Hi friends this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share
two amazing remedies for instant facelift. Sagging skin is a common
problem that many of us face. Some of the common reasons for sagging skin are
ageing, drastic weight loss, excessive sun exposure, smoking and dehydration. All
these breakdown our collagen and elastin making our skin lose it's elasticity resulting
in sagging skin. One of the best ways to improve sagging skin is to use firming
masks that both improve collagen production and also helps tighten the
sagging skin. The base for both these treatments is boiled chickpeas. Chickpeas
are rich in protein, antioxidants and vitamins and they help improve our skin
tone instantly when applied as a pack. Though we can use chickpea flour also
called as gram flour, using boiled and mashed chickpeas does wonders to our
sagging skin. Both these treatments require only two
ingredients. The first mask is using multani mitti. The second mask is using
egg white. Both egg white and clay are the top two best ingredients to use in
firming masks as they firm up sagging skin really well.
Soak chickpeas overnight. The next day morning, rinse, add enough water and
boil till soft. Once fully cooked, strain out the water. Don't discard the
water completely, reserve some as we'll be using it for the mask.
Take one and half tablespoons of boiled chickpeas in a bowl. Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of
multani mitti to it. Now add enough reserve boiled chickpea water too. Since
clay absorbs water, we'll be needing more chickpea water for this pack. Now grind
this mixture to a smooth paste. To use, apply all over the face and neck. Let it
dry completely. This might take around 10 to 15 minutes. Once it firms up, wash it
off. This mask not only tightens sagging skin instantly, it also
gives a radiant glow to our skin. If you don't have multani mitti, you can use
any nature clay that you have at home.
Take a tablespoon of boiled chickpeas in a bowl. Add in a tablespoon of egg white to it. Add enough boiled chickpea water
too. This mask will require only less water compared to the chickpea-multani
mitti mask. Now grind this mixture to a smooth paste. To use,
apply all over your face and neck and wait for it to completely dry. This mask
will dry firmly on the skin. Once dry, wash it off.
Both these packs help tighten sagging skin equally well. Choose the one you
like and use it regularly at least weekly twice, if you want to see fast
results. You don't have to boil chickpeas just for making these packs, reserve some
chickpeas and chickpea boiled water each time you make channa. Both these packs
are very gentle on the skin and regular use will give you a firmer and glowing skin.
