prime connected to your four-night account that gladder as well that's

normal it's been there but the new pickaxe that is something new come in

and I'll show you guys how to get it right now

and let's say your touch mine ran out you can still get this as a matter of

fact you'll still get it the next time you hop up for in a matter of fact you

Have you ever felt like leaving everything behind and just going for a nice walk alone

or shifting to an entirely new place with the hope that things will get better?

If these thoughts have crossed your mind, it is quite possible that your soul is trying

to communicate to you.

As crazy as it sounds, it happens to be true.

Quite often we engage in things that may not bring us happiness but just fill the emptiness

of our lives.

You might think that just living is enough when in reality, it is far from the truth.

No one comes with an ultimate purpose or way to live.

We all grow and learn and figure out what is the best way to utilize the life that has

been given to us and if you think you are not happy with it, then it is your soul trying

to tell that you need a break.

Here is a list of things that are often marked as the reason for the slow death of your soul.

#12 Not learning from your mistakes We are humans and we are bound to make mistakes.

Even our ancestors learned how to survive because of their mistakes.

But the thing where most people go wrong is when they do not learn from their mistakes.

Your soul starts to deteriorate when you start blaming yourself for a mistake that you have

committed.

Instead, what you can do is accept the mistake that you have made and see what can be done

so that it is not repeated again.

Your soul grows with you, mistakes and otherwise.

#11 Making excuses You would think that making an excuse will

help you get out of the situation or maybe make you look less at fault than you are.

Quite often, making excuses is what puts you into more trouble.

Your body and your soul start giving up because they get tired of keeping up with the lies.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to accept your mistakes and not try to find

an easy way out.

Your soul is pure, avoid polluting it with excuses and lies.

#10 Being afraid of the future Future is uncertain and despite being aware

of it we tend to let our mind wander to odd places and think of things that can possibly

go wrong.

While doing this, we forget that we are actually damaging our soul as all the negative thoughts

and tension slowly build up within us, taking over our soul.

Rather than spending your time in thinking what could possibly go wrong in the future,

try to live in the present and enjoy the moment.

Your soul was born free and unafraid, help it remain so.

#9 Holding onto the past You cannot change what has happened in the

past and even though your mind is well aware of it, you still let it dwell in the past.

By doing so, you are prohibiting yourself from moving forward in your life.

Your soul wants a change and if you keep going back to the past, your soul will be confined

to the walls of things that should be allowed to get out of your life.

Your soul knows you and your past, let it move on.

#8 Negative self-talk You are your biggest critic and most of the

times, you happen to be the worse critic for yourself.

By indulging in talks that are negative, your soul starts feeling bad about the life it

is in and the world that it exists in.

This, in turn, stops you from enjoying other things in life.

Rather than spending hours of time in negativity, try switching it with something positive.

Your soul likes positivity, feed that.

#7 Allowing others to abuse your kindness If you are one of those people who love to

help others but in return, you are taken for granted, it is quite possible that without

being aware you are letting the worst of things get to your soul.

Especially when you don�t get the response that you want, your soul is saddened by thinking

that there might be something wrong that you have done and not the fault of others.

Do not let people use you or your kindness.

Know your value and learn to stand for yourself.

Your soul can feel the injustice.

#6 Doing something that does not fulfill your purpose

You would think that earning a lot of money and living in a fancy house is just what you

need in life.

However, all of it might look amazing in movies because, in reality, your soul wants something

completely different from you.

Your soul wants to engage in something that gives you happiness and satisfaction.

Do not try to stick to a routine because it messes the functioning of your soul.

Be adventurous, be spontaneous and be open to trying new things.

Let your soul fulfill its destiny.

#5 Not being true to yourself Most of the time we might do something even

if we are not really happy about it.

This could be due to various reasons such as peer pressure or trying to fit in.

When you decide to do this, you are not being true to yourself.

Find something that you like and you feel fall into the morals and values that you hold

in life.

Don�t let someone else�s terms define your life or you.

Your soul sees through your lies, try not deceiving it.

#4 Saying yes when you mean no It is the biggest sin that you can commit

and your soul has to pay for it.

When you decide to do something that in reality you don�t want to do, you are diminishing

the value that is associated with you and your life.

Keep in mind that if you think this is something that you don�t want to do, then don�t

do it because it is not going to bring any good to your or your life.

Your soul reacts to your responses, try not disappointing it.

#3 Holding onto something that is no longer benefiting you

We all know how hard it is to move on from something or someone that means a lot to you.

However, when that particular thing happens to be more hurtful than beneficial in your

life, it is a sign stating that it is time for you to give up on that thing and move

on.

Don�t hold on to something that does not provide more meaning to your life.

Let go!

Your soul will understand.

#2 Not letting go of toxic people It is hard to say goodbyes and especially

for someone who has been with you for a while.

But when the person happens to bring more negativity in your life, it is time to open

the door for the person to leave.

Don�t invite a person who you think diminishes your value and never let the dictate the terms

in your life.

If you feel someone has to go, do not hesitate and do something about it.

If your soul dislikes your toxicity, why add more from others too?

#1 Not loving yourself This is the deadliest sin of all.

If you do not learn to love yourself, your soul will start giving up on you, without

a doubt.

You may not realize this but in reality, your soul wants the love and attention from you

and if it does not receive it, there is high chance that you will slowly start hating everything

Make sure to love every tiny thing in your life.

It could be the way you walk to how you look.

Learn to accept yourself and that�s the biggest gift you can give your soul.

A vibrant soul is a loving soul; love it, cherish it and it will love you back.

In this video I'm going to look at what you need to know if you plan on dating a Thai

women.

This video is part one of a multi-part series.

Let's get started!

In all honesty, dating a Thai women can be a dangerous affair.

That said, when things work the experience will change your life forever!

One thing I realized as soon as I arrived in Bangkok is that Thai women are attractive.

I wanted to spend some time with these amazing seductive creatures and possibly get myself

a Thai girlfriend.

After a few years in Thailand I married my now wife.

I'm as happy now as I was when we got married 12 years ago!

With this said, a warning upfront.

But be careful to not end up in the arms of the wrong girl!

There are 3 types of Thai girl that you need to steer well clear of when dating Thai women.

Number 1.

Thai Bar Girls

I know that this warning will probably fall on deaf ears, but I'd be extremely wary of

dating Thai bar girls.

Most men who visit Thailand would probably not date prostitutes in their own country.

For some reason though this rule gets thrown out of the window by many new visitors to

Thailand.

Over the years I have lost count of the horror stories regarding relationships with bar girls.

They always go the same way.

Boy meets girl.

Boy falls in love with girl.

Girl professes undying love.

Girl eventually takes the boy for all she can, and leaves him heartbroken.

In some cases they'll literally take it all.

Ultimately, prostitutes want money.

They'll do everything that they can to get it.

In a good number of instances Thai girls are taught by family and friends that if they marry a

'rich' foreigner life will be much better.

Most rural villages have at least one couple where the Thai girl has married a foreigner

and she gets a house built for her and her family, a car and plenty of spending money.

A quality of life that would be quite out of the question left to her own devices.

All the other girls in the village see this, and want a piece of the action.

One note.

I'm not just talking about foreigners from the West.

Japanese, Singaporeans, Koreans etc. are all targets as well!

These days they're probably preferred as they have more money and less of a social stigma

than White foreigners.

For a lot of Thai bar girls a relationship with a foreigner is not about love.

It's about survival for her and her family.

In a good number of cases Thai bar girls already have a child, or children.

The reason that they are working at this particular job is to try and pay the bills for her family

to bring up the child, or children.

Low income factory jobs for example just don't pay anywhere near enough to comfortably bring

up children and support a family.

They're also really, really hard work!

Number 2.

The Semi Professional

The semi-pro girls are easy to miss if you don't know what to look for.

They're absolutely not bar girls!

However, the problem is that they have exactly the same intentions as bar girls.

These girls come from all over Thailand, including Bangkok, and generally work in relatively

low-paid jobs.

However, they have the latest iPhone and designer clothing and accessories.

In a good number of cases they're office workers.

You'll find the semi-pros in nightclubs visited by foreigners like; Insanity, Levels, Mixx,

GLOW, Shock39, NARZ and Route 66.

You'll also find hoards of them around Khaosan Road and hanging around the 5 star hotel bars.

Spasso at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok hotel is a famous spot for picking up semi-pro girls.

Their intention is to find a sponsor or a husband.

You may be able to sleep with these girls for 'free'.

In most cases free will end up becoming very expensive over time.

In some cases the semi-pro women will make it clear from the outset that; no money, no

honey.

As I said, you want to be extremely careful of the ones who are 'free'.

Number 3.

Ladyboys

Everyone who visits Thailand knows to be wary of ladyboys.

As time goes on, it's getting harder and harder to spot them due to advances in surgical procedures

and Transgender Hormone Therapy.

Many men have had the shock of their lives when they realize that the cute girl they're

with is not a girl.

These days the only way to spot the best ladyboys are; the hands, the voice and the mannerisms.

My Thai brother-in-law is a plastic surgeon.

It's truly amazing what can be done to completely transform a man into a woman in Thailand.

Vaginoplasty, Buttock Augmentation, Breast Augmentation, Thyroid Cartilage Reduction,

Forehead/Brow Lift, Cheek Augmentation, Chin Augmentation, Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty

and more.

It can all be done in Thailand.

And at a relatively low cost.

Interestingly, there are now procedures to turn a woman into a man offered in Thailand.

Phalloplasty, or the construction of a penis, is a thing!

If you think that I'm exaggerating, check out the following pictures and tell me that

you could spot the ladyboy after a few too many drinks!
