How to Flush Toxins From Your Body Through Your Feet - Duration: 4:11.

When people talk about detoxification, they normally

think about a process that takes place in the intestinal tract.

At least that's what happens in the west.

In the east however, especially in China, they think about detoxification differently.

Based on theories rooted in acupuncture that teach that major nerve endings are present

in our feet, Chinese medicine attempts to solve numerous health issues beginning with

the feet.

This includes issues that medical practitioners in the west treat starting with the gut.

The practice of detoxification through the feet is one example of how some people in

the west are getting back their health based on eastern medicine.

This process involves herbs that produce secretions of harmful toxins.

Think of it as sweating out toxins through your feet.

Take a look at three natural ways to practice detoxification the Chinese way:

Salt Bath

Ingredients

1/4 cup of Sea Salt (Himalayan Salt can be used as a substitute);

1/4 cup of Epsom Salt; 1/4 cup of Baking Soda;

1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Note: Essential oils can also be added, but are completely optional.

Instructions

First, dissolve the first three ingredients in boiling water.

Set the pot aside to cool slightly and add the Apple Cider Vinegar.

Then pour the mixture into a basin large enough to soak your feet in.

Add the essential oils if you plan on using them.

Soak your feet in this bath for half an hour or longer.

Take necessary precautions when soaking your feet in this mixture.

Some people have a light-headed sensation when they finish, so just in case, don't

perform this treatment when you're home alone.

Clay Bath

Ingredients

1/2 cup of bentonite clay; 1/2 cup of Epsom Salt.

Note: Essential oils can also be added, but are completely optional.

Instructions

Dissolve the Epsom salt in hot water and pour in the essential oils if you plan on using

them.

Then, take the clay and make a paste with it.

To do this, mix it with a little bit of water.

Next, stand in the tub of hot (or warm) water that you prepared with Epsom salt while you

rub the clay mixture over your body, creating a mask.

Allow this mask to dry for a few minutes before you sit down in the tub.

Soak in the tub for a minimum of twenty minutes to allow the mask to pull the toxins from

the skin.

Finally, remove the clay mask with a washcloth.

The clay in this bath works to pull any heavy metals from your body, while the Epsom salt

helps you repair your magnesium levels.

Oxygen Bath

Ingredients

2 or more cups of Hydrogen Peroxide; 1 Tablespoon of dried Ginger (in powder form).

Instructions Add the hydrogen peroxide and ginger to a

tub of warm water.

Soak in the tub for as long as you'd like.

Thirty minutes is recommended.

It's also recommended that you try this bath when you have a cold that involves congestion

and/or general aches and pains.

You'll feel much better as the ginger will help to clear the congestion and relieve the

pain.

As an added benefit, it could clear up minor skin irritations.

Security Risks of a Public Wi-Fi - Duration: 0:51.

Watching YouTube videos?

If using free public Wi-Fi, you might be an easy target to hackers!

How?

Hackers can create their own public network for you to access.

This allows them to get all of your online communication, regardless if you're using

a secure website.

Or your device can get malware allowing hackers access everything on your device, including

your files and photos.

Don't give up your privacy for a free public Wi-Fi.

Use a VPN to encrypt all your information, including your bank account, social media

passwords, photos, and so much more.

With your Internet traffic routed through a VPN server, browse safely wherever you are.

When this barrier is broken, a predictable regulated biochemical events is set into motion to repair the damage.

However, the phases are not consequential, instead they show considerable overlapping.

After a blood vessel is breached, the released inflammatory mediators cause the vessel to contract & retract,

to prevent blood loss and to collect inflammatory cells in the area.

Using Popups and Sticky Bars in Unbounce to Convert Visitors into Customers (Video 8 of 9) - Duration: 6:17.

TAKE ACTION!

GRAB your potential lead's attention right when they visit your page.

Then, do a temperature check and casually let them know they have options, what's

available, and speak to their interests based off of their past consumer behavior and history.

I'm talking about popups and sticky bars PEOPLE!

I'm Adam Arkfeld, owner of ParaCore, a pay-per-click lead generation agency.

This is the 8th of 9 videos in my RIDICULOUSLY Simple Guide to Using Unbounce – an online

landing page builder.

This is a comprehensive video series focused on helping marketers like YOU dominate the

marketing industry by using Unbounce to convert more prospects with relevant landing pages.

If you want to skip ahead to a specific section in the video, check out the description below.

I've included an outline with time stamped links.

Popups and Sticky Bars are two Unbounce tools used to elicit an action from your site visitor.

The end goal being to get more leads, sign-ups, and sales.

The majority of visitors to a landing page or website don't end up converting.

This means that popups and sticky bars are a huge marketing tool because you've done

a ton of work to get potential prospects to your digital estate.

They're extra tools to help convert visitors while they're still on your page.

A popup is a box that appears when a visitor is navigating or reading the content on your

site.

For example, a newsletter sign-up sheet.

A sticky bar is a banner that appears at the top or bottom of your webpage.

It remains in place as the visitor navigates your site, and is a slightly less intrusive

counterpart to the popup.

An example of this would be a sale with a "shop now" call-to-action.

From the "Popups and Sticky Bars" page of your account or your client's account,

you can edit the design of current popups or copy them to a client from the dropdown

menu.

Unbounce makes it simple and easy to create a new popup or sticky bar with several templates

to choose from if you need inspiration or ideas; otherwise, you can start with a blank

popup or sticky bar to get your branding just right.

As with the landing page templates, these popup templates are separated into subcategories

by purpose and motivation.

Huge time saver — THANKS UNBOUNCE!

Whether you choose a template or go blank, you start dragging and dropping text, image,

and the like into the popup.

Once you've completed and saved the design, you move on to the overview screen.

This is where you customize triggers and targeting rules for your popup or sticky bar.

You can control who sees your offers and when.

That way you can serve the most relevant offers to the right audience.

This example is a popup offer for a downloadable asset — my CallRail eBook guide.

We recently created a comprehensive video series for CallRail's call tracking software.

If you've been enjoying THIS series, you should check that one out in the link below.

From the overview page, you can target by URL, meaning you pick the website, landing

page, or group of pages where the popup will be seen.

In this example, I'm placing it on our site: ParaCore.com

I don't want this on every page of my website because that would be super annoying.

Instead, I'm going to "target" those people that I know are interested in CallRail.

How do I know they're interested, well viewing one of our pages ABOUT CallRail.

So, I use the URL path that contain "CallRail" to only target those pages.

You can target URLs that contain, match, start with, or end with any text include.

Setting up the "trigger" is the fun part.

The trigger allows you to launch popups and sticky bars when visitors arrive on a page,

abandon a page, click an element, scroll down a page, or after a set time delay.

In this example, I set a trigger for a 10-second delay.

That means after 10 seconds of being on my blog page, the visitor will see this popup

offer to download my eBook.

I can also set it to popup when they scroll to a specific percentage down the page.

This is also an opportunity for one last attempt to capture a lead before they leave.

The one minor setback when a visitor tries to exit the page is that the trigger doesn't

work on touch screen mobile devices.

Bummer dude.

Next is FREQUENCY, which is highly important because you don't want to drive visitors

off your website by being too pushy with your popups and sticky bars.

You want to WOO your visitors.

If you come on TOO strong TOO fast, they'll bolt!

So just RE-LAX and take it slow.

Set the popup to once per visitor, or like I did on this popup, show the popup every

two visits.

OKAY!

Now we take it up a notch with advanced targeting.

You have your choice of four advanced targeting options: target by location, target with cookies,

target by referring URL, or target by date.

Before we go any further, know that these advanced options are only available with the

"premium" and higher plans.

Targeting by location is best for getting your regional offers in front of the right

visitors by targeting visitors who live in a specific city or country.

You can also EXCLUDE visitors who live in a specific city or country.

For example, if you sell bikinis and there isn't a market for bikinis in Antarctica,

where the average weather is 15 degrees celsius in the summertime, you want to exclude visitors

in Antarctica from seeing your popup or sticky bar.

The NEXT advanced option is targeting with cookies.

With this option you can show or hide popups and sticky bars to visitors based on their

browsing history, conversion status, previous actions, and much more.

This is based on the presence of a cookie stored in a visitor's browser.

Currently, you can only target by cookie name and not the cookie value.

You would use this option to prevent current customers who may have already purchased a

product from seeing ads for that same product.

ANOTHER advanced option is to target by the referring URL.

This option allows you to show different popups and sticky bars to visitors from different

traffic sources.

For example, from Facebook, AdWords, or an organic search.

The FINAL advanced option is to target by date range.

This one is self-explanatory.

When do you want your popup to start and end?

Schedule your sticky bars or popups to start and stop according to a promotion or seasonal

campaign.

You can also do all of the same integrations with popups and sticky bars that you can do

with landing pages.

You can automatically pass leads from popups to your favorite email, analytics or marketing

automation tool like Mailchimp or Marketo.

After you customize all of your triggers and targeting rules, copy the embed code, paste

it where it needs to go AND BOOM — you've got popups and sticky bars.

Lastly, you can increase conversions by making the content automatically adapt to what visitors

are searching for.

It's called Dynamic Text Replacement and it's one fancy feature in Unbounce which

I talk about in the next video.

It's definitely one you won't want to miss, so make sure you click that red subscribe

button to be notified THE SECOND I release the new video.

If you have any questions or need some direction, I'm your man, just leave a question or comment

below and I'll see you in the next video!

15 Celebrity Chefs Who Are MEAN In Real Life! - Duration: 15:00.

Every time we turn on the TV and go through the Food Network, the Food Channel, or the

Lifestyle Channel, we see the numerous faces - and of course scrumptious dishes - of our

favorite celebrity chefs.

Their exuberant personalities, the twinkle in their eyes - you know that someone who

is so passionate about food and culture must just great as a person as well.

Or are they?

After all, they're still celebrities; and they have to put on a show in front of the

camera, even if it is just for cooking and not acting out elaborate plots.

They still have reputations to maintain!

But who are these chefs that aren't quite what they seem on the surface?

Let's take a look.

Paula Deen

Described as the Martha Stewart of the South, Paula Deen hastily fell even further south

from where she already was.

Famous for her recipes that use far too much butter, Deen had been a staple on television

for many years when it was revealed that her unhealthy cooking had led her to develop diabetes.

She began working as a spokesperson for a diabetes medication at that point, an image

that did not sit well with her fans.

She came under heavy fire again in 2013, when she admitted to using racist language, in

particular, the very offensive N-word.

But that's not the end of the story.

What's even more shocking is her justification of using such word.

She claimed to have been using that word when it was "a different time."

Her company put out the statement that Deen should be forgiven for such language because

she grew up during a different time when the southern states were still heavily segregated.

But as far as defences go, this one's pretty hard to swallow.

Guy Fieri

If Guy Fieri's gimmicky food, crazy hair, and the many bad reviews his restaurants have

received haven't already put you off the guy, then perhaps his attitude will.

Though he is still quite popular - his shows still regularly air on television after all-

Fieri has developed a reputation that is a lot less nice than the food he cooks.

Which is really saying something given the aforementioned bad reviews of his restaurants.

According to Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives producer David Page, Guy Fieri was very difficult

to work with and has an overly inflated ego.And rumors swirl that he's a little insecure

in his sexuality too.

He reportedly said, "You can't send me to talk to gay people without warning!

Those people weird me out!"

Unbelievable!

All in all, he's been called ridiculous, and he has been accused of "single-handedly destroying

the Food Network," among a slew of other less-than-flattering things.

Rachel Ray

If you want to have fun while watching someone cook, maybe the best show to tune to is Rachael

Ray's.

Ray is famous for her voice and the expression EVOO.

She's bubbly, loud, and cooks incredibly good-looking (and probably even better tasting) food that

can be prepped in thirty minutes or less.

But while her meals are quick and easy to prepare, her attitude might require a bit

more work.

Rachael Ray is reportedly "quite the potty mouth" behind the cameras, especially when

interacting with her crew and cameramen.

Her management and hiring practices have also come under fire, as a one-hour taping apparently

takes about six hours of time for her fans and viewers, just waiting.

Also, she didn't invite her father to her 10th wedding anniversary!

Though that may be another story all

on its own.

Jamie Oliver

Remember Jamie Oliver's crusade against all things bad and unhealthy?

When he showed kids the truth about how chicken nuggets are made?

When he just wanted people to go organic and healthy?

Doesn't he sound amazing and exactly the kind of person you would want to look up to?

Well, in the cooking world, perhaps.

But in other aspects of life?

Er, not so much.

In particular, a lot of women didn't find his remarks about breastfeeding pleasant.

On a radio show, Jamie talked about how breastfeeding was "easy"convenient" more nutritious" and]free,"

which doesn't seem that bad on the surface.

But many women felt that a man has no place explaining how "easy" breastfeeding is.

It's not easy or pleasant for everyone, and many women accused him of mansplaining breastfeeding

to them.

One listener responded with "We didn't know what to do with our nipples until Jamie Oliver

popped his head above the parapet!"

I guess that one made him look like a bit of a boob.

Rocco Dispirito

Rocco Dispirito seems to have quite the booming celebrity chef career.

Between his numerous television appearances, his own reality show, and his restaurant Dispirito,

he's cultivated quite the following.

But even a career as successful as this is not enough for some people.

Dispirito's relentless pursuit of even more fame and wealth has been a total turn-off

for a lot of once loyal fans.

Some people have accused him of having a big ego, especially after the episode of his reality

show when he had a meltdown and screamed at a whole ton of people, including his mother.

Even though, as spectators, we can never be sure if this conflict was genuine or staged.

It is reality TV after all.

But speaking of his mother, he apparently wanted a bigger share of the family estate

despite already having half of it.

He ran the risk of becoming estranged from his siblings, even though he was his mother's

only caretaker for a long time.

Maybe he's not so bad after all?

It's hard to tell.

Mario Batali

We may have tuned in to Mario Batali for his expertise in Italian cooking and other recipes,

but he's definitely not the guy to look to as a model for how to behave.

First, he and his business partner were sued by their waitstaff.

Apparently, they'd been skimming 5% off the waiters' tips!

Talk about bad management practices.

But more than that, now four women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct.

Three of those women were his employees!

But he did apologize, and he started off strong and, well, very apologetic.

He said that he made many mistakes in the past and that he'd work harder to regain people's

respect.

He then ended the apology with a link to cinnamon roll recipe.

Way to completely miss the point dude.

Bobby Flay

We all loved Bobby Flay at some point.

First, he's really charismatic, good-looking, and has great recipes.

Who doesn't want to watch a bit of Throwdown with Bobby Flay when feeling under the weather?

Who doesn't want to see him go head to head with other chefs on Iron Chef America?

And it's not only us commoners - even celebrities like Scarlett Johansson like to hang out with

him.

But is he all that behind cameras?

Apparently, his ego is quite inflated.

Reportedly, after beating chef Morimoto, Flay stepped on a cutting board, which is rude!

Everyone knows Morimoto considers the cutting board to be sacred!

Wait, did we know that?

Allegations of cheating on his wife of ten years have sprung up too, as well as reports

that he asked assistants to stay with her instead when she was rushed to

the hospital.

Anthony Bourdain

Just looking at Anthony Bourdain makes us think that he's some sort of classy, cultured

traveler.

Which he is, because he's been around!

He's well-known for both his extensive travel experience and his cooking.

His globetrotting adventures are fantastic to watch.

He makes us want to be cultured, well-traveled foodies with the wind in our hair and lots

of food on our plates.

But is he as awesome of a person as he seems?

Besides his food adventures, Bourdain is also known for his numerous feuds.

He just about fights with everyone: Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Emeril Lagasse, and Guy Fieri.

In fact, he has called Fieri a douche on more than one occasion.

He also doesn't seem to like the Food Network and has had some very unsavory things to say

about it.

He's been described as vulgar and macho on many occasions.

Giada de Laurentiis

Giada De Laurentiis is not only a treat to watch because of her radiant beauty (have

you seen her?

She's gorgeous!), but she prepares really amazing and authentic Italian dishes too!

Anytime we're looking for an authentic Italian recipe we know that Giada will deliver.

And she always presents each recipe in a way that is approachable for the novice home cook.

Though are those authentic, nice Italian dishes reflective of the chef herself?

Many people have been quite annoyed at her, not only because of her unnecessary over pronunciation

of Italian words but because of how positively inauthentic she is.

Reports have surfaced that she doesn't even eat the food she cooks on her TV show.

Though we have to say, her rep has denied these claims.

People also feel her smile, which seems plastered to her face for the entire show, is inauthentic.

Though this might be explained by the fact that a producer reportedly told her to smile

"all the time."

Just…just lovely.

Ina Garten

Who could ever hate the gracious Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa herself!?

She always cooks the most exquisite dishes for her beloved Jeffrey - simple yet stylish

and classy - plus she just looks so damn peaceful and content doing it.

Who wouldn't want to be invited to one of her famous dinner parties?

Her hubby Jeffrey sure is one lucky guy!

But not all people who come across Ina are quite as lucky.

In fact, many were disappointed when they found out that she refused to see a 6-year-old

fan with leukemia!

The kid reached out to her to have a cooking session, through the Make A Wish Foundation,

but the Barefoot Contessa rejected the request twice.

She did try to patch things up by finally inviting the family to the show - but it was

too late: they'd already moved on to the kid's second wish, which was to swim with

the dolphins.

Gordon Ramsay

Is it a surprise that our favorite fiery, quick-tempered, and foul-mouthed chef Gordon

Ramsay is on this list?

Perhaps to some, yes, as they have seen him comfort children on the MasterChef Junior

series.

He's often seen encouraging them and being generally pleasant, a far cry from his usual

persona, though these are children after all!

Other people know how ruthless he can get through - in and out of the kitchen.

As far as social media is concerned Ramsay seems to have the greatest reach on Twitter,

where his responses to his fans' cooking (people tag him in their food posts) can range from

constructive to just plain nasty.

A lot of people go ahead and bait him so that he'll say something snarky and mean.

There are times, however, when it is clear that he's pooping on the efforts of well-meaning

fans.

Would it hurt to be just a little more kind, Gordon?

Action Bronson

Just look at Action Bronson, With his scraggly beard and large muscles it is apparent that

he can get brash if he wants to - and he usually does.

He's described as "crass and disgusting" something that he is quite proud of actually.

In fact, this behavior is part of his appeal.

But sometimes, his demeanor is just downright nasty.

One time he posted a picture on Instagram of a drunk person his friend threw water at.

Then he captioned it with "Close up of Drunk Mexican Tranny after Bes poured a Bottle of

water on its head."

If that wasn't bad enough, he started telling people that they were "sensitive pussies"

for calling him out.

He tried to apologize by saying that he did not mean to offend the LGBTQ community, but

then he immediately undercut himself by saying that he "loves gay people, [but] trannies

not so much."

Wow, what a douchebag!

Ree Drummond

It seems like this list of offensive, racist, sexist, or discriminatory celebrity chefs

just keeps on going.

And this time, it sends us in the direction of chef Ree Drummond.

While the others showed their intolerance through social media or real life, or something

of that sort, Ree has the confidence to highlight hers on her own show!

Come on, Ree!

Be better than this!

On an episode her show The Pioneer Woman, she pulled out a batch of Asian hot wings

- to the apparent disgust of her family.

She then replaced it with nice "normal" American buffalo wings, because of course she "wouldn't

do that" to her family right?

Wrong!

The Asian-American community was outraged at how Ree used the Asian dish as a prank,

with the rest of her fam affirming how decidedly not normal Asian wings are at the dinner table.

Anne Burrell

Co-host of Worst Cooks in America Anne Burrell is hated by many, for various reasons.

Her "growling," her "statement-making hair" (which gives Guy Fieri's spiky mess a run

for its money), and her other odd mannerisms all attract the ire of many Food Network fans.

On the other hand, many other people celebrate her for coming out as queer in the hyper-masculine

and judgemental restaurant industry.

Another great addition to the LGBTQ community!

But it seems that, while she could've been another good champion for the community, one

who is tolerant and loving, she herself has a very intolerant attitude.

She got caught up in a scandal when her staff sued her for discriminatory remarks including

calling her female employees "whores" and "sluts."

She even made disparaging remarks like, "You must be tired today from f[...]ing all night."

Definitely not someone you'd like to look to for any championing.

Geoffrey Zakarian

Geoffrey Zakarian is a pretty big player in the industry.

One look at his crisp suits or his appearances on Chopped and Iron Chef America tells you

all you need to know.

He's really made it.

But this man is not without his controversies.

Described as having "major cooking skills," he seems to be sorely lacking when it comes

to his management skills and looking out for the welfare of his employees.

He may have made it big for his cooking, but his name also made headlines for less savory

incidents.

He's been sued by his employees on the ground of "gross violation[s] of labor laws," as

apparently, he'd not been compensating them fairly.

He was also accused of doing things like falsifying pay records or not paying enough for overtime.

His restaurant, The Country, closed down after he filed for bankruptcy in response to the

class suit.

Cut Through the Overwhelm | Rev Up Your Business with Dan Holstein - Duration: 4:13.

Hey Everybody - Dan Holstein here with another Rev Up Your Business video

This week I want to talk about overwhelm and specifically a tool that I learned a long time ago that

helps me cut through the overwhelm and get clarity to be able to take action to achieve what I want to achieve

So first of all I'll show you the tool then I'll take you through the example that I use the first time I used this

and found it really helpful. So the first thing we want to do is uncover our WHAT

With amongst all the different distracting things we have what's the one thing that we want to work on

or that we want to achieve?

In other words - what's our desired outcome?

And give some detail to it! You know, give it some life and some colour!

Write out exactly what it is that we want to achieve.

The next thing is WHY: Why is that outcome important to you?

What are all the reasons that it's really important that you take the action you need to take to achieve it?

And this is the part where you want to give it a bit of thinking time because we need a strong "Why? around

changing our behaviour and doing something different.

The next thing is ACTIONS. What are all the different action steps that

you think you might have to take in order to achieve the desired outcome?

And it doesn't have to be prioritized

Just just do a "brain dump" of what are all the different things

you can prioritize it afterwards.

As you go through your action list you might realize you've got some UNKNOWNS...

You're not really sure what to do in a certain case and that's O.K.

So you'll take some time - one of your action steps will be to take those Unknowns - and get them Known

Maybe you need to do a little research, to talk to somebody

or look something up or ask Google on what what the action steps should be there, O.K.?

So let me take you through the example that that I use, that I learned this on

and I hope this triggers within you

some cases where you can use this tool to help yourself move through a little bit of overwhelm

So this is going back to my technology business days way back when we used to fix computers

I'd be rushing around from place to place doing what we call "Break/Fix"

What I want to do is "Managed Services" where we would go out and we'd have a contract in place

We could do much more for our clients without having to bill by the hour.

We'd have remote control and all these great things that were going to make dealing with our clients

much more positive and effective and proactive

So the WHAT for me was: Enable our Managed Services Program

get it launched, basically.

The reason that was important to me was because I didn't want to be picking up the phone hearing about

customers problems and having a negative interaction. I wanted to be giving THEM a call to let them know

about something that might be about to break so we could get in and fix it

I wanted to make sure we had positive interactions with our clients, PREVENTED breakdowns

So it just meant that we would be running a more proactive business, and that was important to me

What are the ACTION steps I had to take?:

Well, I needed to get our plan together of what the different plans look like, the different programs

We had to get some software in place so we could do some of the Remote Management

I had to communicate to my existing clients

I could have a package that I could market out to new potential clients

We needed to do some testing and all these different little technical things in-house

We needed to get a trial client that we could test some of these things out within the field...

All these little things.

And some of the UNKNOWNS I had?:

Pricing. I didn't know how much to charge for it. "How do I price this thing?"

"How often do we build?" "What to include in the different programs?"

So for me, there was all these little unknowns I just had to work through and figure those out

allocate some time for it and then put them into my prioritized ACTION list

And what ended up happening was we did successfully launch the Managed Services Program after a while

And I, going through this exercise, gave me the clarity of exactly what I needed to do in order to get started

Not to get it completed - just to get started. Because as you know

once you get down the path on something

There's always new variables that come up that you have to work through anyways,

but I was feeling stuck at the time but this really helped me clarify my thinking,

get it down on paper, and get clear on what I needed to do, get prioritized

Uncover what my unknowns were

and feel like I had a better sense of control of taking action to achieve what I wanted to achieve

So I felt more confidence and I felt like I could actually get it done...

...and I had been procrastinating on it and waffling and not getting our MSP program launched

because I had these Unknowns and wasn't sure what to do.

So - Desired Outcome: WHY it's important

What are the ACTION steps?

Identify the UNKNOWNS so you can clarify your thinking

have confidence to take ACTION.

I hope that's been helpful tool for you as it was for me

If you have a particular business situation that you're working through that you're a little stuck on

or feeling a little bit overwhelmed with - shoot me a note let me know and maybe I can help you out with that.

I'd be happy to.

And that's it for this week

I look forward to seeing you next time. Have an awesome week!
