How do you build a base of loyal fans that subscribe and continue to remain

active on your YouTube channel? Anyone can watch a video but not everyone will

subscribe and continue to be active on your channel. Did you know that

subscribers tend to watch twice as much video as non subscribers? So how do you

build a base of loyal fans on YouTube? In this video I'm gonna share 7 ways to

build a community of loyal fans on YouTube. Hello my name is Herman Drost

from drostdesigns.com if you want to grow your audience on YouTube and

generate traffic leads and subscribers on autopilot hit the subscribe button or

hit the bell notification icon. How do you define a loyal fan? They'll binge

watch your videos they'll share your content with others without being asked

to. They'll purchase your products and services. Here are 7 ways to grow your

fanbase on YouTube number one be authentic authenticity creates a deeper

connection with your subscribers so they'll become your loyal fans share

your personal journey on YouTube how did you come to be on YouTube and share your

passion have a mission statement about what you believe for example I firmly

believe that can I help people grow their audience on YouTube and generate traffic

leads and subscribers on autopilot think about catch phrases or special words that

identify you to your audience number two create awesome content

most people will become your loyal fans because they love your content

how can you capitalize on that? Instead of creating one tutorial on a specific

topic create a series of videos that goes deeper into the topic your fans

will love this because they're getting valuable content also create videos on

unique topics that nobody has tackled yet or nobody has gone into depth about

if you continue to upload content that offers value to subscribers they'll

become your biggest fans number three be consistent have you ever watched a TV

series where you couldn't wait to tune in every week when you have a consistent upload

schedule every week your subscribers will know what to expect for example I

upload new videos every Monday Thursday and go live every Friday number 4

connect with your audience people love to interact and share their

stories some of the ways that you can interact with your audience is by

replying to comments

you can also like and heart the comments when you heart a comment it reengages

your audience because YouTube sends a notification to them if one of your fans

gives a great response to your videos in the comments pin that comment to the top

alternatively you can pin your own comment to the top by asking a question

to get the conversation going update your about page many visitors

will check out your about page to find out what you all about subscribe to fans

channels if you love the content of your fans subscribe their channels create a

thank-you video when you reach a certain milestone with your channel perhaps you

can create a thank-you video create a collab video perhaps there's a certain

topic you can collaborate on with your fans

this will help their channels to get more exposure survey your audience if

you get stuck for ideas about what you want to share with your audience survey

them another way to connect with your audience is to create a Facebook group

this enables fans to connect with you on a deeper level plus they can connect and

converse with each other YouTube recently introduced the community tab

which a few channels have already you can utilize the community tab by

creating polls sharing your videos sharing pictures etc this helps to build

and connect with your community number 5 utilize YouTube analytics if you go into

YouTube analytics and click the subscribe button it will help you

identify the videos that attract the most subscribers since these videos

attract the most subscribers create more videos on similar topics to gain more

subscribers identify your traffic sources. When you go into YouTube

analytics and click on traffic sources you can find out the age gender and the

country where your viewers are coming from this helps you to form a clearer

profile of your typical subscriber the more you know about the problems wants

and desires of your audience the more targeted can be your videos number 6

keep a positive viewpoint sometimes people post negative comments under your

videos other times people will include inappropriate words in their comments

so how can you keep a positive atmosphere in your comments create a

blocked words list or a blacklist of those words click the card icon to watch my

video on how to block or blacklist certain words on YouTube when these

words appear in your comments they'll automatically be filtered and what

appear to the public number seven go beyond YouTube

audience is probably using other social media platforms to engage in

conversations online therefore make sure you also have accounts on Facebook

Instagram and Twitter so you can engage with them there for

example I created a Facebook group that supplements my YouTube channel if you

want to become a member of my Facebook group Tube Video Boot Camp click the link

in the description below this video you'll be able to ask questions and

converse with other members in the group here are a few important things to keep

in mind recognize that each viewer is actually a person not just a number be

interested in your fans by interacting with them in the comments on YouTube and

How Predictive Analytics changes the KPIs you should measure - Duration: 2:47.

Of course new technologies are changing the key performance indicators

you need to measure. Let me put this simple: You have sales, for example,

or revenues. Sales is a typical lagging indicator (Output Indicator) in B2B

because it happens too late - once you sold you measure this number. But there

are a lot of activities leading to that sell. Some companies are using another type of

indicators which are activities indicators - which are the KPIs that build

the sale, for example pipeline KPI: how many projects you have, how many visits how made, how

many sales calls you did (Input Indicators). This is an improvement, because you

finally understood that the number of activities you make are a good predictor

on the revenues you will produce. These are called leading indicators

because they come before you generate revenues. This was okay for five

years. Nowadays you have technologies that can go beyond the scope of lagging

and leading and lagging KPIs. For example by using predictive analytics.

With predictive analytics you can score the project with better chances, you can

measure the churn risk of your customers, you can dynamically adjust your prices.

If you are not measuring this or if you are not considering these advanced

indicators as a KPI then you are creating a conflict for your

sales representatives because you should be leading your company based on what

will happen in the future. If you measure yourself representatives with

lagging indicators - well - you are giving them an incentive not to think about the

future and just to think what can I close today!

Every company lives on revenues and you must close your deals. You should simply

consider what are the factors that lead to a successful sale. For

example a score in your lead. For example: avoiding your customer from

churning or going to a competitor. For example increasing your prices

where you can - and not just closing a deal

today because it is on your KPI to close deals today.

5 Things Your Hunger Is Trying To Tell You - Duration: 7:16.

5 Things Your Hunger Is Trying To Tell You

Maybe you're eating because there's a grumble in your stomach.

Or because those cookies your colleague brought in look irresistible.

Or perhaps it's because you're hunched over your keyboard, stressed out at work.

Your hunger - whether it's physical, mental, or emotional - can give you important clues about what's going on in both your body and your mind.

Here's how to decode what it's saying.

HEY YOU! YOU'RE HUNGRY!.

Okay, it sounds obvious, but it's not always easy to tell if you're physically hungry or not.

Emotions, your environment, and the people you're with all play a role in whether or not you grab a snack.

But when we're talking real hunger, you have to listen up to the physical clues: an empty, rumbling stomach or sudden sleepiness or "hanger.

"It's different for all of us," says Evelyn Tribole, an intuitive eating expert in California.

Other signs: feeling lightheaded, headachey, or weak.

Figuring out what true hunger feels like to you will make it easier to ID in the future.

Oh, and if you're hungry? Eat.

It's important to know and honour your hunger cues because then you're more likely to heed your fullness cues.

"If you respond to your hunger cues on time and with the right amount of food, you're not living in a feast-or-famine cycle," says Lily Nichols, owner of The Pilates Nutritionist.

"This helps maintain more steady blood sugar levels.

And you're sending your body the signal that you respect and respond to its needs," she says.

YOU NEED A CHANGE OF SCENERY.

In the absence of physical signs of hunger, there's something more going on.

Ask yourself, "What am I really feeling right now?" advises Tribole.

It might be boredom or restlessness, for instance.

Then, think about what you can do to actually address that feeling.

If you're restless, getting up for a walk outside can be a healthy distraction.

(It's also been shown to quash sugar cravings when you're stressed, per 2015 research.).

Addressing the actual need will fulfill you in a way that food likely can't.

YOU NEED A BREAK.

Sometimes you may use food to procrastinate on a task or because you're not willing to give yourself a break otherwise, says Tribole.

Give yourself permission to take a breather every now and again so you don't have to use food as an excuse.

If you're having trouble starting on a task, set a timer for 10, 15, or 20 minutes and promise yourself you'll work that long.

After the time is up, you can have the snack if you still want to.

YOUR DIET IS TOO RESTRICTIVE.

Everyone fantasises about food sometimes.

(Gooey cinnamon rolls.

Salty, crispy fries.

Super cheesy pizza. Right?).

"But if you're suddenly thinking about it all the time, it can be a sign that your diet is too restrictive," says Tribole.

It's not about willpower, because biology will always win out.

"Your body has mechanisms like hormones to get us to eat," she says.

Hunger and cravings - especially for carbs - can be an indication that you're not giving your body the fuel it needs.

Integrate healthy carbs into your diet, focusing on complex carbs like fruits, vegetables, and grains (try quinoa, farro, brown rice), as well as beans and legumes.

YOU NEED TO PACK IN MORE NUTRIENTS.

So you had an epic night of eating and boozing.

Today, oddly, you're hungry for all the vegetables.

This means your body is working and self-correcting, says Tribole.

It's huge progress and a great sign that you're able to apply some principles of intuitive eating (eat what your body craves in an amount that satisfies).

What gives you the feeling of success? 4:5 - Duration: 3:48.

I started feeling a bit warm now...

I do feel that I've succeeded in that I've got a job I'm happy with,

and that my colleagues are great and that I feel satisfied in the job I've got.

We filmed Roar at work.

A few weeks later we showed him the result.

Ready to see how this turned out?

As ready as I can be.

Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi have maybe always been my top two.

Of course, like everyone else in the world, I could have made a bit more money.

Like everyone else he's got a few guilty pleasures when it comes to music.

Boybands.

I think he knows every Backstreet Boys lyric,

I guess that's something.

Uhm, I don't know...

If I were to describe him I'd say joyful.

He fights for the employees.

I think he does a great job at that,

if not, he probably wouldn't have held that position for so long.

It probably has to do with being the thoughtful and kind person he his.

He's very...

He has a lot of care for the people around him.

As well as being honest and loyal, I think of him as, as well as stuff like that, it's kind of...

He has a lust for life that is...

Yeah, like few others have, or give the impression of having, at least.

Being yourself demands bravery.

You're supposed to enter the same ranks as everyone else.

Yes, he's probably a tip-top uncle.

Very...

That's probably the biggest thing I think, experiencing that.

I haven't seen him that way before.

And that's how he is.

He probably motivates the others to work well together.

That is to succeed, that is to succeed.

Hi Uncle.

You're a super uncle and a super big brother.

The world's best big brother and we love you so much.

I started feeling a bit warm now...

Hans Petter is going to get...

I feel like I've got to have a talk with him at the next band practice.

It's really good to hear, get feedback that says I have, both as a brother, friend and son...

that they feel like I've succeeded in that.

How to Use the Camera Tool in Excel - Tutorial - Duration: 2:51.

Hi. In this Excel tutorial, we'll go over how to use the Camera Tool in Excel. The Camera Tool lets you do dynamic screenshots that are

linked to the source that you captured with it. This means that, if the cells in your screenshot change, your screen capture will automatically

update to reflect the changes. This is great to use for presentations, dashboards or for team projects where multiple users are making

updates. By using the Camera Tool you can see, in real time, any changes made.

And, by the way, if you enjoy this tutorial, don't forget to Like the video and subscribe to the channel for even more tips.

So, the first thing you'll need to do is make sure that you have the Camera tool available. If you don't see it, you'll want to come up to

your tabs and, with your cursor over any of the tabs, right-click and choose either Customize

Quick Access Toolbar or the Ribbon. I'm going to choose the Ribbon. And, under Choose Commands From, I'm going to choose

All Commands. And then scroll until you find the Camera.

And then, once you do, you'll need to decide which tab you want to include it in, create a New Group, click Add and then OK.

So, to show you how this works, let me arrange a couple of windows so we can see them next to each other.

This can be done in the View tab, under Arrange All. And I'm going to arrange them vertically.

So, next, we'll highlight the cells that we want to capture for our dynamic screenshot. And, by the way, it may be tempting to try and capture

the entire worksheet, but, at least for me, I get an error that the image is too big when I try to do that. So, after highlighting the area that

you want, simply click on the Camera button, and then come to your other worksheet, and just click anywhere. And the new, dynamic

picture will automatically paste.

So, notice in the Formula Bar, how the image is linked to the cells that we just copied. This means that any changes we make to those

cells will show up in this image. So, watch what happens if, for example, I get rid of the grid lines.

And, let's say I make a change to the Hours Worked.

So, notice how, as I did that, this image here automatically updated to reflect those changes. So, let's go back to this spreadsheet. And

notice that, when we pasted this image, the Picture Tools tab came up. This means that

this dynamic picture can be formatted like any other picture.

And, if you happen to ever need to change or break this link, you can come here to the Data tab and, under Queries & Connections, click

on Edit Links to make any changes that you need. So, I hope you found this tutorial helpful to learn how to use Excel's Camera Tool. If you

enjoyed it, please make sure to Like the video and don't forget to subscribe to the channel. Thanks!

How style and fashion can empower you - The psychological power of style 1 - Duration: 8:41.

Hi everybody and welcome to my still very new YouTube channel.

I am Thea and today I will tell you how style can empower you and you will learn

how to find the items in your wardrobe that will help you feel empowered in

important situations. This is the first video of a little series I want to do

about the psychological power of style - and about how style can help you for

your inner well-being and also your mental health. I experienced in my own

life how important the power of style can be and so I want to share my

thoughts on it with you - because I think it's really important that we as women

empower each other and encourage each other. When I speak of style I mean the

way you style yourself: the way you groom the way you dress the way you wear your

hair - everything on your outside where other people who will meet you can get a

little glimpse of what's on the inside. So let's dive right into today's topic:

How can style help you feel empowered and how can you use your personal style

to feel more confident? Let's talk about our clothing: clothing can be a

kind of second skin for us. It's a protection from the outside world, it

protects us from the weather, it protects us from other influences that come to us

and it sometimes also helps us to hide a little bit behind a mask or a facade

sometimes - and sometimes we use it as a kind of security blanket. But style can

actually do something more for us: it can empower us! In the last years there have

been several psychological studies about clothing and today I want to tell you

about two of them. The first study I want to tell you about was made by Professor

Karen Pine at the University of Hertfordshire (I hope I pronounced that

right). In this study they had two groups of students. One of the groups

wore superhero shirts and the other group wore normal blank plain t-shirts. Then

they made them do some mental ability tests - and guess what happened? The

students with the superhero shirts scored better in the tests.

And thye also said that they felt more likeable, that they felt superior and that they even

felt physically stronger. Isn't that great? Just by wearing a

superhero shirt! I will tell you why the results were like that in just a minute.

But let me tell you about another study, this was made by - let me look that up -

this was made by Adam and Galinsky at Northwestern University. And in this

study they also had two groups of people, and one group wore white lab coats and

the other group wore just their normal clothing. Then they did some

attention tests with the test persons and the people with a lab coat scored better.

And to take the experiment one step further, they again had two groups of

people and they gave both groups the exact same white lab coat. And then they

told one group that they are wearing artistic painter smocks and they told the

other group that they are wearing doctor's coats. And in the attention tests

the people with the doctors coats scored better. This is because in our

society and our cultural background being a doctor is associated with being a

well educated and intelligent person. So just by wearing these doctors coats, the

people embodied the characteristics and qualities they associated with being a

doctor and scored better in the tests. And the same is true for the superhero

shirts - the people who wore them felt more likeable and felt stronger because

superheroes are associated in our society with strong and likeable persons.

Adam and Galinsky called this phenomenon "enclothes

cognition" and it captures the influences clothes have on the wearer's

psychological processes. Just by wearing an item we can prime our mental

processes to work in a special way, because we - in most cases unconsciously -

embody the symbolic or cultural meaning of the item. What does that mean for our

daily lives? We can't and maybe don't want to run around in superhero shirts

or lab coats all day long... What I want to show you with these examples is, that if

you are wearing an item that has a special or deeper meaning for you - it can

be a symbolic meaning, a cultural meaning, it can be a personal meaning - then you

will embody the meaning that this clothing item has for you while you're

wearing it. And if it's a positive meaning you can empower yourself and

feel more confident or perform in a better way. From my own experience I can

tell you it's working. When I was a teenager I had this little black dress

- my mother had made it for me and I really loved it, and I wore it on special

occasions like weddings or when we went to theater or when I went to a ballet

performance. And I felt so sophisticated and elegant in it, because, that's what we

associate in our society with little black dresses , don't we ? And I still have

some items in my wardrobe which I use as my.... let's call it "power pieces". And I am

wearing these power pieces when I want to feel supported by my clothing for

important occasions. Now I will tell you how you can find your personal power

pieces in your wardrobe. Reflect on the terms "successful" or "polished" or maybe

"sophisticated" and then go to your wardrobe and find the items that you

associate most with these words. If you have an important situation coming up

and you don't have items that reflect to these words... go, buy them!

Keep these terms in mind when you have an occasion coming up like maybe a job

interview or maybe an important meeting with a client where you have to present

something - or something else where you need to look successful or polished or

sophisticated. You can also play a little bit with it. You can think about a date

night - and when you want to look beautiful or sexy on that date night

then go to your wardrobe and check the clothing in it and find the pieces that

really correspond with the words "beautiful" and "sexy" for you and then go

and wear it on the date night! If you have some power pieces in your own

wardrobe please share them in the comments! I'm really curious to hear from

you and I also want this channel to be a place where we can all inspire each

other and maybe it's helpful for someone. If you liked this video or found it

useful, please give it a thumbs up! And if you want to learn more about the

psychological power of style or want to see some of my other videos about

positive lifestyle and self-care, then please subscribe to my channel. And if

you want YouTube to tell you when I upload a new video then you have to

press the little Bell button next to the subscribe button. Thank you so much for
