Waching daily Nov 28 2018

You know when God exposes us to someone wealthy, it's not so we'll be jealous.

See, you can't become what you haven't seen or heard, so when God exposes you, when

you pray, "Oh God, God give me wealth, Kris said You want to," and God brings a rich

guy and you think, ah the rich guys gonna give me money, the rich guy never

gives you money, have you noticed that? You begin to be jealous of him.

You missed the point. When the Lord brought the rich guy in your life it

wasn't so'd you be jealous of him, but so you'll see what's possible, because how

many know the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, if He did it

for someone else He'd surely do it for you. God didn't bring the rich guy in to

give you money, He brought the rich guy in your life so that you

would see what's possible with God and you would believe for it.

You can't afford two Labor Parties and the Greens: Bernardi - Duration: 1:07.

When you've got cabinet members openly advocating they become more like the

Labor Party I think they've jumped the shark, in happy days parlance. Jim Molan

is, I think, one of the the most equipped and capable people in this place. He's a

decent bloke, he's got a track record that is second to none in public service

and he's been rolled because the factional gangs in New South Wales and

I'm trying to choose my language carefully, have decided he's not one of

their team. And I think that's a travesty. Craig Kelly's a bloke who stood up for

the things that are important, lower electricity prices, some common sense in

the climate change debate and what's going to happen to him? Out the door

you go! There is no room, unfortunately, for truth and common sense and

conservatism anymore in the Liberal Party. And I experienced that for myself.

It's been aided and abetted it's getting worse because there are too many

there who just want to be like Labor and the country can't afford to Labor

parties and a Greens party.

Samir Ahmed: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Samir Ahmed is a good Samaritan who accused police in Maryland of racially profiling him after he helped a neighbor get home.

Video shows police pin Ahmed, who is black, to a car and ask him if he had marijuana.

Police discovered a small amount of marijuana when they searched him and arrested him.

Ahmed accused police of racially profiling him, claiming that if he had "blue eyes" the marijuana "wouldn't even matter.

Here's what you need to know:.

Samir Ahmed Was Helping an Intoxicated Neighbor Get Home.

     .

Ahmed wrote on Instagram that he discovered an intoxicated man who had fallen down by his front yard.

"He was so drunk he could barely walk," Ahmed wrote.

"So I lifted him up and took him home," he wrote.

"While walking him home I asked why was he drinking so much, so early in the morning.

Unfortunately he was grieving the loss of his brother who passed away a few days ago.

I knocked on the door and made sure he got inside home safely then walked back home.

When i returned home i seen there where police men and firefighters outside my house.".

Police Mistook Samir Ahmed for 'Intoxicated' Man.

     .

According to Ahmed, an officer told him that they were called because someone was intoxicated and needed medical attention.

"Apparently before I had seen the drunk guy he was unconscious in somebodies lawn," he wrote.

"I explained how I carried him home, and showed my ID to prove that I lived on the residence.

After answering all there questions in a respectful manner, one the officers said 'I think you're the intoxicated one.' I was later arrested as seen my in the video but was never told what for till literally 3 hours later.".

Samir Ahmed Received a Citation for Marijuana Posession.

Video of the arrest shows Ahmed pinned against his sister's car.

Officers are seen repeatedly asking Ahmed if he had marijuana.

Officers who searched him discovered a small amount of marijuana.

Ahmed told HuffPost that he doesn't deny having marijuana but added that it "was such a small amount that I didn't even know I had it.".

According to WUSA, he received a citation for possessing a small amount of marijuana.

He is due in court in January to respond to the charges.

Samir Ahmed Accuses Police of Racial Profiling.

   .

Ahmed told HuffPost that "without a doubt" his "race played a factor" in the arrest.

"Because I know if I was blond with blue eyes it wouldn't have mattered," he said.

In the video, neighbors are heard yelling "he lives here, this is our neighbor.

"It was a man that was out here that was unconscious.

He helped the man," neighbors are heard shouting.

"The officer smelled an odor of marijuana coming from him," an officer is heard yelling.

Social Media Users Outraged After Video Goes Viral.

     .

The video went viral after it was shared by comedian D.L.

Hughley.

"Here we go AGAIN!!" Hughley wrote on Instagram as he reshared the post.

"This is unacceptable!" a local resident wrote.

"This is close to home so of course I am outraged.

Instead of believing an innocent civilian, they arrest him for doing absolutely nothing.

This is racially motivated.

There is no reasonable explanation why these officers are arresting this man.

Even the witnesses told the police this man is innocent.

These police officers fell into arrogance and ignorance.

They do not want to accept the truth and are too arrogant to admit they have made a mistake.

They must admit that this was a wrongful arrest and compensate this young man for terrorizing and interfering with his well being.".

   .

"Apparently helping an intoxicated person get home who was unconscious on your lawn is a crime," another woman wrote.

"Some police officers really have nothing useful to do with their time except terrorize POC in their own neighborhood.

Why does it take 4 cops to hold 1 innocent person who isnt resisting at all?".

Wholesaling Real Estate | Hacks to Become a Cold Calling Expert! - Duration: 5:28.

if you're new to wholesaling or maybe you're feeling a little bit nervous

about making those cold calls to the motivated seller leads then keep

watching as I share with you a few very vital hacks to make you sound like an

expert to any homeowner lead. hey guys I'm Dara, real estate investor and

entrepreneur out of Atlanta Georgia and I'm gonna share with you a couple of

hacks that will make you sound like a pro on the phone. I did post two videos

recently about some cold calls that I've done and I got a comment asking for the

script that I use. now backing up a little bit, I have several scripts that I

use for the different types of homeowner leaves that I target whether that's a

probate, preforeclosure, absentee owner, and the list goes on and I got my script

from a mentor that I paid. so for that reason, I am more than happy to share a

script with anyone, but it'll have to come with a cost. so never fear this free

video is here. and in this video I'm gonna share some hacks because a wise

man once said if you teach a man how to fish, he eats forever, but if you give a man

a fish, he eats for one day. so the first hack to getting a "script"

for cold calls is to call a wholesaler.

"Oh my god, what? I didn't think of that Dara. So clever."

I've done it in the past and it was extremely unintentional, but what happened was I typed in we buy houses in my area

I clicked on some ads and some SEOs just to see what their landing page and

things like that were like. I filled in my information on a house that I was

actually trying to wholesale, because at this point, I was just trying to find

cash buyers. so again, I did come across some wholesalers and when they got on

the phone with me they're boom boom boom boom boom--running through their script

and then a light bulb went off in my head

and I was like hmm hmm. I like what he said to me. that's a good one

so I actually, after the phone call, jotted down all the questions

that he asked me and my responses just because I also took note of how he

overcame some of my objections, right? so that's genius call other wholesalers

and see what they asking you. and that's gonna be your script more or less and

then so that's one way I did it online. a free online search you're gonna

have thousands of different different wholesalers and investors and you can

call as many as you'd like to find out what it is that they're saying and I

think that you'll soon find a trend so from there you just compile the

questions that they asked you the ones that you like and that's your script

hello! and you can take it a step further and type in things like we buy houses

preforeclosure, we buy houses probate, we buy...and things like that so you have

specific investors and those specific niches niches and when you get on the

phone with them I'm sure they'll have their specific script for that type of

lead. so there's that. I'm not saying waste people's time if

you don't have a house of sale, but waste people's time I mean whatever. but it's

all about for your own benefit, your own education, and your own resourcefulness.

that's the whole theme of this video being resourceful. like I said you can do

a Google search and type in various phrases and keywords to find out how

people are vetting their own leads you can also, hack number two, same

situation but it's not behind a computer. when you're driving around and you see

the we buy house of signs, call those people and see what it is that they're

saying to you. there's your script. so, not trying to keep this any longer guys

that's the hack of a century; the hack on how to create your own cold call seller

lead script and you can thank me later. well there it is. I hope you guys

enjoyed, I hope you got something from this video, I hope now this opened your

mind to realize that there's other ways to go about getting information that you

need. also, bonus hack: whenever you get a call from-- a solicitation call from I

don't know insurance, anybody who's trying to sell you, something always stay

on the line with them. a lot of people are very quick to hang up

like ah, you're wasting my time. but no, if you're in this business which is a more

or less sales business, it would behoove you to stay on the phone with other

sales reps. figure out what they're saying although it may not pertain to

real estate, but start jabbing some objections their way

Start ducking what they have to offer you, you know? and then figure out how they

overcome your objections, and take notes. everything is a learning experience

when you're starting out, okay? even when you're not starting out you can be in it

for ten years and you're still learning from someone in some other industry. so

take that bonus hack and the other two hacks that I shared and run. and I hope

that you guys enjoyed this video, again, I hope that you learned something. if so,

comment below, like this video, share it, and subscribe to my channel. I'd love to

hear some other hacks that you come up with after you have been like, "oh why

didn't I think of that ?" alright guys see you in the next one

Hillenburg is survived by his wife of 20 years, Karen, and their son Clay.

Hillenburg earned 9 Emmy nominations for Spongebob, which has been airing new episodes since 1999.

Before Spongebob, TMZ reports that he got his start in the animated TV industry as a director and writer for Nickelodeon's Rocko's Modern Life.

In their statement confirming Hillenburg's death, Nickelodeon wrote "He was a beloved friend and long-time creative partner to everyone at Nickelodeon, and our hearts go out to his entire family.".

He Says He Got His Artistic Ability From His Grandmother.

In a "Big Pop Fun" interview for Nerdist, Hillenburg revealed that his father, Kelly N.

Hillenburg Jr., was a draftsman and part of the Apollo program in Anaheim California.

Nevertheless, he said his father did not draw as much as his grandmother on his mother's side of the family; he credits her with passing her art skills on to him.

His grandmother was a gifted painter, but did it mostly as a hobby, as "art school" was not as accessible of an opportunity when she was growing up.

She also made detailed crafts, including felt finger puppets and Christmas ornaments.

When she passed away, Hillenburg shared that "the one thing [he] wanted was any of her artwork," because his "strong connection" with her was through art.

He Named a Spongebob Character After His Wife.

In the Spongebob Spongebob show, Mr Krab's arch-nemesis Plankton's computer wife is named Karen.

She was named after Hillenburg's wife.

The character, one of the two main antagonists on the show, is known for her snarky responses to Plankton's idea and her superior plots to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula from the Krusty Krab (where Spongebob works as a fry cook).

According to IMDB, neither Karen nor Clay were credited as voicing any characters in the over 250-episode series; however, both have "Special Thanks" credits in the The Spongebob Squarepants Movie and season 3 episode 7 of the TV show (titled "As Seen on TV/Can You Spare a Dime").

Karen is a Chef at a Culinary School.

According to Inside Philanthropy, Karen teaches at the New School of Cooking, which has campuses in Pasadena and Culver City.

The New School offers diploma programs in culinary and pastry arts.

Of their faculty, the New School says that "The teachers at New School all have degrees from respected culinary schools and have worked in the field.

They are tested and trained and are committed to providing our students with the best education possible.".

His Son, Clay, Shares His Love of Music & Animation.

Clay, who is 20 years old, seems to have inherited his father's love and talent for animation.

He is credited on Fandom Wikia as a cartoonist, animator, director, producer, and writer.

While his upcoming projects are unconfirmed, the site alleges that he will be involved in upcoming projects for Nickelodeon and Discovery Family.

In a 2013 interview with The New York Times, Hillenburg shared that his son was a drummer, and that he enjoyed "jamming with [his] 14-year-old son" at home.

Though he claimed to play the guitar "horribly," he told the Times that "It's a great way to bond with each other.".
