Lalu mereka memilih rasa yang paling mereka suka

What is this thing for?

I don't like this already

Guess the flavour? That means we can eat these things?

Aduh, salah banget nih

Gw ngga suka kalau gw gak pegang kontrol

You like being in control don't you?

Gang on... my lashes

Put, am I pretty?

So pretty...

Put your hand behind your back so it's fair

Where is it?

Here...

Apaan sih itu tadi?

Gatau ini apa...

Damn it, why are our answers so different?

I might have to see a doctor about my nose...

Gw bilang juga kayaknya pisang sih

What the hell is this...

1, 2, 3... Kelapa!

Mango...

I don't think mango smells like that

From the first session, which one do you like best?

The first one

Uhm, the first one

Cause I'm allergic to coconuts

Honestly I can't really smell the second one

So I think the first one is better

The second one

Zeper - Existence (ft. Shayce Opal) (Lyrics Video) - Duration: 3:00.

📝 Zeper - Existence (ft. Shayce Opal) Lyrics

I never had love on my wish list Then I saw you, it got me thinking

That all I really want, I really want you here tonight

From now till end of my existence

Got to take it one step at a time I'm hoping that nobody gets in the way

Do what it takes for you to be mine Emotions are wanting to ask you to stay

On a road where I'm lonely And I really would love me some company

It's something, we could be together So come with me

I'm falling maybe I should fly away I'm dreaming baby but I'm wide awake

Oh yeah, I really want, I really want you here tonight

From now till end of my existence

Baby, oh I'm under your spell My body's feeling something else

Got no sense of control, don't let me go From now till end of my existence

You make my whole world stop With a click of a finger you can make my heart

pop, yeah I put your love on top, I can be your ride

or die, I ain't never giving up, babe I'm lonely and I really would love me some

company It's something, we could be together

So come with me

I'm falling maybe I should fly away I'm dreaming baby but I'm wide awake

Oh yeah I really want, I really want you here tonight

From now till end of my existence

Baby, oh I'm under your spell My body's feeling something else

Got no sense of control, don't let me go From now till end of my existence

Secret of Mana Q&A #8 - Which remake scenes are you most proud of? - Duration: 0:56.

Are there any scenes in the remake which you're particularly proud of?

At the very end of the game, there's a scene where a song plays called 'One of Them is Hope.'

This time around, we had it arranged by Mr. Koshiro, who's famous for his work on a number of other video games.

His arrangement - and the final interactions between Randi and co with their full voiceovers -

come together in a way that I found really moving. It's my favourite scene.

For those of you that are already familiar with that scene, enjoy!

And for those of you who don't, you can look forward to finding out what it's all about.

Book Review The Willful Kind Writer Wednesday) - Duration: 10:47.

Today I'm doing a book review of my friend Melissa's book the willful kind

Hey howdy a trainwreck. How are you today?

I am the glorious train wreck mom this is your first time here welcome aboard train wreck glad to have you here

It's writer Wednesday, and I've got friends

Who are writers, and they have books out so I review their books because I like my friends

And I want them to sell lots of books so that they can live and be happy and all that fun stuff so

Good

Read my friend Melissa Waldo's book the willful current

this is a project that she had started in college and

It just was one of those things NaNoWriMo was coming around and I was like come on publish book get a book

Yeah, I know you got a book in you and I urged her and poked and prodded her and pretty much

Strong-armed her into finishing this and and publishing it so yay for a dear friends, right?

so

I'll give you a little bit of a background on the book

And I'll give you a little bit of background on Melissa because she's pretty amazing chick when he gets to know her she's super quiet

But she's amazing so okay

So we have Elsa is a spirited college freshman trying to make sense of adulthood while dating a college professor

Her need to feel free and childish causes problems in her relationships with her boyfriend best friend and parents

She meets a new professor Phillip, white and then everything starts to change he doesn't hide their relationship

He doesn't fight with her is this real love can Phillip break through else's stubbornness that all being said

It was really hard for me to not

imagine Melissa in this role of Elsa because

Melissa severac like I said very quiet very reserved

Fairly guarded person, and I totally respect that she once you get through that though. She is super amazing

sensitive

Intelligent caring she was my son's preschool teacher and honestly

it's one of the few regrets that I have of quitting my job and having to take him out of the daycare as well because

He no longer gets to have her as an amazing human being as a teacher

And I never I don't get to talk to her nearly as much as I used to and I miss her so much that

being said let's talk about Elsa and

the the

Train wreck that she is because in all honesty. This child is a 20 year old train wreck I

saw a lot of Daria if you're a 90s Brett and

You remember Daria very much like if you could figure Daria in

college

This is this is Elsa very snarky very sarcastic very cool very aloof very like

Whatever feelings okay? Yeah sure whatevs and

Yet, you know

There's something else there

and I think she gets herself trapped in a relationship where she thinks she has to be committed and

Yet, she really doesn't have to be so

It's kind of interesting seeing this dichotomy of I want to be a kid. I want to be in kroner

I want to be a kid. I want to be in kroner. I want commitment. I don't want commitment. I don't want marriage

I want a baby. Yeah, all this stuff going on and in her time of this. She's still living at home

Which yeah apparently that's a thing that doesn't happen work around here. I didn't move out of my mom's house till I was 22

Yeah, yeah 22 21 22, so you know?

But she's still living it, and she's having this relationship with this older guy and her parents are okay with it

And I'm just thinking there ain't no way I would have been able to bring a dude home

There was 16 years older than me under my mom's roof and have her a proof of anything

Never would have happened. Never would have happened okay

Now her best friend

Her best friend good lord that job. She's both

She's pretty much Sundance Kid two else's Butch Cassidy. They go everywhere together. They do everything together

Even when Elsa is out on dates wherever

Elsa goes Raya goes to and I mean these two peas in a pod Elsa and Ryan's relationship

unfortunately, you know what's gonna have to change because

They've been through so much already middle school and high school

It's a miracle that they're still friends college is gonna change them College is gonna

Have its ups and downs on their relationship and guys are gonna have an ups and down on their relationship as well

You know it's not always gonna be the dynamic duo. It's not always gonna be a terrific threesome

What I just think eventually

The relationship is going to change

Because it's inevitable

Yeah as Elsa's

Exploring her options riah's eventually going to do the same thing so you're not always going to have the dynamic duo

let alone the the

Terrific trio of

You know Riya Elsa and whoever which one of them is dating and it seems to be a theme that goes on is that?

Maybe they're both a little insecure

I'd need each other for that support enough you want to find out you should read the book the other

Player in this is the professor boyfriend who is 16 years of

Elsa's senior Heather

Thurman, what's she doing? I'm

Like seriously could you not find?

Anyone your own age that?

aside

Dude, she's a student

Okay, and the other thing is it's not fair of Thurman to put so much on

Elsa she's 20 she's just learning to live her life and

Thurman's over here like he wants total commitment. He wants marriage and all this she doesn't like marriage

She just wants a baby come on man seriously

You don't need marriage for a baby most people don't even need love for a baby have you seen the world?

But here they are in this weird

Relationship where he barely acknowledges her barely talks to her they don't do anything

They don't go on dates because he's so paranoid about his job and his profession and that someone might see them out in public

Holy Wow, but that winds up being his undoing

You'll see you'll see you got to read the book guys seriously. There's this other character Philip white he's another professor and

He falls for Elsa pretty darn quick like

creepily quick and

I get where Elsa's craving

Crazy, and he's a little bit closer to her age. He's only like six years older than her but

He falls pretty hard for this person who pretty much treats him like crap

She's fairly mean to him. She's

Really like I said. She's very casual about the whole thing

So it's really odd to try to figure out where her relationship

where her feelings are for him until

About the end of the book which I'm not gonna tell you anything okay?

You're gonna have to read the book and I got it as you can tell I got my copy on

Amazon in eBook it is available in both eBook and paperback

I firmly suggest get this book. It's about 200 pages

estimated reading times about 4 hours

I mean seriously if you've got a weekend sit your butt down and read a book

It's a good way to go so check out my friend book. I really do it did enjoy it

She is an amazing author her dialogue was spot-on it was really easy to read

Dynamically with the characters these really did feel like real people that I know

Because I do know people who are ready to rush into

Relationships, I do know people who are like hey

commitment

Yeah, I'm gonna go over here. You know and chicks are like that, too

It's not just a guy thing okay. Sometimes chicks are just like

No

Thanks. I just kind of want to do my thing Thanks

Okay, so I definitely suggest checking out the willful kind by Melissa Waldo like I said it is on Amazon

Melissa also has another book called curried

Okay, and Caribe is poems about her long distance relationship with her now fiance honeyed who?

Hopefully everything goes well, and he should be here soon so excited to meet him Melissa

I'm so excited to meet him, and I can't wait to go to your wedding. I'm really really excited, but check out Caribe

poems about long-distance

Discover What You Are NOT - Mooji - Duration: 10:25.

yeah it's something for me to do with like once and for all really clearly

somehow being aware of the truth of what I am it was this density of what this

the self belief that you were saying that it's through the veins and it's

everything it seems all encompassing and it seems so when you say I put it all

aside like you do like just leave this aside and aside I do that but it seems

also so on the superficial layer doesn't seem to be able to penetrate this this

because we because the the the sense of the you who is doing that who is leaving

aside is included in the density hmm easy and why don't I know how to do that

why can't I do that well listen and see what will happen

because if you say I understand I understand what you say but there's a

density in the identity and it seems like it's though you have been advised

or pointed to let's leave all of that aside something believes it can or tries

but the result is superficial you say why does it not have such power mmm

I try to leave it aside you see but it doesn't seem to have any power why has

no power let me ask you who is the one who is trying to leave it aside let's

take a look as we begin to look more closely you'll find that perhaps your

seem to be understanding less as we look more closely towards that which is

perhaps the root of the sense of the problem

destructions begin to arise often do you feel it or not it becomes increasingly

difficult to focus on what it is all about this is also part of the

evasiveness of the ego-mind however there's a clue in what you say you say

that it seems as though all of this stuff the density of the person seems

all-encompassing yeah what is observing that to say that surely there is there

is some ability in you to be looking at that phenomenon energetically isn't it

and say it feels as though it's filling everything but that's just a thought and

a sensation it is not necessarily a factor yet I am looking at who you're

taking yourself to be a huge part of this misconception and difficulty is

because I am pointing you the light at you not your problem

and as yet many people don't see the significance of that you think your

problem exists apart from you but your problem exists as something combined

with who you think you are at the moment they go together

you see when you discover the truth of yourself they force you along with its

problems will go this is very subtle and maybe most of you will miss what I've

said but because of the insistence and persistence at looking and the important

pointing I'm sharing with you now that the most important what is fundamental

what is radical in what pointing out is that I am not so

interested in your problem I am always interested in you who are

you who are you presenting yourself to be will determine whether you are going

to be free or you will live with a sense of being bound a problem does not exist

apart from you and I'll tell you something else all problems are personal

all problems are for the person and not for the self pure self the mind the

psychological mind seems to its greatest technique is to pull you into personhood

you are not naturally a person naturally you are the consciousness you're the

self but conditioning and divine intention was that as soon as the

consciousness manifested in form it would begin to identify with the form

believing itself to be the farm and the conditioning presented to the

consciousness in the form of a bus that will play a role in who you think you

are for a time but it's been a long time

for some beings it's far too much time and for others it's not enough time when

Boyd Moore

each one according to the role that you must play for a bit if you in your life

begin to experience an interest or an urge towards awakening to the truth of

who you are that is your good fortune the graces is playing a big role to stir

you into awakening your mind did not invent this if your mind invent this it

won't go very far but if something inexplicable has brought this into being

within you trust it a little bit more than you do at the moment it's here to

help you to find your way home and let me tell you something else

home is also not apart from you home is not a place home is your own heart even

in life as we know it now the consciousness is giving many hints many

clues to stir a certain awakening inside the human mind once upon a time when

someone sent you a letter they written by hand like some letters here I have

one written by hand few written by hand they were sent to a physical address and

if I was away from that address I would not be able to get my letter and read it

it has happened enough times I'd have to wait until I come to that physical

address but these times now you can have your address can be digital isn't it so

you could be in the middle of the Amazon and if you have got Wi-Fi

that is your address your addresses where you are wherever your computer is

as your address your address is not necessarily a physical place the address

of yourself itself the only thing worth really discovering in this life

depending upon your maturity and that is is you and often the thing most missing

from your life is you but you have to be sparked to see that

you

you

you

My Top 20 Ways I Stay Positive in Times Stress - Coping with Long Term Stress - Duration: 8:44.

Yeah welcome back to my channel

Wanted to get on here today and talk about how to stay positive during times of extended stress?

Got about 20 things that I do to climb out of an emotional hole

And I just wrote those down thought we talk about them today? Hope they help somebody

number one keep going

I think it's called behavioral

Therapy when all you want to do is lay on the couch or your bed mines the bed

And I just want to wallow in it. I can't move you just get up and you do a little laundry

What would I be doing if I felt fine? What needs to get done today make yourself a list sometimes

I have to make a list

Because everything feels hard and load of laundry feels like climbing a mountain so do a little laundry

Pay my bills pick up a room

Dust something just anything to get yourself in motion and just take it one baby step at a time

Second a gratitude list just write down ten things you're grateful for

Pretty self-explanatory, you know it kind of makes you focus on what you do have if someone else is stressing me out

I try to focus on my world without them in it you just kind of take them out of your

Equation if that makes sense if I wasn't worried about this person I would be thinking about what?

You know if I wasn't worried about you. It's kinda like you quit. Don't let my world revolve around them

I have other parts of my life that aren't stressful focus on those. Maybe it's another child. Maybe it's a friend

You know anywhere besides that person or things number four walk outside and breathe in fresh air

When I used to smoke I figured out years later

Half of that besides the physical addiction in the relief you get from that was just stepping outside

I liked being outside and I never make myself go outside sometimes when I go get the mail. I just am like

It's refreshing. You know just to smell the outside just walk outside. Even if it's just on your porch or your patio

Just go outside and get the mail walk around the block. You know not a fast paced walk. You know just to get outside

Just kind of clear your mind just getting outside

There's something magical about it

So just step outside number-5 it change your surroundings

Go to the post office right around the block go to starbucks go get a drink at Sonic

It just kind of gives you a fresh perspective so when you come back to your problem still gonna be there

But you'll be different number six light candle spray perfume

That lifts your mood

Lights some essential oils, but it can just be a candle this morning

I thought of this one because I sprayed my Paris on it's been as several favorites

Reminds me of my little subscriber friend that sent it to me Heather

It just makes me happy that just gives you a little lift because you left the scent of it number seven

Focus on a task this will take your mind from where it was to what's at hand paying bills

balancing your checkbook

I plan videos when I'm stressed it gets me out of my hyper focus when I'm hyper focused on I can't get out of it

And my mind is just spinning it takes you from the emotional to the unemotional number eight read

It's an escape

Reading is an escape I can also say watch a movie, but nothing takes my mind like reading

You know what else can I say reading is an escape number nine if you're also tired

Sleep lay down and just go to sleep a lot of times when we wake up our perspective is just better when we're not tired

number ten listen to music listen to upbeat music while you do housework

Your tasks or watch a comedy watch something. That's uplifting or comedians number twelve buy yourself a little something

There's a reason there's a saying retail therapy doesn't have to be expensive it can be a starbucks

It can be a lip gloss today had two butter glosses come in. I'm coming off some high stress y'all

That's why I'm doing this video had a couple of butter

Glosses came in today these probably cost me ten dollars for both of them. I can't tell you how these just perked me right up

I was so excited to get that get some lip gloss get a highlighter

You know make yourself shiny. It just kind of lifts the mood okay next play in your makeup

There's something to that making yourself look your best makes you feel at least better

Maybe not your best on a real high stress day, but it does make you feel better

I put my makeup on for sure but sometimes. I just sit here playing my makeup. It just makes me feel better

It's mindless and when I look better I feel better also with that coloring your hair you'll notice

I have fresh hair and makeup today helped it helped me so much to play in my makeup a little bit color my hair

Makes me feel like I can handle my life better

This is a big one and my dad told me a long time ago

The best way to be depressed is to live in your head is to think about yourself and it's so true when I really get

In my head the best thing I can do is go who needs me today

Is there somebody in my life that needs something for me today?

and reach out to them try to help someone else that will bring you out of your own head not to commiserate with

That is a danger you know not to commiserate with not to get down there with them, but to help them

What can I do for you? Do you need dinner?

Do you need support bring you out of your own problems and focus on other people next talk to your cheerleader?

And if you don't have one get one. I have a lot of cheerleaders here y'all watching this video right now

I've never had so many cheerleaders in my life and let me tell you something it makes a difference but find

Find a cheerleader in your life that will help bring you up

pick that person wisely

Because there are some people that are naturally

Geared toward the negative

They're gonna see more the negative that is just a fact don't call on them when you're down

Because they want to get down there with you and feel sorry with you

But they won't necessarily lift you up to a more positive place, so just pick someone that's gonna lift you up

A cheerleader - everybody needs one number 17 housework. I cannot tell y'all how fast that clears my head

I don't know if it's that's if it's that way for everybody if my head is foggy, and I have spider webs

I'm not talking about mental fog

I'm bogged down with the stress vacuum dust and laundry just that in itself I could go to town on my house

I usually end up cleaning out a refrigerator spring cleaning a closet. There's something to that

just that busy and

Organizing if the outside is organized the insides gonna be more organized Journal

I have always journaled, and if you will just journal there's something called

I'm not sure what it's called, but it's where you write

Do not let your self quit if you can't think of something to write write

I can't think of what to write until you're writing again and make yourself write two to three pages. I swear. It's like meditation you will

Work through stuff like that it is like writing

Meditation it's amazing sometimes stuff would come out that I didn't even know was there. Just take a shower

There is something healing about water, when I'm feeling actually physically ill I can take a shower. I almost feel well when I get out

Also, if I've had a real hard day after I get out of a shower. I'm like

Why didn't I do that sooner? Just come out you're clean go somewhere that makes you happy my happy places are

Bookstores Barnes and Noble l I could hang out there for hours Barnes and Noble I'd go in there. I peruse the books

I smell the books this bring me peace because I used to hang in libraries

when I was a child I'll sit there and I'll read not really self-help. I just look at the fiction and

Just makes me happy, book stores are my happy place

Parks are not my happy place, but they may be yours, you know get you outside parks

Libraries. I love a library I love quiet places a movie. You know go to the movie it gets you out

You're escaping into a movie any place that makes you happy and then the last one. I saved this for last

it's really the most important but if you're not a spiritual person you can click off now and

Read scripture nothing brings peace faster than reading scripture sometimes. I just open my Bible and where am I reading ?

It's speaking to me any place in the Bible will immediately bring me peace or turn on a Joyce Meyer

is my favorite but you know a show about you know that will kind of help ground you and bring you back to the

Spiritual and then praying sometimes if I'm so stressed out. I don't even know how to pray about it

I'm like I don't I don't even know what needs to happen so you take it leave it there

That helps me so much puts me in a better frame of mind so anyway

Those are the things that bring me back to a positive place, so I really hope this helps somebody

That's going through a hard time

We're all going through stress at some point in our lives, so if you're not going through stress right now remember it later

It'll be here for ya

I hope you enjoyed this video if you did please like and subscribe leave comments and questions down below

And I'll talk to y'all soon. Y'all have a good day
