Hey party peeps Karl Bryan coming at you for another edition of Ask Karl Bryan

honored to have you here with me thanks for showing up ok so I have got a

question from Jess Karl How do you keep from being overwhelmed? That's a good

question literally as I film this I look at my

clock and its 5:28 a.m. bright and early I'll walk up to my

computer I've got I have no idea but it looks like it pretty solid 200 emails

waiting for me which is the average day we get 200 emails on an any given day so

you could imagine to be a touch overwhelming so maybe let me tell you

what the big dogs do Mark Zuckerberg has what he calls a

primary question and it's does it help us grow if the answer to that is yes

Zuckerberg will give you five minutes of his time your question your program your

offering will enter a stream of consciousness if it doesn't you know the

answer that question is not yes and then it doesn't snot necessarily gonna help

him grow he will not take your call he will not look at your program he

certainly weren't by what you're putting in front of him he's not gonna take your

meeting okay think about that Gary Vaynerchuk has what he calls a Northstar

does it help me get attention okay so Gary Vaynerchuk he's obviously

one of the I don't know if he's number one social media guy in the world but

he's certainly up there his goal is to get as much attention as many eyeballs

as he possibly can so if you've got a room of 5,000 people and you ask Gary

Vaynerchuk to come and talk it's a really good chance that he's gonna show

up because it's gonna get him a thousand eyeballs so that's what he's doing in in

our company what we do is we support business coaches so we built online

tools online coaching programs and lead generation programs to help business

coaches get in front of business owners so our primary question in our company

is doesn't help our business coaches get in front of small business owners if the

answer that is yes we will look at it if the answer to that is no it's just not

something that Adrian and my business partner Adrian oh should I

are going to enter a conversation about with you or with ourselves so my

question is that's what we're doing that's what the big dogs are doing what

are you doing what is the primary question for your coaching company like

if you're just getting started and you're trying to get your cash flow up

your primary question might be does it help me get to ten thousand dollars a

month in recurring fees from coaching clients by the way that's a that's a

good primary question but it's the ideal primary question for you long-term is

going to be something along the blinds up

does it help my business coaching clients put a hundred thousand dollars

in their bank account in the first 90 days of me working with them okay think

about that that would be a primary question around them instead of you and

I'll be significantly more effective as you move forward so anyways guys I know

this is a little bit jittery it's a little bit early but I wanted to punch
