait in the bushes.

Alektorophobia is not the fear of a farm, itself, but rather a fear of a specific farm

ANIMAL...chickens!

More specifically, it is the fear of roosters, with Alektoro meaning rooster in Greek.

But it doesn't end there, and some sufferers include hens and even baby chicks.

This strange fear could originate from having a traumatic encounter with a chicken as a

child, and that encounter may have had a lasting effect on the person's view of chickens for

the rest of their life.

No known celebrities share this fear, but if you have it or know a friend who may have

it, let us know in the comments below.

Number 6: Papyrophobia.

These days, things are becoming more and more digital, leaving paper in the past as we move

steadily towards a paperless future.

Papyrophobes are particularly happy with this as it helps them to avoid their crushing fear

of...paper.

That's right, the fear of paper is a real thing and sufferers of this phobia have said

that they simply cannot handle touching or handling paper in any way.

This fear comes in a few different forms and varies between the actual feel and texture

of paper that people can't handle, to the sound that it makes when turning a page or

crumpling up paper.

Generally, this fear is controlled through sufferers laminating the paper, or even keeping

a glass of water nearby so they can wet their fingers before turning the page in order to

avoid listening to a dry page slipping off of their fingers.

Hollywood star Megan Fox has admitted to having this phobia, saying that if she has to handle

paper she would much prefer that it be laminated.

Number 5: Nomophobia.

This is a phobia that is shared by millions of young people across the world and, although

it is not as public as the traditional phobias of clowns or spiders, it is just as common...if

not even more-so.

Nomophobia is the fear of not having your mobile phone, the word nomo literally comes

from the combining of the words no and mobile to create nomophobia, and it is the worst

nightmares of anybody that relies solely on their smart phones.

Whether it be when you are travelling out of town and worry about having a break down

in your car or even just being at a family event and having a dead battery, no data,

or poor signal to keep up to date on the world.

I am certain that everybody has, at some point, had a moment of nomophobia.

If this describes you, why don't you leave us a comment with the hashtag nomophobia so

we can, ya know...further understand this phobia.

Number 4: Trypophobia.

As far as irrational phobias go, this one is quite high on the list, but is also surprisingly

common, affecting an estimated 16 percent of the worlds' population.

Trypophobia is the fear of holes or bumps; specifically, a cluster of tiny holes arranged

in a pattern of some kind such as a honeycomb or the head of a lotus flower.

People suffering from this phobia exhibit the same sort of symptoms as any other, more

common phobia, but take it up a notch to even include the fear of dying!

Although not much is understood about what could cause this fear, and there is not much

of an explanation of what could cause it, people still continue to be affected by it

and there are even some quick tests online that you can take to see if you are among

those affected by it.

Number 3: Togonophobia.

In today's world, sufferers of this phobia must have a hard time being around people

at all!

With so many men feeling the need to display their manliness by growing beards, it must

be just unbearable.

And, as you may have guessed, togonophobia is not the fear of hipsters, but rather, the

fear of beards.

Although it may sound ridiculous to most people, it is actually a recognised phobia and there

is even mention of it as far back as the 1850's!

It is speculated that this fear could come from a childhood abuse or any traumatic childhood

memory carried out by a bearded man.

Should you suffer from this phobia, the traditional methods of treatment are to expose yourself

to more bearded people, I guess as a way to power past the fear?

Or, in extreme cases, one can get psychological help to assist their recovery.

Number 2.

Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia

One thing you don't want is to be taunted about your phobia, you want even less to be

taunted BY our phobia, because this is the phobia of long words which sounds absolutely

ridiculous until you stop and think about it for a moment.

Hippopotomonstrolesquippedaliophobia is not just the fear of long words but more specifically

the fear of saying long words in front of a crowd of people, the people from this particular

phobia are afraid of mispronouncing the words and being corrected or being laughed at for

their pronunciation of the word, which could have a tragic effect on their self-confidence

or ability to continue their speech or conversation without the fear of being judged by onlookers.

The only course of treatment in this phobia is to practice any long or difficult words

before-hand to ensure that you get the message across without any laughter.

For the record, it is NOT recommended to become a Youtuber if you have this fear.

Don't believe me?

Just read some of the comments!!

Number 1: Koumpounophobia.

It is not often that a phobia shapes the world as we know it today, but koumpounophobia is

one of them.

This difficult to pronounce, long word is the fear of buttons and, surprisingly, it

affects around 75,000 people in the world.

Those suffering from this phobia are not only repulsed by the look of buttons, but they

also can't handle the thought of having buttons from their shirts touch their skin!

The best documented case of this phobia is none other than that of Steve Jobs himself,

and his case was so extreme that it didn't stop at buttons on clothing but extended to

the buttons on mobile phones as well, nudging him towards the creation of the iPod and iPhones,

and the concept of using touch screen instead of buttons.

This phobia is also the reason he always wore his famed turtle necks, admitting that he

could never feel comfortable in a dress shirt, knowing that buttons are touching his skin.

And there you have it, those are some of the strangest phobias in the world.

let us know in the comments which of them you were surprised by or if you have any of

them yourself!

As always thanks for watching.

Don't forget to like this video and subscribe!

Take care!
