The character, played by Danny Dyer, was involved in a major heist with several other male residents of Albert Square.

When EastEnders cast Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters), Vincent Hubbard (Richard Blackwood), and Aidan Maguire (Patrick Bergin) finally broke into the fan, they were taken by surprise as there were two men waiting in the back.

The mystery shooter, revealed to be Callum Halfway Highway, seemed to be the one who shot Mick.

But fans think that it might not actually have been him, as he wasnt the only one to have a real gun.

Aidan was in possession of a gun when he went searching for Mick, and as the shot didnt actually show the shooting, fans think that it was really him.

They took to social media to wonder if Aidan had actually betrayed his accomplices.

One posted: Who is that guy? Did Aidan shoot first, his gun was real. Another added: Aidan loaded the gun and we are made to believe it was the guy in the van.

It could be anyone of them. A third chipped in: Everyone is so caught up in assuming that Halfway the guy in the back of the van shot #Mick; yet we all watched Aidan load up a gun!.

A fourth wrote: Clearly Aidan was setting up Phil and others but why? Who was the silencer for? Fans will have to wait and see if Mick survives the shock shooting in tonights episode.

TERMS OF MEMORY AND LEARNING.

THAT IS SOMETHING I BELIEVE IS CREDIBLE.

TO SAY IT KILLS YOUR BRAIN CELLS AND THAT EVERYONE'S

RELATIONSHIPS IS RIDICULOUS.
