Mark Ingram Fantasy: Should You Start or Sit the Saints RB? | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:08.

Mark Ingram Fantasy: Should You Start or Sit the Saints RB? | Heavy.com

The Week 13 NFL action kicks off with an intriguing Thursday night game between the New Orleans Saints and Dallas Cowboys.

While the Saints look like one of the NFL's best teams, the Cowboys are trending in the right direction in a big way as of late.

There are plenty of talented players on both sides of the ball in this game, leading to the potential for this to be a great primetime matchup.

Along with the multiple talented players, the game also comes with some tough fantasy football decisions.

While you're certainly starting names like Ezekiel Elliott, Drew Brees, Michael Thomas, and Alvin Kamara, one interesting situation involves Saints running back Mark Ingram.

There's a good chance that you have a few other running backs rostered if you drafted Ingram, considering he had an early-season suspension.

And against a solid Cowboys run defense, the decision on whether to start or sit the Saints running back is a tough call.

We're going to break down the situation and look at whether to roll with Ingram in your starting lineup or leave him on the sidelines Thursday night.

Should You Start or Sit Mark Ingram?.

As a player who has Ingram on a few fantasy rosters, I can safely say that the headache of figuring out whether to use him isn't one I'm interested in for the 2019 season and beyond.

the Kamara situation has made this brutally tough, especially since the Saints have multiple other offensive weapons.

The good news is that Ingram receives plenty of work, as he's logged at least 13 touches in six of seven games this season and hit double-digits in all seven.

He's also been out-snapped by Kamara in every game with the exception of Week 4 (per Football Outsiders), which was Ingram's first game back.

The last two games it's been pretty tough for fantasy owners, as Ingram was out-snapped 44-30 in Week 11 and 37-27 in an easy Week 12 win.

This is a really tough call and on paper, it seems like Thursday's matchup could be a "Kamara game," as Dallas has been solid in run defense.

They've allowed just 93.6 rushing yards per game this season, good for a tie at No.

4 best in the NFL.

With that said, the Cowboys have given up 66 receptions for 501 yards to opposing running backs, pointing to Kamara potentially seeing a fair number of targets.

If Ingram is your best RB2 or flex option in 12-team leagues or larger, I can't fault you for using him based purely on the consistent workload.

In a perfect world, if there's an option on a fantasy roster who has a similar floor and higher upside, I'd much prefer to go that route, especially in 10 and 12-team leagues.

Ingram does remain in play for 14-teamers and above, due to the fact that the other options are almost certainly far worse.

But the Saints running back could wind up as a touchdown-dependant play in Week 13 against the Cowboys.

Gary Haisman Dead: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 7:48.

Gary Haisman Dead: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Gary Haisman, one of the most renowned faces of British acid house music culture in the 1980s and the voice of the hit song, "We Call it Acieed," has died at the age of 60.

Haisman's death was confirmed in a tweet from English DJ Gary Crowley, who wrote, "Like everyone I'm extremely saddened to hear of the passing of clubbing legend & lovely fella Gary Haisman.

Had many a memorable night out with the big man & took this pic of him doing a PA to his single "We Call It Acieed" just as it was zooming up the charts.

RIP Gary….".

Haisman's cause of death has not been made public.

His sad passing was announced on November 29.

Haisman Has Denied His Hit Song Avocated the Use of Drugs.

Haisman's hit single was the double-track, "We Call it Acieed/Trance Dance." The song was featured on D Mob's 1989 album, A Little Bit of This, a Little Bit of That.

Haisman was one of three other performers to attain No.1 with a song that featured on the album.

The others were LRS and Cathy Dennis.

Haisman said in an interview that he had been working as a club promoter when he was asked to perform on the track.

Haisman said, "Why not? Another string to the bow etc… It wasn't really an acid record but it was, I would term, on a par with Mr Blobby… Then after that we just went absolutely nut nut." During the same interview, Haisman denied that the song advocated the use of drugs.

In His Later Years, Haisman Had Been Working as Decorator.

Haisman was a native of Buckinghamshire, England, and, according to his Facebook page, was an avid fan of Chelsea Football Club.

In the Intro section to his page, Haisman calls himself as "Reformed lunatic allegedly." In his About section, Haisman writes that he is "Totally confused." Haisman wrote on his LinkedIn page that he had been working as a decorator in the Slough-area, outside of London since April 1993.

Haisman Has Been Described as 'The Man Behind D-Mob'.

Record producer Terry Farley told Rolling Stone in a December 2017 feature that he went to an infamous 1980s London nightclub, Shoom, was with Haisman.

Farley said, "The first time I got taken to Shoom was by a guy called Gary Haisman.

He was the man behind D-Mob.

He had a big pop hit with a record called "We Call It Acieeed." He was standing there screaming "Acieeed!" really loudly, which was quite frightening at first.

It was very intense." In a separate February 2016 feature with Vice, Farley referred to Haisman as "a mad character" 'who ran numerous one off dance night-clubs throughout London during the 1980s.

In December 2017, the English writer Arwa Haider said that she attended a 30th anniversary party for Shoom.

There she met Haisman, describing him as a "jovial 50-something… who happened to have been the voice of We Call It Acieed.

I hugged this heroic stranger by the dancefloor, feeling star-struck and smiley.".

Haisman Was One of the Innovators of the Phrase, 'It's All Gone Pete Tong'.

Haisman was one of the innovators of the phrase, "It's all gone Pete Tong," according to Pete Tong.

The phrase, which is London-rhyming slang for, "It's all gone a bit wrong," is a hugely common expression and was even the inspiration for the title of a major movie.

A few days before Haisman's death, Pete Tong told the NME that the orginators of the phrase were the writers for the music magazine, Boys Own, in which he namechecks Haisman, along with Terry Farley as well as Andrew Weatherall.

Haisman Was 'Treated Like Royalty' When He Traveled Outside of London.

Terry Farley is quoted in the book, "The Record Players: DJ Revolutionaries" as saying that Haisman was "treated like absolute royalty" in the 1980s when the pair made a trip to Wigan in the north west of England during the 1980s.

Farley described it as being completely different to the trips the pair made going north in support of their soccer team, Chelsea.

Farley said of those trips, "I'd been up north a few times by then, with Chelsea, and it had been disastrous.

You'd get the train bricked, you'd get murdered up there, so I couldn't believe how friendly they were at Wigan." In the book, The True Story of Acid House: Britain's Last Youth Culture Revolution, Farley described one such trip as traveling to Manchester to see Manchester United play Chelsea.

The pair, and a group of others, traveled to Manchester the night before the game to visit the famous Hacienda nightclub.

Cameron Underwood: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:38.

Cameron Underwood: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Cameron Underwood is the recipient of a face transplant that restored his entire face, after a June 2016 injury that left him without the majority of his lower jaw, teeth, and nose.

Underwood was NYU Langone Health's second-ever face transplant recipient.

He has said that it gave him a "second chance at life.".

Here's what you need to know:.

Underwood Suffered a Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound to the Face in 2016.

Underwood attempted to kill himself in June 2016.

He didn't die, but did end up sustaining massive damage to his face, losing most of his jaw, nose, and all teeth but one.

Underwood tried several forms of conventional reconstructive surgery, CNN reports, but those methods could only do so much.

Then his mother read an article about the plastic surgery department at NYU Langone Health.

She contacted the head doctor at NYU, Dr.

Eduardo Rodriguez, and he went on to lead a team of over 100 medical professionals on Underwood's case.

Underwood's Surgery Took a Grueling 25 Hours to Complete.

According to TIME, the team of doctors who performed on Underwood's face took 25 hours, including removing large portions of the donor's fce, then using 3D-printed cutting guides to reconstruct Underwood's teeth, mouth, gums, jaw, lower eyelids, cheeks, nasal and nose passages.

The time between Underwood's injury and his face transplant was 18 months.

Then, after the face transplant, he waited another 11 months to reveal his new face to the general public.

Rodriguez said in a statement "Cameron has not lived with his injury for a decade or longer like most other face transplant recipients have.

As a result, he has not had to deal with many of the long-term psycho-social issues which often lead to issues like severe depression, substance abuse, and other potentially harmful behaviors.

Underwood's Donor Was a Man Named William Fisher Who Registered as an Organ Donor When He Was a Teen.

Underwood's organ donor was a 23-year-old aspiring filmmaker and writer named William Fisher.

In a statement Fisher's mother said, "Being a part of this experience has been a source of strength for me during a very difficult time.

I don't think I would have survived Will's death if not for Cameron.

Cameron has his whole life ahead of him — and I love the idea that Willie is helping him have a better life.".

Underwood Will Have to Remain on Anti-Rejection Medication for the Rest of His Life.

Though the majority of the healing process is behind him, Underwood will have to remain on anti-rejection drugs for the rest of his life.

But that doesn't mean his new face isn't sturdy- he's already gone skydiving with it.

Rodriguez said of his patient,  "A face transplant can tolerate 15,000 feet in the air.

It all held together.

Cam is living and he's doing the things that he enjoys.

This is the greatest thanks that they could ever provide.".

Underwood Has Said That He's Grateful for His Doctors, & For a Second Chance at Life.

Underwood has since spoken out about his gratitude for his team of doctors, as well as his second chance at life.

He said, "We hope my experience inspires others who have severe facial injuries to have hope, as I was inspired by others who came before me.

The journey hasn't been easy, but it's been well worth it.".

HOW TO INVEST WITH ONLY RM1000! (or little money) in Malaysia - Duration: 9:44.

Hi I'm Mr Money

Today i want to share with you

how you can investing

with just 1000 ringgit.

*music*

is investment important to you?

Yes

Ya of course it is important

investment is important

not really important.

Ya! for the time being yes

yes

investment is definately important

yes

important

yes its very important

many of you will agree with me today

that investment is extremely important

why?

because of inflation

so what is inflation?

inflation basically means

the devaluing of your purchasing power

a hundred ringgit in 1980s

can buy this much

but today can only buy this much

why is investment important?

to achieve my financial goal

uhm... become a rich man

increase profit

besides just saving it in a bank

so you know you will get more gains

that you can outpace inflation

so obviously its important

inflation.

so we must put our money in the right place

so that our money will not devalue

why is it important? because

if you don't invest, your money will shrink

so how do we beat inflation?

the only way is that you invest your money wisely

as long as your investment returns are higher

than the inflation then

you WIN!

what can you invest with 1,000 ringgit?

1,000 cannot do much right for now

just 1,000 ringgit, put in the petty cash box at home

1,000 ringgit only?

it's going to be hard to invest.

maybe in the bank account?

unit trust

something that generates more profit

and that has high ROI for myself

property

maybe i can rent a room for like the deposits and so...

1,000 its possible to buy a house

if you can afford the installment

maybe you put in a...

fixed deposit

probably the highest return one

invest TOTO

its the best (laughs)

personally in my believe there are 2 kind of investment

first kind

that requires your active management

and more of your attention

and the second kind that is more passive

and require less of your attention

today i will share with you

five kinds of investments

and i will share with you its pros and cons

number 1

stock market

what is investing in stock?

investing in a stock, basically means

you own a company.

this gives you an equal share

in the company's asset

and also when the company's operation

is making profits they will give it

back to you in the form of dividend

so there are 2 ways of earning in the stock market adanya 2 cara kamu boleh untung dari pasaran saham

number 1, pertamanya,

through dividends melalui dividen

from the company's profit dari keuntungan syarikat

number 2, through the capital growth nombor 2, dari pertumbuhan

of the company's stock value nilai saham di pasaran saham

the benefits of stock is faedah saham adalah

you can have potentially high return anda boleh mempunyai pulangan berpotensi tinggi

for example, NESTLE MALAYSIA contohnya, NESTLE MALAYSIA

has grown 116% in stock value telah berkembang 116% dalam nilai saham

over the last 5 years selama 5 tahun yang lalu

thank you for watching

if you are enjoying this video

please subscribe to my channel

and get updates on tips and tricks about money

it is also fairly liquid

you can just sell off the stock on KLSE board

anytime as you wish

as long as there are buyer

however the downside is,

the price can be quite volatile

there's no guarantee that the stock

is gonna go up in price or go down under

and the price can fluctuate

quite a lot within a day, a month, or a year

if you cant take risk

you better stay away

secondly, trading in the stock market

also requires you to have some

basic knowledge in financials

you need to be able to understand

financial report at least a bit

or maybe technical chart reading

so

if you do not know any of those

and you are buying based on what people say

mm...

it is not too different from gambling

however if you willing to spend time

to study about the stock and learn

this can be quite a good investment

for both short term

and long term

and may give you significant gain

number 2

REIT

real estate investment trust

what is it?

it is a property management company that buys property with the public's money

manage the property

and make money from it

the profits, after minusing

the management fees and related cost

will be redistributed back to the shareholders via dividend

the benefits of REITs are,

number 1

you can participate in the property market

with a very low cost

number 2

it is very liquid

you can cash out anytime as you wish

because it is traded on the KLSE

number 3

generally every year you will get a dividend

about 5%-8% return

the downside is however

it is more volatile compared to owning a physical property

and the dividends...

it is not guaranteed by the property management company

so how can you start investing in REITs

basically REITs is traded on the KLSE

as long as you have a CDS account

you can invest in REITs

number 3

ETF

ETF is Exchange Traded Fund

it is a type of securities product

that tracks stock index, commodities of a bundle of assets

to put it in simple terms

they put a bunch of products together

cut out one small piece and sell to you

for example

the FTSE KLCI

tracks the 30 largest companies

that are listed on the KLCI

so does it mean that when i buy the FTSE KLCI

means i just bought the 30 largest companies listed on the KLCI?

yup you are right

the performance of ETF will directly mirror

the performance of its underlying asset

what is the benefits of ETF?

number 1, Diversification

because only just 1 unit of ETF

means that you own a bunch of other assets

number 2, it is highly liquid

we can easily cash out on the KLSE

number 3,

its performance directly reflects

the performance of its underlying assets

number 4, nombor 4, 第四

it has a much lower management fee compared to unit trust

number 4,

unit trust

just like REITs and ETF

its also a product that bundles a bunch of assets together

and cut it down into small piece

and sell it to you

the difference with ETF is however

the fund manager of the Unit Trust fund

will actively manage the fund

according to the objective and strategy

that is laid out in the fund prospectus

although this leads to a higher management fee

and service charges compared to ETF

but the fund manager will actively manage the fund

this means

the fund manager have to actively

select and pick the right securities,

to maximize the returns of the fund

theoretically

it will be able to minimize loss

and maximize gains

even when the market is volatile

this essentially means

that you are investing in the team's ability

to manage the fund for you

it is like hiring a fund manager for yourself

if the fund management team manages it well

you will get

good returns

an example of a well managed fund will be

Kenanga Growth Fund

which has shown an annualise return

of 15 % over the last 10 years

this means essentially it has given you

15% returns per year of the last 10 years

now you know why you are paying the management fee for?

however, on the downside is

if the fund is not well managed

you may get

less return

or even negative returns

finally,

P2P loan

what is P2P loan?

basically it means

peer to peer loan

it basically means

that you are lending your money to people

company such as funding societies

provide businesses with a crowdfunding platform

through a peer to peer financing solution

basically you lend your money to businesses

to expand their business and they pay you back interest

however

it is not guaranteed

that you can get your money back

if its all good.

you can get up to 10% returns

hence,

choose wisely

so

these are the 5 types of investment

that you can start investing today

with just RM1000

if you enjoyed this video and find it beneficial.

please share it with your friends

because you can change lives

Makan Delrahim: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 11:41.

Makan Delrahim: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Makan Delrahim, who has emerged as a possible U.S.

Attorney General pick for President Donald Trump, is an Iranian-born lawyer who is an Assistant Attorney General supervising the Antitrust Division.

He is an immigrant to the U.S.

"My life experience reaffirms that we live in the greatest country in the world," he said in a speech at a naturalization ceremony in which he described his background.

You can read the full questionnaire that Delrahim filled out when he went through a previous confirmation process here; it describes all of his work assignments and gives some biographical information.

Delrahim has close ties to the White House and Trump administration.

He served as deputy assistant to the president and deputy counsel to the president from January 2017 until becoming assistant AG.

He was a volunteer attorney for the Trump-Pence transition team from December 2016 to January 2017.

His name emerged November 29, 2018, as a possible replacement for ousted Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

You can see his previous confirmation hearing transcript here.

Here's what you need to know:.

Delrahim Became an U.S.

Citizen in 1992 & Was Born in Tehran, Iran to an Iranian-Jewish Family.

Delrahim described his background in a speech he gave at a naturalization ceremony in 2018 in Washington D.C.

"I became a citizen in 1992 when I was in law school here in Washington, D.C.," he revealed in that speech.

"I was born in Tehran, Iran.

Although anti-Semitism was a fact of life for my Iranian-Jewish family, my life changed forever when the Shah was deposed and a hostile revolution caused my family to flee.".

The Delrahim family settled in Los Angeles, California.

"We began anew in Los Angeles in 1979," he said in the speech.

"As many of you know, Los Angeles is a diverse place that is home to people of different religions, ethnicities, nationalities, and ideologies.

Los Angeles will always be home and I am forever grateful to the community that embraced me and my family.

I still visit my elementary school and take my kids to that small town where I grew up.".

His confirmation questionnaire says that Delrahim attended the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television; received an M.S.

in biotechnology from John Hopkins University; received a law degree from George Washington University School of Law; attended American University for a year; and received a B.S.

in Kinesiology from UCLA.

He has been a member of the Republican Jewish Coalition.

He is married.

In 2009, The Jewish Journal reported, "A small group of local Jewish and non-Jewish supporters of Sen.

Arlen Specter (R-Penn.) attended a cocktail fundraiser at the Malibu home of Iranian Jewish couple Makan and Michelle Delrahim.".

Delrahim Worked at His Father's Gas Station Growing Up & Praised Anti-Government Protests in Iran.

Soon after arriving in the United States, Delrahim says, he "learned English and my family embraced American life.

His father ran a gas station after coming to America.

"Some of my fondest memories of our early years in the United States include working at my dad's gas station.

I pumped gas, changed oil, tuned up cars, and sold tires.

Those experiences taught me a lot more than just how to work on a car," Delrahim said in the speech.

He told Recode that he considers the time in Los Angeles to be his "formative" years.

"My father, and others in my family who worked hard to feed their families, embodied the American entrepreneurial spirit and I am grateful that my father made the American dream possible for myself and my sisters," Delrahim said in the speech.

"He taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and dedication.

He went through much hardship, but persevered.

Like many of you, I strive to teach my three children these lessons each day.".

In January 2018, Delrahim described anti-government protests in Iran as "heartening" in an interview with the Voice of America.

In that interview, he criticized the Iranian government for blocking its people from using technology.

"I think any country that tries to limit people's access to technologies that improve their lives, does that to their own ultimate disadvantage," he told VOA.

The story reported that he came to America when he was 10, and quoted him as saying, "As somebody who has a desire to go back and experience the culture and history of the country once again," he said, "it is an exciting time to watch [Iran's latest anti-government protests].

Makan Delrahim Supervises the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, Produced a Film & Once Optioned a Reality TV Show.

In his confirmation questionnaire, Delrahim said that he is an executive producer of and investor in a feature film called Trash Fire through the entity Trash Fire, LLC.

The IMDB page for the movie describes it this way: "When Owen is forced to confront the past he's been running from his whole adult life, he and his girlfriend, Isabel, become entangled in a horrifying web of lies, deceit and murder." It starred Adrian Grenier.

Daily Variety called the film "an aggressively unpleasant black comedy with modest horror flourishes." The trade magazine added, "Gunning for cult status, the pic may find a small following among those who prefer their dialogue exclusively delivered in the form of insults, put-downs and offensive outbursts.".

He co-founded a technology company called Preconcile LLC, which sought to "provide easier access to litigants of small claims who may not get resolution due to legal fees or inconvenience.

He also said that he was creator of a television concept he optioned to Pilgrim Films, a "producer of reality television shows.

" The show was tentatively titled "Ultimate Justice" and was called "a legal reality concept.

He has been involved with the Aleph Institute in Los Angeles providing free assistance "to the imprisoned in providing religious relief during high holidays to Jewish (as well as some non-Jewish) prisoners." He was also providing pro bono legal assistance to seek the reversal of the conviction of "a religious prisoner" in the case of U.S.

Sholom Rubashkin. According to his U.S.

Department of Justice biography, Makan Delrahim was confirmed on September 27, 2017, "as Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division." When he was chosen for the position, The New York Times wrote that he "will help shape the corporate competition landscape for the next few years." The fact he's already won confirmation may appeal to Trump because it could make Delrahim's confirmation as AG an easier prospect.

The Times says his views contrast with the Obama administration, which "took a more aggressive approach in antitrust toward protecting innovation, especially in the technology industry.

However, according to VOA, under his supervision, a federal lawsuit was filed "to try to block U.S.

telecom giant AT&T's proposed takeover of American media conglomerate Time Warner." A September 2018 article in Recode said the government "lost that attempt, but is appealing the ruling." CNN reports that the move "puzzled a number of legal experts and contradicted Delrahim's own prior stance.".

In a speech, Delrahim explained his antitrust philosophy, saying, "We don't pick winners and losers at the Antitrust Division, but protect competition on the merits and enforce the laws equally.

Hard nose competition ensures lower prices, increased innovation, higher quality goods and services, and improved opportunities for entrepreneurs to succeed.".

Jacop Hazlett: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:55.

Jacop Hazlett: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Jacop Hazlett is a 28-year-old preschool volunteer for NewSpring Church in North Charleston who has been accused of fourteen incidents of sexual assault.

Hazlett was arrested after surveillance cameras found him molesting a 3-year-old boy, according to ABC.

Here's what you need to know:.

The Incident With the Three-Year-Old Boy Occurred on Sunday, Nov.

The incident that led to Hazlett's arrest occurred on Sunday, when Hazlett took a three-year-old boy to the bathroom.

Police say that Hazlett subsequently performed oral sex on the toddler in the classroom bathroom, and that the act was recorded by surveillance cameras.

At that point, NewSpring went back through its surveillance footage and found fourteen separate incidents of sexual assault by Hazlett on little boys.

The family of the boy abused on Sunday is the one that has filed the lawsuit against Hazlett.

The lawsuit states that "the video footage of Jacop Hazlett's abuse of other boys is substantially similar." In an emailed statement, Joshua Slavin, the attorney representing the young boy's family, argued that the purpose of the lawsuit was to "expose the blatant oversight" of NewSpring Church.

Slavin wrote, "What makes this case so tragic is that the abuse was entirely preventable — these crimes were repeatedly committed in front of security cameras that were monitored by NewSpring Church.

Hazlett Is Accused of Abusing at Least 14 Children During His Time as a Church Volunteer.

Hazlett is accused of 14 separate incidents of sexual assault with three and four-year-old boys.

These incidents all occurred in the last 90 days, because surveillance footage at the church is only stored for 90 days.

In at least one instance, Hazlett took inappropriate photos of a little boy before assaulting him.

Police have not clarified the specific nature of many of the assaults, as of yet.

There are no reports of Hazlett assaulting any little girls.

Hazlett Has Been Charged With One Count of First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor.

Hazlett appeared in court on Wednesday, Nov.

29 to face his arraignment charges.

He has been charged with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old.

He is now being held without bond.

The authorities have confirmed that NewSpring Church is fully cooperating with the police in the investigation.

The lawsuit states, "Jacop Hazlett knew of the security camera and its ability to see into the bathroom, meaning he was aware of the extraordinary risk he was taking had NewSpring Church simply been monitoring the video feed.

Less Than a Year Ago, Another NewSpring Associate Was Arrested for a Sexual Interaction With a Minor.

Last February, another man associated with NewSpring Church was arrested for sex with a minor.

Caleb Lide Jordan was fired from his position as a Church associate.

However, Jordan's incident did not involve the church, nor did the incident occur on church property.

Jordan was eventually charged with four counts of exploitation of a minor, including solicitation of a minor for sex.

Though the identity of the minor was kept anonymous, another member of NewSpring told ABC that Jordan was the boys youth pastor.

The source said, "I volunteered at NewSpring's youth ministry called Fuse, which was every Wednesday night, and Caleb Jordan was the boys youth pastor at Fuse… He had access as the youth pastor to a wide range of young men there.

Jordan, like Hazlett, passed both federal and state background checks prior to working at NewSpring.

Hazlett Passed a Screening Process That included a Criminal History & National Sex Offender Database Check Prior to Being Hired.

Prior to being employed, church officials confirmed that Hazlett went through "detailed training" and also underwent a rigorous background check, which involved a criminal history check and a national sex offender database check.
