The combination of creatures are amazing.

As you can see Dr Grant, we've spared no expense.

I'm still amazed that you actually let the dinosaurs breed.

Of course that was one of our problems initially.

Trying to control nature instead of working with nature.

That's why we had so many problems in the past.

Look at these little guys.

They look like Brachycercohynchosornis

Well you've said a mouthful.

They are a very unusual dinosaur.

Most parents stay around to protect their young.

But these are left to fend for themselves.

Highly unusual.

I agree.

Not like the herd animals I'm use to.

They are so tiny.

I'm afraid that I might…

Oooo.

That didn't sound good.

Sorry, Mr Hammond.

I don't have to be fast, Just faster than you.

Let's take a closer look at this little dinosaur.

This is a green creature.

It is a two drop, one green and one generic.

For a 2/1 Dinosaur.

It's name is the Cherished Hatchling.

The flavor text says,

"Despite its appearance, it's anything but defenseless."

It's a 2/1, it doesn't have much defense.

So it's has to do something really cool, right?

Let's see.

It says,

When Cherished Hatchling dies,

You may cast Dinosaur Spells as though they had flash,

Wow, that sounds pretty good, but….

That doesn't mean you can flash in more blockers when your opponent attacks.

It has to die first.

So combat will be over.

There's more to it:

and whenever you cast a Dinosaur spell this turn,

It gains "When this creature enters the battlefield,

You may have it fight another target creature."

Now that works.

Let me show you an example.

Our opponent has a 3/3 Shapers of Nature.

We only have out Cherished Hatchling.

They decide to attack, knowing that we can't defeat their big 3/3 creature.

But we block with the Cherished Hatchling anyway.

And it dies.

Now their 3/3 is a 3/1 until end of turn.

So we flash out a 3/4 Grazing Whiptail.

Now we have the Grazing Whiptail fight the Shapers of Nature.

It does three damage to their one toughness.

And the Shapers of Nature heads off to the graveyard.

That's not quite a combat trick, but it's still a neat trick.

Having Joy With Money - Getting Out Of Debt Joyfully - Duration: 2:54.

When I got the book I think I was about $43,000 on my credit cards and I was

living with a very tight budget and now a little less than a year later I am

totally out of debt I've started investing in real estate. My questions

now are much more with you know like how do I manage this money and invest it and play with it.

One thing I did this year it was really neat is I went to

a workshop and I totally blew a lot of people's paradigms around money

because one of the tools I've done since the beginning was carry the amount of

money in your wallet that a rich person would carry right and so I always have

at least I have other money and gold and silver coins in there too but I at least

carry five $100 bills and I was at a

non access workshop this year and the exercise was actually to bring a hundred

dollar bill to class and then we were gonna do an exercise with that well I

had mine but it was amazing how many people showed up without like they had

all 20s or like all these small bills so I'm like okay any of you guys that have

small bills and need hundreds because they went to the hotel desk and the

hotel desk like didn't have hundred dollar bills so I stood there and I'm

like hey anybody needs hundred-dollar bills come see me and I'm like dishing

out like they're giving me all these small bills and I'm handing out these

hundred-dollar bills they're like how many those do you have in your wallet

and it just totally blew their paradigm apart so for me that was really fun.

I'm really grateful and yeah this is it's been so much fun for me and I never knew

money could be this fun you know I bought Lauren a necklace and jewelry box

and it's just like you know to be able to do that with the sense of fun and

have that be like joyful it's definitely awesome you know like getting out of

debt joyfully it's been really joyful for me.

I would have said at one time I would have said now you have it

you buy the car and this time I said thank you very much I'll have that and

I'll go and create greater with it yes so cool I'm so grateful to Simone it's been

amazing and she she truly has our back you know she's just she she wants

greater for everyone that has done this course and it's really inspired me to

create more and create greater for myself and I'm so grateful to her for that.

7 Tips For (SMARTER) Goal Setting - Duration: 10:03.

Let's talk about goal-setting shall we

Hey howdy a train wreck. How are you today? I am the glorious train wreck mom and we're gonna talk about

Setting goals in fact. I'm gonna give you seven steps to make smarter goals for the new year

I don't know what you're saying okay

Train wreck mom if that's even your real name

Uh yeah, you told me don't sit like resolutions or anything you told me to make goals, so how do you do that?

well

I just look like a train wreck because I'm here to give you seven steps on how to make your goals

These are great goals, but if you're just like sporadically randomly going about say oh, I want to lose weight

Oh, I'm gonna get my finances in order. Oh, I want my house to be

Yeah together and organized

But you don't have a plan

Those goals are gonna be like your resolutions

You're gonna be

One of the five million people who go to gym can't find a treadmill can't find a bike in the first week and you're gonna

Be one of those that then the third week. You don't even know what the gym looks like anymore, okay?

We're gonna stop you from doing that I'm gonna help you with my handy dandy

trips and tips right here

We want to do is remember. This is called

Smarter we're gonna start with the letter S. You want your goals to be specific. Don't just sit and say

You know you want to lose weight. That's great you want to lose weight

How much do you want to lose? Do you actually want to lose weight, or do you want to tone up?

Do you want to eat healthier do you want a healthier lifestyle? Are you looking to stave off diabeetus?

Are you looking at like better heart health you know be?

Specific don't just sit and run that lose weight thing that we all see on Facebook everyone doing the weight loss challenge

Weight you know fitness challenges out the ears be specific how much weight do you want to lose?

Do you want to tone up? How many days a week are you willing to work at it?

Minutes a day are you willing to work at it?

Are you willing to do like a meal plan or stuff like that that stuff you need to nail down

So you know what you're in for okay the second one is measurable

You say you want to save money. That's awesome

How much money do you want to save and then break it down? Do you want to do it by paycheck?

Do you want to but do it by week by day by month how much money?

Do you want to say is there a reason you're saving the money? You know give you a goal to save your money?

Even you know I know that I would like to save up eight thousand dollars to take my family to Disney World

In order to do that I would have to save half my paycheck every week

Hi, god. I'm depressed now

Anyway, but yeah, yeah, just sit down if you want to lose the weight. You know make it a measurable thing

Yeah a pound a week is a measurable thing you can see that if you want to do your steps

You know a lot of people are into the 10,000 sets. There's a measurable thing go get your step counter

Okay, that will help you so much your next thing

Attainable a lot of people

this is you know this is the hard one because yeah you get told you can do anything and you can do anything but

You got to be reasonable you're not gonna lose a hundred pounds in

a month

You're not going to be able to save ten thousand dollars if you're making ten bucks a week an hour

Yep, flipping burgers. We're babysitting or daycare or whatever you're doing. Yeah, it's not gonna happen

You got to make sure that your goals are attainable and the biggest reason you want obtainable goals

And so that when you get that you feel that sense of accomplishment

Think about how you feel when you fail at something? It sucks. It does okay?

It's just the worst feeling because like I tried and I fail

Guess what that's my whole life? That's why we're train wrecks. Okay. We track we fail

We tried we fail here. It's okay to fail. That's why we're not Pinterest perfect

We might try

But we're just not and that's okay the thing is you want your goals to be attainable?

Is it possible for you to save $100 a month probably? I guarantee it's probably attainable for me to put aside 100 bucks a month

That would not be that big of a deal. Okay. Is it possible for me to lose five pounds in a month

Absolutely and when I hit that five count or I hit that $100. I'd be like okay. I did this now

Let's step it up a notch. Let's do more

Let's go a little bit bigger and make that next goal the next step entertaining that the next goal, okay

You do want them to be relevant

you white your goals to be relevant to your life if you're not a

Pinterest perfect mom then stop making

Goals that every week you are going to make that cute little craft that you saw

If you are not a fitness person and stop making goals that you're gonna go out and run a marathon

In the next three months

That's not you, babe. That's not you. That's not your bag, Donnie

Don't worry about that you do you if what's relevant to you isn't relevant someone else

That's okay. You do you baby you do you okay?

Make your goals relevant to you. Don't try to keep up with the Joneses definitely don't try to keep up with Facebook

Keep out of Pinterest

Okay, make them relevant to you. If your goal is just to eat the dishes done every day there

You go baby. There you go

That is one step, and that is relevant to you and your life, and that is what you should go for

next time down

Having a time limit

Or a deadline is a huge deal because if you're just sitting there going oh my god time. I got till December. It's okay

I got till December

No, it creeps up on you did we not learn anything from 2017? It was like dude. Yay Valentine's Day. Holy cow it's Halloween

Where to go, okay?

Don't don't sit far off goals

Get it one month plan a three month plan six months nine months 12 months

Yep, make sure you've got this stuff locked down so that you can hold yourself accountable

You want to be able to sit and go did I make it?

What can I do to fix this okay?

So definitely put some time limits on yourself make a deadline that way you got to put some hustle into your bustle

The next one is going to be

Evaluative, it's a good word

I think it's gonna be my penny words for the day and valuator you want to be able to look and go

Just like I said, okay. Here's January. I walked 5,000 steps in all of January

I kind of wanted to do 10,000 steps a day

Hmm, what can I do to fix this you want?

Data you want numbers you want something that

Quantifiable data that you can sit there and go okay, this didn't work this worked now

I can get this all fixed up and that goes into revival Arthur revisable

sometimes life happens

Sometimes we set our goals a little higher than we can achieve

Sometimes we don't set them high enough and that's when you can go back and go what worked. What didn't I'm gonna fix this

Completely, so you go back and you say hey this really worked

I think I could have done a little bit more here

Then do a little bit more get it and going you got this. I know it that is my seven steps to

smarter goal-setting

It's that simple guys all you have to do stop with the resolutions nobody keeps to their resolutions, okay?

Stick to goals, but make them to where you can get them, so you get that sense of accomplishment

Don't make the stick with the carrot dangling in front of you so long that you will never get that carrot okay?

I know you can do this. I have faith in you. I love you. I believe in you if nobody said it today

I am proud of you, and you should be proud of you, too

prevent cancer, I'm gonna talk about your mind. So it's really important to have

the right mindset when we talk about cancer we shouldn't even be talking

about it we shouldn't be thinking about it the more you think about something

the more you're actually attracting it and manifesting it. So you know if cancer

is something that is strong in your family history, I don't want you to be

thinking about it and I don't want you to think that that's part or will be

part of your life even if you're suffering through something that's

called cancer right now. I don't believe in that I think that you need to be

proactive live a healthy and happy life and get your mind on the right track so

that's step number one. Step number two is exercise hands down

the way to keep healthy and happy in mind body and spirit is to exercise I

want you to get out there do anything it doesn't matter what it is but exercise

every day it's the best thing that you can do for your health. Step number three

is diet, yes you know eat things that make you happy at the end of the day we

all know what's good for us and not so good for us a little bit of the bad I

don't like to call them bad foods it's okay

but do things that make you feel good make you feel happy and healthy and most

of us know what direction to go in in terms of our diet when we start to pay

attention and really get the value and the energy from the foods that we're

eating so do your best with the diet. Step number four meditation, yoga

anything that you can do to quiet the mind to get you into that

different headspace as to you know what does make you happy and I want you to

really you know revel in that and for a lot of people it's meditation for a lot

of people it's yoga, deep breathing exercises whatever is good for you, you

know if you've not yet tried it then you know get out there in and try there's a

lot of information on the internet now about how to do these things so you know

educate yourself and get into that nice quiet space in your mind this will

really help for cancer prevention. And my fifth tip is to give back so the more

you can do for others the better it is for you in the long run and not because

you're looking to get some kind of payback absolutely not

when you're paying it forward when you're helping to give back it's a

really important process that you can do for others to really help yourself to

feel good because guess what when you help a stranger you help someone in need

it makes you feel good and that good feeling energy is the best thing you can
