I haven't done a turnabout in a while so I'm going to try a turnabout here now, an

updated version and give you some tips and advice on how to do that

successfully in the driving test, So you have to do it competently so it should

be done smoothly with gentle acceleration or even no acceleration at

all depending on the hill - clutch control is one of your most important tools here

gentle clutch control, gentle braking so there's no jerky or abrupt stop and

good observation quick steering without dry steering, dry steering is when you're

steering when the car is stationary, so let's give it a go here now and you can

see me doing it here for real okay so the first thing to do is I'll go into

first gear now I'm gonna make sure I get a good full look around just checking

out the area seeing what it's like make sure there's no children or cyclists or

cars coming or anything like that so I'm in first gear, I'll indicate my intention to

pull out check around again to be sure bring the clutch up to get a little bite

gives me a bit of a take off handbrake down then give a check good quick

steers to the right no dry steering good full lock keep the old head moving and

looking down here just give me a better view of the kerb to see

where it lines up with side of the car so handbrake into reverse gear good

enthusiastic full look around get a little bite with the clutch

looking behind me good fast steers so checking behind and then 3 mirrors and the far

shoulder here to give myself good all-around observation I'm back close

but not too close to the kerb no need for handbrake here because I'm on a

slightly downhill but obviously I have to give a good full look around and it's

this last leg of observation which is really important because a lot of people forget

that in the test the one just before it finishes so good full look

around handbrake is down quick steers checking again and making it through then

in 3 and then I'm just gonna park up here on the left just bring her to a

nice gentle stop here and when securing the car its handbrake first then neutral

and then I'll cancel my signal and then you wait for further instructions from the tester so that's

how it's done it should be done quickly and efficiently. If the road is too small

you should take an extra turn to do the turnabout in then

there's no need to rush it and take a risk by doing it in 3 if you

need to take an extra turn that's fine it's not a race it's not how many turns it

takes it's more about good technique and good observation they're the important

things on the turnabout, Just to build on two points I was talking about there in

the turnabout you'll see here that it's very good to have a look

out through the right side window as you're coming towards the end of your

first leg of the forward part of the turnabout this will give you a rough

idea of where the kerb is and you'll see there that the kerb will come and

disappear underneath the side of the car so try be looking down in that direction

out your right side window just down the road and it'll give you an idea of where

the kerb is now it won't give you a scientific and precise measurement

but it'll give you more than an educated guess anyway and when you're reversing

as well it's very important that you don't look into one place reversing

like this you should make sure that you check your five points so your should be

looking behind you and also be checking in your 3 mirrors and then the right

shoulder as you get closer because the right shoulder the blind spot one here

is the best one to check as you get towards the end of your reverse because

again you have a better idea of where the kerb is and as the kerb disappears

under the side of the car okay so there are two tips with observation just to

help you line up the kerb because it is difficult sometimes if you're

inexperienced to get an exact judgement and to be confident where that kerb is.

Wisdom Bomb: What you have in common with Mother Therese and Jesus | Cole Bombino - Duration: 8:39.

and you and myself is just that they knew it in their bones.

not anymore what would Jesus do,

but what would Cole do at her truest self?

that come through in my meditations.

Now before I give you the truth download of the day

I wanna share a little bit of a back story

of what opened my field, my energy, my aura

to having this download that came through for me

in meditation the other day.

A few days ago I was with a dear friend

an amazing woman and she was describing

my field, which you can call my field my energy,

my aura, we all have it.

She was describing it to somebody

as having the sincere question constantly

of what would Jesus do?

Which if you know me it's so accurate.

I have a true desire to be this divine love for humanity.

To show up the way love would.

I've done a video on this before in the past.

I always am asking myself the question

what would love do?

So if love was a person,

what would love choose in this moment?

How would love react, respond, choose to move forward

in this situation?

I'm constantly asking myself that question,

and how she saw it in my field is this sincere question

of what would Jesus do?

And Mother Theresa is like that too.

Both Jesus and mother Theresa,

what they represent to me is unconditional love.

These humans did such an amazing job

at, or these individuals, I'll say,

did such an amazing job at loving humanity,

loving unconditionally, showing up in a state of love

at all times, so this comment about my field,

my energy, and how I show up, opened up

the possibility for the download

that I received a few days later

to come through in my meditation.

It was really beautiful to be seen by my friend in this way.

And a little extra note for you,

something you can start asking yourself every day

what would love do in this moment?

It's such a profound question that will completely change

your experience of life.

Back to my download.

So a couple days later, I got into a meditation

and that question started popping into my head,

that conversation that my friend was having

about what would Jesus do, what would love do,

how would Mother Theresa show up in this situation

came into my space.

And it opened up for me to have the download

that said I am a unique expression

of God's love for humanity.

I am a unique expression of God's love for humanity.

Now, give me a moment to expand

on what this means and what it meant

and the truth that came through in this moment.

So this isn't only true for me.

When a download comes through in my meditation

it's this knowing that it's a universal truth for all souls,

for all beings that exist.

So me having this download of I am a unique expression

of God's love for humanity

means that so is Jesus Christ, that's why Jesus

was so epic, because he knew that he was this expression

of love, and it was his duty to be fully expressed

in love and how what he had to give to humanity

at that time, Mother Theresa, also a unique

expression of God's love for humanity.

Her service, her way of showing up

was so unique to her that millions,

billions know her.

And you are a unique expression of God's love for humanity

and the only difference between Jesus and Mother Theresa

and you and myself is just that they knew it

in their bones, and in that meditation

that's how truth comes through for me.

It's not just a thought anymore.

It comes through as a knowing, every part of me knows this.

My energy, my spirit, my soul, my mind, my body,

it becomes fully integrated.

And so what this can open up for you

knowing that you are a unique expression

of God's love for humanity, is both you and I got

to start asking the questions.

I get to ask the question, not anymore what would Jesus do,

but what would Cole do at her truest self,

in there truest state of who I am,

what would I do?

At the truest state when you are in full alignment

with who you are, what would you do?

So what would Tracy do, what would Mike do?

What would Joe do, what would you do at your truest state?

Your most expanded self.

Because you are a unique expression

of God's love for humanity.

You are a gift to this planet.

You are a love note from God to humanity.

And only you can express love the way that your soul

is meant to be expressed in this lifetime,

on this planet, at this time.

You are a love letter.

You are a gift.

Only you can express love, freedom, peace,

whatever your soul is meant to express to humanity,

and the way you have to express it.

That is what we all are.

We are unique expressions of God's love for humanity.

We were created to be an expression of God,

spirit, universe, source.

To be an expression of what God, universe, source,

wants to give to humanity at this time,

wants to give to the universe at this time.

So my invitation to you

is to integrate this truth into your being.

So write this down, I am a unique expression

of God's love for humanity.

I am a unique expression of God's love for humanity.

And then ask yourself, what would I do

when I'm coming from my truest state of who I am?

When I'm coming from the truest expression

from my soul?

'cause you are a unique expression

of God's love for humanity.

And it's time that you share that expression

with the world.

You matter so much.

Meditate on this, let this resonate

through you to your bones.

Let this be a new truth that you take on as well.

Remember that you matter, you are infinite

and the world needs you.

So much love and light always, peace.

Piazza del Campo Siena Italy - Duration: 7:38.

Welcome to Siena!

And in the heart of Siena you will find Piazza del Campo where we are now with a

beautiful fountain gaya in the middle which is made out of white marble ah now

Siena was a rival to Florence during the 13th century and tried to bail the

bigger Cathedral and be a bigger influence unfortunately due to the

plague lack of money it never quite made it and eventually got taken over by

Florence and came under their jurisdiction shall I say but it's a

fascinating place to wander around there's an amazing unique plaza here

shell shaped as I can show you from the top of the tower which is 80 meters high

of just being up there beautiful views over the city of a lovely day but let me

show you a little bit around the Piazza the plaza and a little bit around Siena

kid bowling and his breakfast time again and I have always breakfast for me

so let's tuck in

but you know

mm-hmm now have arrived in son jimin do you

know no found my accommodation part the car parking is a premium remember me

visiting some of these smaller Italian towns right see all the places if you

got a car make you organize parking now I've booked a place that has parking but

the parking is not actually at the accommodation sort of round the corner

and through a gate so got the keys to go and pop the car and grab the bags walk

back to the accommodation because as you can see the streets are very narrow here

is nowhere to stop right here outside so a bit of chewing throwing to unload the

car we've got it and here's our accommodation I mean you take you in and

show you around so how much money outside just a little sign let's go my

hand got my keys I go straight upstairs to the room

when it's hot again today really awesome

looking forward to another screamer it's quite a few rooms it's looking cool

inside the building okay here we go into my room okay what could peek at the

bedroom look at that Wow on the entrance is the bathroom towels shower unit don't

beyond here is a toilet Anna belay at the end and I break into the shower

clean nice and cool in here as well just lovely it's a hot day outside but it's

cool in here so that's great then through into the bedroom we go nice big

brush double or king-sized brass bed wardrobe there is a desk that is a

heater on the wall we won't be using that and a core over there and a

television which I probably won't have time for either and you from the window

quite beautiful that's the town up there I'm very close to town that's the town

just at the top of the hill there so I just got to walk down that little road

and I enter the town that's nice so just outside the city walls but very close

and this is my room in sin gee imagine

Well, God of War's Kratos begs to disagree.

He literally killed the Sisters of Fate, rewove his destiny on their loom, and then murdered

his way through Mount Olympus itself.

In fact, his unceasing anger destroys not just Olympus, but the Greek world below: storms,

floods, and plagues wrack the hapless civilians without the gods' protection.

Meanwhile, Kratos himself is killed several times, only for his wrath to fuel a rampage

right out of Hades.

Kratos is unstoppable.

Sarah Kerrigan - StarCraft

On the surface, StarCraft's Sarah Kerrigan looks like your everyday elite military operative

fighting in an interstellar conflict.

And that's because she was, until, of course, the alien Zerg decided to convert her into

one of their own, transforming her into the Queen of Blades.

With augmented psychic abilities, carapace armor, and, for whatever reason, built-in

high-heels, Kerrigan became the key weapon in the Zerg arsenal.

So she's a highly-trained human military operative, and a top-tier psychic, an ace Zerg combatant,

and the ruler of an ever-larger slice of the entire Zerg swarm.

And still, she had further to rise.

At the end of StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void, Kerrigan ascends to yet another stage

of existence: she becomes a xel'naga, a kind of ascended creature of pure energy.

Even stronger than before, she sets out to defeat the most ancient and powerful creature

in all the universe.

And she does.

Which makes Kerrigan literally the most powerful single being, anywhere, ever.

Elizabeth - Bioshock Infinite

The protagonist of Bioshock Infinite, Booker DeWitt, spends nearly the entire game shepherding

young Elizabeth through the floating city of Columbia.

Fortunately, thanks to some finely-tuned AI, Elizabeth is never a burden: she hides from

enemy fire and even tosses Booker items and ammo she finds around the map.

Oh, and she can cut holes through reality.

So that's nice.

Elizabeth harbors a unique ability to tear through the thin veils separating parallel

universes.

In narrative terms, this means she can rewrite history, travel through time, and even access

alternate planes of reality.

That makes Elizabeth way more than your standard damsel in distress.

Rather, she's the most powerful character in the game, vastly more capable than even

Booker himself.

Don't like her?

Don't worry: there are other versions of her out there.

Infinite, in fact.

The Dragonborn - Skyrim

In Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, you start off as a prisoner, convicted of…

well, some crime.

And, now, you're going to get your head chopped off.

You're in rags, you have no special abilities to speak of, and you can't even overpower

the basic guards that escort you.

And you're about to die.

And then, well …

Turns out, you, gentle ex-con, are the key to defeating these winged bastards, for you

are the Dragonborn, blessed with the ability to kill any dragon and end their blight upon

the land.

Where most "chosen one" archetypes are more about having heart, courage, steely determination,

here you're literally blessed with the ability to absorb freaking dragon souls.

That's pretty over-powered for a simple criminal.

Which, of course, is the game's entire point: to give you the feeling of growing into a

hero of your own making.

Mario

When your sink springs a leak at 1 a.m., any plumber willing to lend a hand is a hero.

That said, no plumber has rescued as many princesses from dinosaurs as a certain Italian

dreamt up by Japanese developers.

For someone with no combat training, no superpowers, except the ones that mushrooms and flowers

give him, and with presumably a leak to fix somewhere, this is an extraordinary accomplishment,

far beyond what's normally requested of a plumber.

Maybe that's the true moral of Mario: if even he can be such an over-powered paragon of

good, then there's gotta be hope for us schmucks yet!

5 Scary and Mythical Creatures. Part 2 - Duration: 3:19.

5 Scary and Mythical Creatures.

Part 2.

Our world is full of folklore about legendary, mythical and supernaturally dangerous creatures

lurking around the corners waiting to grab their prays.

Some of these are inspired by living animals and fossils found through excavation projects.

This is the second episode about five mythical creatures that will leave you wondering or

even scared to even visit such places in life.

Let's begin.

Number one.

Inkanyamba

This legendary creature is another myth from the south African lore.

The serpent is said to be living in a waterfall lake area in the northern forests close to

Pietermaritzburg.

The Zulu tribes in the region believe it to be a much larger serpent with a head that

looks like a horse.

This mythical creature is considered to be very active in the summer period, and it is

believed that the Inkanyamba's anger causes the seasonal storms to be brutal.

Number two.

Teke Teke

This mythical creature comes from the lore of Japan about a ghost of a girl who met with

a train accident that caused her body to be separated.

She drags her self around seeking to dismember others with a scythe.

She is known as one of the most violent creatures described in folklore.

According to the legend, A young schoolboy was a victim at an all-boys school where she

stood by the window to get him attracted.

Suddenly she jumped out of the window and revealed her true self.

Frightened schoolboy lost his life, and his body met the same fate as "Teke Teke."

Number three.

Gashadokuro

They are the spirits that take the form of giant skeletons that are more than fifteen

times larger than an average human being.

It is believed that these creatures are made out of those who died of starvation in battle

or without being properly buried after death.

According to the legend, they are known to devour on travelers heads.

Yet again another violent, mythical creature from the folklore passed down.

Number four.

Gargoyle

According to a legend, one story goes as saint Romanus subduing this creature with a crucifix

or capturing it with the help of others who volunteered.

After this scenario, the monster is then burned, but due to it self-being tempered by its breath

of fire, its head and neck couldn't be burned down.

The head was then mounted on the walls of the newly built church to scare off evil spirits

as was also used as a protection.

Number five.

Wendigo

The legend provides its name to the controversial modern medical term Wendigo psychosis, described

by psychiatrists as a culture-bound syndrome with symptoms such as an intense craving for

human flesh and fear of becoming a cannibal.

This situation occurs after they become too starving to avoid eating human flesh of fellow

survivors that drive them into madness.

They are known to be supernaturally strong and are able to hear things so well.

This concludes the part 2 for scary and mythical creatures in the series.

looking for a tasty hot snack well it

just so happens that your microwave can

help you out all you have to do is take

half a teaspoon of vegetable oil and

pour it on a plate and add a cup of nuts

put the plate in your microwave for 1

minute intervals and stir the nuts in

between continue this for three to eight

minutes

number 15 steamed vegetables love

steamed vegetables as much as I do

well according to eating well it might

be better to microwave your vegetables

to steam them then use your stove the

reason is that the hotter you cook them

the more nutrients they lose their

microwave will help cook the vegetables

quicker so fewer nutrients are lost

number 14 cook bacon is your stove

occupied and you're really craving some

bacon not to worry your microwave can do

the job all you need is a microwave safe

dish with a few paper towels add some

bacon to the paper towel and then cover

it with more paper towel and cook in 2

minute intervals until it's crispy

according to eating well tried any of

these microwave hacks yet keep watching

cook fish ever tried cooking steak in

the microwave I have it's almost

impossible to chew but take fish and

cook it in the microwave and it'll taste

perfect eating well states that all you

need to do is wrap your fish in safe

plastic with the seasoning of your

choice cook it for two minutes on high

number 12 softening brown sugar

according to real simple if you have

brown sugar that needs to be softened

all you need to do is keep it in its

plastic package and add a few drops of

water then cook it on medium for 10 to

20 seconds

number 11 re crisp potato chips one pet

peeve I hate is when someone leaves a

bag of potato chips open they become

stale and are no longer crispy but if

you put the potato chips on a paper

towel and heat them up quickly in your

microwave

they will crisp right up number 10

roasting garlic according to real simple

it takes about 45 minutes to roast

garlic in the oven but for the microwave

it only takes 8 minutes all you need to

do is slice the top of the head to

reveal the cloves place the head in a

small dish with salt and pepper and put

2 tablespoons of olive oil on it and 2

tablespoons of water at the bottom of

the bowl cover it with plastic wrap and

cook it in the microwave on medium for

about 8 minutes

number 9 prevent microwave splatter when

it comes to the microwave there is

nothing worse than having something

explode and make a mess inside of it to

avoid this pierce the skin of the food

that you are warming up before you put

it in the microwave this will allow the

seam to escape the food number 8 getting

more juice from lemons real simple

explains that if you take a bowl of

lemons and heat it up in the microwave

on medium for 20 seconds you will be

able to squeeze more juice out of them

to dry some herbs place them on a paper

plate or paper towel and heat them for

if you do this for two to four minutes

bring back stale bread I've mentioned

how you can bring back stale chips now

I'm saying you can also do the same with

bread place bread on a damp paper towel

and put it in the microwave and heat it

on high for 10 seconds

number 5 soak beans quicker some recipes

require you to soak beans and lentils

overnight depending on how busy you are

you may not have time for that so all

you have to do is place them in a bowl

with a pinch of baking soda and add

water to them put the bowl in the

microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes and

then take it out and let it stand for 40

number-four peeled tomatoes and peaches

peeling a tomato or a peach can be

annoying but thanks to your microwave it

no longer has to be put it on a paper

towel or plate and microwave it for 3

seconds on medium then let it sit for 2

minutes you should be able to slip the

peel right off after number three give

your plants a boost according to the

Colorado State University horticulturist

Laura pod or you can sterilize your soil

from growing seeds by microwaving at

first she suggests filling plastic

containers with a thin layer of soil

before heating it up in the microwave

for 90 seconds per kilogram disinfect

can use your microwave to disinfect it

so it can be reused microwave it for 2

quicker way to scramble eggs is to beat

the eggs and pour them into a mug

along with milk salt pepper and cheese

heat it up for 45 seconds on medium in

the microwave and then take out the mug

and stir once you're finished stirring

it put it back in the microwave for

another 45 seconds now that you know all

the cool things that your microwave can

do it's time to find out what other

kitchen products there are out there

that can do some pretty useful things

number one a wooden spoon did you know

that placing a wooden spoon across

boiling water will keep it from spilling

over the reason for this is because when

something that is unable to absorb water

in this case a spoon touches the surface

of a bubble the bubble subsides this

means that when a dry spoon is placed on

top of a hot pot and touches the bubbles

the water will retreat if a bubble

touches something with a temperature

that is below a hundred degrees Celsius

the foam will retreat the more you know

number two apple slicer if you're

thinking of making french fries out of

potatoes but don't really want to spend

boatloads of time cutting the potatoes

just use an apple slicer all you have to

do is slip the potato through the apple

slicer and voila you've got slices of

potatoes that are the perfect size for

french fries number three make a grilled

cheese with your toaster to make a quick

and easy grilled cheese turn your

toaster around on its side and put in

two slices of bread with cheese on them

start the toaster and when you think

it's ready take the pieces of bread out

try not to wait until it pops otherwise

your grilled cheese will go flying

across your kitchen and make a mess easy

right number four pepper grinder

use your pepper grinder to create

sprinkles for cake ice cream and more

just add in snacks like Oreos without

the cream of course

and grind them up and use sprinkles for

treats you can also grind up snacks like

Doritos to use us tasty toppings for a

meal or snack the options are endless if

you're eating leftovers or you're just

too lazy to turn on the stove and cook

something you'll use your microwave to

cook your delicious meal right but you

probably didn't know that your microwave

can be used for other things besides

eating up meals so if you want to make

your life easier and enjoy some of your

How To Photograph a Water Drop - Duration: 4:39.

hello this quick dive is about how I photograph water drops before I get

started I just want to thank Elise she asked this question in the macro

chat live show number six so let's get to it so here's my setup I have a flash

here and I don't have the bottom part of it that can just sit it's it's such an

old flash that I just made my own little rig put it in a box and some rice to

hold it and because I'm a canon to fire this off the camera I have this

mechanism here and it will pop I'll just share with you or real quick I wont do a

water drop but I'll just share with you how it pops now I'm just using water at

the moment I have this backdrop and it's just a three reminder one thing I do

want you to know is that when you're using flash the light will bounce off

very quickly so this backdrop is right as you can tell next to the water drops

if you were to have it that far then it would just be totally dark you really do

need to get the water as if it was one of those infinity pools that you leveled

the water all the way to the top and then have your camera shooting straight

into it now Elise had shot it up here and was hand-holding and that's really

difficult to do to tell you the truth is just to get it handhold on top of a

macro which is really close now she's very good at that but it's just so much

easier to set your camera say on a tripod or some boxes to level it up or

like I have here say a rice bag or something something that can stabilize

your camera because I'm hand-holding this the other shot that you'll see I

actually had it on this bar right here but I just think for me it's easier to

just handhold and let it drip in the middle of the

water and take my shots with that the most important thing for you to do

though is to make sure that you're in focus and some people use pencils and

pens and all that kind of stuff and I just take things around the house and

use whatever I can so I had these radishes cut up they float but what

happens is if I could put it in the middle of the water you can see here and

it kind of stabilizes me just to be straight and then I go to the camera and

focus to make sure that it's in the middle so when I'm dropping the water

drops I make sure that the water drops are in the middle and everything is

focused so it was just an easy way for me to focus and I'm just using one flash

right now because my light is the light source here is the window I do have this

just in case my light is really low because you need good light and you need

a flash to stop the motion so you can see down here it's gonna aim in the

middle and I'm gonna go up as high as I want I'm going to let a couple drops go

just to make sure I'm in the middle and after a while you'll just get it those

water drops that you see that look like a mushroom that are really pretty those

are the ones that have a water drop and then a quick water drop that will hit

the first one and you have to be really good at hand-holding or get this

mechanism to get that really cool look from those water drops but this is a

great way to start off your basic setup if you don't have enough light then

again you're going to have to add more light for your exposure but you do need

some type of flash something to stop the motion of the water drop otherwise it

just looks like a mush okay I hope you have some fun with the water drops if

Ian Wright tells Arsenal fan "shut up you c..." over Emery rant - Duration: 2:41.

 Ian Wright has hit back at an Arsenal fan over his rant about Unai Emery.   The Gunners supporter called in BBC Radio 5 live on Sunday following Arsenal's 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace

 The draw continued Arsenal's unbeaten record to an impressive 12 matches but that is not enough for some people

 "I'm not noticing anything different from when we had Arsene Wenger. He's not the manager I wanted

I wanted Eddie Howe or Sean Dyche," the fan ranted.  "I still think that back four is a bit shaky

I don't think we replaced Mertesacker in the summer.  "I'm not going to say Mertesacker is the best defender in the world, but I am saying he had his similarities with Tony Adams

 "That back four is still making the same mistakes. They had all summer, he should have organised that back four and bought a defender

 "I'm not getting carried away. I'm not Emery in but I'm not Emery out."   Arsenal legend Wright responded at the time with "FFS" alongside an eye-rolling emoji

 And despite having a few days to stew over the comments, he refused to let it go

  "Looking at this again. Where's that "shut up you c. gif," he posted on Twitter on Wednesday night
