Waching daily May 27 2017

hello today I'm going to give you a

rundown on my favorite supplements to

help you on your journey to quit smoking

when you quit smoking I mean it

obviously it's a very good thing for you

to do, but your blood sugar gets out of

balance, your neurotransmitters start to

kind of go down and you tend to feel

like crap, so I find the more you can

balance it out supplement wise, the

easier the process will be the better

you feel, the more likely you are to

make that change permanently, so in

another one of my videos I talked a lot

about niacinamide - vitamin b3 and that

is because it locks into the nicotine

receptors in the brain and really helps

with cravings as it increases a chemical

called gaba and gaba makes you feel a

lot calmer, like what you get

from alcohol or valium or and so that's

number one but if you want to find more

about that you can watch my other video

on it so b3 and then the second one I

recommend the most is something called

GTF chromium a lot of you've heard of

chromium picolinate this is actually

chromium polynicolate and I believe and

studies have shown that this is a much

more effective form of chromium that

really helps keep your blood sugar be

consistent, it helps you utilize your

insulin a lot more effectively so it's

good for weight loss and preventing

weight gain as well which really helps

when you quit smoking but when you quit

smoking your body has been very used to

getting a blood sugar hit, every time

you've had a cigarette in the past it's

like instantaneous like when you smoke

your liver release glucose and so this

is a sugar hit, you feel better you feel

much more mentally clear, you don't need

to eat and it's the fastest way to get

sugar into your bloodstream and so when

you stop, your body is kind of waiting

for you to release that sugar and so

that's why we tend to get shaky and we

feel hangry and we tend to want to eat

and when we're eating to get our blood

sugar back up and it takes like 20

minutes for the sugar that

you've consumed to get into your

bloodstream and help you feel better so

that's why we just can't tend to keep

eating when we get smoking it's really

about the blood sugar so if you take GTF

chromium it really balances that out and

your not having that same like yeah

hypoglycemic effect that makes it a

nightmare and you're just like what's

the point I might as well smoke so GTF

chromium I'm going to add links to all

of these down below the next one all I

would say would be quite important is a

good be complex and first of all you

want to take a good B complex just I

believe everyone should be taking to be

complex to help with stress it helps you

make very important neurotransmitters in

your body like dopamine like serotonin

acetylcholine this is all things that

are released when we have a cigarette so

we need to help our body make them

naturally so we're not kind of like

going back to that addictive cycle and

and the other reason is when you take

one B vitamin on its own like nice amide

or vitamin b3 it can put the other ones

out so you want you know they work

together like a team so you want them to

stay very balanced and working in

conjunction together but this helps with

your energy levels it helps you feel

more positive it helps you prevent you

from having depression anxiety from

being distracted so P vitamins you

should just take full stop but

especially when you quit then the last

one that's very helpful is vitamin C so

I find the most helpful way to take

vitamin C when you've quit smoking is

chewable vitamin C and studies have

shown that chewable vitamin C is as

effective and or oral vitamin C you can

also make like a liquid out of it just

get some powdered vitamin C and add it

to a spray bottle and just spray in your

mouth every time you want one or suck on

a vitamin C every time you want to have

a cigarette and it really reduces

cravings it gives you that kind of oral

gratification and every time you have a

cigarette you're depleting your body of

25 to 35 milligrams of vitamin C so if

you're smoking a pack a day you're

pretty deficient in vitamin C already

and so this is going to help not only

with the cravings but repair the damage

it's going to help repair your lungs

it helps repair the collagen in your

body so your skin looks better and

reverses that aging effect that smoking

is had on you so these four I think

really help you stay calm they kind of

cover the faces they balance your blood

sugar they repair the damage and they

just make the whole process much more

once a enjoyable but not horrific so now

positive effect on your health at all so

Follow these tips to proper nutrition.

-Sleep regularly: insufficient sleep will not only make you feel tired, but it will

disrupt proper secretion of certain hormones in your body which will lead to fat retention,

improper utilization of insulin and obesity.

More useful tips: -High protein diet with 35% share of protein

can improve glucose level in blood and will not affect kidney function.

-Eat more Broccoli – Scientists at University in England found that ingredients found in

broccoli, help the body create enzymes which protect blood vessels which leads reducing

the risk of cardiovascular disease in diabetics.

Also, this is especially important, because diabetics often suffer from heart disease.

-Drink more Chamomile tea – Daily consumption of chamomile tea combined with healthy meals

can help you prevent complications caused by diabetes, advice researchers from Japan

and the UK.

The findings are based on experiments in which extracts of chamomile were given to rats suffering

from diabetes during a period of 21 days.

Rats who received chamomile supplement showed a significant reduction of blood glucose level.

Extracts have also shown to be effective in inhibiting certain enzymes associated with

the development of diabetes complications.

Loss of vision, nerve and kidney damage are some of the diabetes complications.

Take True Measures: you do not have to be perfect, just give everything you can in terms

of your health.

Start with small changes, which will provide you long-term benefits!

How to Make Steamed Dumplings From Scratch at Home - Homemade Filling Dough without Egg Step by Step - Duration: 7:47.

Hi everyone. In this video I want to show you "How to make homemade steamed dumplings from scratch".

In previous videos I used to show you "How to make dough" or "How to form dumplings" But in this video I will show you the whole process.

First, we are going to make dough.

We are going to use flour. This is all purpose flour. And we add salt.

We added 1 bowl of flour and 1 tab spoon salt. And everything is approximately, nothing exact.

Now we are adding water. Let me show you how much water: It's a little more than a half cup.

It's a regular water. It's not warm. We just took from the bottle.

We are adding water and we are going to add in this dough oil.

For dumpling you can make dough with (eggs, flour and salt) or with (oil, water, salt, flour).

In this case we are making dough with oil, water, salt and flour, because this dumpling we are going to steam in a steamer.

If you want to make dumpling for soup and cook them in soup, you need to make dough with eggs instead of water you will need to add 2 eggs salt and flour.

In this case we are going to steam and we are adding oil without eggs

We just need to add the appropriate amount of flour according to the water we added.

Make dough not very soft and not very hard, so you can work with it easily.

It looks better now, but we still need to work on it until all the small parts go away.

Here is how our dough looks now. We put some flour on the wooden board, so the dough doesn't stick to it.

We've been doing it for 3-4 minutes.

Our dough is ready, we just need to cover it and go make the filling.

For filling I am going to use 2 potatoes, 2 huge onions and beef meat.

We just need to cut everything. Everything is ready. We cut meat, potato in small dices.

Look how small, I like to cut everything on small dices.

When you eat, you don't eat a whole piece of potato, whole piece of onion. Like this it tastes much better.

While I was cutting I decided that this meat is enough. So that part of meat we are not going to use.

We diced more than the half of the meat. The rest of the meat I will put back in the fridge for later use.

We are going to put some salt. I am using regular iodized salt.

I use for everything olive oil, but you can use any oil you have at home just to add extra taste and flavor.

Always add onions. Onions give juice to the filling.

When dumplings are ready, they are going to be so juicy.

If you put less onions, the dumplings are going to be very dry.

Let's mix everything.

When you mix it, don't squeeze onions, because onion will give juice and the filling will have a lot of water.

Just mix it lightly.

We added potato, now we add some salt.

And we are going to add cumin seeds. I prepared it on the plate.

. It gives a very good taste to our dumplings.

. And we are going to add some olive oil. You can add any cooking oil you have.

Our filling is ready.

Now we need to roll out our dough. We need to divide it because it's too big.

We need to put some flour so it doesn't stick to the wood board,

Start rolling it out. We are going to do it until it gets big, very flat and thin.

I just wanted to show you how you need to move your hands.

We also don't forget to put some flour on top when we roll it out.

Now we just need to cut it, so we can form our dumplings.

There are many ways to form dumplings.

But I got used to do everything this way and cut it easy with the knife.

Because some people cut it with the cup or plate, but it takes so long time. I like everything to be fast and easy.

I want to show you guys that we stick even those pieces, leftovers so we can form dumplings. They are not going to tear apart.

Take one full tablespoon of filling and put it on the square shaped dough. If you feel that it's not enough, you can add some more.

We rolled out very thin dough, so I think it's enough. We don't want it to tear while cooking.

We want them all to look cute without holes.

Guys let me show you "how to close form dumplings".

Take 2 ends, 2 opposite corners and stick them.

Then take 2 other opposite corners and stick them.

You can close from this side or this side. It doesn't matter.

And stick them here together. Ready.

Now I am going to show you another one, one more (how to make/form/close dumpling).

Take the two ends and stick them together, then these two ends also stick together.

Then take these two ends and stick them together.

The dumpling will not open. And everything will be steamed and look exactly same like this.

So this is our dumpling now ready.

Before we place our dumplings here on the tier, we need to put spread some oil, so they don't stick to it.

What ever you use stainless steel or aluminum steamer, it will stick to it.

I am going to put some oil on my hand and spread it. Then it will be very easy to remove them.

This you will need to do with all the tiers you have.

If you got too many dumplings you can put some oil in the middle and place them here.

Don't worry about the hole.

Now we are putting all our dumplings on the tier.

Don't stick them together, you see we have a distance between. Because while cooking they will get bigger.

The dough will get softer and you don't want them to stick together. If you try to separate them, they will have a hole and will look ugly.

Just leave some space between.

The same thing we will do with other levels/tiers. Place all dumplings on levels/tiers and put them in our steamer pot.

I already added water to boil in a base of the steamer pot. We just need to place our dumplings on top of it.

Our second part of our dough is also ready, we just need to cut it and put the filling and form dumplings as we did in the first part.

Our dumplings are ready. We are going to place them in the second top part of the steamer.

It doesn't have the bottom so steam, can go through the holes.

We are placing everything in second top part of the steamer pot.

And I want to tell you guys that the best thing is to place everything here, then go to the pot where you have boiling water and add it on top.

Because when you open your pot you can burn your hands with the steam.

You see guys, it's very hot that's why I told you to make everything there. Now we add top part with dumplings on the top and cover it and look at the time.

We are going to steam dumplings for 40 minutes.

If you make dumplings with vegetables without meat, then 30 minutes is enough.

After 40 minutes. Our dumplings are ready.

We open the cover so the steam goes away, because it's too hot.

Here are our dumplings. I prepared the yogurt. We love dumplings with yogurt.

The yogurt is also homemade. I made it. I also posted the video.
