If you think of our body like a pond vs. a stream.
A pond keeps everything.
If it was a human it would be like comparing it to holding onto its beliefs, identity,
personality, and bits of every interaction its picked up over the years.
Every now and again, if it turns up the heat… it may evaporate out some of what no longer
serves it.
Though, without releasing the blocking landforms… it will never allow in replenishing waters
to the ecosystem.
Every now and again, it may rain.. that rain will only stir what is already there.
Kundalini awakening is like a hurricane to that system, changing the channels of water
that come to and from that pond.
Allowing higher sources of power to flow through.
Changing the PH of the system, that with enough spiritual intent and work, that person may
overcome the wraths of algae and bacteria.
At first, the work seems hard, un-doable.
Impossible.
Then, day by day.. little by little with will and effort.
Instead of the fish and plants that caused more muck in your life..
You choose, new ones
You learned to breathe, take in light, flow...
You learned to have strength yet flexibility in your boundaries
You learned through devotion, even the biggest rocks wore down
The world eventually works with you to get you over the hump.
It sees your devotion, it sees that you are showing up
It thinks, YES…
This pond, here... it is ready to become a stream
As the stream comes trickling in, it starts to flood.
You realize you need to open more blocks from below the pond; allowing this new fresh energy
to not swell the system.
Continually and little by little, the water removes the blocks.
Eventually, as new fish and animals are able to inhabit the area… it gets cleaned
You learned, that you met the threshold… you cleaned up enough of the muck that your
system is almost automatic
Now, when it rains.. storms, the wind blows or foreign critters get in the eco-system.
You immediately detect the subtle differences
You then immediately, take action for balance
You learn you could never be bored...
That even on the sunniest days; there is always something in your system to look at
Eventually, you evaporate from the pond
This is when you see, you were never really YOU.
You were always the pond and the pond apart of you
You see all the other ponds now from up high
They too, on their different paths...
You see the perfection in all of it…
How each pond, river or ocean.. is perfect on their journey of purification
Eventually.. you will all go into balance…
When I was muck, I didn't know it When I was a river, I thought it was just
me When I evaporated; I learned I was apart of
it all Sometimes muck, sometimes flowing, sometimes
light...
Always love.
