Waching daily Mar 4 2018

This video will show you the three biggest blocks to the Law of Attraction how you can

overcome them and really achieve what you want in life.

Welcome back to another video.

My name is Erin and I hope people expand their consciousness.

Now

this video I'm going to be sharing with you the most common blocks that I see people have

with the law of attraction.

It's also some of the things that I've experienced in my own life that as I overcame these and

as I'm overcoming them now because there's always things that are you know kind of being

brought to the forefront when it comes to the subconscious mind.

This is something that I can then you know work through and then share with you guys

some of the things that I've learned.

Now understand that we always get a reflection of who we are being when it comes to the Law

of Attraction.

We always get a reflection of what we define to be true.

Most of the things in our life if not all the things in our life are actually a reflection

of our beliefs.

So when we change our beliefs we change the reflection.

Now that's important to understand because the context of the kind of the way I going

to be explaining this video and the first one the first block that a lot of people experience

including myself and I've had to overcome is the story that I tell myself and it's maybe

the story that you tell yourself as well.

Every single one of us has a certain story.

Think of it like the narrator of a movie for example.

You are the narrator of your own movie.

You are the director the co-writer all of this of your own movie.

Now the story we tell ourselves of how things have been in the past will normally be something

we perpetuate into the future unless we become aware of what we're thinking which is great

that you know we're having this conversation right now because you most likely are already

aware of what you're thinking if you're here watching my videos because almost all my videos

are on the Law of Attraction and conscious awareness.

So that's already a step ahead of most people because most people are in the auto pilot

mind and they're just doing the same thing every single day and they have no awareness

that their thoughts influence their experience.

So your idea had a step ahead of the game.

Now the next part of it though is understanding what story are you telling yourself.

Do you have a story that says that maybe you were a victim growing up and things always

happened to you.

And it's hard for you to get out of the rut or you know things just aren't always going

your way.

You know there's so many different narratives stories that come with it a whole bunch of

beliefs inside of it.

You know some of us to ourselves a story that we have to always be a fixer upper with people

we always have to fix people that help them and as soon as we're done helping them we

move on to the next person you know that's a common story that we tell ourselves there's

is this there's so many different narratives stories.

You know they can be called archetypes.

These are the sort of stories that we all tell ourselves insert retrograde or retrograde

and certain steps or steps in certain ways.

And because of that that's something that we need to become more aware of.

Now I'd grown up at a certain story and I'm sure many guys know if you watched many of

the videos I talked about it before but I grew up with an abusive stepmom who was in

my life between the ages of be a nine to 15.

And my dad was a firefighter who's gone 24 hours a day.

And she was very manipulative.

My brother worked outside all the time with a lot of friends went out to watch TV were

not eat very much and we weren't because we were a lot of friends it was hard for us to

socialize with the school everyday but we weren't allowed to really ever hang out outside

of school.

So all of sudden 15 comes around my dad divorces her.

All of a sudden we have all this freedom.

And for years I carried around a story that said that I wasn't good enough.

I carried around this story of why did this victimization type thing happen.

I carried around this story of almost kind of like fear because I was so controlled for

a certain aspect of my life.

It was weird to walk around and feel that freedom and that was the story I told myself

right.

And I had to really learn how to be and feel worthy of myself and that eventually was one

of the best things that ever happened to me because eventually it led me to my spiritual

awakening.

It led me to understanding more about how my thoughts correlate with my experience how

to remain positive in each situation.

I would say that most people that meet me could tell I have such a positive outlook

and a positive vibe.

And that's most likely because I went through so much pain growing up that that's why I

am the way I am now.

See that's the story that I tell myself.

And that's something that becomes my experience in life.

Now I notice that with the story also comes the awareness that we can change our story

at any time.

Look at your story and look at the consistent things that happen in your life.

You know you know your story based on your surroundings and what your experiences.

And when you look around you can see that there may be some things you don't really

prefer to have in your life.

And as you look around at those you can decide Is this something I prefer to be part of my

story or is this something that I want to let go of now with the awareness.

You can decide to consciously let it go by just deciding to consciously let it go.

You know I remember well I think it was in the Power of Now and I was talking about how

do you how do you let go of all these negative thinkings or negative thoughts.

And the answer is like well how do you let go of a rope that's point you and starting

to get friction in your hands and is starting to give you blisters.

How do you let go of a hot coal just by dropping it.

Right.

You have to make a decision.

It's really just a decision I'm deciding to let go of this story that I tell myself and

understand that what comes along with that is then repetition of wiring in a new story

and doing something different that you would normally do under the old narrative.

So this requires repetition has required us to go out and actually tell ourselves a new

story.

You know I also have a story a story of when I was talking about when I was like 12 years

old and I went to some summer camp and some girl rejected me that was 18 years old because

I wanted to dance with her.

I told myself a story that I wasn't worthy and what how could I get out of that story.

Well I had to take action and push myself to talk to girls.

Chapter two I had to push myself to then break outside of that bubble.

And as I did that with repetition Eventually I got through that and I let go of that story

I realized with the awareness of just one situation.

And as I did that that's when everything began to change.

Now that's something that you can change you can change your story by becoming aware what

your story is deciding with intention to let it go and then wiring in a new story new thought

process new neural connections in the brain.

And as you do that everything will begin to change.

Now the second thing that blocks most people when it comes to a lot of attraction is expectation

and attachment to outcome.

Now the reason I say this is because when we develop an expectation when we persist

that you know something that has to happen we end up also getting resistance because

we and our ego mind believe that there is a blueprint that we have to follow.

And

if we follow that blueprint everything goes according to plan we can be happy.

We can feel like the Law of Attraction is working.

But here's the key and here's the kicker.

We must understand that the best case scenario that our ego can imagine is only the floor

for our higher self and call it a higher self the universe whatever label we want to give

it.

And when we start to have this perspective we see we're actually limiting ourselves by

saying I want to get from here to here and the only way I can do that is this way we're

limiting ourselves from actually the quicker ways that could go around that that could

get through those blocks and get through those ways.

So this is about having that awareness and trusting the process.

Anytime something happens in your life have it become a part of the process.

Integrate it into the experience and as you do that you find that it starts to kind of

dissolve it starts to become a part of the experience rather than it being you know a

wrench being thrown in the gears.

So that's a new perspective but it's something that's so powerful when it comes to this.

I understand that you can trust the process.

It's not all up to your ego mind to figure out how to do everything.

It's about being present to the moment not you know needing that external circumstance

to make you feel whole and complete you are already whole and complete.

So having that perspective in that frame as you go into the experience will allow you

to feel more of the emotions of already having what you want.

So that then you experience what you want.

We always get a reflection of who we are being and we will always resonate with those experiences

so we must really tap into that resonance.

Now the third block that people experience with the law of attraction is the definition.

This is something that I normally talk about my videos is something that I think is so

powerful.

If something happens and we automatically define it as a block that becomes a self-fulfilling

prophecy instead of a block.

What if it was an opportunity.

What if it was a new perspective what if we said to ourselves going into it I'm going

to learn something from this.

I'm going to have a new perspective as to how I can mold this and kind of you know have

this become a part of my experience and as we do that we start to get the self-fulfilling

prophecy of that helping us of that being something that works well for us.

So definitions create our reality become aware of what you define to be true what labels

you might have you might be saying that this is also very connected to the first one of

the story we tell ourselves because we'll have certain definitions and labels that we

naturally attach to.

But let go of labels and definitions that no longer serve you.

You know if we believe that we're a victim if we believe that things are always happening

to us in a way that's not something we prefer be aware of what those definitions are.

If we catch ourselves with these deep with thoughts that we have that say in the gate

what we want to experience become aware of what those definitions are and then reframe

them.

And as you do that you find that you get a new type of experience is it doesn't have

to be really hard to do something.

If we define it to be harder than it will be hard does it have to be something that

we really have to try to do if we have to try.

William resistance then we will have to try to do it.

But why can't we just do it.

We just to fight it that way.

That's when we really begin to experience it.

So our definitions are something so powerful for this whole process.

And remember it's just about the story we tell ourselves the story we tell ourselves

is going to be something that always plays itself out.

We can change our past and change the potentials of our future by looking at our past in a

new way by letting it go.

You know most of our life is ran by our subconscious mind and that's why that's why I created the

meditation and you'll find below.

There's a free MP 3 meditation that reprograms the subconscious mind that will allow you

to increase the emotion that will allow you to have a new self image.

And that's why they created it so that you can listen to it before you go to bed to really

reprogram your subconscious mind in a powerful way so that you become the kind of person

that you want so if you want to infuse that into your daily routine as well so you can

download low and listen to that everyday and apply that as a tool for doing so.

Remember the second thing is outcome dependence.

Let go of the outcome.

Trust the universe know that as you trust the universe you're saying yes to yourself.

You're starting to create from a much deeper place and that then you'll start to really

live your full potential rather than just the ego potential.

And then thirdly let go of the definitions you tell yourself become aware of what those

labels are and as you let that go everything will change.

So

with that being said the guys during this video Feel free to Blyton's video that you

like to subscribe if you haven't already done a little bit of patient years that you get

to see the daily That is do.

And that has to get in the next few days.

Much love on this day.

GAN 356 AIR SM Worth It? Should you buy it? [GAN356 Air SM Review] | Lightake - Duration: 3:59.

Hey guys it's me CriticalCubing.

Today we will take a look at another Gan puzzle, the Air SM.

The AIR SM has been out on the market for quite some time and many world class cubers

are also using it as their main.

In an unofficial poll, GAN AIR SM came out to be the most popular cube.

Today we shall see how good the Air SM really is and how far has the cube been hyped.

The Gan Air SM is a 56mm puzzle which weighs roughly 76g and costs the highest among flagship

cubes coming at 50$.

The cube comes with full bright oracle sticker shades which are plesant to look at and contrast

well.

Some changes have been made to the new SM from the previous Gan Air UM, the major change

being the new honeycomb design on the pieces.

The honeycomb design as the name suggests has a pattern reminiscent to a honeycomb which

allows lube to spread evenly which gives the cube a smooth feel and also longer life span

to the lube on tha tracks.

The difference in feel is easily felt when you turn the cube.

The AIR SM is the smoothest Gan cube till now, and is quiet, fast, stable and doesn't

deform easily and maintains the cubic shape with ease.

The cube also comes preloaded with magnets and I don't know what strength of magnets

they used, but the magnetic click is apparent when you're turing a bit slower, but not noticeable

when you start turning faster.

My problem with magnets comes mainly during LSE where I find the M slices lacking in fluidity

due to the magnets overpowering the turning.

Otherwise the strenght of the magnets doesn't interfere with speedcubing.

Corner cutting is on par with other flagship cubes on the market and the cube can cut over

line to line for normal corner cutting and line to line for reverse corner cutting as

well.

The corner also uses squared off corner design which makes corner twisting a thing of the

past.

Popping is non-existant and occurance of locking or catch isn't frquent thanks to the magnets

pulling the layers together and maintaining the cubic shape.

The cube is also very stable all thanks to magnets and overall as far as speedcubes goes,

this is one of the best cube I have tried till now and definitely the best Gan cube

till date.

Excellent job done by the engineers there at Gan.

If you take a look at my previous Gan Air UM review video, I mention the UM not being

anything revolutionary.

However my opinion has changed with the new Air SM since there have been some innovative

and revolutionary changes done to the cube.

The SM is better than UM in all the categories that you can compare these two, and if you're

someone who likes using Gan cubes, you should definitely buy the Gan Air SM.

One critique of the SM would be the pricing model.

SM costs 50$, and there are many cubers who wouldn't want to shell out 50$ for a Rubik's

cube.

This makes SM sort of in a league of it's own pricing concerned.

However fret not.

As far as performance goes, the GTS2M is a great magnetic cube and similar in performance

as the SM.

There are stark differences between the GTS2M and the SM mainly being the feel and turning

of the cube, however if you're deciding on a main and don't want to shell out the money

for SM, I'd definitely suggest the GTS2M.

I'm personally going to be using my non magnetic GTS2 as my main, and keep SM as my backup

main since my turning style fits the GTS2 more than the SM.

Also before you buy the SM, you can try out the SM at a comp and see if you like it or

not, before making the decsion to invest in it.

The SM is a great cube and the best GAN cube yet.

If you have the money to spend on this cube, you should just do it.

You won't go wrong with your purchase.

If you want to buy this cube for cheap, check out lightake.com.

Link is in the description.

That's it for this review video.

Thank you to lightake for sending this cube to me, and if you wish to buy the cube for

cheap, don't forget to check out lightake.com.

Thank you for watching and I'll see you next time.

Take care guys, and bye.

Small Business 101: Episode 9 - How To Choose A Good Business Logo - Duration: 4:56.

Alex: Hey everybody!

Welcome back to another episode of Small Business 101 on Arbeit U.

Today we are talking about choosing your companies logo.

Now I took that cue because Spencer complained before the film that I always pawn it off on him.

Spencer: Can we do like a match over where we show all of all of the times we had to

do it that way?

Can we get on that?

Alex: So anyway, choosing your companies logo.

Spencer: Yes, you had to choose a companies logo.

Alex: Yeah, a couple times.

Spencer: Twice.

Alex: Yeah well a few times Spencer: We just went through a whole brand

development right so we actually just did this.

We just picked a new logo.

In case you guys haven't seen it, its right there.

Alex: His name is Fritz.

Spencer: Can you get that Joe?

Perfect Alex: So when we first made Arbeit, four or

five years ago.

We literally contacted someone on like UpWorks or some freelancer and he asked us a bunch

of questions, I never spoke to him.

He made a logo and that was the old Arbeit Logo.

There was really nothing, there was no thought put into it.

We didn't know what kind of company we wanted to be at that point, or what company we were

going to be, like our brand and everything.

Excuse me.

Spencer: That's ok, we are going to let it go.

Alex: We felt like it was time for a refresh because ya know.

Spencer: It didn't match our personality.

Alex: Yes, it didn't.

It was old, crusty, and that's not what we are.

Spencer: We are not old, no crusty.

Alex: So we decided to go through a rebranding and that's how you have Fritz.

But, it's important that your logo matches who you are and what you want your customer

to perceive you as.

You know, that's the first thing they see.

Spencer: We said that about websites too.

It sets the tone for everything.

So you are going to make sure your logo matches your website design, you are going to make

sure your logo, like everything.

It's going to be a crucial point of it.

Alex: The style has to fit everything.

Spencer: Correct.

Alex: If you go to our website right now and look at it, Fritz, and how he is and how his

style is, fits across it.

You see that every.

Spencer: You see it on our sales sheets, you see it everywhere.

Alex: Its everything, that's the brand.

We have this thing called brand guidelines and they need to be followed on everything

that's ever released by Arbeit.

We try the best we can to have everything feel the same and have the same vibe so that

when anybody sees who Arbeit is, they all feel the same way about the company.

Spencer: So someone who is just starting their own business and they want to pick a logo.

Alex: I mean so it's a double-edged sword.

We started with Arbeit with just whatever just do it and we just did this and we rebranded

later and that's fine.

Spencer: But you didn't know who you were.

Alex: Right, exactly that was fine to do it that way.

If you have a better understanding of who you are, what you are going to be.

Spencer: Or what you want people to see you as.

Alex: Exactly, what you want people to see you as.

Then, work with a brand creator, somebody you know, a graphic designer who has experience.

Spencer: We'll do it for $15,000 Alex: Someone who has experience in these

things and they'll help you with that.

They'll be able to, if they are good they'll be able to make something that has that feel.

They will interview you, they will drill you and ask you questions.

They'll ask you the right questions to get you to get them the information.

Spencer: they'll try and figure out what you want your company to be and then they'll put

a face to that.

Alex: Right, there's really two ways of doing this: 1) Do this right from the beginning,

and that's hard to do because it's hard to know kinda that up front because things change

so much so that one way to do and that's a good way to do it.

The other way to just at the beginning just, Spencer: Just do it to have it

Alex: Yeah, but at the end of the day, don't let like this prevent you from opening the

company.

Spencer: Correct, don't be like, Ok I've got to create a logo before I can open my company.

Alex: It's literally, the logo is one piece of the puzzle of the brand because then how

you communicate with your customers also fits in that brand.

So you cant have this nice friendly logo and then communicate with your customers with

this rugged outdoorsy way if you have this high tech logo.

Like it just doesn't fit.

Spencer: Oh I just got back from the woods, chopping down this tree.

Alex: So they just don't fit together.

You've got to make sure that you're always communicating the same way and that's a challenge.

We probably don't do it perfectly, but we try.

Especially as you grow and get more employees its hard.

Spencer: Its hard to maintain that, right?

Because you have to get everyone to buy into what that brand identity is.

Alex: Right, everyone.

The salesperson, the person answering the phone, they all should try their best to represent

the company as the brand states it should be represented.

Spencer: I think that was great.

Alex: Thank you Spencer: And thank you, for watching!

And as always, subscribe, like, follow us on everything.

We will see you next week.

Alex: See ya

What to say when your prospect asks you what company you're in - Simon Says Ep.19 - Duration: 9:02.

Hey this is Simon Chan here with Magic Mike

Who does our marketing for MLM Nation including

Our show

You're watching Simon Says

What's Up!

Hey this is Simon Chan and you're watching Simon Says

The show where

You get to build a successful MLM business online

We're gonna go through the 10 stages of Online Duplication

This is the show where you got the questions, and I've got your answer

And we're gonna go through the 10 stages of Online Duplication, and help you

Attract online

Recruit online, and duplicate online

So let's get started, are you fired up?

I'm fired up!

This weekend, hope you all had a good weekend

This weekend I was at a wedding, a friend's wedding

This guy is really, really wealthy

So when you go there everyone is like millionaires, multi-millionaires

So I was invited, my friend is actually

60 years old

And

I heard about this girl he is marrying

And turns out the girl, I know she was young

But I didn't realize until the wedding that she was 23

And not only that, but she was like

Super, super hot ok

Super hot, 23 year old girl

You know, most of his friends are all older

And I'm like one of the youngest persons there except for her

And his friends are all like

"Oh my goodness, how did you find this beauty?"

"how did you find, how did you get her to marry?"

And my friend is like

I kinda lied about my age

And we asked him- what age did you tell her?

And he said- I told her I was 87

*drum roll and only 1 person clapping at joke*

So anyway, hope you all had a good weekend

Thank you for watching the show

And, let's go to today's question of the day-

Calvin from New York asks

Why is it not a good idea to tell the prospect your company name

If he asks what's the name of your company?

If I don't tell him, wouldn't he think something shady is going on?

How would you phrase your question so he doesn't ask the name?

Awesome question

So, remember

In online, you want to increase curiosity and

Decrease resistance

Ok I'm gonna write this down- increase curiosity

Right, increase

And resistance, you want to decrease, ok.

Decrease resistance

If you put your company name down, people can google it

They can google it, they may find negative stuff about it

And even if they don't find negative stuff about it

They may not get the complete picture

Of what your company, what your business is

So for example, if they google it

And say you're in a supplement company

How much time are they gonna spend on the website?

5 seconds? 10 seconds?

Then they say- "oh you're in supplements" "I don't want to do supplements"

But your business is way more than supplements right

Or you're in energy, or you're in skin care

Right, they think "oh, I gotta do home parties, and show skin care"

But your business is way, way more than that

So no google, you want to create curiosity

So you want to send them the video

The tool, or send the webinar where they learn

About the company from someone else

Not by you talking about it

You don't want them just to google

If you're asking in the right way, they shouldn't ask you what company it is

But if they do ask you what company it is

Just say your company name

I'm not saying to lie about it

If they say- what company, what business are you in?

You can say, hey I'm in the health and wellness industry

Talk about the industry

I'm in the telecom industry

I'm in the travel industry

I'm in the, energy industry right

Whatever business your in, you don't need to say the company name

Just say the industry

Now, if they say- what's the name of the company you're working with?

That's the only time you'll share it

If they ask you what company you're with

i'll just say I'm in 'A, B, C' company

Now don't lie about it

But here's the thing

Be proud of it- "I'm in 'A, B, C' company"

"Have you heard of it?"

See the one who asks the questions controls the conversation

Write that down

The one who asks the questions, controls the conversation

So that prospect was in charge of the conversation by asking

Asking these questions, but now you turned it around with him

"Hey this is 'A, B, C' company, have you heard of it?"

And if they say- yes

"Well that's awesome"

That's why it's so huge, a lot of people know about it"

"I'm really excited to be a part of it"

"And it's making a really big impact on my life"

"I wanted to see if you're interested to take a look"

Now if they haven't heard of it

Then be surprised

"What you haven't heard of it?

They'll be like- no, why

"Well because they company, we're making incredible things right now"

You can say this even if you're a small company

I would say- hey you haven't heard of it?

Yea, we just got started but we're doing awesome

A lot of people in this area have heard about it

I think this is really exciting, you definitely need to

That's why I feel you need to know about this

Because a lot of people are getting on board

Have heard about it, doing something with it

You need to, check this out

Ok, when you say that, you're increasing curiosity

So again, when you tell your company name

End with a question- Hey have you heard of it?

"Hey what's the name of your company?"

"I'm in A, B, C company, have you heard of it?"

If they say yes-

"That's awesome"

"You know, it's made a huge impact on my life"

"This business, I'm very excited about it'

"And that's why I figured, I want you to take a look at it"

If they haven't heard about it- "Like what?"

"You haven't?"

"Well you definitely need to, because it's incredible"

Ok, and then you invite them

Now, you can do it with the product as well

If you're taking the product approach

"Have you heard of it?"

"Oh, yes"

"I'm in A, B, C company, have you heard of it?"

They say- yes

"Well awesome, you know how many lives are changing by this product"

"That's why I wanted to share with you as well"

Right, now

If you ask them and they say 'yes'

Also follow up with-

"What's your experience with that?"

What's your experience

So they may say- "Oh my aunt approached me about it"

"My aunt approached me about this"

And I'd go deeper and ask- "so what did you think?"

"What did you like best about it?"

Right, and a lot of times

If they've heard about the company, they either

Were approached the wrong way

May have some negative view about it

But mostly because they were approached the wrong way

"Oh my aunt approached me, but it's not for me"

You can dig a little deeper

"what really?"

"Because I know a lot of people that got involved, what did you not like about it?"

Dig it out deeper, and then if they're really

Negative, they're very closed minded

Then you drop it, and then you move on

But a lot of times, they may have heard about the company, from someone else

But they don't get a really good understanding of the business

So that leads to your invite

But also, if you ask them-

"Hey this is A, B, C company"

You're taking the product approach

Say "Hey this is A, B, C company have you heard of it?"

And they say- no

"No, really?"

"So many people have used the product, have had amazing results"

"I figured that's why I want to share with you"

"You should definitely take a look at this"

Alright, so that is how you handle the question

Now, also to answer your question

How do you phrase the question?

If you invite people a certain way

Approach them a certain way

They shouldn't, normally wouldn't ask the name of the company

I'll give you a couple ones

Number one - "I'm working on a project, I'm super excited about"

Or - "I just had a great experience with this product"

"It's been really, really incredible. I want to share it with you"

Another one is - "I'm working on something that is super exciting"

Another way you can ask, ask the right way is -

"Hey this video has totally changed my life"

"It's got like 20,000 views on Youtube"

"It's impacting a lot of people, you need to take a look at this"

Or - "I'm using a product that's changed my life"

"I've lost weight, I feel so much better, i have so much energy"

"I wanted to share this with you"

So if you ask it the right way, people are not gonna ask you

Most are not gonna ask you what's the name of the company

And if they do, again I shared with you

Ask them -

"Hey this is A, B, C company, have you heard of it?"

Alright, anyway that's it

How to Download Any Wistia Video Under 1 Minute (Feb 2018) - Duration: 1:35.

I'm gonna show you how to download Wistia video under one minute using Google Chrome.

First of all open a video you wanna download to your PC or Mac and go ahead right next

to your video right click view page source.

Then control or command F type medias or wistia_async.

Now you're searching for series of ten letters or numbers which is basically the video ID

unique for every video either public or private.

Now copy, let's say this unique video ID, to the clipboard and open a new website getvideo.at.

Now paste the unique video ID at the end of the link I already prepared.

This link consist of two parts in which the first part is fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe

and the second part is the unique video ID I copied from the source code of the website

where was the video located.

OK now hit search and choose the quality you want the video to be downloaded.

Once the video is downloaded you need to rename the file extension of the video from .bin

to .mp4 which is pretty easy in this case.

And if you don't know how to change the file extension click on the link in the upper

right corner where I prepared a video on how to change the file extension on Mac or on

Windows.

Thank you very much for watching this video.
