Waching daily Feb 4 2018

Hello Everyone, welcome to the uTry.it channel. This is Amy Tong.

Today, I have a super easy and scrumptious recipe to share with you.

This cake is packed with decadent dark chocolate and refreshing orange flavors.

The texture of the cake is tender and moist.

The chocolate shell on top is nice and crunchy for a contrast of texture.

This cake may look fancy but it's actually quite easy to make.

Follow me to the kitchen and I'll show you how to make this Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake.

Pre-heat your oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit.

Grease a 10-inch bundt pan with cooking spray.

And don't forget to grease the sides of the tube in the middle as well.

Set the pan aside for now while we work on the cake batter.

In the bowl of the stand mixer, add in 3/4 of a cup of whole milk, 3 large eggs, 1/3 cup of orange marmalade.

You can use store-bought or homemade ones.

I'll list the recipe link for the homemade orange marmalade below this video for your reference.

Followed by a 1/4 cup of orange liqueur, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, and the zest of half an orange.

Reserve the remaining orange zest to garnish the cake later on.

Start your mixer on low, increase to medium speed and beat the ingredients for 1 minute.

Instead of a stand mixer you, can also prepare this recipe with a hand-held mixer.

Stop your stand mixer and here comes the secret ingredient.

It's a 15.25-ounce boxed Devil Food Cake Mix!

With all the ingredients that you add to jazz up this cake, it tastes so good that you won't even tell it's from a cake mix.

I'll leave it up to you if you want to reveal your secret ingredient.

Start your mixer on low speed, increase to medium speed and beat for 1 minute.

Scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure all your ingredients are well incorporated.

Beat for a final 10 seconds and your batter is all done.

Transfer the cake batter to the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top slightly.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted and comes out clean.

Cool the cake on a wire rack for 15 minutes before un-molding.

After 15 minutes of cooling, cover your cake with a piece of cake board or a serving plate.

Since your cake pan is still hot, make sure you wear your heat proof oven mitts for this step.

Carefully invert your cake.

Remove the cake pan....ta...dah....

Let the cake cool down completely while we prepare the chocolate crust.

Here I have 3/4 of a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips along with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Heat the mixture in a microwave for 20 seconds.

Give it a good stir and heat in the microwave for another 20 seconds.

Stir well and make sure the chocolate chips are all melted.

When the cake is completely cooled, drizzle the chocolate glaze on top.

Since the chocolate glaze is quite thick, you may want to use the back of the spoon to help push down some of the chocolate.

Next, garnish the cake with the remaining orange zest.

Last but not least, add a few edible gold leaves for an elegant touch.

At this point, the chocolate glaze is still soft.

Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to harden up the chocolate crust.

As I promised, this Chocolate Orange Bundt Cake is super easy to prepare.

This cake is decadent and also very refreshing as well.

I'll list the link of the ingredients and tools that I used for this recipe below this video for your reference.

I hope you enjoy today's tutorial and will give this recipe a try real soon.

9 Things a Narcissist Will Never Do For You (Or Anyone Else) - Duration: 3:46.

9 Things a Narcissist Will Never Do For You (or Anyone Else)

Narcissists are the worse of the kind of people, not to mention they are also the most difficult

peoples to live with and deal with.

They are so selfish, uncaring and manipulative.

They also do not like to work for others unless there is a hidden personal motive for taking

over their power, or at least getting some benefits from them.

Narcissistic people are, to put it mildly, terrible people to have any sort of relationship

with.

If your partner, or someone close to you is a narcissist, then life is definitely a rougher

ride for you.

In this case, you need to understand and accept a few things if you don't want to get hurt

because of them, there are certain things a narcissist will never do for you (or anyone

else) because they can never change, no matter how hard you try.

So, here is the list of 9 things that narcissists will never do for you.

But before we jump to the lists, If you're new to our channel, make sure to click the

subscribe button below, and don't forget to like this video if you find this information

is helpful to you.

#1 - They don't care how you feel

Narcissists only care about themselves.

They will not care about how you feel towards something and they will just ignore you.

#2 - Won't bother about your problem

Your problem is your problem.

They will not think the otherwise.

You should never think that they will help you in the difficult time.

It is just impossible to happen.

#3 - Lack of appreciation

Jealousy is the main trait of narcissists instead of giving appreciation on what others

have achieved.

This is actually really bad habit, but there is nothing to help anyway.

#4 - They are not sorry

They do not feel guilty on mistakes they made.

They also do not really care about hurting others.

They constantly do it because it is just fun for them.

#5 - They not appreciate other people they do not know

Additionally, they also do not like other people to be praised.

They will overreact when you are trying to praise other people.

They just want to be the best in any world they can think of.

#6 - They will push you down

Basically, narcissists will never ever try to make you feel better.

In fact, they will do the opposite thing.

Narcissists love to see you are falling, and they will just push you down.

#7 - They do anything not for you

Some people are really kind by offering help sincerely.

However, narcissists have different mindset.

They only want to help if they get something in reward.

Power is usually what they demand.

#8 - They are irresponsible

Narcissists just cannot be blamed.

They will put the blame one someone else and they always try to find out how to run away

from responsibility.

They basically use ridiculous arguments on their speech, and it is just annoying to listen

to them.

#9 - They will never love you

If you feel that the narcissists love you.

It is actually just a lie.

It is a strategy to make you feel comfortless before you can be used and drained.

All in all, that's the 9 things a narcissist will never do for you (or Anyone Else).

Really cool information isn't it?

My Journey into Star Wars | Star Smores Podcast #1 - Duration: 5:03.

Hey guys, so this is Serena, this is the first ever Star S'mores podcast.

It's something I've been wanting to do forever. Ever since I got into Star Wars

I've been wanting to talk, to find a place to talk. Listening to all these Star Wars

podcasts, whether on youtube or on soundcloud, was always interesting to me

and I kind of wanted to do my own podcasts just to add to the variety of podcast. As a new Star Wars fan,

I would like to give my insight, create discussions with this podcast and so that's why I started it and for this introductory

podcast episode, I wanted to talk about my own Star Wars story. Just before we get into any other

discussions, I thought it would be cool to share my own story. So as I said I was a new Star Wars fan starting from

The force Awakens, but that was just when I fully got into Star Wars.

I actually had exposure to Star Wars prior to The Force Awakens and that was during the prequel trilogy

around Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith. My uncle took me and my cousin to a

showing of Revenge of the Sith at one of our local theaters and at the time, of course I was unfamiliar with Star Wars

so I didn't get into Star Wars.

And so he took me in my little cousin to see Revenge of the Sith and I was really not into the story. One, because

I didn't have any backstory to any other characters in that

universe and so I didn't know who Obi-wan was. I didn't know who Padme was. Didn't know who Anakin was and so I was just

confused throughout the whole story. Also because I was really put off by

Anakin's turning to the dark side when he got burned on Mustafar during his battle with

Obi-wan, and so I'm usually not into gory stuff

so that really put me off as a child. So I didn't get into Star Wars until later.

I was totally put off by not knowing the story and what I saw with Revenge of the Sith.

I mean it was an okay film, but I had no context

so it wasn't until The Force Awakens, and I was studying abroad. It was around Christmas time,

which we know now is when Star Wars releases.

I just randomly decided to give Star Wars another chance.

I had seen the trailers, and they looked interesting and I was like, maybe maybe I'll get into it.

I should give it another chance.

I can't just like let

one movie decide for me that I hate this franchise or I'm not into it. So I decided

to just buy a ticket. It was on my Christmas break. I was staying in Korea.

I watched it out of cgv and I really liked it

I mean we got an introduction to the characters

And then I got to know a little bit more about the older characters from the original trilogy

And it was from The Force Awakens that I really became interested in Star Wars

It was something that I found myself falling in love with and so I decided to look into Star Wars more

I started watching the original trilogy, and I started finding anything

I could I started watching comic-con interviews with the cast

It was really interesting and so fast forward to last year with The Last Jedi

I was really excited to see the movie of course as the trailer released and then the pre-order for the tickets came out I

ordered my ticket right away. I got to see it December 14th 7 p.m. showing and I loved it

I think I really loved what they did with the last Jedi and I can only say as a new Star Wars fan

I'm not sure the perception of older fans

But I really like the movie. There were some parts of the movie that I wasn't fond of but overall the movie was really good for

me. I watched it two times and after that I actually started my Star Wars collection, my figures collections

I started getting into Star Wars

even more after The Last Jedi viewing that led to

the creation of Star S'mores the podcast as well as the website

It's just a little look into my Star Wars story

So continuing on from the story or my backstory on how I got into Star Wars

I wanted to give a little bit more structure to this podcast

I want to add some fun things to this podcast

So I want to recommend songs that I think fit with the topic of the week

I want to do a little segment where I update you guys on Star Wars news

Maybe something that happened during that week or some cool video that I found or anything

Related to Star Wars so for the song

I want to recommend from The Force Awakens Official Soundtrack "Rey's Theme" by John Williams

I've been listening to the Rey Spotify playlist a lot and "Rey's Theme" really stood out to me

And I thought it would be cool to include that song as the first song as the first song

recommendation for this podcast and for the Star Wars news or I like to call it Star Wars S'news. Star Wars "The Last Jedi"

Novelization, as well as a junior

novelization, will be released March 6

2018 and so I'm excited to read that book. This podcast is a little bit short

I do know that but this is just the introductory podcast, and I'm sure you don't want me to rant on anymore. This is the

beginning of Star S'mores

I hope we can have more fun

discussions in the future as well as check out starsmores.com and our YouTube channel Star Smores.

This is Serena from Star Smores signing off. May the force be with you.

Rev: Lift lumbar on the side (#Feldenkrais ATM) - Duration: 6:01.

This is the review lesson of a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement.

If you haven't' done the original lesson, or need to watch the gist in advance, click

the white-circled "i" icon at the upper right corner.

Otherwise, let's begin the lesson.

We work on the other side in standing, against the title containing "on the side".

Stand on the feet please.

Place the right hand on the right side of the lumbar.

Between the pelvis and the ribs on the right side.

Now, try to stick out this place to the right, as if to push the right hand, and return to

the center.

The area between the right side of the pelvis and the ribs move to the right.

At the same time, move the pelvis and the ribs to the left and return.

Slowly remove the right hand away and leave it by the side.

Where does the head go as you move the lumbar right?

Leave it.

Now bend the head right and return to the center a few times.

Pay attention to the lumbar.

Where does it go as you bend the head?

Keep the head tilted right and try to stick out the right side of the lumbar a few times.

The head stays bent left.

We are differentiating the head from the lumbar.

Leave it alone and walk a bit.

Stand with the feet parallel and comfortably apart.

Now, try to stick out the right side of the lumbar to the right and return to the center

as we did a minute ago.

Pay attention to the sole of the left foot.

Feel the pressure on the left leg.

How does it change as the lumbar goes right?

Pay attention to the sole of the right foot.

Feel the pressure on the right leg.

How does it change as the lumbar goes right?

Now keep the lumbar at the right end, sort of sticking out a bit.

Now try to lean more on the left leg and then on the right leg a few times without changing

the position of the lumbar.

That means the position of the pelvis and legs relative to the lumbar change.

The pelvis moves left and right, along with legs.

We are differentiating the lumbar from extension of legs.

The extension creates the reaction force from the floor, thus you feel more pressure of

the sole of the foot.

Leave it and walk a bit.

Feel the movement of the lumbar relative to the pelvis, relative to the ribs, relative

to legs , relative to the head.

This concludes the lesson.

Thank you.
