Besties for life or best friend forever, or anything is actually a good friend for your

life.

As you might already know, introverts are more of a cat people than dog people.

Sometimes they'll ignore important calls because they just hate the idea of talking

on the phone.

However, it is worth noting that having introverted BFF is somehow more beneficial than you think

it is.

And I believe, anyone who have an introverted best friend would agree with this.

Introverts can make the greatest best friends for you.

If you're wondering why, in this short video, I'm going to share with you some perks of

having an introverted best friend.

Introverted people do not like loud voice, but sometimes you say things in an exaggerated

way for being surprised.

keep quiet.

It is extremely useful for keeping your secret safe.

#2 - Going home early after party

Party is always great for you, but not for your introverted BFF.

Fortunately, it can be a great help for you if you actually also want to go home early

without letting the host down.

You can go home early with your BFF and take a peaceful rest for tomorrow's business.

#3 - Keeping you rational

Sometimes, you get too emotional about something and you may make dangerous move.

Introverted BFF fortunately tend to think deep and clearly before recklessly doing something.

Introverted friends know a lot about information about shops with delivery order.

When you do need a chill night, your introverted best friend is always there ready to make

'mac and cheese' and watch all the Grey's Anatomy you missed while you were fraternizing

with drunk frat guys.

some of us want to gain some

and some of you want to lose some

in this video I will tell you how to lose weight

(1) there are no magic diets

the audience with all diets is calories

every food or drink have calories

except for water, water has no calories

anyway

the calories we eat are different

depending on what food it is

and its quantity

all you need

is to eat less calories than you burn

and that is why I will propose you two ways

1st way

buy a food scale

download a calorie-counting app

and everytime you can

weigh your food, put in the app how many grams the food is

and the app will tell you how many calories it has

2nd way

for those who do not want to count calories because it is food

just eat less

Don't make the mistake that many people do

who cut food abruptly

for example they were eating 4000 calories, and they reduced it to 1200 calories

because some day you will start to eat again like before

and you'll get back the weight you've lost

My advice is to reduce your calories by 250 to 500 for the beginning

and also the days you exercise if you do

you can eat a little more

add exercise on your schedule

yes I said that you don't have to exercise to lose weight

but those who want to lose some weight faster, the exercise will help you

and finally (4) what kind of exercise

most people think running is the only way

but you have to know that resistance exercises

burn more calories than cardio exercises

I propose

1) Walking

then you will proceed to a light run

and then to a faster run

jump rope

I want you to do 1 of them for 5-10 minutes

and then (3) burpees
