Method: You have to take a cup of four cups of Corn Flour and Pune 4 Cup of Water. Boil The Water. If you take 5 Cup of Corn Flour Then Take Pune 5 Cup of Water.

Now Low The Flame and Insert The Corn Flour In Boil water and Mix It.

Now insert The Mixture in Big Pot and Leave It For 5 Minutes To Low His Temperature. So, You Can Easily Make Dough.

Now, Take Half Hot Water And Make Dough So, That It Don't Break.

You Can Put Some Wheat Flour and Make Chapatti and Then Cook it

Corn Flour Chapati is Ready To Eat.

Chicken Feet Recipe - 鳯爪 - DIM SUM - Morgane Recipes - Duration: 6:07.

Chinese people love chicken feet,

and their price is higher than the meat's one.

This dish is called 'Feng Zhua' Phoenix Claws.

Do not be impressed, dare to taste them and you will be surprised.

You will find that there is indeedomething very good to eat on the chicken feet.

remove the claw at the end of each finger

score the underside

dry them with paper towels

Now make the preparation of the sauce crush the garlic cloves

peel them

chop them with the shallots

finely slice the ginger

put them with the chopped garlic and shallot

Then add: ¼ teaspoon of salt

¼ tsp of ground pepper

½ tsp of 5 spice powder

The Anise stars

1 tbsp of black bean paste

1 tsp of chili paste

1 tbsp of dark soy sauce

1 tbsp of oyster sauce

cut the hot chili into small chunks

dilute 1 tsp of cornstarch with 1 tbsp of water

fry the chicken feet over high heat to 180°C for 10 minutes

stir from time to time

They become golden

remove them

soak them in cold water for 1 hour. Their

skin will be blistering

take them out of the water

In a pressure cooker, caramelize 1 tbsp of sugar over high heat

As soon as the caramel starts to smoke, add the chicken feet,

the preparation of the sauce

60cl of water

mix and put the lid

heat on medium heat at low pressure setting for 30 minutes.

I do not want an extra quick cooking,

I want the ingredients to simmer and release all their flavors.

If you use a classic pan, let simmer over medium-low heat for about 1 hour.

The feet are now soft and they have a nice color

bring them to a boil

add the diluted starch while mixing

let heat for 20 seconds cut off the fire

The Chicken feet are ready!

Okay that's good because I'm eating like at least

one a day.

But I bet you didn't know that you

favorite recipes.

They're delicious,

nutritious and so versatile.

Well guacamole may always be a fan favorite,

we're going beyond a traditional for your

big game entertaining.

I mean look at this spread

we have here in front of us using the

hero of the day, the avocado and it's not

just any avocado.

We're using Welch's

ripe frozen avocados to serve up tasty treats.

So you perfectly ripe chunks straight

out of the bag.

and it's healthy of course.

get right into it.

So right here in front

of me I have the perfect club sandwich,

using the avocado straight out of the

bag.

Just mash it up put it in your

favorite sandwich.

Super easy I love tuna

tartare and with this avocado, you smash

it up with some green onion in there,

have a tortilla with it, super delicious.

It's kind of elevated to for a nice

appetizer in the evening and we have a

red bulb with my favorite guacamole

recipe.

Super delicious again, good game

day favorite, love that.

Now if you're on

the healthier side, it's a new year you

want to stay healthier, you have your

crudités platter right here.

Some mashed up mashed up avocado, dip it

right in there.

super good too you know you always

have a few healthy people that come over

for a game day.

I don't know why they do

but you know they always turn up and we

have our beloved chicken wings.

I love these!

Ever since I moved to

America I just cannot get enough of your

chicken wings.

You make the best ones

here.

And as with chicken wings we need a

good dipping sauce.

So we're going to make a ranch but we're

not gonna use buttermilk today we're

gonna replace that fat with a healthy

fat.

We're going to use the frozen ripe

avocado.

So we're gonna put these

avocados, into a food processor and then

we're just gonna add a few ingredients

and guys making your own dressing at

home is so good.

I always find you'll

save a lot of money doing it this way

too.

So we got some onion, we got some

green onion in there.

We got some salt

and pepper.

Okay.

We got some dried mustard.

If you don't have dried mustard use some

dijon mustard a home, that's totally fine.

Some parsley, some dill.

You got to have

Dylan, you're a ranch dressing.

It's one of those staples, in a recipe

and of course our lemon juice.

Because we wanted

kind of tangy, since we're not using

buttermilk.

Because buttermilk has a nice

tang to it and I'm gonna thin it up with

some water.

Pop the lid on, okay that

is looking beautiful.

So think you want a

thinner than then quackamole and that's

how you know you have the right consistency.

See the way it just kind of

pours in there?

That's absolutely

delicious of course since you know

chicken wings are one of my favorite

things, along with spareribs, I love ribs

too.

But I'm gonna taste one of these,

really quickly.

And that is so different

and it's like a nice little surprise

when people come over.

If you know you've

you've really changed it up on game day.

You've made your own ranch dressing

using avocado.

That's kind of cool.

Could You Survive In These Extreme Conditions? - Duration: 3:38.

The human body seems like a pretty fragile thing.

Your bones can break after falling just a few feet.

One piece of bad food and you're hugging the toilet for hours.

But while your body may be pretty fickle in those kinds of ways, it can actually withstand

some pretty insane stuff.

How far can we push our bodies?

While all humans have similar makeups, each body has different thresholds for different

extremes.

Your diet, genes, exercise habits and overall health can all impact how your body faces

challenges.

So just because one person was able to do some crazy feat, that does not mean that your

body can too.

And we definitely don't suggest you try.

Seriously.

Humans have reached some insane heights, depths, distances and temperatures to prove the human

body is one rock solid machine.

Take Wim Hof for example, aka "The Iceman".

He's hiked Everest in just shorts, run a half marathon barefoot in the snow, and taken

the longest ice bath recorded.

Almost 2 hours![2] His practice of meditation, specific breathing techniques, and regular

exposure to cold temperatures has been proven to help prep the body for strenuous activity

and boost immune system functionality!

How much cold one person can handle before it gets deadly depends on a lot of things,

from the person's health to whether they're wet or dry.

But as far as core body temperature vgoes, it's generally thought that anything below

70 degrees Fahrenheit is deadly.

The lowest temperature ever recorded that didn't end in death?

56.7 degrees.

Heat is similar in the sense that every situation is different.

Humidity, personal limits, access to water all affect how likely you'd be to kick the

bucket.

But the body starts to overheat and heat stroke sets in when your body temperature exceeds

103F.

And dying from heat is more common than you may think.

Almost 700 Americans die from it every year.

Some athletes can do some pretty extreme stuff too.

Meet Dean Karnazes.

This guy ran 350 miles in one go.

I have no idea how he went to the bathroom and honestly, I don't want to know.

Another human with superhuman strength?

Eddie Hall.

He holds the record for the heaviest deadlift, at 1,100 pounds.

This lift burst a ton of blood vessels in his head and almost killed him though.

Sooo yeah, don't try this.

What about drinking water?

How long can humans go without it?

Just like all the other things we've mentioned, this timeframe depends on a lot, especially

how much fluid has been expelled by sweating, urinating and exhaling.

3 days is the most commonly cited number for the average person, but one guy allegedly

survived 18 days without water!

Then there's food.

Again, it's hard to define the threshold for everyone but three weeks is said to be

the average length of time a human can go without it.

The longest anyone ever went before dying was 74 days in 1920.

That's a long time.

To sum it up, you humans are so strong and can withstand so much.

*sigh* I wish I was a human.

Again, we don't recommend you do any of these things.

But if you do consider safely trying any, may I suggest scuba diving?

It's the best.

How do you handle a toxic work culture? - Duration: 2:17.

So we get a lot of questions from people who work in toxic leadership environments

and they ask, what are they to do?

How do they be the leader they wish they had?

Well, being the leader you wish you had means you commit yourself

to the care and success of those around you.

Remember, leadership has nothing to do with rank.

I know many people who sit at the highest levels of organizations

who are not leaders. They have authority, which is why we do as they tell us

but we would not follow them. Leadership can happen at any rank.

The choice you have to make is

do you want to be the leader? Now leadership comes with risks.

If you speak truth to power, you could get in trouble.

If you're the one who stands in between

the powers that be and the people that you work with,

if you're gonna commit yourself

to work late sometimes to help people and make those sacrifices,

you're gonna have to take those risks.

That's why not everyone wants to be a leader

because it does come with real sacrifice and real risk.

But if you want to be that person,

if you want to be the leader you wish you had,

you look to your left, you look to your right

and you say, how can I help them succeed?

Number one: if you see somebody on your team struggling

ask them if they're okay.

Ask them if you can help. If you know that somebody doesn't know

how to do something, sit down and show them.

Ask them if you want them to double check your work.

Remember, a big way in which we build trust is not actually by

offering for help but also asking for help.

So one of the things you can do

by being a leader is also asking for those around you to help.

Let them feel like they're empowered

to help those around them and in the course of time you will

build a level of trust on your team that they will see you as the person

who has their back.

And you get used to it. It's a practice like many other

like any other skills. You want to ride a bicycle,

you have to practice, you get good at it.

Leadership is the same.

Get in the habit of considering the lives of others.

If someone's running for the elevator, the doors are closing,

you're running late for a meeting. Instead of just letting the doors close,

hold the door open for somebody. If you're the last person to pour yourself

a cup of coffee at the office, instead of putting the empty pot back

make another pot of coffee.

It's little, little things where you consider those around you,

the lives of others, sometimes ahead of yourself

and be willing to sacrifice time and energy to help those around you.

How to Make a High Protein Vegan Sandwich 簡單~美味高蛋白三明治這樣做 - Duration: 12:27.

What's up guys. Today I wanted to address something that's been on my mind recently.

And that's protein obsession. Of course being a vegan I get this question asked to me a lot.

Where do you get your protein? it's a common question a lot of people wonder about.

But one thing I saw a couple weeks ago that really made me think that this thing has gotten out of control is,

I was in Costco buying some quinoa

and I saw a Buddhist nun and the only thing in her shopping cart was

a big tub of Optimum Nutrition whey protein and I thought "This is out of control!"

now back in the day when I started weightlifting,

the only people that were taking protein supplements were the hardcore bodybuilders,

but it seems nowadays everybody and their grandmother thinks that they need some kind of protein supplement.

They think that they are protein deficient and that's absolutely not the case.

Now one of the reasons you don't want to get your protein from whey protein supplements

is that whey protein comes from cows milk

and it's it's highly processed and it's extremely acidic in your body

it's really hard for your kidneys to process.

so today we are gonna put all of your protein fears to rest.

We're going to show you how to make a whole food plant-based chickpea sandwich

not only full of protein but also brimming with vitamins, minerals, fiber,

everything you need to give you the energy to get out there and crush whatever you're doing.

alright we're gonna show you that right now!

ok we're all set. we've got all of our ingredients ready here.

I'll just give you a quick rundown on the ingredients that we're using

it's very simple, very easy to make. just eleven ingredients, we have chickpeas and

red onion. When you're choosing onions make sure you always choose red onions

because the red onions have the most nutrients

more than your white or your other types of onions. Red onion is the way to go.

this is tahini or sesame seed paste, and mustard, Dijon mustard

We have relish. You can also use pickles, that's fine. Pickles or relish

and here we have date syrup. This is date syrup that I just made from dates and water.

now when choosing a sweetener make sure you choose something like date syrup.

Our main goal is always to eat something that is whole foods.

You don't want anything that's processed. You don't want processed sugar.

Date syrup is the way to go and maybe I'll show you guys how to make that in another video if you're interested

you could also use agave or maple syrup.

But again those are processed, stripped of vitamins and minerals

Black pepper. Black pepper and whole wheat bread.

Again, when you are choosing bread make sure that you choose whole wheat or or a whole grain.

The way that you can tell if it's whole grain is just look at the ingredient list.

And make sure the first ingredient is whole grain. If it is whole grain, it is the way to go.

Again, less processed. if you if you choose white bread it's going to be more processed.

stripping down vitamins, stripping off minerals

With wheat bread or whole grain bread you're retaining those nutrients.

in Taiwan, I choose I-Mei whole wheat high fiber bread

But if you're living in the States you also can choose Ezekiel bread

I think Ezekiel bread is is great. Here we have celery and romaine lettuce

Okay, so the first step, you're just going to take your chickpeas and

you're going to put them in a bowl mash them up. let's do it .

okay so it looks like we are properly mashed and the next thing we need is 1/4 cup of diced celery and 1/4 cup of diced onion

all right so let's chop these up right now

by the way this one technique that you guys can use when you're chopping vegetables.

it's called the cat's claw. I learned this several years ago.

when you're chopping you don't want to cut your fingers, so when you chop, hold the vegetable like this.

Meow! like a cat, right? so as you chop, there's no possible way you can cut your fingers.

Look, I can close my eyes and I still cut it perfectly.

Cat's claw, remember it!

Whoa! Holy cow, that onion is strong.

Remember if you ever need to cry crocodile tears, red onions is the way to go.

1/4 cup of diced red onions

Okay so we have our onions and our celery in, now we need 3 tablespoons of tahini, we need 1 teaspoon of mustard,

1/4 cup of relish and 1 tablespoon of the date syrup, so let's throw them in!

I almost forgot to add just a little dash of black pepper.

It will give you a little kick, a little spice to it. Just a little bit is fine

Unless you like to torture yourself, throw a little bit more in there.

All right! We are just about done with the mixture and this is what it should look like.

Look at that beautiful thing.

And the next thing you're going to do is toast our bread.

Toast it!

Okay so we've got our bread toasted and now we're going to heap on the chickpea mixture.

And then we're going to just cut a few more red onions and

some romaine lettuce and some baby tomatoes and throw them on top.

These vegetables really add to the to the flavor and the texture of the sandwich.

And they also will give it some some bright vibrant colors

That can make your sandwich look a lot better. And if you're interested in posting on Instagram or anything like that.

So let's do it! First heap on the chickpea mixture.

As you can see the chickpea mixture was perfect for two sandwiches.

So this recipe makes about two sandwiches. perfect for two.

All right, there you have it! The chickpea high-protein sandwich.

And each sandwich has about 15 grams of protein.

so if you eat one or two of these sandwiches, it is perfect for a post-workout meal

Or for anyone that just wants to get a little protein. High energy.

Whole food, plant-based meal right here. But the real test is coming up.

Because we're going to have Vicky give it a taste and she's going to give us her true opinion.

Let's see what she thinks. so let's eat!

All right! Here's the moment of truth. We are ready to eat.

And Vicky is going to try the high-protein chickpea sandwich and tell us what she thinks. Start eating!

Is it ok?

Delicious!

Delicious, right?

What's the taste like?

This is like an egg salad. So amazing.

So there is no egg inside?

No egg.

It is very soft, very tasty.

This is vegan. Totally vegan. No egg.

Wow! So many flavors.

And the onion is not very strong, it is very palatable.

And the color also looks beautiful.

Definitely acceptable!

I want to eat this every day. Thank you.
