There is no other than You, O King. ||1|| ਮੈਂ ਕੂੜਾ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਾਂ, ਜਦ ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਹੈ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਹੇ ਪਾਤਿਸ਼ਾਹ! ਸਭਨਾ ਵਿਚਿ ਤੂ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਸਾਹਾ ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਧਿਆਵਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤਿ ॥ You are pervading and permeating in all; O King, everyone meditates on You, day and night. ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ, ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਥਾਵਹੁ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਾ ਤੂ ਸਭਨਾ ਕਰਹਿ ਇਕ ਦਾਤਿ ॥੨॥ Everyone begs of You, O my King; You alone give gifts to all. ||2|| ਸਾਰੇ ਜਣੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਮੰਗਦੇ ਹਨ, ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ! ਤੇ ਕੇਵਲ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈਂ। ਸਭੁ ਕੋ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਾ ਤੁਝ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਕੋਈ ਨਾਹਿ ॥ All are under Your Power, O my King; none at all are beyond You. ਸਾਰੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਇਖਤਿਆਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਨ, ਹੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਕੋਈ ਭੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ। ਸਭਿ ਜੀਅ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੂ ਸਭਸ ਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਾ ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਮਾਹਿ ਸਮਾਹਿ ॥੩॥ All beings are Yours-You belong to all, O my King. All shall merge and be absorbed in You. ||3|| ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵ ਤੇਰੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹੈਂ, ਹੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ! ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਭਨਾ ਕੀ ਤੂ ਆਸ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸਭਿ ਤੁਝਹਿ ਧਿਆਵਹਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹ ॥ You are the hope of all, O my Beloved; all meditate on You, O my King. ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਉਮੈਦ ਹੈਂ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮਾ! ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਹੂਕਾਰ! ਜਿਉ ਭਾਵੈ ਤਿਉ ਰਖੁ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸਚੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਕੇ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹ ॥੪॥੭॥੧੩॥ As it pleases You, protect and preserve me, O my Beloved; You are the True King of Nanak. ||4||7||13|| ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ! ਗੋਲੇ ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾ, ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਸੱਚਾ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੈਂ।

1 quart-sized mason jar A wire whisk

An electrical heating pad 4-quart pan

When you have everything all set to go, you can start.

Just follow these steps to enjoy fresh, homemade yogurt:

Heat the milk in the pan, avoiding scorching.

Allow the milk to boil very slightly.

Pour the milk into the glass mason jar and allow it to cool off to 110 ° (use the thermometer).

Stir the starter yogurt into the milk and seal the jar.

Wrap the jar in the heating pad and cover it in the towel.

Leave the jar in the turned-on heating pad for 7 to 10 hours.

Carefully remove the jar from the heating pad and transfer it to the refrigerator.

After letting the yogurt sit overnight, it will form into the yogurt texture that you

understand, and is ready to eat.

Stir in fruit or spices to give it a little taste boost.

Add spices and fruit to each individual serving to avoid contaminating the jar of yogurt.

Well good morning, my friends!

Welcome to Live Inspired with John O'Leary.

A quote I heard recently was this (I love it!): Find out what breaks your heart, and

then spend the rest of your life trying to make it better.

I love that quote.

I've been thinking about it a lot recently.

And had a couple conversations in the past week that remind me of the value of living

into it.

I met a gentleman who has been working with the Ronald McDonald House for a couple decades.

It's his passion, it's his heart, it's his life.

He has these kids and these families who are dealing with a diagnosis that was unwanted,

unexpected, and in an area where they don't know a whole lot of people.

They don't have the opportunity to live somewhere necessarily safe as a family.

And the Ronald McDonald House helps provide it.

I had a coffee meeting with a 25 year old leader, who teaches high school kids about

Spanish, but she's really teaching them about life.

It is her passion, her heart, her drive to make sure that these kids (14, 15, 16, 17,

18 year old kids) realize that their life matters.

That they matter.

It's much more than about learning how to count 1 through 10 in a certain language.

It's about reminding them of the value of their work and the value of their lives.

And then thirdly, I had the opportunity to meet with a board member for an organization

that flies kids who are medically ill from third world nations to the United States so

that they can receive medical treatment.

Without this care, without these flights, without these doctors and these dollars, these

children would most certainly die.

And yet, through their impact and through their investment and through their drive,

these little ones have a chance.

They have a chance at life.

These three examples and so many more (I'm sure you have examples from your own life.)

are proof of what happens when you allow your heart to be broken, and then you spend the

rest of your life focused on making it better.

So where did I hear that quote?

On our most recent Live Inspired podcast, I had a new friend named Matt Manzari, who

has a remarkable, incredible, shocking story.

I'm not even going to ruin it for you.

I'm going to tell you this:

If you believe that you sometimes have days where struggle.

If you believe that there are days where you wonder, "Gosh, can good come out of this thing?"

Whatever this "thing" is for me

Do them according to your stamina level in initial phase and then gradually increase

its intensity.

However, you have to choose the right exercises and practice them methodically.

To practice it, you need to carry out various forward and backward bending asanas that flex

and stretch the spinal column activating a wide variety of muscles throughout the upper

While it is supposed to be practiced at dawn, you can practice the body movements multiple

times in a day, though you must schedule it reasonably.

Strength Training.

It is one of the latest trends in India.

You can even do it at home without buying dumbbells or spending too much time on equipment.

It will not be wise to do strength training without an expert trainer.

So, when you try to find a trainer, make sure that you go for one who knows his stuff.

So, you see that losing weight is not expensive, only if you are strategic in planning and

disciplined in practicing.

Gym is not the only place where you get the scope to burn calories.

There are many daily activities that help you lose weight.

What is even more important is to control diet.

As they say, prevention is better than cure.
