DAY 23 OF MY JUICE FAST JUICE FASTING I LOST 31 POUNDS AND 5 INCHES OFF MY WAIST - Duration: 5:00.

hey guys today is day 23 of my juice fast and I just want to check in with

you and let you guys know that Sunday which will be the fourth of the week end

of the week I always do a Sunday way to let you know how many pounds I lost in

the seven day period so this will be the fourth weigh in and everything is

looking good the numbers are gonna be saying some wonderful things tomorrow

but there's something that I want to tell you because I know you guys like

numbers so I just want to let you know that I had noticed when I put on my

bathrobe for the last couple of days that the belt part of it was rubbing up

against my ribs and that was because I was already noticing that my midsection

was getting thinner and thinner and thinner because my waist is like the

last place that fat migrates I have a relatively small waist it's between the

26 and the 28 I'm five five in height I've always maintained an hourglass

that means proportioned from the top in the bottom and I have a very small waist

so when I start losing weight I start losing weight in my stomach and it's

really quickly so I said let me weigh myself cuz I know I mean I'm sorry not

weigh myself let me take the tape measure and measure myself not weigh

myself because I knew that I had lost a lot of fat around my stomach and I want

to get back to between the 26 to 28 and I had a long way to go because I was at

42 and a half inches when I started this journey in December but when I started

the juice fast in January the 11th 2018 that's when I stopped the juice fast

it'll be a full 30 days and what seven more days I still was at a

forty two and a half waistline even though I had lost 15 pounds in the month

of December so make a long story short I didn't even expect to even see that

number on that tape measurer but I do I basically put the tape measure around my

waist and it said my waist was 37 and a half so I went from 42 and a half inches

around my waist to 37 and a half that's 5 inches loss now in this video I was

supposed to bring the tape measure so you could see exactly how many inches is

5 inches but I did and I forgot so tomorrow when I do my weigh-in and I'll

get into because maybe I might lose another half inch to an inch by tomorrow

who knows but when I get into the weigh-in numbers of pounds loss I will

discuss about the inches on my waist as well and and I'll show you the tape

measure and show you what 5 inches look like on the tape measure but

everything's going wonderful I'm not going to make this video long because

not only is this video to enlighten and empower and encourage you guys to do a

juice fast to help with your weight loss or any kind of ailments or things that

plaguing you but this is also documentation for myself that I want to

be able to have on video set it just writing it down on paper everything of

my journey how long it took me to get the weight off so that if it happens

again I know I can go back to these videos on my own channel and I cannot

stop you know you know I'll be able to start it without being lost because as

we all know as soon as we lose the weight we kind of forget some of the

hacks that got us to where you know where we needed to be

I'm gonna show you how to adopt this new visualization technique that I've been

applying in my own life it's something I actually learned the other day while

talking to my buddy Victor Odell which some of you guys may

know and we were actually at the gym he came to Vegas we were at a conference

we'll have a couple videos coming up soon about it and what we did is we were

at the gym and he told me that he has this thing he does where when he is

working out he kind of visualizes himself as being Arnold Schwarzenegger

who as you guys know is an amazing bodybuilder older guy now but he's a

legend in that area now it was interesting to me because he said that

when he does it he actually begins to feel like it and he says that it

actually he feels influences his body and his mind now this got me thinking

because many times we have people you may have seen people before that when

they meditate they might have like spiritual masters and like a table in

front of them that they're looking at and I've always kind of felt like even

though I don't necessarily do that you know I know if they're people I have

friends that do that but the thing is is I believe that when we do that that's

kind of like a mental representation that we use like something that we kind

of go off of that makes us something that we relate to and it becomes

something that we may start identifying with certain traits because we are

looking at because we're focused on it and because we have an intention of

becoming more like it now I believe that this is a powerful way we can infuse

this into our daily lives or into our visualization process by literally using

other people as a mental representation of how we want to become so for example

if you wanted to become more compassionate

you could have pictures of people be more compassionate you can imagine the

kind of characteristics the kind of ways that they think their identity as you do

this you start to embody similar traits and in a way you know they say where the

average of the five people were around the most and what if we consciously

decided that we were going to be more like certain people so we

began to you know in a way think about being like them and we begin to imagine

ourselves being like them like in the same way we might imagine ourselves as

having the same kind of mentality when we're working out as Arnold

Schwarzenegger how could we apply this towards different areas of our life well

understand that our identity is running most of our life experience and based on

how we define ourselves that's always going to be how we act in accordance to

we're gonna have similar beliefs to how we think we are the identity is

something we will always do our best subconsciously or consciously to remain

consistent - so a powerful way to go beyond that is to start to view

ourselves as having characteristics of people that we want to be like now this

is also something that Napoleon Hill did in his book Think and Grow Rich he talks

about how he had this visualization thing in his mind where he would imagine

that he was around all of these really successful people even people that were

maybe past and not even alive anymore and what he was doing is I think was

called the invisible counsellor technique or I can't remember the exact

name of it I did a video on it recently though and what he did is he would

visualize himself talking to all these people and what they would say to him

and get very deep into his visualization and he would feel like from his

subconscious mind he was actually getting advice from them now in the same

way how can we apply this in our own life well have more of an intention when

you go into certain parts of your life maybe you go in and you are working out

maybe you imagine the people that you want to be like the kind of work ethic

you want to have the kind of body physique that you want and you imagine

what you're gonna have to do to get there you can imagine how you have to

work out how you have to feel about yourself how do you have to look at

yourself and as you go into it you realize that it makes you feel a certain

way and you realize that then you start to link up to that person and to that

way that that person thinks now understand that at a deeper level get a

little bit of physical here we are all connected and I believe that we can tap

into each other's character traits we can tap into and become more like

someone with intention now you can still be your unique person and you know the

unique part of yourself but you can tap into and start to connect to deeper

parts of characteristics based on the own focus so this is something that you

can apply in a visualization technique and

I recommend you do is you find people that you want to be more like maybe you

find people that are in certain areas of your life you want to be like more like

so for example maybe me I've always looked up to like Tony Robbins you know

like I've always wanted to become an amazing public speaker you know that is

able to like captivate crowds the way he does so what I can do is I can look to

the types of things he does I can see like a model the kind of behavior that

he's had and I can also start to realize you know I don't have to speak like him

I could speak in my own unique way but I can kind of use him as a like a

benchmark as something that I have as the mental representation in my mind to

be more like so even if like I were to practice public speaking I can imagine

that I had a similar type of energy I carried myself in a confident way like

he does and I could use that as a mental representation as I walk around to feel

in the same type of way so maybe find somebody that you are inspired by

someone that you want to be more like maybe it's in sports and there's some

weight that you want to get better with sports so you imagine someone that's

really good at what you want to do even if it's just a friend doesn't have to be

a celebrity but as you begin to tap into more of that I believe that we can take

on more of those identity traits more of those beliefs and as we do that that

changes everything now of course as I say in a lot of my videos our beliefs

create our reality and with our beliefs comes our identity the way we define

ourself our beliefs will always be in alignment to what our identity is and

how we think about ourselves so if we start to give ourselves and imagine that

we are these people that we have traits similar to them even if we're not then

we're our unique version what we do is we begin to become more like them and

over repetition we start to literally have more of those traits it starts to

become more of who we are and maybe we even feel more like them and as we feel

like them we will then eventually get the reflection that we want so I'd say

the most powerful thing you could do is to have a powerful intention for how you

prefer to be understand that when you use this visualization technique what

you do is you have the attention and then you imagine you use that as a

mental representation and you imagine that that's how you are and as you do

that you'll start to get benefits of feeling like that is who you are you'll

start to shift your identity in a powerful way

and then as you go into your daily life you can start to

and body more of those characteristics so that that becomes more of your

experience so I would say this is something you can apply maybe just a

couple times a day maybe when you're doing specific activities like working

out and you start to visualize yourself being the best version of yourself and

maybe even if it's not a specific celebrity or some type of person that's

over successful maybe you just imagined the best version of yourself of how

you'd like to be you imagine how you would act you imagine all of these

different characteristics and you know if you really want to change that you

have to change yourself image and you know there's something that I actually

put it in the description box it's my subconscious mind meditation and it will

show you exactly how to change what you think what you feel and how you act and

how when you do that everything that gets a change you know our subconscious

mind is running most of our life experience so what I've done is I've

applied that into a meditation that you can listen to right before you go to bed

and as you do that you'll find that everything begins to change because

you're changing your life from the inside out so that link will be below

I'll link it right up for you guys and then other than that remember all you

have to do is use this visualization technique in a powerful way with

intention decide that this is how you're going to be maybe even the best version

of yourself whatever it is and then use that as a mental representation go

throughout your daily life apply that in a visualization technique apply that

while you're doing certain activities and you'll see that it begins to change

Why Netflix Videos Look So Good - Duration: 2:32.

Have you ever wondered why videos on Netflix look so good, here's the answer.

Unlimited Power

The simple and long answer is that they use expensive and good equipment as well as great

crews that provide lighting and good art direction for the camera to capture.

But the real answer is in the cameras recording technology.

Netflix has seen an increase in 4k TV shows and movies being released on its platform,

though the vast majority of the world still does not have 4k TV's, so you're probably

wondering why they are doing this if you can only watch content in 1080p or less, also

it's a more expensive process for them to digitally store and edit 4k footage.

There is only small market for it however filming in 4k actually serves two other very

good purposes.

The ability to record in a higher quality gives the product a better shelf life.

Think about Star Wars the Phantom Menace, the quality looks good because it was shot

on a digital camera which was actually was 1080p high definition, which was well out

of reach of the consumer market and it's still much better than most modern DSLRS despite

being shot almost 20 years ago.

There are reasons to shoot in digital over film but we'll look at that in an another video

Money is one of the reasons; this is because film can be expensive to capture, process

and edit.

Saving money by shooting digital meant George Lucas could work with a better budget, even

a smaller team in comparison to shooting on film.

The extra money saved could be used for editing, visual effects and set design.

But his choice also meant he could serve the current standard which was VHS and the new

DVD market as well to make sure his film was visually brilliant for the next decade or more

Making shooting digital a safe investment in itself.

The second main reason for shooting in 4k is downsampling, capturing all the masses

of detail compared to 1080p means that it can be converted to standard HD and look much

better than if it was originally shot in 1080p, this is of course considering that both cameras

have good bit rates, but the 4k footage downsampled does look sharper.

Top 10 Rules Queen Elizabeth HAS To Follow - Duration: 6:03.

Welcome back to the Most Amazing channel on the internet.

I am your Most Amazing host, Rebecca Felgate and you guys seem to love Queen Elizabeth

and you know what…

I can't say I blame you.

Last year, our Queen Elizabeth videos were among the best performing on the channel.

You loved our Top 10 Rules Queen Elizabeth doesn't have to follow… but like, surely

she is the queen so she can do what she wants…woah there, no!

Today we are talking the Top 10 rules she DOES have to follow.

Before we launch into the video, I just want to remind you guys that we have Merch galore

The queen would totally wear one of our shirts, she just isn't allowed to.

FACT.

In fact that is coming in at number 10.

The Queen can't wear t shirts…..

Or jeans, or trainers and sneakers, or jeggings….

Why?

Well the Queen actually cannot be seen in any casual attire.

Being a member of the Royal Family comes with a strict dress code… she must always look

presentable.

Usually these days she is seen in bright colours so she is easily visible.

So, no sweatpants or jogging bottoms for Queeny baby!

9 - She Must Always Travel with a Black Outfit The Queen must always have a black outfit

to hand and would not travel without one.

This is in case she needs to attend a funeral without notice, if somebody in the royal family

dies or if there is a national tragedy with she is away.

Speaking of travel, She can't fly on a plane with her family at number 8

While she can fly with her husband, the Queen cannot fly with Prince Charles, Prince William

or Prince George, the three next heirs to the throne in the line of succession.

This actually extends beyond air travel…she is discouraged from being in the same car,

boarding the same train etc from her son, and grandson.

This is in case anything should happen to them, meaning the line of succession is in

danger.

7 - She can't vote Although it is not prohibited by law, it is

unconstitutional for the Queen to vote.

The Queen is supposed to have an unbiased role in Parliament…as a result of that,

she cannot run for office, either.

Not only is she unable to vote, the actuality is much stricter at number 6…

She cannot have political views.

The Queen must not express political leanings in public ever, nor must any other member

of the royal family.

On a few occasions, she has dropped the veil of neutrality.

She was reportedly very relieved Scotland stayed in the United Kingdom.

Many suspected the queen was sending secret messages via her outfits declaring her support

for the European Union, but I think that is a bit of a stretch.

5 - She is not allowed to sign autographs Want an autograph of the queen?

Sorry, she isn't allowed to give you one.

Nor is she allowed to take a selfie with you.

The reason for the Autograph is in case the royal signatures are forged.

The selfie thing is for security.

So we heard earlier that the Queen can't be political, however, she has to be religious…and

more importantly at number 4 - She has to be Christian

The Queen is the head of the Church of England.

She represents the church and upholds its values.

Up until 2011, a law forbade any royal family member marrying a catholic… it had to be

strictly protestant only.

If the future monarch of England wanted to have a different faith, it would be against

the current rules.

3 - She cannot get divorced As a result of her position of head of the

church, she and Prince Phillip cannot get divorced.

This is something that Is discussed in the awesome TV show, the Crown.

While her son, the possible future king of England is divorced, he did not re-marry until

his first wife had died, which somehow makes it okay in the eyes of the Church of England,

although many are not too happy about it.

2 - Husband must walk behind her This is reportedly something Prince Phillip

initially struggled with.

The Queen goes first, always, and her husband must follow.

On any official trip, the queen walks in front of Prince Phillip.

Only when they're in private may she walk besides him.

Finally, coming in to number 1 of the top 10 rules Queen Elizabeth has to follow….

She is not allowed to play monopoly?!

This is kind of a silly thing and a non rule, but I thought it would be a fun way to end

this list.

Apparently the queen is not allowed to play monopoly as it is banned in the palace.

Her son, Prince Andrew revealed this in 2008 during a visit to the Leeds building society

in the UK.

I love the thought of the queen getting triggered over someone landing on the dark blues and

throwing a full strop.

The Most Important Decision You Need to Make in Order to Create Change

Do you want to know the most important decision you can make that will allow you to make a

personal change, manifest something new, and truly move forward in your own spiritual evolution?

Willingness.

Being willing to change is way more complex than most of us think it is. And it�s where

so many people get stuck. There�s this edge between being willing or not, where self-sabotage

and resistance dwells; it�s also where spiritual bypassing lives.

Spiritual bypassing may be an uncomfortable phrase for you. But it�s so common in the

�new age� community. And there is a lot of information floating out there that people

interpret as �just think happy, high vibrational thoughts and all will be well.� To me, thinking

high vibe thoughts is only part of the story. If you�re not willing to sit with what feels

low, that�s spiritual bypassing.

Now I know that not everyone out there is working through major � huge � life changes.

Some of what they are working on right now may be palpable, yet lesser, levels of growth.

There�s not a huge discrepancy between where you are now and where you want to get to.

So that high vibe thought is enough to pull you there. There�s not much for you to go

looking for, to work through.

But I�ve seen some folks on social media talk about their process and I�ve wondered,

�Is this person not paying attention to what�s really going on deep within?�

I tend to see this more when there are cosmic events taking us deeper into ourselves and

our awakening. A while back we had a full solar eclipse. It was a huge deal here. It

was propelling people into various levels of growth. The energy was palpable. I remember

posting about this, talking about how it was asking us to change; to be willing to let

a part of us go and step through a doorway into something new.

That�s big. That�s intense. There�s work in that.

To that idea, I saw responses where people had a solid awareness of their process. They

were all-in, but also aware of dropping into themselves to untangle old patterns; to move

through them into a higher vibration. I also saw a lot shout outs to change like, �Yes!

Change� I�m in. I�m running through this doorway with open arms. Woo hoo, yeah!�

Don�t get me wrong. I am all for the excitement of change. That gets us through the harder

aspects of it. But in these moments when the Universe opens us all up to change, sometimes

we can think it�s a given. �Hey, there�s an eclipse� it�s going to open us up.�

But it doesn�t happen without us being fully willing to feel into what is lurking in the

shadow.

The universe literally put a huge moving billboard in the sky asking you to please look into

your own shadow!

I think there is a level of consciousness that is missing sometimes with these big energy-changing

events, because nobody I know runs toward their big, massive, life-changing growth without

questioning why they can�t just stay curled up on the couch watching Netflix for the rest

of their life, instead of growing through things and becoming more visible in their

truth.

Seriously. If you aren�t thinking about whether you are really willing to grow as

you are being asked, then you aren�t working big enough.

Now, none of this is to say those of us questioning if we can do this � or want to do this � would

ever consider not doing it. But questioning our own willingness is good; really good.

It means we are aware of how friggin� big we are stretching ourselves. We�re being

conscious of what is real.

So here�s my question to you: Can you feel any part of you gripping the door frame that

you are being asked to step through?

It�s OK to say yes. Many of us are grappling with certain aspects of our transformation

right now. Just don�t get stuck there. Keep reminding yourself of these three things:

When you feel the fear, doubt, and resistance, lean into it.

Observe it with an open heart and let it unwind. What can you learn by being present to that?

Listen in here to learn more about �leaning in� to energy.

Just because what instigated your change has ended, that doesn�t mean your process is

done. This might not be the most popular statement

right now, but honey, your aha-moments are just the beginning. That big shift in energy

is just the start of your transformation. Things are just warming up!

Relax into the process; there�s no rush or timelines. Work it through.

The greater the resistance, the bigger the growth.

I don�t know about you, but when I hit those moments of unwillingness and resistance, I

remind myself that something wonderful beyond my imagination is waiting for me. It helps!

I remember that Spirit has a plan here; I came here to do something. It�s time to

do it.

Are you willing?

Most of us don�t go around saying to ourselves, �I�m unwilling to do ______.� Most people
