He Just Drops Major 2018 Prediction, You'll Be Surprised

Liberals were dazed when Donald Trump took the White House in 2016.

They will keep on being staggered come 2018.

This previous year the left has done only battle the President.

In spite of their resistance, he's accomplished win after win.

The left's just expectation is to get more liberals into office come 2018.

Be that as it may, will they have the capacity to?

Following a time of victories, that is dicey.

President Trump has followed through on his promises.

He's cut regulation.

He appointed a bigger number of judges than Obama.

He's crippled Obamacare.

Also, now, he got the GOP to pass massive tax reform.

However, the liberal media still trust 2018 will be a Democrat year.

Not if Newt Gingrich has anything to say in regards to it.

The great political surprise of 2018 will be the size of the Republican victory.

After members of the elite media have spent two years savaging President Trump, lying

about Republican legislation, and reassuring themselves that Republican defeat was inevitable,

the size of the GOP victory in 2018 will be an enormous shock…

First, the media lied about the tax bill in an effort to convince most Americans their

taxes would go up.

Then, the media took surveys of people who opposed the GOP bill based on the false information

supplied by the media…

Then, the bill passed, and unsurprisingly, it turned out to be dramatically better for

Americans than the elite media had described…

In fact, the stage is being set for a definitive election.

Do you want higher taxes, bigger bureaucracy, more power in Washington, and a smaller economy

with lower take-home pay and fewer jobs?

If yes, vote Democrat, because that is what they stand for and will continue to vote for

next year.

If you want a bigger economy, more jobs, more take-home pay, less power with Washington

bureaucrats, and lower taxes with more money in your pocket, then vote Republican.

Gingrich notices a rundown of expectations about Trump, from so-called experts, that

was totally false.

Everything critics said in regards to Trump's first year were fiercely off-base.

Presently these same experts foresee a triumph for liberals in 2018.

What do you think will truly happen?

With the success of the tax reform, the Democrats' odds are everything except demolished.

That is the reason they restricted it to such an extent.

At the point when individuals perceive the amount they'll save, for what reason would

they support the Democrats?

President Trump and the GOP just gave them back their very own huge number dollars.

They'd be dolts not to help them one year from now.

Foam Roller for I T Band and Thighs - How to release IT band, TFL & Quads with a Roller - Duration: 3:57.

Hi this is Sonya Lo. I want to show you how to roll out your IT band and your

thighs. We will start on the side of your left hip, come down onto your left elbow

roller in between your hip bone and leg bone. Roll slowly up and down and side

to side. The top of our IT band TFL, that's our outer thigh muscle and

gluteus medius are in this area tightness in this area can affect

our hip or knees. Do it slowly allow your muscles and connective tissues to

make the change. If it's too intense, you can roll around it or stay in one spot

and breathe, try to relax. Then come down onto the side of your leg

you will roll along your IT band, you can have your right foot in front of your left leg

or have your two legs stacked on top of each other which is more intense. IT band

starts at the hip and ends at the side of the knee so you can roll as high as

the hip and as low as the area that's right above the knee. I like my roller to

be medium hard, there are many different kinds of roller, you can try them to

see what feels better to your body. The black rollers are usually the hardest

colored rollers usually are softer. Now turn your torso slightly towards the

floor to roll onto your outer thigh just slightly in front of your IT band. This

is your TFL, tensor fasciae latae, fancy name for your outer thigh. Most of people

pay attention to IT band but forget about TFL, tightness in our outer thigh

can also affect our hip and knees Now we will roll out our right leg, start

from the side of your hip slowly roll up and down and side to side, you may or

may not feel the difference between your two sides. Now roll onto your IT band

again if it's too intense, back off or you can use a towel over the roller to

reduce the intensity. If the pain is overwhelming, you may over stimulate your

muscles and connective tissues and defeat the purpose. Now angle your body

towards the floor and have both arms support you, roll out your TFL. If rolling

out IT band is painful, you may start with TFL instead and this may help

with the tightness of your IT band

Finally we will roll on to our quads face down on both elbows, keep your abs

slightly draw in. If all this rolling is too much for your shoulders or elbows

take breaks

you can bend both knees and swing your lower legs side to side like windshield

wipers. Roller can be used for many different parts of our body like our

inner thighs, hips, calves and upper body make sure you visit my channel and

Chalupas (How to) Vegetarian Friendly/ The Flight Attendant and her 80 year old Mom - Duration: 7:16.

Hi everybody

Hello my gorgeous friends!

Welcome to Lupita Marcys Kitchen

Today is a very special day because I have a very special guest with me.

And that is my mom.

Her name is Lupita

Hello everyone!

We will be making Chalupas today

Which is one of my moms special appetizers

The ingredients youre going to need

are

Water

Instant corn flour/ Maseca

all purpose flour , vegetable oil

Salt

and then of course a tortilla press

For the toppings of the Chalupas

We will need Cacique Mexican Cream

Finely chopped Cabbage or lettuce

Fresh Mexican Cheese

And salsa

You can find how I make the salsa in the link in the description below

We are going to start mixing the ingredients

for the Chalupas

We finished making 10 pieces and each is 2 Tablespoons

Grab one of the pieces and we are gonna start

rolling slowly

Place it in the center of the tortilla press

Squeeze or press down slowly

then you check it

Then we press again

Then just go like this

Cook the Chalupa for 30 seconds and then flip and repeat

for a total of 2 min of cook time

You can use your fingers or use a spoon to pinch the edges

You need to do this shortly after they cook so that it's easier to pinch

Put salsa on chalupa first

Add the finely chopped cabbage

Add the fresh Mexican cheese

Add the Cacique Mexican Table Cream

PERSPECTIVE WILL GUIDE YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION - Duration: 7:34.

As I keep continuing on about this Practical Resilience framework, now we're

on to the loss of the collision pillars, which is perspective and it's also my

favorite one! So, in this diagram, where I have spoken about adversity mindset and

gratitude, the main pillars, and then things start to converge so then we have

discipline and then obsession and we're up to perspective. So that is the

convergence between adversity and gratitude. Because as soon as we think it

is crazy there are so many times where I've got myself out of a rut and I've

used perspective to help me grow from reflecting back on certain situations

and it makes me realize that I actually don't have it that bad compared to a lot

of people in this world. One time in particular was when I had to run for 24

hours around a 400 meter track for a family that just lost their dad so shout

out to the Percival family! For the first event of last year the first big event,

dedicated this 24-hour run to this one family because they just lost their

dad, they lost a family figure, they lost a husband, they lost a source of income

and by giving back gotta run for 24 hours and whatever we can raise with

funds and awareness could go to this family to help them get by. I'm

running I'm running I'm flying I'm doing a lot of it with my blind friend, Damo and

we're just we're flying and then he has to end up having to go home and then I'm

back in. Everything went well to about 17 hours into the run and then BOOM it's

like getting hit with like a truck and it's like I've got like depression lever

again and I'm struggling to get by and it's taking me about two hours and I am

I end up having to walk for a bit because I just my legs are screwed I'm

just too tired I've just been going all day I've surpassed all my mental

glycogen, more than what I expected and even though it was flat compared to

races where we were in trails. I'm still quite knackered and I somehow get out of

this rut. And it's it comes back to this one this

one like moment of realization I go, "Tofe, you've only got seven more hours of

this pretty sure the family that you running for has lost like a family

figure and he's not coming back" so instantly it's like it like snapped me

out of it's like okay it's only for seven more hours I will get through this

and I always use perspective to get me through out of anything so I know for

any 100 miler or like this 214 mile I've got coming up well any race or any sort

of distance I have a training around a big one I always go "I'm pretty sure the

depression anxiety I went through all those years back is gonna make this so

much more easier" and it does! It's like almost a paradigm shift and I've

used it so many times that it seems to make and it's not even just with like

mental health struggles it's like a lot of events so I'm pretty sure the 24-hour

treadmill challenge is going to be hunting this and to make it a little

simpler it's like I'm pretty sure this 10k run is going to be easier than this

5k coming up but yeah this is when you get excited and you go and you can use

it to help you grow for example if you're in business and if you look at

someone like Elon Musk. He's the only guy alive in history that has three

companies that he started simultaneously he started about five or six in total

but he started three simultaneously Tesla, SpaceX, and Solar City and each of

those are worth a billion dollars in valuation so that's at least a billion

dollars in valuation now this was a few years ago now and has dramatically gone up.

If you grab that one billion times right there's three billion dollars so can I

start a company and have 1 million dollars in valuation one three

thousandth. Absolutely. It's the same comes down to Arnold Schwarzenegger. The

guy worked out 6 hours a day when he was training training for Mr. Olympia and if

he can train 6 hours a day surely I can train 1 hour and I look at like the top

ultra runners of the world if they can run hundreds of miles 300 miles at a

time it's like my idol Joe Desena, the guy ran the Vermont 100 miler,

the Badwater 135 - coined the toughest foot race in the world, and the Lake

Placid Ironman. He did this free wasn't 300 miles in one week and it's like hmm

surely I can do 100 K and that helps me deal with a lot by getting me out of

that rut and I've noticed that the poorest people in the world actually the

happiest or the most grateful I've traveled a lot and I've noticed in the

developing third-world countries, I remember was in the slums of Brazil I

came across a gentleman that was missing an arm and leg on but same side of his

body and invited me into his house and offered me food I'm like how is this guy

so poor and has nothing how is he offering me his stuff because he knows

what it feels like to have nothing and I don't think he wants to impede that and

anyone else so he's all about giving because he only cares about is food,

shelter, water, family. There's so many races I've done where you finish the

race and you go I don't care what food I have I just need food to replenish the

body. You don't care what car you have you just need a ride to get you home. And

you don't care about house you have as long there's a bed. And you're going to

pass that as soon as you hit that bed. There was even this one time where I

had to run for 70 mile my first experience running past 70 miles and it

was an event that had to go past midnight so you're running into the

night. Eight hours in heavily fatigued come across a bridge full of homeless

people and my first thought is that looks comfortable I think they were

sleeping a moldy thin cardboard boxes and my first thought is I wonder if they

can shoot over so I can have a quick snooze now that's pretty messed up to

think like a homeless person looks comfortable but I am just absolutely

grateful to have a bed and when you realize that people have had a pretty

badly it teaches you about empathy so perspective and empathy I almost have

a direct correlation. You go for myself who goes it when you do a marathon

or half marathon, 10k whatever the distance may be there's a time when

you're going to come across a mental block and you're using sheer will to get

out of it, and you're just in it you're in tunnel vision and you come across

someone you do come out of it miraculously whatever it takes to get

out but then you do come across someone else's going back through that as well

and your first thought is I always come across and it's like do you need a hand?

Do you need water? Do you need food? What do you need, man? and it's like empathy because

you were literally just in their shoes like no pun intended because it's a foot

race and I feel like I've noticed that for myself so I've learnt empathy and

perspective through endurance and that is what I had to talk about right now

because where this here I've spoken about all the core and the collision

pillars that it leads into the gold in the middle the practical resilience

which is the final the beauty the I'm going to wrap it up in that next video

Sew a Continuous Bound Button Placket - Duration: 6:07.

Hey y'all I'm Bonnie and I blog at Bonnieandblithe.com about intentional

motherhood, personal style and sewing. today I'm gonna be showing you the next

step in our series of infinite a line how-to videos how to add the back button

placket and finish off the neckline. Plackets and buttons can seem scary to a

beginner but they're really not bad at all especially once you see this easy

technique. Are you ready to go? let's do it! The first step in installing the button placket is

to find the exact center of the back of your bodice. Do this by folding the

neckline in half matching shoulder seams and then place a

pin in the center of the back

next measure over a half inch to the right of the pin and snip or mark the

bodice at this point

mark along this line vertically down the back bodice and into the skirt about an

inch and a quarter then cut along this line but be sure to only cut through the

back portion of the bodice not the front

you can then choose to baste along these raw edges if desired to make the next

step easier. Cut out your placket piece according to the instructions in the

pattern and iron-on lightweight fusible interfacing to the wrong side of the fabric

press the piece in half lengthwise and then fold in half width wise and place a

pin in the center

match the pin in the placket with the bottom of the cut you just made in the

bodice back. pin just one layer of the placket to the bodice right sides

together and raw edges even, Pin all the way up one side of the cut and then up

the other side the placket will extend above the top of the bodice neckline

then baste this single layer of the placket to the bodice

fold the excess placket fabric at the top in half right sides together and pin

stitch the placket closed here in line with the top of the bodice neckline

then clip seam allowances and corners

turn the dress wrong side out and then turn these top short edges of the

placket right side out and press well

fold the placket in half lengthwise again and pin together raw edges

then stitch securely through both layers of the placket piece and the bodice

the stitching should just barely catch the bottom portion of the cut bodice then

serge or zigzag your raw edges

fold the left side of the placket piece to the inside of the bodice and then pin

the placket closed ensuring that your waist seam lines match up

flip the dress inside out again and stitch across the bottom fold of the

placket inside the dress this will help the placket lie flat

decide how many buttons to use and mark the buttonholes equidistant down the

back of the bodice

install button holes in the left side of the placket and matching buttons in the

right side

and now your dress is complete

Exciting Announcement from Decidedly So - Duration: 9:27.

Hey guys how's everybody doing today happy Friday I wanted to jump on here

today because last time that I came at you guys I teased a little bit about

some exciting things that are coming to decidedly so and then I went on vacation

mode and it kind of like checked out for a little while so I wanted to hop on

today and share some of those really exciting details with you guys for those

of you who might not know me or who are catching the replay my name is Samantha

Franzen and I am a health and wellness educator over at the blog decidedly so

where we believe that knowledge is power but that convenience is key so we're

working to empower consumers and help make this process towards living a

healthier lifestyle a whole heck of a lot easier so some of you might have

noticed that there might have been kind of a little bit of a change in my tone

of voice and my message a little bit when I came on here last time for about

the last year plus I have been really focusing on this tagline of know better

do better and well I feel like that's really important it's really awesome

what I'm coming to understand about not only myself but the women that I have

had the privilege of working with over the past year is that like I said before

knowledge is power but convenience is key for all of us that we are all

strapped for time we are trying to balance our homes and our marriages and

our kids and our friendships if we have any infusion of life right and

motherhood that were like go-go-go non-stop and so this process of making

changes to your lifestyle even if they're for the betterment of your

family can feel super overwhelming or um kind of like something that maybe you'll

get to eventually see the biggest thing that I find as a stumbling point is that

this process towards living a healthier lifestyle can kind of almost be like a

little bit of a rabbit hole where you like wade in one little inch and then

all of a sudden you like it's like it's your food it's your product it's your

medicine it's your this that and the other

and I always joke that the list goes on on and on and on and and then boom crash

isn't really an accurate description of what that process looks like right um

it's really super overwhelming I have a visitor coming with me

okay go pick a different one and then I'll be right out sorry this is this is

mom life and running a business from home right so what I've done you guys is

I have taken this wealth of knowledge that I have accumulated over almost the

past decade of my own health and wellness journey and what I've done is

I've compiled it into an online course and essentially a community where I'm

working to help walk individuals down this path um towards a healthier

lifestyle without the real pitfalls that come alongside it because like I said it

it can be really hard I know I have gone through the heart of it all that you

know there's deceptive branding and crafty marketing and a crap ton of money

that's poured into figuring out what products work and what products don't

and what's good and what's not and I will promise you the one thing that you

may thank me for in a major way is the fact that there is not one single DIY

and what I have put together and as my favorite character Maui says you're

welcome because that is one of the things that I've hated most about this

process is that I've sometimes felt like I had to do it all myself the goal is to

make this process of living a healthier lifestyle a whole heck of a lot easier

so that's exactly what you can expect we're going to take a journey through

your home we're gonna talk about environmental toxins we're gonna talk

key ingredients that you need to look for that are detrimental to the health

of your family we're gonna look at lists of products for your whole home that

actually work um we're gonna talk about food and we're going to talk about

groceries and we're gonna create recipes that are quick and easy because if

you're anything like me have a ton of things that you've pinned on Pinterest

over the years that are you know better for you and they're a healthy recipe but

they're so gosh dang involved that you are never actually going to start

implementing them in the weekly rotation for your family's meal planning right

and we're gonna address living and empowered and joy

life where you can take this really really important information you guys

and you can share it with others in a way that doesn't make you sound like a

pretentious a-hole because let's be honest who hasn't had a

friend who has said something crappy when they've talked about going

gluten-free or a family member that said something crappy about going gluten-free

or and trust me this whole process isn't just about going gluten-free but I think

there's become this almost stigma of surrounding people who are trying to

make some of these conversions so we're gonna talk about ways to help you be

able to share this information in a way that's constructive I hear people say

all the time things like um oh you're gonna think I'm a bad mom and I'm like I

don't believe there's such a thing as a bad mom I don't think believe that

there's such a thing as a bad parent I believe that all of us are doing the

absolute best job that we possibly can with the tools we have available to

ourselves and that's where the whole factor of no better do better actually

comes to play is that once you have an upgrade I guess you could say to your

user manual you're able to implement those things in a different way so who

is this maybe new community in this and of course not for that's always a good

question too or or let's start with who it is for anybody who has you know

started going down this path and feels absolutely exhausted by this process

that maybe you've started to dig through the information and you maybe bought one

all-natural deodorant and you tried it for one day and then your armpits

smelled like stink ville USA so you kicked it to the curb and you're like I

don't have time for this I need things that work I can't smell like the stinky

kid at work right so it's also for anybody who is really concerned about

the health and wellness of their kids and their family anybody who is looking

around at some of the crazy non communicable diseases that we're seeing

pop up more and more and what I believe I'm going to be real honest here that

are kind of clicking our children's generation things like ad D ADHD autism

asthma all of those things environmental toxins you guys are absolute

we playing a role in the increase of those incidents anybody who is thinking

about starting a family who's currently pregnant anyone who's struggling through

infertility I mean um autoimmune diseases all of those things

environmental toxins are absolutely playing a role and we need to be paying

attention to these things you guys and so I want to help I want to help make

this process easier and I am I'm 100% solutions based I have said that from

the beginning in this journey that I've started with decidedly so that when you

come into this process this isn't a sit back and relax kind of thing you're

gonna mean to be expected to roll your sleeves up and get to work and start

making some of those lifestyle changes that are ultimately going to lead to not

only a healthier life for you and your family but something that's also happier

and more joyful kind of like a better existence for your entire family and I

really want to make sure that everybody knows that this process is always always

always done from a place of love and that will be the focus in this community

that we're creating I always um I like to say that you know when you're looking

at this process um that we talk about progress and not perfection your kids

are absolutely gonna steal from time to time eat a bowl of Froot Loops my kids

ate the crap out of Froot Loops on vacation you're still gonna go to places

like chick-fil-a because we all have to live life but again we have to start

making some of those changes in reducing some of those things progress not

perfection and that's what you can expect in this course so if this man was

up your alley you guys I would love to have you drop some comments below say

something like you know I want to know more maybe we're talking to your your

BFF the other day about how you wanted to start cleaning up your home and you

you came across this or or tagged your BFF that maybe you were having that

conversation with so that you guys can be first to know as this course is gonna

guys kind of what are some of the things that you're really interested in knowing

what are some of the stumbling blocks that you had in this process towards

living a healthier lifestyle I would love to hear your feedback and your

You've made it to half way through your pregnancy.

This month you'll really start to feel your little one's presence in your uterus.

By 20 weeks pregnancy the tiny human being leads a rather curious pre-natal existence:

The additional weight that you bear doesn't just distress your back, but also your veins.

With the increased weight, you need to handle more and more blood flow, so it is common

to experience varicose veins during pregnancy.
