Waching daily Dec 29 2018

Hi, my name is Belinda.

I am a 24 years old student.

At the moment I feel very powerless. I am in a hole.

And I realize that, at the moment I cannot get out of it by myself.

And I want to finally be happy in my life.

I am in a really good mood and became an early riser as well.

I wake up almost every day at 6am in the morning.

I have no problems getting out of my bed,

And I am looking forward to the training.

So, what definitely attracts my attention is that everybody is addressing my body.

Everybody notices that I already lost some weight.

My three months with Freeletics are over now.

The training was actually really hard.

But I am incredibly proud of myself, that I pushed through it,

And that I look like this now.

I lost 10 kilograms in total.

I lost quite a bit of size around the upper arm,

And built muscles instead.

I believe I have never been that happy in my life.

Fast & Easy - 2 Scrunchie Retro Updo Hairstyle - Duration: 4:29.

Sharon Danley here with another Two Minute Tip. This week is just in time

for New Year's - a double scrunchie updo thin fine flat hair not to worry

a couple of scrunchies are going to save the day

tools John Frieda Frizz Ease barber comb and brush and my handy dandy long roller

pins okay brushing all the hair just to make

sure there's no tats in it and having it go back generally to the back I'm going

to do a light back combing here with my back combing brush just at the roots

because my head is smaller so I need for my hair to sit away from the roots and

it just generally looks better for everybody to do that's not quite severe

unless that suits you of course so back combing the sides now and I'll

go around and do the back and just gently tease it all over and go back

over any spots that I may have missed

now that that's done I just finger comb my hair back never never use a brush or

a comb in this instance because it will remove the texture and I move up into

kind of a v-shape at the back this is going to be for the first scrunchie and

again go over top with my fingers either finger combing or raking whatever name

you want to put on it then I take an elastic a covered elastic and make a

ponytail but the final pull through I don't pull it all the way through just

leave a little knob there and then I go around and lift where necessary with the

rat tail part of my barber comb just in spots as I need to and it'd be a little

different for everybody and then I sometimes use my fingers and just pull

it all depends on the look you're going for and how much fullness you want then

when that's done I grab another elastic and do the bottom ponytail in the same

manner as I did the top with not pulling the last pull through through and then I

separate the hair so you make them all a little bit messy so that they'll go with

the scrunchies that are going to sit on top

okay time to take a scrunchy and put it over the first little ponytail and blend

and smush and everything and then take a long bobby pin not to be opened with

your teeth and just place it where you need it you

may need to you might even need three I find that one or two is plenty then I

take the second one and do exactly the same thing and push pull push and

separate lift all that sort of thing till you get the shape just the way you

want it and then I make use of these longer hair pins not the short ones but

the longer ones and I place them where I need to just o put in a few hairs or

things of that nature like here you can see a bit of a hole so I just grab it

with the the pin and place it where I need it and it all depends sometimes you

need them and sometimes you don't and now for the hairspray just a little bit

and sometimes on my hand that I just go along the sides or the back of my hair

so it's just a bit of spray to hold not too much and then in this case I'm going

to pull down a couple of little wisps just because I feel like it and the

hairspray on my hand over top of that is all that those wisps needs so that they still flow.

And here's the final look. So Fast, So Easy and Oh So Chic. See you next time.

Joe Donnelly When Democrats talk Medicare for all, you start losing the people in my state CNNPol - Duration: 1:28.

Joe Donnelly When Democrats talk Medicare for all, you start losing the people in my state CNNPol

"Medicare for all" is a progressive stance that some Democrats worry could alienate Midwestern voters from the party going into the 2020 presidential election. It has become popular thanks to liberal leaders like Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.

When asked by CNNs Dana Bash on "The Lead With Jake Tapper" if Democrats could be viable without appealing to interior state votes, Donnelly replied, "I dont know how you do that."

Donnelly said that during President Donald Trumps visits to Indiana in the weeks before the midterms in which Donnelly lost his seat the President made not voting for Republicans seem like a personal betrayal by voters.

"We have not made enough of a connection ... that the people of my state understand culturally, we Democrats want to make sure you succeed," he said.

"But when you talk Medicare for all ...you start losing the people in my state," Donnelly added. "When we start talking about, Hey, were going to work together with the insurance companies to lower premiums, thats what connects."

"The talk on the coasts just doesnt get it done in the middle," he said.

"Medicare for all" has become a contentious issue for Democrats as they prepare to assume the majority in January. Some new House Democrats, such as Democratic socialist Rep. elect , championed the issue on the campaign trail despite trepidation from other parts of the party. But Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi has indicated that she is open to considering a more public option during the new Congress.

Republicans have seized on the buzzword, arguing that "Medicare for all" would threaten the programs availability for seniors. Trump published an just before the midterms bashing Democrats for threatening to "eviscerate" the program with such an expansion.

Looking ahead to the presidential election, Donnelly cautioned that "who wins the primary is not necessarily the best person in a general election."

While he declined to name a specific candidate he thought would fare best, Donnelly said the ideal candidate would engage directly with people in the interior states on issues such as manufacturing and health care.

They would be the "kind of person who can go into Michigan and go to the auto plant" and have "talked to the workers there, and have talked to the families at the churches and have talked to them about how important it is for their kid to get decent health care," he said.

"People want to make sure they have a good job, decent health care, that they can retire with dignity and that they know that the future is better for their children and grandchildren," Donnelly added. "When we talk about those things, we have success in the Midwest."

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard makes Jurgen Klopp replacement revelation - Duration: 4:32.

Gerrard is currently in his first managerial role at Rangers, and has led the Ibrox outfit to second in the Scottish Premiership

They sit just three points behind Glasgow rivals Celtic ahead of tomorrow's Old Firm derby (12

30pm). **PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** Gerrard's strong start in management has led to rumours of him being the next Liverpool manager

Klopp is impressing at Anfield having taken over in October 2015 with the Reds currently six points clear at the top of the Premier League

And Gerrard believes Liverpool's focus should be on the German at the moment with his priority very much on Rangers

"Liverpool have one of the best managers in the world and are flying high," Gerrard told the Telegraph

"Just because you have been a successful player does not mean you have the divine right to be next in the queue

"Just because you are popular with the fans it does not make you the right man to replace Klopp, if and when he goes

"It is very presumptuous. It is also disrespectful to Rangers given the size of this club and everything they have gone through to just assume I have come here to learn and use it as a stepping stone to Liverpool

"I do not see it like that, although that talk is something I cannot control. "I am desperate to be successful at Rangers

I understand the size of the club, and how much the fans want success. "I am committed to it

I am giving everything I have got. "Whether that leads to an extension here or on to a different challenge, I don't know

That would depend on the challenge. "But I do not see myself as someone who will end up managing 10 or 12 different clubs, going here there and everywhere and different countries

"Right now, I just don't see that. And this job has all my attention." Former Premier League star Joe Cole is not surprised that his ex-Liverpool team-mate Gerrard has succeeded in the dugout

"I knew he'd be good at it. A lot of people were worried when he took the job," Cole said

"It's such a massive job for your first one but I had no doubt in him. I think he's a natural born leader

"Playing and captaining Liverpool is as good an apprenticeship as you can have. When you become a manager all eyes are on you

"But playing for Liverpool with the pressure that brings and having to carry the club for many years alongside a few other senior players means I'm not surprised he's so well acquitted to management

"

How the 'FSG Out' brigade have fallen silent at Liverpool - Duration: 6:41.

The abuse on social media used to be constant.  Write anything vaguely positive about Liverpool Football Club's owners and you would get accused of taking backhanders from Boston

One particularly irate fan used to bombard the ECHO with one particular image from Brokeback Mountain

The faces of Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger had been replaced by John W Henry's and my own

If you weren't advocating a change of ownership then you didn't want what was best for Liverpool apparently

It was ridiculous and, predictably, in recent months the FSG Out Brigade have gone very quiet

In fact they must be in hibernation with the 'Liverpool are hamstrung without Zeljko Buvac crew' and the 'John Achterberg can't coach goalkeepers unit'

With eight straight league wins and a six-point lead at the top of the Premier League table, it's difficult to find anything to moan about at Anfield right now

Even Jordan Henderson's critics were put back in their box after his dominant performance against Newcastle on Boxing Day

This hasn't happened by chance. Liverpool 's current place at the summit of English football isn't a freak occurrence

For FSG, this is the result of years spent laying the foundations since they completed their £300million takeover of the Reds in October 2010

"We're here to win and we'll do whatever is necessary," said Henry when he first emerged from the London offices of law firm Slaughter & May as Liverpool's principal owner

A sense of impatience among the fanbase has been understandable at times over the past eight years

There have been false dawns and some agonising near misses.  Mistakes have been made along the way and FSG have had to change their approach

The transfer strategy has shifted from investing in potential to buying proven talent

Many FSG dissenters will tell you that all they ever wanted was for Liverpool to spend big in the transfer market and that they have been proved right with the impact of signings like Virgil van Dijk, Alisson Becker, Naby Keita and Fabinho

But that ignores the fact that to get to that position FSG had to put the Reds in a financial position where they could actually afford to compete for the biggest names

The club also needed an elite manager with the pulling power to attract the best

It's not rocket science. The owners inherited an absolute mess and needed time to turn things around

FSG made it clear from the off that Liverpool would have to live within its means and it would be a case of building up the club rather than simply throwing cash at it

The Reds' total annual revenues virtually doubled from £184million in 2011 to £364million for the financial year to May 2017

Hefty losses have been turned into healthy profits.  When the next set of accounts come out in March the picture will be even brighter

The previous set of figures covered a season without European football.  Since then Liverpool have reached the Champions League final and cemented their place among Europe's elite by qualifying for the knockout stages once again

Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now  They have also taken giant strides forward commercially with a host of new sponsorship deals across the globe

Matchday revenues have been bolstered by Anfield's impressive new Main Stand – part of a £200million investment in the club's infrastructure which is continuing with the building of the new training ground at Kirkby

But arguably their biggest achievement to date was appointing a world-class manager in Jurgen Klopp , who has proved to be the perfect fit and has galvanised the dressing room and the fanbase alike

FSG have backed him to the hilt and delivered Klopp's top targets. They have put in place a structure that works with Klopp valuing the input of two shrewd operators in sporting director Michael Edwards and FSG president Mike Gordon

Liverpool have bought well and sold even better. When you consider the quality of the squad now to the one Klopp inherited, it's remarkable that his net spend is only £126million

The table-topping Reds boast the third youngest starting XI in the Premier League and have all their key personnel on long-term contracts

No wonder FSG recently dismissed talk about them preparing to sell Liverpool for £1

5billion as "unfounded speculation".  Yes, buying the Reds has been a fantastic investment for them

But if they were only concerned with making a quick buck they would have cashed in their chips long ago

Glory was always the target and everything is now in place to achieve exactly that
