Waching daily Mar 3 2018

well hello everybody at tribe finder we have with us our member of the week

members members of the week it is Rachelle and Cameron Halladay of

Halliday health you guys we have been talking about them all week we have been

singing their praises you guys if you're in any of our groups you already know

who they are they are making huge huge huge waves so far as integrating all

sorts of different kinds of healing methods it's what's going on right now

okay so I'm going to let them as usual here we go here's my disclaimer so I'm

going to let them say who they are and what they do and why they do it while

they're doing that you guys I'm gonna take myself off screen because I'm gonna

share it in a couple places and I don't want to look like I'm not paying

attention so with that being said you guys go ahead and take it away what do

you do why do you do it and all of the fun stuff awesome Thank You Martha

Cameron do you want to go first or you want me to go first

so I'm Rochelle Halliday and there would not be holiday health without Cameron of

course that's his last name and now mine we are newlyweds and got married in

September and when did we meet until you at the end of 2015 I think that after

the couple short weeks of meeting and having this intense relationship he and

I were both like we are Twin Flames and with the bat comes that there is this

purpose of doing something together and so it has always been for me that this

would be something that we do together and Cameron started doing massage our

he's a massage apprentice thing and I'll let him talk about more what he would

like to grow into but and then I was kind of like

well maybe I want to look at some energy worker alternatives help and I've always

been interested and an advocate of nutrition and reading a ton and ton and

ton and then I started doing Reiki and connecting and then it all came flooding

in and for me that was starting in November December so a lot has shifted

since then and a lot of work and groundbreaking I think has been done on

myself as well as in this business and

yeah so that's kind of what I do have blend of that and I'm looking to go on

it to be a nurse practitioner and Cameron um yeah hi I'm Cameron currently

working off my apprentice hours for my massage life students here's why what

drew me back to Oddie work was live in San Diego 2003 I found a small school

there that really connected with started to get my license there in San Diego due

to an injury I had to withdraw well into the program and I realized the first

time in my life that I found like I was doing something that called to me it

actually meant something and man I went back to work in the oil field for ten

years and lost touch with all that moved back here to Hawaii

and I was looking to start something new

so come this fall I will be licensed I'll start doing massage and hopefully

lead into cranial-sacral work in the next couple years yeah well when it when

you said that so many of us are waiting for that moment right that moment where

you feel like what you're doing matters

can you kind of talk about when you had that moment like what that actually felt

like to you did that feel like life purpose fulfillment did that feel like

um what did that what did that feel like if you don't mind going into it a little

bit more just so people can can understand what that's like if they

haven't had that themself I think everybody yearns for something like that

very much like good feeling I can relate to like when I do art or create

something that that rewarding self rewarding feeling but at the same time

it was giving other people something that you could tell affected them in a

positive way immediately yeah it's just

you're in the vibe you know it's like other times in your life people you

listen to the right song hmm you guys this is who you want working on

you if you're getting bodywork done the person you want working on you is

somebody that feels like they are totally in the flow when they do it and

that they are that that it's a giving and receiving thing right like that's

those are the people because it's a vibration and it all matters it all

matters we share it with each other whether we

want to or not so the people that that are working on you in such an intimate

way right need to make sure that they that they are in that place so you guys

this is when are you gonna be done when are you gonna be done with what you're

doing so it looks like you guys might have to get on a waiting list then so

get on a waiting list for fall and then just booked out years in advance we're

gonna have to make a trip to Hawaii just for that and you guys are doing Reiki

too right Rochelle yeah so I started doing Reiki and at first it was very

like okay I'm always as a nurse felt like I could send healing energy to my

patients I kind of feel like that's just something naturally natural that

everyone does when there's nothing else to give like it's like sending a prayer

it's sending because sometimes that's all you have and you just hold their

hand and you send them all the love in your heart and sorry no you're okay this

is perfect that's you that this is you don't censor it don't you dare you know

I cry on lives all the time just do it

there's that energy there in that love and compassion and so I think that along

the way working in the emergency room I had to kind of find that loving

compassion not that I wasn't giving it to my patients but I had to protect

myself and so now I'm kind of unraveling those layers of protection and

connecting more and in doing that it wasn't just giving the Reiki intending

the symbols sending that love then I started connecting more with divine and

intuitively like it was like well how do I know

that this is the symbol that they need how do i how do I know that I feel like

this has something related to that and then I started you know caring more and

visualizing more so for me the Reiki practice is much more than just sending

that divine loving energy that we all need and that is very healing but it's

turning into something bigger where I'm able to kind of clear different things

our that's what I'm being asked to do with the health of our angels and divine

and the funny thing is is you know Martha our conversations you saw this

happening when I talked to when I talked to someone like Stephanie she's like

well someone comes to visit you like there's a Hawaiian goddess coming to

visit you well last week I have connected with Kaylee who helped in

healings so it's kind of things are coming full circle and and I'm more and

more amazed every day if I was saying things that no one connected to are

resonated with then then I would feel like I'm doing something you know that's

it just seems so unreal to me that that what I am visualizing seeing feeling

hearing is correct for that person and I believe as far as being a nurse and now

being an energy healer that there are people have always been put in your path

it was either for me to learn from or me to help and that those people who have

come to me have come at the right time as well as other people that I have met

here and receive their healing and energy - so I

yes so that's where I'm at with their and I'm blending now that with my love

of integrative medicine because I it's not just the part about the nutrition

that is where I'm kind of super nerdy about because I just find it interesting

and food is what we have always used as medicine and we lost that somewhere

probably about the 40s or 50s maybe a little before we could go way back but

when our health really started changing was about that time and yeah we lost

that what we eat is what nurtures and vitalizes us we have this industry of

convenience which is amazing having access to food from all over the world

that we normal you know 24/7 seven days a week

but with that our brains in it develop in to keep up with that our hormones our

bodies then it develop to adjust to how fast we have done culturally and things

like that and so I think that then there is also this body image limiting beliefs

probably things from now that it's been generations of this stuff with food

attachments there so you could go past slides you could also connect things to

well did I come to this earth to learn something about health and healing and

maybe to have an illness to teach me a lesson I mean that would be why some

people came and so if there's a is there a reason behind

us not being able to get well that number one we're getting in our way or

did we bring something with us that's getting in our way as well as you know

our daily routines and just trying to fit being healthy and eliminate those

excuses of why we can't try to get a little preachy there but I feel like

there may be some besides just we know these emotional churchmen stew food and

his health but maybe there's some spiritual attachments to glue the health

and I'm lucky to have ten tribe finder members who I am do kind of doing a

science experiment on on if we can one yeah and if we can kind of clear these

attachments to not getting well yeah that's really interesting thing that you

bring up there with the maybe having a spiritual attachment to it as well

that's I mean that's really really interesting cuz I've never thought of

that before I just think of like my mind whenever we we talk about food or

anything you know so far as that's concerned my mind immediately goes to

okay Industrial Revolution we started capitalizing on food and we started

creating this stuff that was cheap to make yada yada yada

everybody got fat because it's not good for you my husband calls it chemicals

holding hands like all of this processed garbage food but there is my soapbox but

that I've never thought about it in a spiritual thing but whenever you if

there's there's definitely no doubt about it that whenever you are eating

Whole Foods whenever you're eating things that are good for you you're

consuming things that are good for you that you don't have as many blockages to

receiving or being receptive right that's

that's interesting and I also and I am that's part of my spiritual path part of

it was doing a lot of work prior to cooking getting there which had to do

with a lot of limiting beliefs and things like that because I'm just like

everyone else who had tried to lose weight on in an unhealthy way you're not

talking about like starving myself anorexia or bulimia or something but

that we eat restricted calories and over-exercising things that are very

stressful to the body and of course you know and those are all the things kind

of that we'll get into in our lessons of life why things didn't work before so

that we know where to not go back to yeah or they only work temporarily and

wide and so as a nurse like I'm like super science nerdy about that like I

love it let's see what folks are saying so rukhi Oh

Ruki said oMG hey Rochelle and Cameron and then she said grandma then she said

Rochelle is glowing so you're glowing Colleen oh I forgot to say hi hey

Colleen hey Stacey Davina Davina said hey peeps Bill's watching Davina hey

Rochelle and hubby and hubby hey Christina Davina hey rookie boo

Mookie said hey Christina said hello to everybody hi Tony

Mookie said Hawaii trip so Ricky's coming down to Hawaii - it looks like

bill said hi beautiful sparkly angels Carol's here and Ricky said I totally

experienced beyond just Reiki with Rochelle she has filled with so much

love and divine energy oh that is so true

Crystal's here and then she said hey guys Ruki did crazy hands and bill said

I try to eat the things my body wants and avoid the

stuff it doesn't turns out i'm mostly fruits and nuts then rukhi oh wow I so

needed to hear this about food so excited for the class its foods an

interesting thing right I mean it's people don't well okay I'll let you

really talk about the food but I just when when you're so like a so first

sugar for a capital F sugar not cane sugar but the processed crap sugar so

when you're eating that you don't realize until you've actually come off

it you don't realize like what it's doing

to your system and what it's like that it's straight-up poison right just cane

sugar I think we as we can become addicted that's the difference you can

be an alcoholic you can be a drug addict you can get rid of those and never have

them again you can't do that with food right probably yeah it's harder

definitely right and so there's certain things in the body and I'll use myself

as an example I can eliminate sugar and I'm not gonna be like I'm purpose are

perfect I had a candy bar today at work because it was given to me as an

employee appreciation you know I could have turned it down but I wanted to be

grateful for that gift and I freaking love chocolate but you know we ought to

be gentle with ourselves and I'm not gonna say I'm never having this I'm not

gonna go to someone's wedding and you know of course if I had very specific

goals I was maybe I might pass but if I feel like I want to celebrate I'm going

to and I don't expect anyone to be perfect but here's the role of sugar in

our bodies and what most people don't realize they don't realize what counts

as sugar and that ultimately fundamentally every carbohydrate you eat

I don't care if it is a sweet potato a complex you

no carb or a simple curve it breaks down well fruit is in fructose the others is

in glucose and to someone who has already had their brain wired like me

that sugar is like just highlights and then we have studies this after studies

after studies that sugar is the same as heroin it likes your your brain up those

reward centers of our brain and guess what that's what we do to our kids

oh you're you did good here is a ice cream cone or whatever I mean it were

just wired that way and we were wired that way for survival if we didn't have

these things in our brain that gave us pleasure from eating we would have died

off but now there are foods what we call hyper palatable and they make them sugar

salt sweet fat blah blah blah all integrated and so the brains to

thing that says shut off normally is not there so normally I could not eat this

much sugar right I couldn't eat 20 packets of sugar at

one sitting because it would be gross or gonna eat ten sweet potatoes because of

that but so my brain now is wired as well as some hormone disruption which

you can correct but that sugar is sugar and it breaks down into that for me

having I gets cut out all the processed sugar but if I have one sweet potato at

night that to me tastes like sugar number one my taste let's have changed

yes it's healthy yes I'm getting things from it but I could it still breaks down

in my body the same way and I'm still it's still hitting my reward center and

sometimes when you hit that reward center it can take you off track so

that's part of listening to your body because maybe then I would want to sweet

potatoes only that for dinner that's not healthy either it is

healthier than eating a carton of ice cream but part of that just listening to

your body and an understanding what does my body need that's different from yours

and that's kind of where I like to focus that what I do for me is for me what you

figure out what works for you works for you I'm gonna encourage you not to have

processed foods that are you know chemical foods but if it doesn't if you

take it away and then you add it back and you can truly look me in the eye and

tell me it doesn't make you feel bad then I'm gonna believe you yeah well

that's a good that's a heck of a good way to say that who's somebody was

saying something and I'm and I lost it did it in ooh Oh Stacy hi you amazing

Souls Kristina's here mookie said OMG Rochelle and Cameron as a duo radiate so

much energy the same as Grandma and Grandpa switch he calls Mike and I I

told them that they look like cuz because Mike and I had to sit so close

together whenever we did a live one sounds like you guys are gonna be

sitting so close Ruki yes Stacy needed to hear this thank

you awesome hey Josh I see there that's awesome

Oh work oh my gosh look at the time already

what okay what are you offering right now because I know you've got something

that you're that you're actually offering right now to people like a

service that you wanted to talk about now like is it do you still have the

spots left for the Reiki thing or Reiki I am doing 20% off oh yes now I need to

put the codes in but it will meet okay okay cool and so

and I also for if you are a tribe finder member in tribe finder you will get any

of my nutrition services for free in the month of March besides besides a group

coaching because that's already closed and full and then anyone outside so from

spiritual influencers are the internet wherever you see me from you will get

20% off so I will post those codes where they needed need to be posted and we'll

get those get them to me also because then I can put them in the comments of

this video so whenever people see this video they'll have the codes there too

so where are people able to reach out to you then so the Facebook's the all of

the things where can they find you

finder calm and they can find us on Facebook at holiday health and then your

harness Cameron Halliday and I'm Rochelle valide so Instagram news

holiday health now so I think that our web page is in its manifestation period

so I've never heard it said that way but I love that I feel like that should be

the screen that shows we're manifesting right now under manifestation I really

do love that Mookie said we are coming for a holiday

at Halliday well Mookie just made an appointment so she's going to come down

there for a holiday at holiday we also have an air B&B Oh home and so I would

offer 20% off to anyone who sees this if they want to come stay with us okay

of course you would get like discounted services and all of that I'm working on

putting something together as an offer for our guests if they wanted to opt in

to a more spiritual Hawaii experience seriously my mind just exploded you know

my mind just exploded when you said that right like I'm over here I feel like I'm

over here like Will Ferrell with like just the numbers and whatever going

around in my head like I'm just I went into marketing overdrive for a second

I'm gonna talk to you afterward about those things that just went through my

head um but I feel like there already have gone through your head based on

what you've already said Oh Ruki said what's air B&B oh it's a well

especially for this island is a cheaper way to stay in Hawaii like our average

price is somewhere around $60 a night you get access to our whole house you

get you have your own bedroom in your own bathroom you get to cut all our pets

just educated and you know if you're around those people are not around you

know they're out doing things but if we get to interact and talk then we do and

I think that's why a lot of people choose Airbnb with other people in the

house because they want to um you know kind of get to know socialize and get

recommendations oh really though yeah I recommend

anybody if you're going on a trip somewhere an arts set on a hotel that's

what we do that's what we're doing in Estes when we go to Estes Park in

Colorado in whoo April next month next month um yeah we're Airbnb in it I love

Airbnb last time we went to Colorado we Airbnb - I love it it's so much better

than a hotel I mean hotels I guess are like

predictable I guess but um

predictable I like that I like a little adventure

Ruki said what I am coming this year and we need to meet - well of course you're

gonna meet if you're gonna stay in our house goofy and then Ricky said grandma

see you in Hawaii ok we're all coming - why is what's happening so I feel like

it's a thing I feel like I'm fall 2000 this year 18 2000 this year that's the

2,000 people that will be coming oh man holy smokes

oh that just got crazy um I think Ricky's throwing hearts she's excited

let's go let's go to Hawaii the fall is a fantastic time and we'll be down

hopefully at that point we'll have already moved down to Austin which is

where we're going now so that's great yeah so we'll be closer ok well that's

enough about we could just sit here and talk all night but we'll go ahead and

finish up the video so um go ahead and reach out to these guys Cameron's gonna

be ready to go in the fall for body work go ahead and start signing up now for

time you guys you know that this is what you need you need somebody to be working

with you that loves what they do and that sees it as their purpose there's

simply nothing better than that such such as a vibrational exchange right

there's not anything better than that you could not ask for anything better so

far as energy work nutrition all of the things that Rochelle and Cameron do

together keep an eye on these two this is about to blow the f

and I almost said the word but I should because it is a live video but somewhat

hanging on rookies saying stuff she said she's so excited and she'll be married

by then double celebration and then she said all they're so cute on that note on

that note what's that Oh for your honeymoon yes there you go

honeymoon time on that note let's go ahead and call it everybody have an

awesome night thank you so much you guys bye-bye

you

How to Reprogram Your Cells for Abundance (Attract More Money Like This) - Duration: 9:19.

this video will show you exactly how to reprogram your cells for abundance I'm

going to share with you practical ways that you can apply in your own life to

reprogram your cells from the inside out so that you really get the reflection

you want in life welcome back to another video my name is Erin and I help people

expand their consciousness now in this video I'm going to be talking to you

about how our cells are programmed how our mind thinks how our mind really

influences our body in a powerful way and how we can change ourselves by the

inside out in order to really get what we want now understand that the way we

feel about ourselves the way we think influences the cells in our body and in

general the cells in our body are either contracting or they are expanding it's

going to be one of the two and when you are feeling sick or when you are feeling

depleted of energy the idea is that what is happening is more of the negative

type immune system that we have more of maybe the cells that we don't prefer to

have in our body like whether it's cancer cells or whether it's the

spreading of some type of disease the idea is that that speeds up that

increases based on our own state of being and how we feel now we know this

because if we feel like we're in a stressful State if we feel like we're in

some type of survival mode what happens is that's when our immune system starts

to shut down and that's when things start to not go so good now the idea is

that in order to change that we must increase our state of being our state of

being is intimately connected with how we feel and the key to this is

understanding first off what we're putting into our body how that affects

our mind how that affects how we feel but also the feeling of abundance of

what we defined things to be in our life and how when we focus on gratitude it is

a game changer now in order to resonate with the desires that you have you must

understand that you must feel the emotion of what you want to have you

must really focus on having and defining things in your life as being conducive

to what you want to experience so in order to do this what you have to be

aware of is how feel when you do certain activities how

you feel when you're thinking of certain things specifically and how the meaning

you are giving into your life is making you feel so what I mean by that is you

can't have an emotion without first having a belief or a definition about

something like if I were to give you a neutral idea right now like the idea of

a rainy day that could be good for one person and not good for another person

or it could be neutral and not mean anything at all if I gave you and asked

you about this word you know the word con glommer motion tammer e or something

like that how does that make you feel where you might not understand what the

word means and I don't that's not even a real word I just made it up but the idea

is there's no meaning under that word so we're not sure how it makes us feel but

for like oh that word means infinite love and light or something like that

they're like oh now I feel differently about that word you see so the idea is

that everything is fundamentally neutral now the cells in our body are also

fundamentally neutral and at a certain level they are either expanding they're

either giving us the ability to feel a certain way or they are contracting

their going within they are more so kind of not working harmoniously together so

it's going to be one of the two now in order for us to feel more abundant we

have to start to define the things in our life and either allow them to be

there or focus on gratitude as we do that our state of being will naturally

begin to increase and we'll begin to feel better now the first thing I want

to propose that you do is that look at the idea of abundance and see what your

definitions are about it dude do you think that abundance is only money that

was me for the longest time but the moment I switch that around the moment

opportunity started to come to my life that wasn't exactly a one-on-one ratio

that is money but there are still amazing opportunities now this is

something that you can connect to as well and be aware of what your

definition of abundance is now my definition of abundance is the ability

to have what I want and do what I want when I want to do it so there's no

definition about money in there there's no definition about anything other than

just simply me doing and being the way that I prefer now because I define it

that way I'm able to have a similar type of experience now what

I also do is I infuse that with the feeling that I have and knowing that as

I feel abundant as I'm able to notice and have my Ras the reticular activating

system in my brain focused on what I want to see because our brain is always

focused in the form of pattern recognition that I focus on things I

like I focus on things that I want to see more of in my life if there's a

negative trait in somebody else I don't I don't emphasize it and I don't know

put it to their attention what I do is I simply am aware I allow it to be and

then I focus on what I want and as I do that I look for more of that I see more

of that in my daily life so understand that what science has showed us is that

we can powerfully influenced the water malt like water molecules you get water

molecules and if you put a certain intention over it with a certain feeling

of emotion it will literally change the molecular structure of that water now

this is you know a famous experiment by dr. Masaru Emoto who passed away a

couple of years ago and that was what he was famous for was you know that

experiment that really proved that our thoughts are affecting our reality and

think about this our body is over 70 percent wotcher and how are we

influencing our own body with our thoughts now it's an interesting idea to

think about but let's say majority of the time we are thinking negatively we

are thinking more contractive lee we're thinking in form of separation between

us and our environment or us in the experiences in our life what happens is

as we are programming ourselves to look for more of that to resonate with

whatever that is therefore we're getting more of that in our life so the idea and

the key to this whole video I would say is to start to focus on what you want to

pay attention to what you put into your body because that intimately affects

your energy levels it intimately affects the way that you feel about yourself so

what I do is I put nutrient rich dense foods into my body I know that there's a

correlation between what I put in my body and how my brain works there's a

book by this called the ocean wine solution by dr. Mark Hyman that talks

all about this and it's something that's been proven if there's a there's a

correlation with what you put in your body and how you feel with what you put

in your body in your health and if you become more aware of that you're going

to start to take your or back you're gonna be able to

powerfully influence your body so that you feel that abundance within you

naturally so redefine what abundance is to you understand that as you redefine

what that is and you realize it doesn't have to be just about money you can see

abundance and everything you do realize you are always getting an abundance of

something just what is that something that you are focused on maybe you're

getting an abundance of lack right which means there really is no lack you're

getting an abundance of what you're focused on and you see this idea right

here it can completely transform the way you see abundance by knowing that you

always are getting an abundance of something depending on once you're

focused on but what is that something because lack can still be something

because having that belief that you're not good enough could still be an

abundance of situations that reflect that so start to bind yourself more know

you are worth it and if you shift your perspective you shift everything that

stems from it you shift the beliefs that go from it you shift the kind of people

that you're attracted to the kind of you know synchronicity that happens in your

life and as you do that everything begins to change

so diet is very important the more you feel energized the more you eat

nutrient-rich dense foods the better your clarity of thinking is the better

you feel about yourself the more your state of bean goes up and then also

focus on abundance and focus on it from the point of view a pattern recognition

of what you're focused on know as you focus on things that you prefer that

will powerfully influenced you to go in the direction of what you want

understand that our intention is going to be very powerful with the process

have an intention to grow have an intention for this kind of abundance to

come into your life and you will start to see more of that now you can use a

free mp3 meditation that I've created for you guys for absolutely free you can

download it in the description box you can listen to that before you go to bed

if you want what you can do is there's a visualization guided part of that you

can visualize yourself with that financial abundance that'll be something

that influences you in a very powerful way so that as you're going to bed at

night you can think feel and act the way that you want in your mind create those

reference experiences so that you're really able to get what you want so just

know that you are worth it you can feel abundant with your focus you could

really high-quality food into your body and as you do that that affects the

cells in your body which then will allow you to resonate with what you prefer so

with that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this video feel free to like

this video if you liked it subscribe if you haven't already and I also hit that

little notification gear so that you're able to see the daily videos that I do

now than that I'll see you guys on the next day please

much love namaste

Teenagers with a heart condition - How do you feel? - Duration: 10:41.

I'm Andrew, I'm 15.

I was 14 when I found out I had a heart condition.

I was just in my room

and the doctor just came in and told us.

Then it was an emergency surgery after that so,

it all happened quick and I was quite shocked,

but then obviously I can't change it

so I just had to get on with it.

I came into hospital for an open-heart surgery.

I felt scared, nervous,

and a bit unsure what was gonna happen to me.

You just get worries through your head.

Worrying about when it's gonna be

and how long you'll be down there for.

I did come into hospital for open-heart surgery,

twice.

When I came into hospital, I was really nervous about it all.

My biggest worry would have been like,

if I died or something getting it done.

My family said I didn't need to worry about it,

because I'm in good hands with all the doctors

and they're there to look after you.

The thing is, I wasn't really worried about the surgery,

because,

I suppose it's cause I didn't want to know.

I didn't really,

wasn't that bothered about it.

I didn't like the idea of the scar,

that was my main concern,

I was worried about the scar, very, very worried about it.

But people don't judge you based on your scars.

I don't think I've changed the way I feel about my scar,

I've just learned to accept it.

When you get the scars,

it's like, at first you don't like it,

because it's not like you.

But then you get used to it.

It's not always the nicest thing to talk about,

but when you like, make up all these funny stories,

it is easier.

That I was in a shark attack...

I think it's quite cool to have a scar, pretty good.

I think as a teenager, I was

I was quite laid back about my heart disorder and my pacemaker.

I've never had a negative reaction for my scars.

I was out on Saturday

and I wore an off-the-shoulder and it was completely out.

I would never worry about a boy seeing like all of me.

I think when young people are around

kind of 11,12,13

and the're transitioning from primary school to high school,

that can be a really difficult time

to have something that's different about you.

A lot of young people find it really difficult

to talk about their heart condition

and they find it difficult to let other people know,

because they worry about what other people will think

and they worry about the kinds of questions they might get.

So we spoke to Naomi

and Naomi found it quite hard

to let other people know about her heart condition.

So she opted not to be filmed on camera

and we used her voice instead.

To have friends,

they know I have a heart condition.

I can't run about that much,

I can't keep up with my friends.

Like having a heart condition,

it can be difficult sometimes.

Like there can be times

where you're thinking,

I might not be able to do certain things that other kids can do

and I don't want to be the one that looks

like I can't fit in with everybody else.

I've had three or four surgeries.

I can't go outside with my classmates because

I will go outside and sometimes when it's too cold,

I would turn blue because my circulation isn't that good.

It's been hard in school,

coping with tiredness,

they've cut my hours down.

Last year I had 58% attendance,

I was at school like,

I missed just about half of the school year.

I missed a lot of school because I was in hospital.

I walked into school

and the teachers looked at me like,

no you're going back home.

When I'm like worried,

my heart can get all tense and get painful.

You can get pains in your chest,

you can feel sick.

So like the best thing to do

is just like obviously calm yourself down,

because if you don't,

it's just gonna make everything a lot worse for yourself.

I will try to speak to someone,

I won't keep it in.

Because I used to keep in and and then it used to

impact on everything else

and I don't want to do that,

so I've learned that if I'm worried about anything

go get advice about it.

Instead of just sitting there.

If they want to know about my heart condition,

I tell them, but I never really talk about it.

I only told my closest friends that I had a heart condition,

but then like, as I got more confident,

I started to just tell people because I thought,

it's not like anything to worry about.

They were like

oh my god, that's so cool!

They like, everybody wanted to be my friend at that point.

Because they wanted to be the one who like,

knew the girl who had the heart operations and condition.

It's good to talk to people like,

tell them how you feel and stuff.

Because they can help you as well.

My friends know about it.

One of my friends, a few of my friends, did actually

come up and see me,

when I was quite ill,

so that really helped as well.

I gave all the people that were supporting me

quite hard time.

My mum especially,

it was quite hard for her and I didn't realise.

I didn't really deal with it,

I suppose I just kind of locked all my feelings away

and didn't bother.

I suppose that was the easiest way to deal with it for me.

I find it a lot easier to talk about it now because,

it's in the past, it's happened.

I think it affected my family in quite a big way but

myself I feel fine,

but I doubt mum and dad felt fine at the time.

As soon as I found out what I had I was googling it.

I quite like to know stuff about it.

My mum and dad were trying to prevent me from doing that,

cause it would probably make me scared,

but it didn't really make me any worried or anything.

In my sessions, I have had young people come in

where they've googled lots of different things

about heart conditions.

Often things aren't even related to them,

so it's really important that,

I think as health care professionals and adults around these young people

that we think about what they've been looking at

and what their understanding is of their condition.

So that we can correct them if some of their facts are a bit wrong,

or if they've just become really anxious about something

that might not even relate to them.

I've just been told things,

but I haven't really,

Googled it to be honest.

But I've heard a lot of things about it yeah.

My mom tells me what I need to know

and I'll leave it at that.

Don't need to dig any deeper.

My mum was coming to appointments with me,

until I was maybe about 24.

It was always nice to have her there

because she knew everything that happened when I was younger.

So it was easier for her to come

because she would kind of understand what they were saying.

And it's nice to have someone else there as well,

because sometimes,

there has been times where I've been a bit overwhelmed.

Every day at two o'clock I have to,

if I'm in school,

go down to the main office

and take medication and do my teeth.

It's like, if I get tooth decay,

then if I get anything

it could go down in my heart and then everything goes.

So part of our role as Liaison Nurses is to

provide information to the young people,

on the various topics that they might find difficult to discuss,

like tattoos, drugs, sex,

alcohol, piercings, pregnancy.

What we suggest might not always be what they want

to do or what they are going to do.

They will make their own decisions,

but with the right information,

hopefully they can make an informed decision.

So now that I'm coming up to 18,

drinking is gonna be on the cards,

because.

But it's knowing your balance.

I know that when I drink I will get palpitations

and I know that it's gonna thin my bloods.

I'm gonna have to be extra cautious.

The doctors suggest you not to have piercings or tattoos,

from my own point of view,

I've always wanted a tattoo and I wanted more piercings.

So I will speak to my doctor and see how much

of a risk that is and then take it from there.

When I was at the hospital for an appointment this year,

I said can I get my nose pierced and he said no.

And it was the day,

the day after was my birthday

and I just said I go and get my nose pierced.

I've done it, but I know, if it got infected that could be quite bad

because it could go in the blood.

So it's just about taking care of it really.

I've asked in the past if I'm allowed to get piercings

or tattoos, but they recommended me not to.

But I've got a feeling that I probably will do it eventually.

I go to the gym five, six times a week

and I have a personal trainer that I see twice a week,

like I say I really don't feel like it restricts me

I just think I could do anything,

that's the way I feel sometimes, like

yeah I could do that.

It didn't really change me,

I'm still the same person.

I don't know what I want to be when I grow up,

I'd quite like to work in medicine,

because of,

I went through it all in the past year but,

I'm not too sure.

I either want to be a nurse in the cardiac ward,

or a play therapist,

because I have known what it's been like

and so many people helped me.

I want to be able to help other people.

Yes and it's actually very fitting, I want to be a biochemist.

I make the stuff that can save lives.

And one day maybe find out more about myself.

How to lose fat. Steps to success. Episode 3: start Flexible Dieting. - Duration: 5:38.

This is episode 3 of my personal take, experiences and advice on the question that I am asked,

almost every day.

How do I lose weight?

What did you do to lose weight?

In episode 1 we talked about creating a caloric deficit by counting calories for example by

using the MyFitnesPal application.

Then we discussed the necessity to think about steps to take or changes to make on how to

keep the new lifestyle of getting in less calories and staying lean sustainable.

After all, if you continue to eat in the same way and the same calorie dense, highly processed

foods as before, that only means you will be taking in a lot less of food, probably

not getting in enough micronutrients for your health and/or not enough volume to manage

your hunger.

The first of these steps or changes we discussed was developing new and healthier habits.

The second step is starting to eat more protein.

And this is step 3: start Flexible Dieting.

Hello everybody, This is dr.Fox from the Fox's Power Basement.

Please, like and subscribe.

Whenever someone asks me what diet I am following, I am proud to answer:

I follow a flexible diet.

Most people that are not into fitness have no clue what that means.

I always start explaining a handful of flexible dietary guidelines.

Calories matter most, so how much you eat is more important than what you eat.

You can tailor your food choices, meal timing and diet structure to your lifestyle and goals.

Long-term compliance and consistency will lead to sustainable results.

We will talk more about meal timing and diet structure in next episodes, but in this one

we'll discuss why how much calories you eat is much more important than what you eat,

and we'll talk about food choices.

You can eat 100% "clean", unprocessed, whole foods, and still get fatter and fatter,

just because you consume more calories than you burn.

Patients of mine tell me exactly this: I only eat salads, veggies, rice and potatoes, next

to a nice piece of fish.

And still I don't lose fat.

Well, in my opinion, rice and potatoes are very easy to overeat, and 99.99% of these

patients have no idea how many calories they are consuming every day.

Sure, eating plenty of nutritious foods is important for overall health and longevity,

but there are no foods that directly cause weight loss or weight gain, only their caloric

content dictates that.

If you want to lose fat, you just have to eat a calorie deficit.

You can do that for example by eating only junk food, as long as you do not consume more

calories than you burn.

Sure, it wouldn't be healthy, it wouldn't be very satiating, but still, you would lose

fat for sure.

In the fitness industry there is a certain group of "If It Fits Your Macros" folks,

that take flexible dieting exactly to this extreme.

They post videos on youtube, showing their very lean physiques, and shouting out loud,

they can obtain that physique by eating all kinds of junk foods, as long as these foods

fit their caloric and macronutrient needs.

You see them eating cookies, donuts, ice cream, and drinking whey protein shakes.

Of course they can obtain a lean and muscular physique using this extreme "If It Fits

Your Macros" method, but for health this is not at all advisable.

Surely they are not getting in enough fibre, vitamins and minerals.

And taking multivitamin supplements in stead is not really the same thing as eating whole,

unprocessed foods.

As a doctor I advise using a flexible diet, getting the majority (80 to 90%) of your daily

calories from unprocessed, nutritious foods.

Just because you can eat a bunch of junk food and "fit your macros"

doesn't mean you should.

The remaining 10 to 20% of your caloric intake, you can fill up with whatever processed or

junk food you like.

One example.

Yesterday I had soft curd cheese with all bran and blueberries for breakfast, white

fish, potatoes and veggies for lunch, a protein bar around 5pm, and a salad with some bread

for dinner.

We went to the movies, and I had 300calories left to eat whatever I wanted, so I had a

nice ice cream.

Coming home I drank my casein shake before bed.

That is flexible dieting, I can eat the foods I like most, every meal, every day, having

80-90% "clean" foods and 10-20% "less healthy" foods.

I stick to my caloric needs, and my macronutrient ratios.

Bottom line: You can eat the foods you like and have the body you want.

I hope you enjoyed this video.

What if Your Favorite Video Game is Bad? - Duration: 5:28.

I'm Caleb and I'm here to help you love video games even more.

Today, we're going to learn that it's okay to take the piss out of your favorite games.

And we're going to do that by talking about Metal Gear Solid, #9 in the Boss Fight Books series,

written by Ashly Burch and Anthony Burch.

I do plan to review all of the Boss Fight Books, so if you like what you see, please be sure to subscribe. There's quite a stack of them back there as you can see.

I like books.

I like video games.

I like mashing them together like potatoes....potatoes against the bottom of a bowl, of course.

I mean, you can't just mash two potatoes together to get mashed potatoes.

That's cumbersome, messy, and questionably effective.

The bowl is necessary.

Otherwise, you're probably just puppeteering a weird, violent potato orgy.

I probably didn't need to say weird there. That's redundant.

The latest potato-on-bowl experience I've had is this, Metal Gear Solid from Boss Fight

Books, written by Ashly Burch and Anthony Burch.

It's funny.

It's insightful.

It's just what you would expect from a book featuring these two personalities.

I stress "you" because surely you are familiar with these two people, but somehow

I was not familiar with Burch and Burch despite them having a very popular YouTube series,

Hey Ash Whatcha Playin'?, and having other impressive writing credits to their names,

including Borderlands 2 and an Emmy award winning episode of Adventure Time.

Ashly Burch is also the voice of Aloy in Horizon Zero Dawn.

They are the perfect pair to write a book like this, a book that takes a game they loved

as children, that they say contributed substantially to the people they are today, and tear it

apart.

What I learned reading this book is that Metal Gear Solid doesn't really hold up as a game

experience.

The authors use their own personal histories and current career roles in video games to

add to the larger conversation of Metal Gear Solid, and to the even larger conversation

of representation in video games and to the even more larger conversation of just how

weird is Hideo Kojima, really?

All signs point to very.

A running joke in the book is pointing out ways Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima

is crazy and seemingly has no filter when it comes to what he wants his game to do.

For example, the authors explore the game mechanic that lets enemy soldiers track protagonist

Solid Snake in the snow, a mechanic that seems innocuous until you realize that it's only

used once and at the very beginning of the game before the player really even understands

how to play the game.

That's hours and hours of development time to for a single use, albeit cool, feature.

Not weird enough for you?

Kojima also includes assworship as a gameplay mechanic.

See also hiding in boxes.

For those with a nostalgic connection to the game, the book forces a hard-look retrospection.

What you may remember as a brilliantly sophisticated game that invented the stealth mechanics we

know and sometimes love today, may still be that, but decimated are the adjective tagalongs

implied by such a description.

Perfect game?

No. No. Not at all.

Serious game?

Not really.

Beautiful game?

Perhaps in the way we all thought polygons were beautiful before we had full CG capabilities.

Important game?

Yes, still very much so.

What makes this book really work--if I didn't say it enough already--are the personalities

of the authors.

Siblings Ashly Burch and Anthony Burch take the straight-man and banana man format they've

developed over the years in their Hey, Ash Whatcha Playin'?

YouTube series and convert that quite well to the long-form paper medium.

And they understand the demands of the book format and realize that simply carrying on

the Double Act comic format of their video series would get quite boring for 200 pages.

So, they wisely show off their critical thinking skills while reserving most of the funny stuff

asides for the footnotes.

And if you like footnote humor, I highly recommend Robert Hamburger's Real Ultimate Power:

The Official Ninja Book. It's surprisingly very, very good. Not just funny. It's actually a good book.

Though Burch and Burch pull no punches when criticising Metal Gear Solid, they truly love

the game and credit it for parts of their professional success.

It's good to know that it's okay to recognize when what you love might be flawed and that

even if what you love is a sexist, racist, and overall absurd video game, it doesn't

mean you are sexist, racist, absurd, or a video game.

And as long as we gamers can keep that in mind when challenging a person's affinity

for a video game that we may not like, we'd all be better people.

Basically, don't be a jerk to fellow gamers, okay.

Because the games you love are probably garbage, too.

Please like, subscribe, and click the bell icon to make sure you don't miss future videos.

I do plan to review all of the Boss Fight Books, so subscribing and clicking the bell

icon will ensure you don't miss any of those reviews.

Thank you for watching.

Decluttering your workshop (part 5 test tubes and terracotta pots) - Duration: 29:41.

if you're anything like me the workshop or crafting space just gets messier and

messier over time so I've set myself a challenge to see a writing declutter my

workshop in quick 20 minutes snippets I'm Julie from Julie Davies flower

workshops and #FlowerStart the online flower arranging classes now on to my

big cupboard so I'll open the doors and we'll see what we got inside so here we

are with a cupboard doors open and my goal here is I really want to empty the

bottom shelf which you can't see actually and so I've got somewhere that

I can stash my workshop bags when I come back from class what happens now as I

pack the bags up and it's all really neat and tidy I come back from class and

I just sort of haven't got any room for them and I just leave them in the middle

in the workshop floor it's not working very well so I thought if I had a space

that was empty it could be used for my my bags that I need for class and so

obviously I need to empty some space first now what you can't see next to me

so I've got three boxes I've got one for things I want to keep and I'll put back

on my shelves and be more organized I've got another box for giveaways so if I

don't want it perhaps one of my friends would would like it or I should take it

down to the charity shop and the other is for throwing away so I'm either going

to physically recycle it put it in the bin or if it's any dried flower

arrangements I go to put those on the compost heap so let's get started I have

just discovered I have another bag of cellophane and brown paper wrapping

she's come from the supermarket flowers as you may know I run a flower Club for

local schoolchildren and I get donated flowers in the local supermarket so I

have an incredible number of flowers delivered to me each week and I save the

wrappings think I'm going to use it and I don't use them nearly as fast as I can

so I will go through that later on and take out the piece of brown paper and

recycle those and then put everything else in it

box so an empty box not quite sure why I'd say fat and then I got things I do

once keep this is something I made it it's a ring made out of hay or straw

when I shop bound over with rope in fact I've since making it I've never used

that base before but what I could do is unravel it so I'm not quite sure about

that so probably keep it molding powder I use this for my making my topiary tree

so it's a plaster Paris mix way so I mix it up and use that in the base of my

little pots and then put my tree trunk in and then have the circle of flowers

at the top so keep that a dustpan I don't quite know where the brush has

ended up so I'm going to put that in the recycling pile pending finding the the

brush and then a toolbox this is my very first two books I had when I started

flower arranging and you told what this is just a little big enough and possibly

the time has come when I need to get rid of this because it's just too small for

me to use so again I shall put that on the giveaway pile and then I've got

Strong's one year I did Christmas stories and the pine was pre bound onto

one of these rings so I thought it might be helpful I took all the pine off to

reuse that and the same with that that was another ring I sort of denuded if

the greenery so I'll keep that little pretty ring or not Tim I'm not sure

about that that's given it my friends I don't think I've ever used it possibly

that's going to go in the giveaway car and two lengths of rope so always handy

used when I make my Christmas Garland's to bind the greenery onto a piece of

rope I shall keep that then I think I should now be able to get out some bits

and pieces it's a big box here I'm trying to empty a bag here of

and fake flowers which I will keep because I'd be useful for flower club

and I think I've probably got lots of other flowers I can put into there

including this little arrangement which one of the girls that Clark I've made

and she didn't want to take home so I'll put the flowers back in there but I

think I'm going to get rid of all this and then just have the poppet that I can

reuse so that was rubbish rubish pot can be kept dried flowers oops

I've got more pots in here and use terracotta pots this one's had cuz I

can't remember doing that leaves glued to it obviously some sort of autumn

workshop for children so keep those

watering can brush for cleaning out my pockets with bleach so they need to be

kept this is past its best but a sample to remind myself that I can recycle this

idea I think ice made originally it was a Christmas table arrangements when

keeping that a sort of demo model IP caked class and then I have a whole reel

of chicken wire so arranging flowers with in water rather than using flour

phones that's really pops at the moment because the fly phone can't be recycled

so that needs to be kept

Medellin o6i patli these are quite hard to get off now and nowadays I think

there's something to do with the way they're imported so I have got those so

perhaps I like gold dust so I need to keep those flat somewhere and then these

little baskets which I bought from a car boot fair and they were really handy for

flower club at school but the only problem now is I've been left with for

at the moment we've got 16 children flower club and it's a matter of whether

I can find something that would be equal in terms of being fair to everybody so

possibly I might put those in the giveaway pile because I don't think I've

got anything that is the same sort of size and people are going to flip me a

bit unfair so that is giving away and then my fault actually it's one of those

five six so perhaps I have to wait until not many people are coming to flower

club and bring out these six little baskets and then inside here I've got I

see them going cheap it's just a nice alternative to arrange flowers in a

container that's a little bit differences from drinking glasses

they're with ice creams and ponies on them two four six eight nine and some

clear ones there so they I'm sure I can get some you saturday okay recycling so

these are little chocolate lips of pudding bowls from chocolate puddings

and all these are peaches so go in the packed lunch boxes so I think saving

those I think originally we use them for painting christmas pudding Bowl so this

is always a good standby I've run out of proper little containers there's

probably enough of those to keep them so I'll have those just stand by

I'd better waste is I'm going to throw this away there's some little pots here

that are really sweet and again unless I've got bought quantities of them I

can't really use that flower club because they like everything to be

really fair so I'm going to put those since to give away my hot complete and

then the rest of the containers in here it's basically the the same pot and I do

have some smaller ones which are really sweet I pay Tempe for those but again

unless I've got at least twelve of them they're not any good form it for our

club so I'll go through and sort out the rest of that box and then stuck

everything up neatly and blender so that's all for the keep pile which okay

that's a big box off and then remember this I showed you one year I decided

that I would make up the basis so that I could whip up some flower arrangements

for Christmas without going through the dudes doing some prep basically and I've

never used those which seems such a shame

perhaps I'm doing a flower demonstration for my flower club coming up in the

summer so I will make a point of using these because it seems a shame I think

I've caught three of those I could actually probably use them and now I

found them again I shall put them somewhere more visible so I can keep

track of them this I bought when I went when I was still at college in Holland

pay two euros ninety five for it we went to a lovely garden centre where they did

lots of flower arranging I think basically it's an armature so you would

stand this on your VARs and then arrange your flowers through it and I've never

used it and I do like it a thing of beauty but um

I've kept on for it so long it's starting to the the calamitous is

starting to break down so I think that's for the giveaway pile few sheets of

metal I'm not going to use those I think reaching I went to a workshop and we

form them into two cubes or upstanding cubes to make a very modern arrangement

and I've never thought I'd do it again at home I never did

so that can be recycled and then these are my big fellow IKEA back this is what

right pack up and take to class with me first fund an eight prints that can be

washed and when we go to class we sell her little photo booth and that's my

clock the photo booth and again I know that can do it that washer that I can go

in the washing pile so the idea is that these bags will be stored empty or full

or semi full ready I can just think I which Tuesday its class so and so I can

go off Wednesday that's the bag ready for that and just this person over to

the side and I'll come back to those

and then fast cuz I do love a basket but they're not massively practical are they

for shopping with so I'm not entirely sure when I'm going to get this and

again these demonstration pieces I've made a candle holders like spiders webs

so gain a sort of practicing my technique and taking them as samples to

workshops so I don't say I know how much effort I put into making these I don't

think I'm quite ready to get rid of them but it is a huge problem with alas ones

it's loads of them and where do you keep things like this so they're all sort of

wire work candle holders so not sure about that but will earn the side of

caution and keeps them at the moment and there's some pots that's and Christmas

amaryllis in them and they just look like quite useful pots but really

Christmastime I putting her eyes away of my Christmas

storage upstairs and then the rest of the bag is empty so I was using this as

a storage pot this bag and I got a server that's actually useful or whether

I should give that away as well I'm going to try and be brave the whole

point is I'm trying to declutter so I'm going to be brave and put that in the

giveaway pile this is a very dirty cylindrical wire it's plastic so I'm

actually going to put that with my plastic where my glassware because when

I want to contain that that's what I'm going to look for it so put that on the

side to put away later oh gosh is another carry bag here so Oh

does sheet so I think I will relegate that to the where our household paints

are kept and I've got a bag here as well I should really put that quite a handy

bag hessian bag i should put that with my shopping bag so I can be put away

properly and this is a weak soil did work well we did some cooked armors

we're making the moss balls and planting bulbs in them and I bought some

complement that's a really at least back into the garden stress God carry bag

recycling and then the thing I was struggling with oh it's full of my

husband's assorted screws so I'm going to have to

find somewhere for that I'm sure he doesn't even know if it's in the bottom

of my cupboard so I'm hoping I can squirrel us away somewhere where he'll

find it and not notice I've moved it so hopefully that'll go into the shed

concrete mix plasterboard tape shed domain and I don't need that and

something for oh that's good PVA but glue so that can go in the shed as well

and the one thing I will keep is blackboard paints because you may just

might have seen all my covers got a blackboard on it so I do need to keep

that so that's wait so now I have freed up I'm quite sure what that piece of

wire was for space at the bottom I don't want to put anything at the bottom here

in fact I like the moment just put my I feel bags back just to try and get some

semblance of organization so haven't emptied that out I need to go through

shelf by shelf to try and make space and condense things down a bit

so onto the next shelf the problem I have here the shelves are a fixed height

and a contour is get to everything but here we go with the spray so I use that

in my classroom making hanging commander so I need to find somewhere for that I

went to a workshop years ago and we made wrist corsages and I kept mine so I've

made a wrist corsage and it looked quite pretty when I first made it and it dried

out and now it just looks dead now so I will

take the ribbon off and I reckon if I believe that a quick iron that would be

not quite nice for wrapping up presents so I shall put that to my side again I

have all something metal clanging in there that's it but I kept the rosebuds

in a kiln ajar and I'm going to get rid of those so the rosebuds can go in my

throwaway Park on to the compost heap and I'm giving away my kill in a jar so

I'm going to send those down to the charity shop I've got a sandwich box

here which I've got some of my wires in and I need to find somewhere for my wife

to go so like a bit heap but I need to be very organized about it what when I

was going through my erases new products in a previous video I've got another one

of those pots so it would make more sense if I store them together so that's

a keeper and then a lovely basket I had a huge one that exactly the same as this

it's really difficult to store baskets I thought I could use it for storage but I

think the time has come to give that away and then a very flower club flower

arranging stand it's but a frock in there so you have your flower from the

top and you could arrange at the bottom I've never used it and actually I want

to think I would do I've got this flowering demonstration coming up I'm

going to use that as one of the props and I'm giving away the whole

demonstration piece and the stand so that'll go away storage bag so you just

can't ever work out what the best form of storage is these are makeup bags I

think came from Marks and Spencers and it's quite they're quite handy because

you can see through them what you've got this is just filled up with all sorts of

collector one interesting thing it's got is a melon scooper it's really good if

you're doing quite modern designs where the flower phone fills the hole of your

box or the container and you can scoop out a little well and aim your water

down there so I will need to go through that another time pull that out and

another box here the basket so it's slightly more

practical because it's square better storage and I've got reels of paper bind

wire then kind of all that's made of it's quite an attractive one a blue

string I'm never going to use a blue string so I will give the blue away

Green sort of Washington wrote again I've used that for Christmas Garland's

but I don't there's enough there's enough pass that on and I think that's

crochet yarn her cotton crochet yarn it's quite nice for you doing some

wrapping details and a ball of away from raffia crinkled and horrible that can go

in the recycling and then other lengths of rope for Christmas Garland's and a

bit more of a bind wire so I think I will keep all of that but it may be it

needs to be packed down into a different container but I will keep that here I've

got again I bought this in Holland years and years ago a really glittery flat

wire for making there's a decorative work with next is an wrist corsage and I

never use I must have had this enough for ten years I'm going to be effects

away I mean yeah this is like a see-through almost like a sandwich bag

ties and it would be really lovely if you were into fancy gift wrapping that

I'm going to get faster away I've had it too long and I haven't used it and the

top here I've got no storage

cans these are tunafish cans catering sized ones and I've got play-doh in here

which are quite often used as an ice break when I've got new glasses and I

think it's a better way of storing that I think I'll have an ice breaker kit and

that's all I will keep them by thinking of it store it differently and then I

went to a class again and I bought these pet pebbles and they look like they've

been covered with moss is fake moss and I've kept

and I really don't know look really lovely what I used it for but I'm not

entirely sure I'm going to use those giveaway pile and then here I put some

rocks I can't even remember where they came from in the quite pretty crystals I

might put those on my bathroom shelf actually and then an example of this

wire work we're doing in previous heart shapes pretty and little twisted things

there these are getting quite good as teaching

aids I don't have to make everything from scratch again

so I think I'll walk it and then also you can any glue things on you can't so

please don't look at what sort of sample pieces so I think I will keep those I

put also champagne corks I'm going to keep those in a different place so I

shall keep all together but I think it does need sorting out I put it back put

a box here crepe which I wasn't using up on its side try and create another layer

of storage so I hope make that post-it notes I'm going to give this away the

childish childlike characters which I think I need oh that's some force line

making so that needs to stay well is the eggs I still have find a home for I

cleared those out on my first day of culturing and I still find a place for

them and then I've made this as I low-wage throwing a huge flowers

I really hate giving rid of stuff that you've put so much time and effort in

but it really is just old and horrible and then some flower crown type things

and I made these for a photo shoot the dog throwing flowers

no collars or round at the top at a silk flowers thick reviews that she won the

dolphin or this hair burns as well so that was quite a fun thing to do but

I think I shall keep those because they're quite nice samples you can

imagine they'd be made with fresh flowers they look pretty good and in

here as well is a photograph of me is to put up an I did my workshops I'm going

to get rid of that frame so throw it away but I keep the basket of goodies

that and because I have to set myself a limit of 20 minutes to go through the

shelf and then a rattle through this shelf and then put back what I've got

and then I'll come back another time and do the next shelf so if I'm thinking 20

minutes a shelf I've got about another hours work here and you don't want to

watch me do that but isn't metal contain there again I bought less and Holland

years ago I love the container but I've never used it and then what you do

bits of candle that is a half gone and we're not a huge candle users at home so

I like that though recycling still in the gift wrappings I know what's in here

I was inspired against the same Dutch workshop these massive test tubes two

euros 95 they've probably been wrapped up for 10 years to think of something I

can use this for the reasonably gentle break those hope that the day of say

food bags I think I have to go back in the kitchen probably using those to line

those terracotta pots because they're not waterproof so that's back on the

kitchen pheasant feathers lucky holder face pops of mini test tubes these are

quite handy if you're making well for keeping your flowers in water where they

haven't got a long enough stem to be in the flower foam of ours it's quite nice

as where if you ever do an Easter tree with branches you can attach these to

the branches and put little flowers tree as well so that's all a bit

delicate there put the lid on rats I want to break any of those and also in

here chink chink as some more test tubes they're much more manageable size so I

need to decide originally I think I bought those and they had a plastic

fixing and they interlock together you could sneak them around the table I'm

not sure keep those actually I think the little test tubes and more practical I'm

going to get rid of those and then this a glass donut

floated on our vows of water and then you put your your flower through it so

you could float on your anthing I was quite good fun I think there's another

one there so what - and then more champagne corks and I'm going to get rid

of that boss and have another basket that's just a bit impractical and then

in this broken folder rosette so a flower club we're trying to divvy up

jobs who's handing out scissors who's doing the greenery who's handing out the

flower foam so I might keep those and recycle that idea another pack of little

post-it notes there so I think that get face away so I'll keep those two the

flower club my stack of things is growing here and in the large box here I

bought a piece of fake turf to use the Christmas as a as an Easter table scape

it was quite good fun so I'm going to keep that letters I've been spelling out

sign map and I thought so hard isn't it I think that's probably a giveaway we

don't use them at home anymore I was using them for no messages make sayings

and photographs so I think that's probably time to give that away

plastic test tubes so sometimes these come with your if you buy all kids or

and theorems and I've came on my Valentine roses and then what you can do

with them same principle as the test tubes you can but you can decorate these

us don't over with corsage tape so don't have to be fussed okie eat those are

quite good design out there a bust so it is to display the necklaces I've been

making fast that it's an old sample festival Doris what I'm going to do it's

all crinkled and crumpled but the black bear is in it with fake so I might go

through and pull out the black brace and I can reuse those that's that the job to

trust norm with little demonstration war hanging that we made it flower club so

it's that same technique with the twigs and binding them together I showed you

for the Christmas table arrangement and then with fake flowers glued on it's

quite attractive s-hooks I don't need those I thought I'd be

hanging up Dorian's everywhere and there go it's a sample piece there from flower

club at school we've painted tin cans and I'm not quite sure we did those got

to moss on the top I think that's had its day probably recycle water I can and

another hair garland here which is a mix of dried and Freight materials so again

I'm going to get rid of that and reuse salvage the fakeness here was a black

bitter in there again a pot here colored pens and that's an old pot so I think my

husband made all and this shows not quite sure I think it's got some

significance so I'm not getting rid of that and then oh I had some business

cards made for something so paid out for the

for an artist projects and it never happened so it's just time to get rid of

those they can go straight into recycling and then these pens here and I

should put them in the pen Potter only one so I'll use those so I'm gonna leave

it there and when I come back I'll show you what the Shelf looks like with all

my material was put in properly and then I'll move up the next sort of shelves

and show you what I've got in others boxes so hope you've enjoyed that do
