You Should Get Involved In Local Politics - ft. Alexander Mell-Taylor - Duration: 2:37.

Hello world. We're "Live for my Couch." Today, I wanted to stress the importance

of you becoming involved in local government. If during this video you have

a question or just want to tell me what the kids are saying these days, reach out

to me @therealConSpot on Twitter Instagram using the #LFMCqus. We

are all trying to answer the question of how we can make a difference in the

world. It's a hard thing to contemplate, and right now I know that most of us

feel overwhelmed by what's happening in the world. There's a myriad of activism

out there devoted to getting you to call your representatives, to tweet out a

certain hashtag, or to donate money to X nonprofit, newspaper, or think tank,

which you should totally still do. Perhaps even to ConSpot's patreon page

linked in the description. But these methods, while important, don't make us

feel like we are making much progress on a given issue. Often calling your

representatives feels like placing a tiny insignificant drop into a vast and

insurmountable ocean. Well I have a solution for you. It's called getting

involved in your local government. Wherever you happen to live is run not

just by your state legislatures, and delegates, but by a half dozen local

institutions. Whether that be your Neighborhood Association, condoboard,

Town Council etcetera, etcetera. And these groups regularly hold public meetings and

solicit public input. And guess what, no one ever goes. You enter any public

meeting and rarely do you ever surpass a handful of citizens, most of which have

business on the agenda. Rarely do such meetings gain actually widespread

interest. Which means that if you go to these meetings, and participate in them,

your voice has an outsized impact on the policy being discussed. From mundane

zoning and noise complaints to larger than life resolutions condoning or

condemning important pieces of legislation, these governing bodies have

a profound impact on your day-to-day experience, and the barrier to

influencing them is ridiculously low. Unfortunately there's no singular

database for all local positions, so you're gonna have to google it, then use

google again to find out when the next public meeting is. Then go to said meeting.

Congratulations you are participating in local government. Don't be afraid to

speak up, and give your leaders a piece of your mind. Now rinse and repeat for

all of your friends. For those of you still here, if you have any additional

thoughts on this issue I'd love to hear from you, post them below or reach out to

me @therealConSpot on Twitter or Instagram, using

the #LFMCqus. That's all for today. This video is made possible by

Should I Quit My Job And Travel Around The World? - Duration: 2:47.

I quit my job to travel and I want to give you five reasons why you should do

the same so number one get out of your comfort zone and enjoy some adventure I

went hiking in Nepal rafting on a river coming down from Everest skiing in India

and I went to Cambodia when it was cut off from the rest of the world

number two Western money is still worth a lot so travel is relatively cheap in

Asia it's getting more but it's still cheap it's also cheap in Eastern Europe

and South America instead of buying luxuries that you don't really need

why don't you travel number three is to learn now this year I went to toul sleng

genocide museum in Cambodia and I learned all about the atrocities that

the Khmer Rouge committed and also all about the Vietnam War and what happened

in Cambodia I've met somebody from Northern Ireland a long time ago who

explained all the troubles and how they started and gave his side of it and I

met someone recently from Iran and he was explaining about what's happening in

that area and it isn't really all one-sided there's a there's a much more

complex story to it number four is you make friends and the good thing is say

you're hiking in Nepal because you love hiking then you meet friends who also

love hiking and that means that you can get together at other times and go

somewhere or you've just got friends for life you like the same thing as you do

and not only finding a friend maybe you'll find a future partner who knows

but at least they've got the same things in common as you and that's so much

better number five you've only got one life do

something with it you can try something try traveling to one place try traveling

somewhere else maybe go on your own maybe try working online if you don't

try you don't know if it's for you why live your life and then at the end have

regrets when you could actually try these things out and maybe find

something better I meet people over here who've retired and a lot of them wish

they've done this younger I have never met anybody who says oh I wish

I hadn't traveled I've never met anybody who said that

Ivanka Trump Allegedly Ended Kellyanne Conway's Media Appearances Due To Her "Idiotic Militancy" - Duration: 3:18.

During the first, I guess, seven or eight months of the Trump Administration, you'd

be hard pressed to turn on any cable news network and not see KellyAnne Conway's face

there telling us something that was completely untrue, or maybe holding up her little signs

trying to explain stuff to us as if we're all kindergartners like her boss.

But, recently, in case you haven't noticed, we haven't seen too much of KellyAnne Conway

on cable news shows.

We don't see her on the Sunday morning talk shows nearly as much as we used to, and in

fact, sometimes we go weeks without hearing a word from her at all.

And according to Michael Wolfe in his new book, the same one where Steve Bannon made

all those accusations against the Trump Administration, Michael Wolfe claims that it was Ivanka Trump

and Jared Kushner and a few other people within the White House who actually made the decision

to yank KellyAnne Conway off the air because they believe that she's just too damn stupid

to properly represent the Donald Trump Administration.

And unfortunately, this actually happens to be one of those times where I agree with Ivanka

Trump and whoever else may have made those comments.

They said that her idiotic militancy basically made her a little too dangerous to go on cable

news outlets, and that is absolutely true.

She was not intelligent enough to represent the Trump Administration.

However, at the same time, she was also the perfect representative of the Donald Trump

Administration.

A person who knows nothing about anything that she's talking about speaking on behalf

of an Administration that has no idea what they're doing.

She might not have been smart enough to do the job, but she really was representative

of what's happening inside of the Donald Trump Administration.

You could not find a more perfect person to represent the level of insanity and stupidity

that we've seen come out of the White House, other than KellyAnne Conway.

She was absolutely perfect.

Another thing that could have played into the decision to pull KellyAnne Conway off

the air is the fact that Saturday Night Live has been skewering her since the first time

she appeared on cable news.

The most recent one was that they actually did a segment, a skit, asking where's KellyAnne?

Trying to find her.

Before that, she was depicted as Pennywise the Clown from the movie "It".

But, again, I think KellyAnne Conway, with her lack of knowledge on essentially every

possible topic you could throw at her is a perfect representative of the Trump Administration

because she knows just as little about American public policy as Donald Trump himself.

So, who better to go out there, make a jackass of herself, and become the perfect representative

of what is living inside that Trump White House?

2018 Inner Circle Look Ahead - Duration: 2:31.

- Hey, everyone.

So welcome back to my Inner Circle.

I am super excited to share with you the content for 2018.

I sat with this, I meditated on it,

I took into consideration all the amazing feedback

you gave me on what you wanted to see

for this next upcoming year

and with that, I came up with dedicating the year of 2018

to one of my favorite mantras

that I'm sure you've heard me talk about.

I have a mala line that I've actually dedicated

to this mantra and that mantra is be the light

and so with 2018, what I'm doing,

I'm doing it a little bit differently

and after the feedback I got from all of you,

you wanted to go more in depth into certain topics

and so what we're doing is I've divided the year

into four quarters and we're gonna do a deep dive

into four different universal topics

that tend to be the reason why people seek out my services

as a spiritual medium in the first place

and so the first quarter will be dedicated

to health and wellbeing,

the second quarter will be on relationships,

the third quarter will be on life purpose and career

and finally, the fourth quarter

will be on money and abundance

and so for three months at a time,

we will explore those topics.

The first month will be dedicated to intention setting.

So this is intention around your personal goals,

around that particular topic.

Intention really is about getting clear on what we want.

The second month will be on shifting,

so that shifting from darkness and fear into light and love

and then finally, that third month will be on manifesting.

So this is all about executing those intentions

in this co-creative dance that we constantly do

with the divine.

So as always, I will provide meditations,

tools, channelings, Q&As and a lot of videos

to help you navigate your way through this process

and my hope is that in sharing all of these tools

in this sacred Inner Circle space

really is to inspire you and to empower you

to rise up into your power

to be the best you that you can be

and to encourage you to be the light.

so if I eat something when I am very stressed I can not digest it

I am actually almost never sick but when I am sick it has maybe this reson

HOW to INSTANTLY ELIMINATE ACNE ... FAST! | How to Get Rid of Acne & Pimples - Duration: 7:06.

If you have acne, you know this topic has been done to DEATH already.

But there's SO MUCH FUCKING INFO that even if you've already heard it all, you probably

still have no idea what to do, and you probably still have acne.

Right?

So today I'm here to give you a very simple list of SPECIFIC things you should do - these

are what I consider the MOST IMPORTANT things that everybody with acne needs to be doing.

#1 Diet.

Now you're probably thinking "oh THANKS Zeus, I've totally never heard THIS tip before.

Eat Healthy!

Thanks for the fucking insight bro!"

But wait.

I'm gonna tell you SPECIFICALLY, EXACTLY which foods to eat, and exactly which foods to avoid,

including an EXACT LIST of the food I personally eat in a typical day.

AVOID: dairy, super sugary shit, processed foods, greasy food, junk food, soda, candy,

fast food, and sugary cereal!

Also, if you're eating packaged food - for example, a bag of chips, or a frozen meal

- and you look at the Ingredients list on the back and it takes you more than like 5

seconds to read it - that's too many fucking ingredients and you should probably stay away

from it.

I also recommend drinking water that's as clean as possible - I actually discovered

this recently: if you live in the US, the requirements for water treatment are pretty

lax, meaning in most places if you drink water from the tap there are tons of chemicals and

toxins in it.

Now for most people they don't really notice a difference, but for dudes with sensitive

skin, that's exactly the kind of bullshit you need to avoid!

So I highly recommend getting a water filter for your tap.

Now.

The 5 things you definitely NEED to be eating are: Green Tea because it has tons of antioxidants

that prevent the effects of environmental stressors on your body, Fruits, Vegetables,

a Vitamin D3 supplement, foods that are high in Omega 3 fatty acids to help reduce inflammation

AND a probiotic supplement.

Probiotics are good bacteria that populate your gut and help optimize your bodily and

immune functions, so they can also be helpful at reducing inflammation - aka the big ass

inflamed things on your face known as pimples.

They sell these at practically every grocery store.

One of the most important factors determining whether or not you'll break out is your

diet.

If you eat a shitty diet, it'll translate to shitty skin, it's simple.

Now I'm not saying you need to switch up your diet so you're eating NOTHING BUT FRUITS,

VEGETABLES, AND TEA - but, making sure your diet is at least CENTERED AROUND these things

is the easiest way to clear up your skin.

# 2.

Cleanse your face

This is something that a lot of guys struggle with - even me.

For most of my teenage years I barely used anything for my face because it just seemed

like such a fucking hassle, plus you never really know which products work and which

ones are bullshit, so even if you do use products you usually only got mild results anyway.

However, consistently cleansing your face is probably the most important thing you can

do to prevent acne.

Throughout the day, the oils and sweat from your face build up and clog your pores, along

with all the dirt and pollution in the air.

If you don't cleanse your face, you're letting all that shit build up, and that leads

to breakouts.

Now I know exactly how it is, no dude wants to take time out of his day to wash or moisturize

his face, it's something you forget about easily when you're in a rush, AND even if

you want to you're not even sure what to buy because there's like 10 trillion different

versions of products and moisturizers that all claim to be "THE #1 DOCTOR RECOMMENDED

PRODUCT FOR SKINCARE!"

How can every product be #1?

That doesn't even make sense.

Now lately, the product I've been using is Tiege Hanley.

Tiege allows me to do the minimum amount of work, while getting epic results: It's simple

as fuck, it literally adds just TWO minutes to my morning routine and it makes my skin

noticeably clearer and healthier.

Right after I brush my teeth, I use the Tiege facial cleanser to make sure my pores don't

stay clogged and to make sure my face stays clean.

Then I just put on the serum, eye cream, and moisturizer and boom I'm done.

And the reason it's so simple is because when you get the kit, it comes with EVERYTHING,

and each of the bottles tells you exactly how much to use and in what order so you literally

just read it once and then know when to put which product on.

I actually really like that feature, because it really simplifies the process, and you

don't have to struggle with reading tiny little directions and figuring it out yourself, nor

do you have to try a bunch of different stuff and experiment with this product and that

product and when to use it and all that.

You also don't even need to worry about going out and buying it, because it's subscription-based,

so you subscribe to it once, and you get it delivered to your door every month.

Throughout history, men have searched for the long-lost Holy Grail, believed to bestow

supernatural abilities upon any one who drinks from it.

Many kings and queens died in their quest for it.

A group called the Knights of Templar was created and their sole purpose was to search

for the Grail and return it to their kingdom.

They were never successful ........ until now.

"IT'S THE BLOOD OF THE GODS!"

Yeah, WELL, I don't know if it actually bestows supernatural abilities on you - but, its ability

to completely clear up your acne is so good that it's practically supernatural.

If you want to check it out I'll have a link and a Based Zeus certified discount code

in the description.

# 3.

Don't touch your face

Now this is an obvious one but let me really break it down for you guys so you fully understand

what I mean by this.

DO NOT touch your face.

Throughout the day you touch all types of germ-filled stuff like other people, door

knobs, hand rails, and more.

So when you touch your face without washing your hands, you're putting all that bacteria

and dirt all over it, leading to clogged pores and a breeding ground for breakouts.

Also, this goes without saying but you'd be surprised by how many dirty dudes I see

walking out of the bathroom without even looking at the sink!

WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN, especially after using the bathroom, don't be disgusting.

It only takes 20 seconds to wash your hands with soap and water and ensure your hands

are clean, and you're reducing the amount of gross shit you come in contact with.

Seriously, I was at the gym last night and judging by the sounds, some dude was in the

stall taking a MASSIVE shit.

Then he came out, and just walked right out of the locker room!

Didn't even wash his hands!

I was staring at him like .....That's disgusting.

If you don't wash your hands after you take a shit, what the fuck is wrong with you?

Seriously.

What is wrong with you.

It's scientifically proven that you touch your face hundreds of times a day whether

you realize it or not, so you might as well make sure your hands are clean if you're

gonna be touching it without realizing it.

Also, from a general hygiene standpoint you SHOULD be washing your hands after you use

the bathroom because if not, you'll be more likely to get sick and you'll be literally

touching your own shit and putting it on your face and everywhere else!

Holy shit, that sounds so disgusting when I put it like that.

But it's true.

And it really is disgusting.

Holy shit.

Pun intended.

What is the biggest culture shock you have ever faced? - Around The World - Duration: 4:57.

What is the biggest culture shock you have ever faced?

The biggest "culture" shock I ever faced was when I went to Germany with my school on a school trip.

We were in Dresden and teachers let us have some 3h of free time.

We went to a shopping mall which wasn't anything special.

We have those in Serbia.

Thing that was special though are their toilets.

Now, I don't know whether in your countries you have these types of toilets, but in Serbia they are completely nonexistent.

Ofcourse I'm talking about.

Rotating toilet seats.

They looked like this.

Boy, was I scared when i pushed the button for it to flush.

I only expected the usual thing.

Push the button and it will flush.

But no, not in Germany.

As soon as I pushed the button I heard some robotic sound.

I was terrified.

I'm really bad with technology so I thought that I somehow broke it.

Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was moving.

Rotating precisely. I was dumbstruck.

I just stood there watching it clean itself.

WOW.

When I exited the toilet with a strange face my friends asked me what was wrong.

I told them but they wouldn't believe me.

So they also tried it.

Same half shocked, half amused face.

That was the best thing that happend on that school trip.

Cadillac Super Cruise — a hands-off review - Duration: 6:55.

Cadillac Super Cruise won't let you eat breakfast behind the wheel, climb in the back seat or

any of the other stupid human tricks displayed on YouTube by Tesla owners.

It even won't allow the car to change lanes on its own, like Tesla Autopilot.

But it's a big step on the road to full autonomy, a huge convenience on long-distance road trips

and a substantial technological triumph for Cadillac.

In the simplest terms, Super Cruise is a lane-centering enhancement to adaptive cruise control (ACC).

But Super Cruise is anything but simple.

Its technical complexity — hence its long delay after first being unveiled five years

ago — belies its straightforward operation and intuitive user interface, which I discovered

on an almost 750-mile, 11-hour drive in a 2018 Cadillac CT6 between Dallas and Santa

Fe to test the system.

LOADS OF LIMITATIONS

First, let's dispense with the details and disclaimers.

Super Cruise is standard on the 2018 CT6 Platinum and a $5,000 option on other trim levels.

Because Super Cruise is supported by OnStar — an OnStar operator will call to find out

if first responders need to be sent in a worst-case scenario — a three-year OnStar Super Cruise

Package is included with the system.

Super Cruise has loads of limitations that are probably more concerning to GM's legal

counsel than they were to me during my long drive.

Some are no-brainers, such as not for use in construction zones or for driving on the

shoulder.

But the system can also be stymied by adverse weather, poor visibility and faded lane markings.

Super Cruise only works on freeways with on and off ramps and a center divider.

ACC and forward collision warning also need to be engaged, and the system's cameras and

radar sensors can't be obstructed.

To keep drivers from looking away from the road for too long — and to keep the system

active — an infrared camera on top of the steering column keeps an electronic eye on

the driver's seat.

GM has over 100 patents alone on this Driver Attention System, including an algorithm that

triangulates the nose, eyes and ears in case the camera can't see through sunglasses to

make sure you're not nodding off.

In addition to the car's visible sensors, another major component of the system is something

you don't see: mapping software.

But not the kludgy kind that powers in-dash navigation systems.

Lidar maps from Ushr give Super Cruise a detailed 360-degree spatial view of a car's surroundings

(the company charted over 130,000 miles of roads in the U.S. and Canada), while Trimble

provides a high-precision form of GPS that allows the car to know where it is within

2 meters.

HANDLING HANDOFF

An LED light bar in the top of the steering wheel and a Super Cruise icon in the instrument

panel work in tandem to indicate to drivers when the system is ready, not ready, and ready

to deactivate under certain circumstances.

This well-designed but straightforward UI is one of the most ingenious aspects of the

system — and a case study in how to handle handoff between human and machines in an autonomous

future.

To activate the system, you push the adaptive cruise control button on the steering wheel

and center the car in the lane.

The icon on the instrument panel lights up when the car finds center and the system is

ready.

Next you press the similarly labeled Super Cruise button on the steering wheel, and the

IP icon turns green along with the LEDs in the steering wheel.

This is your indication it's now safe to remove your hands from the wheel.

The system is deactivated by tapping the brakes or touching the Super Cruise icon on the steering

wheel again.

Once you're Super Cruising, the steering wheel LEDs will flash green if the system needs

to deactivate for some reason, such as losing sight of lane marking or detecting that the

driver is looking away from the road for too long.

If these warnings are ignored, the LEDs in the steering wheel flash red, a voice alert

tells you to take over, the system turns off and the brakes are applied.

When changing lanes with Super Cruise activated, you feel a slight resistance in the steering

wheel that gives way as you gently push against it.

At the same time, the IP display and steering wheel LEDs turn blue once the car is off center.

As soon as you're centered in the new lane, the IP icon turns green and you push the steering

wheel button to drive hands-free again.

It sounds more complicated than it is, and after less than an hour with the system I

had the hang of it.

Besides the quick learning curve, what's most impressive is there's no ambiguity and it's

always clear who is in control of steering: you or the car.

IDLE HANDS

During my 11 hours in the CT6, the system performed impeccably and I felt compelled

to hover my hands over the wheel only two times.

The first time the CT6 was hemmed in between a concrete barrier and then a line of construction

barrels on the left and a big rig on the right, and the second the car expertly maneuvered

through a sharp curve while surrounded by other vehicles.

There was only one instance in which the system deactivated on its own.

A driver cut me off and Super Cruise immediately switched off.

The forward collision system also flashed a warning in the heads-up display and gently

applied the brakes about a split second before I did.

And only twice in 11 hours of driving did Super Cruise not function the way it was supposed

to.

One was where there was road construction at an exit.

The system got confused and wanted to follow the lines on the road that led to the exit.

As the car started to drift, I quickly grabbed the wheel and turned, deactivating the system.

The other was over a few miles when Super Cruise was unable to find center and activate.

In the latter instance, it felt strange to have to take over steering even for a few

miles, and it was surprising how quickly I became used to not having my hands on the

wheel.

Hours into the drive, for example, I instinctually let go of the steering wheel when Super Cruise

wasn't activated but quickly grabbed it again.

It's a feeling we'll become accustomed to as driving becomes more automated.

We're already comfortable with not using the accelerator on long trips thanks to ACC.

But letting go of the steering wheel takes an entirely different leap of faith, and at

first you don't know what to do with your hands.

I did a lot of stretching, fiddling with the car's controls and waving to other drivers

with both hands just to get their reaction to break the boredom of the long drive.

AN IMPORTANT STEP IN LETTING GO

If you're imagining that you'd rather steer on a long, boring drive than sit idle behind

the wheel, I thought that too — and after driving a few times I quickly went back to

letting Super Cruise take control.

And a surprising byproduct of Super Cruise was not feeling fatigued after 11 hours in

the car the way I normally would.

Super Cruise is no more a self-driving technology than adaptive cruise control.

Like ACC, Super Cruise is a great convenience; unlike it, Super Cruise is a much more impressive

feat of engineering and an important step in letting go of control as a driver.

Getting Dusty's Beak Trimmed | Parrot Partner Canada [CC] - Duration: 5:34.

Many of you have seen

Dusty on our videos. Her bottom beak sits naturally over her top beak which is not natural for a parrot.

So one of the things we have to do is regular maintenance. This is something

That should be shown how to be done by a vet

Judy is trained up so she is able to get our birds done here and

She used to also have what's called a scissor beak where the beak sits twisted

And she was the first bird in Canada have a birdie brace head brace system

It looked a lot like head gear that humans wear to straighten the beak out, but it didn't fix the overbite problem

So we still have to help her maintain good beak form

So we're not hurting Dusty at all

her beak is made of Keratin that's the same material that our nails are made of it

We do need to be careful with the beak however

Because they do have a blood source especially in the upper mandible

This isn't something again that you should be doing unless you've been trained to do

We had

videos from Dusty's former vet which is Dr. Rick at Links Road hospital in Toronto

Dusty!

Dusty is being a little snot refusing to..ah there, thank you, sweetheart

We do this every few weeks

So she knows what's going on she's got her own tricks to..

I'm not touching her at all!

If we don't do this, we have a few birds that this is the case with, if we don't

Help them shape their beak

The beaks will continue to grow cause they grow faster than what they can shape them themselves

And then that gets them out of aline, and it makes it harder for them to crack nuts

Because the beak is actually a wonder of

Mechanical engineering. The bird itself is a wonder of mechanical engineering.

The beak is no different.

It needs a certain shape for them to be able to exert

The required pressure to crack nuts

And as that shape, as those angles

[To Dusty] Hi Sweetheart, oh such a good girl.

Become

Less and less precise the leverage points change and the pounds per square inch go down

And if you leave it way too long,

You'll see neglect cases where the bird's actually not able to open their beak

Properly to eat anymore and have to eat out the side of their mouth, and if it's the top beak

That's growing too long and can actually start growing into the skin under the bottom beak and it can be quite

devastating

So this looks quite dramatic, but it really is better for Dusty in the long run

Yes, it feels

I would imagine like what we feel like when we go to the dentist and

You know it's something is buzzing in our head

It's it's not pleasant, but it's certainly

manageable. That's all changes again. If you hit a

Nerve, or you hit a blood source, so that's why you really do need to be trained

Do not say "oh, I know how to do this" cuz you're taking an unnecessary risk with your parrot

I'm just cleaning up the beak. Just like our nails sometimes we get ridges, and you know how we buff them out

That's what we're doing here

Oh, [Dusty won't open her beak]

See how strong that beak is!

They'll do what we call a death grip

[To Dusty] Thank you so much!

where they'll be like us clenching our jaw and daring the

Dentist to get in there. [Manda] If you were here you'd get a lovely burning hair smell because nails and beaks and hair

Are all made out of the same main source so it's just the friction of the dremel on the beak

You'll see Dusty is very forgiving of the whole ordeal.

So you'll see now that she's able to close her beak much better. Her lower mandible was being pushed out.

So we can do yeah. Yeah, oh, yeah, but like anything

With husbandry we want to be able to do a little bit and then work up so that it's not as

traumatic in experience

it's not a pleasant experience for us to get our teeth cleaned or our you know our teeth checked, but

we can manage it, these guys can manage it as well yeah, but we want to start them often in slow increments

Yay! Done for another month!

Another month!

[Dusty] Yeah!

Stop Trying to Control Everything and Let Your Life Flow - Canada 365 - Duration: 8:31.

Stop Trying to Control Everything and Let Your Life Flow

Life flows, but sometimes we try to grab it forcefully so that they can control it.

This way they can go down the path we try to go down in vain.

When some unforeseen, unexpected thing happens, we are upset and rebel against it.

We put all of the blame on something else.

We use phrases like, what have I done to deserve this? And, we make ourselves victims that we had predetermined expectations for.

As we all know, expectations are incredibly negative.

The majority of the time, they dont happen.

Because of this, we fall into defeatism and a feeling of being disappointed and broken which takes us to the deepest depths.

Life doesnt require order, but confidence in it.

Wanting to control life is useless.

However, it appears that this is a way of acting on our part, almost out of habit.

When everything goes well, great.

However, when everything starts going wrong, we make ourselves the victims.

We do this instead of bearing our claws and encourage ourselves to get over whats hanging over us.

Life isnt easy.

We have the wrong belief that to be happy everything needs to go well.

However, isnt this a little greedy?.

Everything is made up of good and bad moments.

Both serve a purpose, even though some make us feel better than others.

However, we have to say that this is a question of perspective.

A failure doesnt have to abandon our goals for realizing something that you really enjoy.

Far from this, it can be an opportunity to grow, mature, mature, and learn.

This includes learning about everything that does us good.

A toxic relationship isnt a reason to reject love and denounce it.

It could be an opportunity to learn to be more selective.

Its also a chance to remove your blindfold as a result of your expectations as soon as possible.

Dont swim against the current: flow with life.

Are you going to keep beating your head against the wall when life says not here? Dont make yourself the victim of a situation.

This is because it might be that what it wants to say is you should go in another direction.

Stop blaming other people for most of what theyre making you suffer.

It could be that you are the one who is letting this happen.

It might be you who isnt able to cut people off and distance yourself from people who arent good for you.

You live your life in autopilot.

Because of this, you arent able to capture all that it has to tell you with each step you take.

Life gives you specific instructions, even though you dont accept them in the best way.

But, it gives them to you.

Open your eyes! Theyre there….

We force ourselves for relationships that arent worth the pain.

We fill ourselves with complaints instead of marching forward.

We bind ourselves in victimization that makes us think of ourselves as victims when it isnt like that.

Why dont we start to flow with life?.

We give up rejecting all of the negative things that come around us and start to see it as a perfect occasion for choosing another direction.

Sometimes were so comfortable in our comfort zone that we lose our perspective.

We hate change! However, these are necessary.

Are you going to give up the desire to be in control?.

When difficulties overwhelm your existence, your whole world goes out of control.

You like to have everything planned, for days to be routine, and for nothing to depart from what youve foreseen.

However, when something happens because its inevitable, you throw your hands in the air and feel like you're walking a tightrope.

Uncertainty is something that you dont like.

You think of unchosen changes as a misfortune.

Changing your way of seeing situations is everything.

Even the most negative things have a positive side.

You just have to know how to see it because it can be very subtle.

You wont be able to do it if you take the easy way.

This is the way of complaining, denying, and rejecting everything thats overwhelming you.

Learn how to control your worry and your stress.

Flow with life.

Let it take you and dont fear whats going to happen.

When you least expect it, fantastic things will happen to you that you would have never expected.
