just put it together with our family last week and I thought why not

and actually holiday season have started about a month ago or even I would say

for India's even longer than that because we celebrated North Georgia in

September the shara Diwali now Thanksgiving on number 23rd and now

this whole week until New Year we are going to celebrate so thank you very

much for celebrating together and our session is about 40 minutes 20 minute is

today our session 15 is how to celebrate holidays without stress because we all

know we get a lot of stress during holidays because then we have to buy the

Gaels we have to prepare for a company or travel and to visit our relatives or

they come here and we have blessed our children are going to come home so we

are preparing for the food and gifts etc but sometime this might bring extra

stress on us and it does bring a stress on me especially not knowing what to buy

what kind of gifts should I buy for others they'll like it and that is the

biggest stress I go through it I don't know what kind of and it's just you

experience but this is my biggest stress because cooking food arranging for

parties or anything is I thoroughly enjoy for this gift part is little bit

touchy for me and actually holidays as it says holiday Holi day means pure

precious days and then they get or we get overwhelmed with the stress so what

can we do and actually to reduce this stress because psychology Association of

America reports that during this holiday session a lot of people go into

depression because they are lonely and also they are concerned about meeting

their family members because there might be some disharmony comes here etc there

are many many results it brings I stress and actually the market does not help us

because we see all that time so many advertisement a lot of things which also

brings a lot of stress so how to handle the holidays how to celebrate the best

way so we all have a more soul to soul connection because nowadays all the

exchange of the gifts and parties and getting together is all more like a body

to body relationship and mind to mind but soul to soul relationship means

coming from heart to heart without feeling any Oh

and or any burden we had to create the vacations or the holidays filled with

love forgiveness and actually Bhagwad Gita says that many things might happen

in our life but how to handle them it says and I'm going to just read it from

this one of my bestseller which is I you have been using for this session my

question and God's answer says all based on the power gita as you can see it and

in chapter 12 in verse 15 it says yes mana visit a local local not widget area

the one who is not bothered by the external world what's going on around

during holidays so number one is that we'll focus on connecting the soul to

soul connection in other words we should not focus too much on expectation of

gifts from others whatever we get with love we accept it rather than getting

upset or thinking that I have given the best gift or I have spent so much money

on my gifts and how come the other person is not it is spending that money

on me so let that go just to whatever comes from your heart

and also find out who need help because there are many people right now need

help thank you very much for sending the love your hearts and your likes please

continue to do that it motivates everybody all the audience and us as

well so thank you very much continue to do that thank you thank you

so talking about thank you continue to appreciate whatever we got in our life

and whatever people can do for us thank them that's what Archana did to

Lord Krishna Lord Krishna took him to the beautiful journey of taking him out

of the shard to Prasad out of miseries and confusion to making the decisions

on he says with your Kripa with your grace thank you so we continue to thank

people but whatever they do for us and even if they don't do it and they might

hurt our feelings so even during the holidays when they come and sometimes

some arguments happen just forgive them because this is a time to celebrate and

build more heart-to-heart relationship with others rather than pressing other

people's button so the point is said thank you to other people appreciate

them from bottom of their heart and if there anything you want to ask for

forgiveness or you want to forgive others ask for forgiveness and at the

same time when you meet help others because many people during the holidays

as I said they are lonely they are maybe in the hospitals there maybe

in the senior citizens home so we call it rub the ashrams or may not have jobs

maybe homeless just go and help them out wherever you can our favorite projects

during the holidays are to go and help and distribute blankets sorts whatever

their requirement is during the winter we try to distribute that and long with

the food and we also visit senior citizens and make sure you take kids

make a field trip with your children to take them to hospitals during this time

and take them to the children's wards where children's are in the hospitals

and also to senior citizen centers where those elderly people are missing the

children so just take a box of candies or something and just treat go to the

those places and it just this is what we do sometimes we just go and just sing

the Christmas carols for them this is what our success ibaba Center does as

well so we go and just beat those people and make sure get the children involved

because children need to learn these things and also as I said avoid pressing

the hard buttons when people come to your home for parties or your relatives

or you go there sometimes there are many issues come which we feel like we need

to discuss but holidays season is not the time to do it and if you want to do

it too little love and compassion rather than blaming them because in Geetha

Asus's only pets are suited actually it means we should not expect from others

we should devote and give our love to them and then Shama Shama is a very big

one in popper DITA in fact Lord Krishna says

I am forgiveness so the gods another name is forgiveness so when we have done

something hard others or if others have heard them just ask for forgiveness and

just say please forgive me and also forgive them from bottom of

your heart and then don't mimic others because other people are throwing big

parties or going to be bigger hotels and celebrating Christmas or celebrating the

holidays just used your own style but never your style is just live with that

don't mimic others and then of course take care of yourself make sure that

just sit down quietly and relax you don't have to be a yoga expert to just

go and do the yoga or anything but just sit down and relax if you can do

meditation wonderful if you were cannot just close your eyes be silent and just

observe your breath and just be calm and also this is that time to make the phone

calls if you have not called some of your friends so you think you should

have called them this is the time they want they would love to hear from you so

make the phone calls and then do your best whatever you can do your best and

let go don't put too much pressure on yourself because we do go out of our way

and sometimes we drive ourself crazy for during the holidays know just what your

best and whatever it is just do your best and let go so now do you have any

do something about it and pay attention to it and then the mantra after today

micro Konya not the Sun is enriched with love and pure energy of a smile

relaxation and enjoyment this is the pure healing energy enriched with love

compassion dissolves all the expectations all the resentments past

hurts

it dissolves all the arguments hard feelings expectations

all the fears and doubts the compar does during the holidays are dissolving

and feel the entire body is relaxed

stress in every part of the body is dissolved

every cell G DNA are dancing with love emitting the love the cold and light

from every pore of the body not just on the heart but every pore of the body is

emitting the golden light filled with love and send this love to the places in

the world to the hospitals where the patients are lying down and they cannot

be part of celebration after with the families who are suffering the homeless

people the people in the prisons

the people who have lost their loved ones during this year and missing them

so send your love to all those people including the departing Souls

this is pure love

to all the family members

to the entire community to the entire region wherever you are the entire

America United States and the neighboring countries Canada Europe

Mexico Far East countries India Pakistan Sri Lanka Middle East Australia sensual

love and healing power to all the living beings and non living beings all the

rivers oceans sky mountains plants animals

continue to send your love

love gives the birth to peace in the world so this whole cosmos entire

universe gets enriched with love peace

How To Choose The Right Foundation For Your Skintone - Duration: 8:17.

Hello Sunshines!

Today I want to show you how to match your own foundation so that way you won't ever

have to be the victim of a probably very well meaning but undertrained sales associate or

be in trouble if your out trying to buy foundation and you can't get anybody to help you.

Maybe theyre busy.

Maybe theyre understaffed.

It doesn't matter because you can do it by yourself.

So a really good place to start is by understanding what the undertone of your skin is.

So that you can avoid foundations that clash.

If you have a yellow undertone and put a pink toned foundation on its gona look not good.

Your options are warm, cool, and neutral.

Cool being more of a pink, reddish tone, warm being more of a yellow, golden undertone and

neutral of course being a mix of the two.

Some indicators of what your undertone are may be what kind of jewelry and clothing colors

you prefer.

Often cooler toned friends prefer crisp, whites and black neutrals they feel like silver jewelry

really compliments their skintone and a lot of times warmer complected individuals like

tans, and browns, and that kind of thing for their neutrals and they like gold jewelry

which I have a warmer complexion and I feel like thats definately true for me.

I prefer gold colored jewlery or rose gold, I feel like its just much more complimentary

to my skintone then silver.

I am wearing black today but I worked in cosmetics for ten years what do you want from me.

My wardrobe consists of black, off black, slightly faded gray black cause it got thrown

in the dryer too many times, red black cause it got washed with that one red sock.

Why does everybody have one red sock.

It just exists to ruin your laundry.

So while a lot of those indicators definately depend on personal preferance, its not excatly

a fool proof test its a good place to start.

Another thing you can do is look at the veins on the inside of your wrist.

Its kind of hard to tell on camera but if you have a cooler skintone your veins are

going to look a little bit more on the blue side where as if you have a warmer skintone

theyre gona probably show up a little bit more green and thats because the yellow in

your skin overlapping with the blue makes green!

Color wheel.

I learned that in elementary school.

However this can depend on the lighting your in and if you have a darker complexion it

can be harder to see your veins because lucky you theyre not as prominent.

So if all else fails and your not sure which camp your living in you could be more on the

neutral side like a mix of both.

One of my favorite ways to try and figure it out is a lot of foundations say right on

the bottle what kind of undertone they are and so if you go on the back of your hand

and you take one from each family and swatch it on the back of your hand, you can kinda

tell what clashes and what blends in with your skintone better.

Now please, please do not match your foundation on the back of your hand.

Its not the same color, its not gona look right.

But it is a good way to figure out your undertone and give you a place to start.

Back to where not to match your foundation.

Don't match it to the back of your hand, don't match it on your wrist, I prefer you not even

match it to the outer perimeter of your face because on a lot of us the outside of your

face is gona be darker than the inside and your neck.

This is what matters, Right here.

Because your face is going to be covered in foundation.

And unless you want to blend your makeup alllll the way down.

Everyday.

You really want it to match your neck.

So that way it blends seamlessly, and doesn't give you that weird floating head thing, that

we've all seen and definately been guilty of at some point.

My facebook memories popped up and I had actually had posted a facebook status about how my

foundation was eight shades too dark and I was just gona try and put on enough bronzer

and believe really hard to make it work.

No Ariel, No.

You know better.

I know better.

Ok so you've got you're undertone.

You know where to match your foundation.

Next your going to figure out your formula.

Do you have dry skin, do you have oily skin?

Do you want a tinted moisturizer?

A lot of coverage?

A little coverage?

Its all kind of personal preferance.

But whatever formula you pick, grab the three shades in your undertone that are the closest

by your guess to your match.

And then right along here youre going to swipe them and your going to want to make it a little

bit thicker then what you would maybe apply for a real application, so that you can see

what it is but its ok to blend it through a little bit.

You still want to be able to see which is which.

And so you can see one out of the three is gona blend in better than the others.

And im gona go with the center one.

And that actually is the foundation that im wearing right now.

But for demonstration purposes I want to show you how off it would be if I used the back

of my hand.

Alright so theyre in the same order that they were in on my neck.

But I would have definately gone with the darkest one just looking at it from the back

of my hand, which is my summer shade but it doesn't look right when I wear it right now.

So out of your three foundations the one that almost dissapears, that one is your guy.

Now I know we've all been in that situation where you think you've found the perfect match

and then you get a nasty surprise when you when you find out a little bit more about

them.

Well I have a trick to avoid that, at least where foundations concerned.

So youre gona want to do is once you put your swatches on walk around for about fifteen

minutes to see if its gona oxidize, look at it in a few different types of light, definately

get in natural light if you possibly can.

You want to see how the foundation looks once its dried down to know what youre really getting

into.

If it still looks as amazing as you thought it was going to after about fifteen minutes

then its a go.

Now if youre still not 100% sure if youre shopping at a makeup counter or sephora they

give samples, I recommend getting one and trying it for a day or two and that way you

can take it for a full test run and see how it goes.

Now if you're shopping at ulta they typically do not do samples, I like to shop at Ulta.

They carry everything under the sun.

So what I do if im not 100% sure is just hold onto my receipt for a couple of days until

I've worn it and really looked at it, in all kinds of light, and made sure im not going

to have any problems.

Just wait to throw the bag away.

Alright go forth and color match and remember that practice makes perfect you may not get

it exactly the first time but with a little practice you'll get to where you can color

match like that because you have all the basics that you need to find your perfect match all

by yourself.

Now theres nothing wrong with getting help if its available and you trust the salesperson

offering it to you, they have probably been doing it a lot longer than you could potentially

offer some great advice.

But its always good to go in with your own set of knowledge so that way you can kinda

decide for yourself.

Restek Tip: LC Tubing & Fitting Choices - Duration: 2:44.

Hi everyone, thanks for joining us for this Restek Tip.

Our topic today is tubing and fittings for LC systems.

Now, I'm sure you're familiar with both PEEK and stainless steel,

so let's start out talking about PEEK tubing.

This is used for pressures up to about 5,000 psi, and you may have experienced

what happens if you get beyond this limit.

The tubing will release the fitting with an audible popping sound.

You'll have a leak somewhere,

and you notice your system pressure drops to zero.

So, if you're running a sample, and have an unexpected loss in pressure,

the first place to check are the connections

at your column or at your mixer,

just to make sure that none of these fittings have come loose.

Now, there's two typical diameters of tubing used for LC systems.

The first is a 0.3 millimeter with a blue band,

and these are general-purpose connections for your pump to your mixer,

the mixer up to the autosampler,

and sometimes the autosampler out to the column.

Another diameter most commonly used is a 0.13 millimeter with the red stripe,

and this is used for connections from your column to your detector,

and the small ID keeps the peaks in a tight band,

so that helps you get a little better signal and a better detection limit.

Now, it's really important to use PEEK fittings when you're using PEEK tubing,

because if we use a metal fitting,

the temptation is to overtighten,

which will crimp that smaller inner diameter,

cause some restriction,

and could eventually completely block the flow of mobile phase.

Now, if you're running above 5,000 psi, or have a UHPLC system,

you always want to use stainless steel tubing,

and they come in the same dimensions and the same color codes as the PEEK,

so it's very easy to transfer between systems.

Now, you might be tempted to cut your own stainless-steel tubing,

but we don't recommend it,

because it's really hard to get a nice, square cut

and to remove all the burrs from the cutting process.

By having a really nice, clean, square cut, you can seat the tubing into the port properly,

reduce leaks or places where sample can build up and cause carryover in between runs.

As far as fittings go for stainless steel tubing,

we recommend the EXP type.

This has a metal nut and a ferrule with a polymer cone

that fits into the port, and a metal portion that connects to the nut.

So, no matter what type of system you have,

we've got the tubing and the fittings that'll keep you up and running.

Should you just follow the mundane?

So guys first what we got to understand is basically that

We are evolved creatures if you want to put it that way right so

Let's look at it this way several thousands of years ago

Had a hunting forage for our food right you can't really disagree with me there

I mean if we were to eat anything that were to be berries and nuts of the mornings which

Really is won't amount to too much if you would call that breakfast so

Which is for the sake of the video? We're going to go ahead and say that you know more likely the the barbarians

The the Warriors they often hunted and forage throughout the day

And then they had massive feast at night and had get-togethers with their families and the friends

In reason why I'm explaining this to you guys is

most of society believes that

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

Which guys and my humble honest opinion? I just don't think that's the truth. I don't think that is optimal

especially if you're trying to lose weight and

Increase the overall

Healthiness of your life right - overall increase

The overall being of yourself, so if you're trying to be the healthiest version of yourself, which we all should be in my opinion

Some take a little further than others

But I really think we all just have a healthy

lifestyle Pro longevity purposes and living the best life that we possibly can so I

do believe in term a that fasting is the key to achieving those areas of your life that I just explained and

I'm gonna dive in to some

Benefits of intermittent fasting guys, and why I believe that you really should try it out for yourself and just a disclaimer here

Intermittent fasting is not for everybody I didn't want to say that but for the majority of people that I have

Explained this to and kind of explained in great detail to where they can implement this strategy

In a while it's really been very beneficial for them, so take that with a grain of salt

It's worked fantastically for me and achieving a lean physique that I'm very proud of and

as well as maintaining a low body fat, so

If you're somebody out there that want to cheat those two things guys. I really think you should try this out

And here are just a couple benefits a couple reasons on why I do believe so

so

one myth I do want to kind of go over is

it's often sad when people often say that you have to eat breakfast because it kind of kick starts or starts your

Metabolism up early in the morning, and this is is not the truth. It's a total myth

It has been debunked countless times

So get that out of your head

Doesn't kick start your metabolism that is actually very very beneficial for your body to go through anywhere between an 8 to 16 hour fast

helps with waste by-product material

cellular repair

Also insulin levels are decreased

insurmountably so that just basically means that

It helps with the the burning of the fat throughout your body

increase fat burning and also

glycogen inside glycogen stores inside your liver are also activated and in turn helping burn fat, so

There's just a couple of benefits

Task completed something another really awesome benefit as well

So my protocol is very very laid back

And there's several different methods up there to intermittent fasting that I just want to kind of go over my overall

Aspects towards it and my regimen that I do on a daily basis, so

I guess I keep it really laid-back anything that I'll teach anything that I'll create

programs wise it's gonna be very very simple and to the point and

effective, and that's what I truly believe in and I believe in teaching that and

providing that to you guys, so

Basically what I do every morning is I wake up and I drink a glass of water

Because your body goes through a period of time and not more of a fasted state and more often Thompson

Not when you wake up, and you think you're hungry you feel your stomach rumbling you think immediately

I need to eat something but more times and not guys

It's just a way of your body letting you know that it's dehydrated

And you need to get some h2o up in there get some water

So that's what I do first of all and then after that I begin to get ready for work. I work at 6:00 a.m.

To 2:30 shift, so what I do is I drink that water. I go ahead and fix my coffee and put it in a

thermo genic

Coffee mug, which isn't very important, but then just going over my process each and every day, and then I take the to work

Right, it's probably it amounts to around three cups of coffee two to three cups

I take that to work and I drink black coffee

And that's this is single-handedly one of the most important strategy. You can have to fasting

because a lot of people want to complain that they're

Hungry while a fast

but most people don't allow their body of the right amount of time to adjust our body is is a

vault to adjust with no matter the

progressions we put towards our body or

The amounts of stress no matter you know whatever that may be our bodies are have evolved to adjust to whatever we're putting

For me I found that two weeks was perfect and that's when I begin to

experience less and less

And natural so a lot of the time for your body to adjust don't just you know

Try for a day or two and you're hungry, and you quit because you're hungry

there are several different strategies out there that you can definitely try and it's going to help to benefit you and to prolong in the

much much, further so like I said, I drink that black coffee and

Then after that black coffee. I like to slam water. I like started getting at least

3/4 to a gallon of water in a day so after the black coffee which is an excellent appetite suppressant

then I can drink the water and

Like I said three and a half or excuse me three fourths to gallon of water is

optimal for myself and for mostly everybody else so

After that it's usually when I break my fast with a fruit and this basically cuts the fast off

but

You guys gotta understand it creates a calorie buffer at the end of the day

And I'm somebody that likes to eat food at the end of the day

So with me eating a couple pieces of fruit a small meal, maybe some Greek yogurt some granola

Something very small I'm that's gonna hold me over for a couple hours, and then I feast like I said with our ancestors, right?

And guys this is what I've noticed to be the most helpful for myself in several people that I've taught this to

especially when it comes to training and

Optimizing your overall time in the genome as well. I found that

I'm

It's a lot easier to pack on muscle

There's studies to show that

the application of

Producing more muscle is way way more

Increased when it comes to allowing your body to have the amount of time it needs

to have that cellular or cellular repair, so

Guys this is just an overview of what intermittent fasting is
