Should You Spay or Neuter Your Dog? Reasons You Should Spay/Neuter Your Dog - Benefits, Pros & Cons! - Duration: 4:34.hi everybody and welcome back to Relax My Dog, today we're going to be
talking about the benefits of spaying your female dog and neutering your male dog, let's get started
so firstly looking at your female dog, it's proven that your female dog can actually live longer
if you do spay them, spaying can help prevent your dog from getting any
serious health problems such as different infections and also breast
cancer as well, what I didn't know is that breast cancer, like for humans, is
extremely dangerous for your dog and this can actually result in death for
about 50% of canine cases, so it's extremely important to take this into
consideration when wanting to spay and neuter your dog. Now the most effective
way to protect your dog is to spay your dog before their first heat, maybe visit
your vet to see when that may be. So we know that spaying your female dog has
many health benefits but neutering your male dog, like Milo, also has a lot of
benefits too, so neutering can help prevent different
cancers that your dog can get, but definitely take into account that for
the best chance of protection it is important that you get it as early as
possible, now it does vary between it breeds when you should get this done so
maybe visit your vets to find out when the best possible time is to do that
Now moving on to the main reason we wanted to get Milo neutered and why you may
want to get your female dog spayed; now typically after about six months of age
unspayed female dogs go into heat for two to three weeks at a time and
that's usually about twice a year although this can vary between your
breed of your dog and also the size of your dog as well
now this period of time that your dog is in heat, this can bring a lot of
different behaviors that you may not want to experience with your dog, this
can include your dog becoming very very howley and making a lot of noise howling
throughout the night and just not their usual behavior, as well as that they can
urinate a lot in the house as well, even if they have been a house trained
they are quite naughty during this time, this will also attract any un-neutered
dogs into your area as well, so we know that spaying does help your female
dog become a little bit more well behaved, but it also helps your boy dog as well
so your un- neutered dog is likely to show a lot of unwanted behaviors around
the house in order to attract a mate, the main one is that it'll want to roam
around the surrounding areas and want to get out the garden and dig through
underneath the fence, it'll just do a lot of things to try and get away from you
so it's very important that if you are wanting to not neuter your dog even
though I would personally want to neuter my dog
it's very important that you keep them close and you keep an eye on them at all
times, as well as that your dog would want to do a lot of marking in the house,
in the outside, just everywhere basically to try and make their mark on the house
un-neutered dogs are also going to be creating a lot of aggressive behavior as
well which is something that we noticed with Milo, he was being a lot louder than
he usually is and just not his usual self, that's why we decided to neuter him
and as you can see he's as calm as anything and as you may have seen in other videos
he is extremely settled and just relaxed constantly which just makes him an
excellent dog, and I love him so much! And then the last tip is something you guys might not have
thought about and that is that it saves you money, that may sound a bit weird
because you do have to pay for the surgeries and everything like that to
get them spayed and neutered but it is a lot cheaper to give them the surgery
than it is to look after a litter of puppies, you've got to think about that
unless you're wanting to do that you wanted to breed your dog which is
completely fine, you do whatever you want to do with your dog, but if you
aren't wanting to have these bills to look after these puppies and if you're
wanting to save your dog from health benefits and to also make them a little
it more of a chilled-out dog, it may be important to spay and neuter your dog
which may cost a total bill but overall it will be a lot more of a cheaper option
Now to finish off, if you haven't
neutered and spayed your dog, what are you waiting for? There are so many
different health benefits and behavioral benefits as well, unless you're wanting
to use your dog for breeding, there is no reason why you shouldn't want to spay
and neuter your dog! Don't forget to give us a big thumbs up if you did enjoy this
video and if you thought Milo was a super good boy, and also don't forget to
leave any comments down below of what you experienced when you got your dog spayed
or neutered, also don't forget to subscribe to our youtube channel and

HOW TO COME UP WITH YOUTUBE VIDEO IDEAS - Duration: 8:00.I am super sick, but super excited about this video.
I just put out a video a couple days ago.
Again, I was super sick, which is why these videos this week or just not as planned as
I normally would make them.
My last video I asked questions about what kind of videos you wanted because I just hit
500 subscribers.
I have been super stoked about that and I wanted to go through your questions and say,
Hey, what is it that you want to see on my channel?
What videos do you like?
I can look at the analytics all day.
I can read your comments and all of these things play a role in my video ideas.
So speaking of which one of the questions that I was asked in the last video, thank
you for asking, can you make youtube a youtube ideas video because I can't find any that
I can actually do.
Well, there's tons of ideas out there.
One video idea is something where you kind of comment back to other people's videos.
So that's the first one I'm going to give you because I just got a really cool shout
out, vyyyper, I was so stoked to see this shout out that it made me say, wow, I really
want to give him a shout out back so you can give a shout out back to other people, especially
if they mention you, but when you're getting started, the first thing is to listen to your
audience and paying customers.
One thing was that you mentioned a comment, so I said, hey, you have a question.
I'm gonna.
Answer it with a video.
You're using video to answer the question.
If you don't have an audience or you don't have comments yet, you can always look at
competitors and see what their audience is asking, see what's working for them, what
topics are they talking about?
You can also run surveys on social media.
Even on Youtube, You can put polls out on youtube within your videos.
I've done that on some of mine.
Have also tried email surveys, sending out email surveys to follow up a product sale.
Now, if you're just getting started, some of this stuff may seem a little over the top,
but really it comes to building an audience and you're never going to get an audience
if you don't just get started and that's why I say, look at what's working for other people,
see what other people are commenting about and just because they're asking questions
on someone else's video, does it mean that you can't make a video about that same topic?
Obviously people are asking questions.
I'm sure people have videos out there about how to come up with video ideas.
Hopefully that helps answer your question on that.
Do you like this type video where I'm commenting back to you?
If that's something that you like, put that in the comments below or if you want to hear
something else, then put it in the comments below because how am I going to know what
videos you want to watch?
If you don't put them in the comments below.
A second, second, what are you selling and what do you want to sell or what do you want
to sell - One day.
I would develop your content around a product or service.
Now someone that does a really good job of this is Linda Raynier.
I love her channel.
She has been someone who I've followed for a year going on two years now.
She hasn't really had her channel that long.
She honestly has about 50 videos out right now and 200,000 subscribers.
How did she do this?
She found a niche topic, so she talks about careers and resumes and she sticks to that
same category.
Those same questions when she's creating her content.
Now, another really good way to come up with video ideas is to look at someone else like
sunny Lenarduzzi.
She creates educational content.
I love Sunny.
Sunny is the one that kind of turned me on to video.
She's the first person I've found and started following her about how to make youtube videos,
how to look professional on camera, how to use your phone, just all of the tools that
you already have at your disposal.
Go and look through Sunny's channel, everything on it.
A lot of her videos say how to, how to, how to, because these are questions that her audience
asked her.
She reaches out to them.
These are clients that she's had.
She has courses out, so these are things she's constantly being asked and so she takes what
she's being asked the most as well as she looks at how it's being searched for.
You can look at youtube, Google search, youtube search, google adwords, Google trends.
I use a tool called tubebuddy.
I think I've mentioned this before, if you're interested in that, but a comment below and
I'll show tutorial on that.
If you are getting started on youtube, you cannot get overwhelmed or think why isn't
my channel growing?
You have to start somewhere.
When I was starting out, I had no idea what I was doing, so I started vlogging about like
rving and then I started talking about business and then it just got kind of weird because
I was doing rv tutorials and then I had a thing about vegas, but the rv stuff, I couldn't
really figure out how to incorporate into my channel.
So I kind of like took it off, but my videos we're doing really well and I'll probably
start another channel, but that didn't fit the content that I was doing as far as business
and where I was headed, so it just didn't make sense.
I would actually start out vlogging, maybe vlog behind the scenes about your journey,
what you're into.
If you're into gaming, that's a popular thing.
Beauty, that's a popular thing, but I would actually do something completely different
because those are really over-saturated.
Find something that you're interested in or something that you're learning and share that
with other people, but you want to make sure that it's found in search.
So that's why I mentioned doing research.
How sunny does or channel with how tos.
If you don't put anything out, you're not gonna have anything to analyze.
You want to put videos out so that you have to analyze.
If you go into youtube and look at your analytics, you can see your top 10 videos that you've
published and it'll give you a really good idea of what's working.
For me.
I went in and looked at mine and I noticed that tutorials, like on screen tutorials worked
really well for me.
Those are things that I'm adding into my videos coming up.
Like I mentioned, there are some really big thing going on soon on my channel and I can't
wait to share them with you, but not just yet, so make sure to subscribe.
So I mentioned being consistent.
I have a schedule, a content calendar that kind of helps me stay scheduled on my social
media and when I'm putting the videos out.
So if that's something that you're interested in.
I created a video about this a while back, I will link to that down below.
I also have a channel checklist, so even if people find your videos, you really want to
make sure that your channel set up because before you even put any videos out.
You can actually make your channel look like a real channel if you haven't even made any
videos yet.
So there's a way to do that.
Pick up the check list down below and just make sure that you have things like your social
links, your header.
You've got your about page, all of the things that other, all of those things set up so
people want to stay on your content.
UGGGGGG I'm probably losing my voice at this point, so I'm going to try to rest for a day.
I'm Brandi of www.Blogginbrandi.com where you can find tons of free resources to help
you brand your business.
I will see you in the next video.
Leave your comments and questions below and subscribe so you don't miss the next video
because you might be featured in it.

Smart Seder: Barech/Hallel/Nirtza with Rabbi Eli Yoggev - Duration: 3:50.I'm gonna talk to you today about the eighth part of the Seder Barech, Hallel, v'Nirtza.
When I was a kid we never ever made it to this part, we just
ate our food and we went on our way. But the problem with that is this is really
the most pivotal part of the whole Seder. It's about strengthening our faith not
just in what happened in the past but in God's ability to redeem us in the future.
So we start out with Barech. That's Birkat Hamazon and we pour a third cup of wine or
grape juice, we make Birkat Hamazon and then we bless over the wine
after Birkat Hamazon. That's the third cup. We drink it while leaning to the
left. After we drink that we pour a fourth cup. So at this point we've reached the part
where we invite in Eliyahu HaNavi and we are basically strengthening our faith in
the fact that Eliyahu HaNavi and the Moshiach can come any second. So we open
the door, we prepare some wine for Eliyahu HaNavi in the hope that if he's here we will
all run out and welcome him. Let's try to open the door let's see maybe someone will pop out.
Whoa, welcome Eliyahu.
Happy Pesach!
Eliyahu HaNavi...
The fourth cup is a cup of wine
that's poured and drunk over the recitation of the Hallel. The Hallel is
our blessings all about the future. We can praise God, that God should bless us
bless Beit Yisroel, bless Beit Aharon. It's all about God's ability to redeem
us from what's going to happen to us in the future and the idea is that we are
living in an un-redeemed world. Things aren't perfect, people are hungry, people
are suffering and we know that God is going to help us and redeem us.
We bless Hallel on the wine then we drink the wine leaning to left again.
After that we get to Nirtza and Nirtza where we sing our favorite family songs.
We used to sing these, too, at my house when we were a kid: Chad Gadya, Echad Mi Yodea
and a deeper understanding of these connecting them to the future redemption
can be provided in one of the commentaries of the GRA, the Gaon of Vilna
where he says the whole story of Chad Gadya is a history of the nation of
Israel. He connects the cat to Jacob's son, the dog to Egypt, the ox to Rome. You can
hit on a link below where it will refer to this article and you can see it there. And so
we're basically talking about how all the history is all about how one nation
conquers another, until God, in the end, will conquer everyone. The same thing
with Echad Mi Yodea. How are we going to get to these wonderful future days?
Through all 13 of the things mentioned there — through believing in the three
patriarchs, the four matriarchs, the five books of Moses. Through doing that we
will get to that ideal state. At this point we've reached the conclusion of
our Seder and we all proclaim together "L'shana Haba B'Yerushalaim." May we
all merit to the rebuilding of the Temple, the coming of Moshiach, and hear
the good tidings of Eliyahu HaNavi.
"Eliyahu, Eliyahu, Eliyahu haGiladi!"

I still will not give you my word... - Duration: 20:42.= Francesca Findabair =
= checked one more time that the entire courtyard was thoroughly isolated from the rest of the palace by a protective field =
= which hid it from view and muffled its sounds =
= She lit three black candles planted in candlesticks equipped with parabolic mirrors =
= The candlesticks stood at points marked out by a circular mosaic pavement depicting the eight signs of Vicca =
= the elven zodiac, on the symbols indicating Belleteyn, Lammas and Yule =
= Inside the zodiac circle, the mosaic formed another, smaller circle, dotted with magic symbols and enclosing a pentagram =
= Francesca placed small, iron tripods on three symbols of the smaller circle, and then on each of them she carefully mounted three crystals =
= The cut of the crystals' bases corresponded to the form of the tripods' tops =
= which meant their placement could be nothing other than precise =
= but even so Francesca checked everything several times =
= She didn't want to leave anything to chance =
= A fountain was trickling nearby, the water gushing from a marble jug held by a marble naiad =
= It fell into the pool in four streams and made the water lilies, between which goldfish darted, quiver =
= Francesca opened a jewellery case, removed a small, waxy jade figurine from it =
= and placed it precisely at the centre of the pentagram =
= She withdrew, glanced once again at the grimoire lying on a table =
= took a deep breath, raised her hands and chanted a spell =
= The candles burst into bright flame, the crystals' facets lit up and sparkled with streaks of light =
= Those streaks of light shot towards the figurine, which immediately changed colour =
= from green to gold, and a moment later became transparent =
= The air shimmered with magical energy, which struck against the protective field =
= Sparks flew from one of the candles, shadows played on the floor =
= the mosaic came alive and the shapes in it transformed =
= Francesca did not lower her hands or interrupt the incantation =
= The statuette grew at lightning speed, pulsating and throbbing, its structure and shape changing like a cloud of smoke crawling across the floor =
= The light shining from the crystals pierced the air; movement and congealing matter appeared in the streams of light =
= A moment later a human body suddenly manifested in the centre of the magical circles =
= It was the figure of a black-haired woman, lying inertly on the floor =
= he candles bloomed with ribbons of smoke and the crystals went out =
= Francesca lowered her arms, relaxed her fingers and wiped the sweat from her forehead =
= The black-haired woman on the floor curled up in a ball and began to scream =
What is your name?
= Francesca asked in a breathy voice =
= The woman convulsed and howled, both hands clutching her belly =
What is your name?
Ye . . .
Yennef . . .
Yennefeerrr!!!
Aaaaaagh . . .
= The elf sighed with relief =
= The woman continued to squirm and howl, banging her fists against the floor and retching =
= Francesca waited patiently =
= And calmly =
= The woman – a moment earlier a jade figurine – was suffering, that was obvious =
= And normal =
= But her mind was undamaged =
Well, Yennefer
= she said after a long pause, interrupting the groans =
That ought to do, oughtn't it?
= Yennefer raised herself onto her hands and knees with obvious effort, wiped her nose with her wrist and looked around vacantly =
= Her gaze flitted over Francesca, as though the she-elf wasn't even in the courtyard =
= then came to rest – and brightened – at the sight of the fountain gushing water =
= Having crawled up to it with immense difficulty =
= Yennefer hauled herself over the lip and flopped into the pool with a splash =
= She choked, began to splutter, cough and spit =
= until finally, parting the water lilies, she waded to the marble naiad =
= and sat down, leaning back against the pedestal of the statue =
= The water came up to her breasts =
Francesca . . .
= she mumbled, touching the obsidian star hanging from her neck and looking at the she-elf with a slightly clearer gaze =
It's you . . .
It's me
What do you recall?
You packed me up . . .
Hell's teeth, you packed me up, didn't you!
I packed you up and then unpacked you
What do you recall?
Garstang . . .
Elves
Ciri
You
And the fifty tons suddenly landing on my head . . .
Now I know what it was
Artefact compression . . .
Your memory's working
Good
= Yennefer lowered her head and looked between her thighs, over which goldfish were darting =
The water in the pool will need changing, Enid
= she mumbled =
I just peed in it
No matter
= Francesca smiled =
But just see if there's any blood in the water
Compression has been known to damage the kidneys
Only the kidneys?
= Yennefer said, taking a cautious breath =
I don't think there's a single undamaged organ in my body . . .
At least that's how I feel
Hell's teeth, Enid, I really don't know what I did to deserve this . . .
Get out of the pool
No
I like it here
I know
It's called dehydration
Degradation
Depredation!
Why did you do it to me?
Get out, Yennefer
= The sorceress stood up with difficulty, holding onto the marble naiad with both hands =
= She shook off the water lilies, with a sharp tug tore away her dripping dress and stood naked before the fountain, under the gushing streams =
= After rinsing herself down and drinking deeply, she stepped out of the pool, sat down on the edge, wrung out her hair and looked around =
Where am I?
In Dol Blathanna
= Yennefer wiped her nose =
Do the hostilities on Thanedd continue?
No
= They ended =
= a month and a half ago =
I must have wronged you greatly
= Yennefer said a moment later =
I must really have got under your skin, Enid
But you can consider us even
You've exacted a full revenge, if a little too sadistic
Couldn't you have just cut my throat?
Don't talk nonsense
= the elf said, making a face =
I packed you up and got you out of Garstang to save your life
We'll come back to that, but a little later
Here, have this towel
And this sheet
You'll get a new dress after you've bathed – in a suitable place, in a tub full of warm water
You've done enough damage to my goldfish
= Ida Emean and Francesca were drinking wine =
= Yennefer was drinking sugar water and carrot juice =
= In huge quantities =
To sum up
= she said, after hearing Francesca's account =
Nilfgaard has defeated Lyria
in an alliance with Kaedwen has dismantled Aedirn, burnt down Vengerberg
subjugated Verden, and is crushing Brugge and Sodden at this very moment
Vilgefortz has disappeared without a trace
Tissaia de Vries has committed suicide, and you've become queen of the Valley of Flowers
Imperator Emhyr has rewarded you with a crown and sceptre in exchange for my Ciri, whom he was hunting for so long, and whom he now has in his power and is using as he sees fit
You packed me up and have kept me in a box as a jade statuette for a month and a half
And no doubt expect me to thank you for it
It would be polite
= Francesca Findabair replied coldly =
On Thanedd there was a certain Rience
who had made it a point of honour to submit you to a slow and cruel death
and Vilgefortz offered to expedite it
Rience pursued you all over Garstang
But he didn't find you, because you were already a jade figurine safe in my cleavage
And I was that figurine for forty-seven days
Yes
While I, if asked, could always reply that Yennefer of Vengerberg was not in Dol Blathanna
Because the question referred to Yennefer, not a statuette
What changed to induce you finally to unpack me?
A great deal changed
I shall explain forthwith
First explain something else to me:
the Witcher was also on Thanedd
Geralt
Remember, I introduced him to you in Aretuza
How is he?
Please remain calm
He's alive
I am calm
Tell me, Enid
In the space of an hour
= Francesca said =
your Witcher did more than some manage in their entire lives
Put succinctly:
he broke Dijkstra's leg
beheaded Artaud Terranova and slew ten Scoia'tael
Oh
I almost forgot:
he also aroused Keira Metz's unhealthy passions
Dreadful
= Yennefer said with a grimace =
But Keira will have got over it by now, I imagine
I hope she doesn't hold a grudge against him
The fact that he didn't fuck her after inflaming her desire certainly resulted from lack of time, not lack of respect
Please put her mind at ease for me
You'll have the chance to do that yourself
= the Daisy of the Valleys said coldly =
And quite soon
Let's go back, though, to the issues about which you are lamely feigning indifference
Your Witcher
was so fervid in his defence of Ciri
that he acted very rashly
He attacked Vilgefortz
And Vilgefortz gave him a sound thrashing
The fact that he didn't kill him certainly resulted from lack of time, not lack of effort
Well?
Are you still going to pretend you don't care?
No
= Yennefer said, her grimace no longer expressing scorn =
No, Enid
I do care
Some people will soon learn how much
You can take my word for it
= Francesca was no more concerned by Yennefer's threat than she had been by her mockery =
Triss Merigold teleported what was left of the Witcher to Brokilon
= she stated =
As far as I know, the dryads are still healing him
He is said to be recovering now, but it would be better if he didn't venture out of the forest
He's being tracked by Dijkstra's spies and the military intelligence services of all the kings
So are you, for that matter
What did I do to deserve such attention?
I didn't break anything of Dijkstra's . . .
Oh, keep quiet and let me guess
I vanished without a trace from Thanedd
No one suspects I ended up in your pocket, shrunken down and packed up
Everybody is convinced I escaped to Nilfgaard with my fellow conspirators
Everybody apart from the real conspirators, naturally, but they won't be correcting that error
For a war is raging, and disinformation is a weapon whose blade must always be kept sharp
And now, forty-seven days later, comes your moment to use that weapon
My house in Vengerberg is burnt to the ground, and I'm being hunted
There's nothing left to do but join a Scoia'tael commando
Or join the fight for the elves' freedom in some other way
= Yennefer sipped her carrot juice, and stared into the eyes of Ida Emean aep Sivney, who still remained peaceful and silent =
Well, Mistress Ida
free lady of the Aen Seidhe from the Blue Mountains, have I correctly guessed what's in store for me?
Why are you so tight-lipped?
Because I, Mistress Yennefer
= the red-headed she-elf answered =
say nothing when I have nothing sensible to say
It's always better than to make unfounded speculations and disguise one's anxiety with idle talk
Enid, get to the point
Tell Mistress Yennefer what this is all about
You have my undivided attention
= Yennefer said, touching the obsidian star hanging from its velvet ribbon =
Speak, Francesca
= The Daisy of the Valleys rested her chin on her interlocked hands =
Today
= she announced =
is the second night of the full moon
In a short while, we shall be teleporting to Montecalvo Castle, the seat of Philippa Eilhart
We shall be taking part in a session of an organisation that ought to interest you
After all, you were always of the opinion that magic represents the utmost value
superior to all disputes, conflicts, political choices, personal interests, grudges, sentiments and animosities
It will no doubt gladden you to hear that not long ago the foundations of an institution were laid down
Something like a secret lodge
brought into being exclusively to defend the interests of magic
meant to ensure that magic occupies the place it deserves in the hierarchy of the world
Exercising my privilege to recommend new members to this lodge
I took the liberty of proposing two candidates:
Ida Emean aep Sivney and you
What an unexpected honour
= Yennefer sneered =
From magical oblivion straight to a secret, elite and omnipotent lodge, which stands above personal grudges and resentments
But am I suitable?
Will I find sufficient strength of character to rid myself of my grudges against the people who took Ciri from me
cruelly beat a man who is dear to me, and packed—
I am certain
= the she-elf interrupted =
that you will find sufficient strength of character, Yennefer
I know you and know you are not lacking in strength of that kind
Neither are you lacking in ambition
which ought to dispel your doubts about the honour and the advancement which has come your way
If you want, though, I'll tell you frankly:
I'm recommending you to the lodge, because I consider you a person who deserves it and who may render the cause a significant service
Thank you
= Yennefer responded, the scornful smirk in no hurry to disappear from her lips =
Thank you, Enid
I truly feel the ambition, hubris and self-adoration filling me up
I'm ready to explode at any moment
And that's before I even begin wondering why you aren't recommending one more elf from Dol Blathanna or a she-elf from the Blue Mountains instead of me
You will find out why in Montecalvo
= Francesca replied coldly =
I'd rather find out now
Tell her
= Ida Emean muttered =
It's because of Ciri
= Francesca said after a moment's thought, raising her inscrutable eyes towards Yennefer =
The lodge is interested in her, and no one knows the girl as well as you
You'll learn the rest when we get there
Agreed
= Yennefer said, vigorously scratching a shoulder blade =
= Her skin, dried out by the compression, was still itching intolerably =
Now tell me the names of the other members
Apart from you and Philippa
Margarita Laux-Antille, Triss Merigold and Keira Metz
Sheala de Tancarville of Kovir
Sabrina Glevissig
And two sorceresses from Nilfgaard
An international women's republic?
Let's say
They must still think I'm an accomplice of Vilgefortz
Will they accept me?
They accepted me
The rest I leave to you
You will be asked to give an account of your relationship with Ciri
From the very beginning, which – thanks to your witcher – was fifteen years ago in Cintra
and right up until the events of a month and a half ago
Frankness and honesty will be absolutely paramount
And will confirm your loyalty to the lodge
Who said there's anything to confirm?
Isn't it too early to talk of loyalty?
I'm not even familiar with the statute or programme of this new institution . . .
Yennefer
= the she-elf interjected, frowning slightly =
I'm recommending you to the lodge
But I have no intention of forcing you to do anything
Particularly not to be loyal
You have a choice
I think I know what it is
And you would be right
But it is still a free choice
Speaking for myself, I still heartily encourage you to choose the lodge
Trust me
by doing so you'll be helping Ciri much more effectively than by plunging headlong into a whirl of events
which, I'm guessing, you would love to do
Ciri's life is in danger
Only our combined efforts can save her
When you have heard what is said in Montecalvo, you'll realise I was speaking the truth . . .
Yennefer, I don't like the gleam in your eyes
Give me your word you will not try to escape
No
= Yennefer shook her head, covering the star on the velvet ribbon with her hand =
No, I will not, Francesca
I must warn you, my dear
All Montecalvo's stationary portals have a distorting blockade
Anyone who tries to enter or leave without Philippa's permission will end up in a dungeon lined with dimeritium
You'll be unable to open your own teleportal without the appropriate components
I don't want to confiscate your star, because you have to be in full possession of your faculties
But if you try any tricks . . .
Yennefer
I cannot allow—
The lodge won't allow you to launch an insane, one-woman attempt to rescue Ciri and seek vengeance
I still have your matrix
and the spell's algorithm
I'll shrink you and pack you into a jade statuette again
For several months this time
Or years, if necessary
Thank you for the warning
but I STILL WILL NOT GIVE YOU MY WORD

you on a massive street food tour today
we're hunting down Mumbai's best street
food in some local neighborhoods to bring you some mouth-watering Indian
street food, this is the fifth video in our India series and we're exploring
some of the city's most dynamic spots to bring you the best of Mumbai street food
make sure you watch right to the end of this video because we're going to be
devouring some delicious food you don't want to miss
I'm Thomas and I'm Sheena
and we're chasing a Plate, we hope you're hungry, let's eat!
our first snack is going to be from this stall behind me and we're going to be eating pudla
so they've got the hot-plates going and they're making the pudla or the chickpea pancake as we speak
let's go and grab one
this is the pudla, how good does this thing look? So pudla is a savory
pancake it's made from chickpea flour we've ordered the tomato and cheese
version so it was awesome watching the chef make it, what he did was he grabbed
cupfuls of the chickpea flour batter poured it onto the hot plate and then he
just loaded the pancake up with different ingredients so the tomato, a
ton of coriander, a lot of salt, he splashed lots of ghee so clarified butter onto it
and then once it was done grated tonnes of cheese on top of it and added more coriander and then
we have this spectacular looking thing so it's also served with a slice of
white bread I suppose just to bulk out the meal and then we've got some finely
chopped red onion and then three types of chutneys, so I think this one might be a
mango chutney let's have a quick taste and see
mmmm mango chutney it's really sweet
this green one here is a coriander and mint one I think and then we've got a really red
spicy chilli chutney let's just get into this thing, I'm gonna just rip it open
whoa it's nice and hot and look at that there's so much tomato in there so you can
see the tomato and the coriander, that cheese is starting to melt which is what
like, I'm just gonna swipe it through that mango chutney and get a little bit of
that green chutney as well
mmmmm whoa
that's just the perfect start to our massive street food tour
that is very, very tasty
the tomato is really juicy, the coriander flavour is quite strong
the actual pancake you can't really taste the chickpea flavour, it's not overwhelming
it's just a really nice texture, a little bit doughy
and then you've got that finely grated cheese on there which
is just sort of melting because it's so finely grated it just melts in your mouth
it's super creamy
doesn't have a very strong flavor though alright let's just go again, got a nice
piece there I'm gonna grab a bit of that red onion and let's swipe it through
that bright red chutney there and some of that green chutney as well okay
mmmm the green and the red chutney have a bit of chilli heat, so you get a burst of chilli
from that mouthful and then that mango chutney that's so good it just adds this nice
mellow sweetness, this is such a delicious first stop
all right so from this stall behind me we've ordered a couple of keema samosas so
keema is minced meat and in this case it'll be mutton or mutton in India is
actually goat so it's served with this green chutney on the side it looks nice
and crispy I'm just going to dip it in that chutney and go for a big bite
mmmmmm, the outer
is really crispy and it's quite thin and light and inside, you can see here
it's like a minced meat mixture together
with spring onions and white onions it's so beautifully spiced there's a
little bit of the chilli in there it's just got so much flavour
I gotta go again
ohhh that is an absolute winner it's just perfectly balanced, you've got that savory
salty, spicy minced mixture and then that really crisp outer shell
this next restaurant we're going to has the biggest hot plate I have ever seen it's just a huge
hot plate but we're gonna get a Karachi style chicken roll here
got my golden Karachi style chicken roll here so you can see it looks all
crispy on the outside and we've got some red onion some cabbage and a little
little tiny bit of lime so I'm gonna squeeze that lime all over it just to
give it some acidity, let's grab a middle piece out of there ohhhh look at the filling
chunky bits of chicken in there and beautiful red color, let's go
mmmmm, wow, mmmm
that is incredible it's really crispy on the outside and
then it's really soft in the inside and quite oily, the chicken cubes are
really tender and it's got a bunch of onions in there but it also has a great
spice like a chilli spice wow that is a good flavor
I'm gonna grab a bunch of
these red onions and lay them on another piece cause I want to have that fresh
crunch
wow, wow
it's so good I think it had some tomato in it
it's got a real sort of sweet acidic, a real tanginess to it and then the fresh onion
really adds to that and the cooked onions inside add to it again but
texturally it's amazing it's crunchy on the outside, oily and soft on the
inside and then you have the fresh crunch that zing from the lime going on
top is a very bold flavor, it's a lot of strong flavors coming together
perfectly - like nothing's taking over that is an incredible roll
when the sun goes down all the kebab stalls open up and then the smell of smoky meat fills the
air, let's go and grab some kebabs
we've got our meat feast in front of us and they're literally cooking this right
out on the street so the grills are going, there's smoke everywhere, there's heat
from those charcoals and then there's that smoky delicious smell of cooking
meat, so this is what we've ordered, let me talk you through, so we've got the
boti kebab so it's beef, in India beef on menus means water buffalo so it's
pretty much just water buffalo that's been marinated in lots of spices and
then basted with ghee to finish it off and then cooked over the charcoals, this
is the chicken malai tikka so they've threaded all of the chicken bits onto
the skewer, they've marinated it all before in
spices and lemon and cream and then cooked that over charcoals we've got
some naan to go with it, some red onions, mint and lime to squeeze all over the meat
and then this here is the mutton baida roti so it's also known as murtabak
in places like Malaysia and Singapore so it's like a roti outer and then inside
is a mixture of egg and onions and coriander and minced mutton and these
guys were just ladling so many spoonfuls of oil or ghee I'm not sure what it was
onto that tawa or huge hot plate to cook that baby up
I want to dive into this chicken malai tikka so we've got some naan and also these onions and the
little lemon so let's grab a little thing of lemon squirt some onto those huge chunks
of chicken, just grab a nice big juicy piece
Wow oh wow it's really spicy with chilli and has a
real creaminess to it, the chicken is super tender
really soft but it's just covered in spices need more naan, let's grab more
naan off but I want some of these red onions with this one so we've got the
naan, let's grab some of that chicken
and then I'm gonna load it up with some red onions, just to give it a real crunch
all right
Oh
ohhh yea
the onions just totally lift it, they give it more texture so that crunch from
the onions and a little bit of freshness but the chicken has so much flavor in it
and I love the charred bits so you can see where it's been on those charcoals
it's just absolutely charred on the edges I'm just going to actually eat a
nice big juicy piece of chicken without anything
oh the marinade that it's in, is so good it's covered in spice and then chilli as well
so it's got chilli, it's got spice it's creamy that is so tender and so
beautiful, I want to grab a piece of the mutton baida roti
so it's super gooey looking inside and this outside looks crispy but it doesn't feel
crispy because the amount of oil was ridiculous that was on the tawa or the
hot plate, but let's see if it's crunchy or not
not crunchy at all but damn it's tasty the egg flavor's really strong so that
that meat mixture the mutton inside, it's filled with meat, there's actually big
chunks of fresh tomato in there which have hardly cooked down I mean it's
obviously been on the hot plate but the tomato is still really crunchy and fresh
and there is a tonne of coriander which adds a beautiful sort of
bitterness to it, it is bursting with oil bursting with it but it's actually really, really tasty
time to eat this boti kebab so the boti kebab is the water buffalo what I'm gonna do is just
grab some red onion and squeeze some lime over it to give it a bit of zing
and then just eat the meat just like that
mmm the meat is super tender, it's got a really strong flavor of cumin and also a
little bit of a chilli hit, it's also a little bit squishy like the marinade has
almost turned creamy on the outside, the meat is super tender and then the onions
are really crisp and crunchy adding that lemon was really, really good
time for the mutton baida roti, so in India mutton is actually goat
that roti has really soaked up all of that oil, so it's quite oily, the mixture
inside is really creamy so the eggs are really creamy but the meat still has a
bit of bite and then the onions and coriander are really sweet, really add a beautiful
zing to all of the flavors in there this is super tasty
we're at out next stop to eat what some call Mumbai's best ice cream let's go
and grab a couple of scoops
we're at Taj Ice-creams and they have been
in business since 1887 so we've got two fruit ice creams here we've got
strawberry and then the Alphonso mango and we've just been told that it's the
start of the mango season so now's the time to eat it
I've got to get in and try this, it's got huge chunks of mango in there and
all these ice creams are still hand churned every morning
that is amazing, it's not overly sweet you can really taste the flavor of the
fruit, it's a little bit icy and very very creamy I'm gonna try the
strawberry one which is rapidly melting ohhhh okay
that is insane, it's so good really really strong strawberry flavor, a
little bit sweet and very creamy, these are the perfect snack
I've got the mango
Wow, wow it is completely real, there's no fakeness at all to that so
despite the cup making it look like a very modern little restaurant it's not
at all, actually out the back looks proper old-school, old hand churned ice cream
that is an awesome little sweet treat

How To Adopt And Drop A Habit - Duration: 3:27.Adopting the habit and dropping one can be a challenging task but in this video
I'm gonna go over ways that you can do so pretty easily coming right up
Hey guys
Nanonium here welcome back to the channel if you want to be proficient productive and proud with what you do
Then make sure you hit that subscribe button as well as a notification bell, so you don't miss anything
Alright, so habits. They are things that we do some of them we do consciously others we do
subconsciously, we're not really aware of it, so I want to go over basically two things that you need to keep in mind
when thinking about a habit come right now alright, so
you need to think about the habit. That's the first thing you need to think about everything about that habit is it good.
What can I do to change it? So one habit let's just say is
for example when you are stressed out you go to the refrigerator and you eat, and you feel good after that.
So okay
there's a trigger action and
reward. The trigger is stress the action is going to the fridge eating and the reward is feeling good
Well is there another
way to
get the same
feel-good reward? Maybe instead of eating from the fridge
maybe you don't drink a lot of water, and maybe you drink water not overdosing on water of course, but maybe you're stressed
Instead of eating from the fridge your action is you drink some water, and you feel good after that.
So you're getting the same value from the habit
but you're changing it. That's for a bad habit and
you're changing it into a good habit
That's one way to turn a bad thing into a good thing so you need to think about
trigger
action reward you can change the action and get the same reward.
Trigger you can't usually change like stress. It comes you can't really do much about it but action there's different ways you can
handle that trigger and so you need to think about it and
think how you can change that but the other thing you need to think about is
you need to take an active approach to change it you need to be conscious about your habit.
There are some things that we just naturally do like for example
maybe you are that person that just goes to the fridge you're not really
thinking it through. You're just kind of doing it
It's natural for you, but if you actually start thinking about it and taking an active approach to thinking okay, I'm stressed
I'm going to the fridge let's actually get that water bottle
I have and drink of that and actually take that active approach instead of that passive approach of "oh things will change"
and with that you can honestly adopt and drop a habit. You could drop a bad one adopt a good one and
so you are able to
effectively
make a positive impact on your life, but before I go make sure you comment down below:
What habit are you trying to adopt and what are you thinking of replacing it with?Later!

Andrew Pain: 5 time management principles to make you smart & happy - Duration: 4:44.Time is infinite; it never runs out, it never speeds up, it never slows down,
you never have more time on one day and less time on another day. And so, if you
ever hear a time management guru, promise to make extra time for you on a day
that you didn't have before, they're talking nonsense! You can't make more time.
What you can do, is you can improve your habits, your systems, and your behaviours,
so that you invest your energies wisely, in the truly important things and at the
expense of the trivial things, so that you can live productively, proactively,
and with less stress in your life. So if that sounds of interest to you, I
encourage you to watch this video, where I'm going to reveal the five key
principles of time management, that I work through with both groups and
individuals when I'm delivering time management coaching. The first, is the
principle of the 'decisive mind' and how to develop a decisive mind. And that
involves, identifying all the different areas in your life where you have a
tendency to procrastinate, and delay on the things that you really should take
action on. Whether it's the little things, maybe you have a habit where you're in a
restaurant and you always struggle to choose something because everything looks so
great? Or whether you have a tendency to delay on the difficult conversations you
know you may need to have with your partner or your volatile boss? Or the D.I.Y.
projects? Or the things that you've started, you can just never quite seem
to complete them? But all of your different procrastination sagas, come
together to form a web of procrastination, which prevents you from being more
decisive by habit. And so if you can analyse each procrastination saga,
and understand what's going on for you in each unique situation, and then address each
procrastination saga. As you overcome each one, so the web weakens and so you
become more decisive by habit. The second key principle of great time management,
is the principle of 'boundaries', and for those of you who have watched my
boundaries video, you'll know there are three distinct types of boundaries that
play out in our lives, and it's vital that we understand how to communicate
them and how to adhere to them. People with strong boundaries know when to
say "yes" and know when to say "no", so they avoid taking on too much and they avoid
being drawn into things that they'd really rather not be drawn into. The
third key principle of great time management, is the principle of
'prioritising': essentially, putting your tasks in an orderly queue, but
ensuring that the important tasks are at the front of that queue and the trivial
tasks are at the back of the queue, and that you don't get confused between what
feels urgent, but is perhaps less trivial and what is truly important but is
perhaps less urgent. And it's about understanding the difference between
high and low impact action. You see, to complete a task, there probably are a
number of action points that we need to take. Some will deliver a high impact to
getting that task completed, and some will deliver a low impact.
But we often get drawn into doing the low impact actions first, because they feel
easier to do, but they contribute less to achieving the overall task. The
fourth key principle of great time management, is 'time planning', essentially,
how to create a system that works for you, with tools and tricks within it that
help keep you on track with your time. And of course, when it comes to
prioritizing, needs change on a daily basis, so you're constantly needing to
re-analyse that queue that you have in place.
And if you have a good system, you'll be much better equipped to do this. Some
people prefer an online system, some people still prefer a manual system, a
large, hardback diary: whichever is fine, as long as you have
a system in place. The fifth key principle of great time management, is
the principle of 'effective delegation'. How do you give a task to somebody else,
and ensure that they complete the task to the standard that you need that task
to be completed to, and within the time scale you need? But also ensure, that
person's skills are developed and that your relationship with them is developed?
Effective delegation is particularly important for leaders, managers, parents.

Sneak Peek: Estelita, Tommie and Erica Take A Singing Lesson, So Who Has The Best Voice? - Duration: 3:26.Sneak Peek: Estelita, Tommie and Erica Take A Singing Lesson, So Who Has The Best Voice?
In this week's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta sneak peek, Estelita, Tommie and Erica join forces to become the ultimate girl group.
JKJK, but they do take vocal lesson, and for some of them, the Do Re Mi is a struggle.
("Me? I'm just gonna pray for Estelita.
You could be the wildest hummer… You can't sing though, honey," Tommie observes.).
After they practice, Estelita informs Tommie and Erica that her contract with Stevie is getting her down and he has her wrapped up in a not-so-good negotiation.
According to their contract, Estelita is signed for five years, "but he hasn't done anything for [her.]" She also has to give him a whopping 30% of everything she earns.
But wait, there's more.
Estelita claims that Stevie warned her, "If you try to get out of this contract, I will hunt you, b—h.
Your music will never be out there." Sounds comical but we can all agree with Tommie that it isn't funny.
Luckily for Estelita she has a friend in Erica who is willing to try to get her out of this mess.
Don't miss an all new Love & Hip Hop Atlanta next Monday at 8/7c!.
