At the moment, there aren't many details regarding 6.2 release in EU.
So far, we can guess what changes will take place in our region.
However, we can compare what will be done in Russia.
And when I check Russian forums, I sometimes have a feeling that Innova – the RU publisher,
has better communication with players and NCsoft.
So, in today's video you gonna see, what kind of regional differences are planned there,
and are they really helpful.
Last week Russian CM confirmed they'll have Luna instead of Quna currency.
Galeas also confirmed the news, but he only said we'll have other system without
disclosing any details.
So, will we have something different?
– Definitely not.
Here's the Russian CM's post, where he's saying "in other regions
Quna will be replaced with Luna".
But there's a major issue, Quna currency can be put on broker, meanwhile Luna can't.
And just look how they handled the situation.
Innova already requested tradable boxes with Luna currency for their region.
"As Luna's value and demand will increase, the possibility of purchasing it using kinah
should be added", - he CM said.
It's clearly seen, this person does understand the problem.
I really hope GF will do something similar.
I'd like to continue the Luna Cube topic.
You might already know the old crafting system will be removed, meanwhile Magical Crafting
will be reorganized, and you can't be crafting consumables anymore.
Such items as pots/food can be bought in the Gold Sand Shop, using kinah.
For example, this hp/mp pot costs 8.6k kinah, which is more than 258k old kinah.
Now tell me,
what the hell is this?
I mean NCsoft is like "hey, we gonna take away all your stuff u had previously
and remove the old crafting system.
So, if u wanna new best food - pay a visit to our shop!".
It shouldn't be like that.
According to Russian CM, consumable designs will be added to Luna Cube
in order to make players' life easier.
I must admit, that's a brilliant decision!
If anyone from our AION Team is watching this video, make this video,
nake this very important change come to EU!
Btw, there's one more interesting thing, regarding consumables.
You can still use old 1 hour scrolls in 6.2!
And that's not a RU only change.
You can see that in the screenshot, taken form Korean live stream.
Players also confirmed the scrolls are still useable on RU PTS as well.
Moreover, you can still be using these old pots.

This feature became unavailable with 6.2 in Korea.
However, RU CM confirmed, that the possibility to launch more than one game client at the
same time will remain active in their region.
But still, it's not clear how GF would handle this situation.
This change limits the players.
For example, you can't log on alt and put him AFK for some event or Luna daily/weekly,
meanwhile you do your daily activities on your main.
Btw, I mentioned Luna instances, cuz instead of APES and serum you will have a chance to
obtain new PvE and PvP enchantment stones there.
Another hot topic is Kinah & Estima exchange conditions.
I've got a lot of ppl asking me everyday, what will happen with kinah in warehouses,
on broker etc.
Should I buy estimas or should I sell them?
Well, that's what will happen in Russia.
All kinah in your inventory, warehouse and drawers will be converted to gold bards.
Did I just say 'gold bards'?
All kinah in your inventory, warehouse and drawers will be converted to gold bars.
The kinah in account warehouse will be also converted and gold bars will be wrapped in
a pouch.
So you can distribute it to one of your characters.
As for legion warehouse, all converted gold bars will be placed into legate's inventory.
Sold items at broker will be also converted; meanwhile unsold items will be put into your
inventory.
I'm pretty sure the same will happen in EU.
Now it's time to mention the interesting part.
In Russia players will get additional 1.3kk new kinah for each gold bar in their possession.
Besides that, all estimas, including +0 ones will be exchanged too.
That's quite interesting, because in Korea only +5 estimas and higher were exchanged.
I'm not sure what GF will do, but even if +0 estima will be replaced with 1 gold bar
+ 1.3kk new kinah, that's a huge profit!
I repeat, this is what will happen with estimas in RU region, no guarantee for EU.
Anyway, you can pre-craft estimas before 6.2, since we've got tons of leftover mats after
The Great Crafting Race Event.
You know, just in case.
Manastone exchange conditions also differ.
In Korea only socketed +12 manastones were exchanged.
Russian CM stated that all +12 manastones & HD composites you have in your inventory
will be replaced with new ones.
If we get the same exchange, this means you can have a good start up in 6.2, if you saved
up some useless +12 Agility and +12 HP.
Just saying.
High fees on broker was another topic, that has been discussed on Russian forums.
The CM stated this issue is pending review.
Anyway, I think the amount of fees will be reduced eventually.
I repeat, it would be very nice, if GF requests same changes.
Especially the one with crafting consumables via Luna Cube.
