INSTANT POT VEGAN PASTA | vegan bolognese recipe - Duration: 4:49.

Hey, guys. Today we're making one of my favorite foods - pasta! But it's not your

ordinary pasta because we'll be cooking it in the Instant Pot. And I'll be

making a vegan bolognese to go along with it. That's it for now so here's the

recipe for this Instant Pot Vegan Bolognese.

For the tofu, I recommend buying a firm variety and try to buy organic if you can. Because tofu has a

lot of water you're gonna want to drain the excess water before you cook it. All

you need to do is place the block of tofu on a cutting board, put some paper

towels below it and above the tofu. Put a heavy cookbook or a heavy skillet on top

of the tofu and weigh it down with a can of beans or something like that. That

weight will remove the excess water from the tofu and you'll need about 30

minutes to do that.

To start this dish, we're going to brown the tofu in the Instant Pot, so turn on your Instant Pot to the Saute function

and crumble in one 16-ounce block of firm tofu.

Tofu is pretty bland on its own, which is probably why some people don't care for it.

So the seasonings are where it's at. I'm using garlic powder, thyme, oregano,

black pepper, and for some spiciness, I'm using red chili flakes, chili powder and

cayenne pepper. Saute the tofu and spices for about five minutes until the tofu

begins to brown. Then remove it from the Instant Pot and set it aside.

Next you'll want to prepare the vegetables. I'm dicing up one onion, 1/2 cup of mushrooms,

and two stalks of celery.

Add some more olive oil to your Instant Pot and sauté the veggies for a few

minutes until they're browned and softened. Then add the cooked tofu back to the Instant Pot.

The final step is to just layer everything in your Instant Pot - the

vegetables, the tofu, the pasta, and then some marinara sauce, diced tomatoes and

vegetable stock. It couldn't be simpler. Just make sure that your pasta is

submerged under all of the liquid so that it cooks perfectly.

To determine how much time to cook your pasta in the Instant Pot, just consult

the cooking time on your box of pasta. Take that number, divide it by 2 and then

subtract 1. For instance, this box of penne pasta that I'm using called for 12

minutes, so I divided it by 2 which is 6 minutes, and then subtracted 1, which is 5

minutes. So you can cook pasta in the Instant Pot in just 5 minutes.

Seal your Instant Pot, put it on manual mode and set it to high pressure for

five minutes.

Once the five minutes is up, you're going to do a manual quick release of the

pressure cooker to release the steam quickly. On the Instant Pot, that just

means switching the knob from sealing to venting. And once the steam stops you can

open the pressure cooker. It might take a few times before the knob stops sputtering.

Give the pasta a good stir and then it's ready to eat. That's it!

"What do you think?" - Iris - Romanticism in the North - Duration: 0:38.

The nice thing about this is that it reminds me a lot

that you put on warm clothing and go out, early in the morning.

That is something I really miss, now I'm living in the city.

There has been played a lot with light. Certain things are highlighted and that cathes your eyes first.

But then, you notice there are more things to see and that is really awesome.

Sometimes, you almost want to step in to get closer and see even more.

But obviously, that is not possible because it is flat.

10 Times Gordon Ramsay was ACTUALLY NICE! (Part 2) - Duration: 12:15.

Gordon Ramsay can be downright terrifying most of the time.

But Gordon is not always that monster.

The man can be pretty compassionate and sweet beyond imagination.

We dug deeper and found even more instances where Gordon was an absolute teddy bear.

Passion for Making Young Chefs Smile

Gordon Ramsay's face, when a child's cooking goes wrong, is nothing compared to when he's

dealing with the failures of grown-up chefs.

While we get to hear him more often than not screaming, cursing, and brutally bashing adults'

self-esteem for the slightest mistakes in the kitchen, Gordon turns into a goldmine

of patience and compassion when dealing with the young chefs' mess-ups.

Gordon thinks young chefs are brilliant and that unlike the clumsy and indifferent adults

he gets to deal with, they are pretty genuine about their love for cooking.

On the first episode of season 2 of Masterchef Junior, young Coco broke out in tears because

she felt like she had messed up her mashed potatoes badly.

The moment Gordon saw her from across the room he rushed over to her stall to see what

was wrong with the young chef.

He tasted her mashed potatoes, comforted her about how good they were and then he coaxed

a smile on Coco's face.

He told her that like with his daughters, Holly, Megan, and Matilda, Gordon wasn't going

to leave her without getting a laugh out of her.

The look he had on his face while leaning over to get the smile out of Coco was absolutely

heartwarming - a look from Gordon the father, and not the master chef.

When Riley brought out Gordon's Fatherly Pride

Gordon can be soul-stirringly nice and compassionate with a young chef in distress just for the

sake of putting them in high spirits.

These are the moments when the instinct of fatherly Gordon over.

When one of the young kids managed to strike a chord with both the father and the demanding

chef inside of Gordon, there is no look of pride and affection that can come out of Gordon

comparable to that one.

That's what Riley, the 8-year old chef who was the youngest contestant on Masterchef

Junior, managed to do.

As the competitors lined up for the tasting, Riley who had already won Gordon's heart with

his confidence during the show, walked up to the judges with his magnificent dish of

seared steak.

Gordon was taken aback by how unexpectedly good the kid's cooking was.

He couldn't contain his compassion and pride for Riley.

He stood there looking at the young chef like he saw a younger version of himself in him

and started giving Riley the praise he deserved for his amazing skills - and that wasn't Gordon

being nice out of necessity to make the boy feel good about himself.

Riley was, in fact, a talented culinary genius.

He saw unbounded potential in Riley and if there is anything that can bring out the loving

side of Gordon Ramsay, it is a chef who takes cooking seriously no matter their age.

Gordon Completely Changed Gabriel's Life

Gabriel Lewis from Oklahoma obviously had the hearts of everyone on the show he competed

with on the 8th season of Masterchef.

When the time came for a necessary elimination, Gordon announced that Gabriel was the one

to go.

The 19-year-old chef at the time was working at a fast food joint, and he saw this competition

as a way out of his family's struggles.

When Gordon decided he was out of the competition, he did not take that dream away.

Gordon Ramsay doesn't neglect a true talent like that.

As all of the people on the show teared up, Gordon announced that he was going to pay

out of his own pocket to send Gabriel to culinary school so he can later pursue his dream as

a chef.

At that moment, the whole studio was shaking with tears of joy.

It is still probably the most emotional scene that happened on the show since it started.

Gabriel is actually studying now at Johnson & Wales University in Denver and is set to

graduate in 2019.

Nice is an understatement for that action from Gordon.

He gave the young aspiring chef another chance to hold on to his dream and went through with

it just because he saw true potential in him.

Gordon Revived Hotel Chester

Gordon's soft side doesn't only reveal itself when he witnesses young people with potential

though.

For Gordon, potential doesn't need to come with a certain age range to deserve nurturing.

Although he might be quite the toughie on adults who are failing out of their own clumsiness.

When Gordon saw that this struggling couple who owned a failing hotel in Mississippi were

really genuine about trying to make it out of their gloomy situation, he decided to pull

them out himself once and for all.

Gordon didn't only go out of his way to solve their business complications but rather decided

to transform their lives altogether.

He first went for a near complete makeover for Hotel Chester.

He turned it into a place that everyone would notice from the street and that could really

attract customers.

Gordon even hired them a chef to manage their kitchen and take the load off Suki, whose

salary he would pay out of his own pocket and designed a menu for them that could turn

their hotel into a Mississippi must-go destination.

He turned their beer garden into a place that could handle an awesome party atmosphere.

Because Gordon understood what their bleak living conditions could have done to their

relationship together, Gordon rented them a fully furnished apartment completely paid

for 6 months in advance.

This was an opportunity for the couple to live in a place that give them the escape

they needed from their business in order to live comfortably while their business would

remain their business and not their home as well.

Good Cop Gordon

When Gordon visited The Grasshopper, he found the place in total shambles.

The restaurant was losing money fast and the kitchen was painted wall to wall in all the

reasons to why it was such a failure.

There were slimy pieces of chicken stored without proper freezing, raw meat lying around

in very close proximity to cooked meat and a restaurant owner not totally aware of how

awful the disaster was.

After Gordon found himself faced with a seemingly hopeless case, he unleashed his typical Gordon

terror and after crushing the owners and their staff for not knowing much about what they

were doing, he decided there was no way out of having to shut the place down.

That wasn't the whole side of it though.

Gordon knew that Maureen, the owner's wife and co-owner of The Grasshopper, was actually

completely aware of their problem and that she knew the reasons behind it.

When he got to know the aspects of their background and her husband's distress that were driving

the restaurant down the toilet, Gordon revealed his big heart and started seeing the problem

from a more compassionate perspective.

Chef Ramsay embarked on trying to solve the couple's personal life before the restaurant

could rise from the ashes.

Taking the Pressure off Dr. Una

When Gordon visited Dr. Una, a doctor who owned a restaurant that was less than a month

away from collapsing and who had a son that was utterly unconcerned with his mother's

burden, he saw a woman who lived her life to secure a good life for her children but

who wasn't getting any care in return.

Her breakdown crushed Gordon's heart and he was determined to lift that woman's self esteem

back up.

She was a former Olympian, a doctor responsible for a restaurant that was failing and whose

son and the manager of the restaurant was completely unreliable.

Gordon couldn't tolerate seeing that big of a burden all rely on just one person.

Besides cheering her up and making sure that she trusted him enough to open up to him after

years of bottling it up, Gordon went to sit with her son, Keone and reached out to the

compassionate son inside his guarded and proud exterior.

Gordon managed to help extract Keone's long lost focus back to his family's struggling

business and gave him the motivation to step up and own up to the situation.

This was yet another moment where Gordon attempted to fix a restaurant, but ended up trying to

fix the shattered family that stood behind it.

Calling Jaimee's Father to Show his Gratitude

On Masterchef, Gordon was particularly impressed by Jaimee.

She was showing great potential and the young chef was one of the very likeable competitors

on the show during Season 5.

When tasting time came, Gordon stood there baffled by Jaimee's amazing cooking.

He didn't think it was enough that he let Jaimee and everyone on the show know how impressed

he was.

When Gordon tasted her dish, he was incredulous.

Not only did he relentlessly praise her bonbon pasta, he had something a little extra for

her.

The dish she presented came straight from her father's teachings, who taught her all

about cooking and who Gordon was filled with gratitude for because he brought to life such

a brilliant chef in his opinion.

He left her father a little surprise as a show of gratitude.

Gordon took out his phone and called Jaimee's father, left him a message telling him how

grateful he was for Jaimee and gave her father props for teaching her to cook with such brilliance.

Jaimee was visually starstruck for her father and never expected such a kind act from the

often brutally honest chef.

What more can a contestant in competition ask for?

These moments prove that Gordon's icy exterior can often be melted away when he chooses to

show just how big his heart truly is.

The Cocky Chef that Won Gordon's Heart

There is nothing that lights up Gordon's day like going back to a restaurant that he helped

pick up from a previous mess to find that all his efforts had paid off.

That was one of these cases where Gordon's time with the restaurant's chef really left

its mark on the place.

When Gordon had first visited La Lanterna, it was struggling with debt and its owner

was too confident in himself to realize that there was much room for improvement.

When Gordon was back, he found that the guy still had his confidence, but now it was justified.

Gordon was absolutely amazed to realize that he had understood the relationship a good

chef should have with his or her food.

He saw a man who was excited to up his game in the kitchen and to start cooking with passion

and not just focus on technique.

Gordon had the look in his eyes that a surgeon might get when his or her son is accepted

into medical school.

He was pretty proud and he didn't refrain one second from showing it.

Gordon is the first to tell a chef when they're doing an awful job, but the first also to

point out proper cooking.

Helping Paul Stay Off Drugs

On Gordon Behind Bars, Gordon met with an inmate named Paul, who he decided to give

a shot at redeeming himself.

Paul was a former addict, and seeing him, Gordon remembered his younger brother who

had also shared a long struggle with drug addiction.

This was one of the toughest parts of Gordon's life and it always tormented him seeing his

brother fall like that.

When he saw Paul, Gordon decided that he was not going to let him take the same fall back

into addiction.

Paul had started studying in college to become a chef after leaving school, but he later

dropped out and got caught up in his addiction before he was locked up.

Gordon's help for Paul was to give him a chance to have a go at working in a restaurant kitchen

where he would be able to work as soon as he would get released from prison.

Gordon only did that on the condition that Paul remained focused on his new career and

didn't go back to drug use.

When Gordon was Nice to Corden

Gordon has a history of dissing his long time friend, James Corden.

Corden appeared some years ago on The F Word and since then they have each appeared on

the one another's shows many times.

Ramsay's first time was to put Corden through hell when he made him eat up a fisheye delicacy

that Corden was disgusted by, based on the promise that he and his family can all eat

at one of Gordon's restaurant for free.

Gordon didn't even fulfill that promise, and ended up tasting Corden's revenge.

In this appearance of the two hecklers, however, Gordon decided to show James Corden some of

his friendliness by having a cook-off with him on The F Word.

Gordon kept the challenge funny, lighthearted and didn't even belittle Corden when he said

Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay's seemingly archrival, was the one who taught him how to cook.

Even while winning the challenge, Gordon stayed nice to his guest showing him some mercy in

James Corden's defeat.

It's always refreshing to see the sweet side of Gordon Ramsay, isn't it?

Your Rescuer is on His Way! Be Hope-Filled - Duration: 2:53.

Hi there and welcome back to Daily Bible Promises with a Twist.

And today, we're going to be reading as usual from the New International Version first.

And today's verse is Psalm 86:7 -"On the day of my trouble I will call upon you for you

will answer me."

And as it has been our custom, I will read from another translation as well.

And today that will be the Passion Translation, Psalm 86, verse 7 -"Whenever trouble strikes,

I will keep crying out to you, for I know your help is on the way."

I felt there was a persistence going on in the heart of David, that he would continually

cry out to the Lord until the Lord answered because he knew help was on the way.

So the Passion Translation basically said what I was feeling in my heart.

I thought that there were two things to consider with this verse.

Number 1 - David was not crying out to his friends, he wasn't trying to figure out things

by himself, he was crying out to the Lord because he knew where his help came from.

The second point I wanted to make was that David kept on calling out because he knew

God would come to his own rescue.

We're all fascinated by the true story of survivors of earthquakes who somehow survived

despite the odds.

Some of them were rescued by pure chance and we don't really know what their whole story

is because they were unconscious for most of the time that they were buried.

But others speak of the way that they kept their hopes up and did everything in their

power to make sure that their rescuers could find them.

They would tap on a nearby pipe or they would call out as much as they could as long as

their voice held out.

but they were not passive as they waited for their rescuer to come.

If you are in a desperate place and you need to be rescued in whatever way you can imagine

the word rescue to mean, I encourage you to be persistent.

Continue to cry out to the Lord with the sure faith that David had, that as he cried out

to the Lord the Lord would come to his rescue.

How To Ease Withdrawal Symptoms When You Quit Sugar? - Duration: 5:07.

How To Ease Withdrawal Symptoms When You Quit Sugar?

How to Ease Withdrawal Symptoms when you Quit Sugar?

An extra and regular sugar intake mostly cause diabetes (generally speaking) which may lead

to many other problems in the body like blood pressure, hunger and obesity.

While taking less sugar lowers the risks of many diseases according to significant research.

In order to avoid such risks, sugar has to be avoided but the sudden abandonment of sugar

is not easy for addicts who treat sugar like the drug.

A nutritionist and an author of well-established research Brooke Alpert observed that she has

not found even a single person who did not suffer any reaction to sugar quitting.

Though sugar is not that much strong ingredient of our daily routine diet apparently but in

fact, it really reacts like a drug to the body.

Dr Alpert further explains the elimination of sugar would have unpleasant side effects

and instant elimination might cause serious implications.

Some of the major side effects can be a headache, fatigue, cranky feeling, and irritation.

That is why, it is recommended that if you are really serious about reducing dependence

on sugar, you must have to take few appropriate measures beforehand to deal with possible

consequences.

Cut it all out at once Dr Alpert continues to say alcohol and sugar

are slightly same.

If you are intended to quit alcohol, you'll be advised to drink less similarly for sugar,

it would be suggested to reduce the frequency and quantity of sugar intake in routine meals.

By continuous reduction, you will be able to beat consequences and side effects and

eventually you'll achieve your desired end.

Along with reducing white sugar intake, Alper further suggests taking naturally found sugary

food articles like fruits to maintain the performance of metabolism.

In the end, quit the sugar for plain three days and depend on natural intake as she said

medically three days are enough to quit the old habit and to establish a new one.

Eat well to feel well After quitting sugar, one may find his body

messing with his moods and body functioning causing irritation and disturbed energy level

so Alpert instructs to take healthy diet to compensate and natural intakes to maintain

sugar level in body and blood.

The best way to live cool is to eat well to full satisfaction and rely on sugar found

in your diet comprising healthy fats.

Drinking more water can help in resisting fatigue and headache to keep you active throughout

the day.

Eating vegetables, fruits, organic proteins, nosh and snacks for fibre and vitamin-rich

food will make your appetite fill and boosts your energy level to resist any change in

the body.

Combat carving the right away When you cut out sugar, it must have physical

and emotional setbacks on your body and the body will play you a trick making craving

hard.

It is to be noted that if you are eliminating sugar from your routine diet, it would never

mean you will go totally blind about sugar.

Onion, garlic, lime and other compounds can help your body to sustain.

Cold brew or unsweetened iced tea can be another best strategy to intake required sugar quantity.

It means you just have to quit white sugar direct intake and use natural means because

sugar is necessary for smooth functioning of the body.

Add back natural sugar slowly When you quit sugar abruptly for three days,

it changes your body addiction to sugar.

Thus, to maintain blood sugar level normal, one should start taking natural sugary elements

like honey and maple syrup into the diet.

Sweets taking after reasonable hours would taste different for you because it alters

your ability to taste sugar while making tissues less sensory to sugar and you will find new

taste in natural elements of sugar.

Alpert recommends adding back sugar intake by adding two servings of fruit like apple

or banana and chose unsweetened dairy products like plain yoghurt.

In this way, withdrawal symptoms would see a demise and body will come back to routine

performance in the end.

Finally, it will be set to minimum levels of natural sugar intake and congrats to the

practitioner who has finally detoxed.

Brown sugar interestingly distinctive than white and have no worries regarding eating

but a little.

Alpert tells she intentionally let people take a certain amount of brownies weekly for

the sake of taste that a body used be.

Depriving oneself entirely from a certain food is not natural though but for the greater

good and healthy cause, bold actions have to be taken.

Why You Should Ignore Market Experts | Common Sense Investing with Ben Felix - Duration: 6:03.

People want certainly.

David Freedman, in his 2010 book "Wrong" offers the example of a person

suffering from back pain.

He visits two doctors to review his MRI.

One doctor says that he has seen many similar cases and that it's hard to say exactly

what's wrong.

He suggests trying out a treatment and going from there.

The other doctor says that he knows exactly what is wrong and knows what to do.

Which doctor will he choose?

Most people would choose the doctor who seems certain about his diagnosis, but that doctor

may very well be wrong.

As much as we crave certainty, it rarely exists, and it definitely does not exist in the world

of financial markets where returns are driven by events that cannot be consistently forecasted.

Market experts want you to believe that their insights can help you

make better investment decisions.

Sell this, buy that.

It may be interesting to listen to market experts, but should you actually believe

anything that they say?

I'm Ben Felix, Associate Portfolio Manager at PWL Capital.

In this episode of Common Sense Investing, I'm going to tell you why market experts

are one of the worst sources of financial advice.

Let's start off by remembering that there is a tremendous amount of evidence that actively

managed funds, on average, consistently fail to outperform their benchmark index.

Actively managed funds are groups of market experts working together to outsmart the market,

and, on average, they are not able to make the right calls based on their own predictions.

So why would some person claiming to be a market expert online, on the radio, or on

TV be any different?

Well, guess what?

They are not any different.

There have been two comprehensive efforts to aggregate and analyze the predictions of

stock market gurus.

One data set from CXO Advisory Group looked at the forecasts of 68 stock market experts

spanning 2005 through 2012.

They collected a total of 6,582 forecasts for the U.S. stock market.

Some of the forecasts had been made as far back as 1998, ending by 2012.

The forecasts were then compared to the S&P 500 over the future intervals

relative to the forecast.

The analysis found that the aggregate accuracy of all forecasts was less than 50%.

The other study of predictions is called the Gurudex.

It looks at the 12 month period ending in December 2015.

Rather than focusing on individual market gurus, the Gurudex looks at the stock predictions

of large institutions.

Not only does the Gurudex assess the accuracy of the forecasts, but it also compares the

return of an investor who had acted on all of the predictions to the return of the S&P

500 over the same time period.

For the twelve months ending December 2015, the Gurudex shows an average stock prediction

accuracy of 43% for the 16 institutions that they tracked.

It's not like these are no-name institutions, either.

RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs, and UBS were all included.

Only 4 of the 16 institutions had greater than 50% accuracy over the 12-month period.

1 of those 4, a Japanese institution, batted 60%, while the other 3 were right 53%

of the time, barely better than a coin flip.

The accuracy numbers drop sharply from there.

If an investor had acted on each of the stock predictions that these large institutions

made in 2015, they would have earned a -4.79%

while the S&P 500 was relatively flat at -0.69%.

In an attempt to explain such low accuracy for these supposed experts, the author of

the CXO Advisory analysis points out an important perspective on forecasts.

The market expert making a forecast may have motives other than accuracy.

For example, some market gurus may be making extreme forecasts to attract attention to

their institution or publication.

This is an important thing to keep in mind when you read or listen to market experts

- they don't care about you.

Their motivation might be driving traffic to their publication, or bringing attention

to their product or service, but their focus is almost certainly not on giving you financial

advice that is in your best interest.

One notable market expert, Andrew Roberts, the Royal Bank of Scotland's research chief

for European economics and rates, made headlines in early 2016 by advising investors to 'sell

everything' in preparation for a 'cataclysmic year'.

This was sensational enough to be picked up and written about by the Telegraph, CNN, the

Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Post, among many other publications.

Of course 2016 went on to be an excellent year for investors.

And so did 2017.

Woops.

Warren Buffett famously said "We have long felt that the only value of stock forecasters

is to make fortune-tellers look good.

Even now, Charlie (Munger) and I continue to believe that short-term market forecasts

are poison and should be kept locked up in a safe place, away from children and also

from grown-ups who behave in the market like children."

While it may be tempting to listen to those who prognosticate the best stocks to buy or

the future direction of the market, it is important to remember that the data refutes

their ability to improve your investment decisions.

Market experts are not regulated.

There is no licensing body or minimum level of education to call yourself a market expert

and start making predictions.

Even if there was, the evidence shows that no level of education or intelligence makes

it possible to beat the market consistently.

Markets experts should be viewed as nothing more than they are: a source of entertainment.

Top 10 Autumn In New York Photos That Will Make You Wish You Were There - Duration: 4:44.

Top 10 Autumn In New York Photos That Will Make You Wish You Were There

It's that time of the year when the city that never sleeps is covered with the colors

of fall – red, brown, orange, yellow, and it makes an amazing contrast with the tall

grey and deep red buildings that make New York authentic.

Everyone who visits the city is amazed by it and wishes to come back again and experience

the magical atmosphere all over again.

Unfortunately, some of us still haven't been there, so we're left to look at photos

and imagine what would we do when we are going to be there one day!

For those of you who have already been to New York, looking at these photos will bring

some memories for sure.

But, what is certain is that in either case you are going to wish to be there!

1.

Fall Leaves in Central Park Walking through the most visited urban park

of the United States is an experience by itself.

You will be amazed by this park surrounded by tall buildings.

Photographer Kajo Merkert captured one magical moment that represents the beauty of fall

– would you like to be in it?

2.

Overview There's no doubt – Central Park is truly

one of the most beautiful urban parks not only in the United States, but in the whole

world as well!

Being surrounded by all these tall buildings just make it even more authentic and the contrast

of the colors will make you wish to see this with your own eyes – at least that's how

we feel!

3.

Autumn in the City One of the things that makes New York one

of the most wonderful cities in the world isn't just Central Park, but all the other

small parks located deep inside the concrete jungle.

This is a picture taken above the Union Square by Vivienne Gucwa.

Don't you just wish to be here in midtown Manhattan, buy some of the local street food

and enjoy the atmosphere from this park?

4.

View Over Guggenheim Museum Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan,

the Guggenheim museum is surrounding by so many trees that it even makes impossible not

to go to the window and admire how wonderful nature can be.

Visiting the museum while in New York is a must and it would be such a pity if you just

stay inside and refuse to play with the fallen leaves outside!

5.

Porch in West Village Fall inspires people to decorate their porches

and this is something that you will see quite often in the city.

This porch in West Village is just one proof of how cute porches can look!

All the pumpkins, leaves and hay are creating a magical fall atmosphere that deserves taking

a photo with it!

If only we could be there and take a selfie on the stairs…

6.

West Village Or, if you're not into taking photos in

front of porches, maybe a walk through West Village is what you really need.

The red brick buildings with their stairs, the trees in front of them and the pathway

covered with fallen yellow leaves will make you forget about how tired or moody you are

– they can wake up the adventurer in you and make you move forward!

7.

Autumn in Brooklyn Another popular neighborhood that will leave

you breathless with its architecture and fall spirit inside it.

This is really something that you won't find in another country, so make sure to enjoy

every step you take.

It's a perfect moment to spend some time with your dog, partner, friend and even yourself

– you will fall in love with the atmosphere.

8.

Brooklyn, Again Sam Horine is the photographer that captured

part of the day when all you can wish is to go inside, prepare a cup of tea and cuddle

inside your favorite blanket.

Preferably to watch outside the window how the cool wind is playing with the leaves and

how the rain is making a satisfying sound on the window.

Really, only fall has this amazing spirit!

9.

View from MOMA Here's another art museum on the list that

offers amazing view outside the building.

Looking through the windows of the Museum of Modern Art and admiring the beauty of fall

in Midtown Manhattan can be a wonderful experience, especially if you're someone who loves fall.

But, even if you don't we're pretty sure you will start loving it once you get to New

York!

10.

Central Park And last, we couldn't finish this post without

another picture of Central Park.

Being visited by 40 million tourists in 2013 only proves that this is something really

worth seeing, especially in fall when everything is covered with beautiful colors.

Hopefully, one day it would be us standing over there at the Bow Bridge, talking pretty

photos and enjoying this awesome park!

Studio Cuts: Which fictional movie world would you like to travel to? - Duration: 1:00.

If I could be a Jedi, I mean if I could have a light saber…

then all would be right with the universe.

This maybe so odd but it's the first thing that comes to mind, Old Boy

This maybe so odd but it's the first thing that comes to mind, Old Boy. I mean the film is so dark I don't know why.

Kind of like a mix between Star Wars and like Wuthering Heights!

The Wizard of Oz!

This is weird… but I would go to Gangs of New York

You know having a lover like Heathcliff, working in the fields.

I kinda want to go be in Persona

Be a Jedi and have my hair in like weird shapes

New York now is towers everywhere so how crazy would it have been to just like walk across a field in the middle of Manhattan

I'm going have to say Wrinkle in Time, just because… have you seen the cinematography?

Avatar made me want to kiss blue people and live in the trees.

And meet Bill the Butcher yea…one of the greatest actors of all time

How to chalk line the ceiling - Duration: 5:05.

Hi I'm Barry I'm now going to show you how to set out the ceiling for lining

paper okay so they say that you should start away from the natural light okay

so let's just imagine that we've got the natural light over there and that's our

window so that's where the sunlight is coming through okay so this is the

problem that we've got is this light okay so we don't you can't have a piece

of paper that's going to come through the middle of our light because we're not

going to be able to get that light through there without it sort of ripping

so a nice and easy way for you it's dead straightforward, so this is just a normal

just an off cut off a piece of lining paper so we know how wide it is

and I'm going to split the light as I call it

okay so put that just in the middle of that light switch there sometimes you

might have to go like a few mill either way just depending on the balance of

like little obstacles that are in the way okay but just for this example so

that's in the middle of the light there so I'm just going to make a pencil mark

come along again, another pencil mark

and then to another pencil mark there okay. So this is going to be our first

piece that we're going to put on the ceiling and then two three four five and

so on so I've just got my tape measure okay

we're gonna transfer this measurement to both sides of the wall. So I've now got

two hundred and ninety ml of 29 centimeters I'm just going to write that

down so it's easy to remember and I can make a little mark on me built painters

tip just make a little mark on my tape measure just so I don't forget

okay so then go down this end I'm not going to the edge of the wall because

sometimes walls sort like they can curving or they can curve out so again

I'm just going to come to around about here, mark my twenty nine

290 ml and then we're going to the other ends our mark the same again not

straight to the war we've got like a bit of a column here which is going to be a

little bit awkward for us but we'll get round it so that's 290 there you do

do these like quite faint but I'm just doing that so just for

demonstration purposes so you can actually see it okay right now the

exciting part okay we got a chalk line okay, and these

are easy to buy and you just buy these you buy the chalk separate and

then you just top up the chalk that's in there I did this yesterday so there's

quite a lot of chalk in there okay you just tip the chalk in there mostly

covered in the stuff now

so I'm gonna snap we've got a snap a line all the way

along there and that's going to give us a guide for our first piece of paper

now as this is quite chalky so we're just going to get a cloth on this right

or a paper towel just to take some of the chalk off because you don't want to

all of it all over our ceiling so let's give me a sort of a good length of it

see on the chalk there and make sure you got it on your dust sheets. So I'm

just going to take this excess out we don't need all this chalk on there okay

this is quite tricky if you're doing this on your own which

decorators generally do okay. I prefer to paper ceilings on my own I feel like I've

got more control over the paper okay so I've got some masking tape over here so

I'm just going to secure my chalk line with some masking tape so to put it on

that pencil line make sure it's very secure

double it over just for a bit of extra strength then I'm just going to walk up

here put on my pencil line over there

and keep this nice and tight I've got my pencil line quite happy it's on my

pencil line there as well so if you pull it tight with your thumb okay so that's

the action pull it up pull it tight pull your pencil line and then just get one

chance at doing this so you pull and snap okay so that's going to be the line

that we're going to use for putting our first piece of wallpaper up. Right so we

get some get some lining paper cut get it pasted well let's get it on.

PromptSmart Teleprompter App - Now Available For Android and iOS - Duration: 4:52.

Now in this video, I'm going to show you how to use the PromptSmart Teleprompter,

which is really smart, because the scrolling of your teleprompter text is

activated by your voice. You talk it scrolls. You stop, the scrolling stops.

Very smart! This is Video #7 in my series of videos about teleprompters

and the third about Software Teleprompters. Hi, my name is Sue Ferreira,

creator of Wisdom To Wealth Mastery where I show you how to take all the wisdom

you have up here in your head, brain dump it, organize it and take your wisdom to

the world with video, because at the moment, if you're in business, video is your most

powerful marketing tool. Coming over now to my iPhone, I'm going to open up the

PromptSmart Pro app, and here it is up on my screen, from my iphone. All

teleprompters work pretty much the same way. They all have somewhere where

you can add a new script. There is a Script Library and there are app

Settings, where you can change the scroll rate, the size of the text and whether or

not to mirror text and the color of your text. This PromptSmart app is no

different, but what is cool about the PromptSmart app it is the only one that

I know of that is voice-activated. In other words, when you speak, it scrolls

and when you stop speaking, it stops scrolling, which is pretty neat feature.

Let's go first to "Add New" and you can import scripts from many locations. I use

Google Drive or Dropbox most frequently. If you wanted to import from Google

Drive, obviously you would go to your Google Drive, and if you wanted to import

from Dropbox, you would go to Dropbox. Importing a script is very simple in to

PromptSmart. Let's go now to the Script Library and as you can see, I have quite

a few scripts in here. I often joke that I use the Gettysburg quite a lot with my

clients, when I'm getting them used to being on video. If I click Gettysburg

Address, up comes the Gettysburg Address here, as

regular text. You can see at the bottom here, we have lots of alternatives.

We can edit the text - who would edit the words of Old Abe? I wouldn't presume to

do that! You can delete the script, if you wish to. You can send the script

anywhere. Coming into the settings here, we have a lot of options within PromptSmart.

We can change the text color, the background color, the font. We can change

font size, which is kind of cool. We can change the scroll settings. You can

either use Voice Track, which for me is the appeal of this app, but if you want

to, you can preset a scroll speed or even use a manual scroll. It's a very

versatile app and if we come down a little more, we'll see you

can "Mirror Text". You can remember script positions, put your timer on and have a

guide style and indicator. You can do just audio recording, video

recording with a whole load of front camera, back cameras. The

possibilities with this app are endless. I'm going to show you simply how it

works most of the time. I use prompt smart with a beam splitter teleprompter

so I mirror the text, but but let's go back now and I'm going to go to Controls

again. I'm going to unmute the text, so you can see we're going to come back

and I'm going to start Voice Track again. Now the text is not mirrored - "Four

score and seven years ago, our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new

nation conceived in Liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all

men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great Civil War, testing whether that nation or any

nation so conceived and so dedicated can long endure". You can see this is pretty

cool - when I talk, it scrolls. When I don't talk, it stops. I have had occasions where

PromptSmart freezes, which is a bit annoying, when you're in

full flow, but usually I just reset to the beginning. I go again and it works

perfectly the second time. If you liked this video, hit the Like button below and
