Waching daily Feb 15 2018

what is up back here with Kale what are you doing I love dancing at the

beginning I'm excited man we're in the kt9 studio and we got a hack for y'all I

really just hope you keep dancing and then we never put music in the

background so you're just an there's no music playing right now anywhere but so

what we're doing today is remember all those times in previous videos where

we've said we kind of like to go against the grain well today is one of those

days where we're gonna share something that we do on every single one of our

products that I've never seen anyone else say or recommend or are we how did

you even figure out how to do this I really just trial an error all right I

hate spending money on PPC so I'm sure you're gonna hate it too so so what this

basically does is it's a little hack for PPC where it does take some time it

takes three to four or five weeks to really get ramped up but once you get it

gets ramped up it's insane how low the ACOS is in fact one of the ones that

we're gonna show is like 1.6 percent 6 what if your campaigns were 1.6 percent

would you make more money yes that's a fact so what we're gonna do right now is

kill you're actually gonna pull your laptop he's gonna hop on his laptop he's

gonna talk you through gonna show you right now how to do it

so kill take it away what's up welcome to my Mac so this is how you get a very

low a cos auto campaign so as you can see here this one has 11% this one down

here actually has 1.6 percent acos so if you can get acos numbers

like that you're really doing well and you're really selling a lot of product

for a low cost so this is how I created those campaigns I went up here to create

a campaign obviously I want to leave this page I usually call these low bid

and then the product name for the daily budget I would do at least $50 you won't

spend anywhere near that don't worry and then click automatic targeting so

continue to the next step for the ad group I would type low bid again and

then the product name and then find your products so say your product is

this we're probably going to blur this out but this is the product we want to

use we'll click that and then down here at the default bid this is where it

really comes into play so as you can see here in the bid range it says point four

four two one point eight two so 0.44 is the absolute lowest that Amazon

recommends but I'm telling you that you should do a lot lower so if you have if

you have time to burn like say you just put the product up and you're waiting on

some reviews and you really want this to be a really low ACOS I would even start

with point one so start with point one and then hit save and finish so right

now as you can see there's no impressions there's no clicks there's no

spend but if you leave this here for a week these impressions will slowly start

to creep up so I'd say if you have a point one after a week you'll probably

have 50 or 60 impressions nothing crazy maybe just a couple clicks I know that

doesn't seem great but it's weird because Amazon really is working in the

background so after a week I would go ahead and raise this up to 0.2 or even

0.25 so raise it by about 10 to 15 cent increments every week so next you raise

it to 0.25 and then wait a week I know this requires patience and you can be

running other PPC campaigns at the same time which you should be doing but this

is one that's just kind of on the back burner and really gonna get you those

low numbers that you're looking for in the ACOS category so you raise this one

up after another week raise that up to 0.35 and then the next week after that

raise it up to 0.44 and that's basically it

honestly it was pretty simple I think so it's the only thing that's really

annoying about it is the time so make sure you take the time make sure you do

a couple of three weeks of it and it's gonna pay off yep

so takes a little bit of time sorry about all the blurring on that we want

to be as transparent as we can but we have to be careful sometimes but hope

that was helpful and I'm really excited because it's been working like wonders

for us in PPC and I'm pretty sure they'll do the same for

yes and when it works out for you guys comment below share it with friends

subscribe we really just want you guys to benefit

from it and I think this is a really good hack so KTnine signing off

is it over

Shaun White's Career History: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know (Updated) || CACAO TV - Duration: 12:42.

Shaun White's Career History: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know (Updated)

Shaun White at the 2018 games.

Shaun White, at 31, has carved himself out to be a legend in the field of snowboarding, no pun intended.

From his humble beginnings as an amateur to his current status as a gold medalist making his triumphant return in Pyeongchang, one thing is for sure.

Everyone will be watching Shaun White tonight, and the odds are, he will not leave us disappointed.

Let's take a look back at Shaun's prolific career, his ups and downs, his life on and off the slopes, and his most memorable moments.

Shaun's Early Life & Humble Beginnings.

Shaun White, now 31, was born in 1986 and grew up with his family in San Diego.

Shaun overcame his first obstacle before the age of one; he was born with a congenital heart defect known as Tetralogy of Fallot.

Tetralogy of Fallot is "a heart defect that features four problems.

They are: a hole between the lower chambers of the heart; an obstruction from the heart to the lungs; the aorta (blood vessel) lies over the hole in the lower chambers; and the muscle surrounding the lower right chamber becomes overly thickened," explains the American Heart Association.

As a result, Shaun had to undergo two open-heart surgeries before the age of one.

Of course, the surgeries were successful, and Shaun's athletic abilities were evident from a very young age.

The Whites traveled extensively, and Shaun enjoyed skiing with his parents all over the country, particularly in Ludlow, Vermont and San Bernardino, California.

Energetic, enthusiastic and talented, young Shaun was unstoppable.

So, how did young's parents harness all of that energy in such a small package? From skiing to skateboarding, Shaun loved to be on his feet, on a board, or in the air.

How a Young Gold Medalist Was Made.

When Shaun was just nine years old, he decided to focus his undeniable abilities on skateboarding, and it wasn't long before people took notice of the tiny red-headed child who seemed to be able to defy gravity.

One person who took notice in particularly was none other than skateboarding legend and guru Tony Hawk, who was extremely impressed by nine-year-old Shaun's skills, and he became somewhat of a guru and a mentor to Shaun, taking him under his wing.

As a result, Shaun became a pro skateboarder at the age of 17, when most of us have barely gotten our driver's licenses.

Shaun subsequently won the title of Action Sports tour Champion, and competed in (and won) the Summer and Winter X Games, competing in skateboarding and snowboarding.

It was around 2006 when Shaun earned his nickname the "Flying Tomato" due to his shock of red hair.

Shaun also became a business mogul before reaching adulthood, with various business ventures from video games to a clothing line.

From investments to sports, Shaun has always been fearless.

Shaun's wins are practically countless; "through 2009, he has won 14 medals at Winter X, including nine gold medals, all in superpipe and slopestyle between 2003-09.

White also competes in skateboarding, having won a full set of medals in vert at the X Games, with a gold medal in 2007.

Since the formation of the Winter Dew Tour in 2006, he has dominated that circuit.

White is an icon among young snowboarders for his various tricks, huge air, and his free-spirit style," reports sports-reference.com.

A more technical look at Shaun's competitive record, via sports-reference.

comis as follows:.

Sports-Reference.

com (screenshot)Shaun White's stats.

The Challenges Shaun Faced And The Obstacles He Overcame.

As his stellar career has continued to skyrocket, Shaun White has continued to appear unstoppable, untouchable and invincible.

However, we were all recently reminded that Shaun is, in fact, mortal when he sustained a gruesome injury in New Zealand which almost prevented him from making it to Pyeongchang.

What happened to Shaun in New Zealand? "Shaun White was snowboarding in New Zealand when he took off a millisecond early on a double cork 1440 and came down hard, smacking the lip of the halfpipe at an awkward angle.

But that wasn't the worst part.

After the initial impact, his board dug in and whipped him forward, face-first, into the icy surface.

Blood ran across the snow.

A helicopter was summoned," explains The LA Times.

Shaun woke up in the hospital in an immense amount of pain and 62 stitches on his face.

While his future seemed uncertain at the time, he made a remarkable recovery.

Physical injuries notwithstanding, the accident also caused Shaun's confidence to take a hit.

It shook him to his core, but in true Shaun White fashion, he recovered.

Shaun also has gotten himself into a little trouble in the past, such as when he was arrested in 2012 for public intoxication while at the wedding of Patrick Carney of The Black Keys.

So, despite a few setbacks, it's safe to say that Shaun White has bounced back in a major way, and still holds America's hearts.

What The Future Holds.

What does the future hold for someone who has accomplished so much at age 31? In Shaun's case, a lot.

In fact, his Olympic career is far from over, according to reports.

Though next time, it might not be snowboarding; he might be returning to his roots as a skateboarder.

Of course, let us not forget that Shaun is a pro, and he is far from starting from scratch.

"The world's best-known snowboarder tells The Associated Press he's exploring competing at the Tokyo Summer Olympics in skateboarding, which will be added to the program for 2020," White told Business Insider.

Currently, White has two gold medals under his belt and could very well earn a third tonight.

Could there be even more gold medals in White's future, this time as a skateboarder? Given his track record, it would not be in the least bit surprising.

Is there anything Shaun can't do?.

Shaun's Life Off of The Slopes.

Well, what does the Flying Tomato do while he's not on the slopes or the halfpipe? For one thing, Shaun enjoys spending time with his long-term girlfriend Sarah Barthel, lead singer of the band Phantogram.

If you are unfamiliar with Phantogram, check them out; they are pretty fantastic.

His personal life aside, Shaun has proven to have a heart of gold through his philanthropic endeavours.

Specifically, he started the Shaun White Foundation, which benefits St.

Jude Children's Research Hospital.

As microgiving elaborates:.

"Shaun White's foundation in charity work begins with St.

Jude Children's Research Hospital, a pediatric cancer research center known around the world.

He first became involved with the Target House and St.

Jude in 2009 when he designed a rock-and-roll themed room for the house.

He has been active with the charity ever since, and works with the Target corporation for home and clothing lines as well.

The hospital's goal is to find cures for childhood cancer and save lives.

No family at St.

Jude has to pay for medical treatment, thanks in part to celebrities like Shaun White, as well as regular folks who make it possible through generous donations.

If you'd like to make a more personal donation to someone who is experience a medical crisis, visit the MicroGiving.com medical treatment fundraisers.".

And that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Shaun's commitment to charitable work and fundraising.

He is actively involved with the following organizations, courtesy of microgiving:.

"Tony Hawk FoundationThe Tony Hawk Foundation is another popular Shaun White charity.

Kylee Kolarik, Chad's Wife: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know || CACAO TV - Duration: 10:21.

Kylee Kolarik, Chad's Wife: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Kylee Kolarik was an athletic force during her time at the University of Michigan.

The Kolarik family is practically bursting with athletic talent.

Chad Kolarik is set to make his Olympic debut with Team USA hockey at PyeongChang, but he's not the only sports star at him – his wife, Kylee was a dominant gymnast during her college career at Michigan and the pair are still big-time supporters of the Wolverines' athletic program.

Here's everything you need to know about Kolarik, her life in sports and what's next for her:.

Kolarik Was the 2011 NCAA All-Around Women's Gymnastics Champion.

Hockey isn't the only sport in the Kolarik household.

The New Lenox, Illinois native was a force to be reckoned with throughout her gymnastics career, competing for four years at the University of Michigan.

And let's just say she racked up the accolades.

By the end of her career Kolarik was a Honda Sports Awards Finalist (2011), the NCAA national title in the all-around (2011), the NCAA runner-up for the national title on floor (2011), a nine-time NCAA All-American, a seven-time NCAA All-America first-team and the Big Ten Gymnast of the Year (2011).

And that's not even everything.

Kolarik changed the game at Michigan and while her competition days are behind her, she's still quick to admit that she misses the particular rush of stepping onto the mat.

She told Flo Gymnastics: "I miss the Michigan sway and the Michigan gear we got each year.

We were treated so well and taken care of, I miss that.

I also miss running out of the tunnel in front our fans at Crisler Center.

I also miss the feeling you would get when you stuck a landing and ran over to your teammates to celebrate, that it is a feeling I will never have again.".

Her Two Older Sisters & Brother-in-Law Are Also Former Gymnasts.

Talent runs in this family.

Kolarik comes from a long line of gymnastics talent, including her two older sisters, Danyelle and Marijka who both competed at the University of Illinois.Marjika was named second-team All-Big Ten as a senior in 2009 and set the Illinois vault record with a 9.950 on Jan.

31 at Ohio State, breaking the old mark of 9.925 that she already shared.

She was also voted the team's Most Valuable and Most Outstanding Gymnast in her final season with the team.

Marjika's husband, Brian Liscovitz, was also a standout at Illinois, and currently works as the district sales manager for Magid in the Chicago area.

Danyelle, meanwhile, competed from 2004 to 2007.

Kolarik Works as a Gymnastics Choreographer & Instructor.

Kolarik has kept busy since her competitive career wrapped up, but she hasn't quite been able to walk away from the sport entirely.

According to her Linkedin profile, Kolarik currently works as a gymnastics choreographer and instructor for the United Gymnastics Academy, coaching " team level girls on all events.

Choreograph floor and beam routines before season begins.".

Of course, it isn't always to settle into a consistent schedule while on the hockey road, but Kolarik is always on the lookout for the next chance, writing:.

As I travel often due to my husband's career, I am seeking a position that will allow me to utilize my experience in a competitive environment but able to do so remotely.

I live in the suburbs of Chicago May through September.

I am a goal oriented and results driven individual with a high energy to succeed.

Kolarik also boasts some on-air experience.

She spent a season as a color commentator with the Big Ten Network from 2012-13, telling Flo Gymnastics: "This opportunity came to me very randomly when the producer called me about broadcasting for the Big Ten Network.

I said yes of course right away, and then started to get nervous about being on camera.

I think I got better with each meet that I did.

I loved doing it, it was a lot of fun! This was the perfect transition for me out of gymnastics.".

She & Chad Got Engaged While They Were Both Student-Athletes at Michigan.

Kolarik was always very good at multi-tasking.

She and Chad got engaged in December 2010, while they were both still student-athletes at the University of Michigan and the then-senior in college spent her final season on campus competing and planning a wedding.

Chad talked about Kylee's ability to keep things scheduled, telling The Michigan Dailyin February 2011:.

Ky is pretty special in that she can manage all three things — gymnastics, school and the wedding plans. Gymnastics to her is truly fun and she enjoys it so much (that) it honestly takes care of itself.

She will be the first to tell you that the wedding planning is the most stressful.

Kolarik – then Botterman – didn't miss a beat her senior season at Michigan.

in fact, she recorded her best performances in her final year with the Wolverines and, at one point, was named Big Ten Gymanst of the Week in four of five straight weeks.

It all paid off in the end.

Kolarik was nothing short of dominant her senior season and the wedding went off without a hitch, as she and Chad tied the knot in Chicago in August, 2011.

Kolarik & Chad Have One Son, Christian.

He'll probably be an athlete.

The Kolariks welcomed their first son, Christian, in 2014 and it's safe to assume the family was already planning for athletic career – whether he'll be on the balance beam or simply just trying to balance on skates.

Although it isn't always easy to parent when Chad's career has taken him all over the world, the pair do their best to make it work.

Kolarik talked about Christian's early days, telling Flo Gymnastics:.

It is so great being a mom! I love him so much…It is hard at times with my husband being in Russia right now, but excited to get back together as a family soon.

It is challenging at times, but very rewarding a lot of fun.

I am so thankful to be able to FaceTime with my husband a lot so he can see Christian and share some memories together.

He is starting to  roll over and talking a lot so that has been fun.

Now, at almost four years old, Christian will, undoubtedly, be the biggest USA Hockey fan around, ready to cheer on Chad as he looks to get America back on the podium in PyeongChang.

Sarah Hendrickson: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know || CACAO TV - Duration: 9:11.

Sarah Hendrickson: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Sarah Hendrickson is one of the most decorated female ski jumpers in the sport.

However the 23-year-old was unable to make the podium in Pyeongchang, finishing 19th in women's ski jumping.

Her other successes on the slopes include being a three-time U.S.

National Champion and five-time member of the World Championship Team.

Hendrickson has also reached 23 World Cup podiums in her career.

Off the slopes, Hendrickson has suffered the same fate as many other athletes in her sport, injuries.

The rigorous toll ski jumping takes on the body has not spared Hendrickson, who has suffered two torn ACLs and a torn MCL in the past five years.

Because of those injuries, the 2018 games could be Hendrickson's last.

Here's what you need to know:.

Hendrickson is a Two-Time Olympian.

Just six month after tearing both her ACL and MCL, Hendrickson fought back from injury to finish 21st in Sochi.

Despite not making the podium, she still made history, becoming the first woman to ever ski jump at the Olympics.

The 2014 games were the first to include ski jumping as an event.

Hendrickson drew the top spot in the draw which gave her the opportunity to be first out of the gates.

Hendrickson slightly improved her performance four years later in Pyeongchang, placing 19th overall.

After an underwhelming first jump, Hendrickson bounced back with an 88-meter jump which briefly placed her atop the leaderboard, but she would eventually fade.

"It's definitely not what you dream about, but I have to walk away proud," Hendrickson told NBC.

"It's an honor to become a two-time Olympian.".

Women's Ski Jumping is Still in It's Olympic Infancy.

Ski jumping debuted as a men's sport when the Winter Olympics began in 1924.

Nine decades later, in 2011, the IOC announced that women's ski jumping would be added to the 2014 Sochi Olympic Winter Games program.

Despite the addition, the women are still at a disadvantage, having just one opportunity to medal in the normal hill event.

Meanwhile the men have three events (normal hill, large hill, and team competition).

According to the official Team USA Women's Ski Jumping website, advocates for the sport continue to lobby for Olympic officials to add more women's events to the Olympic program. In 2006, eight years before the official inclusion of women's ski jumping, a young Hendrickson expressed her interest in jumping in the Olympics one day and declared that "girls are exactly like boys".

Ironically enough, Hendrickson became the first women to ever jump off an Olympic ski ramp at the 2014 games in Sochi.

She is Considering Retirement After the 2018 Games.

Sarah Hendrickson of United States jumps during Ski Jumping Practice at Alpensia Ski Jumping Centre on February 8, 2018 in Pyeongchang-gun, South Korea.

The disappointing finish in Pyeongchang could cloud her decision-making process, but Hendrickson is definitely pondering hanging up her skis.

"I definitely need to take a break and re-assess to find out if I want to continue with the sport," she told NBC.

Hendrickson's biggest concern is living without pain, a difficult task already if you take into account her multiple knee surgeries in the last five years including two ACL tears.

She expects to make a retirement decision by the spring.

Meanwhile fellow female ski jumper Abby Ringquist has already announced her retirement.

The 29-year-old made an emotional post on Instagram the night before her final jumps in Pyeongchang.

Her Boyfriend is Also an Olympic Skier.

Torin Yater-Wallace will compete in the freestyle skiing event for Team USA.

The two started dating after the Sochi Olympics, according to SI.com.

Similar to Hendrickson, Yater-Wallace faced his own health challenges.

In 2015, while Hendrickson was rehabbing one of her knee surgeries, Yater-Wallace was recovering from a liver and gall bladder infection which threatened to take his life.

"It was a really tough time when he was sick and I was recovering from another ACL injury," Hendrickson told SI.com.

"But that was like the longest time we got to spend together.

To have somebody that understands and that gets you and just I don't know, supports you through that really hard time, is amazing.".

Before Hendrickson's jumps in Pyeongchang she didn't receive any special words of encouragement from her boyfriend.

"We just have that common language," she told SI.com.

"He is always proud of me regardless of what I do, and vice versa.
