Waching daily Feb 5 2018

- Yes. / - And you had an ocean view.

They are having yakiniku too.

Open air hot spring too.

- Japanese yakiniku... / - Yakiniku is so good.

Fuku, Fuku, Fukuoka!

Let's go warm ourselves up.

How many years has it been?

I know.

- Being on a trip. / - I know.

I'm happy to be on a plane.

(Even boarding the plane gets them excited)

Fuku, Fuku, Fukuoka.

- Fuku, Fuku. / - See you soon.

- Fuku, Fuku? / - Fuku, Fuku.

To Fukuoka, the warm city.

Destinations with short flight times.

- They're the best. / - You're right.

With the hotel close to the airport.

- That's right. / - I prefer those places.

(Fukuoka's weather is fairly warm the whole year)

Since it's in the south, it's warm.

It's ranked as the 7th best city to reside in the world.

- It's ranked 7th? / - It's a sister city to Busan.

(The city has beautiful sea and beaches)

(Fukuoka)

- We are finally here. / - Is this it?

Fuku, Fuku.

- The weather is amazing. / - Fukuoka.

The weather here is excellent.

Hey, is it summer here?

- It never goes below zero. / - That's right.

- It feels like we're in Jeju-do, right? / - Yeah.

Since Japan is an island,

the air is bound to be fresh.

It's my first time in Fukuoka.

Are you happy?

If you're happy, I'm happy too.

We need to take one of those buses.

- Do you know where we're supposed to go? / - Sure.

This is called...

SUNQ Pass.

For three days...

1, 2, 3.

North Kyushu...

You can use this in Kyushu

for all your transport.

If you buy one of the passes...

You can use public transports without a limit

throughout the trip.

When did you prepare these passes?

It's cheaper in Korea.

If you buy it here, it's too expensive.

Did you buy them in Korea?

Yes, I looked for them online.

You should have told me then.

Fukuoka has the shortest distance from

the airport to the city in Asia.

- Is that so? / - Yes.

That's really short.

- Jungah. / - Yeah?

- Since we worked hard, we must feed. / - Right on!

Let's go. Go!

They're going to "feed" themselves.

We worked hard for this.

Hey, it's in Korean?

There are a lot of signs in Korean.

It's really nice that Korean is written on the bus.

- That way, you won't get lost. / - You're right.

They announce it in Korean too.

- Chinese, Korean, English, and Japanese. / - Really?

- Let's get on. / - Where do I put this? Here?

Maybe not.

This is not it.

(Get on the bus from the back entrance, take ticket)

(When getting off, show ticket and pay or present pass)

(This is where you pay the fee)

Come on over.

We're on a bus.

Have you ridden a bus on a trip?

- I haven't been on a bus in ages. / - I know, right?

I don't have to take the bus in Korea.

Good-bye...

Airport.

The weather is really great.

It's so good.

Oh, the sun.

It's 10 to 15 minutes.

You can get there in 20 minutes.

- The visuals... / - I remember that!

I love pollack roe.

It's so good.

It's famous for pollack roe.

I can't wait.

- I read that it's really popular. / - I know.

We're going to a famous restaurant in Fukuoka, right?

Pollack roe topped rice.

You can look forward to it.

- It'd be worth it. / - Will we have to wait?

I'm going to eat it even if I have to wait for it.

What I really liked was that

I was hungry as soon as I got off,

but the famous restaurant was only 5 minutes away.

- Only 5 minutes? / - Yes.

Fukuoka is great because

you can reach everywhere on foot.

- That's awesome. / - You're right.

That's the type of city I like best.

It's only 3 or 4 minutes away from here.

- Really? / - On foot.

We won't have to walk a lot.

It's quite tranquil here, isn't it?

- It's not crowded. / - Yeah.

Unlike Tokyo

or Ginza Street.

It's autumn here.

We get to walk around the park.

It's relaxing, isn't it?

The weather here is...

Where is the restaurant?

I think this is the place.

Jungah, I think this must be the restaurant.

- Is this the one? / - Yes.

This is the restaurant.

Come here. Hurry.

Hi.

Welcome.

My gosh, that's a long queue.

- It's like... / - There are so many autographs.

- It was a famous restaurant. / - Looks tasty.

But you didn't have to wait?

In Japan, I always had to wait in line so...

You normally would

but we arrived a little late.

So we were lucky.

It already looks tasty.

The table says it all.

Look at all the autographs.

Jungah, you should leave yours here too.

Why would I do that? I doubt they know who I am.

- I'm hungry. Let's order now. / - Right. We should.

Excuse me.

Give us the menu, please.

Nice.

"Give us the menu, please."

- She spoke like a local. / - Nice and short.

Well done.

What's good here?

- I want... / - Everything is in Korean.

- That's right. / - This is nice.

- Was it all in Korean? / - Yes.

Really?

You're right.

- I like it. / - A combo?

The rice with pollack roe

is the most famous one.

I want this one.

- We'll get one of that. / - I want this one.

Since we are here...

- We should eat noodles. / - You're right.

- Tsukemen. / - This looks good.

- We'll get those two? / - Excuse me.

Please give us this and this.

She's good at Japanese.

Please give us this and this.

Thank you.

- They understand. / - Korean...

It's all in Korean...

- Right. / - Don't you speak Japanese?

What are you talking about?

I know things like,

I just know interjections.

Amazing!

Pretty!

Really?

We're unbelievable.

Jungah, our food is coming.

Here they are.

It's finally here.

How good would it be?

Here, here.

Be careful. It's very hot.

Ah, yeah.

I'm salivating.

- Right? / - Yeah.

Just the visuals makes me drool.

It's kind of like...

When we eat soba,

it'd be nice to dip a little every bite.

I want to try that.

- We'd better go. / - Yes, we ought to visit.

- Pollack roe. / - This is the famous dish.

That looks really good.

It was amazing.

- I bet it was delicious. / - Mix it with sesame.

Mix it?

Jungah, it wasn't sesame.

It was pollack roe.

It was pollack roe?

Yes. You told me to mix the sesame but...

It was pollack roe.

It's not like I know. Geez.

We are funny, aren't we?

This looks so good.

Try it, Jungah.

I'm so excited.

My mouth is salivating.

I even ate my hair.

I can taste the flavor more now...

- Than when I was eating it. / - You're right.

Is it good?

Is it delicious?

Is it delicious?

Why? Why? Why?

- It was a little. / - Haeyeong...

- Has a unique sense of humor. / - Why?

Is it delicious?

I must have been starving.

Is it good?

(Mouthful)

Was it salty?

It was slightly salty.

- We thought... / - It could be too salty for Koreans.

- Pollack roe is salty for us. / - We just go there so...

Is it good?

It's salty.

It's salty

but it's good.

- We should've poured the water. / - It's salty!

We didn't pour the broth there.

- You were supposed add the broth? / - Yes.

I don't believe this.

- You have to add the broth. / - That's usually salty.

This must be hot water.

- I don't think this is broth. / - We don't know anything.

Japanese food is either salty or sweet.

- But it's still tasty. / - It is, right?

The aftertaste is quite flavorful.

We had it too strong.

By the way, the noodles are exceptional.

They are firm.

- You were supposed to dip them? / - That's right.

That must be so good.

With the water,

it's the flavor I like.

It has an addictive depth to the flavor.

- It had depth. / - Depth of flavor.

It's good.

Let's try this one now.

- That's right. / - When you make onigiri...

- You make it with roe. / - How do you eat that?

- Is there rice on the bottom? / - Yes.

I see the rice.

- Japanese rice is tasty. / - It's similar to gyudon.

Goodness, my mouth is watering.

- It's good. / - Kimchi, please.

This is so good.

- I want to eat kimchi now. / - What?

By the way,

I should try this too.

I can put the rice in the bowl...

And make an easy meal at home.

- You're right. / - It's that type of menu.

We'd need rice and dried laver

with pollack roe on top.

We can add

the spicy sauce.

We can mix it with the sauce.

You can make this at home.

- But it wouldn't taste the same. / - You're right.

- Not at home. / - It's not the same.

The sauce is unique.

There is seasoning like furikake on top.

You're right. They don't taste like pollack roe.

I can taste something else too.

Wasn't it salty?

It wasn't soy sauce.

- It's a kelp... / - Tsuyu sauce.

We ordered the original one but

there are other special sauces, like spicy sauce.

- You can pick and choose. / - You can choose?

- Is it good? / - Yes.

- Isn't it good, Haeyeong? / - Yes.

My gosh, I'm full.

I ate so well.

I'm hungry.

- Let's eat more while shopping. / - Sure, sure.

Thank you for the food.

How much is it?

Fukuoka is famous for this ingredient.

One of the things we must buy from Fukuoka is...

Pollack roe.

And the desserts.

I heard that anyone who visits, must buy pollack roe.

Every snack tastes delicious

with pollack roe mayonnaise.

The pollack roe will be enough to

make the whole dish taste delicious.

We need to buy something like that.

This store is located in downtown, Fukuoka.

- That must be a famous shop. / - Yes.

It's extremely famous.

This must be the shop.

- I think so. / - It's the famous pollack roe shop.

I heard this shop is really famous.

Hello.

My gosh, what is this? It's a tube.

Hey, I guess that's pollack roe ice cream.

That's ice cream?

- Pollack roe ice cream? / - That's unique.

I see canned pollack roe too.

- Canned pollack roe is great. / - Looks so good.

Is that alcohol?

They eat pollack roe

out of the tube?

I guess so.

Aren't they like mayonnaise?

The one in the tube?

They are probably flavorful.

I bet it's really good.

Ah, taste...

I bet it's really good.

Ah, taste...

It works?

All you need is rice.

Taste the samples.

- So you can have a meal while you taste. / - Yes.

- Let's try it. / - These are all samples for tasting.

- We can taste them. / - Let's try them.

Original...

Original.

How is it? Is it good?

It's good.

- It's good. / - Is it that good?

It's really good.

Now, I understand why people say

Japanese pollack roe has depth.

Precisely. It tastes like fermented pollack roe.

It's good. It's not bad, right?

It wasn't salty. It was delicious.

It's not that salty either.

This is good.

This one is spicy.

I'm thinking of buying these two.

I'm sure you'll like it too, Jungsoo.

- So pretty. / - I want to taste it. I really do.

They come in tubes too.

- It's convenient. / - That's so good.

Is it delicious?

I can taste the roe.

I can taste the pollack roe.

And it's savory too.

It's easier to eat it when it's in a tube.

Besides, it's not salty at all.

We can just eat it by itself.

- We can just mix it with rice. / - Exactly.

Just squeeze it over the rice.

- Kids will love that. / - You're right.

That's so...

It's tasty.

- It is, isn't it? / - Yes.

- It's similar to the original one. / - You're right.

I liked the one with olive and basil.

Rice?

You can mix it with rice.

You can put it in rolled omelets.

Pasta?

Pasta would taste great with this.

Isn't it salty if you eat that much?

- No, it wasn't. / - It wasn't that salty.

We kept on tasting it.

These would go really well with drinks.

How is it possible?

This is squid.

I should buy this.

- It's cheap too. / - I am going to buy this...

This one and this one.

Thank you.

I made reservations for a hot spring with a great view.

- Really? / - Yes.

- Let's hurry then. / - Let's go.

Behind the Album - Me And My Damn Dreams (episode 4/5) - Duration: 7:14.

This is my first album. This is the first time I'm going abroad with a band

Not to drink but to actually do some work

And the whole experience, everything I learned and new insights. It's just awesome

The album sounds very different compared to the previous two EP's

You can really hear the effect of working with a new producer

It's more complete and we were able to strech the boundaries with this one

and for instance write songs that last longer than three minutes

or songs that don't have that super catchy chorus. So there was a lot more room to be experimental

With this album we were able to show the world a lot more of ourselves

Yeah it's different in the sense that it sounds a bit dirtier. The guitars are definitely more overdriven

There's less percussion. We used to record a lot of layers on top of one another and this time each

instrument was just really well recorded and got their own space in the mix

Yeah, everything's different. It's not just the guitars but also

I think David sings very differently on this record. The vocals really get to you

and it really takes you into the moment

So that's also a huge difference compared to before. It's a lot more sincere

This album is not really a concept album. That's just not something that we wanted to do

The songs were written during a specific period in our lives though. So there are definitely some recurring themes

For instance, Sleep is a song with a very simple concept. It's about being tired of having to perform and achieve things

And social media where you constantly have to be available. Parties that you can't miss out on

And sometimes you just want to get away from all that and just sleep. That's the basic concept

One recurring theme during the album is the search for a place or someone where all that doesn't matter anymore

Where you can be yourself and don't have to worry about all those things

And Sleep really summarises that feeling. As the first single of the album we felt like it was a good introduction

Another important theme is learning to let go and saying goodbye to certain people

and setting off on a new adventure. That also relates to the band because we see this album as the beginning of a new era

Shit's getting real

We really want this and we have huge ambitions with this album and it's time for The Brahms 2.0

My favourite track....

At the moment I'd have to say Me And My Damn Dreams. I'm really happy with the lyrics

It's also a new kind of track for us because the song doesn't change so much in terms of dynamics but really stays in the same vibe

I'm really happy with the way it sounds, the guitar sounds and the sampled vocals in the chorus

Just the way it sounds makes it my favourite at the moment

I really like Me And My Damn Dreams. That one just worked out really well

It might not be a suitable single candidate but it's just nice to listen to

Nights is also really cool because it sound a bit heavier you know? I can't wait to play that one live

I think Nights. It represents something that we haven't really done before. It's a bit heavier at times

The bridge especially

It's also kind of about the way we try to do a lot of things ourselves. We're our own label

Just the way we handle things ourselves. I just think that track came out really awesome

Nights is the perfect example of our new sound

And Stranger Now. That one came about so naturally. It's not normal. I think in the final week of pre-production

David came to us with this song. And we all really liked it but we'd never played it together before

So David sent it to Larry who was staying in his hotel room. And he was like "Why are you sending me this?"

"There's only one day of pre-production left!" So when he entered the rehearsal room the next day he wasn't pleased

We had to finish that song last-minute. Larry only heard that song on the last day of pre-production and we'd never actually played it

Because the song was so new, you know? So we finished that song at the very end

and we even changed some parts in the studio. That turned out to be just what that track needed

I'm not sure yet which name suits the album the best. But I'd like something strong. A strong word

and not overthink it too much

There's a couple of options flying around. Anyway, I was thinking of 'How Are You Holding Up?'.

That's what I think the album should be called

Yeah I was kind of stuck on one option which is 'Bravado'. So I can't really think of anything else anymore

Yeah, It's definitely not gonna be called 'Bravado'.

That's what he chose, isnt it? I knew it. This is his way of trying to push it through!

Jeffrey Lurie: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know || CACAO TV - Duration: 11:55.

Jeffrey Lurie: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Jeffrey Lurie has owned the Eagles for over 20 years and is hoping for the teams first-ever Super Bowl title.

This Boston boy has changed his allegiances.

Jeffrey Lurie, who purchased the Eagles more than 20 years ago, grew up rooting for the Patriots, but as his squad gets set to square off against New England in this year's Super Bowl, the billionaire is willing to forgo his former fandom.

After all, he's got a serious investment in Philly's gridiron success.

Here's everything you need to know about Lurie:.

He Bought the Eagles in May 1994.

Lurie, who got his business start with Cinema Corporation, a major film company founded by his grandfather, Philip Smith, ultimately left the movie business with one goal – to buy his own sports franchise.

His name was tied to a handful of different teams – including the Los Angeles Rams and a potential expansion team in Baltimore – but it wasn't until the early '90s that he finally settled on Philadelphia.

Lurie bought the Eagles from then-owner Norman Braman on May 6, 1994 for $185 million.

According to Forbes, the team is now worth $2.5 billion.

Lurie currently serves on a handful of NFL committees – including theFinance Committee, Broadcast Committee, International Committee and the Super Bowl Advisory Committee – and while he isn't as boisterous as some of the owners, his influence is certainly felt.

"He doesn't seek to grab the microphone at every opportunity but when he does stand up, what he says is very thoughtful, very thought-provoking.

It's very respectful and the other owners listen to what he has to say," Eagles team president Don Smolenski told The Washington Post.

Lurie Grew Up in Boston & Was a Huge Boston Sports Fan.

Get ready for a good douse of irony.

Lurie not only grew up in Boston, he got his masters from Boston University and spent time as an adjunct assistant professor of social policy at the school before joining the family business.

But wait, there's more.

When Lurie decided he wanted to move into the world of professional sports, there was just one team that, at the time, made sense – the New England Patriots.

That's right.

Lurie tried to buy the Patriots in 1993, but was forced to drop out of the bidding at $150 million when his family wouldn't support the venture.

Robert Kraft went on to purchase the team in January 1994 for an estimated $175.

Kraft joked about his long-time friendship with Lurie prior to the Eagles and Patriots Super Bowl in 2005.

He told The Washington Post:.

We're good friends, and we talked about it being pretty cool if the two of us could be in this game together, both being Patriot fans and growing up within five miles of one another.

And it's finally happened.

I love him on every [NFL owners'] committee I'm on because he and I think the same way and we vote the same way.

We forged a good friendship and he's a terrific guy, and I thank him for having the second-best team in the NFL.

Lurie was a longtime New England sports fan before heading to Philly.

In fact, he was in the stands on September 9, 1960, the very first Patriots game, and his family had season tickets for decades.

He's all green when it comes to football now, but Lurie still has a bit of Boston roots.

He was at Game 7 of the '04 ALCS at Yankee Stadium and took then-Eagles QB Donovan McNabb with him to Game 2 of the World Series at Fenway Park.

His Ex-Wife Christina Weiss Received Ownership Interest in the Eagles.

Lurie and his first wife, Christina, first met during a production meeting for the film I Love You to Death and the two were married in 1992.

The pair, who had two children together, worked together when Lurie purchased the Eagles.

In fact, Christina's hand was in just about everything to do with the organization.

She helped work on logos and color schemes, the cheerleaders outfits, charity initiatives, the "Go Green" campaign – just to name a few.

Still, Christina was mostly absent from the headlines and the stories.

"I'm not going to go delving into my past," she said.

"Not that there's anything to hide, but just for my privacy.".

Christina had ties to Philly even before she met Lurie.

Her father, Stanley Weiss, was born in South Philadelphia before moving to Mexico after World War II, where he founded American Minerals, Inc.

The Luries were married for 20 years before quietly settling their divorce, but Christina didn't walk away from the team or the franchise she helped grow.

According to Page Sixthe two sent a memo to team personnel promising they would "continue to work together as partners" even after the divorce.

   . NFL.

com's Albert Breer reported in 2012 that initial reports were overstated and while Christina still owned part of the team, Lurie maintained voting stock and management authority.

Lurie Married Tina Lai in 2013.

Lurie tied the knot for the second time in May 2013 when he and Tina Lai were married in a private ceremony surrounded by family and friends.

Of course, Lurie is a well-known face around the sports world, but his wife is just as popular in Philadelphia.

Her brother, Benny Lai, owns a handful of Philly hotspots, including Vietnam in Chinatown and West Philadelphia's Vietnam Cafe, Fu Wah Deli and the underrated Grill Fish.

Lai was frequently spotted behind the counter at the Fu Wah Deli.

He's Been Outspoken Regarding Politics in America.

Lurie hasn't been shy about voicing his opinion regarding the activism across the NFL this season.

In fact, he was quick to push back against Donald Trump after the president called for owners to "fire" players who knelt during the National Anthem.

Lurie also disputed claims that the NFL had 'blacklisted' former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and added that he fully supported his player's protests, including Malcolm Jenkins, who drew headlines for lifting his fist during the Anthem earlier this season.

Lurie told NJ. com:.

I applaud anybody that can find respectful ways of trying to find their platform in some way.

We all need to discuss social injustice.

We've all seen it. It's multiple issues.

It's not simple racial issues.

There's a lot of economic issues.

Players have grit and determination, there's no boundary on how that grit and determination gets expressed.

Sports is an opportunity to bring people together.

I applaud when players can bring communities together.

We see it all the time.

I think it's great.

It was hardly the first time Lurie had spoken out about politics.

He authored an essay in Time Magazine in March 2017, discussing the political polarization in Washington and called on authorities to tackle the serious issues.

He also donated to Hilary Clinton's presidential campaign.

When is a Good Time to Quit a Cleaning Client? - Duration: 7:39.

When is a good time to quit a house cleaning customer?

We're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by housecleaning360.com

If you are a person that loves essential oils,

and you love to make your own cleaning supplies with essential oils, did you know there's

a whole section on housecleaning360.com that is for independent distributors that sell

things to people in their homes?

And these are things you use for your homes, like cleaning supplies, or they might be essential

oils, or they might be household products to make your home a better place.

So check out the independent distributor's section on housecleaning360.com

All right, on to today's show, which is from a woman who wanted to know, "I've been in

house cleaning for many years, and I have this particular client that I despise.

And I would like to quit, but I can't find a good time to quit because she keeps having

all this drama and problems in her life."

So she goes on to explain that she was going to quit the client, but then the lady went

in for surgery.

And she said, "I didn't want to quit her service right before she went into surgery because

she was going to need my help."

And then, she was going to quit after the lady got better, and she's been with the lady

for a long period of time, and then the lady's husband got sick, or something, and so she

needed 24 care to come in the house, and that was overwhelming to them, and she needed the

house cleaner to stay on and make sure that the new person that came in as the caregiver

was cleaned up after, and all these other things.

And so it wasn't a good time to quit then.

Then, the lady lost her job, and she still wanted the house cleaner to come while she

was out searching for a new job because now there's more requirements at home, and whatever,

and it wasn't a good time to quit.

And the house cleaner wants to quit, but she can't find a good time.

When is a good time to quit?

So it's a funny question, and the answer is what is making you want to quit?

Because there's something about what's going on

that there's a loyalty there that makes you want to stay.

And so I would actually look at both sides of that, why do you want

to stay and why do you want to go?

Because when we go out into the real world, and we try to find new house cleaning business,

these are regular customers that we want to keep for a longer period of time, that we

want to count on their money so that we can pay our own bills.

Why is it that you want to quit?

And so, if this person has become high maintenance,

maybe they were always high maintenance, and

and so is this bothering you?

Is this what's making you want to quit?

Is it that she's always late on her payments

because that's a little bit of a different story.

And I don't have all the information for this particular answer, but I have to look at what

is the reason why for both of those things, because if you can keep a customer instead

of replacing them, that's going to save you a whole new initial walkthrough, it's going

to save you running flyers, or whatever it is you do to get out new business.

And so instead of reinventing the wheel and creating a whole new customer,

you already have one.

Can you make it work?

I have customers right now that I despise, and we're still a good fit for each other.

I'm able to manage my despising them, and they're able to manage whatever it is about

me that bothers them.

And so you don't have to love all your customers, no-one ever said that, and there might be

customers that are difficult to deal with.

Guess what?

I have customers that are difficult to deal with, and I know that I actually have a hit

list of customers that right now, if they do a series of other things,

then I will replace them.

But right now, this is manageable.

And I always ask myself this question, why do I want to leave?

Well, what is it that's making me want to leave?

Is it something that can be fixed?

A lot of times it might be the customer.

I don't want to fix any customers, I don't want to change their lives, I don't want to

change their personalities, and I don't want to change who they are.

That would be a colossal undertaking that I'm not licensed for.

And so when I see these people I'm like "Whoa, that's a series of odd behaviors, and if it

works for them, awesome.

Totally does not work for me, and so I'm going to keep to myself over here and I'm going

to do the job I was paid to do.

I'm going to collect my money, and I'm going to go home."

And that works for me because then I can pay my bills.

But there are people that I don't like, I mean really don't like them as customers,

but no one said you have to love your customers, no one said you even have to like them.

Can you make it work?

And so if you want to quit, why do you want to quit?

And if you don't resolve that question, you're going to pick up a new customer that has similar

behaviors, and you're going to want to quit them as well.

Now there are, believe it or not, house cleaners that quit all the time, they keep quitting

on their customers for whatever reason, and they can't figure out why they're not surviving

in business.

So the society we live in, and the social media has trained us to do this, we get tired

of someone so we delete them.

Delete, block, remove.

What is that?

We don't live in a disposable society, people are not disposable.

You don't just throw them away because you got bored with them, or because you don't

like them for some reason.

Now, if you have a child, there's what's called unconditional love.

As your child goes through these pre-teenager, and teenage years, and maybe even into their

twenties and sometimes their thirties and forties, they pull stunts and shenanigans

that as a parent, if they were not your kid, you would delete and block them.

You're like "Ugh no, I'm not tolerating this kind of behavior," right?

But because they are your children, you love them unconditionally.

And so you figure out a way to make it work, kind of because they're attached to you, and

they're your blood, and they're your relatives, and they're your family, and all these things.

So you give them a free pass.

Now, I'm not saying give your customers a free pass, but why not?

Why not?

If there's something that's a little disturbing but it's manageable, and it's not really harming

anyone, can you let it slide?

Now there are days, there are days, and this is a survival tool, but there are days I've

gone to customers houses and I'm like "Okay, no matter what happens today we're at particular

point of time where this lady has had a tragedy in her life.

This is an annual reoccurring event, she's going to be in the worst most of her life

today, I know this for a fact based on previous history.

When I arrive at this woman's house today, she gets a free pass on everything.

It doesn't matter what she says, it doesn't matter what she complains about, it doesn't

matter how angry she gets.

It doesn't matter if she swears at me, or throws things at me, today she gets a free

pass because I know, from history, this is not a good period of the year for her.

This is not good.

So today I'm going in, suck it up Angela, you can do this, and she gets a free pass."

So my suggestion to you would be, when is a good time to quit?

Quit already, and if you haven't quit already there's probably a reason why.

So I would check your loyalties, why are you still there?

And why do you need to go?

Because in the answer of one of those two things

will be the answer that you're looking for.

Alrighty, that's my two cents for today, and until we meet again

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.
