Waching daily Jan 28 2018

on this video I'm gonna show you three things that you must do to attract

miracles in your life I'm going to share with you perspectives you can have and

things that you can actually do in order to get what you want and to really

experience that miracle welcome back to another video my name is Aaron and I

help people expand their consciousness now in this video we're going to be

specifically talking about attracting a miracle into our life now a miracle how

could we really describe this well this is something that maybe isn't really

understood by the logical mind this is something that's very out of the norm

for the current paradigm that we're in and when we attract something like that

into our life there is no doubt whatsoever that that is something that

is outside of the paradigm for the way that we think or that's something that's

just so far outside of our current I guess belief system but from a certain

level it's not outside of our belief system it's just something that's kind

of like jolts us awake in the law of attraction process and is something that

we just think is amazing now this video will show you those three things that

you must do in order to have that kind of experience and the first one has to

do with not thinking that it's something that's on this pedestal like it's almost

counterintuitive right because you think this miracle comes into my life it's

something that's going to be amazing but the thing is is if we're dependent on

the outcome or if we're focused on it being like this amazing type thing and

we immediately in that moment start to distance ourselves from it now let me

give an idea to you what if you waking up today is a miracle in itself

what if being on a you know on a planet that is spinning thousands of miles per

hour in the direction through space and the fact that we have just the amount of

elements on the planet that contains life like all of these little things can

be considered miracles in themselves but for some reason what we do is we assume

that the only type of miracles that really come is when something is very

you know beneficial in certain ways is a miracle now what I'm saying the reason

I'm saying this is I still think that you know you can create miracles in your

life but what I'm saying is if you realize the miracles that are already

all around your life you start to create more of that whatever you focus on

rose and when you start to celebrate the small little wins or just the things you

can already be grateful for you automatically open up so many different

things that can come into your life so this is something you can easily do by

simply being more grateful in your life for the things that are around you you

know maybe you have a nice house that you live in or maybe you just have a

house in general that you have a roof over your head or maybe you have the

ability to do what you want for a living or to read the kind of books that you

like or to go to the gym or to do a little bit of physical activity and walk

your dog or to have an animal that you love whatever it is if you have that

freedom you can start to see that in a way as a miracle and by defining it

you are kind of relating to the idea of a miracle in a new way to where you take

away the distance from where it is because the moment we say that we're

here but this is really really important to me is the moment that we start to

distance ourselves from it because we're giving it too much importance so that's

something that if you do you will automatically start to see more of more

of it in your life and you realize that the natural synchronicity and life is a

miracle in itself and when you come to that understanding more and more of it

will come and even greater proportions now the second thing we can do in order

to really attract miracles into our life is to let go of cause and effect now

what I mean by this is our brain thinks in linear type terms so that we're

always thinking of this causes this but the idea with the miracle is if it then

when it comes into our life what happens is it jolts us awake in a way because we

can't logically understand how this led to this because it's something that's

kind of out of the own paradigm for our old cause and effect way of thinking so

under a paradigm a paradigm is a system of thinking or it's like repetitive

thoughts that we have and based in that paradigm there's certain things that

happen if we always done what if we always do what we've always done we'll

always get the same result that's like the quote by Einstein where he says the

definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result

well the idea behind this is to begin to understand that we can take out cause

and effect and we can start to be more playful in our life we could stop trying

to say I have to understand every part of the process we can allow life to

happen and as we start to allow life to happen

that's where everything begins to change because we stop needing to make sense of

everything the more sense we need to make of everything in our life to

understand it from a logical point of view the more we keep it inside of a box

so what I encourage you to do is to break outside of the box realizing you

don't have to know how every little thing happens the cause and effect of it

and by taking out cause and effect you allow other opportunities to come into

your life also understand that our definitions many times create our

reality and if we have definitions I say this can come into my life only when

this happens and this happens and this happens what ends up happening is we

create limitations because then there's only so many avenues that those things

could come in because of that limitation within our own belief system now the

third thing we must do has to do with stepping outside of our old comfort zone

now the reason this is so important is kind of similar to the second one but

what we must do is we must get outside of what the norm is and because in a way

that type of thing would be like a jolt in our own reality because it's like it

we can't logically make sense of the you know the cause and effect of it what we

must do is pit put ourselves in completely new circumstances where

there's no predictable outcome because what neural science shows us is that 90%

of our thoughts are recycled from the day before which means we continue to do

the same things trigger the same emotions think the same thoughts

therefore we create the same things over and over again we refuel ourselves with

those same emotions and we have those same kind of experiences so in order to

do something completely outside of that what we can do is go do something we've

never done before when we step into the unknown unknown things can happen this

thing comes in the unknown miracles come in the unknown they don't come in the

expected because there's already habitual eyes thinking that goes along

with those strains of thought so go out and do things maybe you've never done

before maybe if you've never done yoga you go out and you do yoga maybe if

you've never gone to like a meet-up before you go to a meet-up or you go

meet and go to a seminar or you go do something

and she just didn't always wanted to try but she'd never done maybe a skydiving

maybe something just more settled maybe it's you know pushing yourself to go

talk to someone that you normally wouldn't talk to whatever it is put

yourself in uncomfortable situations that will expand your comfort zone and

then you're allowing more opportunities of way things can come to you because

you've changed the way you view it and if you want an easy way to change your

self-image to change your own comfort zone what you can do is download my free

mp3 which is in the description box which will allow you to reprogram your

subconscious mind around the way that you see yourself this is something if

you listen to for three weeks for 21 days can radically change the way you

feel about yourself the way you see yourself and from there everything will

begin to change that's why I give it away for free in the description box

below and that's a powerful way that we can go along and attract more miracles

into our life so remember it can be very simple all we have to do is understand

that the more we become aware of our definitions of what a miracle is the

more we realize that they're all around us already the more we take out cause

and effect and we realize that things can happen in a spontaneous type way and

the more we expand our comfort zone the more likely we are to increase the

chances of a miracle come into our life to really be and to have the experiences

that we want so with that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this video feel

free to like this video if you guys like to subscribe if you guys haven't already

other than that as always I'll see you guys on the next pitch peace much love

and namaste

Justin Herwick, Nicole Eggert's Reported Ex-Husband: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | SML TV - Duration: 8:30.

Justin Herwick, Nicole Eggert's Reported Ex-Husband: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Actress Nicole Eggert speaks onstage at the Heartbreakers panel during the Discovery Communications portion of the 2014 Summer Television Critics Association at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on July 9, 2014 in Beverly Hills, California.

Justin Herwick is the reported ex-husband of Nicole Eggert, former Baywatch and Charles In Charge star.

Currently, Eggert has spoken out on Twitter, claiming that former co-star Scott Baio, a man she reportedly dated, started molesting her on the set of Charles In Charge when she was just 14 years old, accord to The Hollywood Reporter.

Eggert also appears to have had a relationship with Baio in the past and says she lost her virginity to him at the young age of 17.

However, she says that it wrong for him to "finger her" when she was just 14 years old, according to THR.

In response to Eggert's claims, both Baio and his wife Renee clapped back online.

Renee Baio tweeted that her husband's legal team has already served Eggert with two cease-and-desist letters.

As for Baio, he posted a 16-minute Facebook Live video denying the claims.

He also brought up the fact that Eggert previously made claims against him in 2012.

Baio also noted that Eggert praised him in a Yahoo interview that same year, saying that, "There are a lot of weird, strange rumors about things that went on between us, but we became really good friends and everything is way more innocent than it was made out to be.

I would love to work with him again and I'm friends with his wife." Baio has said that he supports those with legitimate sexual misconduct claims and he also stated that, "I don't know what else to put out there.

She's my best friend in the world, then all of a sudden I'm the bogeyman.

The problem with almost all he said/she said cases is they're he said/she said.

Now, go prove it or disprove it …the real problem with this is people with legitimate claims aren't taken seriously, and that's too bad." Baio also said that when Eggert lost her virginity to him, she was at least 18 years old, according to the NY Times.

Currently, Nicole Eggert is unmarried, though she has previously been reported to have been married to a man named Justin Herwick from 2000 – 2002.

Read on for more details on Herwick and Eggert's love life below.

Eggert Has Two Children.

Nicole Eggert and her daughter Dilyn at the premiere screening of 'CYBERWORLD 3D', an IMAX 3D animated feature, at Universal Studios IMAX Theatre at Universal CityWalk, Los Angeles, Ca.

'CYBERWORLD 3D' features the voices of Jenna Elfman, Dave Foley and Matt Frewer and appearances by new animated characters, the Simpsons and characters from the motion picture ANTZ.

Nicole Eggert has two daughters – Dilyn and Keegan.

According to Live Ramp Up, Herwick is the father of Dilyn, but Keegan's dad's identity is not provided.

Previously, Dilyn appeared on several episodes of the reality show Splash, which starred her mother.

Eggert has not confirmed the identity of either of her daughters' fathers.

Herwick Is Not Actually Eggert's Husband.

Though Google lists Herwick as her ex-husband, Eggert previously wrote on Twitter that she was never married to the man.

See the tweet above.

Aside from Herwick, Eggert is not reported to have been married to any other man.

Therefore, Eggert may have never gotten married.

In addition, she is not reported to currently be dating anyone.

Years Ago, Eggert Was Engaged to the Late Actor Corey Haim.

Over the years, Eggert was credited as getting late actor Corey Haim through some of his rough times with drugs.

According to WhosDatedWho, Eggert has also been linked to other actors in the past, such as, Jeremy Jackson, Mark Wahlberg and Aaron Paul.

After Haim died unexpectedly in 2010, Eggert spoke with Access Online about her memories with Haim.

She recalled, "The first time I met Corey, we were so young.

Maybe 14 years old.

He had just moved to Los Angeles [and had] just finished filming Lucas … I held his hand when he wasn't feeling well… I spent a lot of nights in emergency rooms with him.

I don't think that I saved his life, I just think that I was there for him." Eggert appeared with Haim in the movies Blown Away and The Double 0 Kid.

According to the LA Times, Haim died of pneumonia "with the presence of an enlarged heart and narrowing blood vessels", though low levels of drugs were found in his system.

Herwick Is an Actor.

Like Eggert, Herwick has worked in the entertainment industry.

Previously, he was known for his 2002 film Luster, according to his IMDb page.

He also appeared in minor roles for films such as Romeo & Juliet and As Good as It Gets.

Eggert Previously Said She Used Scott Baio to Lose her Virginity.

Wetpaint previously reported an interview with Eggert, where she said she lost her virginity to Scott Baio and explained, "Yeah, there was some flirting, yeah there was some messing around later when I was like 16.

And don't forget, he was in his 20s … I was a virgin until I was 17, almost 18 years old … I was embarrassed I was a virgin, so I needed someone to pop the cherry and make me a veteran.".

Acid Reflux - Duration: 17:28.

Hi everybody! It's Dr Renée and I'm back with my VLOG. This week i'm going to

talk to you about acid reflux. And it seems to me to be a massive problem

which is why I'm covering it. I see people with reflux in almost every

session that I work as a GP. So what is it? We all know that we have acid in our

stomach that our body uses to digest food, and that's exactly where it should

stay; in the stomach. But unfortunately in acid reflux it doesn't. It comes through

the sphincter or the elastic band which is the joint between your food pipe or

oesophagus and your stomach. And it moves up into the oesophagus and there it can

cause damage because it's in the wrong place. So depending on how often that

happens to you and how much acid comes through and also how far it travels up

the oesophagus, will dictate whether or not you have symptoms and how severe

they are. If it happens more than twice a week, by definition you have acid

reflux disease or gastro oesophageal reflux disease. Otherwise known as GORD.

In America they call it GERD because they don't spell oesophagus properly!

Just so if you're looking at this on the internet you know the difference is: GORD

and GERD are the same thing. So who gets it?

Well the stats vary dramatically, so we don't absolutely know, but estimates put

it about one in five people so 20%. That's a lot of people if you think

about it. And of course some people will be coping with it treating themselves

and therefore not coming forward and not being in the stats and some people won't

have symptoms, but that doesn't mean there isn't damage being done. So they

aren't coming forward either. So what are the causes? So hiatus hernia can cause

reflux and that's where a section of the stomach slides through that elastic band,

that sphincter, into the oesophagus. Being overweight puts lots of abdominal

pressure on your stomach and that can cause it too. Being pregnant, for the same

reason, you've got a baby in your tummy that's pushing up on my stomach. And this

is a really common pregnancy problem and quite often later in the pregnancy

when the baby's getting bigger. Lying down immediately after eating or

having a really large meal can be a problem. Or snacking before bedtime; same

kind of theory, that you're lying down after eating and your stomach's going to

work while you're sleeping. And then NSAIDs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory

drugs or painkillers, that you and I know as ibuprofen, aspirin, diclofenac,

naproxen, to give you a few. These can really irritate the stomach and in

actual fact are the largest cause of stomach bleeds in the world, so that

could be a serious problem. And now, to ruin life completely, there are seven

foods and obviously they are foods that we really like in the main! So I'm about

to tell you about all the nice things that really irritate the stomach and

these seven food groups are a direct irritant to the stomach. So if you're

prone to acid reflux or gastritis then these will make it worse. So those are:

Tomatoes, spicy food, chocolate (yup chocolate).

Peppermint, and I know you're saying 'what peppermint's really good for the

stomach?' Well actually it's really good for the

colon but it's not so good for the stomach where it's a direct irritant.

Caffeine, so all of those coffees and teas I'm afraid need to go if you're

suffering. Alcohol, without question is a real problem, and smoking. So those are

the seven food groups you need to think about and the causes of acid reflux if

you're thinking about trying to cut things out and make yourself better. So

what are the symptoms? Well these are really varied and some people have some

of them. some have none, and some have every single one! So it's really difficult

sometimes to differentiate what's going on. And some of the symptoms are not

obvious as you'll see. So having heartburn is probably the most common

one when you have a burning sensation up the middle of your chest or behind your

sternum. Having difficulty swallowing or a lump in the throat is really quite

common. And talking at the throat you can actually get a hoarse voice from reflux.

So that would always mean investigating. Having asthma like symptoms, so

wheezing or coughing. But on the subject the cough, if you've had an irritating little

cough for months on end nobody's gets into the bottom of it, it

may well be reflux. And some treatment might send the cough away. Having a sore

throat all of the time. Chest pain. Tooth decay; so where the acid

is coming up and eroding the back of your teeth. Bad breath. Regurgitation.

Nausea. Burping. Hiccups that you can't get rid of. Shortness of breath. All of these

things, as odd as they may sound, can be down to acid reflux, and will need

treatment. So what's the risk of not treating acid reflux?

well oesophagitis is one of the main risks, where the acid just eats away at

your food pipe or oesophagus and actually causes erosions (or little holes). Or you

get ulcers and ulcers bleed and they can actually be fatal if they they

really do bleed. So both of those things are quite serious obviously. Barrett's

oesophagus is a risk, and we think that 10% of people (so one in ten) who have

regular acid reflux, get Barrett's oesophagus. And this is when the cells at

the bottom of the oesophagus change into a different type of cell type. And that's

a problem, it's a precancerous situation, so you can go on to get oesophageal

cancer if you've got Barrett's esophagus. So that's really serious. And then you

can get strictures, which is where the oesophagus actually gets webs of tissue

connecting one side to the other. And then you won't be able to swallow food

properly and you'll feel the food is sticking. So strictures are also really

serious. So I guess what I'm saying is it needs to be treated if you have it! So

those symptoms I mentioned were really vast and could always be other things. So

what else could it be, If it's not acid reflux? Well, your GP or your doctor,

should always move out any chest pain to make sure that it's not coming from your

heart, that's really important. They need to make sure that any cough or shortness

of breath or wheezing is not a respiratory problem, like asthma or

infection. And we also find hoarseness, so a husky voice, in some serious

oesophageal cancers. So those things have to be ruled out before we agree that it

is reflux and treat it as such. So how do you diagnose acid reflux? Well

normally people will go to the chemist and they'll get an over-the-counter remedy

like rennies or gaviscon (any of those). And if you do get symptoms, go and get those,

and it works that does more or less confirm that you are treating acid

reflux because the treatment is working. If it's not or it's not controlling it

completely, see your GP; really important. Your GP will take a really detailed

history, including a diet history. They'll weigh you, make sure you're not

overweight. They'll have a feel of your tummy. They'll do some tests: some blood tests, a

stool sample for Helicobacter pylori (and we'll talk about that later). They'll decide

if they can treat you or whether you need a referral. And then they will treat

you and they'll follow you up to see whether or not the treatment has worked.

So the management of acid reflux, initially is self-care, then it's trials

of treatment by your GP, and if none of that's working it's referral to a gastroenterologist

for them to investigate further. So let's talk about self-care because

these are the things that you can do at home before seeing a doctor. So weight

loss is really important. You need to have a BMI between 18.5 at 25 (and you

can find BMI calculators online). You need to avoid those 7 trigger foods I told

you about. As much as you like caffeine, it's a real irritant; go to decaf.

Cut alcohol out for a while. You may be able to get back to them later but you

need to let your stomach and oesophagus heal first. Have smaller meals, earlier

meals and don't have them within three to four hours of going to bed. Stop

smoking and manage stress and depression, because we have found that stress and

depression can also aggravate acid reflux disease. So what will your GP do

after they've taken their thorough history and decided that this is

probably reflux? Well they'll talk to you about lifestyle

and self-care that I've just talked about. They'll initially give you some

alginates. So that's gaviscon and those kind of things (peptac). And what these do is;

you take them after a meal and they actually sit over the food and acid in

your stomach and prevent it from rising up into your eosophagus. They might take a

stool sample for Helicobacter pylori. So you give a tiny bit of poo to your GP

receptionist (they have the best job in the world) and it sent off to the lab

to see whether or not you've got the bacteria Helicobacter living in your

stomach. And this can be a cause of acid reflux disease because these bacteria

burrow into the stomach wall and then they allow the acid in which causes the

problem. And what your GP may do alongside testing for Helicobacter

pylori is to give you a trial for a month of a PPI.

That's a proton pump inhibitor and you'll probably know them as omeprazole,

lansoprazole, oesoprazole. So these suppress the acid in the stomach

and if you try them for a month if that works all well and good.

And if that has worked, then they will work out with you a plan for the

future of lifestyle changes, plus a longer-term ppi, which gradually they

will try and wean off. And in the meantime, if your Helicobacter pylori

stool sample comes back as positive, they'll treat that. And that will be

treated with a week's course of one PPI and two antibiotics. But be warned, this

does not always get rid of the pain. They'll also do a medication review just to make

sure you're not taking any tablets which could be making the problem worse. So as

we've mentioned already, the NSAIDs will be looked at, but there are lots of other

medications. Things like alpha blockers, benzodiazepines,

beta blockers (so common blood pressure tablets), biphosphonates for your bones,

calcium channel blockers (again blood pressure), steroids,

nitrates, theophyllines. There's so many and I'll put a list of them afterwards so

you can have a look to see what you might be on that could be

irritating your stomach. So what if nothing works after that? What if you

have to go back to your GP and say 'I'm still in pain, I've still got these symptoms'.

So the GP should revisit everything again and make sure there's not an

alternative diagnosis, so is it your heart, is it your liver, is it asthma etc

They might add another medication in, an H2 receptor antagonist, something like

ranitidine and see if that helps, which again suppresses acid. But if all

else fails they will actually send you to a gastroenterologist, or directly for

an endoscopy before a gastroenterologist, to see what's going on. It's important to

know that 50 to 70 percent of endoscopy's are normal. So the camera goes down

and can't find anything. And in the rest of the cases they can find gastritis (so

an irritation of the stomach wall), they'll find Barrett's oesophagus which

we spoke about earlier, or they'll find an ulcer. So what about taking PPI's

long-term? Is that a good idea? And this is a question we get asked all the time.

Well the aim should always be, to be on the lowest possible dose of a PPI. And if

possible wean off. And sometimes even with all of the lifestyle changes it's

not possible. But in most cases if those lifestyle changes are really adhered to

then it should be possible in the longer term. What are the risks of a long term PPI?

Well there are risks and this is important. So you're at a higher risk of

infection, so you have a lower threshold for getting pneumonia. Small

intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) is more common in people taking a PPI.

Infection with salmonella and campylobacter, which causes diarrhoea and

tummy upsets. And C. difficile, which is one of the superbugs is also more common in people that take

PPI's. You could also become deficient in some essential minerals and vitamins. So calcium, iron, magnesium and

vitamin b12 for example, so that's important. Kidney disease has been

reported, as has osteoporosis. There's also been some studies recently

about a connection between PPI's and stomach cancer, and I know from the radio

show that this is a cause of distress to people who feel

they need them but obviously don't want the risk of stomach cancer. So I just

wanted to unpick that a little bit. So the study was from Hong Kong and it was

63,000 people, so it was quite a big study. But all of these people had been

treated for Helicobacter pylori and had reflux disease. So what the study said

was that those taking a PPI long term were twice as likely to get stomach

cancer within seven to eight years. Now look at that sensibly; it's still tiny.

let's stress that. Stomach cancer is really very rare; about four cases per

10,000. So even if you double that, it's still minute. so the chances of you

getting stomach cancer in your lifetime are miniscule. And there are risk factors

that put you at higher risk for it. So we know that Helicobacter pylori is

linked to an increase in stomach cancer and all of these people had been

treated for it. So the study was already skewed in that direction. The study

didn't prove for sure that PPI was the cause, there was an association.

It wasn't adjusted for other risks for stomach cancer like smoking and alcohol.

And all of the patients in the study were Asian, and we know that there is a

higher risk of stomach cancer in Asian communities. So I don't think this

particular study was very relevant to the UK. I think it's interesting but

I don't think it should worry you in terms of an increase in your risk; if

you need a PPI you need one. So that leads us on to the next question

beautifully, which is, do I take one or not when I've got acid reflux? So the

answer to that is quite straightforward. If you have complicated gastro

oesophageal reflux disease; so if you have an ulcer, Barrett's oesophagus then yes the

benefits of a PPI outweigh the risk. If you have uncomplicated disease

try and use the lowest dose possible and stop when you can by using lifestyle

changes to try and treat the underlying problem. So that's the guidance that I

would give.

I always try and look at natural remedies,

as you know. So I've done that today and all of these are alongside self care, I

guess they are self care. So managing your stress is really important then we know

that that's important and it does have an impact. Wear looser clothing around

your tummy so you're not pushing up on the stomach and putting pressure on.

Raise the head of your bed so that you sleep head higher than feet so that the

acid actually goes down rather than up. Aloe vera juice has been mentioned as a

solution but it is a laxative so be careful, because you don't want to

replace one problem with another. Ginger and fennel tea have been mentioned as a

solution, as has baking soda in water although I think that's pretty

disgusting to drink, so I'm not sure if I could actually do it, but it's a

suggestion. And then regular yogurts and probiotics. So we know how important the

gut microme is in almost every disease process, so I'm sure that won't do any

harm, and they will help. So in conclusion, these food triggers,

these seven foods, are really important and I go over that with all of my

patients. And just to reiterate; tomatoes, spicy food, peppermints,

chocolates, smoking, alcohol and caffeine. Cut those out if you have a problem. You

may not have to do it for a long time. You may have to do it for three to six

months to let the stomach heal and then you might be able to go back. You can

replace the caffeine with decaffeinated, so that's fine, don't think you have

to get rid of coffee or tea, just go for decaffeinated!

Lose weight if you can. Just a five to ten percent weight loss may help the

problem significantly. But these things don't work for everyone, some people

really suffer. So if they're not working for you go and see your GP, get checked

out and there are treatments and tests that they can do and hopefully solve the

problem. So that's my VLOG today. I hope it's helped. I'll put the information

that I said, including the seven foods, in the comments afterwards. Please let me

know what you think, ask me any questions and please suggest any topics

for the future; this one was suggested on the radio and that's why I've done it

today, and I'm more than happy to go with what you need. Take care for now, bye!

What Is Ghosting Episode 5 Dating Don'ts - Duration: 3:11.

We're on a date and we were having a really nice time. I can tell right away.

That's just that's that's a no-no I was just so surprised and I was really

excited. Cray Z Dates for new generation of daters. What is

a dating don't. The don'ts, obviously if were on a date, we're talking, the first 10 minutes, your phone is ringing. As soon

as you whip out your phone. And you actually going to pick it up. I feel like

that's just that's that's a no-no. So crazy, have manners, so one does it

anymore, It shouldn't even be ringing. I don't like that. I think it should be on silent or

even muted. It's just going downtown. An I think that we should be careful of our social media and how much we text.

And not to overdo it.

Don't do anything stupid. It's not really worth it. They want to come

off too strong. Don't jump into something Being Patient. Guys get e freaked out

sometimes if a girl message messages them too much. I wouldn't advise it

Keep it pg-13. Be careful. That's a tip from me . A Do.

What is ghosting? Melissa - Ghosting is when you start texting someone and you're having a

conversation and then all of a sudden they just stop responding especially after

you started having a good conversation and it's just really

confusing. It's happened to me it's happened to my friends it's happened to

men ad women and I think that's just a really terrible feeling and especially

if you went out with someone and then they just stopped answering. I think that

everyone deserves an answer even if it's just a text saying hey I'm sorry we're

not right for each other. Have you ever been surprised on a date?

Brooke - We went on a date I was with my boyfriend at the time and we were just

sitting in a parking lot we just got food and we were just eating

in my car just talking and I actually got accepted into the call my first

choice college that I was really hoping to get into and I wasn't expecting it.

And I just opened my phone. I got an email and I was with him and that's a

day I'll never forget and I wasn't expecting it at all and you know the

fact that it was with him at the time is really cool. Melissa - Once I was out I was

dating someone and we ended up being more of friends and he he liked to get

to know all my friends would hang out and he took me out to a stak house for

my birthday and he paid for me my friends and we were having a really nice

time and then we saw a famous rapper there and I was just so surprised and I

was really excited. And we all got to take pictures with the rapper and it's a

really great memory I have to say I've pictures on Facebook. Yeah that was just a big surprise but a very good thing.

DAY 17 OF MY JUICE FAST ⚖️UPDATE WEIGH-IN TODAY⚖️ MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY GUESS WHAT I LOST WEEK#2 - Duration: 9:20.

hey guys today is day 17 of my juice fast yes I'm still on my journey before

I stop this video and get into the numbers because today is the weigh-in I

would just like to say please subscribe to the channel I'm doing a 1000

subscriber giveaway and I'm going to give away a gift card

I don't do something subs I don't really believe in them because I feel as though

this is not a 1000 giveaway because we're doing this up this up this is you

subscribe to my channel because you're following my journey you like my content

maybe it's something that you're thinking of doing or you just like

looking at this kind of um content so basically if you came across my channel

you have an interest in this kind of content so this is why you're

subscribing to the content in the first place on my channel I don't do sub the

subs so please if you do some subscribe to my channel please don't leave in the

comment section I sub to your channel please sub back this is not a sub sub I

don't do something subs because why do a sub the sub and you're not gonna stay

with that channel like as father's going to their videos and watching their

content if you might have content that doesn't interest me

so I don't really believe in sub deserves I don't think that's really a

supportive way to support another YouTube creator because if you're not

looking at the content that they're uploading YouTube recognizes that

they're going to start dropping subs so with that all being said if you put in

the comments section please sub back you get disqualified but for people who

subscribe to my channel and leave a comment on any of these from day one to

the present time videos but I'll be checking all of the videos if I find the

comment that intrigues me that touches me I will reward that person with that

gift card I'm going to purchase it I think Wednesday a Thursday of next week

in the video that I have the gift card and once we reach a thousand subscribers

I will send the lucky winner big gift card so with all that being said let's

get into the numbers I'm not gonna make this video too long and Sunday I got a

whole lot of things I need to do all right

last week was week one you can look at week one's video if you've just tuned in

to this channel and looked at this video I didn't weigh in week one at 7 days I

weighed in at 10 days and when I weighed in at 10 days that was on a Sunday so

when I weighed in 10 days after the first day I started which was on the

11th of January that was 10 days and it was a Sunday so I said okay every Sunday

I will weigh in to UM to do my way and every second every 7 days so week one

for people who are just tuning in to my channel I lost nine pounds now this is

week two this is a seven-day week I'm weigh-in and for week two I lost another

three pounds so in 17 days I've lost 12 pounds now I had a setback because I had

used traditional yeast which is like a protein for vegans people who don't eat

meat who don't get the big complex in their diet and it's very important to

have that because it helps with the nervous system and other functional

things that we need to function in the world so I had went out and bought some

new nutritional yeast listening to people on videos talking about

nutritional yeast and I said the only thing I changed if different was the

putting that to my adding that in my juices it made me constipated for 40 48

hours so it set me back so instead of my body concentrating on weight loss

it was concentrating on eliminating something it already passed through

now that my : and wanting to eliminate that so I put a lot of stress on my body

from being constipated your body goes through a lot of stress when you

constipated especially when you're on a diet now the body has to focus on not

eating stored fat and trying to burn fat and get you all cleansed out and healthy

and your brain fog I'm taking away it has to focus on helping you get that

toxin that stuck in the body out so because of that constipation 48 hour

period it is slow my weight loss progress now but I still lost a half a

pound a day if you look at it like that because I lost three pounds so I

basically lost about a half upon the day or close to a half pound a day so I was

losing weight every day the whole seven days and I lost three pounds so I lost a

total of 12 pounds and I started this liquid journey which means that did the

Master Cleanse for five days in December 2017 I did the the drive bath I did the

water fasts and I think the long as I stayed on any of the liquid or dry

passes or any of those kind of fasts regiments was the mass of the cleanse

five days and I said if I can go five days I can go longer than that so this

is how I ended up getting on the juice cleanse

I still do incorporate the Master Cleanse in the juice cleanse because

it's juice it's freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice that you can use in it's a

juice and it's actually a little less stressful on the body doing the Master

Cleanse the concoction that you put together and drink all day because it

doesn't have any soluble fiber in it it does what it's very little so the body

can process it even faster wait even faster but that's another

video so I do incorporate that liquid into my juice cleanse as well and I

enjoy drinking it but altogether since I got really serious I've been on this

journey for a while weight loss journey for a while but

altogether since I've been serious about this journey I started this journey

December 9th where I was I was uh by trial trial and

error making mistakes on and off liquid I started to realize the way I lost

majority of this weight before I decided the juice fast was from liquids during

the liquid fast you know Master Cleanse nothing but liquid the water cleanse

nothing but water so I said that works for me and I said the water one didn't

work for me but the Master Cleanse I did it five days so I said if I did

something that's in between which is a for me was the the juice cleanse which

I'm doing now the juice fast it should work so I've been here and I'm saying

this as of today seventeen days and I lost 12 pounds in 17 days but in total

from trial and error I started this journey the juice bath is the second

phase of my journey but I started the first phase of my journey and getting

serious about my weight loss journey December 9 2017 so from that time to now

in total I have lost 27 pounds I'm trying to get to half of my goal weight

I want to at least get to 40 pounds loss so all I have is half of my weight to

lose left and I'm gonna do it I'm gonna try to work next week really hard

between working out and what I drink because you have to find out what

juicing to work well with you so you can

maximize your weight loss not about how how much you drink or how how less you

drink it's what works for you with the juices that you can process through the

body easily so that you can you know still be satisfied and get your

nutrients and still lose weight so I have figured that out for me what works

for me as far as the juices so my weight loss on the third weigh-in for week 3

which will be next Sunday I should lose more than 3 pounds but I'm happy with 12

pounds in 17 days so with all that being said please subscribe to the channel

like the video share the video I'm making the favorite and I'll see you

guys in the next video

Home Workout for MUSCLE GAIN EP2 | Chest and Triceps Mad Gains - Duration: 6:13.

okay guys, welcome back to our course - home workout for muscle gain and in

this video I will show you the second routine. let's go. guys, the second routine

that I will show you is really amazing, it consists of different types of

exercises - explosive and Static and it will make your muscles work in different

ways and also those exercises are quite challenging in their nature, so the first

exercise is inclined diamond push-up and this exercise will also help your

upper body a lot, but especially your shoulders. many people ask me how to work

out the shoulders and how to get big shoulders, so this is one of the routines

that will help you achieve that. so check it out - put your arms as if you were

doing diamond push-up, but in this exercise you have to incline forward

more, so this way you will work your shoulders even more. so, incline forward

and do, let's say, five to eight

repetitions, okay. so, make sure to have your elbows out and to do it with a form that

I showed you, okay. the second exercise that you would need

to do immediately after is tucked planche hold. so, it's similar to the other video,

instead, without doing push-ups you simply hold yourself in a tucked planche

position, okay. okay, so just pick up your legs, let's say ten to fifteen seconds is

enough and also for some people the exercise could be quite challenging, but

it's good because what challenges you - that's exactly what what will

make you stronger. so, the next exercise will be explosive push-ups, so probably

many of you have tried explosive push-ups, so there is not much science to

it - just the way you do regular push-ups just push yourself out and clap and if

you have questions how much time you should rest between the exercises - well

generally I answer that you have to wait until your heart rate calms down and

that you feel ready to continue. each person is different and each person has

a different level of athletic preparation, so of course it's impossible

to say that it should be thirty seconds or one minute, you have

to learn how to feel your body for yourself. so just wait for your heart

rate to calm down, for your body to be ready for the next round, just don't wait

too much, so that your muscles don't get cold, but as soon as you're ready go for

it. okay, so the next one is clap push-ups, so just. okay, so again five - eight

push-ups this way and then, after that you hold a regular L sit, which is a

static exercise, but it's really amazing

and you hold it for 10-15-20 seconds, but of course if you don't rest it will be hard

to hold it longer, but also it's good, because it will be more intense that way

okay, so this was our second routine for the

home workout for muscle gain and once again, we're showing you those

exercises that are quite difficult in their nature, so that using only

weight of your body you can achieve growth of your muscles and development

of strength. I will see you in the next episode, all the best
