This is a serious concern for
many of my female viewers
I am not a doctor/specialist
Neither am I currently pregnant
and did not experience pregnancy
bcoz we have not decided about
pregnancy seriously yet.
As I receive tons of questions everyday
asking if they can ever get pregnant or not?
They sound very sad/depressed mostly

and so I thought of addressing this concern
And I did my research on it.
U just need to remember ONE thing
that u need to cure ur PCOD first & then try for pregnancy

But again, today,I will share most imp tips
to cure PCOD naturally at home
The common PCOD symptoms are
hair loss, acne, facial hair, weight gain
moods swings, hormonal imbalance
periods irregularities
Now after this once,
u get check by a gynaec that u have PCOD
Next step for u is to not focus on hormonal medications
Keep it aside a little
& focus on curing it urself naturally first
It is very easy
Just give urself ONE YEAR time
before going/trying for pregnancy
U just FOCUS on YOURSELF first
Do NOT focus on the fact that u need a baby
Ur focus should be on the fact
that u need to fix yourself and get healthy
If a mother is healthy
only then, a baby is healthy
Ur entire energy & concentration should be on this thought
to be fit first
To treat PCOD...
workout for ONE hour everyday
any form of exercise u prefer
If u want to lose weight fast, I suggest
a workout routine which burns loads of calories
So weight training at gym is very good
it kills fat faster
And combine it with cardio
Then comes ur diet
Have a balanced nutritious diet
U can lose weight with ur home food
Control ur portion size
I have lost my weight with
simple home food
Dont do any fancy diet for this.
When u go grocery shopping,
dont fetch the processed packaged food
Instead focus on getting local seasonal veggies and fruits more
During monthly grocery shopping, dont include
cold drinks, chips, maggi,
chocs, cookies
If these stuffs dont come home, u wont eat
Delete zomato/swiggy apps from phone
then u wont feel like ordering in food
De-stressing is very important
Mental peace is everything
Yoga/meditation calms ur soul
Take out time for urself
For example, often when we go shopping
we desire for a particular bag
then we think of several other issues
and money factor &
importance of getting things for another family member
like ur husband/kids/mom/maid etc
In these thoughts, a lot of time
we ignore our own desires/needs
I understand that we are not Ambanis
that we can get what we want
But sometimes, indulge in yourself
Its very important for mental health
to sometimes to splurge & pamper urself
Get that bag or that spa
Or go for that trip u always wanted
dont waste time thinking, DO IT
In PCOD, these happiness is important
To cure PCOD,
the entire channelising should be
on yourself
FOCUS is to get fit mentally & physically
That is possible when u actually
focus on ur own desires
Way back, earlier, I was not sure what I want from life (not now)
I would resort to junk and drinks
Like a guilty pleasure
In life, if u r directionless, lost, wishes are not fulfilled,
u are clueless in life
so we resort to such things
like alcohol,junk,desserts all the time
Literally hog all of them always
A lot of times we try to overcome our problems
by resorting to unhealthy lifestyle
We assume that will give us pleasure/happiness
For example, can ice cream will give me joy
That is momentary happiness
Ice cream has sugar, u get an insulin spike
u will feel happy temporarily
But later, that will just add on to ur pcod issues
In pcod, u need to stabilise insulin hormone
Last tip is most important
Be alone in a room
stand infront of mirror
and ask urself
"r u ready for this pregnancy'?
In our society, girls are trained to believe
that u get married and then get a baby
A lot of times, it is possible that
u r not mentally prepared at the moment
hence u r body is not supporting u
So u need to ask this to urself
if u r ready or under pressure to make kids?
If yes, then
u just need to cure pcod and it is possible
with natural means & medicines
But if the answer is NO,
then will it be the right decision?
A lot of people ask me this
when r u planning kids? U have been married for 5 years
So , my answer is straightforward
that right now, we are not ready for pregnancy
It is possible that we are ready next year
or after 5 years
To have kids or not, is ultimately
my own decision
Others will just have opinions and vanish
even for the partner, its mostly just sperm donation
But for a woman, its a complete life change
Motherhood is a beautiful thing
but every woman has their own time for it
Right now, its not mine and I know that
I am not ready for responsibilities at the moment
When I am ready, I will start preparing for it
I kept this point at the end bcoz I know
that very few people will watch till end
and the women who will watch till here, I know
that they are suffering through some problem right now
