Waching daily Jan 5 2018

let me do a simple experiment with you shall we what you do is keep all the

fire fingers together keep it facing down gently placed upon your thigh don't

press it gently please don't close your eyes right now I will tell you what to

do we will do this eyes closed but right now you must observe with us closed

placing it like this just inhale and exhale slightly deeper than normal

maile exaggerated breath as you're doing this I want you to observe how the air

is filling up in your lungs or in other words where is the maximum expansion and

contraction it will be some change you hold it like this and as you're doing

this breath without breaking the rhythm of your breathing when I say switch just

turn it over again when I when I say switch get back in these two positions

something about your breath will change I want you to notice what is the change

if you have to notice this what is needed is one thing is your spine should

be addict I should be closed you must be focused on the breath and

your breakfast should not be up to your throat please close your eyes breathe

slightly deeper than normal the where is the maximum expansion and contraction in

your body

switch burn your hands over

touch again

we've open your eyes you notice some difference between these two can

somebody say what this way this way what okay

so what's happening is for those of you who did not notice just take one breath

you will know when your hands are facing down you will see the maximum expansion

and contraction is happening in the lower lobe of the lung so you will

notice it largely in the diaphragm region if you turn it around it moves to

the middle lobe of the lung so you will notice it higher up in the chest just

take one breath and see noticeable just turning your hand over just the way you

breathe is altering itself not just a breath the very way your life energies

function is altering itself simply because you turn your hand over how many

times in a day do you do this unconsciously whatever anybody asks you

will see in India whenever they speak at least an English language when they say

no it is never a single no no no no no no no you've never heard anybody saying

yes yes yes yes yes have you heard that now no no no no no no now you getting

your energies into turmoil and hoping to be peaceful life does not work like that

unless you do the right things right things will not happen to you it's as

simple as that I'm sure all of you are successful enough to understand at least

in your business you know unless you do the right things the right things will

not happen to you isn't it there is another level of people who believe they

can do idiotic things and tell a prayer and everything will be okay I'm sure you

evolved out of that you understand with your

unless you do right things right things will not happen I am saying the business

of your peacefulness joyfulness whatever even here it is true unless you do the

right things the right things will not happen even in this as it is true in the

objective world it is true in the subjective world unless you do the right

things right things will not happen to you on a certain day a man fell into the

septic tank I want you to visualize yourself right up till here in filth

desperately tried to come out could not

those who visualize could not come out after some time he started shouting fire

fire neighbors heard the fire call and they call the fireman fireman came

rushing they looked all over the place no fire then at last they found this man

they pulled him out and they asked why were you screaming fire where is the

fire the managers retorted if I said shit shit would you come unless you do

the right things right things will not happen to you this is true with the

outside this is true with the inside accidentally some good things may happen

anything may happen now right now what success means is your life is moving a

little faster pace then what it would be if you are not so successful okay

suppose you sat in a car you don't know how to drive and just by chance you did

that and it started moving anxiety yes or no you don't know what driving means

the car started moving anxiety or no as it picks up fear as its picks up speed

fear it picked up enormous speed terror that's all that's happening

that's all that's happening people go on philosophizing no because I'm doing this

because I got money I'm disturbed because I'm wealthy I'm disturbed

because I'm successful and stressful because my job is like this I'm

stressful now your job is not stressful your family is not stressful the world

is not stressful you just do not know how to manage your mind it's as simple

as that one who cannot manage his own mind when he tries to manage thousand

people's minds around him he'll go crazy that's all that's happening management

is driving people crazy because they do not know how to manage their own mind

essentially management means you're trying to manage thousand or ten

thousand minds around you which will naturally drive you crazy why should it

not it should but the fundamental principle of life it should drive you

crazy isn't it and it is successfully so it is not a question of the content of

your life it is not a question of what's happening in your life it is just that

your mind your body your chemistry your energies nothing taking instructions

from you right now so because of this simplest aspects of life have become

ultimate goals ultimate peace there's no such thing you feel peaceful here you

know what it means to be otherwise you'll never know you think in heaven

you're going to be peaceful all your sort of people have gone and every

generation of people can you imagine not you here you have to live with only one

generation in heaven a million generations you think you can live with

them

if all of them are piled up there is that the place to go it's a place to

avoid with one generation with few people around you if you cannot exist

try living alone and see you'll go crazy so the problem is not of life it is just

that you've been given a phenomenally sophisticated gadget you have not paid

attention as to what you could do with it simply blundering through life and

all kinds of things are happening this is a phenomenal gadget not a simple one

it can do miraculous things right now most human beings are using it in a very

minimalistic way about three years ago the cellphone companies in India did a

survey and they came out with this result that 97% of the people are using

only 7% of the cell phone's capabilities

now we are not talking about your smartphone we are talking about the dumb

phone 97% of the people are using only 7% of the cell phone's capability so if

they take away 90% of the software 97% of the people will not even notice it

3% complaints you can always handle isn't it maybe they took it away every

time they gave you a discount you don't know what they have done now if this is

the case with a simple gadget what do you think is the percentage that you're

employing in this phenomenal gadget don't guess it's too low it's too

minimalistic if a few people maybe some of you old enough to have seen the first

television in India all right early 80s you were sitting in your house eyeballs

popping watching your one channel wonder and suddenly it went boo boo Boop then

you run up on the roof of your house with a bunch of aluminium tubes

doesn't work doesn't work then slowly if you get it to this place suddenly the

whole world again pours into your sitting room isn't it

just a bunch of aluminum tubes if you just learn as much as to sit right

understand just hold yourself right you can download the whole cosmos because we

have not prepared this for that we are trying to get bits and pieces of

information from all over reading this reading that and confusing the hell out

of ourselves and all this knowledge is not bringing well-being for sure isn't

it

you

BREVILLE CONTROL GRIP - Unboxing, Review and Easy Pancakes - Duration: 6:36.

Hi and a huge welcome to Steve's Kitchen. Today we're going to be talking about stick

blenders or stick mixers, I think they're one of the essential tools in the

kitchen. I had to go out and buy one today, the prices have gone up a little

bit since I bought one last time. I used to recommend about 40 to 60 dollars, this

one was just a little bit shy of a hundred, it does come with lots of little

attachments and I think that's why the price has gone up somewhat. There still

are some cheaper models out there but I find the build quality is not so good,

for instance I went into Aldi and Lidl, they have some of these a lot cheaper

but they just didn't feel as good. I opened this in the store and had a look

and the build quality seemed great, it is of course

Breville again., I'm a big fan of Breville it wasn't intentional that I bought

Breville this time but we went for it and I'm going to unbox it now and show you

why. Now it's a lovely box as always with the Breville, I love this sort of plum

color, let's get and open this, it should be quite simple, I just pull out the

cardboard. I've got this lovely cherry red or plum red the Breville control

grip manual, plug in, turn on, pull trigger. We won't be using that now. It's all kind

of simple I won't bore you with pulling this all out, I'll get it out and you can

join me in a second. Here is the control unit, I've got a jug here and inside is a

little pot which I think, haven't actually unwrapped that yet, it's got a

little food processor, let me take the plastic cover off, it's got a little food

processing blade there and I think one of the things they sell this product as

is that this fits inside here, so it keeps it all nice and compact.

You have the whisk attachment, I've never really used this part of the machine, I

think whisking is far too easy to do by hand but it's another little extra

attachment. I got a feeling this is a sort of, combines as a sort of base and a

lid, let's just pull that off again and a little lid for the jug so you can keep

things fresh in there if you decide to store it in the fridge but this is the

piece that I'm interested in. This is the stick blender, we've got a very nice long

cable on here which is useful when you're working in the kitchen, a little

protective they on the blade and then of course

pinch these two together and the base of this unit comes off and that is for easy

cleaning. Now this is nice, this is a really solid sort of chrome built base

unit, it should be quite easy to keep clean. We've got the top grip unit, the

Breville grip control here. I think that just clips on, I don't think you need to

squeeze the sides, it's quite ergonomic, it's got an adjustable speed on the top

here. Now this is a 700 watt motor let's just plug it in and have a little listen.

Now a word of warning, keep your fingers away from the end of these machines

they're for immersion blending really and let's just give this a little listen. So

not too noisy, okay so that's going down to the the slowest spin and up to the

fastest spin. Now for most of what I'm doing I'm going to be using the faster

spin on this, so I'll probably just set it up high and use it like that. The idea

of these stick blenders is they're quite versatile, you can take the base stick

off and clip this onto this little food processor unit and if you come in here

you'll see and that's ideal for doing herbs or pesto's, I believe you could

even make a nut butter with this. As I say you've got a whisk attachment as

well, oh that's a noisy little thing but I'll be honest I'm probably never going

to use this I like to hand whisk, you get much better control. I love the little

measuring jugs that come with these, I've got a few of these now and they're great.

They've got the milliliters and the fluid ounces on the side, I always think

when I unbox something like this I should give it a go, so lets get and make

a nice simple pancake batter to test this thing. We'll keep this nice and simple,

I've got a cup of flour, that's about 125 grams. I'm going to add into there a cup

of full cream milk, you could use butter milk of course, would work really well.

We're sweetening our batter with a tablespoon of sugar, a quarter teaspoon

of salt, a teaspoon of baking powder and 1 egg. Now we'll take that stick mixer,

pop it in to the mixture

and we're just going to blend that up until we get a nice smooth Airy batter. Now

disconnect the bottom of the stick mixer and that'll go nice and easy into the

wash. Now it's always going to be a good idea to let your batter develop a little

bit, let the flour bloom, maybe about 20 minutes 30 minutes, before you start

making the pancakes. Get your pan or skillet nice and hot, a

tiny little bit of butter or oil, not too much and then I'm going to pour a little

bit of my pancake batter into the center of the pan and just wait until you see

those little bubbles start to appear, which means the pancakes cooking through

and then you can flip it over, cook the other side and then you can stack these

lovely Airy pancakes up into a nice Tower, a little knob of butter and then

some maple syrup or honey, if you like and they are going to taste just fantastic.

So pop my butter back on top and I'm just going to cut through this stack of

pancakes. Now of course there's way too many here I'll just take a little bit

off the top two, let's give these pancakes a try. Mmm so good but this

video is not about pancakes and we, finished that mouthful, this video is

about an unboxing, your first look at the Breville, what is it, control grip, now had

to just check them for a moment, the Breville control grip. It's a nice unit,

pretty solid I'll be using it a lot throughout the upcoming videos and as I

say I paid a little shy of $100 Australian for this, which I thought was

a little expensive but it does feel pretty solid. I'd love to know in the

comments down below how much this costs where you are because I know in the US

they pay quite a bit less for this sort of equipment. Anyway share the love, give

this video the thumbs up and we will see you for a video featuring this and other

things very shortly, take care.

Boundless CF Hybrid Vaporiser. Video Tutorial - Duration: 9:56.

This is the CF Hybrid from Boundless, a hybrid vaporiser

suitable for dried flowers, for resins and also for e-liquids.

This is the box, let's see what it contains.

Of course, it has the vaporiser, the hybrid, here it is.

First we remove the intermediate piece, we have the instructions in English,

the warranty card and underneath there's another compartment

with a Mini USB charger (same as always, the classic one),

it also has a cleaning brush and a dabber (to use for resins),

and the brush to clean the bowl.

It has a chamber for vaporising essences or oils, and also resins

(later we'll see how that works) and finally 3 replacement screens.

This is an all-terrain vaporiser and can vaporise everything you see

on the table. I'm not going to try it all at once,

but I'm going to tell you how to do it for each of these products.

For example, to vaporise dry flowers, also cannabis essential oil in this case,

or resins, such as the BHO we have here,

the Rosin hash or commercial crystals of CBD as in this case.

It can also vaporise electronic cigarette liquids.

Let's see how it works for each of these products.

Let's see first of all how we would use it to vaporise

tincture or cannabis oil in this case.

We take this capsule, with the hole upwards, inside the capsule

there is organic cotton and what we'll do is take the dropper

and put the oil into the hole so that it soaks the cotton.

Usually in a normal dropper there'd be 4 or 5 drops,

in this case perhaps a couple of them would be enough.

We would just put the tincture inside the capsule and place the capsule directly

in the bowl this way up, we'd close the bowl and then vaporise.

With a quarter turn it opens and closes the bowl (as you've seen).

We already removed the capsule

and I will show you how this same capsule serves to vaporise resins.

We take the capsule and instead of working with it like this, we turn it over,

we unscrew the bottom part

and in this small ring with the hole in the middle,

it's here that we're going to place the resin.

In this case we are going to use some CBD crystals.

We take a Dabber, scrape a little on the glass and we will place the hash,

the BHO or whatever you want in the area of the ring, the quantity you want,

turning it and loading more or less resin.

Once loaded, we re-screw the capsule at the bottom,

open the vapo with the bowl and put it in this position,

with the resin below, and place it inside.

We close the vaporiser and we can vaporise any type of resin.

Let's see now how it works for grass, which is also very simple,

as you can imagine. We remove the capsule, we won't use it for the herb

but we'll put the herb directly inside the bowl.

We are going to break it down, there are people who prefer to grind the bud

to make it finer, and this gives it more flavour

but the tokes will be much stronger, and it will be harder to vaporise.

This way the terpenes will also be much better.

Load the bowl… a little more, making sure it's well filled,

we close the vaporiser, in this case upside down… okay,

and now to vaporise (it's very simple) we press the top button 5 times.

We can see that the screen turns on,

and after a moment the temperature will appear so we can adjust it.

With the upper button we raise the temperature

and with the lower one we go down. We'll set it for example at 195ºC,

once set we press the upper button

and we can see how the vaporiser temperature starts to rise.

until it reaches the maximum temperature,

or the temperature that we've programmed, in this case 195ºC.

When it reaches temperature, the screen will be fixed at the degrees set

and a steam-like icon also appears on the side, so you can see right away.

This is the moment to start vaporising.

We're reaching 171ºC, it's not enough, it takes about 30-40 seconds

to reach normal vaporisation temperatures, between 185 and 200ºC,

and once it's heated up, I don't know if you can see it,

the icon at the fixed temperature, means we can vaporise normally.

We turn the nozzle, which is very practical, and give a strong puff…

Now to vaporise e-liquids, like this one with CBD we have here,

but the first thing we have to do is clear

the bowl of the herb that we just vaped…

very simple, open the bowl and remove the grass with the dabber or a tool…

the bowl is ceramic and quite tough, but we should take care

not to use with the tool too much force.

We also have the brush to clean and it's easy to leave it clean.

We also need to take into account is that this part can also

be dismantled so we can change the screen if we want.

The screen is here, just unscrew it, there are 3 spares,

once changed we tighten it up again, put it in the mouthpiece and close.

Okay? Right, the other part for vaporising herbs and resins is now deactivated,

we turn the vaporiser over

because this is where we are going to fit the atomiser or tank, right?

First, let's fill the tank. Any type of clearomizer

that has a 510 thread, that's the standard, can work here.

The atomiser does not come with the vaporiser but good,

you can find various different types of clearomizers or atomisers in our store.

We're going to fill up, we take the liquid…

we're going to soak the fabric of the atomiser, or the cotton,

or whatever each tank or has.

We put it in here, that's good, more or less, now close it

and it's ready to screw on top.

Well tightened and now we, like before,

push the top button 5 times until the vaporiser switches on.

In this case it will not show the temperature, because we're talking

about electronic cigarettes, but it will show the watts on the OLED display,

which is the power with which the element of the clearomizer will be heated.

With the buttons on the right and left we can adjust

the power to a maximum of 60 watts.

We already have it at maximum power, now with the clearomizer fitted

and loaded we press the top button and inhale.

Great e-liquid vapour, right?

Now you've seen that how simple the operation is,

let me tell you a couple of things:

By removing this lid here, we can see that there's a battery.

It is also a removable battery,

the classic 18650 that most vaporisers use.

You can change it, if you have a spare in the car or in your pocket

for when you need a 2nd battery, you can replace it and keep vaping.

We have the batteries in the store, and the external chargers,

you can see that it's easy to fit it and replace the lid.

And the Micro USB socket, earlier we saw the cable that came in the box,

so with an external charger, or a computer or wherever you want,

we can charge it up. It takes two or three hours maximum to recharge, okay?

Well, you see, an all-rounder, a highly versatile vaporiser

that you can find at www.alchimiaweb.com
