Waching daily Dec 2 2018

Hi everybody, I am here in Indonesia, travelling around Bali, Lombok and Flores

In this video i want to show its wonderful nature

Let's go!

We landed in Bali international airport

Since the first moment you can feel the mystic atmosphere

Bali is an island that still preserves ancient traditions

and the Hindu religion attracts the western tourists

After we changed our money to indonesian rupiah

we took a minivan to go to Ubud

Ubud is definitely the cultural capital of Bali

in the middle of rice terraces and tropical forests

you can discover many impressive Hindu temple

like Tirta Empul where you can experience the purification ritual in the holy waters

I highly recommend renting a scooter to drive around where all you see is entertaining

including the balinese houses that look like temples

In Ubud we didn't miss Tegalalang terraces

where we walked under the burning sun in those breathtaking trails

The street that leads to the terraces is very interesting

because of the plenty handycraftmen creating various pieces of art

like sculptures and interior details

BE CAREFUL! because Ubud is dangerous for its local street gangs..

MONKEYS!

In the middle of Ubud there is a forest with 700 macaques

a cult place for balinese hindu religion

here you can walk and admire the funny daily life of monkeys

watching them having spa days, enjoying time together and fighting until blood

Often tourists feed them bananas to interact with them

even if sometime the situation can get "hot"

The part of the city around the forest is invaded by monkeys

who are having fun disturbing houses and hotels nearby

or even attacking tourists for stealing the food

like this chinese couple that happily walking in the street with a plastic bag full of souvenirs

or at least it was full...

Another amazing experience is doing rafting in a tropical river

an adventure between waterfalls and various reptiles

the surrounding nature is incredible

Bali is also famous for the Luwak coffee

the beans are fine because they are selected, eaten and defecated from this little animal

in Ubud you can make a coffee degustation in one of the plantations

Another thing that i liked a lot in Bali is the food

It's really fun learning balinese recipes attending a cooking class..

in the morning you go to buy the main products in the farmers market

and later on locals teach you how to cook traditional balinese dishes

we also learned the religious meaning of the balinese flowers that are literally everywhere

There are many restaurants with cuisine for everyone's preferences

visiting Ubud market is a must cause they are very specific

After Ubud we headed to Seminyak, a turistic location on the coast

here we fully enjoyed the beach life

the beach is wide, it is perfect for relaxing and doing various activities

it's a windy zone so ideal to avoid the tropical heat

The sea is rough so perfect to learn surfing

Not far from Seminyak there is a quieter beach village

Canggu

it's a top destination for a relaxing hippy atmosphere lovers

We have also been for a day trip to the Uluwatu temple

It's a beautiful temple complex situated on a cliff

not far there is also the beach where movie "Eat Pray Love" was filmed

From Bali we took a ferry to go to Nusa Lembongan

a wild and uncontaminated island

with plenty empty beaches and crystal blue waters

In the northeast part of the island you can explore mangrove forest with a cayak

In the Ovest side there are places in which you can admire the immense power of the ocean

From Nusa Lembongan i suggest a day trip to the near Nusa Penida

Another wild island expolorable with the scooter

with particular mountain formations

here there is a breathtaking view of the cliff with t rex shape

We left Nusa Lembongan and headed to the Gili Islands

a little island where there are no cars or scooter

the most used mean of transport is the bicycle

It's an island focused on parties

perfect place for chill all the day at the beach

In the Northeast part of the island there is a piece of coast

where you can swim between many fishes

and the sea turtles which come close to the coast to eat seaweeds

I ve already seen those amazing animals in the philippines but they were deeper in the sea

so the experience to swim with them so close was wonderful

From the Gili Islands is possible to go in day excursions with the boat

for diving or snorkeling

where in addition to swim between colorful fishes you can also see the underwater statues

From Gili we decided to take a crazy adventure:

4 days in a boat from questionable security measures

the final goal was to reach Komodo by sea with an indonesian boat

sleeping on the ground with the other guys,

"washing" ourself in the sea

and eating on the waves

the sea was really rough and sometime it seemed the boat could sink

but everything was worth

because we met 28 guys like us with who we have shared this experience

enjoying some little break in desert white sand beaches,

doing amazing snorkeling

and especially enjoying the time on the boat with some song and cold beer

One of our stop was in Gili Lawa

one of the most wonderful places that i have ever seen in my life

the view are definitely unique

We have also been in many white beaches

swimming between corals, manta rai and colorful fishes

The last day of boat trip we have visited Komodo

an island which is famous for the varan that live there

Those reptiles are fearful predators and it said are the last dinosaur on earth

Indonesia is a land that offer a lot of natural beauties

i would like to come back to enjoy other amazing places that i didn't have occasion to visit

like Raja Ampat

and Sulawesi

I hope you liked the video,

for any info don't hesitate to contact me on Facebook or with a comment down below

Subscribe the channel because i have intention to make new video that can be ineresting :D

Congress Made Unpaid Interns Sign Non Disclosure Agreements To Keep Them Quiet - Duration: 2:37.

Unpaid interns in congress have been forced to sign non-disclosure agreements before taking

their jobs, as a way to prevent any of them from talking about the harassment or abuse

that they might suffer at the hands of elected leaders.

Now, can you imagine?

A young intern comes in, this is put in front of them.

"So, you know Mary, before you go to work here, you've got to sign this."

And Mary's going to sign whatever has to be signed.

Most of these kids are unpaid.

They're unpaid.

They're volunteering.

Right.

They're unpaid volunteers, they're working as interns.

They think that's somehow going to help their career down the road.

It might, I don't know.

But they sign this release.

Tell us about the release they sign.

Well, the release pretty much says you can't disclose anything of what you see or hear.

Now, are there some real reasons why they might have non-disclosures?

Sure, but there should be carve outs, for their discrimination, for abuse, for harassment,

whatever it is, there should be some carve outs.

That's what was interesting, where the offices that confirmed that interns had to sign and

they got copies of the NDAs, the non-disclosure agreements, the non-disclosure agreements

had no exceptions.

At the end, to report abuse or discrimination, it's all covered up, it's all secret.

Right, okay.

It's worse than that though, Peter.

When you read these NDAs, they read ... As a matter of fact, one comes ... It's both

sides of the aisle, Republicans, Democrats, they make them sign this ridiculous paper.

But it doesn't just go to issues about what are you hearing, what are the congress-

It's something sensitive.

Yeah, sensitive stuff, of course.

But some of these NDAs go as far as saying you can't even report if another employee

sexually abuses you, harasses you, steals, commits murder, you can't even report on that

other employee.

Now the problem is, these kids that are working this, their thinking, "My God, I'm going to

be sued if I do this."

Right.

Worse yet, I have to, at some point, use this as a job ... I'm going to be applying for

jobs, I'd like to be able to put this down and say, "You know, I did a good job."

But they're worried about the fact that that congresswoman or congressman that they worked

for is going to use this and really pull the trigger on this.

But when you get down to saying it's not just about the Congressman, it's also about people

who work there with the congresspeople.

Just other employees.

Right.

It seems like a big stretch.

They probably ought to reconsider doing this.

Dear elites: Did you learn your lesson? | Anand Giridharadas - Duration: 3:00.

One of the things that happened in recent years was that as globalization – which

is kind of a catch-all term for what was happening in terms of increased economic interdependence,

growing trade, technology, technological penetration of many industries and automation and all

those things – and everything the internet did was that because all of those things integration

of the world, countries coming closer together, technology, the internet.

Because all those things have a nice ring to them, a kind of moral glow, the people

who were ardent champions of globalization always spoke of globalization as though it

were not just an ideology or a process but kind of truth and light.

And that anybody who along the way whether in the steel towns of eastern Ohio or in large

swathes of this country where this kind of revolution actually meant much choppier employment

and precarious wages.

Or in large swathes of the world where the increasing pace of life meant that yes, you

might make a lot of money, but then industries would kind of vanish as fast as they came.

Anybody complaining about what globalization was doing to them was richsplained by these

defenders of globalization that you're being provincial.

What, do you not like the coming together of nations?

Are you against the peoples of the world connecting?

Are you against technology and the empowerment?

You don't want people to be empowered?

And there was this way in which anybody who was raising alarm bells over the 30-40 year

period that I'm talking about here was cast as being narrow-minded, provincial and small-hearted.

And I think that is one of the reasons our antennae in the elite citadels of American

life failed to detect so many incoming transmissions about the modern world actually not working

for most people.

And perhaps failed to detect some of the shift that led on the left to Bernie Sanders winning

as much as he did despite all the obstacles for him as a candidate.

And Donald Trump successfully winning because I think we didn't really understand how much

people meant it when they were telling us all along that the New World wasn't working

for them and it didn't matter how morally superior the high tech interdependent world,

you know, it didn't appear how much, how people thought it was.

'You can't always lean in, because sometimes that doesn't work': Michelle Obama - Duration: 5:22.

'You can't always lean in, because sometimes that doesn't work': Michelle Obama said to NYC audience

Former First Lady Michelle Obama caused a stir during her arena book tour on Saturday when she said that marriage inequality can't be solved by women 'leaning in' because 'that s*** doesn't work all the time.

Obama made the comment during her appearance Saturday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, where a large crowd of thousands came to see her promotional appearance for her memoir, Becoming.

The former First Lady was commenting about whether women can experience equality in both their marriage and the workplace - 'that whole "so you can have it all"', as she referred to it. 'Nope, not at the same time,' Obama said.

And it's not always enough to lean in, because that s*** doesn't work all the time.'. 'Lean in' is the phrase that was made popular by Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg.

Sandberg's book, Lean In, was a 2013 best-seller whose aim was to empower women in the workplace. The book ignited a cultural discussion about challenges faced by women in the business world, including pay disparity and discrimination.

Michelle Obama's use of the four-letter word 's***' sent the crowd into a frenzy at Barclays Center, according to social media. 'THE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE IN BARCLAYS JUST LOST OUR COLLECTIVE S***' tweeted Jeanna Kadlec.

A Twitter user named Megan tweeted: 'Despite waiting in the rain for an hour to get into the Barclays Center, I was just in the same room as Michelle Obama and she accidentally said "s***" and it was amazing and my life has been forever changed.

Erin Strecker tweeted: 'At Barclays tonight, Michelle Obama said: "It's not enough to Lean In because that s*** doesn't always work!" Tattoo it on my body!'.

Kevin Flynn tweeted: 'Tonight at the Barclays Center Michelle Obama accidentally said "s***" in front of thousands of people and it ruled. The former First Lady's memoir has become the most sold book this year, according to CNN.

As of December 1, Becoming, which hit the market just two weeks ago, has sold more than 1. 1 million hardcover copies.

Its sales have outpaced those of the top two political books this year - Michael Wolff's Fire and Fury and Bob Woodward's Fear.

The second most popular book in terms of hardcover sales this year is Magnolia Table, a cookbook by TV star Joanna Gaines.

When factoring in e-book and audio, Becoming has sold a total of more than 2 million copies in the United States and Canada since its November 13 release, according to the book's publisher, Random House.

The hardcover edition of Becoming is now in its sixth printing - meaning the publisher has had to order more copies so as to keep up with demand.

After the current printing, there will be 3.4 million copies of the book in print in the U.S. and Canada, according to Random House.

Becoming is also number one on the best-seller lists in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and other countries.

Michelle and former President Barack Obama each have been working on memoirs this year, for which they negotiated a $65million dollar deal with Crown Publishing Group/Penguin Random House. His book is expected in 2019.

Would You Eat This Purple Burger? || Fork Yeah: Tamà - Duration: 5:11.

- Sisig Burger, Sisig Burger, Sisig Burger. Cut.

We're here to try their Sisig burch, burcher?

We're here for their Sisig burj, burjer!

Why do I keep saying burjer?

Sisig birth.

How come I can't say burger today.

One burjer please!

(upbeat music)

Hey it's Lee Kalpakis from Thrillist.

Today we are in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, to check out Tamà,

a Filipino spot that is known for its Sisig Burger.

It's piled high with pork, a fried egg, chili sauce,

and it's all served on an ube bun, so it

is bright purple.

And I've had my fair share of ube desserts, but I've

never had an ube bun for my burger.

I'm very excited, let's check it out.

- Sisig is a Filipino specialty.

It's made from pig parts,

you got the kidneys in there,

you got the snout, you got the head, the ears.

Some of the pig neck cuts into it.

We chop it down, throw some jalapenos into it,

onions, soy sauce, and traditionally it's served

in a sizzling platter, but here, that's where the idea

of making it into a burger comes in.

We decided to make sisig into a burger just because

we want the people to relate more into Filipino food

in the way that they recognize what it is.

So we decided to make it the ube buns so that it

adds more flair into the traditional burger.

When you look at it, oh wow, it's purple!

Because it's very traditional for Filipino cuisines,

putting it into a bun makes it kinda like a signature

onto it, rather than just plain bun.

(upbeat music)

- OK guys, here it is, the Sisig Burger.

First of all, look at the beautiful colors of this thing.

I almost don't want to eat it, it's so perfect with

the bright purple bun, and the gorgeous egg yolk,

but let's dive right into it.

OK, here we go.

That is incredible!

Totally different than any other burger I've had before.

The sisig is really, really,

really crispy on the outside because they

drop it into the fryer right before they serve it.

But then the inside is so moist and juicy and flavorful.

The two different textures are unbelievable, and then the

sisig is perfectly seasoned, it's just a really nice comfort

food, it's rainy outside, it's cold, I'm inside, I'm cozy.

I wouldn't want to be eating anything else right now.

The egg yolk, as soon as it breaks, it's all rich and velvety

and it just gets into every little nook and cranny

of the burger and completely ties everything together with

its creaminess.

And then also, the outside of the egg

is really, really crispy and lacy,

which I love!

So the egg is offering this really nice, like, rich yolk,

but also a nice crispy crunch and a different texture.

OK, I'm gonna try it again.

So as I get deeper and deeper, I'm getting more

and more layers.

That chili aioli is the perfect level of spiciness

and the garlic is really prominent in it also.

And then I'm getting some of the sautéed cabbage

that's on the bottom and that's a really nice crunch.

I don't know, I feel like a lot of people always like

sleep on cabbage, but it's one of the best vegetables ever

and when it's sautéed it adds this really nice smoky,

almost sweet element that's so awesome.

This is fantastic.

The bun is awesome, it's got this really nice, squishy quality

which I love.

I usually love a classic, like, potato roll, and this

is like that, but on steroids.

It's like bigger and fluffier and chewier, and the

inside is grilled so that everything that's going on inside

of the burger isn't getting really like sopped up into it.

It keeps the integrity of all the layers and nothing

really gets soggy.

I feel like I want all my burgers on ube buns now.

(siren)

Hi.

I'm just a criminal.

(upbeat music)

All right guys, well that's all the time we have today

How to make fat balls to feed your garden birds - Duration: 4:16.

are you thinking of feeding your garden Birds this winter I'm Julie from Julie

Davies flower workshops and #FlowerStart the online flower arranging classes I've

been making fat balls and using orange skins as a tiny little basket to hold

them in he fancy doing that come with me and let's get started so for this

project you're going to need an orange and I've cut this one in half some

cooking fat I've got white vegetarian cooking fat and a mix of porridge oats

dried fruit scraps of tree cheese bread crumbs peanuts bird food so all sorts of

things you've probably got lying around at home the first job is to slice open

your orange cut that in half and then go around the edge with a knife and then

with a spoon take out the flesh and you can eat that later having got rid of the

flesh inside the orange I take a skewer or a sharp knife and make a hole I've

already got one hole here cross the other side and then holes going the

other way as well so four holes so I can add in some string so I can hang that up

so I've got two pieces of string here and I'll guide it through the hole so if

I hold it over the hole and then use the skewer to poke it through

and the same on the other side take a skewer across the hole and poke the

string in

and then tie that off in a knot

and just to be really secure take the other set of string do the other pair of

holes they hold string over the hole

push the string through with a skewer and tie off with a double knot on both

sides there you have a little orange basket with string where you can hang

that over a tree over a branch the next thing to do is to fill up that little

hole there so this is the bowl where I've mixed my softened vegetable fat and

porridge oats and dried fruits bits of cheese leftover from grated cheese and

bread crumbs it's a little bit of birdseed in there as well and take

hand-sized piece mold it in your hands it's like a lovely snowball and push it

down firmly into that orange casing and there you have a lovely decorative and

functional bird feeder so I do hope you enjoyed that video of how to make really

decorative but very useful fat balls to see your garden birds through the harsh

winter months if you've enjoyed the video do give a thumbs up and don't

forget to leave me a comment in the box below and let me know how you get on if

you decide to tackle this project and I'll see you another time

Why Are You Not Filthy Rich?! - Duration: 2:36.

So why are you not filthy rich?

Why don't you have millions?

Why don't you have the money you want to have?

The books are there, the courses are there, the techniques are there, it's all on the

internet, but somehow, you don't have what you want.

Well basically, it's because you don't believe you deserve it.

You don't believe you're worth the money.

Let me ask you a few questions.

How much money do you think you deserve?

How much money do you think you deserve to have in your bank account?

Why do you love not making money?

Why do you love failing at your goals?

Why do you love staying in your comfort zone?

Why do you love being stuck?

What would happen if you'd make more money?

Would you be afraid for the consequences?

Would you be afraid to get out of your comfort zone?

Would you rather self-sabotage and stay where you are, thinking you need to watch more courses,

read more books, because one day you'll be ready.

One day, one day in the future this dream will be a reality, but now, now I need to

work.

You're addicted to it, to the feeling of working.

It's part of your identity.

You're the hard-working guy, the hard-working girl, and you believe you only deserve money

when you put in a lot of effort.

For you, that's the equation.

A lot of money means a lot of struggle, a lot of hard work.

But what if I would tell you you can get a lot of money very easily right now.

How would you feel?

How would you react?

What comes up, what are you thinking about?

Oh my god, what do I need to do now?

Who am I now, what's my identity?

What do people want from me?

Oh my god, I'm stressed out.

I'd rather read another book and postpone a bit.

What comes up?

So, you either break through your ceiling of success or you let go of this identity

if you want to make a lot of money.

But right now, you like the journey so much.

You like the journey of working so much, the dream that you can keep up, that in the future

you'll be this guy.

The emotions you get from this dream, it's so addictive to you that you self-sabotage.

So, how do you become filthy rich?

You need to believe you're worth it, but right now, it's probably outside what you think

you deserve.

Thanks for watching.

And I'm going to show you all the different objects that

are available to you to add to a Tableau dashboard.

So over here in Tableau Desktop, you'll

see that the only thing in common between the Authoring

interface and the Dashboarding interface

is this top navigation.

Almost everything else is just a little bit different.

It's still drag and drop, just like the Authoring interface.

But all the components are a little bit different.

So I'm going to start by just kind of giving you

a rundown from top to bottom of all the different features

How to push back when challenged at work - Duration: 6:30.

When we are being faced with difficult situations at work I believe anyone

appreciates help but what happens when this help is simply not helpful. How do

we push back in a professional way when we are being challenged. Hi Everyone this

is Zuzana from cozy coachzuzana.com and in this week's video I wanted to give you practical

tips on what to say when someone is challenging you and suggesting something

that's simply not helpful at all. Let's look at quite common work scenario you

extremely good at your job you know what you're doing and what you're talking about

and you're simply facing a difficult situation. You thought about solutions

for many times and you came up with something but for one reason or the

other either your colleagues or your superiors

they might not be aligned with the solution you came out with so what

happens is that you are going to go to perhaps to a meeting and there will be

someone, who is perhaps less experienced than you are, going to give you a

suggestion and you know it just simply won't work

so now even thinking about that makes my blood pressure slightly rise and you

might be thinking about you know why would they're wasting my time. I don't

agree with this like this this simply won't work. So what I'm about to say

might not be very much what you like to hear but if you want to appear credible,

the first thing you need to do is you have to listen. You have to come to

meeting with an open mind. You have to give it a person a chance to explain

what they have to say so just listen and ask clarifying questions. Especially if that

person is not as experienced as you are in the topic of the discussion.

Remember you want to do it in a calm manner and I know it will be hard because I

would be boiling inside myself but you need to do this and also another thing

that you need to do. You need to actually appear like you're interested even though

it perhaps are not but you just try and appear that you're genuinely interested

in the solution the person has to offer because you know what maybe that

solution will be actually you know something to think about and again I

want to emphasize you have to come to the meeting with an open mind and this

will only drive you further and you can even be surprised. And now to the juicy

part. What do you actually say when you are being challenged. First thing that

you need to remember is you have to approach your situation from a positive

angle. You have to say what the situation did do as opposed to what it

did not do. Instead of saying this has never worked you can say This has proven

to work with challenges and then explain what the challenges were or you can say

This has proven to deliver inconsistent results and then explain your point of

view and story about how it actually happened. I get that you might just be

thinking this is a waste of your time and I hear you hoping there's so many

times before you have no idea. I totally feel your pain but trust me

this is the right approach to take, especially if you want to appear credible

and if you ever want to progress in your career and become senior. How to

communicate if you feel like something is a waste of your time and you don't

appreciate your time being wasted. Well instead of saying "I don't want to

How to BLOCK GDPR Cookie Pop-Ups while WEB BROWSING on Any ANDROID DEVICE! - Duration: 1:33.

What's up everyone my name is Ben and today I'll be showing you guys how you can disable

those annoying GDPR Cookie pop-ups, that you get when you're browsing the web on any Android

device.

Now these annoying pop-ups happen all the time on many many websites and if you have

never visited that website before, you will once again get the pop-up and fortunately

for all of us it's really easy to fix.

What you want to do is go into the Google Play Store, download the Opera browser, which

is essentially the same exact version of Chrome, just with a little small redesign, then once

you have downloaded that, open up the Opera browser, go into settings and enable ad blocking,

once you have enabled ad blocking, go into the settings of the ad blocking and click

prevent Cookie pop-ups, enable that and also click, if you want to keep everything working

okay, click automatically accept cookie consent, after you click all those three steps and

after you complete all those three steps, you will never again see a GDPR consent cookie

pop up and you will be free to browse any web page, without getting those annoying pop-ups

that happen all the time.

So hopefully guys enjoyed this video, if this video helped you out in any way, please let

me know in the comments below and drop this video a like, share this video with your friends

and I'll see you all next time.

Task and appointment management - English - Duration: 2:33.

We start with the task function first.

Tasks require a title, a responsible consultant and a task date.

Furthermore, the task can be added to a directory as well as task can be explained in more detail

or made visible to the client.

Tasks can be linked to multiple consultants.

A task therefore appears, when due, on the signal list of the respective user.

The specified priority of the respective task is clearly recognizable in the task list by

a color-coded icon.

We now switch to the appointment overview.

First, we select a category for the appointment.

In the settings for the reference value tables, you can define your own terminology for the

appointment categories.

You then have the option of adding an appointment to a predefined directory.

If you work in the field of child and youth welfare services, or in any other field, which

is billing on the basis of professional service hours, you can select here the different billing types.

In the configuration, the corresponding billing rates can be deposited, which automatically

calculates the amount of money which must be charged to the authority offices.

By assessing the outcome of the participation of a client in a certain appointment,

changes to the billing can be made in addition.

In the other text fields, you can define the responsible consultant, the exact time,

the date and a description of the appointment.

Appointments can be set as a single appointment for only one client, or as a group appointment

for multiple clients.

Furthermore, additional consultants can be invited for the appointment.

With "Send" you send the appointment to the Outlook calendar of all participating consultants

and with "Copy" you can easily create recurring appointments with the same participants

and the same content for another date.
