I have all these clients being pulled in from all over the Country

to come and work at Amazon

How are these people buying houses when they are

selling out of state for nothing compared to what

they have to spend here. So how are you making that work?

Well, It has been a frustration

lately with Amazon clients.

We're on their wiki board, their internet,

and we see a lot of Amazon calls come in and

they are not getting pre-qualified for as much house as they want to

get pre-qualified for

Mainly because of they way they get paid

And a lot of lenders don't understand how they get paid.

You know, you get the base salary

you get a signing bonus sometimes

And then you get the RSU's, the restricted stock units.

These are something that not a lot of lenders understand.

However, Guild has just come out with a new program that

does now allow us to use the RSU's

to help those Amazon clients qualify for

a lot more house. It has been an amazing

breakthrough and we've helped a lot

of families already.
