If you just become love, not love somebody! - Sadhguru about Love - Duration: 10:35.

Questioner: Sadhguru, we youngsters now-a-days have less control over our emotions.

So how to react in situations where our beloved or closed ones betray us (Applause)?

Sadhguru: This girl is already heart broken, hmm (Few laugh)?

See, somebody can betray you or you can think they may betray you

only because you have unrealistic expectations of them (Applause).

Well, if they do what they want to do, why do you think they have betrayed you?

They are doing what they want to do, you must respect it.

If you say, "They are beloved to me", "I love them" - if you love a person,

should you let them do what they want to do, or should they do what you want them to do?

For most people, love means, "You must do what I want" (Few laugh/Applause).

No, no love means they can do what they want and we will love them, isn't it?

You have this thing that "if I love you, you must listen to me (Laughter)."

No, no, if I love you, I want you to do what brings joy to you, isn't it?

You must change the concept of your beloved.

Questioner: But Sadhguru, I have a doubt regarding this.

What if our loved ones are going in a way that's not good for them and we want to

correct them and that's why we are telling them.

Sadhguru: Then you should have been the mother (Laughter).

Because, I am not saying that it is never true that somebody maybe going off track and

you try to do something for them, I am not saying it's never true.

But you don't take this position that somebody is wrong and you're going to fix them.

They are doing what they want to do, isn't it?

What they want to do right now may not be beneficial for them, possible.

But you must look at it sincerely, are you complaining because it's not beneficial

for them or you are complaining because it's not

beneficial for you (Applause).

Most of the time it's this.

Genuinely look at it, it's not beneficial for you but it's good for them, please,

let them do it, hmm.

But they are damaging themselves, yes, then you have a right to intervene and try to do

your best but not always, Not always can you enter somebody's life

and do something for them.

If I have to enter your life and do something for you, I have to earn it, isn't it?

I have to earn a relationship where I can intervene in your life.

If you don't earn that, you cannot intervene.

So, if you are unable to intervene, you must just understand you have not earned that closeness

(Laughs).

Juhi Chawla: We have one question from the social media the Face book (Laughter).

Amit Madan wants to know in this materialistic age the real feeling

of love is disappearing from our life, most of the love we receive from others

and express to others is superficial.

How can we reinforce the real feeling of love in our own life and in others?

Sadhguru: Forget about others.

If you if you learn to be loving

by your own nature not because of somebody else or something

else.

I know the question is coming from Facebook there's an enormous possibility (Laughter).

You can even love those people who don't even exist (Laughter).

So, I'm saying it's a tremendous possibility., So (Laughs)

if you just become love, not love somebody

then you will know the nature of love.

If you love somebody it's a fickle happening

because no human being will happen a hundred percent the way you want them.

Every human being on this planet is going to disappoint you believe me

not because they'll do something wrong because nobody can fulfill the unrealistic

expectation you have of them.

It's simply not possible., Have you been able to fulfill anybody's

expectation I'm asking you entirely?

Partially but never entirely, isn't it?

So nobody else will be able to do it unless you're a still such a hopeless romantic

you're still waiting that ideal person is going to come from somewhere –

No!

Believe me whoever comes, I want you to know the ideal people whom you

worship when Krishna was there his wives complained

(Laughter) all right?.

Juhi Chawla: So there is no hope for us please remember this.

(Sadhguru): The needs within a human being have risen

because of a certain sense of incompleteness.

People are forming relationships to experience a certain sense of completeness

within themselves.

When you have a good relationship with someone dear to you,

you feel complete.

When you don't have that, you feel incomplete.

Why is this so?

Because this life, this piece of life is a complete entity by

itself.

Why is it feeling incomplete?

And, why is it trying to fulfill itself by making a partnership with another piece

of life?

Fundamental reason is that we have not explored this life in its

full depth and dimension.

Though that is the basis, there is a complex process of relationships

as such.

There are expectations, and

expectations and expectations and expectations.

The expectations that most people are creating are such

that there is no human being on the planet who could ever fulfill those expectations.

In the process of holding a relationship, the first moment of meeting the expectations

may be common.

But as every step that we take in life, the expectations may become different.

Because these expectations keep changing in people,

they are not consistent and they cannot be.

One person may be consistent with the same expectation throughout their life;

another person's expectations may be changing because his perception and experience of life

is changing.

Now relationships become great conflict.

More conflict is happening within the four walls of the homes

than is happening anywhere on the planet.

Only thing is bombs are not exploding so you don't hear it.

They may be giving each other silent treatment.

(Participants Laugh) It is happening because peoples expectations

are changing and they are not changing at the same pace;

Fundamentally, why have we sought a relationship?

Because you find yourself that without a relationship, if you do not have any kind of relationship

in your life then you become depressed.

So, fundamentally, you are seeking a relationship because you want to be happy,

you want to be joyful.

Or in other words you are trying to use the other

as a source of your happiness.

if you are happy by your own nature, now relationships will become a means for

you to express your happiness not to seek happiness.

If you are forming relationships to seek happiness and trying to squeeze happiness out of somebody

and that person is trying to squeeze happiness out of you,

now this is going to be a painful relationship after some time.

Initially it may be ok because something is being fulfilled.

But if you have become a joy by yourself and you are forming relationships because

you want to express your happiness, nobody is going to complain about you

because you are in the process of expressing your joy

not seeking joy from the other person.

So if your life becomes an expression of your joy,

not in pursuit of happiness then relationships will be naturally wonderful.

You can hold a million relationships and still hold them good.

Now, this whole circus of trying to fulfill somebody else's expectations does not arise

because if you are an expression of joy anyway they want to be with you.

The Fantastic 4 For Him || KADRIAN THOMAS - Duration: 3:58.

so if you've ever had a conversation with a successful couple who is enjoying

their marriage relationship with each other and asked them what it is that

they do to ensure the happiness and joy in the relationship they may not be able

to give you that one thing because there are a myriad of things that they do to

enhance or to make the marriage successful so if you ask me what it is

that we do I may say something like I love my wife a lot she loves me dearly

as well and we are always trying to outdo each other if you ask her she may

tell you that because we're best friends we're on the same trajectory we are on

the same path we have the same goals and aspirations and we are always working on

them together and that is what causes us to be happy but there are some small

habits that you can develop and so I will talk about the Fantastic Four for

him now not talking about the science-fiction movie the Fantastic Four

I'm talking about small habits that you can incorporate ladies into your

marriage relationship to enhancing it so number one is that you want to thank

your husband when he does something around the house or when he does

something for you a lot of women take this for granted in not thanking their

husbands they think that it is his responsibility for going out and taking

home the money some men don't they drink it away or they gamble it away or they

spend it on other women you know so whatever he does you need to thank him

because when you thank a man for what he does it is translating into what it is

when we tell you that we love you or when a husband tell you that he loves

you whatever you interpret that to be that is how a man interprets thank you

when you say thank you to him and you don't always just want to say thank you

alone you want to tell him well done a couple years ago when I just got

married to my wife I was talking to a couple and I was sharing this scenario

with them and the lady disagreed with me even though she

was married several years before we were she was saying that she didn't see the

importance of telling her husband thanks but I guess she didn't know what I knew

from then you know I know what it is like to be thanked and it really fuels the

love flame in the relationship the next thing you want to do is show off with

your man so when you're in public talk about

something that he did so when you're with your family members or friends you

talk about something that he would have done so we want to thank him you want to

show off with him in public the next thing you want to do is to show him that

he pleases you well in the love Department and as a matter of fact

ladies don't always wait for him to initiate the activity you go ahead and

initiate it because when you do that you're actually telling him that he's

loved that he's wanted that he is needed the next thing you want to do is to let

him know that he makes you feel really happy he makes you feel really happy so

while we're both responsible for our own happiness

we both contribute to our partners happiness and a man is always seeking to

ensuring that you are happy so thank him show off with him in public show him

that you appreciate the romantic side of things and then you also want to make

him know that he makes you feel happy before you go leave a comment share this

video or give me a thumbs up and if you have not yet subscribed to my youtube

channel go right ahead and do so now click that notification bell so that you

can be notified each time I upload a new video on this platform for now Peace out guys

Panic At The Disco - The Greatest Show - Review and Reaction(The Greatest Showman Reimagined) - Duration: 5:56.

Welcome back to another Sunday song review today. I'm going to be looking at The Greatest Show by Panic At The Disco

This is on a soundtrack called The Greatest Showman

Reimagined and it's coming from the greatest showman soundtrack. I'm going to be reviewing and reacting to this song. I'm doing it because

Some of you in the comments suggested I look at the song

So, please let me know what other songs you'd like me to review and react

I do a review and reaction every Sunday. If you're new here, please feel free to punch the subscribe button

I am also a singer-songwriter myself

So, please feel free to check out some of my own music that I have on my youtube page

But let's get right into it. This song is called the greatest show by Panic At The Disco

I'm going to stop it like a couple times in this review, that's what I like to do in my reviews

I like to stop the song talk about it. I don't like talking over the music because I find it distracting

So far great production. I think the production is super high quality and I really like the song so far

I was never really a huge fan of Panic at the Disco

But that was really just out of ignorance and not being in the alternative

Genre, which I think they are in. It's an incredibly driven song. The two things

You can really focus on are the vocals and the beat and in here when I play it

A lot of new sounds I don't really know what they are. It seems very

Electronic. There are a lot of synth

Production sounds which I mentioned like the production is high-quality

And these are producers that are making their own sounds with

MIDI instruments and synths and it sounds

Somewhat electronic in a way but it's really not electronic music but they are using electronic instruments. That's why I say electronic

There's that beat that is on like double-timing

in eights? It's really making the song seem like you're in a rush somewhere or like you have to get somewhere.

Tense song I think I am like kind of like wondering

You know where I should go or where I have to be and that makes sense

It's kind of like saying you need to be here

You need to see the greatest show and it's like a real burst into the first track of the musical

That background choir is really cool. Everything is really really super tight

Which is really cool and it's such a good production. But now I'm thinking is it over produced in a way?

Maybe because just you wouldn't really be able to

replicate all of these sounds on a live stage without a

massive band or like a computer so it could be potentially over produced because everything is just like

So tight and so perfect

There's not much room for any like organic human

Feel to the song which is okay. Not my cup of tea

I like the song, the next song is called a million dreams, which I think I'll look at maybe later today or later next week

But the first song was really good

For me just a little over

produced and

sounds too perfect in a way and I think that's like my

Singer-songwriter background coming in wanting something a little more human a little more organic. Let me know what you think in the comments

Please feel free to disagree with me

But that's my review. That's my opinion. Please punch that subscribe button if you're new here and if you want to

take a look at what I'm talking about what I think

Organic human touch take a look at some my own music or look up any singer/songwriter and you'll know what I mean

When you listen to that style of music, so thanks for watching. I will see you in the next video.

Small Business 101: Episode 44 - Should You Have A Pioneering Business? - Duration: 5:40.

Alex: Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of Small Business 101 here on

Arbeit U. Spencer: Yes! Alex: And as you can tell it's Halloween. Spencer: Halloween here you can tell

by the costume Alex is wearing. That spooky costume. I think he was

gonna say that so I had to beat him to the punch

but what we're talking about today is: Is it better to be a pioneer? What do you

think? Alex: What do you think? Spencer: So that's a great question. I'm gonna go ahead and

say maybe, right? Like being a new pioneer is great if what you're doing is great.

Alex: Yeah, way to hedge your bets there. No, it's not best to be the Pioneer. Spencer: Yeah

there you go. Alex: Next episode! No I'm just kidding

So It's funny that Emily picked this topic today because last night I

read this blog post from Neil Patel and one of his marketing you know

whatever top marketing tips. What he wishes he and he knew at the beginning

or something like that. It was don't be a pioneer with marketing. Spencer: With

marketing? Alex: Yeah with marketing so if you're you

know but this can kind of translate over to anything don't be a pioneer for

marketing let other people you know because some things just might be fads

don't do that on your own dime let someone else do it and waste their money and

you know. Spencer: As we're going through this right now, I'm trying to think of

like anyone who's been a pioneer that has not worked out or has worked out.

Alex: Well you wouldn't know if they haven't worked out because... Spencer: Like on here

she has BlackBerry like BlackBerry's the first one that introduced emails on the

phones and then now no one uses a BlackBerry anymore but that concept is still

true, right? It's like AOL or AIM. One of the first instant message

chat platforms and now who the hell uses AIM? That was like my high school career and

now nothing. Spencer: Usually the people who come in businesses you know for lack of a

better word steal the idea and they're going to do it

they just do it way better. Spencer: Yeah, has there been anyone that hasn't had a

great idea and is just still on top? Alex: Like the first person that made it? No, Don't think so.

Spencer: I can't think of anyone I mean there's a thing that people say

like no idea is a new idea. Someone's always had that idea before

but um maybe there is a pioneer that we just don't know about. Spencer: Yeah maybe. Maybe It's

the guy that made this pumpkin. Alex: Share it below. Spencer: Yeah, let us know what you think.

Alex: but yeah I mean that's a good example, the blackberry I didn't read that far

down but yeah. Spencer: So you don't prep for these. Alex: It's all up here

but yeah I mean when you're a pioneer, you're the one taking all the

risk you're the one. Spencer: Yeah, so like the perfect example

of this is like prescription pills, right? Wait wait wait hear me out on this platform.

The people who invent like pills, right? They spend millions and millions and

millions of dollars developing these these pills and then the second guy gets

to take that pill and just recreate it and it doesn't cost them as much and

they can still produce it, right? So you know it's the same with like email

right? like blackberry introduces this phone that has email on it. I don't know who's next.

Apple says great idea let's introduce our phone and they do it for a lot cheaper

than blackberry who had to develop the technology to make that happen.

Alex: Yeah you could probably look at any software or anything that you use on a

daily basis and find somebody that did it first and this company that's

bigger now just happened to do it better you know. I mean Amazon wasn't the

first online marketplace you know but there's just companies now that do it

better. It sounds like there's a gun fight going out there. Spencer: That's why I'm in

here. Please lock the door Emily. Alex: I mean that's not to say that being a pioneer is terrible

like someone has to do it. Spencer: Yeah you need the pioneer for the rest of us to steal

your ideas. Alex: Exactly, and you know there's truth to that.

If you look at any company there's truth to that for sure but you need

the pioneers for... Spencer: Someone needs to be a pioneer that's

why the original argument was maybe. Yeah so they are equally as important

but what's better from like if you're starting a new business I guess

well I guess really the point that I want to make is you don't have to be a

pioneer to be like a successful business. Spencer: So you're going back to maybe now? Alex: and I

think a lot of people think that. Spencer: Yeah, I need to do the next Latest and

greatest idea. The problem is that's the easiest way, right? You release a

product that's like so new that no one's ever thought of it. Everyone's like I

need that, I need that. They buy it up and then eventually it's like the pet rock.

You know everyone loves the pet rock I still have my pet rock it was a

great concept but now you know Tamagotchi is another example, everyone

had to have it and then you know now it's just kind of fallen by the wayside.

So I think that's kind of like you make a good amount of money

Alex: Yeah sure I mean back on topic here Spencer: Pet rocks. Let's start a company that sells pet

rocks. Alex: Yeah, that's a good idea. thanks but no really I think how many

times have you heard somebody with a business idea be like I can't do that

someone else did it. Happens all the time. Doesn't matter. It's irrelevant.

Spencer: Yeah, I'm starting a new data company.

But yeah no it happens all the time. People come up with ideas and say nah I can't do that

someone has already done it. And it's always like the most

obscure thing ever. It's like you can still do it. Alex: Don't use that as a reason or an

excuse not to do something but thanks for watching let us know what you think.

Spencer: Happy Halloween. See you next week. Alex: See ya.

Can You Really Manifest Anything - Duration: 9:37.

We're on a bit of a road trip. Today we're gonna talk to an expert on: Can you

really manifest anything? How is it we can do some amazing and sometimes

unexplainable things like heal our own bodies by the power of our thought

mother's intuition the law of attraction can we really tap into our subconscious

mind can we really create our own realities it begs the question are we

novice gods

super excited to have you join me today we have an expert here no serious

she has manifested a lot of things in her life and so we are looking at the

question can you really manifest anything and meirin was kind enough to

put some comments on our youtube the YouTube show if you've got comments put

them in down below I'm excited to hear more about some of the things that

you're coming up with that meirin has manifested a lot of things in her life

so we're going to talk a little bit about that can you really manifest

anything and and how do you do that so meirin tell us a little bit about what

you have manifested okay anything and everything from the good the bad I

manifested my husband actually I wrote I was he's my second husband and I was

unhappily married didn't plan on divorcing didn't plan on any that but I

I wrote down a list of everything that I I really wanted in my relationship and

things happened he left and stuff and then I met Jeff we got married and a

year later I found that list line by line everything on it because I wrote it

down and then forgot about it it was pretty cool

over the years though I had some health challenges and my first son had a lot of

health challenges there was a lot of stress and I it was just it was

overwhelming and I I remember I found this again later I had written in a

journal with a lot of emotion that's a great way to manifest is to have a lot

of emotion behind it about how I wanted to hide out until I was better he was

better you know I just wanted I I just didn't want to be seen and I wanted

someone else to take take the responsibility and to make the decisions

for a while and as a result I manifested four years of completely bedridden

develop and I'm not saying that every illness is something that you know you

should blame yourself or feel guilty that you caused because I don't believe

that are you saying that you manifested your illness

and brought the illness into your life I do believe that I create I was you know

I helped create that and this is what I'm super excited to do this series

about because I think I've done the same thing I think we because we're creators

because we have divine DNA I think we have the ability to create things even

if they're negative in our lives and it comes down to our belief I think oh and

so yeah I'm excited to talk to experts like Marin who who has done both the

good and the bad so so tell me a little bit more about the bad about the

negative you know you were focused on things you didn't want and that's what

came in yeah I and and part of it was you know you asked the genie in the

bottle who knows how it will show up you know I wanted to be relieved of the

responsibility of a very very sick baby and I got that and so yeah I was in bed

and completely I couldn't even sit up in a wheelchair or be taken anywhere like I

was I was down and I looked at that and I thought that was you know I didn't

know whether that would be the rest of my life but I believed these principles

even before this and so in a moment of clarity I was like you know if

everything up to now has led me to this then I can start to change it from here

so that I have a different future and I started to do that and it took time you

know it was probably two years after that point for when I was I guess out of

bed and had to relearn to walk and you know is pretty dramatic but so I but I

did I started to change what I was focusing on and what I was picturing and

I had this one child I'd always pictured a family and through this process of

through a lot of faith and a lot of Prayer but a lot of just keeping the

right focus in front of me and having belief that I could have it I

step-by-step was led and miracles many many miracles happened and

I got back on my feet we came here to Utah and we went on to have two more

babies and I'm in my 40s so you know I thought that time had passed and their

healthy pregnancy had home births I mean that just everything that I had put out

there for we were able to pretty much achieve it's been it's been fantastic so

let's list off some of the things that you've manifested so you manifested a

new husband so relationships you manifested ill help which don't do that

don't know fall in there and but then you also manifested good health right

yes out of that and then the move was that part of that mm-hmm

okay yeah I'd wanted to be near my parents and then I've got two brothers

here I've got lots of cousins I just have a really big network here and I had

I just I really wanted to be here and then yeah so the move and then the

babies I really really wanted more babies and so they're now five and four

and I take care of them myself I didn't you know I collapsed when my

oldest was two he's now 16 and yeah yeah so if you think about in your life what

you want to manifest it's not impossible it's not out of reach whatever it is

whether it's relationships whether it's finances whether it's help whether it's

you know anything that you have on your mind that you would really like to

create it is possible for you to create that to you know tap into the the divine

DNA as we say inside of us to help create that and I really think it comes

down to belief I think it comes down to faith and we don't use faith like we

could and so throughout this series I'm gonna we're gonna be chicken on all the

different things we can do with faith how we can really enlarge our lives and

live with abundance of the things that we deliberately consciously create now

one question I have for you Marin is I have a lot of people say I have a hard

time with the word manifesting or manifestation do you know

of any other ways to call it another thing I've been told is conscious

creation is the thing but just like you and like me there are things that I have

created we have created unconsciously that had been negative and so I'm not

sure if conscious creation works either do you have any thoughts on ya creation

I've been thinking about this and creation was one of the words because

that's what I feel like we're doing whether we do it on purpose or not you

know even when we manifest ill help that's still you know unconsciously

creating but it's still a form of manifestation I mean our whole lives is

a reflection of of where we're at our beliefs and our vibration and what we're

putting out and so creation was was good I looked up in the fuss Aris trying to

find anything else at that fit and sometimes things I don't know there's

like things show up you know into your life you know you put intentions out

there and then kind of let it go and watch and see what shows up as a result

outside of creation and you know I don't have a really great leader for that yeah

so if you've got a better idea for this write it in the comments below let's

make this an interactive community we'd love to hear other thoughts you know

because I want to make sure that the term that we use is something that

really resonates with you that feels comfortable and that matches with your

belief system our belief system so yeah I don't know I love conscious creation

but I also realize that unconsciously sometimes we're doing some things we

really don't want to do so as Marian has shared with us you could really manifest

anything right down in the comments below you know kind of another term for

manifesting and caches for one more show I'm gonna have Marin on for another show

and she's going to talk to us about the steps of manager

make sure you join us I hope this stirred some questions in your soul are

you more connected to higher power than you think

do you have divine DNA let's keep asking questions click on my face to subscribe

What $2,100 Will Get You In London | Sweet Digs | Refinery29 - Duration: 6:50.

Hi guys!

Welcome to my Sweet Digs, but before you come in,

hit subscribe below.

Have you done it?

Ok! Come in.

So, I live with two girls.

We really do complement each other because we're all quite

relaxed people.

It's around 530 square feet downstairs, and about 350 square feet upstairs.

Rent wise, we pay 1650 pounds.

That equates to about 550 pounds each, which I really think is a massive

bargain for this area.

As a community, Leyton is just great.

There's a really lovely welcoming feel to the area.

It's also only 20 minutes on the tube to Central,

and the transport links are amazing.

There's always something to do around here.

It's definitely the place for me.

Plus, we get so much space in this house so, win-win.

This is the living room.

I was really lucky when I moved in because pretty much everything

you see here was actually here already.

I didn't need to buy anything extra for the house.

It's massively dominated by this shelf of pure randomness.

Lots of fashion magazines, huge amount of books that we read

as a household.

And we kind of swap and switch around.

Also, just some really weird stuff.

Photo frame of the Spice Girls.

There's no reason for that, but we like it.

I think a main talking point is gonna be this beautiful cast of my

housemate's breasts.

It was really embarrassing when my parents came around.

My dad didn't know where to look, but it looks really, really great

on the shelf.

And, and, makes um, makes a nice focal…

point.

Everything in the house is begged or borrowed basically.

We haven't invested huge amounts of money on brand new

furniture.

And instead, you know, we actually take on beautiful pieces

like this 60s vintage table.

I would describe our homestyle as minimal, modern, a bit of eclectic,

throw in a little bit of vintage, and it's bit of a random mix,

but we really love it, and it's our own.

This is the kitchen.

It's one of the reasons that I wanted to move here.

I think that the space and the light really makes

it something special.

And all three of us really like to cook here.

It means that we can just enjoy, have a chat after a long day at

work over a cold gin and tonic.

Gin. My love. Love of my life.

This is the garden.

We only have three plants at the moment.

One being a Christmas tree that my housemates planted last Christmas,

and it ain't doing so well.

But it's really great to have such a big space out the back of our house.

Also, for summer days, having our friends around for a barbeque.

It's just perfect.

This is the bathroom.

It's totally zen.

We've added loads really lovely sort of bits and pieces.

Lots of plants, lots of succulents to really make us feel

relaxed and at home.

We have this shelving unit, which is a godsend.

It gives us space to add all of our bits and pieces.

It's quite a small space, but I feel because we're

really, really minimal in this house, we make it work for us.

So, when I moved into the house, everything was basically here already.

So, for me personally, my biggest splurge was this beautiful shower curtain.

And I think it really gives a finishing touch to the bathroom.

Oh, I forgot to introduce you to our friend Daria up here, from that iconic

Celine campaign.

It also reminds me that I really want a roll top bath.

I feel like I look at that and I'm just raging with jealousy.

My only pet peeve of the bathroom is the extractor fan because my bedroom

is right next door and that is just the most annoying noise.

And this is the bedroom.

And I really, really love it.

It's exactly how I wanted it.

Very me.

Quite minimal, but with a touch of flare with my "edit" wardrobe.

Top tips for storage would be having a space under your bed.

I actually use wicker baskets where I put all of my towels and all of

my sheets, etc.

Also, my winter clothes because at the moment, I only have

my summer clothes on the rails.

The clothes rail actually works really well because it's bit of an extension

of my personality.

And it shows my love for fashion and for clothing.

I like to experiment with different colors and outfits.

I'm a visual merchandiser for an online men's fashion website.

It's a really creative role and I feel like I take that creativeness

back with me home.

And I think that this room really reflects that from my clothes rail,

which shows my love for fashion, and just the way I put things

together in the room.

This is probably my most sentimental piece.

I actually brought this from my first house in London.

So, it's not a family heirloom, but it's really special to me.

Getting this into the house was an absolute nightmare.

We had three of us girls pushing this up the stairs.

As you can imagine, one pulling, one pushing.

I cannot describe how heavy this is, but it was all worth it

in the end because I've got it in prime position in my bedroom.

I think my inspiration probably comes from, uhh, sort

Scandinavian decor.

Ikea.

Also, all of those really hipster plant shops.

There are so many hipster plant shops in East London.

Honestly, um, you can just step out of your house and you'll find one in

about five minutes.

But, it can be quite an expensive treat.

So, I actually have two fake plants in my bedroom.

Have you spotted them yet?

Here's one!

Haha.

After a really busy week at work, I really look forward to coming home to

my room, putting on some candles, and reading a really good book on my bed.

It's really nice coming home to a really clean, modern space.

Hahaha.

Thank you so much for watching my Sweet Digs.

Bye!

"Learn How To SQUAT "Easy steps خطوات سهلة لإتقان تمرين السكوات - Duration: 13:47.

What's up family , i'm Hicham

in this new video

we will learn about one of the basics Exercices in Calisthenics

Which is SQUAT

as you know , we started a serie called how To start calisthenics

and we already released 4 Episodes and this is the fifth one

we saw the basic exercices , Pull up , push up , dips.

if you missed these exercices you can go to our bio and you'll find there all the links of every video

so... today as i said we"ll learn how to Squat

squat is one of the important exercices

in calisthenics or crossfit or either weight lifting

it'll always stuck with you in whateversport you practice

Anyway now we're going to see how to practice this exercice

you have no idea about it , even if you wanna do it , you fail at it ,

so you'll follow us , step by step from the easier step , untill you're able to do it

now let's see the first step ,

let's Goo

As you saw, this was the first step,

and we show you how to do a position in which you make a balance

cause the majority of the guys they decline their hands forcely backward

so you have to learn how to keep your feet on the ground, cause the most of people don't know how to do it

they keep on standing their toes

and that's wrong,

your feet have to touch the ground completely

and you have to control your balance to not fall backward.

When this exercice is getting easier to you, and you become skillful at it

Let's go to the second one

So this was the second step

you need a chair and put on it some books or whatever

as you see here, if you use books

whenever you see that the height you've been working out on becoming average and not hard anymore to you, .

remove a book

Don't mess with the exercice form cause it's so important to do the "Squad" correctly

it would be better if you take a picture of yourself while you're doing the exercice to see if you're doing it right

Your hands have to be always close to the wall

You're probably will touch the wall at the begining and that's okay

cause the role of the wall in the exercice is to not let you fall down or uplean forward

So your body get used to that exercice and control it's balance

now let's see go to the third step

As you saw this was the third step

and there's no wall

that means you have to be already killed the second step and control your balance

and control the form in which your breast should in

we use the chair to not fall backward

cause the mistake that the most of the guys do is that they careen back

they think that if they put their legs completely they'll fall

And then when you get used to it, and your body get used to that exercice

you can remove the chair and workout easily and normaly

but if you still have problem on the third step

then you have to go back to the second one

untill you're skilled vert well at it

Now let's go to the fourth step

So as you saw, this is the fourth step

at the previous we worked out without the wall, now worked out without the chair,

you'll only need the help of your friend, i mean to hold his hand

or hold a bar next to you, to workout at least comfortably so you won't fall backward or fall forward,

and for me it's better to decline more than 90 degree and then rise up

The most important in all that, is to workout the "Squad" correctly

if you don't workout like how it supposed to be, you'll cause dammage to youself

to your back for instance

If you reach guys reach this step, you'll spend a period at it, it depends on how you workout

i can't define the period

it just once you're not in the need of the help of your partner or to hold a bar to do it

then i can say that you're able to do the"Squat"

Now we're going to see the right way to do the "Squat" and the mistakes that we could fall in, let's goo
