ଦୀପାବଳି ରେ ଏପରି ବନାନ୍ତୁ କନ୍ଦମୂଳ ଗୁଲାବ ଯାମୁନ | Sweet Potato Gulab Jamun | Diwali Special - Duration: 5:56.

4 - Sweet potato (Overcooked and Mashed)

4-5 tbsp - Khoya

4 tbsp - white Flour

Cardamom Powder

Dry Fruits

4 tbsp - Milk Powder (amul)

1 pinch - Baking Soda

1 bowl - Sugar

Water according to need

Mix the mashed sweet potato, khoya, white flour, milk powder and 1 pinch baking soda in a bowl

To make a fine mixture mix it on a plate

As you can see it is fine now after mixing it for 10 mins

Cover it for 5 mins and meanwhile prepare for the sugar syrup

Place a pan and turn on the gas

1 bowl Sugar (to prepare the syrup)

Pour 1 bowl Water (water and sugar proportion is same)

Saffron (optional)

Stir it till it becomes sticky

Cardamom Powder (for flavour)

The syrup is done now as it is sticky (turn off the gas)

The dough is now ready.

Make balls of the dough or you can give your desired shape

Now fry the balls in medium flame without using frying stick

Pour sufficient oil in a pan and fry the balls in low flame. (make sure the oil is not too hot)

Without using the frying stick fry it till it becomes brown in colour

Nothing to worry if you see cracks in the balls, as it will help in soaking the syrup easily

It is done now , take it out and turn off the gas

Now add the balls in the sugar syrup

Keep the sugar syrup warm (not hot) while dropping the balls.

If in hurry keep it aisde for 1/2 n hr before serving. Best tastes after keeping aside for 3 hours.

After keeping aside for 30 mins lets check.

It is really soft

5 useful tips for a Getting a Loan for purchasing Real Estate in Poland from our experience.

Many investors choose to tap into the equity in their own primary home to help finance

the purchase of their investment of properties.

Banks and other lending institutions have many different products that allow you to

tap into the equity you've funded.

For example, an investor may purchase a property, but instead of going through the normal hassle

of trying to finance the property itself, he can instead take a loan on his own home

to pay for the property.

In order to obtain a home equity loan or line of credit, you must first have equity in your

home.

But what if you don't have a real estate property in Poland?

Banks will typically only lend up to a certain percentage of your home's value in total.

This percentage differs between lenders, but it is not uncommon to find a lending institution

that will offer to lend up to 90% of the value of your home.

So how do you get your loan?

The first tip is: Make a sizable down payment Banks do not finance property even with mortgage

on a property for 100% of the property price.

The second tip is: Be a 'strong borrower' You or your company should have a good loan

history, and there is nothing good about not having any loan history at all, because the

bank doesn't have any record of how you are paying your debt.

The third tip is: apply for a loan to several banks at a time If you are rejected in one

bank you still can get a loan in another one, and what is very important is that records

of rejection is not shown in the external bank system called BIC right away, so other

banks will not know about the rejection.

It is a common practice to do so.

Also you can use some loan agent that work with many banks and they will do this for

you, also you pay them nothing because they get paid but the banks they are working with.

The fourth tip is: you should have a stable income in Poland

Which means you should be employed or do business for a certain period of time.

THe final fifth tip is applicable to foreigners only and it is that you should have a resident

status, which means you should have a residence permit in Poland.

And the longer you have your residence permit, the better it is.

And now if we get back to our project and reload we can see that there's nothing practically

working over here.

So why it is so?

In case of this fourth parameter which is optional practically it doesn't work in case

of a Google Chrome or Mozilla or these kind of browsers.

So in that particular case it is better to keep this thing off or to omit this fourth

parameter and it is optional so it won't do any harm coming.

So we can turn it off and instead we can use on this particular drop Shadow property which

we could see over here, and this will be the result.

Now instead of this drop shadow let's switch on to something different such as this gray-scale.

If we put this gray-scale here and if we say that this should be 100%; get back to your

project and reload and you can see that this image is now turned into gray-scale.

That means it has turned itself into a colorless object as we can see that there is practically

no color information into these pixels and it is a grey one.

On the other hand instead of Grey first of all let's restore the original condition of

this particular image that we are currently working on.

Now instead of this one if we use hue-rotate; it practically allows you to collect any color

from that particular color map and with the aid of that you can turn your image providing

a particular tone to that particular image.

So in this particular case all we need to do we need to provide the valuation in degree.

So this is the degree value that is provided in this particular case under this condition

and the highest valuation of degree that can be imposed over here is 360 degree.

So we have provided this 145 degree here; now let's get back to our project and reload

and we can see that this will be the output.

That means we can change the color output of that particular image.

Now all those things practically those previously worked on with the aid of this particular

graphic software.

You may use something else, some separate graphic software over here to do all those

changes but the point is - in our previous cases all we had to do we had to import those

images first into our graphics software; we had to make all those changes those are needed

and then we needed to import that output to our web browser actually and we need to use

code it simply into our text editor and we can see the effect of this output over here.

All we are now going to do there are some couple of values out there such as this hue-rotate

This gray-scale; we have seen all those things, this blur, contrast, drop-shadow, grey scale,

brightness, invert, opacity, there's another something like this opacity here; saturate,

there it goes, uRL - all those things all over there so you need to very all these images

and see the result but in case of this opacity if you get back over here and if you mention

that it should be 30% - get back and reload and you can see that this will be the output

- the original image, it is now executing 30% of its full rendered preview and that

is the result in this current state that we are observing into our HTML Browser.

All we are going to do we are going to discuss how to combine two different property values

into a single syntax.

Such as, for say we are using this hue-rotate condition here is 145deg in the first place.

We have seen the output.

This will be the output.

On the other hand for say we need to reduce the opacity level.

So we can do that mentioning that the 50% of this image will be visible, will be opaque

over here.

So if we now reload we can see that.....

Only 50% of this image is now getting visible.

On the other hand It is being imposed with the property of Hue-rotate of 145 degree.

In this particular case we can see that we can use both these hue-rotate condition and

this opacity condition.

But if we use here for say, gray-scale, for say we are providing this gray scale property

over here; press control + s, get back to your project, reload and you can see that

only the last property that we had provided here, this gray-scale property, it is only

executed, it is practically been rendered into a browser but on the other hand this

Hue-rotate condition, this is practically invisible into our output.

So why it is such?

Gray-scale practically instructs our Browser to disable all the color information to the

pixel and turning into a gray-scale.

That means our image is now getting turned into a gray-scale without any color information

into the pixel value.

So there shouldn't be any kind of...

This kind of thing, such as this hue-rotate; call it is related to the color information

to the pixels.

That is why this output won't be visible into our Browser but instead we will be seeing

only this particular gray-scale value that we have provided in the last condition.

If we want to associate two different properties into a single Syntax then always keep in mind

that you need to calculate whether these things are contextual or not, if they are contextual

then only they will be working accordingly and if they are not they won't be working.

For say, instead of this gray-scale if we provide here this particular brightness condition....

For say we are providing care of brightness of 150%, get back to your project and reload

and you can see that the brightness is increased and on the other hand the Hue-rotate is working.

So we have conjugated two different properties of Hue rotate and brightness together into

this particular syntax of filter and both of them are working, because both of them

are contextual.

You may increase the brightness while you may change the color information.

So this is the thing that we need to consider while we try to associate two different properties

into a single place.

All those hack code those we have worked with in our previous cases, those will be in activation

here, while declaring this filtered property in CSS.

So these are the hack codes that we need to mention in the previous code and then we need

to mention this particular filter property over here and each time this rule will be

followed.

Whether you are using a chain of properties into action or you are using single property

you need to mention it along with the hack codes.

In the last case if we want to make our image elliptical, then the last thing that we need

to provide is this particular border-radius.

If we put here this value of border radius of 100%, get back to our project and reload

and you can see that the border radius is now 100% making the image elliptical.

This image was rectangular in nature; that is why while we have mentioned this particular

border-radius to be 100% then only this image is getting elliptical as the image was rectangular

in its original shape.

If we want to put here a perfect circular image then we need to introduce a perfect

rectangular image over here and this is the only way that should be invoked while we were

using an image and we are making some kind of changes into it.

These are the things those we need to know in this tutorial.

The Key Difference: HIV & AIDS | Medical Minute Monday Ep. 29 - Duration: 5:41.

Hi there, and welcome back to another Medical Minute!

Last week I mentioned a review of complete blood counts, but I'll be postponing this

topic for now.

Instead, this week I'm breaking down the key differences between HIV and AIDS, but

before I get started I need some help!

Initial reports on HIV and AIDS began to surface in the late 70s to early 80s.

The onset of an epidemic with little to no scientific understanding led to the distribution

of false information causing confusion and panic.

Nearly forty years later, there are still a lot of false information and misconceptions

surrounding HIV and AIDS.

First of all, one is a virus, and one is the syndrome caused by the virus.

Do you know which is which?

Let's begin with a brief history of HIV and AIDS.

In 1981, cases of a rare lung infection and an unusually aggressive cancer appeared in

groups of gay men in the US.

All patients were found to have a severe immune deficiency.

By the end of the year, there were 270 reported cases of severe immune deficiency among gay

men, and 121 of them had died.

This number would grow to 100,000, in the US alone, before the end of the decade.

The initial patients' homosexuality led to the false assumption that the cause of

the immune deficiency was sexual relations between gay men, and the syndrome was called

gay-related immune deficiency or GRID.

Following reports of GRID among females, it was discovered that the immune deficiency

could be transmitted via heterosexual sex.

The CDC began referring to the syndrome as acquired immune deficiency syndrome or AIDS.

Human immunodeficiency virus, known by many different names at the time, was discovered

shortly after AIDS, but little was understood about the virus.

Little understanding of how the virus was transmitted led to infections via the transfusion

of blood from HIV positive donors to previously healthy patients and rumors that the virus

could spread via casual contact caused widespread panic and discrimination towards those with

HIV.

Today we understand that the human immunodeficiency virus is transmitted through bodily fluids.

For example, blood, pre-ejaculate, semen, rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast

milk.

Some state that HIV is transmitted through saliva, but saliva alone doesn't carry the

virus.

Oral transmission is a result of open sores or bleeding gums in the mouth.

These infected bodily fluids must come into contact with mucous membranes, damaged tissue,

or be directly injected into the bloodstream.

Mucous membranes are found within the rectum, penis, vagina, and mouth, so it's easy to

understand why HIV is most often transmitted via sexual relations.

The following modes of transmission are listed by the CDC from highest to lowest risk:

Highest Risk Receptive anal sex

Insertive anal sex Vaginal sex

Sharing syringes, rinse water, or other equipment used to prepare drugs for injection.

Lower Risk Transmission from mother to child during pregnancy,

birth, or breastfeeding.

Transmission by being stuck with an HIV-contaminated needle or sharp.

(Healthcare workers.)

Lowest risk for infection includes Receiving blood transfusions, blood products,

or organ/tissue transplants Oral sex

And the exchange of contaminated saliva through kissing, sharing food with, or being bitten

by someone infected with HIV.

Once transmitted, it can take 3-6 months for blood tests to detect HIV.

During this time, people often report signs and symptoms associated with the flu.

Some recover and remain asymptomatic for as long as 10 years, which is why routine HIV

testing is necessary.

Eventually, the prevalence of the virus grows to a level in which the immune system is compromised.

This is known as acquired immune deficiency syndrome or AIDS.

At this point, a person is exceptionally susceptible to opportunistic infections and cancer, which

are the primary causes of death in those with HIV and AIDS.

The lack of a cure for HIV is due to multiple factors.

One reason is that HIV targets the body's immune system.

Fighting off infection with a suppressed immune system is akin to sending a firetruck without

hoses to put out the fire.

Another reason is that HIV mutates at an unprecedented rate.

The Center for Infectious Disease Research stated that "during the first 10 days of

infection, a single strain of HIV mutates more times than any strain of influenza in

all of human history."

We may not have a cure, yet, but antiretroviral drugs have proved to be promising in both

the treatment and prevention of HIV and AIDS.

These drugs block various stages of the virus life cycle, controlling the infection much

as a healthy immune system would.

Through a better understanding of the virus and antiretroviral drugs, HIV and AIDS have

become a chronic rather than an acutely fatal disease in many areas of the world.

If diagnosed and treated in its early stages, the life expectancy of an infected individual

can range between two-thirds and that of the general population.

The incidence of the disease is also improving due to new methods involving the treatment

of uninfected, but high-risk, individuals with antiretroviral drugs.

This is known as pre-exposure prophylaxis or PrEP.

Research in the treatment and prevention of HIV and AIDS is ever evolving, so keep your

eyes peeled for studies on vaccines, gene therapy, and more.
