No, it's not going to be that. Yay! I have 50 new followers on Instagram. And not

going to be that eithe. So what is really important in life? Let's find out!

Here's 5 secrets to living a life without regret

We often forget that we only have one life. While getting caught up in the

problems of the everyday we commonly fail to remember what really matters.

Based on psychological research and the experiences of a nurse who spent years

working with patients in the last weeks of their lives, here are 5 secrets for a

regret free life. Secret number one: don't be afraid to express your feelings.

It may appear simple to complete the sentence I feel in full honesty but it

is actually much harder than it seems. Nonetheless it is worth the effort!

Expressing your feelings can have an incredibly positive impact on your life.

In addition by even considering how to put your feelings into words you can get

more clarity on how you are feeling yourself. Secret number two: make people

the number one priority in your life. It is our friends and family who help us

get through the tough times and who give meaning to our life. Spending quality

time with those who are most important to us

and working towards making their lives better is what gives us direction

towards living with purpose. Secret number three: don't make your life about

work. Chasing money will never bring you true happiness. Your life should be

focused on what's meaningful to you. We all have 24 hours every day and only you

can decide how your time is spent. Secret number 4: allow yourself to be happy.

When you look back at your life now what are the moments that you charge the most?

Happiness is in fact much easier to achieve than you might have thought.

Simply allow yourself to enjoy the small things... a good conversation with a friend,

taking a weekend trip or enjoying a good meal will get you one step closer to

living a life full of joy. And secret number five: live a life true to yourself

not the life others expect of you. It is in our human nature to crave social

approval and to follow the rules laid out by society. But do you think Steve

Jobs was worried about what the others thought of him when he was founding

Apple? Following the guidelines others lay out for you and staying inside your

comfort zone will never give you the life you were destined to lead. It is up

Retro Bollywood Glam | Glamrs Makeup with Pallavi Symons - Duration: 5:03.

Today it's going to be all fun, all shimmer, all glitter and lot of gloss!

Hi, I'm Pallavi Symons, your makeup expert at Glamrs.com

We are going back to the 80s with this retro Bollywood look

and I'm going to show you the most beautiful easy way

to achieve that look.

I'm gonna start concealing her face

I'm using a MAC Studio Finish concealer just to correct

the blemishes and discoloration around her nose chin and eyes

To proceed I'm using a beautiful invisible matte foundation

by Lakme. This look is all about glitter, frost, shimmer anything

that was shining was on your face. Powder the entire face

and neck.

Using a matte bronzer from MAC I'm going to create really sharp lines

What this will do is immediately and naturally lift her

cheekbone giving her face a more angular look

With what's remaining on the brush dust downwards and under the jaw.

So I'm gonna pack on a beautiful gold eyeshadow

all over her lid with a flat brush I'm gonna use a beautiful

gold color from Inglot Freedom palette almost stretching

it into her skin. When you pack on a color make sure you

use the paddle of the brush. Using a rounded

brush blend but blend only the corner so you don't lose

the intensity of the color on the lid.

Highlighters were a huge rage in the 80s so I'm going to

use a lovely light colored highlighter just

where her eyebrow rises into an arch,

blend it downwards softly.

To finish off with the color on the eyes use the

bronzer just in the crease so there's a marked difference

between the eye shadow and the highlight.

I'm going to use a beautiful leaf green Kohl from Lakme

and smudge it under her eyes lifting slightly upwards

and winging it out, blend.

I'm going to use Lancome's Art Liner, it's every makeup artist's favorite,

it's a jet black. When you do a liner

make sure that you work very close to the lash line

Brush with eyebrow brush, upwards and outwards

and fill in with a matte brown color.

Add a bit of the goal to the inner corner of the eye to give

it a little bit of pop blend it and

finish off this beautiful look with a nice big application of Kohl.

Once you're done with the eyes lightly dust off the excess

To complete the fully disco look, just going to add

the tiniest touch of glitter bang on the eyeball

Lots of mascara, clumpier the better!

I'm going to use a nice hot pink, blend it in with the

contouring starting at the apple of the cheek and

working towards the hairline.

Now that the mascara has dried I'm going to do the

lower lashes and no girl worth her Bollywood salt will give up on a good

amount of shimmer on the cheeks so there's a

beautiful bronze brick by Lakme

and now it's time for those nice deep garnet lips!

Lining her lips with Colorbar's Moody Maroon

work the color in so it doesn't bleed when you apply a lipstick.

Using a Lakme 9 to 5 Crimson Affair lipstick I'm going to

fill in the lip color and blend it with the lip liner.

Just going to add a dab of clear gloss from Revlon.

So there you have it the fully desi boho chic look retro Bollywood

glamour in all its splendor!
