No more game videos or content on the internet? Article 13 - Duration: 1:38.

Hello guys, welcome welcome Adna here and today I'm going to upload a very different kind of content, different kind of video.

It's about article 13. It's beyond imaginable.

Article 13 basicly, it's a new copyright blocking system on the internet.

Does not only affect content creators, but also you, who likes to share memes within your social media to your friends.

Actually it's not only on Youtube, but Facebook, Instagram, Watssap, anywhere.

Basicly anything that someone uploads on the internet or you

For example, an image of a car, an house, a street, a toy you bought or your favourite TV show, it belongs to someone, so your content will be blocked

If you record something, you have something on your video, doesn't require to have logos, only the item in your video, the things in your video will be blocked.

That's funny, because if a company uploads something that belongs to themselves, if in that video contains at least 1% of an object or anything from someone else, it can also be blocked.

Go to the description of this video, sign the petition, it's free, and let your voice be heard.

Save the gameplayers!

How To Get Your Subconscious Mind To Work For You - Duration: 15:19.

If you've ever had an employee, you really want that person to work for you

and not against you. What about your subconscious mind? How do you get your

subconscious mind to work for you? When we think, we often think in pictures. If I

ask you to think about your house, do you get a picture? Your car? Oh, yeah.

Picture. Your wife? Your husband? Your kids? Pictures, all of them. Your mind? Oh, wait a

minute? Did you get a picture when I said mind? Some people think of the brain or

they get a picture of the brain. Your brain isn't your mind. When I'm talking

about your mind, I'm talking about the you inside of there. You know the one

that's doing all the thinking and observing. Your soul, your spirit. The

agent in the machine. Your brain isn't your mind. It's part of your body. So, I've

created a little picture of your mind. And this is it. Isn't that beautiful? Now,

how is this your mind? I got this originally from my friend Leslie

Householder. She got it from a guy named Bob Proctor. I don't know where he got it.

But this has been shared in a lot of different contexts as a symbol for the

mind. If we look at the different components of the mind, we've got the

conscious mind up here on top, we've got the sub-conscious down here below and

this is the body which includes your brain. So, all three of these elements

we'll talk about in terms of your mind. Now, the conscious... Conscious means aware.

When you're unconscious you're not aware of anything that's going on.

So, consciousness is awareness. Being tuned in or aware of what's going on. Sub

conscious. Sub means below like subway, submarine. You get it. Sub, conscious. Below

awareness. That's why it's drawn below the conscious mind. You're not aware of

what's going on down there. It's very important and it's powerful

and it's topic of our whole conversation today. But you're not aware of it for the

most part. In fact, you know what? Some people come into my office and they're

like, "Dr. Paul, you know what's going on in my subconscious?" And I'm like, "You

don't know what's going on in your subconscious." By definition, you're not

aware of it. You can become aware of it but then it's a conscious thing rather

than subconscious. Now, your body is an important part of this equation because

it's your body that interfaces with the world and creates your results. When we

talk about getting the subconscious mind to work for us instead of against us, I

think it's important to see how this process creates results for us in our

life. The conscious works in terms of thoughts and pictures and images,

okay? That you know, like when I was saying earlier and you think about your

house and you get a picture, that's a conscious process. The subconscious works

with images but it's not pictures necessarily. The images I'm talking about

in the subconscious are more like self image. You know? Which isn't really a

picture. It's more of a feeling or a sense. This is more of a subconscious

kind of a process. The subconscious rather than thoughts is

focused on beliefs. I'm talking the kind that you're not even aware of always.

Like speaking English. Did you notice that we're doing that today?

Probably not. You didn't notice. It's obvious but it's a belief. It's just like

a template or an operating system, okay? That's more of a subconscious kind of a

process. So, one way to think about how these

interact is to think about it kind of like the captain and the crew and the

ship. Who's driving the ship? Ah, maybe you said the captain. Now, you would be

technically correct. Captain's in charge, the captain's driving the ship, right?

The captain actually gives the orders. Who drives the ship? The crew.

Okay? Now, the crew may or may not do what the captain tells them to do. What this

means is if you have a conscious thought that you want to do a certain thing but

there's a conflicting belief in your subconscious then your subconscious is

going to like commit mutiny. Throw the captain overboard and they're going to do

whatever they want. The ship has to do what the crew instructs it to do. So

here's an example of how this might work. Let's say that you have a subconscious...

Subconscious image in your mind. "I'm just a failure." Okay? I hope that's not

the one that you have. But that's a good example because it'll show us some

things. And let's represent that with this X here, okay?

Subconscious belief. "I am such a failure." Alright.

If the subconscious belief is that what kind of behaviors do you think we're

going to see in the body? We're going to see X behaviors in the body, right? Make sense.

We're going to see, "I'm, such a failure behaviors coming from our body." Well, what

kind of results do you think that's going to create in our world? Oh, yeah! Big

surprise. "I'm such a failure" results. Because what other kind of results can

you get from that kind of behavior, right? What if the image

is, "I'm fat, I'm lazy, I'm ugly."

Well, how is your body going to show up? Fat, ugly and lazy. You're going to get fat, ugly

and lazy results. Just notice that it's happening. Now, at this point, we get into

a little feedback loop here where we become consciously aware of our results

through our senses. That's what these little antennae are for up there on top.

We get to see and smell and touch our results. And if those are X results that

we hate and that comes into our conscious mind... Oh, look at all of this X

in my life. Then we concluded a conscious level that we are X, we feel terrible

about it. The emotional energy drives it to our subconscious and we're off to the

races. So, you can see how the subconscious can work against us by

holding a belief that doesn't serve us well. How are we going to change that? How

can we get our subconscious mind to work for us instead of against us? Well,

obviously, we need to install a new belief here at the subconscious level.

Now typically, what happens is we go to the seminar or we watch the YouTube

video or we see Dr. Paul spouting off about how you're not X, you're Y. You are Y. You

can do this, right? And it's conscious. This Y comes in on a conscious level.

Meanwhile, our subconscious is thinking, "Yeah, whatever. You wish. You wish you were

Y. You're such a pretender. You're such a fake. You're such a phony." And that

tends to be what carries the day. Because whatever

is already installed in your subconscious is going to drive your

behaviors. This is the problem that we have. We need to get Y installed and kick

X out of the subconscious. How are we going to do that? The most traditional

common way to do that is through a process that we call affirmations. And

I've had my clients do this for my whole career. The problem is they don't work

very well. I mean, they do work, they can work. But here's the problem with

affirmations. When we take a Y affirmation and we just try to shove it

into our subconscious, we get a lot of resistance. We get a fight. Because X is

already there. And X is like a bad tenant. It doesn't want to leave. And so it sets

up camp and it's like, "No, I was here first and you're such a phony." If we want

to get wide down to the subconscious, let's try a little different strategy.

And we're going to come in through the back door a little bit. So we don't have

such resistance in such a fight from our subconscious. It's a process that's

called Consideration. My good friend Brett Williams was here on the channel a

while back. Maybe you saw the video where we talked about this. Affirmations caused

the conflict with the subconscious.

Considerations slip it in the back door and give us a better chance of

installing that new belief in the subconscious. So that our subconscious

mind is now working for us instead of against us. So here's a little process

that you can do to get those considerations. Step number 1, simply

ask "What if?" Now, the what if is tied to Y. The new belief, okay? Not X, the old

belief. Y, the new belief. So what is your new belief?

If it's, "I'm such a failure" that you're trying to eject from the

subconscious then why might be, "I am a successful, happy, confident person."

Alright? That's Y. "I am a successful, happy, confident person." When you say that,

how do you feel? Well you feel a little resistance, right? Because you're like, "Well,

I'm not really a successful, happy, confident person. I'm actually..." And then

you go back to X. So, we're not going to do that. We're going to say, "What if I were a

successful, happy, confident person? What if I were?" I'm not saying I am. I don't

want to fight with my subconscious. I'm simply saying what if I were.

Okay? That's step 1. You can actually divide this into four days. 4 separate

day. So one day, when you just... You just asking the what if. That's all. We're not

going to force the issue. Now, on day 2, here's the next step. If I were... If I were...

Get the wording. If I were a successful, happy, confident person, what would I see,

hear, smell? Okay, we're going to the physical senses because those are very

conscious. Remember on the model, we're starting from the top, down. We're going to

go from the conscious, we're going to try to drive it down into the subconscious. So

these senses are conscious senses. If I were Y, a happy, confident, successful

person, what would I see? What would I hear? What would I smell? Go to the senses?

Just hang out there for a little bit. Do you see how we're starting to work it in?

Now on day 3... Step 3, if I were. Again, I'm not saying I am. I don't want

to pick a fight with my subconscious. But if I were a successful, happy, confident

person, how would I feel?

Now, we're really talking business because feelings and emotions are what

drive that subconscious and cement a new idea into that subconscious. Now, we're

really getting to the strategy of this approach. To get our subconscious mind to

work for us. As you consider how it would feel, notice that it's going to feel awesome.

If you really were Y, you would feel so good,

wouldn't you? Imagine that. Feel it. Anticipate it. See if you can connect

with that feeling. And that leaves us to the last step. Number 4 is this. If I

were a successful, happy, confident person, how would I show up today? Now, we're

getting to the behavior part where the subconscious mind starts to drive the

body. Where the crew drives the ship. How would I show up today? What would I do

differently? How would I (I love that term.) show up in my relationships at work, at

home, wherever it is that I am? This is how we can get our subconscious mind to

start working for us as. It accepts that new belief and it ejects the old one

that was causing us the trouble. For us or against us. That subconscious mind is

working all the time. We've got a lot of other supported

videos here in the positive personal development playlist. Check those out and

who said you are what you settle for now I know that sounds like something Tony

Robbins probably has said and maybe he has but actually that comes from Janis

Joplin the singer Janis Joplin said that in her final interview now I'm not

suggesting that you imitate the habits of Janis Joplin actually she had some

pretty unhealthy and dysfunctional ways however when you think about what she

was able to accomplish in her lifetime she broke major barriers and broke down

walls in the music industry especially in rock and roll in blues she wasn't a

political activist she wasn't pushing a feminist agenda

she was just wanting to do what she wanted to do and nothing was going to

stop her so it makes sense to me when I heard her say that in an interview

because she just wasn't willing to settle for anything she wasn't willing

to settle for a traditional role that was probably pushed on her and that she

was probably pressured in the sixties when she was coming up and there was no

person for her to imitate or emulate there was no role model there was no one

who had done in rock and roll which she had done so it was purely a matter of

she knew what she was capable of she knew what she wanted to do and she would

not settle for anything less than that let this sink in you are what you settle

for and you make that decision whether conscious or unconscious about it you

make that decision every single day what you're willing to settle for the extent

in which you grow yourself that there sent to which you evolve yourself and

that you grow your life is whatever you're willing to settle for this is not

a reprimand I am NOT here to tell you what you should and should not settle

for that's completely up to you that's your life you make that choice maybe you

put yourself out there maybe you tried maybe you had an interest a belief in

something you put your heart and soul into it

and it absolutely failed or maybe you put your you gave someone trust and your

feelings and you trusted that person with your heart and then that person

betrayed you or broke your heart so you're not willing to try you don't want

to put yourself out there you retract it from it you pulled away from it it was

painful and you don't ever want it to happen again so you've settled for safe

but it's not really satisfying you you settled for not suffering you felt you

settled for moving away from you settled for not wanting to feel that pain again

for a safer existence safer in the sense that because you're not putting yourself

out there because you're not trying because you're not putting everything

you have into something then you are lessening the disappointment that you

may have in life but there's a different pain now a different suffering this is

your inner wisdom letting you know that you could be more because you're

ultimately unsatisfied with your life it doesn't mean that your life is bad you

you have the basics down you make enough money to pay your bills and maybe even

set aside some for savings but you know that you're not all that you could be

you know that you're not doing all that you could be doing it's like it's your

inner Janis Joplin letting you know maybe singing to you that there's more

and you're capable of more you have greater potential than what your actual

izing right now just for the record I have failed for more times than I have

succeeded and all of the things that I've tried I have definitely failed for

more times than I've ever succeeded at

anything and I've been crushed many times with disappointment I've also had

my heart broken several times I'm amazed when I talk to people about this

particular subject and I say and they tell me about the problems that they've

had the disappointments that they've had the failures the broken hearts and I

asked them okay well how many times did you really put yourself into something

and try really hard and fail and it's usually only like once or twice and then

I'll ask them well how many times have you had your heart broken in a

relationship again it may be once or twice I think that myself is that is

that all that stops you if you look at the most successful people those are the

ones who have failed the most times what I can say about it is that heartbreak

and failure they do get easier the more you try and fail it's it's dead still

hurts it definitely hurts when it happens but you know that there are

glorious successes there are glorious rewards on the other side there may not

be as often as the failures but you know that they're coming you know that

something will come of even a failure you start to realize that failure is

just a part of the process of success but even greater than achieving success

is that failure is just a part of creating the life that you desire now

this is not for everyone and I'm not trying to convince you that you should

be doing this you should be putting yourself out there all the time and

going after everything that you want to go after and and put in your heart out

on the line like I said it's it's not for everybody

but there are some of you who are watching this who want to follow their

heart and you're hesitating and what this video is it's a message to you to

do that it's not going to be easy it will hurt sometimes and you will most

definitely fail and experience crushing disappointment but there is life beyond

that if you move through it a lot of people like I said they

they withdraw they pull in they say I don't want that let me get it away let

me go to a safe place and that's fine if you're if you're okay with that then

then do that but there is something on the other side if you just push through

it to give you a little reassurance there's something called the law of

averages I'm not going to go into a full-on explanation of it it's easy to

look up and find but what it states is that of course the more you try the more

you will succeed and there is a certain average of how many times you try to how

many times that you will succeed so it's a mathematical certainty that if you try

enough times you are going to succeed at some point and the best part is not even

the wealth or the things that you accumulate from becoming successful the

best part is who you become in the pursuit of what it is you want and

desire the best part is who you become in spite of the failures and the

disappointments it's the life you create as you pursue and fail and succeed along

the way and it's the story of your life it's the story you create for yourself

when you become the champion of your own life always getting back up after you've

fallen then you will truly live your life's purpose this is essentially what

the hero's journey really is the side effect is that you live a more

purposeful more meaningful more successful life and you can't buy that

with money I don't care how much money you have

if you've inherited all your money and you've never had to work for that you've

never had to try and fail and then try and fail until you finally succeed you

can't buy those experiences you can't buy the character that that creates you

can't buy those stories they're they're yours and yours only and what's really

cool about it is that often times you can actually turn that into money and

wealth so if you're not satisfied with your life take responsibility for having

made the choice to settle for what your life is like right now now

that doesn't mean that you created any of the the bad things that have happened

to you if bad things have happened to you that weren't a direct result of

something you did or our consequence of having taken a risk then no that's

that's not your fault and that's not what this is about this is about what

you've settled for so bad things have happened and you just accepted it and

didn't do anything about it then that's what you've settled for if

you feel like you live a mediocre existence and that's not for me to judge

in us for no one else to judge but if you feel like that's what you're living

that's what you're settling for so the start of changing all of this is to take

responsibility for your life and what you've settled for and that's when you

can start making new choices when you make those new choices then your life

will change but first you have to take responsibility for your life the way

that it is that what you've settled for was based on the choices you've made now

you might not have even been conscious of these choices but now you are so look

around look at your life understand this and when you do and you can realize what

the choices are that you've made that have created the life that you have

right now then you can start to change them start changing what your choices

are stop settling for what you don't want to settle for anymore and start

living the life that you know you are meant to live check out my free webinar

Shadow Work (The Power of Consciousness) From Meditation to Magick - Empowering Yourself! - Duration: 3:38.

Basic Shadow Work

welcome to becoming a better you and by skeed huh nearly forgot a bit and skeed is

me we are moving on in this little course the power of consciousness

understanding it to be able to move on to become powerful in magic if we want

net or to at least be able to understand fully what magic is

now I'm using many sources I'm not making this stuff up from me I'm using

many different sources to pull this stuff together to make it really really

simple for you guys this week once you've finished the previous stages

we're still staying negative still working the negative aspects of

ourselves this shadow self whatever you want to call it this week it's very

simple you should have now hopefully become more accepting of the elements

related to your negative emotions and the negative actions you take but we're

still talking about the mental here so this week what you want to do is note

again the negative aspect of yourself with its element

but the frequency that it happens and this is very important you're going to

categorize it into three categories frequent a couple of times a few times

because as you become more aware of this obviously we're talking about negative

aspects of yourself the more you become aware of this and the more you've got it

written down the more you can see it this is why you write it down in this

diary in this journal so you can literally see it you don't you're not

going to show this to anyone it's just literally for you and so you can see the

negative emotions and negative reactions you have two things and you're gonna see

their frequency so the ones that are more frequent you can pay more conscious

attention to them to slow them down and reduce them to bring us into balance

it's as simple as that say it again frequent a couple of times once or twice

write them down again morning and evening if you can't

write them down during the day in the diary just jot them down make a note of

them to remember them to put them in at the end of the day

and everyday right what it was what happened what emotion it was in which

element that is and you will see over the build of a week where the problems

lie and also if you think about the type of day you had you might find a certain

day is a certain element depending on how things were pushed and pulled in

your reality keep going you're doing well

like the video subscribe to the channel and I will see you in the next video

Top 5 Things You Need to Know About Ready Labware Services (Before You Buy!) - Duration: 5:01.

Are you considering outsourcing your labeling needs?

Outsourcing can make your lab more efficient but first you need

to figure out if it's right for your processes.

Today we'll hear from David Richmond,

one of our experts in Ready Labware Services,

which is our label outsourcing program.

Today, David is here to answer

the five most frequently asked questions

about this program, including what it is,

how it works, how it's priced, and more.

Stay tuned.

(staccato music)

Ready Labware Services is an offering

whereby you receive your labware

ready-to-use, right out of the box at your bench.

It's already procured.

We use our own resources to procure

the labware that you want.

So we take the time to do that.

We barcode the labware.

We scan 100% of the barcodes that we make for you

so that you can be assured

that they'll scan in your equipment.

There will be no misreads.

We also tare weigh the labware for you as well.

And we can provide you with a customized report

for that tare weighing.

And then finally we can package it.

If you need it color-coded in certain packaging

or if you need it packaged sequentially,

no missing numbers, however you need it,

that's how we can put it together

for your application and your use.

The key takeaway with Ready Labware Services

is that we have a lot of options for you.

You can pick and choose what's the best fit

based on your budget or your requirements for your program.

If your concern is that

we don't duplicate one of your numbers,

we have systems in place that allow us to track that.

We generate files that tell us what we intend to print.

We scan 100% of your barcodes,

and then we compare that output file

to the file that we intended to print

as well as as previous numbers that we've

printed for you in the past to make sure

that we have not duplicated any of your numbers.

If, for example, you were to send us

an order that has a duplicate number,

our system would flag that before we even enter the order.

We'd come back to you to make sure that you're

giving us a duplicate number to print.

Our Ready Labware Services imaging

is tested based on your requirements.

You may need a barcode image that only lasts

for a couple of days before it gets thrown out,

or you may need an image on a container that's gonna last

30 years in your compound storage warehouse.

You may be concerned about the accuracy of your tare weigh

in your compound storage library.

You may wanna make sure that that container

fits back in the rack after you put a barcode on it.

You may need to make sure that your automation

will reliably scan the barcode

or that the label will survive the different chemicals

in your environment or the heat that it's exposed to.

We have three different technologies,

ceramic, two types of direct mark,

as well as a selection of pressure-sensitive adhesives

that we can bring to bear for your application

to make sure that it endures your environment

and lasts for as long as you need it to.

We've been getting more inquiries

about our ability to provide labware that is Nase-free.

We have a room where we practice Nase-free production.

We're gowned up.

We wear masks and gloves and hairnets

so that we don't cross-contaminate that labware.

If you need to have it certified so that it is Nase-free,

we can offer that to you as well

with a third-party certification

that your labware is coming to you Nase-free.

A lot of things go into figuring out

what the cost would be versus the value you're receiving.

And the good thing about what our offering is

is that we have several technologies

that we can bring to bear for your application.

So to start with, we can either do a simple label

all the way up to direct mark or ceramic labeling,

all of those have different costs,

and it allows you to pick which one

is the best fit for your application.

Other alternatives we have,

do you not need any missing numbers?

Is that a requirement?

Or do you need tare weighing?

Or is there special packaging

that you require?

We can add those into the service.

They can come out of the service.

They all get factored into the total cost.

But the main point is is that we have

a lot of options that we can talk about with you

that allow you to figure out based on your budget

which is the best way to go for you.

Thanks for watching.

Hopefully now, you understand a little more

about our Ready Labware Services program

and how it can benefit your lab.

so we can finish processing your return.

The longer you wait to respond, the longer it will take to get your refund.

If you move after filing your return, you should contact us right away

at individual.incometax@state.mn.us or 651-296-3781.

That way, any refund checks or letters we send to

you will be sent to the correct address.

U.S. States Where You Are Likely To Encounter a Serial Killer - Duration: 10:09.

Welcome back strangers.

Sometimes when we are making a new video I get super creeped out thinking about what

are the chances that I will experience something like the topic we are covering.

Many of us are so fortunate that we will never be able to fully understand some of the horrendous

thing's others have gone through, but what are the chances it will happen to you.

What if someone is already stalking you, watching and learning your daily routine.

Preparing to sneak into your house when you aren't home and wait for you or maybe comeback

later through a window they unlocked so they can surprise you while you are sleeping at

night.

Today we are going to discuss the top 5 states in America where you are most likely to encounter

a serial killer based on serial killings per provided by the FBI.

The last is my favorite state I have visited, and I would have never expected to be number

one on this list.

Over 20% of the documented serial killers in the world have come from a 200-mile radius

around Seattle Washington.

Many large metropolitan areas have had at least one serial killer, but Seattle has had

dozens.

There has been a total of 277 serial killers in Washington with an average number of serial

killings of 7.44 per 1 million people in the charming northwestern state.

Notable killers include: Gary Ridgway, The Green River Killer who terrorized the state

for over 20 years mainly targeting women.

Gary was convicted of 48 murders and is currently serving life in a Washington State prison,

but he claims to have killed at least twice as many victims.

Ted Bundy was a former University of Washington student who confessed to murdering 30 young

women in Washington, Oregon, California, Utah, and Florida.

Ted reportedly began killing in 1971 in Seattle, but he also claimed he killed two women in

Atlantic City in 1969 before beginning his spree of murders, kidnappings, and rapes.

Finally, Westley Allan Dodd who is known as one of the evilest killers in history sexually

assaulted as many as 175 children along with killing a 10-year-old, 11-year-old, and a

4-year-old over the course of 15 years.

His last words were, "I was once asked by somebody, I don't remember who, if there

was any way sex offenders could be stopped.

I said no…..I was wrong."

In 1993, he was the first legal hanging in the United States since 1965.

If that didn't make you rethink living the dream in Washington at least reconsider owning

a cat.

Since September of this year, there have been 13 cats murdered by a serial cat killer in

Washington State…

To many the idea of living in California makes them think of living a laid back, low stress

life in the sunshine and surf or maybe chasing dreams of stardom in Hollywood.

Yet, many of the country's most infamous serial killers have called the state home.

Over 1,500 California residents have been murdered by serial killers since 1900.

The killings peaked between the 1960's and 1980's and have finally slowed in recent

years.

Today, the average number of serial killings stands at roughly 7.81 deaths per 1 million

California residents.

During the 1980's California was responsible for over 20% of all serial killer murders,

and overall California has the second highest number of serial killers in the country.

Notable ones include: The notorious Golden State Killer, Stalker is believed to have

murdered 12 people, committed 45 sexual assaults, and robbed 120 residences from 1976 to 1986

before quietly ending his decade of terror.

He was fortunately arrested earlier this year and we covered it with Pink Spooky on our

weekly livestream podcast you should go check out.

During the 1980's, The Night Stalker Richard Ramirez raped and tortured at least 25 victims.

Thirteen of which he murdered when he was finished with them in Los Angeles and San

Francisco.

Richard was sentenced to death but died of lymphoma in prison in 2013.

The Zodiac Killer is one of the most prolific serial killers in American history that has

not been caught.

He terrorized northern California in the late 1960's and killed at least 5 victims and

injured 2 others.

He claimed to have killed at least 37 people in his letters to the police and press.

He typically targeted young couples that he would either shoot or stab to death.

The Zodiac's correspondences stopped in 1974, but some are still hopeful that his

identity will be discovered decades later similarly to the Golden State Killer case.

Recently in 2016 police arrested a suspect in the San Diego homeless killer case, and

currently there is the possibility of an active serial killer in North East Los Angeles.

Florida may be one of the best places to retire in the country, but it is also a hot bed for

serial predators with an average of 9.92 serial killings for every million residents.

The sunshine state also has the third highest number of confirmed serial killers.

Though the killings peaked in the 1980's there may be more truth behind the TV show

Dexter than many want to admit.

Notable killers include: Aileen Wuornos who murdered seven men in Florida between 1989

and 1990 by shooting them at point blank range.

She claimed her victims raped her while was working as a prostitute.

She was sentenced to death and was executed by lethal injection in 2002.

The Flat Tire Murderer killed five young women and teenage girls in South Florida between

February 1975 to July of that year.

It is believed the killer would deflate the victim's tires and gain there trust by offering

to help them.

The killer has never been identified or apprehended.

Gerard John Schaefer Jr. was dubbed the "Killer Cop," because he was convicted of committing

two murders while on patrol as a Sheriff's deputy in Martin County, Florida.

He is suspected to have committed many other murders, but no other victims have been confirmed.

The Killer Cop boasted that he killed over 30 women and girls during his time as a Sheriff's

deputy.

He was stabbed to death in prison by a fellow inmate in 1995.

On November 28, 2017 police arrested Howell Emanuel Donaldson III who is believed to be

the Seminole Heights serial killer who shot and murdered four people in Tampa Florida

between October and November of 2017.

The flashy neon lights and massive hotels in Las Vegas were originally built on blood

money provided by the mafia.

Before 1950, there were only two victims documented victims of serial killers in Nevada until

the gambling boom in Vegas and Reno.

Violent crime exploded in the desert state.

Currently Nevada has the second highest amount of violent crime in the country with an average

of 12.19 serial killings for every million residents.

The high number of tourists visiting Las Vegas, prostitutes, and desperate individuals down

on their luck create the ideal pool of victims for a serial killer waiting for another body

to leave behind in the Nevada desert.

Notable killers include: Neal Falls was who was shot and killed by an escort in Charleston,

West Virginia in 2015.

Police have linked him to at least 8 murders and potentially 4 more.

He has been linked to dismembered bodies found outside of Las Vegas and may have killed more

when he worked in Nevada at the Hoover Dam.

For years authorities have been trying to find links between the numerous bodies found

along side Interstate 80 that runs through Nevada.

Today, there is no definite proof that an I-80 killer exists, but bodies keep being

found along the highway.

There has also been a serial shooter that has been targeting homeless people in Las

Vegas with at least 4 confirmed victims this year.

In October, 68 year old Nathan Burke plead guilty to two murders from a killing spree

that took place over 40 years ago that killed at least 5 women in Sin City.

Alaska is often marketed to tourists as the final frontier on earth, but it is also one

of the most violent places in the country with an average of 15.65 serial killings for

every million residents.

The state's isolation and rugged wilderness make it easy to commit disturbing acts of

violence and murder without getting caught.

No one can save you if there is no one around to hear you scream.

Alaska is gorgeous and a popular tourist destination, but it also has a long history of attracting

wild men, degenerates, and criminals.

Notable serial killers include: Robert Hansen, the Butcher Baker, who was a loving father,

successful baker, businessman, and hunter.

Robert's hobbies included picking up prostitutes and exotic dancers in Anchorage.

He would take them in his private plane into the Alaskan wilderness where we would leave

them in the middle of nowhere only to comeback and hunt them down for sport.

He killed at least 17 women before 17-year-old Cindy Paulson managed to escape Robert before

she was forced on his plane.

She was able to tell her story to the police who were able to connect the missing women

in the area to Robert's activities.

He was sentenced to over 400 years in prison where he died in 2014.

Klutuk was the name given to an Eskimo who murdered fur trappers near the Kuskowim River

between 1919 and 1938.

He would kill anyone who encroached on his territory whether they were white or indigenous

people.

Klutuk would either shoot or kill his victims with an axe.

Those lucky enough to survive his attacks described him to be a small but fierce standing

around 5'4'' and weighing about 140 pounds.

In 1938, when the killings stopped, a body of an unknown hermit was found in a cabin

near the Kuskowin River that matched the description of Klutuk, but no one knows for certain if

that was truly him.

In 2007, Joshua Wade was arrested and confessed to murdering at least 5 people between 2000

and 2007 in Alaska.

In 2016, James Dale Ritchie shot and killed 5 people in Anchorage in less than a year,

before being killed by a police officer he shot at.

Alaska does sound like the wild west and the true last frontier on earth.

Would you still consider taking a trip to Alaska?

3 Ways To Make Decisions - Duration: 7:52.

In this video, we're going to talk about 3 proven ways to make great

decisions.

I've been really blessed to be around great decision-makers. And I've paid

attention to how they map things out. And what I've learned from working with

great decision-makers and coaching others and watching them succeed is

3 proven ways to do that. And I'd like to share those with you. The first

one you may have heard before, the second one possibly. But the third one is really

my go-to and what tops it off. So the first one. This is what I call floor and

ceiling. Also worst-case, best-case scenario. So for example, if you have an

issue about a job, you're trying to decide if you want to take this

particular job and you go around in circles and you're trying to figure it

out. I want you to get a piece of paper and put it on one side floor and the

other side ceiling. This is not exactly a pros and cons list. It's different. So

what I want you to ask yourself is what is the best case scenario, if this, if I

take this job. If this job works out, what are the benefits? How will I feel? What

will happen? And you want to go sky's the limit. What is the best possible

situation. Take this also with like a relationship. What does that look like?

What's the best possible scenario? On the other side of the sheet of paper, you're

going to put what is the possible worst case scenario? Now, on this one, wants you

to be realistic and give yourself permission to come up with all of the

problems, all the potential complexities. And once you compare both sides, you'll

get a really really good idea of the benefits versus the risks. And this can

help clarify your thinking. So when you analyze both sides, it'll give you more

information to make a decision or to go to the next step of exploration. So, I use

this frequently with clients and it's remarkable how much clarity it

creates. So, the second tip is a push-pull scenario.

So what's optimal? Think about moving through your life. So I want you to

imagine the difference of going to a job where you have to go. And what are you

doing? It's almost like you're foreseeing yourself to go. You're pushing to make

make it to work. To make it into the door. Versus a job that you love, with people

you love, you have creative license, you enjoy it. There's trust in the in your

workplace. And that's more of a pull. So you want to set up situations where

you're excited to go. Where there's a sense of momentum. Where you're feeling

pulled towards it because you're passionate. Because there's this

enthusiasm. And this is important to know where where in your life are you feeling

pushed by someone else, by a circumstance, by expectations, by cultural norms versus

being pulled by enthusiasm, by passion, by excitement. And if you start to pay

attention to those 2, it'll make a big difference because you want to spend

most of your life in a situation that gives you back energy. And that's when

you're being pulled towards something, you're energized, you're enthused, you

have greater endurance, you have greater creativity. And that's reflective of a

relationship where there's trust and where their safety. As opposed to failing

forced, feeling controlled, feeling like you have to. So if you can differentiate

between the 2 and start to notice how much of your life you're spending in a

push and how much you're spending in a pull. And work more towards a pull. It's

also great with decision-making. So if you just feel into it. Does this job make

me feel like a push or a pull? Does this date make me feel like a push or a pull?

Is going to this party, is it a push or a pull? And the more you can have a pull,

that attraction that excitement in your life, your flow and your your quality of

life goes way, way up. The third 1 is probably not something you'll hear in a

personal development video because it involves body wisdom. I

know you've you've all been in a car. So when a car is in forward or in drive, it

moves forward. When it's in reverse, the only gear is for it to go in reverse.

But in neutral, it can go forward or back. So, I want you to get into your body

which sounds like an obvious thing to do. But a lot of people are not grounded in

their body. They're very much here. They're thinking about things or trying

to figure things out. And to engage your body wisdom, you need to actually drop

more from this space. Not just to heart space but lower down into the pelvic

bowl area. There's an area called the Don Tian which is really the root of your

consciousness and the root of your of your power. If you can imagine breathing

in and out let your breath flow to below your belly button. And then imagine that

you're in a neutral position. Not going forward not going backwards. And from

this position, I want you to ask yourself a question that you know is clearly a

NO. Like should I go have ipecac. Something that makes you throw up. And

then just ask yourself that. Just ask about eating something that you

know will make you massively sick. And let your body sway either forward.

Meaning that that's a good thing for you or back. And this is just a practice. So

you can get a sense of what's good for you and what's bad for you.

Think about, "Should I go have a bunch of ipecac?" And I asked my body that and I

move backwards. How about should I have one of my

favorite kale salads? And my body naturally moves forward. So, it's

important to be grounded into that Don Tien and fully embodied. And then in a

neutral position, where you're not trying to influence it. And I often fact-check

and often check with my body to see what is a wise move and what isn't. And it's

remarkably insightful and remarkably helpful.

Particularly when he can't tell motives of people, because a lot of people can be

engaging and positive but actually want to control you as opposed to help you.

I've learned that my body has this tremendous amount of wisdom that can

help me negotiate my decision-making. And frequently, I'll decide you know what's

the floor, what's the ceiling and then I'll double-check it with my body to see

if that's the right decision for me. I hope that's helpful for you. The 3

ways of floor ceiling, push-pull and then getting in a neutral position and

allowing body wisdom to inform your decisions. I hope this was helpful. Good

luck in making wonderful decisions for your life and please subscribe.

What Are The Principles Of Effective Communication? - Duration: 11:48.

So, if you ever experience a situation where you just cannot communicate with a

person that's important to you in your life. Either they don't understand you or

you don't understand them. Today we're going to talk about what are the

principles of effective communication.

You know, one of the most frustrating things that a person can experience is

when you have something important that you're trying to communicate to somebody

else and they just don't get it. They don't see it the way that you see it.

Have you had that experience where you've had an idea or you learn

something new and you're excited about it. And you want to go share it with

somebody else. And they just don't see it. They don't feel the same way that you do.

I remember one of the first times that this kind of really dawned on me and hit

me about one of the principles I'm going to teach today is when we were starting

our residential treatment program. We had to get approval from the city in order

to meet code, the the city had to approve a residential treatment center within

the boundaries of the city. Well, I was really excited about opening our

treatment center and I saw this Center as being a benefit not only to the girls

and the families that would come to our program but that it would be a benefit

to the community as well. This was in 2008. The economy was struggling and I

knew that we would be able to provide jobs for people in the community. And the

things that we would be teaching our students would also be things that would

benefit the lives of our staff who would be working with us. And so, all I could

see in my mind was win-win-win for this. And so, I went to the City

Council, presented our idea to them and I was so frustrated and disappointed when

members of the City Council did not want this residential treatment center in

their town. And they had all of these reasons for not wanting it. And I

remember coming out of that meeting being angry and being frustrated because

the other people couldn't see what I could see. And then it dawned on me.

It really isn't or wasn't their responsibility to see things the way

that I saw them. In their mind they had their own beliefs, their own mindset of

what they thought was the best thing for the community and they saw what I was

offering is something that would be something negative to the community. But

I realized then that it was my responsibility to figure out how to

communicate to them what I saw and in the way that I understood it. It wasn't

their responsibility to understand me. It's my... It was my responsibility

to figure out how to communicate effectively with them. So, with that, there

are 2 parts of communication. There's the sending of the information

and then there's the receiving of the information. It's pretty simple and yet

there is so much miscommunication that goes on in our lives. I'm sure you've

experienced situations where you thought that you were on the same page with

somebody else, you had had a conversation a discussion about something. Came away

with an agreement or perceived understanding only to find out later

that both of you understood what you had talked about in a different way. And the

outcome was not what you thought that it was going to be. One of the reasons for

that is in communication, we tend to rely very heavily on the words that we use

and yet our words, really only make up about 7% of all of our communication. All

of the rest of the communication is made up of body language, our tone of voice

and all of those other things that come into it's also affected by our own

filters. So, depending on the place that you're at and what's going on in your

mind, you may be in a negative State. And therefore, everything that you hear is

going to be filtered through that negative filter. And so, I might be in a

positive State and my filter is totally different than yours. So, I may be using

words that mean one thing to me but they mean something else to you. So there's so

many different things that affect the words that we use and that communication

going back and forth. So, one really simple technique that you can use when

you're wanting to communicate an idea to somebody else is just to make sure that

they understand exactly what it is that you're trying to communicate with them.

So instead of just assuming that they understand what I said and just moving

on, after I've made a statement or explained my point of view, the best

thing that I can do is check in with them and I can say, "So, share with me what

it is that you heard me say. Or will you tell me what you heard me say? Or what is

your understanding of what I just expressed to you?" That then gives the

person an opportunity in their own words to share back with me what I just shared

with them. And that gives me an opportunity to make sure that they understood it in

exactly the way that I was trying to present it. If not, then it gives me the

opportunity to clarify and then ask again. And that back and

forth can happen until there's a clear agreement on both sides of what was

stated and what was being communicated. Now, if I'm on the receiving end of

communication, the same thing occurs, right? That I think that I understood

what the person was saying and often times, that I misunderstood with that. And

so, one of Stephen Covey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is... And this

is one of the tools that helps improve relationships is seek first to

understand then to be understood. So, oftentimes in conversations, we're so

busy trying to get the other person to see things the way that we see them and

to understand things the way we understand. That we're not concerned

about the other person's point of view. And because of that, we create roadblocks

or miscommunication because if both of us are just interested in trying to get

the other to see it the way that we see it, we're never going to come to a common

understanding. And so, if I'm on the receiving end, my first goal is, "I want to

make sure that I understand what it is that you're communicating with me." Too

often when somebody else is talking, we don't even completely hear them out

because we're thinking about what we're going to say in response. Instead of

hearing the whole message and making sure that we understand it completely. So

there will be time later to share your thoughts, your opinions. But in the moment,

when the other person is talking, focus on making sure that you understand the

message that they're sending. And once the person has finished talking, then

when I'm on the receiving end, I can actually do the same

thing that I could do if I was the one sending the information. I could say to

the person, "So, I want to just make sure I understand you correctly. So, what you're

saying is..." And then I share back to them in my own words my understanding of

their thought idea or opinion. And again, then we can go back and forth until we

get to a place where both of us know that we have that common understanding.

So, 2 principles of effective communication is (1) make sure that the

message that I'm sending is the message that the other person is receiving. And

if I'm on the receiving end I want to make sure that the message that I'm

receiving is the message that's being sent. One thing with this when you when

you begin to do this in your conversations and in your relationships

is it may seem to slow the conversation down a little bit and it may feel a

little bit awkward at first. So, just begin to practice it and it's

probably more important to do this in conversations that are important. So if

you're having a serious conversation with somebody, these are 2 tools.

Whether you're on the the sending end or the receiving end of what you can do to

make sure that the communication and what's happening in that discussion

ends up in a way of where both sides understand what the other is saying and

trying to and the message that you're trying to get across. In just casual

conversations, the more you practice it, the more it will begin to just be

natural. That in your discussions, you're autopilot now is whenever you

hear a message from somebody else, you just check in and you just say, "So, what I

heard you say is..." Or "I just want to make sure I understand this." And as you do

this, your communication with others will improve, your

overall relationships will improve and your effectiveness in working with other

people will improve. Thanks for watching today. I encourage you to try and

implement what we talked about today and to make sure that these are the message

that you're sending or the message that you're receiving is what the other

person is saying or hearing. And let me know how this works for you. If you have

other things in your life that you're struggling with or that you would like

help with, message us below and also visit our website and see the things

that we have to offer there.

KERCH STRAIT: What Western Media Won't Tell You (From the Man Himself) - Duration: 6:59.

[Putin]: Regarding the incident in the Black Sea.

It was a provocation, undoubtedly.

A provocation that was organized by the current authorities.

I think even by the current President.

In the run-up to the Presidential elections in Ukraine, in March of next year.

The ratings of the current President are on number five, I think.

He even has a chance not to enter the second round.

That's why something needed to be done to aggravate the situation.

And to create insurmountable obstacles for his opponents.

Above all from the opposition.

Why do I think this and why am I sure, even, that this is how it is?

Look.

An incident happened in the Black Sea.

It was really a border incident, not more than that.

But what happened in 2014?

When Crimea decided to join Russia.

That was an entirely different story - a massive one.

Or the more severe events during the civil war in Ukraine in the south-east.

In Donbass and Luhansk.

With the use of tanks, heavy artillery and even aviation by the government forces.

War, essentially!

And no kind of martial law was introduced.

But now a small incident in the Black Sea

and they have introduced martial law in the country.

But clearly this is done in the run-up to the Presidential elections.

It's an absolutely obvious fact.

But now regarding the incident itself and the provocation, more specifically.

And this is definitely a provocation.

Look. In September of this year,

quite a similar convoy or fleet

of military ships of Ukraine

went through the Kerch Strait, under the Kerch Bridge in the Sea of Azov.

They fully fulfilled the agreements and requirements.

They reported their makeup [of ships], who is going, where they were going.

We gave them a maritime pilot and calmly led them to the designated destination in the Azov Sea.

What happened now?

They did not respond at all to the requests of our border officials.

They entered our territorial waters.

Pay attention to the fact that they entered the territorial waters that existed even before Crimea joined the Russian Federation.

So in that location where the territorial waters always existed.

Precisely as Russian territorial waters.

Not responding to requests of our border officials, they started to move towards this bridge.

On the proposal to go to the anchorage - they didn't react.

On the proposal to receive a maritime pilot, even after their violation of our state border,

they still were proposed a maritime pilot!

Silence... nobody answered, at all.

So how should the border officials react?

Military ships, in violation, entered the territorial waters of the Russian Federation.

And they don't even answer! Nobody knows what they are about to do.

How should they act?

If they acted otherwise, they should have all been put on trial.

They fulfilled their active duty,

their order.

Actually, they fulfilled their lawful functions in defense of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.

I think they would have acted the same way in your country.

It's absolutely obvious.

Moreover, it appeared that among the members of the crew

there were two members of the Ukrainian Security Forces

that actually were the ones conducting this special operation.

And they admitted that they were members of the Ukrainian Security Services.

These are obvious signs that it was all prepared beforehand.

A provocation that was counted on to use as a pretext to introduce martial law in the country.

This has nothing to do in relation to attempts at resolving relations between Russia and Ukraine.

This is a game on aggravation.

This is an unscrupulous game within the country.

With the goal of suppressing political opponents.

You know.. sometimes it's strange to look at, but I'm used to a lot of things.

But today's Kiev authorities successfully sell anti-Russian sentiments.

They have nothing else left and nothing to sell.

I have a feeling that whatever they do,

it gets away from them.

If they demand babies for breakfast, they would probably be served babies. They'd say: 'Why not, they are hungry, what is to be done about it?'

But this is a short-sighted policy.

It will not lead to anything good.

Because it makes the current Ukrainian leadership complacent.

And it does so in such a way that it discourages them from doing normal political work within the country.

And from introducing a normal, economic policy.

They have economic problems and in the social sphere and in finances.

With an outstretched hand they are begging for money in the IMF.

But some day the future generations will have to pay it back.

And from the point of view of relations with other organizations; there's also nothing good happening on that front.

Regarding long-term perspectives,

whatever happens or whoever would be in power in Kiev,

the Russian and Ukrainian people have always been and will always be brotherly and close people.

This political foam will dissipate.

The Ukrainian people will one day assess today's authorities.

The same way that the Georgian people rated the actions of Saakashvili.

Megan Lee Kafer: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 11:46.

Megan Lee Kafer: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Megan Lee Kafer is a 25-year-old Minnesota mother accused of trying to starve her baby.

Investigators say she was recorded at a hospital injecting her son with a laxative.

Officials say Kafer had also been researching how to make a child sick.

After obtaining a warrant for her phone, they discovered searches such as "MiraLax overdose" and "Child salt death.".

Kafer was taken into custody in July 2018.

A felony charge of child endangerment was filed November 21, 2018 and Kafer was stripped of her parental rights.

Here's what you need to know.

Kafer Brought Her Baby to the Hospital in July & Doctors Observed He Looked 'Emaciated'.

Megan Lee Kafer took her son to Children's Hospital in St.

Paul, Minnesota in July 2018.

The baby had been struggling to gain weight, despite doctors' efforts to help him, and they observed that he looked "emaciated.".

Staffers called the police and said they were concerned that Kafer could be intentionally hurting the baby, according to the probable cause affidavit, which you can read in its entirety above.

The medical staff connected the baby to a feeding tube.

Kafer was left in the room with him but did not know that a video recording device had been installed in the room.

The complaint explains, "The room is set up to help doctors to determine whether or not abuse or neglect may be occurring.

As medical staff monitored the room they saw the defendant enter the bathroom, an area which is not recorded, and then exit with a syringe.

The defendant sat with the child on her lap.

She covered him with a blanket and took out the syringe and appeared to be injecting something into his feeding tube.".

Sergeant Eric Skog of the St.

Paul Police Department had been summoned to watch the surveillance feed.

After observing this behavior, he and other medical staff confronted Kafer.

According to the criminal complaint, Kafer began shaking and crying as she was taken into custody.

Police: The Syringe Tested Positive for MiraLax & Suspicious Search Terms Were Discovered on Kafer's Phone.

When police arrested Kafer, they found two boxes of MiraLax in her purse.

According to the criminal complaint, Kafer claimed that the laxative was for her own use.

She also reportedly stated that she had used the syringe to inject her son with water.

She said she had only been trying to help her son gain weight.

The syringe was sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for testing.

It came back positive for MiraLax.

Investigators also searched Kafer's phone.

They found several suspicious search terms dating from July 21 through July 25 of 2018.

The terms included:.

• "MiraLax overdose".

• "Can a doctor tell if you overdose on MiraLax".

• "How to make a baby really sick".

• "too much water symptoms baby".

• "baby shock symptoms".

• "how to make a baby vomit".

• "mom gets 20 years to life for poisoning son with salt".

Kafer has been charged with a felony count of child endangerment.

It carries a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Medical Report: Doctors Theorized the Baby Struggled to Gain Weight Due to His Mother 'Denying Him Nutrition'.

Doctors believed that Kafer was causing her son's symptoms, according to the medical report that was included in the probable cause affidavit.

The medical staff theorized that Kafer was intentionally starving her son and had been "administering additional fluid which could have been free water or could have been mixed with other products such as MiraLax." The affidavit also states, "The report concluded that WFK suffered harm as a direct and immediate result of his mother's actions.".

The report stated that the baby suffered a seizure while he was in the hospital.

Doctors said it was likely caused by hyponatremia.

As explained by the Mayo Clinic, hyponatremia occurs when the body does not have enough sodium in the system.

Drinking too much water can prompt the condition.

Since her arrest, Kafer has been stripped of her parental rights.

Her husband, Jacob Kafer, told the Twin Cities Pioneer Press, "We are trying to get the family back together in a way that is safe and healthy for everyone." He said his wife is seeing a counselor and acknowledged that she had been struggling mentally.

Megan Kafer Has Been Married Since 2014 & Has Two Children; Her Only Prior Charge Was a Misdemeanor For Having Her Dog Off a Leash.

Megan Lee Kafer married her husband Jacob in October 2014, according to her Facebook page.

They have two children, a son and a daughter.

Kafer lists her hometown as Fountain City, Wisconsin.

The family appears to be relatively new to the Lewiston, Minnesota area.

Kafer's Linkedin profile shows she most recently worked as an assistant trainer at "Paws 4 Independence." It's a service dog training facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin, located about 40 miles southeast of Lewiston.

Kafer attended Winona State University in Minnesota.

She majored in Individualized Studies and graduated in 2016.

She wrote on her Linkedin page that her degree was preparation for a nursing career.

She planned to take time off to raise her young children, and return for her master's degree once her children began school.

Megan Lee Kafer has one prior conviction in the state of Minnesota, for a minor offense.

She was cited for "Dog Running at Large" in March of 2017.

Between a fine and fees, she paid $136.50.

She has no other criminal history.

Kafer Shared Her Struggle With Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in a 2016 Interview.

Megan Lee Kafer says she suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder after surviving a car crash in 2012.

According to the Winona Daily News, another person was killed in the crash.

She told the newspaper that she was self-medicating after the incident and even attempted suicide.

Kafer then got involved with Paws 4 Independence.

The organization provided her with a German Shepherd named Kaiser.

The dog helped her avoid panic attacks.

She explained to the newspaper, "Things got a million times better after I got him.

He gave me my life back.

For a while, I wouldn't leave the house without him.".

The dog achieved celebrity status on the college campus, and even walked across the stage with her at graduation.
