Waching daily Jan 4 2018

Hey gang! Welcome to the Maresa Ng Official Channel where we help businesses to grow

So, running and managing a team is not easy, you know. Sometimes I feel like a

"Pom-Pom Girl", you know, cheerleading my team and motivating them, keeping their

morale high, and helping them to stay focused on actually doing the stuff in

the business, you know. And sometimes it's so tiring and we run out of ideas. And so,

are you tired of motivating your employees and do you need some ideas? Now that is

what today's video is gonna be all about...

So, if you're like many business owners I know sometimes, it's really really

difficult, and we run out of ideas. And you know, what do we do to be able to

motivate our employees? Sometimes and more often than not, we want to be able

to use some of the NON-MONETARY ways instead of just MONETARY forms of

motivation all the time like BONUSES, COMMISSIONS, and we don't want to be able

to train our employees to always be expecting that kind of stuff. So, over the

period of time, I've done so much of work with my clients. Some things

had worked and some things hadn't worked, and that's why I'm creating this

video because I want to be able to crowdsource some fantastic ideas...

When I reach out to a lot of entrepreneurs, I say "Hey! What do

you do to motivate your employees?" And they give me a ton of fantastic stuff

But, I today, I want to be able to create, I want to share with you a list of all

the things that has worked for many of my clients and I hope that it works for

you too. Now, let's not have it stop there. I would like that

all of us, as entrepreneurs, if you're watching this, and you've done stuff that

had work, please share it in the comments below. We'd love to be able to hear from

you. So, without further ado, let me share with you what are some of the things

that I've done that had worked. Number ONE, have a CAREER PATH. This

is really dead simple, but having a career path is being able to tell your

employee, "Now, if you stick around for the next 3 years, 5 years, 6 years, 7 years, 10

years, this is where the organization is going to be." You have to be able to draw

the picture, be able to visualize it, and one of the best ways to visualize it, is

to draw the ORGANIZATIONAL CHART that your business is gonna look like in the next

five years. Now a lot of business owners do not do that and why

is that very very powerful? It is an OPPORTUNITY for you to make it look REAL,

and your employees can say "Huh! Wow!" And in that org chart, you're gonna have

positions that do not even exist yet. When you draw that org chart, there're

gonna be like 50 people on it, right? And they compare to the current 20 and

they're going "Hmm..." And these are the positions based on the growth of your

business... "This is where we're going, that's why we have to work hard today."

Now, that's very very motivating for employees that really want to see

themselves grow. They really want to do their part,

they're gonna be motivated by this part. Number TWO, and this worked really really

well for one of my pharmacy companies and they ran a network, a chain of

outlets, and what they built was a LEADERBOARD. Now that was fun types of

competition. They had a leaderboard that put every one of their sales assistants

on the floor, they put them all into one board, so they could compare on a daily

basis who was leading in terms of sales, and every month they would have funky

names, funky names like SUPER SALES ASSISTANT AWARD, SUPER

TEAM PLAYER AWARD, AWESOME ABUNDANT PERSON AWARD. You have

all these very very cool names. Gone out of days, where you're gonna

put, and you go to some fast food chain says "Uh... Top Employee of the

Month." It doesn't attract, it doesn't make your employees excited. So

have funky cool names that belong to you. Use names that nobody else uses. And you

know what? Make it SPECIAL. When they achieve this

sort of achievement, the regular type of thing,

give a certificate... But you know what? One of the

things that we do at ActionCOACH, when a certain coach displays a

certain value, ABUNDANCE AWARD or EXCELLENCE or TEAM PLAYER... You know

what we get? We get a nice little ActionMAN toy. It's an action figure...

You know, like Ninja Turtles, and we get an Action Figure. We literally get an

Action Figure. If you come to my office, I'll show you all those Action Figures

Those ActionMAN Awards that I've been able to get

Sometimes people think "Oh my gosh! It's a toy!" But wait, it's the meaning behind the toy...

So do things like that, that are really really amazing, really creative because

it gets your team members and your employees outside of that serotype zone,

and you create a very unique environment to work in. Number THREE, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

and APPRECIATION. You will be surprised! Praising your team members and praising

your employees, is amazing. But you see, you don't have to do that on your own

Just imagine you're the boss and you're coming in and "Hey! Good for

you! Hey, kudos! You did that, awesome! Oh, you're good! You're this, you're that..."

It's so tiring if you're like sending praises everywhere. But this is

the thing, one of the things that you could do and we do this in our team

meetings as well. On a weekly basis, we CELEBRATE WINS. We celebrate wins for

ourselves. They all like "I want to celebrate a win for myself!" But remember

to celebrate wins for other people also la, you know. But when you

celebrate wins, you can celebrate a win for somebody else for something that he

or she did, and this is the beauty, we're not celebrating big wins like "Oh my gosh!

She achieved a $100,000 sales target and she's been able to do that five months

in a row!" You know, it's not that! When you celebrate wins, you're also

celebrating the small stuff. Little stuff that make big impact later,

but you wanna say "Hey, I noticed you did that. And I think that

was very good. Good job done! You took a look at some of our SOPs,

you made something more efficient, or you handled it slightly difficult customer.

That customer was getting a bit nasty but I saw you calm as a fiddle, you imagine and

say "Hey, I didn't know you noticed that I was

handling that customer. It was very difficult for me." I said, "No, no. But, I

think you did a really good job there." Celebrate wins and the celebration of wins

is not just from the employer, the bosses to the to the employees

but even among employees, they get to celebrate wins as well because sometimes

you miss out some really really good stuff, and your employees, your team

members can spot them, and they are celebrating wins for each other. That

kind of acknowledgement, the appreciation, the small pat on the back every week

gets people on a high to be able to start work. Number FOUR, LUNCH with the

boss. That's one nice way to motivate. I'm a bit 50/50 about this, it

depends on what kind of boss you are some people are so excited "Oh my gosh! I

get to eat lunch with my boss! Yeah!" And some people like, "Oh my gosh... Lunch with the boss... Is

dreaded like "Huh!" So, it depends what kind of boss you are... Are you the Adored Boss?

Where, if someone sits down with you, to get to learn a lot of

stuff. You're a nice person. You're a beacon of advice. Or you are someone really

scary, and then you are feared. They have to have lunch with you, stuck

there for an hour with you. Depends what kind of boss you are. So this is really

where I'm 50/50 about this. Sometimes it had worked, sometimes it hadn't. But more often

than not, it was actually a nice thing to be able to sit down and have lunch with

your employees, yeah! Number FIVE, give special PROJECTS to

specific employees. Now, as a special project, you could be looking

at a new thing next year, you could be looking at some new designs, you could be

looking at some new target audience, and you need some research done. You do want

to tap into some of your fantastic talent, they probably know and you say

"Hey, you know, I'm looking at some new designs that will attract the youth, the

younger people. Right now, we're targeting and attracting the 30s and 40s,

but we want to be able to create designs that will attract the younger guys,

around 20, 25, under 30. Could you do some research for me?

Because this project is very very important for our next

stage of growth." And you see, when you give special projects like that, it does,

you see, one of the things that it does is, it breaks the pattern. I'm not in my

everyday do my stuff. It breaks the pattern, I as the employee, I get to

think differently as well. But more importantly is that, they feel privileged...

They have the pleasure of doing something that sets the foundation for

future growth and it's a privilege you know. But you know, it's you got

to be able to coin it properly, you got to be able to package it well, make sure

that it's not something that you know you lead an employee off and it's a deadend

and then you don't follow up. That's even worse! That demotivates them

They do all this work and they're so proud and they can't wait to come to you

and then you're going "Uh... Leave it on my table." "Ah..."

And that employee just going "My gosh! I took so many hours outside of my time, my

usual work to do this, and you said leave it on your table? Uh!" You know, so look, how

you do it is also very important. Package it well, follow up with your employee and

make sure that it comes to fruition so that becomes a motivation factor for

your employees. Number SIX, and this is a nice simple one, change the PATTERN

Do weekly fun days. I know some businesses that we've coached and

they do Weekly Charades on Wednesdays, we at ActionCOACH, we run the Gym Days. We

go exercise on a Monday morning at 8 o'clock, and we sweat together

and we do stuff like that... You see, when you create those kinds of

differences you know it's nice that the boss is a part of it.

Don't cop out, don't cop out. It's nice as a boss, as an employer, you get to

see this other side of your employees... But you know what? It's really nice that

your employees can see that other side of you as well, where you're

sweating, you're getting all, you grime out, and you're pushing yourself

you're driving. Versus behind a desk all the time, it's nice to

be able to create that change in pattern in that very

motivating because it's not just about working all the time but seeing a

different side of each other. So gang! That's my best six and that

has worked very much, non-monetary okay. Why? Because a lot of business owners I

used to the monetary stuff, bonuses, commissions. So, I'm assuming that that's

all in place, but you've got that other part of non-monetary

motivation that a lot of employees look forward to as well, which you can easily do

to make people feel great when they work in your place. Remember guys, I really

love to hear your comments, really share with me down here, open up the text

box, and share with the rest of us, entrepreneurs and business owners out

there, what have you done that motivates your employees? You know what? Share even

the things that you did and it went splat, did not work. Share it as well so

that we don't do it, you know. That's really helpful because we're

constantly thinking of things that we can do so I really would like it if you

can share it... Remember guys, LIKE this video if you

liked it, SHARE it if you know people who are scratching their head and figuring out

The 1 Bitcoin Show- BTC exchange storage is good for exchanges & bad for you! Bprivate, Brhodium - Duration: 22:01.

Hello everyone this is adam meister the bitcoinmeister the disrupt meister

welcome to the one bitcoin show today is January the 3rd 2018 strong hand

long-term thinking all right everyone here's a little bit of short short-term

news for you that I just found out I'm going to be speaking in San Francisco on

January 16th at the world crypto economic forum I link to their site

below Vinnie Ling hands also speaking they're

all sorts of speakers so you've heard of some of them you haven't heard of if

you're in the San Francisco area on January 15th and 16th come on out I

think I'm gonna have discount codes for the event is at the South San Francisco

conference center January 15th and 16th and I believe I'm speaking on the 16th

and I will be speaking about crypto dividends oh yeah you know it baby

all right speaking of Vinnie lingham who again I guess I'll say hi to Vinnie when

we were both at the same event down at Sam up in San Francisco um he's got an

interesting tweet out there what percentage of your crypto wealth is

sitting on an exchange where you do not have control of the private keys alright

so this is a poll you can you can vote on it yourself but 31% of people said

they have more than 75% of their crypto wealth on an exchange oh my god and then

12% said between 50 and 75 percent only 22% said 0% okay so there are a lot of

people who are keeping their cryptocurrency on these exchanges and I

gotta say I've said it a million times as Ludacris control your own private key

your own private keys these exchanges eventually they've been hacked in the

past you just don't remember if you're new and you're gonna lose all your

cryptocurrency and that would be really sad but another thing think of it this

way you're keeping your Bitcoin there for your and you're trading it back and

forth back and forth some of these places have not credited you your be

gold yet and never will but they have your be gold now let's say well maybe

they will credit you your be gold one day now we've got these uh these Chinese

based ones like be diamonds super BTC deep I mean super BTC for example or

lightly BTC do you think these exchanges are ever going to get around accrediting

you those those crypto dividends no no they're not and what they're probably

gonna do though is they're going to take those and just you know use them for

their own purposes use it as pure profit I don't know but by keeping your Bitcoin

there and having they're controlling your private key they're getting all

these crypto dividends maybe they're selling them maybe even who knows what

they're doing they're not planning on giving them to you and if they're in a

foreign country the exchange you can't even sue that I mean each

break came and sue the ones that are based in America you know there'll be

some some way of them getting out of it that day uh they did not credit you your

your minor crypto dividend and maybe that's the way they're classifies like I

was a minor one we didn't know about it who knows the cop the point is this with

your control your own private key when you put it on your Tresor it simplifies

everything it you don't worry you cannot be stolen and you're gonna get your

crypto dividend otherwise you're doing the exchanges a big favor and yeah they

can they can run uh you know what should I call it a uh what's it called the with

the Federal Reserve the UH guy came to think of it I can't can't think of a

term right now the chase your honor but anyway we'll get back to the head

looking back to that in a second they lend out fractional-reserve you

you're giving them the the the ability to practice a fractional reserve lending

there okay um anyway cuz yeah you they have your Bitcoin anyway the point is

don't let them don't store it there you're gonna lose it but it's it's

disappointing that so many people are story out there so Jim Jimmy song remind

he has an article out there on medium he talks about super beat ECB diamond and

big core and you know the articles I mean the bottom line is wait for the

treasure were to split it IVD you can read the article if you want it he gives

some interesting details about each one but it really doesn't matter her you

know how interesting each one is or what they're doing wrong

where matters is that traceur has got a or your ledger or wherever you're

storing it and remember you get those at crypto a crypto HIV wallet calm use the

links below my affiliate links get your treasure at the treasure site link below

found that like button and of course this shirt t-shirts cryptography tea

well my mind's all over the place today but anyway Jimmy's article is okay

it's yeah then he brings up big core again is interesting is a little late on

that and it reminds me how much better you know the current bit course setup is

not cool you've got a giving your private key was there an airdrop they

are an airdrop but so be rhodium which is going to their snapshot is on the

10th they're doing it better than the big core people currently are at least I

like how big core to their first airdrop but be rhodium is doing but the funny

thing is and I mentioned some yesterday's show you most people haven't

heard of the be rhodium airdrop Jimmy you probably won't what's he not gonna

write write about until May it'll be to the I beats you're late then so consider

yourself that you have an advantage you know Andy Hoffman and and I are both

talking about the rhodium and yeah sign the message who knows what will happen

but you're ahead of the game in terms of crypto dividends bye-bye coming hearing

and you're you're safe bye-bye listening to this channel too

because I just tell ya wait until the treasurer can split those other ones

like super BTC and and be diamond a big diamond hasn't been touched with me for

a couple days that I'm sure thing they must be working hard trying to convince

try and get a good splitting tool out there and yeah be rhodium you only hear

about it here and on Andy Kaufman more people maybe more people will be talking

about a little January 9th but it'll be too late by then people be like what the

heck do I do I feel very uncomfortable signing this message it's coming out

tomorrow that's it January 10th alright

January 10th is the day I just I say tomorrow

meaning I was talking in the future that it was already January 9th

all right pound that like button so yeah new China fine China fun it's like it's

2016 all over again they're gonna ban mining or not give out free power who

cares seriously it's not 2016 it doesn't have

an effect Japan and Korea that's where it's at BAE BAE so yeah guys gonna

answer me about China if you hear about this terrified it doesn't even matter

anymore and yeah if they if I there no more Bitcoin miners in China guess what

those guys are already like millionaires they've probably already homeland in

Mongolia and they'll just put all their operations in Mongolia or some other

cheap country in the third world alright by the way if you were someone

who speaks Spanish and English I have a cryptocurrency assignment for you yes

there's someone out there who's got a spanish-speaking cryptocurrency project

if you to help this guy out I mean he's he's

looking for people to hire who knows what he wants

but if you speak English you speak Spanish contact me a dimitra's will help

calm I'll put you in touch with this guy who is down in South America and you can

be an ambassador for his project all right beat Rex and I mentioned this

before they're not accepting any new customers and that is going to help

drive up the price of Z classic because it's just that people are going to work

people are gonna want it but they're not gonna be with a bite and so they're

gonna have to go over to crip crypto Pia now some of these other exchanges start

selling Z classic than great but so I only mentioned this because again the be

private Fork everyone you get one be private if you own one Bitcoin you'll

also get one be private if you own one Z classic so a lot of people still don't

grasp that concept be private is a fork a crypto dividend of Bitcoin but if you

if you have a Z classic you're gonna get your the Bitcoin crypto dividend fork

friendly fork that way also and they implemented replay protection already on

the private very exciting stuff indeed March 10th I'll be in Johannesburg if

all goes well contact me if you're in South Africa

we gotta still like get the logistics down and hopefully we'll have the

meister event on March the 10th I will be at the blockchain event on March the

8th and 9th in Johannesburg Lori and Gama off I will I'm gonna contact you

soon am very busy out here in California alright so again everyone check out the

links below for my poll my crypto Givaudan pulled so far be private is

winning by like the landslide which is not shocking because they have a

community already through the Z class of people be diamond is a second and

the rhodium is in third getting close to be diamond and beating the well-funded

super BTC that I guess no one in the english-speaking world for the cares

about because they haven't reached out to anyone in the english-speaking world

and of course my poll which asked which ones you want to see on Tresor first our

peels do the english-speaking world because it is in English I'm gonna like

button all right pre coin reprieve it also has a they came out with their

official site I link to it below and that many questions are answered they

are ask them questions their ties dad is interviewing read from me private like

he already did it he's gonna post it soon oh ties in causing all sorts of

trouble on Twitter again dude hey but Tyson is trying to set up this San Diego

event I owe that lady an email she emailed me tonight she said she would

bring it down from Carlsbad down to here into downtown San Diego baby so maybe we

will have an event this weekend a Bitcoin Meister meetup and with this

lady to representing Tizen so so who knows I do want to meet more often

people in San Diego I'm here until the 9th oh yeah someone just did a super

chat remember you can ask me questions and in the chat by doing the super he

set 15 Australian dollars its Boris Boris the spider boo that's a John

Entwistle song that the woods a is a who's song with John Entwistle's wrote

but Boris thank you very much for the 15 Australian dollars hopefully I'll be in

Australia very soon I'm looking in the flights you know I don't know where I'm

gonna be after San Francisco but I do know I'm gonna be in San Francisco in

15th or 16th at that event cool stuff talking about dividends baby alright

what else do I need to ties in I mentioned here's a a tweet from proof

analysis that's pretty funny so not a Satoshi Nakamoto who has the

most to gain from be private Forks since be private is the first

Bigpoint fork to have privacy built-in by default with implementation of zk

starks Satoshi will be able to move his be private without detection well that's

that is funny that's funny but but seriously though this is a

something that is going to make the be private crypt of dividend stick out from

all the rest and make it unique so yeah we wanted to do well as Bitcoin holders

heck yeah we want it to be to get up to a weekend dreaming here we can dream 10%

of a big coin that would be I mean that view I mean again I was one percenter

make me happy and again what a really made me happy is that a treasure we'll

split it come on treasure look at my poll the people have spoken

well then it's not over yet you can still vote everyone but the private

seems to be the one that people are looking at those forward or looking

forward to the most and want to be on a Tresor but hey we'll see you can still

vote it is unique you got to admit that and again be rhodium as an airdrop it's

different but it is still a crypt of dividend a friendly point encrypted

dividend okay now speaking about these crypto

dividends when I was running today and today I by actually ran 12 miles I got

caught around this golf course I thought I could like run on the side of it but

then like it looped around a horrible anyway anyway and I was I was humming

this song the theme song a Three's Company

I never seen those repeats on TV for Three's Company is basted they were

supposed to take place in San Diego right what's her name was a beautiful

woman back then a Suzanne Somers she's deceased now isn't she

unfortunate so is a yeah the guy who played Jack he's deceased anyway don't

watch TV complete waste of your time but you know if you see those late night

repeats to Three's Company it takes place in San Diego that's where I am

right now that had nothing to do with Bitcoin whatsoever but while I was

running and humming the tune I thought about the free crypto dividends okay and

we are getting these crypto dividends for

three by holding Bitcoin so let's say you got um you had two Bitcoin and you

got two freebie gold okay why not just uh so you got $600 worth of a be gold

you use 500 of it to buy back in the Bitcoin always increase your Bitcoin

that's the gold value your well it's a Bitcoin right but why not use that a

honey the hundred dollars rest of that the rest of it of the value of the be

gold the hundred dollars buying a an altcoin that you know is about to fork

into Bitcoin do what Z classic is about to do basically you spend that $100 on

that one dollar off point and you get $100 100 of that altcoin and then in the

end of the day you get a hundred of that new Bitcoin crypto demon wow that would

be cool if you could actually do that so how do you know what all coin is going

to be the next altcoin that's going to create a Bitcoin crypto dividend how do

you know that huh because that's what you watch this channel okay that's it

I'm gonna want talking about these things okay

that's why this channel is the best one out there first of all is you I don't I

don't pull off stories from coin desk or whatever and just give you know I mean

and that's that's one way of doing it I'm coming up with my own original

stories here and so if you know because and I have made this prediction onesie

classic for key and the be private is successful other altcoins are gonna try

to do it so if you are a developer behind an altcoin some cheap little op

going out there that once glory that you're gonna do this

contact me a delight reservoir help calm also if you are some insider that knows

of some altcoin is considering doing this tell me okay email me and Adam a

treasurer help Adam atrás or help calm obviously for the 20 percenters out

there who can think through this process if you

get ahold of one of these all coins when it's a dollar before they make this

announcement it's a great speculation no doubt about it no doubt about it and

it's very much worth using your free crypto dividend whether it be beagle be

dying and be cash whatever you're not wasting any of your Bitcoin that you

originally had you're speculating on your free proof of dividend it is a

great use of a crypto dividend to speculate on another crypto dividend but

one of these special Z classic be private type of proof of dividends

whatever you want to call it a spork alright so there you go that that's the

end of the cryptocurrency part of this show so health tip of the day first of

all thank you module module who wanted to hear a health tip of the day he gave

me a $1.00 in the before in the chat and the super chat before the show even

started so here I guess people are doing New Year's resolutions right now so here

I hear it cut a few things you can do it's really important to lose weight if

you're overweight you really have to lose weight eating will improve your

health LT won't get diabetes you decrease your chances of cancer I mean

all sorts of things and something really easy that I think it's easy at least but

it's something big stop eating bread in 2018 I don't care if it's white bread I

don't care if it's whole-wheat bread all bread just give it up give it up you

don't have sandwiches anymore just have the meat okay or just have the cheese

hold the meat baby I don't know but you will lose weight if you totally give up

bread and then some people are will find out that they are addicted to that type

of carb and it's just this the first step another thing I say be in motion in

life and then that means not just you know always networking don't like live

in your basement thinking the world is going to end

just not better yourself well really be in motion walk at walk every day try to

walk as much as possible while to work instead of driving it just learn to walk

more designate a half hour a day to walking and you can do other things

during that time I guess you can talk on your phone and I don't know you can

multitask I'm sure I just like to I mean I like to run

obviously and I think when I'm running I come up with ideas you'll come up with

ideas when you're walking to your exercising your brain at the same time

the third thing is something that I do I don't sit down really at a desk any more

times but bring down standing so everywhere I go I create a standing desk

and you should have a standing desk you should create your understanding that's

as easy to do I just took the microwave from the kitchen as I don't use a

microwave don't use microwaves people use an oven

much safer is it really cooks your food there's a tip I didn't even think about

giving but here I put the microwave in the room that I'm in on a desk and then

I put my laptop on top of the microwave and it's a perfect elevation so that I

can stand and you I mean you've got lots of things you've got boxes you can pile

up you can make your own standing desk and hey if you want to stand and then

spend $200 to buy a real of real stand that's not yet I don't do that even

though I'm doing pretty well from a big point thing I don't need to buy stuff

like it first of all I'm travelling all around why would I buy a standing this

is I wouldn't like drag you with me all

over the world okay um that's it I was going to talk about the something else

but I'm Anna my skirt will say that for tomorrow I had a moisture big funnel I

should disrupt meister remember to subscribe this channel like this video

share this video check out the notes section below all the links that I

talked about are they are found that like button I will say hello to you guys

in the chat right now bye bye

Football Betting Data: How to Save Time Researching Bets - Duration: 2:41.

With 100s of games on each and every single week, it's impossible to do research on

each and every single one.

So how do you narrow down what games to do research on?

It's time consuming and it's tough.

That's why we created Life of a Punter, to help you take the guesswork out of researching

and save you time.

No matter if you call it football or soccer, we just want to help you make money.

When I used to use free data sites, I spent so much time researching and it drove me absolutely

nuts!

And the reason why is because they try to cram so much data onto one page that it makes

it difficult to identify what trends I should be backing and what teams I should be betting

on.

I knew that there was a more efficient way that this could be done and that's why we've

created the following data system that is going to help you save time and take the guess

work out of researching.

Here is how we are going to help you out.

1.

Each and every single week, we are going to send you a list of the top scoring teams in

each league, so that you know what teams you should be backing and what games you should

be doing your research on 2.

We are going to give you access to this data We separate out data into:

• Current season stats • Head to head stats; and

• Team vs Group stats We are extremely proud to be the only tipster

site out there to provide team vs group stats.

But what exactly is team vs group stats?

It takes all the teams in a league and separates them into 4 groups based on similar characteristics

1.

Group 1 teams are your champions league sides 2.

Group 2 teams are your Europa league sides 3.

Group 3 are your mid-table teams 4.

Group 4 are your bottom 4 teams or your promoted sides

Now, why exactly do you need team vs group data?

Sometimes, you don't have H2H data for two teams that you're looking at, or if you're

at the start of the season, you might not have current season stats.

So, team vs group stats ensures that you will always have a large enough sample size of

games to look at so that you can make a bet backed by stats.

Ciara Howard: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Bodycam footage showing cops in Kansas shooting dead a disturbed woman in August has been released.

Police in the town of Olathe shot Ciara Howard, 26, dead on August 23, 2017.

In January 2018, the footage showing her death was released publicly thanks to a lawsuit filed by the Kansas City Star.

Howard is shown in the video to be wielding a gun.

The victim also refuses to adhere to police orders and when they enter her room, she allegedly pointed her gun at officers.

The shooting has already been deemed to be justified.

Police were at the house, which is where Howard's boyfriend lives, to arrest her on a probation violation at around 3 p.m.

Authorities were tipped off about her whereabouts two days before her arrest.

The officers who fired were two Olathe cops and one Johnson County sheriff's deputy. The Star reported in September 2017 that Howard's death had been deemed justifiable lethal force, according to the Johnson County District Attorney.

No officers were injured during the incident.

Howard is survived by her daughter, Khaleesi, mother and six siblings.

Here's what you need to know:.

Howard's Boyfriend Says He Thought He Had Her Close to Surrendering.

Fox Kansas City reported in September 2017 that Howard was on a work release program from prison, where she was serving time for theft as well as a parole violation stemming from June.

Her boyfriend, Larry Sumners, told the station that he didn't know that Howard was on a release and was due to return to jail.

Howard was inside Sumners' bedroom at the time of the standoff with the cops.

He told Fox Kansas City that he tried to plead with Howard to surrender through the bedroom window.

Sumner says, "I was just telling her to put the gun down and come outside and sit with me for a few minutes, and then just go finish her time because she didn't have that much left.

I told her I was not going to leave her.

I thought I almost had her out but I guess not.".

Despite the officers being cleared of wrongdoing in the case the Kansas City Star says Howard's family is "anguished" by the actions of law enforcement.

At the time the cops were cleared, Johnson County Chief Deputy District Attorney Chris McMullin said, "I'm a prosecutor, not a police tactician.

Our sole determination is (to assess) were their actions justified under Kansas law.

… We don't ask, in the spectrum of options police have, did they choose the best course of action.".

A neighbor, Jeff Howard, told KSHB about what he saw the day Howard was shot dead, "Just cops coming all over the place, going down the alley blocking it off." At the time of the shooting, Larry Sumners told the Kansas City Star, "Why did they have to go in? There was no one else in the house.

There were no hostages or anything." He had earlier told Fox Kansas City that his children live with him part-time but he was grateful they were with their mother on the day of the shooting.

Howard's Mother Says Her Daughter 'Was the Only Person in Danger' During the Standoff.

Speaking to the Kansas City Star, Howard's mother, Kathy Arnold said, "Ciara was the only person in danger." While her husband, Mark Arnold, said, "It seemed like she was almost delusional.

She was more like a scared little girl than someone ready to shoot a police officer." Kathy Arnold added that her daughter had been diagnosed with having bipolar disorder. The Kansas City Star reports that Howard had sent her mother letters from prison that talked about going back to school and marrying her boyfriend, though Kathy Arnold told the Star, "But she discourages so easily.".

On the Day the Bodycam Was Released, Howard's Mother Wrote 'I Want Blood' on Facebook.

On the day that the bodycam of Howard's death was released, Kathy Arnold wrote on Facebook, "Blood I want blood! And I want jobs.

" Soon after Arnold said, "Who in the hell edits body cams and why? I want answers now…" Back on December 6, Kathy Arnold wrote in a lengthy post:.

Officer Fletcher of the Olathe Police Department.

You wont speak to me but did you know I watched the body cam the day my daughter was murdered.

I watched and listened as you told her you were releasing the dogs but never did.

You tortured her with those dogs for about 30 minutes with no intention of letting them go.

Did you know I watched you laugh several different times shortly before my daughters life was taken and yet you are back to work and this I do not understand.

You had options like doing what you said you were going to do but never did.

Next we will focus on the 911 call which we listened to and that explains a lot.

We will discuss that in my next post.PLEASE SHARE THIS POST… Ciara Howard my baby girl.

Im working on making things right.

Love Mom.

Kathy Arnold writes on her page that she is a "mommy first" and a "cancer survivor second.

Howard's Favorite Job Was Working at Jimmy Johns.

According to her obituary, Howard was born on June 9, 1991, Ottawa, Kansas to Howard Gunn and Kathy Daugharthy.

Howard was a graduate of Gardner-Edgerton High School, class of 2009.

The tribute adds, "She was recently a cashier at the 7-Eleven in Olathe, but her favorite job was working at Jimmy Johns." Howard attended Williamsburg Methodist Church in Williamsburg, Kansas and "was a very happy person to be around.".

In high school, Howard was the choreographer for the school's dance team as well as an accomplished pianist, not to mention playing the flute and saxophone.

The obit continues, "Music was a very crucial part of her life.

She was always at east playing music." In September 2017, Kathy Arnold told the Kansas City Star, "Do they know she was an honor roll student (in high school)? Do they know she was in band? She was an accomplished pianist.

She could play anything you put in front of her.".

Howard's obituary says she was predeceased by two of her brothers.

Nearly 1,000 Americans Were Killed by the Police in 2017.

According to the Washington Post's database, 987 people were killed by police in the United States in 2017.

The database says that in a quarter of those cases, mental illness played a role.

Speaking on Howard's shooting, Rick Cagan, the director of the Kansas office of the National Alliance on Mental Illness said in an interview with the Star, "If there is some doubt (about forcing an arrest), what is the hurry? Why do we have to serve a warrant now? We ought to look at protective measures to keep this from happening.".

Health Benefits of Milk You Must Know - Tamil Health Tips

Milk is necessary for many people to start the day.

In our diet we add milk in any one form like coffee, tea, curd, buttermilk etc.,

Let us see what is special and what are the benefits in milk.

87 % of water is present in milk and it also has 4 % fat, 9% protein, lactose, mineral salts and vitamins.

This type of milk will be thin and if the milk is thick then it contains more fat and protein or it is adulterated milk.

Purity of the milk is checked with lactometer and sent to milk farms.

Then the milk undergo 16 types of test and in this stage germs are destroyed.

And keep the cholesterol level from 20-25 micron and if we take this milk it will be digested easily.

What Is a Blizzard? 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | SML TV - Duration: 12:12.

What Is a Blizzard? 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Living in a state that is prone to having snowstorms likely means that you've experienced a blizzard at least once in your life.

However, did you know that there are specific criteria that a weather system has to meet in order to be coined a blizzard?.

New England is currently preparing for their first bout of plowable snow this season.

The weather system is moving up the east coast, set to strike several states in its path.

Massachusetts is expected to feel the most impact from this storm, with some areas — including Boston — expecting upwards of a foot of snow.

But will this 2018 snowstorm actually be a blizzard?.

Here is what you need to know:.

The Storm Headed for New England Is a 'Bomb Cyclone'.

The term "bomb cyclone" is being used to describe the weather system that is set to arrive in New England on Thursday, January 4.

A "bomb cyclone" occurs when a storm's pressure drops so quickly that there is "explosive strengthening." The term "bomb" is short for "bombogenesis.".

The National Ocean Service provides more of a technical definition.

"Bombogenesis, a popular term used by meteorologists, occurs when a midlatitude cyclone rapidly intensifies, dropping at least 24 millibars over 24 hours.

A millibar measures atmospheric pressure.

This can happen when a cold air mass collides with a warm air mass, such as air over warm ocean waters.

The formation of this rapidly strengthening weather system is a process called bombogenesis, which creates what is known as a bomb cyclone.".

Meteorologist Ryan Maue says that this storm will have "pressure as low as [Hurricane] Sandy & hurricane [force] winds.

A "bomb cyclone" can have winds strong enough to take down trees and power lines.

It can also cause structural damage, not unlike a hurricane.

While Thursday's storm is still expected to be major, the worst of it will actually stay over the Atlantic Ocean.

While this storm has blizzard potential, it's currently a Nor'easter.

There Are a Few Factors That Must Be Met in Order for a Storm to Be Dubbed a 'Blizzard'.

Heavy snow and gusty winds are just a couple of factors that can contribute to a blizzard, but it's not quite that simple.

The National Weather Service will not call a storm a blizzard until it meets very specific criteria.

For starters, there has to be a lot of snow (usually in the range of 12+ inches, though an exact amount isn't given).

Simultaneously, the wind speeds must be 35 miles per hour or higher and visibility (due to blowing snow), must be less than 1/4 mile.

All of these things must happen at the same time for a minimum of three hours before a storm earns itself an upgraded name.

According to Live Science, when all of these conditions are expected in a given area, the National Weather Service will issue a "blizzard watch.

" A "watch" will turn into a "warning" if and when that severe whether approaches and it will remain in effect throughout the duration of the storm.

It's important to note that a "blizzard warning" does not actually mean that a storm is a blizzard.

It means that people who are in the warning area will likely experience the aforementioned conditions.

Remember: if and only if those conditions occur simultaneously for three or more hours do you have a blizzard.

As of 4:15 p.m.

on January 3, the National Weather Service issued a Blizzard Warning for some areas in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

About 400 People Die in Blizzards in the U.S.

Each Year.

Blizzards are very dangerous storms and deaths are not all that uncommon.

Many times, people die in accidents resulting from poor weather conditions.

Car accidents, for example, tend to be plentiful due to icy roads and poor visibility, which is why people are encouraged to stay off of the roads during these storms.

Deaths are not imminent when there is a blizzard and some storms are certainly worse than others.

Below is a list of the 10 deadliest blizzards worldwide, according to Geni.

As you can see, four of the 10 blizzards on the list below occurred in the United States.

The most recent blizzard with a significant death toll in the United States was the Storm of the Century which left 318 people dead.

The storm started in the south and caused quite a few tornadoes, leaving dozens of people dead.

1972 Iran Blizzard (Iran) – 40001719 Carolean Death March (Sweden/Norway) – 30002008 Afghanistan Blizzard (Afghanistan) – 9261888 Great Blizzard of 1888 (United States) – 400+1993 Storm of the Century (United States) – 3181888 Schoolhouse Blizzard (United States) – 2351902 Hakko-da Mountains incident (Japan) – 1991996 North American blizzard of 1996 – 1541940 Armistice Day Blizzard (United States) – 1442008 Chinese winter storms (China) – 133.

There Have Been 7 Major Blizzards in the United States.

Blizzards can most certainly be pretty nasty, but there are some that are worse than others.

In March 2017, History put together a list of the worst blizzards in the United States.

The Great White Blizzard – March 11-14, 1888.

"Temperatures plunged and vicious winds kicked up, blanketing the East Coast in snow and creating drifts up to 50 feet high.

The storm immobilized New York, Boston and other major cities, blocking roads and wiping out telephone, telegraph and rail service for several days.".

The Knickerbocker Storm – January 27-28, 1922.

"The Knickerbocker Storm battered the upper South and middle Atlantic United States for two days, dumping a record-breaking 28 inches of snow on Washington, D.

The Blizzard of '78 – February 5-7, 1978.

"Massive snowdrifts trapped families in their homes and workers in their offices.

In Massachusetts and Rhode Island, record snowfalls left residents without heat, water or electricity for more than a week.".

The Storm of the Century – March 12-15, 1993.

"The storm affected at least 26 U.S.

states and much of eastern Canada, reaching as far south as Jacksonville, Florida.

It dumped several feet of snow on regions that typically see less than an inch of powder a year, forcing officials to scrape together winter emergency plans.".

The "Blizzard" of 1996 – January 6-10, 1996.

"On the evening of January 6, snow and sleet began hammering Washington, D.C., Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Over the next few days, the storm made its way northeast, breaking records along the way.

By the time it subsided, it had deposited between 17 and 30 inches of wind-driven snow on every city along the Eastern seaboard.".

The Three Blizzards of 2010 – February 2010.

"Between February 1 and 6, a severe winter storm swept the country from coast to coast, piling record amounts of snow in the Mid-Atlantic states.

On February 9, a second storm produced high winds and heavy snowfalls from Washington, D.C., to Boston.

And on February 25, a slow-moving system crippled the Northeast yet again, leaving hundreds of thousands of residents without power.".

The Day After Christmas Blizzard – December 26-27, 2010.

Jacqueline Kent Cooke: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | SML TV - Duration: 11:53.

Jacqueline Kent Cooke: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Jacqueline Kent Cooke is accused of attacking Matthew Haberkorn.

A millionaire socialite and daughter of the former owner of the Washington Redskins is accused of launching an anti-Semitic assault on a California lawyer and his family on New Year's Eve in New York City.

Jacqueline Kent Cooke, whose father, the late Jack Kent Cooke, owned the Redskins, along with the Los Angeles Lakers and Kings, was arrested on assault charges, the New York Post reports.

She is accused of attacking Matthew Haberkorn, 52, outside of the Upper East Side restaurant Caravaggio, leaving him with a bloody cut to the head.

The Post and the New York Daily News obtained photos and videos of the incident on Wednesday, the same day that Cooke, 29, went to the 19th Precinct to be questioned by the NYPD.

The Daily News reports that she was seen in handcuffs at the police precinct.

According to the Post, she was later charged with assault and is expected to be arraigned at Manhattan Criminal Court.

Haberkorn told the Daily News he had finished a meal at the upscale restaurant with his wife, his 77-year-old mother and his four daughters and were getting their coats when they ran into Cooke.

She got annoyed about how long they were taking, Haberkorn said.

"She says, 'Hurry up Jew," Haberkorn told the Daily News.

Haberkorn said his wife asked her what she said and Cooke said again, "Hurry up, Jew.

I got places to be.".

Haberkorn's wife told the newspaper that during the incident, Cooke told his daughters, with a sneer, "Happy bat mitzvah, girls.

" Haberkorn said his mother and one of his daughters are Jewish, while his wife and other daughters are not.

Here's what you need to know about Cooke and the incident:.

Cooke Is Accused of Hitting Haberkorn in the Head With Her 'Heavy Glass Purse' Before Falling Down & Running Away.

Matthew Haberkorn told the New York Daily News on Wednesday that after the comments inside the restaurant, he confronted Jacqueline Kent Cooke outside.

He was in the bathroom during the initial incident, he told the New York Post.

"I walked up to her and asked her why she said that," Haberkorn told the Daily News.

"She took her purse, which was a mirrored glass purse, and smashed me with it.".

"She clocks me on the head with her glass purse," he told the New York Post.

He was left with two bloody gashes to the head.

Cooke's boyfriend then tried to step in, according to the Daily News.

Cell phone video recorded by Haberkorn's daughter shows the California attorney saying, "She just f*cking hit me!".

Cooke, sobbing and unsteady, replies, "You called me a f*cking bitch, you called me a c-nt.

" Haberkorn retorts, "You called me a f*cking Jew!".

Cooke then tries to hit him again and falls down, the video shows.

You can watch the video of the incident below (warning, graphic language):.

"She falls down and tries to hold or take me down," Haberkorn told the Daily News.

"She's clearly drunk.".

The video then shows Cooke's boyfriend accusing Haberkorn of "throwing a woman on the floor," but he replies that he "didn't f*cking touch her.

Cooke and her boyfriend ran off after she fell down.

Haberkorn told the Daily News he got her name from restaurant workers.

She used a $300 Lulu Guinness Chloe Mirrored Perspex Box Clutch in the attack, the Daily News reports.

Haberkorn's wife, Linda Thomas, told the Daily News that when she confronted Cooke, the socialite told her, "Why don't you use your money to get a nose job?"".

When confronted by the Daily News at her Upper East Side apartment on Wednesday, Cooke told a reporter she was home on New Year's Eve.

When asked about a sling on her finger, she said she got her finger stuck in a cab door and dislocated it.

"There's nothing that happened on New Year's Eve," she told the newspaper.

"I was here in my apartment.".

A source told the Daily News that Cooke plans to file a counter complaint against Haberkorn.

"We're trying to teach our kids that just because you come from a certain area, you can't behave any way you want," Haberkorn told the Daily News.

"It was disgusting behavior by a spoiled brat.".

She Sued Her Father's Estate in 2007, Claiming Her $50,000 Per Year Allowance Was Not Enough Money.

Jacqueline Kent Cooke, then a 19-year-old college student, sued the executors of her father's estate in 2007, alleging that her $50,000 a year allowance was not enough money, according to the Washington Post. Her attorney in that legal battle, Benjamin Dick, told the Post at the time that the payments are taxed and were therefore insufficient to meet her needs.

He said she owed $23,000 in tuition and was not able to enroll in classes because of it.

Her mother, Suzanne Martin Cooke, Jack Kent Cooke's third wife, told the Post at the time, "He'd be spinning in his grave right now if he knew." Jacqueline Kent Cooke's mother married Jack in 1987 when he was 74 and she was 31.

They separated within weeks and he later married again.

Jack Kent Cooke died in April 1997 and left behind about $1 billion in assets, according to the Post.

The Redskins were sold to Daniel Snyder for $800 million after John Kent Cooke, Jacqueline's brother, was unable to buy the team from the estate.

Jacqueline Kent Cooke was left a $5 million trust, structured to be paid out at $25,000 until she reached 16, then $50,000 per year until she turned 21, when the payments rose to $100,000.

At 35 she will receive annual sums equal to 8 percent of the trust, which in 2007 was valued at $6 million.

According to the lawsuit, Cooke did not meet her father until she was 3, but developed a relationship with him.

You can read the complaint filed in federal court by Cooke's lawyers below:.

"Her father intended funds as necessary to cover her education," Dick told the Post.

"But the trustees feel she's restricted to certain sums of money each year, and the trustees control the money.".

The lawsuit was dismissed by a federal judge in 2008.

Cooke appealed, but that was denied in 2009.

She Was Arrested for DUI in 2008 After Pulling Up Her Skirt to Moon a Cop & Then Giving Him the Middle Finger, Police Say.

Boston PoliceJacqueline Kent Cooke in her 2008 mugshot.

This is not the first run-in with the law for Jacqueline Kent Cooke.

She was arrested in June 2008 in Boston for driving under the influence, according to Boston.com.

Cooke, then 20, was seen by police leaving the South Street Diner in the city's South End about 5:15 p.m., with a waitress following behind because the bill hadn't been paid, the Boston Globe reported at the time.

Cooke and the woman told police they forgot to pay the bill and went inside to pay.

The officers said they saw car keys for a BMW fall onto the counter while Cooke was paying and because both women appeared to be intoxicated, asked if they had driven to the restaurant.

They said they had not driven, and denied that a BMW parked nearby belonged to them.

The Globe reports what happened next, according to police:.

Minutes later, officers saw the two women walk to the car.

They approached them again, asking whether they had the keys.

One of the women said she gave the keys to her brother, who would take them home, according to the statement.

Teen Mom Salaries: You Won't Believe How Rich This Cast Is!

Teen Mom: OG and Teen Mom 2 are among the most popular series in MTVs storied history.

The stars may not enjoy the same universal name recognition as Snooki or The Situation, but their fans are an intensely devoted bunch with appetitse for every detail of the womens personal lives.

So it should come as no surprise that theres considerable interest in just how much the Teen Moms get paid.

Of course, given their many side projects and business ventures, the amount that each cast member pulls in varies wildly from one to the next.

but suffice it to say, theyre all doing very well.

Heres a breakdown of just how much each mom is earning these days:  .

Catelynn Lowell: $25,000 per episode Catelynn is earning the standard rate for stars of the original series.

And while she has a few other revenue streams in place, shes not on her 24/7 grind like some of her co-stars.

Clothing By Cate Catelynn and husband Tyler Baltierra recently launched a childrens clothing line.

The venture is too new to determine if it will be profitable or not.

Amber Portwood: $25,000 per episode Amber also pulls in $25,000 for just a few days work on TM:OG.

Unlike Catelynn, however, she puts a lot of time into her side businesses.

Hard Times For Haute Amber launched her online boutique Forever Haute with the help of then-fiance Matt Baier.

Unfortunately, it doesnt seem that the business is faring much better than the relationship.

Rumors that Haute is out of business appear to be premature, but multiple insiders have confirmed the site has yet to turn a profit.

Maci Bookout: $25,000 per episode Some reality shows pay their more popular cast members a bit extra.

Not Teen Mom: OG, however, which keeps the salaries consistent across the board.

Off the Bookout Unlike some of her other cast members, Maci doesnt seem to have much time for side projects.

With three kids to raise and an increasingly problematic ex, we suppose thats no surprise.

Besides, no matter how hard she hustles, Maci could never hope to out-earn TM:OGs wealthiest star.

How To Tie A Turban - Duration: 7:01.

Hi everyone, it's Abiodun and I'm here to teach you how to tie a turban in 6 different

styles.

So if you are having a bad hair day or you are just looking to change your look from

the ordinary to the extraordinary then I suggest you start taking notes from my exciting turban

tying tutorial!

There are a lot of turban tying videos around but trust me this is definitely one you need!

So yeah first of all before you learn how to make a turban, what you need obviously

is a turban and if you are looking for where to get the best turbans at the best prices,

simply log on to Jiji.ng and search for 'Turbans'.

If you don't like to take shortcuts in life, you can simply go to our categories and you

click on 'Fashion', then you would also click on 'Clothing accessories' and you

can click on 'Turbans'.

Then you will find an extensive list of Turbans and turban styles listed by various sellers

at different prices to fit your taste and budget some of which I got for this video.

So without further ado, let's kick things off with how to tie a turban step by step.

So for my first look on how to tie a fashion turban, I will be making use of this scarf.

The underscarf I have on is simply to ensure the actual turban scarf stays on and

hair doesn't come in the way to give it an awkward shape.

Ok so put the scarf over your head like this and take it round and tie it a little bit

to the side, it does not exactly need to be in the center.

Make sure it is tight and then you start twisting it up until you get to the end.

On Jiji.ng there are various beauty professionals that offer turban tying services at affordable

prices.

Be sure to make the twists tight and firm as this helps give this style its standout

look.

Once this is down, simply take it all around your head, and tuck the extra bit in here

trying as much as possible to ensure there is no bulge.

And so boom, this is the first look!

Let me quickly give you a 360 degree look of how this style is expected to look.

So now all that's left is for you to add some attitude and you are good to go!

Moving on to the second look.

Let me switch over to this scarf which is much more thicker than the previous one.

So basically we repeat putting the scarf over the head like this and tying the two loose

ends.

This time however we tie it at the center.

We then twist it up again as done in the previous look only that this time around we make it

loose, not firm.

Once you are done tying it to the end, you then just roll it all around like this and

then tug the extra bit under here and tadaaa!

Look number 2 is complete!

Enjoy this 360 degree view once more!

This is how you style your turban when you are going to an event and you want them to

recognize you as the queen that you are!

For the third turban tying look, I will be using this scarf.

So basically once again we will be doing the initially steps of wrapping the scarf on your

head like this, taking the two ends and tying them in front like that in the center.

Now you take one piece and place it on your head just like this and roll it around.

Next you take the other piece and roll it around the first roll just as you can see

here and tuck in the loose piece under just like that.

Straighten out and adjust the uneven bits and viola we have our third look!

A bit similar to the previous look you would say but depending on what activities you will

be engaging in during your day and the type of scarf you have available, this is quite

different.

As you might have noticed, this was a lighter scarf!

For how to tie a turban for women look number four, repeat steps 1, 2, 3.

Then take this top piece and put it into the bottom piece.

Now you roll it up until you are out of rolling space.

Next you tuck it in and pull it to the sides till it gives you this look right here.

Next you take a pin to hold it down here to provide you for security and bam the forth

look is complete!

Grab a hold of this 360 view while you think of all the events you can rock this look to.

Look number 5 is one of my personal favorites.

So instead of rolling it up, you can just take the roll and pull it to the back and

then you simply just tuck it underneath.

This gives you a mini mohalk type vibe.

Let me allow you have a full view of how it looks.

So now for the last and final look on how to tie an african turban - look number 6, I will

show you how to do one of the most popular turban styles you often see in Nigeria.

So here, you put the scarf over your head and pull it down.

Now you take the two loose ends and put it at the back and kriss kross it.

Take one of the pieces and basically just wrap it around your head and tuck it in at

the back.

This is one of the most affordable scarfs which I purchased from the turban section

on Jiji.ng.

Next step is to take the other lose piece and also wrap it around your head and tuck

it in at the back.

Ensure you don't have any loose ends hanging up so tuck them all in nice and tidy and there
