just waisting oxygen the dreams i used to have

so out of reach if anything good happens I'll be surprised

yet relieved?

there used to be this feeling of anger that other people were the problem

but really no one was not in the long run

at the end of the day it's just a bunch of bad luck

and who knows maybe in the next life i'll experience love with someone

my younger self would be soo disappointed i'm glad she didn't know what was to come

and i know my future self is screaming out "Just run!" but i can't cause i'm stuck

and unlike the movies no one comes to rescue you

no one saves you instead you wait until you can save yourself

or spend your life in entirety waiting on the shelf

LEGO DC Super Heroes Mighty Micros series 3 reviewed! 76092 76093 76094 - Duration: 11:24.

hey everybody in this video we're gonna be looking at all three of the latest

Lego DC superheroes mighty microbes sets so three sets covered in one video

I've got Nightwing vs. the Joker we're gonna look at first followed by

Supergirl versus Brainiac and then Batman vs Harley Quinn in the Nightwing

vs. the Joker set I really like the ice cream truck for the Joker because it's

just something a little different from what we've gotten to date and I like the

way they did the steering wheel you know it's very horizontal it's just is it

just different which is which is always well not always a good thing but often a

good thing that is a print for the smile that's used for the bumper for the

ice-cream truck there I mean that whole thing has an open top so it can't be too

believable too realistic but I think they've done a good job of kind of

translating the whole idea over to my team micros form

I like the inclusion of the semi realistic kind of ice cream cone up on

the top used as a decoration and this has an open Apple box so you could

actually store the popsicle back there icicle back there if you want to just

have them throw that in there I think you could also use the pieces of this

can't put the whole ice cream cone together with the scoops but you can use

the pieces of it and toss those in there if if you want to actually use it more

like a real ice cream truck it's not able to do a wheelie or anything but

actually doesn't bother me here because there's enough character that I feel

like this is a cool little build Nightwing gets just a just a vehicle

just a vehicle in general like nothing too special about it's just looking like

it's fast has kind of a splitter on the front and air dam like it looks really

aerodynamic but doesn't have a cockpit or cover you know roof or anything looks

got a nice from around the back it is able to do this so that's good you know

I always like to be able to see that but you know there's just nothing too fancy

about this one or really nothing that really stands out you know what though

between these two figures I like Nightwing much better

I preferred the Joker vehicle but the Nightwing figure because I feel like he

looks serious enough believable enough kind of canonical enough if you will

that if you just put long legs on them you could use this as just a really

inexpensive way to get a legit Nightwing I mean technically this is legit it's

just a different interpretation of it but you know what I mean like you could

use that as a serious figure if you don't want to spend more to get a larger

set and we don't even get Nightwing especially this version all that

frequently so yeah it's good to get the Joker's mouth though

Wow so far off to the side they've just just angled it so much like you're

looking at it from the side from like a quarter view so I guess I guess it looks

best that the whole figure looks best when you look at it from this angle here

but I mean Lego has has kind of turned facial features a number of times in the

past in various ways often awkward ways but that's extreme just how far they won

with it I like them the eyes though I really like the eyes I think the torso

prints just fine but again between the two

I prefer Nightwing I think that that's a well-done figure all around no alternate

faces though sorry Supergirl versus Brainiac has some

interesting things going on with it so the Supergirl torso piece is done in

medium blue but then most of her vehicle is done in dark as your so just an

interesting subtle difference of color there looks kind of classic to me that

there's the juxtaposition of those two colors together also with the regular

yellow colored fins on the back here and that the red bracket pieces that are

used I think all I just goes together really well just very much looks like a

classic comic sort of cell and that is a print on the front there with the s so

that's pretty cool and then when you look at brainiacs vehicle well I mean

they've gone from the skull ship to a skull car here and it has the eyes done

with the trans bright green coat this is a full bubble canopy a little

bit difficult to see against the full bright background there but you know it

covers up pretty well it's not very common that you get a cover on any kind

of vehicle in the mighty micro's world of course this is a print on the front

there is this able to do this yeah it is you just have to angle the whole

thruster exhaust their force waves whatever those must be but yeah this is

this is different I like the shape of it I like how it has kind of tried to

capture the source material while still being funny with the translation of it

you know what these figures are good too and there's some special stuff going on

here first with Supergirl really good torso very usable piece really good

hairpiece she has the short cape on though I'm not sure if this one is going

to be that easy to turn into a more serious figure but at least the torso is

good and the hairpiece is good and she comes with a magnifying glass

now Brainiac I think has a fine torso a funny face that is appropriate for

mighty micros let me just get around to the back he does have some print on the

back of his head as well you get some print on the back of the fine torso I

think for Supergirl as well no alternate face for her but what about that

accessory piece that thing that's being held by Brainiac scanned or in its

little bottle you've never gotten this before it's not the greatest highest

quality print but I feel like that's a really really collectible piece really

collectible if you're a DC fan especially on the super it's gonna be a

Superman I'm gonna said superheroes but Superman's side of things I think you

should get this set and just cherish this one printed one by one so under

peace that's so cool that's actually done it's such a small size it's only

printed on on one side or from one face but I think it's it's good and just a

really cool collectible item to to have and to hold on to long term take a look

at Batman and Harley Quinn I both of these builds actually look

pretty good and I am especially happy about the Batman vehicle because it's

actually a batwing and it's built up pretty nicely so that if you just want

to leave off the the chassis piece you know all the gray here with the wheels

you can and then just fly it around as just a regular batwing I mean of course

they have to include the wheels because it's just part of the thing of mighty

micros in general but I think this looks pretty good from all angles and would

make a cool fun toy also has that printed bat logo on the front that's

pretty good and then with Harley Quinn she gets two of these classic styled

four-wide car front fender pieces with the integrated headlights in there you

know one in each of these colors that's that's nice just to get those parts and

I think the overall shaping here looks pretty good as well looks like a nice

late 40s early 50s kind of maybe maybe up to mid 50s pickup truck kind of

design so it's a little bit believable I think it looks good from all angles it's

also able to hold a wheelie so that's good you know I always like that yeah I

like the design of it either the the designs of both of these they look they

look fun they look inviting just to roll around and and crash around maybe you

can even do a little bit of a transformative play with this one when

you tear off the base of course it has to be a little bit careful with that but

you know kind of switching it back and forth between a ground and air attack

mode taking a closer look at Batman and hello umm yeah so that's a big hammer

and the big hammer is big and I need to get it out of the way because it's too

big it's gonna weigh there we go okay Batman and Harley Quinn and Harley Quinn

get's that cool dual moulded hairpiece very nice pretty decent torso about

equal between the two I think kind of in their their usefulness their level of

detail as well you get the really thin eyes showing through for

Batman not something that we see very frequently let me show you the backs of

these that's a pretty good torso print their small cape very basic print on the

back an alternate face for him an alternate face for her but check out the

main face for Batman that's what they're doing there or they're just using the

top of the band and then preserving the style of the eyes once you take that off

that's something a little different you know so that what's what's showing up

here notice for the eye is is not the same thing that you're seeing for the

white here you're using the kind of headband the area which in this case is

just being kind of portrayed as a highlight up there so just something

different I like that yep I still like money micros still like

the fact they exist I'm very happy that kids are able to get some of these

characters to be able to play with with very small easy to transport around easy

to to carry from place to place in in the in the car vehicles you know that

aren't big playset so they can just bring the fun with them I really like

some of the pieces that they introduced with this line on both sides not just

the DC line but some of the prints and I mean that's just fantastic to get I

think all of this is pretty good a little bit extreme with the face but

that's just part of their style of course you're still not able to get the

long legs with any of these so you just need to add those yourself if you want

to make these into regular-sized figures as I almost knock everything over

getting to this last box there we go I like the builds for this one I think

the most just between the two or adding the two together out of the three I did

very much like the the idea and some of the execution of the Joker ice cream

shopkin and also brainiacs vehicle his is interesting and different being

covered and all but I think both of these look good just on their own and

being able to turn that into a proper batwing just taking the the wheels off

gives it a little extra well extra point it's a sweet so that's it for my look at

these three sets in this one video hope you enjoy

LEGO Minecraft The Melon Farm review! 21138 - Duration: 7:36.

hello everyone this is the small lego minecraft set called the melon farm I'm

pretty sure that most folks who buy this set are gonna be getting it primarily

for the figures so it will but most of my focus on that but there actually is

some useful terrain here with some useful pieces built into it so first of

all over here on the left side a couple of really good looking potatoes the

best-looking potatoes I think that Lego has done to date of course you are

always going to get a chest now right now this has only a melon slice within

it but that's a great piece to get and also in this set you get a spare of that

because it's a tiny enough piece to automatically be included in the set as

a spare and then you get a couple of melons so those are new prints for this

year and those just have that print on the single side one over to the sides a

little bit differently it's lime green as the base color it's a minecraft

figure head piece and yeah you get two of those in the set I really like this

harvestable carrot because it's at pretty much the exact correct height you

know you just see it sticking up a little bit and you just pull it right

out there's no action feature for that which is perfectly fine I think this is

an absolutely ideal implementation of that it's just basically a hole in the

ground and it holds it right where you want it to and it doesn't move around

too easily or anything that's good and then you also get a banner here which

has the the melon print on it not the best looking thing a little bit offset

but oh well there it actually is an action feature built into this set it's

surprisingly let me just you just do this actually put the creeper creeping

around in the background over here yeah so you know you creeper comes up and

what happens it explodes it's that simple mechanism again just a little

lever back there just pops up a piece that's it

it's simple but effective we don't need anything more than that for for a

working exploding mech the player figure is just another Steve

he doesn't even have any armor on whatsoever the print on the face for

this one has just a little bit of a little bit of missed registration on it

in an interesting way that shows you something you don't typically see the

fact that you're supposed to put down a white primer before you put down a light

color on top of a dark plastic piece and this is showing that because there's

just a little bit of shift of the primer so you can see just what looks kind of

like a shadow behind there where the primer is is painted just a little bit

higher than the actual skin tone so you can see also a little bit of a highlight

of that that white up on the top so that's what Lego needs to do when you

see figures or any pieces that that aren't printed all that well with a

light color on top of a dark plastic I just need to get that that that primer

under there and get that thick enough and then put the proper color over it it

actually turns out pretty good like I mean the the skin tone here on that dark

brown head is is perfectly fine I mean the color of it stands out well and

obviously he has here a carrot on a stick and he's just holding onto the

carrot top because what else is he gonna do with it you know he's gonna harvest

the carrot from the ground this is another one a second carrot give you a

total of - he's gonna harvest it he's gonna place it on the rod and then well

what's he gonna do next he's gonna find a pig he's gonna put a saddle on it and

then he's gonna ride the pig of course I wish this set came with just one

additional piece just one 2x2 pink plate to replace that that saddle that's on

here which is done with 2 1 by 2 dark orange plates they're you know it'd be

nice to actually do the transformation to be able to put a saddle on the pig

properly just needed that one more piece I think that's just a little bit of a

Miss I mean I'm happy getting another Pig happy getting a pig with a saddle

even if it's just a suggestion of it but just one more piece would have made it

so you could do the transformation and then there would be more play value or

you could use this as just a regular Pig instead of having a strange indent in

the back you take off the saddle parts the set includes this one creeper and

two creepers a creeper they've done them the same since the beginning really no

need to change that maybe someday we'll get an articulating creeper so you can

move the legs around but for now I think this looks pretty good and they worked

just fine there are plenty of ways that you can use them around your terrain and

use some slightly illegal connection techniques as well to make them look

like they're moving a little bit so I think these are fine this to me though

is by far the biggest deal in the set it's just a plain villager and this one

also has a little bit of issue with the primer color being just a little bit off

there it's not quite vertically registered where the the overcoat of the

second coat of white is placed on the top but you really honestly don't see

that much from any kind of normal distance it's just because we're up this

close also his nose isn't that great but to get a villager in a set this

inexpensive is great for folks who want minecraft villagers for their their Lego

displays villagers up to this point have been very expensive even you know

purchasing them separately on brick link from sellers who are not price gouging

that are just going off the market price has still been very difficult it's been

very harsh on people's wallets and thanks to this set these will become

much more popular you can just go out and and get you know the set itself and

get a good selection of figures and pieces including one of these or I'm

sure on brick link you'll be able to get these even cheaper still so very happy

about this very thankful huh-huh this is the type of set that is not going to win

any toy of the Year awards it's not intended to it's basically just a

booster pack for Minecraft but I think it's great in that way it comes with

good figures good creatures and good items as well so I think they've just

done a great job with this them that with this this whole set and I hope that

they continue to make more of these small sets like this that have in my

opinion great value getting an assortment of these small

sets to me seems like a much better idea than spending a whole lot of money on

one large set that's not even going to give you as many playable creatures and

characters nor items but will give you more terrain but you can always build

your own terrain out of just anything inexpensive stuff for the win alright

New Year Resolution to New Year Revelation - Duration: 10:57.

why I stopped making New Year's resolutions coming up next

hey everyone welcome to Wednesday's crystal I'm crystal Sparks I'm so glad

you're here hey happy new year wherever this finds you I hope that your year is

off to a great start I want to talk to you about why I quit making New Year's

resolutions I know that this is the popular thing and it almost seems

contradictory because we are in January right everybody's going to the gym

everybody's got those goals of saving money doing all these things so crystal

what are you talking about why don't you make New Year's resolutions

okay so I'll just say this I used to be like everybody else the year would start

off and I would have my whole life all the things like I'm gonna get out of dad

I'm gonna lose what's away I'm gonna get closer to God I'm gonna do all these

things I would have all this stuff and you know what I would start off the year

I'd start off so good and then by January 2nd I was still going okay but

by January 10th I was starting to lose momentum and then by the end of the

month I completely forgotten what my goals were and I was back to living life

as I always lived and then one day I was sitting in a service and I was listening

to a pastor preach and he said something that revolutionized my life forever and

he said this stop making New Year's resolutions and seek God for a new years

revelation that completely transformed my life that one sentence begin to

change everything for me because I'm no longer make goals and things that I

wanted to do now of a sudden I began to seek God and asked him what he wanted me

to do I love in Psalm 34 verse 4 it says I sought the Lord and he delivered me

see here's the thing is that the Bible says Jesus even said that if you seek

Him you will find him knock in the door will be open and so here's the thing

is that if we want to begin to really start seeing results New Year's

resolutions if you will just be honest it's all about us it's all about I need

to do more I need to try harder I need to do all these things but an ears

revelation is all on God it's saying God what is your will for my life but what

is your plan for this year but what do you want me to

give the best of my time energy and resources to this year and when we begin

to do that amazing things begin to happen and so every single year since

then I carve out a period of time where I do nothing but just seek the face of

God well crystal we all have jobs like we can't just seek the face of God I'm

not talking about quitting your job and quitting your kids for a few weeks to

just seek the face of God what I'm talking about is this is I spend time

with God every single day and my express purpose is this is God I want to hear

what you have to say Lord my ears are open as the Bible says I love this so

much speak for your servant is listening I get before God with that kind of heart

and I say God hears my ear and I want to know what is your plan for my life what

do you want me to become what do you want me to do what are the past that I

should take what are the roads that I should go down and when I begin to do

that you know what happens is God begins to speak the Bible says seek and you

will find him knock and the door will be open and what happens is that period of

time I set aside to just say God you are the reason why I'm here and all of a

sudden God began to speak and he began to show me things to do and you know

what I went from just setting goals to now achieving goals it was no longer

about what I could do in my own strength I love Jesus says that every word of God

is full of his power and his ability to perform what he's asked us to do see

when I say something on my own and then it's all about me to perform it that

means it's performance-based results but when God begins to speak it not only

does he speak it but he gives us the ability the power and the want to to

begin to do it and when that began to happen everything in my world began to

change so every year I asked God for a word and I challenge the people who are

lead to get a new years revelation so what does that look like well every year

the Lord has told me different things in fact one year whenever we were gonna

plant our church I didn't even know that we were going to plant it I had been

praying and asking God God what is your direction for our lives I knew that

something was coming but I didn't know what and I heard the God I heard God

speak very clearly that sometimes you're gonna have to stay when it would be

easier to go and then you're gonna have to go when it would be easier to stay

and so I wrote it down the Lord wouldn't stop saying it to me so I wrote it down

and then sure enough months went by and God was stirring my spirit so bad that I

wanted to go and and he was saying stay and then finally when the Lord release

us and we packed up that moving truck and we watched the door closed to it I

said God now I want to stay even though it's time to go see the Lord gave me

that word and it was such a good word and it helps to sing me that entire year

time went on and there was another year that the Lord told me he said very

firmly I want you to take a crowd and make disciples and I said okay Lord and

he began to show me steps of what to do and those steps is what began my first

she leads class which now has gone on to an online program called in the lead

where I've seen hundreds of people go through this program they've

accomplished their dreams and their goals and it's not because I'm great

it's because when we seek the Lord we find him and God gave me a strategic

plan of how to move people forward how to begin to grow them spiritually but it

all came from that one word where the Lord said I want you to turn a crowd

into disciples there was another time that the Lord spoke to me and he said

you're going to be one house with many rooms and I said Lord what does this

even mean and in that year we bought a house that was over double our past

houses size and God gave us some amazing opportunities to begin to grow our

ministry what he was he saying one house many rooms it was time to expand it was

time to do more and then this year coming up for 2018 the Lord gave me the

shortest word he's ever given and it's the word go just go I had no clue where

the Lord is calling me to go or where he's going to take me but I know

that's my word for this 2018 year is the word go so what is God speaking to you

so how do I do that practically well the first thing that we do is Brian and I we

take the first 21 days of the year and we're actually starting it this year in

2018 we're starting on January 8th and we take 21 days of prayer and fasting

and what we do is we just seek the face of God for 21 days we set out a carved

amount of time that is just for the Lord and you know what happens is God begins

to show up he begins to speak to us he gives us divine instruction in fact

every big thing that has happened in my life happened because out of those 21

days of prayer and fasting the Lord spoke it and we began to watch

the plan unfold so the first thing we do is we give a tithe of our year we give

that first part of the year to God we set that amount of time aside just for

God to hear him the second thing I do is I'll write it down you know if you don't

write something down you're gonna forget it

kind of like how you get to the grocery store and you look around you go why am

I here have you ever done that I do that all the time I'll walk into the grocery

store and I can't remember why I'm there and I end up spending a whole lot of

money that I didn't need to spend on stuff that I didn't need to buy why cuz

I'm trying to remember why I'm there I think that's the way most people go

through their entire life they're walking through and oh yeah I'll take

that job yeah I'll buy that house yeah I'll get that car yeah I'll take that

opportunity and we're filling our cart full of things that are good but they're

not God we didn't take the time to say God what is your plan for my life God

what is your plan for the year and when we write that down everything that we do

for the rest of year Brian and I look at that word from God and we say God does

this line up with what you spoke to us and if the answer is no then we turn

down the opportunity because we know that that word is the compass for our

year so I want you to get a word from God so write it down and number one

you're in a seek God first write your name set some time aside that you're in

a seat guide get in his word and begin a seat Kim and number two you are going to

write it down and number three this is what I want you to do is I want you to

tell somebody about it when God speaks it to

you that's great to keep it private but here's the thing is that when you keep

it private then nobody really knows to be able to encourage you into it I want

you to tell other people about it you know whenever we begin to tell other

people about it what happens is our faith begins to expand and it helps them

to it helps encourage them to go get a word from God for themselves but it

helps them to be able to talk to you about it along the way and so how cool

is it for you to be able to announce over people I've had God tell me one

time at the beginning of the year it's harvest season and so I told everybody

in my life it's harvest season you know nothing in my life looked like it was

harvest season at all but by the end of the year we saw God do so many amazing

miracles and it was really neat for not just me but the people in my life

because they could say hey I remember when you said it was harvest season and

look at all the good things God's doing now so hey did you get something out of

that no more New Year's resolutions you're

gonna have an years of God revelation amen a nears revelation for what God

wants to do so hey I'm so proud of you for being here on my channel if you

As you can see the background, I came back to my hometown, Gifu!

Finally it's 2018…!

Happy new year and I look forward to your continued good will in the coming year.

I'll talk about Japanese new year today.

First of all, let me tell you about new year's greeting. When you see someone for the first time in new year, we say "Akemashite omedetou gozaimasu".

You can reply "Akemashi te omedetou gozaimasu" or "Omedetou gozaimasu".

I will introduce to you three new year cultures "hatsumoude", "nengajo" and "otoshidama".

The first one is "hatsumoude".

Many Japanese people visit a Shinto shrine in order to make New Year's wishes. This is called hatsumode, the first visit to a shrine.

Like this, you can make New Year's wishes.

There are so many people in some famous shrines in Kyoto and Tokyo on new year day.

Next one is "nengajo".

As I told you in previous video, "nengajo" is New Year's card.

We send it to our friends, relatives and the people we work with.

Nowadays, we send nengajo by email and other mobile applications because of the increasing number of people using cellphones and social networking services.

The last one is "otoshidama".

It is a gift of money we get on New Year's day from our family.

Actually I got it!!

Depending on the ages, elementary school school students will get about 3,000yen and junior high school students, high school students and university students will get about 5,000yen to 10,000yen.

So if you were Japanese and have many relatives in Japan, you would get a lot of otoshidama. On the other hand, the parents have to give a lot of otoshidama.lol

Actually I got "otoshidama" from my mother's aunt and my two grandmothers even I'm already 23 years old…!!I was very surprised.

Today I've talked about three Japanese New Year cultures "hatsumoude", "nengajo" and "otoshidama".

Actually we have so many other cultures such as "osechi ryori", "ozouni" and "kadomatsu", however these cultures are disappearing because of globalization...

Ya'u Umar Gojo-Gojo, a former speaker of the Katsina state House of Assembly and the Katsina North senatorial district candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2015 general election, has declared that the opposition party cannot defeat President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.

Though Buhari is yet to declare interest to seek re-election, Gojo-Gojo, who has now defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC), says the quest by the PDP to reclaim the presidential and Katsina state's governorship seats are misplaced hope.

Leadership reports that Gojo-Gojo spoke during the unveiling of the APC Consultative Forum, adding that the success of Masari administration, contrary to the propaganda of the PDP, had spelt doom for the opposition in the state.

According to him, the defection of the former leaders of the PDP in the state is a testimony that the opposition party is fighting a lost battle.

Members of the forum, according to the report, has former chairman of Batagarawa Local Government Area under PDP administration and the state commissioner for works and transport, Tasiu Dahiru Dandagoro, as secretary.

It further includes former commissioner during previous administration, Musa Adamu Funtua, and former local government boss under PDP, Tukur Iliyasu Shagumba, as vice chairman and treasurer respectively.

Former members of the PDP who are in the forum also include Comrade Bilyaminu Rimi, Abdullahi Tandama, Yusuf Barmo, Mohammed Ilalla and Ibrahim Teacher among others.

The state APC vice chairman in Funtau senatorial zone, Bala Abubakar Musawa, praised the Masari administration saying it cannot be compared to the 16 years of the PDP rule.

Shitu said he was confident that APC would take Katsina to greater heights just as he enjoined the party supporters to remain loyal and committed.

The forum is an umbrella body for the 11 governors in Nigeria on the platform of the PDP with Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti as its chairman.
