Hi, In today's video, I am going to share my

recommendations of what to invest in Poland.

These are my suggestions from advising investors of all industries, and I hope they will be

useful to you.

Let's begin: Real Estate investment.

Yes yes yes, real estate is a good investment no matter where you are, but Poland's Return

of Investment (ROI) is one of the highest among all European nations, especially in

terms of commercial real estate, such as office space, shops, etc., you can make an average

of 7-12% annually from your real estate investment in Poland.

Trading business of goods from different continents.

You would be surprised at how easy it is for you to import goods into Poland and sell to

different countries in Europe.

Poland has one of the largest wholesale market and distributes tons of goods to neighbouring

countries on a daily basis.

Construction development.

There are quite a lot of good plot resources all over Poland with attractive prices.

Therefore some foreign investors decide to purchase the plots and bring their own construction

team from their own countries to come to work on the project.

Of course you need to obtain related license and permits to start the construction, the

profit is quite abundant and the ROI could be 23%.

E-commerce.

If you can only think of big names like Amazon, eBay, or Alibaba when talking about e-commerce

in Poland, you are obviously out of dated.

You can be a supplier at Allegro, or Gumtree, or Mall.com selling your products to 38 million

populations in Poland.

IT business.

IT industry is one of the most important sectors of the national economy.

The government uses state budget compensation, the specialist available or the rapid development

of the market to encourage the industry.

What's more Poland has great human capital - having very high availability of employees

with high quality of services.

Last week I had a terrible cold but this week I feel so much better.

I like badminton but I'm not able to play because I have a painful wrist.

A while ago I did volunteer work at Kew garden, it helped my knowledge of flowers increase. My favourite were the waterlilies. They were so interesting.

Past volunteer work, where, Kew Gardens, flower knowledge increased. Favourite what, waterlilies, learn interesting.

Number 4

When I went to Florida I would wake up early every morning to watch the dolphins swim past.

Florida went, every morning early wake up, why, dolphins watch.

Number 5

At school I was rubbish at maths and up till now I have not improved, my maths needs a lot work.

School me maths rubbish, awful, to this point improved, no, needs work.

Number 6

What's happening with the weather, today it's really hot and yesterday cold. Maybe it's global warming?

Today hot, yesterday cold, happening weather what? Global warming don't know?

Number 7

In my family everybody has brown eyes and I'm the only one with blue.They're dark and I'm fair. people tease me and say I was switched at birth.

My family everybody eyes brown have, me only eyes blue. As well skin dark, me no. People tease me, "you birth switched

It's true.

Number 8

I failed my driving test 3 times and I'm still rubbish at reverse parking.

Me driving test failed, how many times, 3, why reverse parking rubbish.

Am I better now, I'm not allowed drive because of epilepsy, not because I'm a naughty girl. Anyway moving on.

Number 9

My husband says I am a typical woman driver, I say , "what a cheek."

My husband says, "you typical woman driver." "Me , cheek."

Argue, moving on quickly. That was simple.

Number 10

At the moment I'm decorating my living room. My husband Martin and I discussed what colour to paint the walls, he said bright green. I said, are you stupid, you can't paint the walls that. Over my dead body! He said it can be arranged.

Now living room decorating [painting] my husband Martin me discussing colour wall paint what? Martin,

"Bright green"

"Stupid [daft], you can't paint, over my dead body."

"Can arranged"

Finished, that's not true.

You noticed I used role shift a little bit, so I think we will put that in to the sentences.
