Hey Guys, Bob Brennaman here and I'm a realtor from Charleston.

I'm taking some clients from the great state of Maryland on a tour of this house today

and I got here a little early and decided to shoot you guys some video.

I hope you guys enjoy.

All right, guys.

So you walk in...this house was built in 2016 so nice, open floorplan.

I'm not sure that they didn't take some of the old house that was here.

A lot of these houses on McCants were built in the 40's and 50's.

This is a very nice re-do.

This house is on the market for $1.2 million.

So good size kitchen.

Looks like black granite counter tops.

They've got a Thor kitchen range.

Don't have an experience with that one but it looks similar to a Viking.

Frigidaire refrigerator.

And the Master is right off of the kitchen.

Master and laundry room is here.

Lot of nice built in's.

Very big Master.

Again, ya'll who've listened to these videos I've shot before, I always say that having

a Master down, whether you need it or not is super important from a re-sale standpoint.

You can see, they've made good use of these sliding doors.

Kind of popular these days.

Nice bathroom.

It's cloudy out and I haven't got the lights on, but this is a pretty bathroom.

Walk-in closet.

This house, if my memory serves me correctly is about 2800 square feet.

It's got this really nice porch area off the back.

Has this nice pool...forgot about that.

So it makes a little more sense.

I mean $1.2 million for this...the location is rock solid.

You have some houses around you that are in a state of transition but this house is already

transitioned.

And the house next door, same thing.

You've got a space for two or three cars, maybe a small car here and then you've got

a 2 car garage.

And them you've got parking out front.

I like the use of the bamboo . The bamboo we have here now and all over the U.S. is

the non-invasive of bamboo.

And you can expect it not to eat up the pipes that are buried in the ground.

It's basically a bush and grows like a bush.

I really like this in here.

Okay, so you come back into the foyer.

My clients are just pulling up so I am going to....go up the stairs.

Let me pan back...All right, so you've got a full sized bedroom up here.

That's a drop-in shower so I'd factor that in to $1.2 million.

You've got a really kind of cool music setup here.

But this could be used like a loft but you could use it as an extra TV room or obviously

use it for music.

That is access to an attic.

Yep, so attic access.

Then down the hall, you have another bedroom.

And again, today it's kind of cloudy so factor that in.

And then, you have one more bedroom so you have 3 full bedrooms upstairs.

Can''t see much.

My clients checking out the pool.

Then, big walk-in closet.

Won't belabor the point by taking you in there.

This room is bigger than the first room that I went in upstairs.

This room and the room next to it seem the bigger of the two bedrooms up.

Nice size.

And then, another drop-in shower.

Norwex Toddler Bibs - Mini Moment with Linda - Duration: 2:21.

In August 2018 Norwex introduced these super cute and cool Toddler Bibs

to their range. It's made from the famous Norwex BacLock Microfiber

it's super soft and very absorbent and it's generously sized

so that hopefully most of the food that your toddler is eating will end up in

their mouth or on the bib and not on their clothes. It's reversible so once

one side gets dirty you can just flip it over and it's still gonna look great

it's got no plastic so these can just be thrown in the wash when they get dirty

and it's got this super cute Norwex Body Cloth in the front pocket so here in the

trees design you can see that the cloth is just hiding there in the bushes and

on the brighter future bib it's here behind the Sun and these little cloths

are great to have so handy because they're going to help you reduce your

use of baby wipes. Baby wipes contain chemicals that are not great for yours

or your child's skin - very often they contain a preservatives that that stops

the baby wipes from going mouldy and these can sometimes cause some adverse

skin reactions. In addition we all know that baby wipes are not great for the

environment - they don't break down well in landfill. The other thing that's good

about these Bibs is that they have no Velcro, clips, clasps or buttons so

they're not going to irritate your child's skin - they're going to make a

fantastic gift if you need to give a baby shower gift or a gift to

a niece or nephew and they'll be fantastic paired with our Kids Bath Sponges which

were very cleverly made by Norwex using the cutout from the Toddler Bib here and
