MIDDLE SCHOOL FIRST DATE IDEAS 💡 - Duration: 4:49.

Heya playa, are you a middle schooler trying to figure out where you should go and what

you should do on your first date?

Well, that exactly what Questionist asked me when they said: "Can you please do a video

on where middle schoolers can go on a first date?".

Don't worry Questionist, I have a few different ideas as to what you could do so you don't

end up having a lame first date.

So, I'll share them with you right after this.

This is The Josh Speaks.

You're watching The Josh Speaks.

For those of you that are new here my name is Josh and every single Monday through Friday,

I make videos sharing tips, ideas and stories teaching you how to be your best self, not

when you're in middle school trying to figure out what you can do on a first date can be

kind of tough because your options are limited.

You don't have the means to travel wherever you want and you don't have the money to help

support you in doing that.

So you're kind of limited to what your parents actually allow you to do.

Now does that mean you can't have a great first date or great dates in general?

Absolutely not.

Just because your parents set a few restrictions that you have to follow doesn't mean that

you can't have an awesome time.

As kind of like a precursor to your first date there's a few things that you want to

set in order before you approach your crush, or your girlfriend or boyfriend and ask them

out.

First, you want to make sure your parents are on board.

They know that you have a crush and they're willing to assist you any way that they can

as long as you follow their guidelines.

And second, you want to make sure your crush's parents are on board.

The last thing you want to do is hype up this huge awesome date that the two of you are

gonna share together only to find out that their parents don't allow them to date.

Once everyone is in the know, it's time to start planning what the two of you can actually

do together.

And there's a few different places and things that you can do that can actually make that

first date memorable.

The easiest one to ask them to is to go to the movies.

The reason why the movies works as such a good date is that chances are one of your

parents is going to drop you off there with your crush.

When you're at the movies, you may feel awkward or nervous around them but you have the movie

to talk about.

Plus, you got that kind of alone time together until your parents come pick you up after

the movie.

Another option might be to ask them to go to your next school dance with you.

School dances are a great way to bond with someone.

You're dressed up, you both look sharp, you can let loose and have fun and dance and talk.

Plus you have that one on one time together without parents kind of sticking their noses

in and getting involved.

A third option that your parents might feel comfortable with is you asking to bring your

crush over to your house.

Now, chances are your parents aren't going to let you sit alone together in your room

but the fact that they can be in your environment might make you feel a little bit less nervous

and a little bit more open to share the things around you like your hobbies and your interests

and to just kind of feel in your zone to talk to them.

And the list goes on and on.

You can ask them to go get pizza with you, or ice cream or to just hang out in the park

or to hang out after school.

Whatever you choose to do, however you want to spend that first date, simply run it by

your parents and see if your parents are on board with it.

In most cases, parents will offer you alternatives and different ideas as to how you can make

that date work that fits within their own rule.

For some of you, you might have parents that won't actually let you go out and do things

so you're limited in your scope as to what you can actually do with that crush.

In those cases, you might have to get a little bit more creative when it comes to going on

an actual "date" with your crush.

So one thing you may want to try doing is asking them to hang out one on one during

lunch.

Now I know, lunch is a kind of chaotic time.

There are people all around, but if the two of you can kind of section off at the end

of a table and just have one on one conversation, it can feel like a date even though it's not

a proper date environment.

Really the key to any date is to find one on one time that you and your crush can spend

together.

The whole purpose is to really get to know each other better.

So, if you could do it during lunch and that's your only option, then go for it.

Another thing you may want to consider is that you might not actually have to be in

person to have that date.

Try having a video chat date with them.

Turn it on on your phone, have them do the same, just communicate that way.

I know, it's not ideal.

But when you're in middle school you have limited options so if you can go out and do

things with your parent's permission that's great.

If you have to hang out during lunch together, that's ok too.

And even if you have to resort to having video chats online when you're home, that's fine.

Anything you can do to fulfill that desire you have to spend one on one time talking

to that person, go for it.

What do you think though, as a middle schooler what's a possible first date that you could

see yourself going on?

What's something you want to go on but you know your parents won't let you?

Leave it down in the comments below and we'll talk about it.

Now if you're in a situation that you don't really want to post in the YouTube comments,

you can always shoot me a DM over on Snapchat or Instagram.

I do my best to answer as many messages as I can.

Otherwise thank you so much for watching, hit the thumbs up button if you enjoyed this

video and definitely check out the other videos over there on the side if you want to keep

learning whether or not you should date in middle school and even how to go about it.

I've made a lot of videos on that topic so go check them out.

On that note guys, I'll catch you next time.

As always love and peace.

The Invitation is Where it Happens - Duration: 3:01.

The energy that we're creating out there for the world is going to determine our

ultimate results and our actions before that. So, energy combined with

action will have a positive effect in your business. Our actions will then be

focused on adding value and impacting lives rather than that sort of scattered

or desperate energy of enrolling or sponsoring somebody. Can you guys see

that difference? You guys, the invitation is where it happens. The invitation into

your life, not to the sit down, is where you can make an impact. That's just

simply sharing you and the reason that it doesn't work sometimes for you to

just invite people to hear about your product or your opportunity cold is

because that magic hasn't happened yet. So, of course, if you have a warm audience

share what you love that you're doing. Share your company, share the opportunity,

share your products, but if you have a cold audience, which by the way, at some

point all of us do. We will burn through that warm audience probably in our first

week in our business. So, that's never by the way, an excuse that I have no warm

market. I don't have a warm market I'm building it daily right. And people will

then attend events because of the relationship they feel with you and they

will only feel that relationship if you let them into your life. You have to give

them a perspective of what that life looks like. So for me, when I decided to

do my business, I knew I wanted to be more than just my company. I knew I

wanted to be more than just my product. My product was an extension of who I was.

So, I got on social media and I built a brand and I built a

website and I emanate this aura whether I'm in person or whether I'm online. And

I share my dreams, my beliefs. I am a mompreneur. I am a woman who is crazy

about her kids and her family who believes that I am entitled to have a

family and an entrepreneurial business.

Sauce Labs Introduction Course 2018 - Overview of Sauce Labs dashboard - (Enroll for Free) - Duration: 1:33.

When you log in to sauce labs UI, this is what it looks like, it's a really clean

nice UI that I truly enjoy. The very first thing you'll notice is that you're

in the automated builds tab of the dashboard. The automated builds tab is a

place where you can log all of your automation bills for example, stuff that

comes from Jenkins, or team city we're actually not going to focus on that in

this course. The next tab you want to know about is

the automated tests tab. This is where all of your automated tests will go

whenever they run, they'll have their corresponding status, they'll have a job

name they'll have the operating system that they ran on the browser that they

ran on and some other related metadata, and you could filter them over here

using this drop-down. This is where we will spend most of our time.

Then there's the manual tests pane. In the manual test you have the capability

to run manual testing sessions. Again we won't learn about that here as this

Sauce lapse tutorial is focused on automated software testing, but I will

show you what that looks like.

Why you need Travel Insurance - Tip Thursday 07 | Beginner Tip | How to travel better - Duration: 2:28.

Hey hey! Welcome back for another Tip Thursday. In today's episode I'm going to

be giving you tips about travel insurance and why that's super important

when you're traveling so let's get into today's video!

So another thing you should remember when traveling is to get travel

insurance and that's vital not just in case you have an accident you need to go

to a hospital because if you're in a country where you maybe don't speak the

language, you don't know the healthcare system, it can be very expensive and it

might not even be possible to get the medical attention you need immediately

unless you can show some travel insurance. You can go and check your own

health care plan in your home country that you might have and make sure that

it also is valid in the countries that you're gonna visit or you can buy extra

insurance if you need it. You should always check that your credit card

company maybe is providing you with travel insurance including healthcare

because a lot of time when I book flights it's actually covered by the

travel insurance so then you would not need to purchase additional protection and

it's not just important for health care but also in case you know you lose

something or you're unfortunately robbed on a trip. A lot of these things are also

covered by travel insurance so all the kind of normal contingencies, like in

the past I've had my cell phone stolen - my iPhone. They didn't cover the entire

cost of buying a new one but they definitely ... because it had a cap but it

did help lessen the blow of having lost my iPhone which was quite expensive

actually got stolen in Brussels and the insurance covered it up to I think about

250 or $300 something in that kind of price range - about 300 euros. At least I

was able to get that money back and still left me out of pocket a fair amount but

that does help a lot also in terms of like your suitcase if it gets damaged. I

also had that partially reimbursed as well once when it was damaged when I was

travelling to Poland so definitely make sure that you have travel insurance

because traveling without it can become a financial disaster especially if you

get ill. I mean your health is the most important thing for you to look after.

Make sure that you have some sort of travel insurance or and health cover and

for contingencies when you travel like your valuables like your watch for

example and something you don't want to lose when you're traveling because that

can be very expensive to replace.

ETDs: Copyright Using the Works of Others - Duration: 4:55.

Welcome to ETDs: Understand Your Options before Clicking SUBMIT.

This is video #5, Copyright: Using the Works of Others.

As an academic work, it is highly likely that your thesis or dissertation includes material

created and copyrighted by others,

such as quotations, images, data, tables, or graphs.

While there are unlikely to be any copyright concerns when these materials are shared only

with your committee, after you submit your work to the Graduate School and it becomes

freely available to anyone with Internet access, you must consider whether you are infringing

any copyrights by making these third-party works freely available.

Both the DigitalGeorgetown release form and the ProQuest submission form require you to

certify that you have obtained any necessary permissions.

To better understand your rights and responsibilities, an overview of the basic principles of copyright

law may be helpful.

First, the creator of an original work owns the copyright in that work as soon as it is

fixed in a tangible form.

Second, the copyright owner has the exclusive right to copy and distribute the work

Third, there are some exceptions to those exclusive rights.

There are four important exceptions to the general rule that only copyright owners may

make copies of their work.

If one of these exceptions applies, then you may use the third party copyrighted work in

your thesis or dissertation without permission from the copyright owner.

First, materials in the public domain are not protected by copyright law, and therefore

may be used freely.

"Public domain" has a defined meaning under copyright law and does not mean materials

publicly available on the internet.

While there are several ways that a work may enter the public domain, the most likely is

that copyright protection has expired.

For 2018, this means that anything published before 1923 can be used freely.

Starting in 2019, on January 1st of each year, another year of published works will enter

the public domain.

Read more about the public domain on our Public Domain webpage.

Second, some materials have a Creative Commons or other open license that allows materials

to be reused with few or no restrictions.

For materials found online, check the website's terms and conditions to see whether the work

may be used for noncommercial educational purposes.

Third, fair use permits the use of limited portions of a third-party work in a new work

without permission or license fees.

Absent unusual circumstances, properly cited direct quotations in your work will qualify

as a fair use.

For the use of other works, you will need to analyze the four fair use factors to determine

whether your use is fair.

The Purpose and Character of the Use.

Using material in a non-commercial environment and for a nonprofit educational purpose, such

as criticism and commentary, is generally favored under the fair use analysis.

The Nature of the Copyrighted Work.

Using material from primarily factual works is more likely to be considered fair use than

using material from highly creative works, such as poems, films based on fictional stories,

novels, and music.

The Amount and Substantiality of the Portion Used.

There is no legal formula or rule to determine what percentage or amount of a copyrighted

work you can use under the fair use doctrine.

Using small portions from a copyrighted work is more likely to be considered fair use than

using a larger portion of the work.

The Effect of the Use on the Potential

Market for or Value of the Copyrighted Work.

If challenged, a court would have to evaluate if and how your use affects the potential

market for the copyrighted work.

Fair use determinations are subjective, fact-specific, and not completely risk-free since users and

rights holders may disagree on whether a potential use is fair.

To learn more about fair use, visit our fair use pages or contact the Director of Copyright

and Scholarly Communication.

Finally, you can request permission from copyright holders to include their works in your thesis

or dissertation.

To learn more about requesting permission, visit our Permissions page.

If none of these four exceptions apply for any of the third-party material in your work,

you can remove that material from your work before submitting it to the Graduate School

through the ProQuest submission portal.

You should note where any material in your dissertation or thesis was redacted and describe

what information has been removed.

If you have questions, please contact the Director of Copyright and Scholarly Communication.

Doctor Warns Eat Soy and You'll Look 5 Years Older - Duration: 20:49.

Doctor Warns Eat Soy and Youll Look 5 Years Older

In the early 1990's, soy and soy products exploded onto the supermarket scene with promises

of bountiful health benefits.

This "new miracle food," soy, was supposed to lower cholesterol, take the heat out of

hot flashes, protect against breast and prostate cancer, and offer a filling alternative to

earth-loving vegetarians.

The problem with these claims?

Most of them are false.

Sadly, most of what you have been led to believe by the media about soy is simply untrue.

The sudden upsurge in the recommendation of soy as a health food has been nothing more

than a clever marketing gimmick to further reduce the cost and nutritional content of

your food.

For you vegetarians out there staring at the screen in open-mouthed shock, fear not.

There are plenty of other healthy vegetarian alternatives, which I will discuss later in

this article.

What was once considered a minor industrial crop back in 1913 now covers over 72 million

acres of farmland.

But first, let's examine the dangers and side effects of soy protein isolate and GMO foods.

Soy Protein Isolate What Is It, and How Is It Getting in My Food?

The Soyfoods Association of America has a soy protein "fact sheet" defining soy protein

isolate as the following:

"Soy protein isolate is a dry powder food ingredient that has been separated or isolated

from the other components of the soybean, making it 90 to 95 percent protein and nearly

carbohydrate and fat-free."

Soy protein isolate can be found in protein bars, meal replacement shakes, bottled fruit

drinks, soups and sauces, meat analogs, baked goods, breakfast cereals, and some dietary

supplements.

Bodybuilders beware: because many weight gainer powders, bars, and shakes contain this dangerous

ingredient and it can cause troubling side effects such as diminished libido and erectile

dysfunction -- and this is just the start.

You'll find out more about these disturbing health effects later on in this article.

Even if you are not a vegetarian and do not use soymilk or tofu, it is important to become

a label reader.

There are so many different names for soy additives, and you could be bringing home

a genetically modified soy-based product without even realizing it.

Dr. Daniel offers a free Special Report, "Where the Soys Are," on her Web site.

It lists the many "aliases" that soy might be hiding under in ingredient lists words

like "boullion," "natural flavor," and "textured plant protein."

Here are a few other names soy tends to hide under:

Mono-diglyceride

Soya, Soja or Yuba

TSF (textured soy flour) or TSP (textured soy protein)

TVP (textured vegetable protein)

Lecithin

MSG (monosodium glutamate)

Not all textured vegetable protein is made from soy, but a great deal of it is.

Lecithin can be made from soy, eggs, sunflower or corn.

Be sure to contact the manufacturer to find out which is in your product if the label

doesn't reveal this information.

GMO Making Soy Even Worse

One of the worst problems with soy comes from the fact that 90 to 95 percent of soybeans

grown in the US are genetically modified (GM), and these are used to create soy protein isolate.

Why the genetic tinkering?

Genetically modified soybeans are designed to be "Roundup ready."

That's right.

They are chemically engineered to withstand heavy doses of herbicides without killing

the plant!

What does this mean for your health and the health of your unborn or yet-to-be-conceived

children?

Read on.

GM Soy Can Lead to Hormonal Disruption and Miscarriages

The active ingredient in Roundup herbicide is called glyphosate, which is responsible

for the disruption of the delicate hormonal balance of the female reproductive cycle.

"It's an endocrine buster," says UK pathologist Stanley Ewen, "that interferes with aromatase,

which produces estrogen."

What's more, glyphosate is toxic to the placenta, which is responsible for delivering vital

nutrients from mother to child, and eliminating waste products.

Once the placenta has been damaged or destroyed, the result can be miscarriage.

In those children born to mothers who have been exposed to even a small amount of glyphosate,

serious birth defects can result.

In an excellent summary of glyphosate-related effects by the Pesticide Action Network1,

Dr. Andres Carrasco of the Embryology Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine in Buenos Aires, simply

and expertly explains the serious risks for unborn children exposed to Roundup-laden GMO

soy products.

Amphibian embryos were exposed to a tiny concentration of glyphosate (diluted 5000 fold) and showed

the following effects:

"Effects included reduced head size, genetic alterations in the central nervous system,

increased death of cells that help form the skull, deformed cartilage, eye defects, and

undeveloped kidneys.

Carrasco also stated that the glyphosate was not breaking down in the cells, but was accumulating.

The findings lend weight to claims that abnormally high levels of cancer, birth defects, neonatal

mortality, lupus, kidney disease, and skin and respiratory problems in populations near

Argentina's soybean fields may be linked to the aerial spraying of Roundup."

The long-term effects of the human consumption of genetically modified soy and soy-based

products are staggering.

In April 2010, researchers at Russia's Institute of Ecology and Evolution of the Russian Academy

of Sciences and the National Association for Gene Security found that after feeding hamsters

GM soy for two years over three generations, by the third generation, most lost the ability

to have babies!

[2]

Now, let's take a close look at some of the health risks to YOU as a result of eating

genetically modified soy.

Infertility in Women

Do you want to start a family?

Have you had any trouble conceiving, perhaps due to irregular menstrual cycles or endometriosis?

Have you ever experienced a miscarriage?

If so, what you're about to read will shock you.

A Brazilian study published in 2009 [3] looked at the impact of soy on the reproductive system

of female rats.

Female rats fed GM soy for 15 months showed significant changes in their uterus and reproductive

cycles, compared to rats fed organic soy or no soy.

Extrapolating the findings to people, women who eat genetically modified soy products,

such as the soy protein isolate in processed vegetarian fare, may be more likely to experience

severe hormonal disruptions, including an overabundance of estrogen, a hair-growth stimulating

hormone, and damage to the pituitary gland.

According to Dr. Stanley Ewen, the female rats fed GM soy probably had an increase in

progesterone [4], which could cause an increase in the number of eggs released during each

ovulation cycle.

You might think this would lead to an increase in fertility.

However, as discussed in an article by Jeffrey Smith, women who consume genetically modified

soy products are at increased risk for developing retrograde menstruation (the menstrual cycle

backs up into the body instead of outward), causing endometriosis, which can lead to infertility.

The consumption of soy protein isolate and other soy-based products can also lead to

abnormally heavy or longer menstrual periods.

This is called menorrhagia and, ironically, some commercials have been popping up with

a new pill that supposedly offers the "cure" for this "mystery syndrome."

When in reality the real cure for some women is as simple as removing soy and soy-based

products from the diet.

The negative effects of soy are not restricted to women, however.

Loss of Libido & Erectile Dysfunction in Men

Guys, do you enjoy protein bars or use a weight-gainer shake?

If so, be sure to read the label to see if the products you use contain any soy ingredients.

Did you know that celibate monks living in monasteries and leading a vegetarian lifestyle

find soy foods quite helpful for dampening libido?

[5]

Another drawback: Soy has also been linked to erectile dysfunction.

The two natural drugs found in soy, genistein and daidzein, mimic estrogen so well that

they have been known to cause a variety of alarming side effects in men:

Breast enlargement (gynecomastia)

Decreased facial and body hair growth

Decreased libido

Mood swings and frequent crying jags

Erectile dysfunction

Lowered sperm count

For example, one recent study [6] documented a case of gynecomastia in a 60-year-old man

as a result of his soy consumption.

Another study [7] showed that juvenile rats exposed to daidzein showed impaired erectile

function at maturity.

Men, if you've experienced one or any of these symptoms, soy could be the culprit.

Remove it from your diet, but be sure to consult a trusted physician if your symptoms do not

improve or get worse as this could be a sign of another serious condition.

The Healthy Aspects of Soy: Fermented vs. Unfermented

In order to back up the claim that soy is a health food, privately funded "researchers"

have been quick to point out that Asians, who consume a diet high in soy, have less

risk of breast, uterine and prostate cancer.

Unfortunately, they leave out two very important points:

Asians, especially the Japanese, while having a decreased risk of the above-mentioned

cancers, have a much higher risk of developing cancer of the esophagus, thyroid, stomach,

pancreas and liver!

Asians also consume a diet rich in fermented soy, which is the only type of soy to offer

health benefits.

The reason Asians have an increased risk for some cancers is the same reason they do not

develop others: unfermented soy.

The soy marketing and promotion gurus left out this critical piece of information.

Would you rather have one cancer over another?

Isn't that like asking whether or not you'd like to be whacked in the head with a two-by-four

vs. a wooden stick?

You might be asking yourself what the big difference is between consuming a fermented

soy product such as, say, tempeh, vs. tofu or a veggie burger.

I'm here to tell you, the difference is night and day.

Unfermented AND fermented soy contains hormonal mimics in the form of isoflavones which can

not only disrupt delicate hormone systems in your body, but also act as goitrogens,

substances that suppress your thyroid function.

When the thyroid is suppressed, a host of health problems result, namely:

Anxiety and mood swings

Insomnia

Difficulty losing weight

Difficulty conceiving children

Digestive problems

Food allergies

And so much more.

No wonder soy can lead to thyroid, esophagus and stomach cancer!

Unfermented soy is also chock full of phytic acid, [8] an "antinutrient" responsible for

leeching vital nutrients from your body.

Phytic acid also blocks the uptake of essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, copper,

iron, and zinc especially.

Now, fermented soy products do provide health benefits.

As I mentioned in my previous article, some examples of healthful fermented soy products

are as follows:

Tempeh, a fermented soybean cake with a firm texture and nutty, mushroom-like flavor.

Miso, a fermented soybean paste with a salty, buttery texture (commonly used in miso soup).

Natto, fermented soybeans with a sticky texture and strong, cheese-like flavor.

Soy sauce, which is traditionally made by fermenting soybeans, salt and enzymes; be

wary because many varieties on the market today are made artificially using a chemical

process.

For those of you who enjoy tofu, I'm sorry to say it didn't make this list because tofu

is an unfermented soy product.

So, What Are The Health Benefits of Fermented Soy Products?

The claim that soy products can prevent osteoporosis, decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease

and dementia, and protect you from cancer of the prostate, lung, and liver is actually

true, but ONLY if the soy is fermented.

How?

The process of fermenting soy destroys the above-mentioned dangerous substances, thereby

making it fit for consumption.

Also, fermented soy products, such as those listed above, are a rich source of vitamin

K2, a vitamin that works in harmony with vitamin D to keep you healthy.

Vitamin K regulates your body's blood clotting ability and helps prevent cancer, osteoporosis

and heart disease.

And vitamin D is essential to the function of every system in your body.

Warning to Vegetarians About the Risk of Mineral Deficiency

Since phytic acid or phytates sap the nutrients from your body, if you're eating a vegetarian

diet that has replaced meat with mostly unfermented soy such as veggie burgers containing GMO

soy protein isolate, you are at risk for severe mineral deficiency.

In addition to this nutrient loss, many processed veggie burgers and the like are packed with

harmful artificial flavorings, particularly MSG and textured vegetable protein products

to give them their strong "meat" flavor.

What's even worse is the process soy has to go through to become soy protein isolate.

Acid washing in aluminum tanks, which is designed to remove some of the antinutrients (but the

results often vary widely), leeches aluminum into the final product.

Aluminum can have adverse effects on brain development [9] and cause symptoms such as:

Antisocial behavior

Learning disabilities

Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia [10]

As I mentioned in a previous article about soy, this makes processed vegetarian fare

more palatable, but far from nutritious.

Vegetarians have plenty of options for well-rounded, nutritious meals without needing to eat soy

or soy-based products.

Beans are an inexpensive, protein-rich food that can be eaten alone, added to salads or

served as a side dish.

Be sure to purchase organic dried beans and cook them at home to avoid the adverse health

effects of eating canned food.

Ideally, it is also best to soak them for at least 12 hours before cooking them.

Nuts are also an excellent source of protein.

For optimal health benefits, reach for organic nuts such as almonds or walnuts, instead of

overly processed mixed nuts.

Quinoa is a gluten free grain that can be enjoyed as a cereal, side dish or added to

homemade vegetable stews as a thickener.

Flaxseed, which is rich in essential omega-3 fats like ALA, is an excellent source of protein.

Add it to salads or sprinkle it over yogurt to infuse your meal with vital nutrients.

However, it is important to grind flax seeds just prior to eating them because100 percent

of commercially ground flaxseeds are rancid.

Hemp seeds [11] are also an excellent source of protein.

Hope for the Lactose Intolerant

If you suffer from lactose intolerance and have been replacing milk with soy, you have

three more healthful options: Almond milk, and now hemp milk.

All are nutritious alternatives to soy, and almond milk has a richer, heartier flavor.

Hemp milk [12] is a very creamy, high-protein alternative to soymilk, and it's easy to blend

your own by whizzing up hemp seeds and water in a high-speed blender.

Babies Birth Control in a Bottle

As stated in a number of previous articles, soy formula is one of the most dangerous foods

you can feed your baby!

"In 1998, investigators reported that the daily exposure of infants to isoflavones in

soy infant formula is 6 to11 times higher on a body-weight basis than the dose that

has hormonal effects in adults consuming soy foods.

"Circulating concentrations of isoflavones in infants fed soy-based formula were 13,000

to 22,000 times higher than plasma estradiol concentrations in infants on cow's milk formula."

What does this mean?

Feeding your infant soy-based formula can cause a host of health problems including:

Behavioral problems

Food allergies and digestive distress

Early puberty and fertility problems (including the inability to menstruate)

Asthma

Precocious puberty for girls and gynecomastia (man boobs) for boys

Thyroid disease

Cancer

As I concluded in my article on infant formula, babies who are fed exclusively from the breast

from birth to six months enjoy health benefits such as:

Lower risk of respiratory tract and middle ear infections

Lower risk of eczema

Lower risk of obesity

Added protection against heart disease, diabetes, asthma, and allergies

Improved brain function and immune system function

Soy formula is also laden with toxic chemicals such as aluminum and manganese, which can

cause both physical and mental health problems, learning disabilities, brain damage, and behavioral

problems.

If, for some reason, you are unable to breastfeed or have adopted a baby, look into these recipes

for homemade infant formula.

School Lunch Children's Nutrition Left Behind

In order to comply with new US Government standards, soy products are now being used

to replace whole, nutritious foods in school lunches.

Due to the decreased fat content of soy, it is touted as a healthful alternative to the

meat and dairy of yesterday's hot meal.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Soy added to your child's hot lunch depletes the necessary nutrients needed for healthy

growth and has been linked to learning disabilities.

I encourage you to watch this sobering video to learn more about the dangers in your child's

school lunch.

Do your children a favor and send them to school with a healthy, home-packed meal.

Senior Citizens Aging Less Gracefully

According to a study done by Dr. Lon White [13] of the Hawaii Center for Health Research,

senior citizens who consumed a lot of tofu in mid-life were more likely to experience

accelerated brain aging and a more pronounced loss of cognitive function.

"What's more," said Dr. White, "those who ate a lot of tofu, by the time they were 75

or 80, looked five years older."

If you're heading toward your golden years and are looking to avoid soy protein, become

a label reader.

Meal replacement drinks like Ensure are filled with soy protein and are best avoided.

As you can see, unfermented soy is anything but a health food.

Do your own research, try eliminating it from your family's diet and judge the results for

yourself.

Remember, an educated consumer is an armed consumer.

Big companies can only produce and sell these harmful products as long as you're buying

them.

Vote with your wallet by spending your money on healthier alternatives!

How To Be More Productive | Top 4 Productivity Tips - Duration: 10:48.

What is going on guys my name is Anthony Villa welcoming you back to yet another

video here on the channel where today guys I'm gonna be telling you how to be

more productive guys what I'm gonna show you in this video can work in pretty

much all aspects over your life whatever you're gonna be more productive in this

is gonna help you out whether it's your school studying work your online

business whatever it is guys this is gonna help you out I'm gonna show you

how to be more productive in just a minute by hopping into my computer but

before we do that guys if you're brand new to the channel it's the first time

you watch one of my videos I encourage you right now to please subscribe for

brand new videos just like this one every single day and with that being

said guys I'm gonna dive into my computer right now so I can show guys

exactly how to be more productive alright guys we are now my computer as

you can see on my whiteboard how to be more productive I got my top 4 tips

right there on the left of course have the box covering guys I'm gonna pull the

box down a little bit a little real my top 4 tips on buy one and then just

explain them a little bit as I go along but with that being said guys I'm not

gonna waste your time here I'm gonna pull the Box down to reveal my first tip

which is gonna be to use to-do lists and guys I put in parenthesis daily weekly

and monthly lists because what I mean by that is of course you're gonna have like

everyone's heard of you on the daily to-do list what I want to accomplish

that day what I actually use guys is I had this from somebody else I remember

who I actually was weekly and monthly to-do lists as well at least weekly and

monthly to-do lists are gonna be a little bit more vague and they're gonna

be a little bit more lenient than the daily ones because of course has the

daily ones are gonna be super specific tasks and you want to accomplish that

day for example is throwing random ones out there you know record a video you

laundry clean your desk clean your room whatever it is they're gonna be very

very specific well when it comes to my weekly and my monthly ones these come

off more as like goals almost not necessarily like tasks to complete what

goals and things that I want to achieve by the end of the week or by the end of

the month but do have a few examples guys it might be to record a certain

amount of videos write a certain amount of emails make a certain amount of sales

on your stuff like that guys stuff that I want to achieve by the end of the week

or the month but aren't negative aren't I still gonna be like hard set tasks to

complete things that I wanted more or less achieve you guys a big plus back to

using weekly and monthly to-do lists is it really helps me out when you're

making your daily to-do list every single day because when people do that I

see the biggest struggle they have they don't know what to do during that

day or what to do like the next day make sure a big problem coming up with enough

tasks on their daily to-do list they all end up with like two or three really

assemble ones I don't take them an hour and they really don't do that much work

for the day what a great way to actually stop that problem I'm not really knowing

what to do is just to refer back to your weekly list and then your monthly list

and like I said with my examples before guys if for your monthly list you want

to send out a certain amount of emails then what should watch you should

probably do on your daily to-do list is write more emails send out more emails

do things like that if you want to make more videos if you wanna have like 30

videos by the end of the month on your daily list you should obviously put make

a video create a video record edit upload revver it is guys your daily

tasks been immediately correlate back and they should be working directly

towards your weekly and your monthly goals or your monthly lists that's the

main reason I actually use weekly a monthly list because I guess I said

before guys it's not really like hard set tasks as much as its goals and

things I want to achieve by the end of the week by the end of the month and you

having those things having like that template of things that I want to

achieve it really makes it easier to make my daily to-do list every single

day because I just refer back to my weekly and monthly all the time pretty

much every day every other day and see what I want to accomplish and then I ask

myself in order to accomplish my weekly and monthly goals what do I need to be

doing every single day and once I know that the daily weights do is pretty much

writes itself is that easy guys that's my first tip on how to be more

productive with that said I'm gonna pull the Box down a little bit more if you

guys my second tip used to be as efficient as possible and pretty much

everything you guys all know you all had those days those really great days you

just got a ton of work done you feel super accomplished you did got so much

work done you were so productive and that's probably because you were super

efficient that day let's look back to those days guys and think about what you

did during that day what made you so efficient wasn't you had a good

breakfast wasn't that you actually sat down and actually allotted like five

hours just to work you just cleared your schedule maybe turned your phone on for

five hours just to put in as much work as possible

and that made you that much more efficient whatever it is guys we all

have certain things in our lives that make us that can make us more efficient

you guys the thing with that is the more efficient you can make yourself the more

productive your days you're gonna have so because you look like the top CEOs

the top people who are extremely successful they're all extremely

efficient they all schedule it their days out super enroll they all know they

know they all know exactly what they need to do every single day and we'll

make some super efficient they'll have set schedules of waking up

like 8 a.m. going to bed at 9:00 p.m. and doing everything else in between

that's gonna make them as efficient as impossible whatever it is that helps you

guys be more efficient throughout the day it's actually like writing all your

notes out to other day maybe it's actually turning your phone off and

normal calls whatever it is guys whatever helps you become more efficient

just keep doing that and do it as much as you possibly can because like I said

before guys the more efficient you're gonna be the more productive you're

gonna be that's the end goal here with that being slow guys I'm gonna pull a

box down a little bit more if you guys the third tip which is gonna be to

automate as much as you possibly can and what I mean by that guys is automation

is probably one of the greatest things to ever happen in the 20 grand like the

21st century in 2018 and online course guys like this age of technology in our

age of just the generation we're in everything is becoming automated there's

so much automation in this world at this point and you're actually taking

advantage of that because think about things and you can actually automate to

make yourself more productive with me for example I of course record and

upload these videos to you guys what I actually do is I'll actually record like

five videos in a row upload all five of them at once and then I'll schedule them

to automatically publish at like 5 p.m. every single day that would not have to

worry about every single day there wasn't going back uploading a video

running the description titled keyword whatever I have all that stuff done days

in advance and I had a scheduler to automatically post all you know on

Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. and then with YouTube's tools it automatically do that

for me that saves me a ton of time because that means that on Tuesday at 5

p.m. I don't have to be at my computer I don't have to be working on uploading

that video it's gonna do it completely on its own which gives me more time to

do other tasks or just work on other things or everything after my working at

that I can just go outside hang out my friends or do whatever I want because my

business and my youtube channel is just being automated and that really helps

out a ton guys I'm trying to work on a bunch of other projects so much over the

tasks really help it's really helpful I don't have to worry about ok after

upload a video now let me stop whatever I'm doing

workwise and do this and going back to point to automating my uploads or many

other things you know like emails going out that makes me even more efficient

because that allows me to work on a bunch of other projects and tasks but

that's I guys try to automate as much as you possibly can in your own life try to

figure out things that you might be able to automate and then automate them guys

because I can almost guarantee you guys gonna help you out of ton you're gonna

appreciate the automation how much it really helps you how much it's really

the streamlines a day make sure tastes that much more smooth

and like I said guys it'll make you way more efficient as well just trying to

figure out things you might be able to automate in your life or shiz they're

mine there might not be that many but just try to automate as much as you can

it which is one or two things throughout your day that can still help out a ton

open you guys go ahead and use that tip try to automate as much as you can and

that in turn will make you way more efficient with that being so the guys

I'm gonna pull the box on for the last time we're really my fourth and final

tip let me go ahead and do that now and that is guys to do things to make

starting and working easier that might sound a little weird at first but let me

explain guys what I mean by do things to make starting and working easier is guys

for most people actually starting starting to do work or starting a

project starting a new video whatever it is guys actually that starting process

is the hardest part for some people you might even feel the same way that

actually getting yourself to start something is the hardest part but as

soon as you actually start doing it you can just work for hours and hours and

hours and just completely kill it and just get it done but that's that initial

starting point is the hardest is the hardest hill to get over it's the

hardest battle in this exactly how I feel with so many things guys for me

starting is the hardest part whether it's recording videos writing emails

other stuff my land business starting is the hardest part by far but as soon as I

start I kind of get going I pick up some momentum and then I can work for hours I

can absolutely destroy the task just because I started it what you want to do

guys is you want to put things in place make your work easier to make actually

starting easier so with me guys I'll go back to the example of recording videos

I do to make actually like starting recording videos easier is my cameras

always in front of me it's always set up straight behind my laptop all the time

my microphones right here all this stuff it's already in place it's pretty much

set up all the time for me to start recording videos it's set up that way so

that all I have to do when I actually wanna record in a video is turn on my

camera turn on my mic turn my laptop and as soon as Oleg's done I'm ready to

record a video whereas in the past when I didn't have my camera set up all the

time my mic wasn't referring me all the time it was way harder to start because

I had to go through the process you know getting my tripod out setting it up make

sure it's like level that the light at the right length and everything getting

my camera on making sure it's in focus going out getting my microphone setting

that up trying my laptop on opening up my my software it's just way more steps

there's so much more of a process and it makes it that much harder to start even

mentally guys when you know when you want to start something but you have to

do like ten things before you can even like start working on it or start like

working on that it makes it way harder but when you

streamline it down to just one or two steps like that you know just turn on

camera turn on mic turn a laptop that's way easier and you're gonna start

working that much faster because of course you know again you guys mentally

you know it's gonna be so much easier so that's what I'm saying guys do things to

make starting and actually working as easy as you possibly can you can do what

I do whether it's you know just cap your setup ready all the time

you guys can of course do things like that or another great way is guys if you

wanna like write more emails or some like that just put your email is

bookmark your email auto-responder up there and you're in your Google Chrome

or Safari or whatever it is just have all your important stuff or like your

work-related tabs and websites all your top bookmark right there that way when

you actually start working you know that's writing emails and doing whatever

you can just go ahead and click that tab it'll open up immediately I think it's

way faster because of course you don't have that there you have to open up a

new window go into Google and to like you don't get response go ahead and sign

in log in find your email auto-responder and do a bunch more stuff it's way more

steps than it needs to be guys streamline it down to make it as easy as

possible guys just make it like a one-click thing and you're gonna do so

much more gave me that much more efficient just because you made

everything so much easier for yourself that's gonna make starting and then

going through all of your work that much easier for you which again and then

intern guys again it's gonna make you more efficient and then more productive

which of course is the goal for this video hopefully you guys enjoy the video

hopefully you guys get to enjoy some of these tips and hopefully you use some of

them that pretty much wraps up the video guys if you enjoyed it definitely drop a

like on the video right now and guys if you really enjoyed it definitely make

sure to subscribe for brand new videos just like this one every single day and

with that being said guys my name is Anthony Villa I will see you in the next

one I am out yes

How Often Are You Uncomfortable? - Duration: 2:16.

Not sure if you can hear that? The bells are going off at the moment here at...

It's not England, it's the University of Sydney. So something was brought to my attention this morning

and you know, in social media especially on Instagram we often see people posting

photos and videos of themselves having a great time, showing that

glamorous life that they live and it makes me question sometimes if

behind the scenes - what is the level of uncertainty and uncomfortableness...

Is that a word- "uncomfortableness" I'm not sure, that they go through in order for

them to lead up to that "cool life" that they show on social media

because I'm more convinced that those

who truly reap the rewards, those who truly find that sense of fulfilment and

that growth are the ones that are willing to put themselves in an

uncomfortable situation. They're the ones that's really willing to take the risk and

put themselves through pain because I believe it's

through that, the pain that you experience you will come out stronger

and you will find your own personal success through that.

You've just got to be willing to take that risk and just getting more comfortable

with being uncomfortable. So I guess that's my question to you, guys

is how often do you put yourself in that situation where you're

not always trying to look for how to be comfortable all the time...

Hey Curt, hey bro! How are you, mate? Good to have you here.

Yeah, that's my little lesson for today that I want to share with you and

I'm just gonna...the day's about to start. I'm gonna be off right now to

record an event. Anyway, great talking to you guys. Have an awesome Sunday.

See you guys!
