Waching daily Dec 3 2018

Hey what's up this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates. I'm here today

with my Chief Lab Technician; Professor Matsumoto (What's up) and my Media Director; Audrey

(Hey). Today we're gonna be doing a breakdown of the Tangie Berry terpene

profile. The Tangie Berry is a strain that I've picked up at the Cookie Store in

downtown Los Angeles. I loved it and wanted to make a terpene profile of it.

The lineage is that it is a California orange mixed with a skunk hybrid and I

think it's great, so I wanted to make the terpene profile

so everybody could enjoy it. One of the first things you'll notice about the

strain is it is an orange color and that is because I used citrus terpenes in the

blend. Citrus terpenes are not always clear

like other terpenes some of them have a color this one happens to be orange. But

it does fall under the organic line of terpenes meaning that everything in it

is pure terpenes; there's no synthetics, no artificial flavoring ingredients in

them. One of the first things you're going to do when you purchase the strain

is open it up and smell it so I'm gonna go ahead and walk you through what that

smells like.

So the only thing that I can smell coming out of this bottle is tangerine.

And the reason that is is because even though there are a bunch of different

things in it, that's what evaporates the most out at room temperature.

One of the biggest rookie mistakes you can do is purchase your terpenes based

on what the bottle smells like and I'm gonna let Audrey explain why that is. Right so what Drew touched

base on a little bit; the most important thing when you are purchasing your terpenes is to note

that the pen almost never tastes exactly like what the bottle smells like. (That's true.) Yeah, so

when you're buying your terpenes you have to know this because at the end of

the day your client is gonna be tasting the pen, not smelling your bottle. This is

why our product is better. We have formulated these terpenes and these

strains for the end-user and the end taste, not smelling the bottle at the counter.

Yeah don't be a rookie don't make that mistake you always have to try your

terpenes before you buy your terpenes. Cam, can you give us a breakdown as to

what they actually taste like in a pen? Oh, for sure I just made a Tangie Berry pen so

I'm gonna tell you guys exactly what it tastes like.

So I'm getting a creamy cannabis profile in there,

mixed in with sweet berry notes and some tangerine citrus as well. And I will

categorize Tangie Berry as a medium cannabis flavor, meaning that there's

gonna be an awesome balance between the cannabis flavor and those other notes

with them. Sounds about right. Yeah, the Tangie Berry like you said is a

blend between the tangerine, the berry, and a medium cannabis profile so you're

gonna get the best of both worlds on this. So one of the other ways that we

categorize our terpene profiles is based on whether it is a blended strain, or a

separated strain. A blended strain means you're going to taste the same blend of

flavors all the way through the inhale and the exhale, and a separator strain

means that you're going to taste, first the tangerine, then the citrus, then the

pine, then the earth, something different on the exhale. So where does this one

fall? I would designate the Tangie Berry as a slight blended terpene profile,

meaning that you're gonna be able to taste different blends and the flavors

at different points within the inhale and exhale.

Excellent, excellent, one of the other ways we differentiate these terpenes is

whether they are enhancing agents or masking agents and Audrey can explain

that for you. Right so every terpene profile varies on how strong the actual

flavor is. Tangie Berry is categorized in our medium to mild strength profiles. We

designed this profile to be an enhancing agent rather than a masking agent,

meaning on that exhale the cannabis aroma will be enhanced rather than

completely covered, masked, like it would be with bubble gum or blueberry or

fruity pebbles. Where do we fall on the strength of this profile versus other

profiles? Right so this is gonna be categorized toward the more mild end of

things. It's definitely not gonna be in your face but you'll still get that

flavor in the aroma throughout it. What that means is if you were to take six drops

of this blend and put it in a pen, versus six drops of another pen sometimes

they're just stronger. Regardless of whatever the combinations

of flavors are, sometimes we'll just get a really potent profile, sometimes you'll

get a mild profile this one, it's right at the mild-medium level. So if you're

interested in picking up the Tangie Berry; go to Mr.Extractor.com we have as much

of it as you want. If you're interested in purchasing it in bulk

my cheekbones on my forehead and then right along my jawline and

When you blend it, you want to blend upwards and that won't make it not look of money nor cakey time for some blush

I'm using the pomp blush and I'm taking a blush brush and

Girl Scout Cookies Cannabis Terpene Profile - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 7:16.

Hey what's up everyone this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates, and we

are back to do another terpene profile breakdown video. I am joined again by my

Chief Lab Technician; Professor Matsumoto and my Media Director; Audrey and we're

gonna be doing a breakdown video of our Girl Scout Cookies terpene profile. Now

everybody knows Girl Scout Cookies. One of the most important things is that I

searched everywhere to get a perfectly, amazing sample of the weed and then do

my tests from there. Girl Scout Cookies in case you didn't know its lineage is a

hybrid and it's a cross between OG Kush and Durban Poison. Very unique smell it

is the parent for a lot of amazing strains. I won't even go through them all

I know a few but quote on everything right here on the spot. We nailed this

one. This one you know we put out the Thin Mint Cookies and it was okay,

this is far superior, far superior in my opinion. Smells exactly like the strain.

So first thing you're gonna notice that the Girl Scout Cookies is clear and that

is because it falls under our organic line of products, meaning that all the

ingredients are organic terpenes blended together. There is nothing synthetic and

nothing artificial in it. First thing you're gonna do when you see this bottle,

buy it, is you're gonna open it up and smell it, so I'm gonna give you a walk

through on what this bottle smells like.

It's very mild, sweet, but not too sweet. It's also, it also has a gassy flavor. One

of the things that I tell everyone in every single video; you should never buy

terpenes based on what the bottle smells like. A lot of people go to stores and

they go to fairs and whatever expos that you go to and you smell the terpene

bottle, you buy it from there, that is the absolute worst way to do something. It is

a rookie mistake. All the terpenes, I make these terpene

profiles, inside these terpene profiles are 20 different terpenes. When you smell

a bottle you are smelling whatever ingredients, however many a few of them

are evaporating off at room temperature. That's creating a different smell than

if all of them evaporated off at the same temperature. Which is the way that

we create them and the end-use of the pen. I'm gonna let Audrey explain that a little

bit better. Right so when you are purchasing your terpenes the most

important thing you have to keep in mind is that the pen almost never tastes

exactly like what the bottle smells like (That's true). A good example of this is vanilla. To

smell it, amazing. Would you put it in your mouth,

probably not. You have to know this when you're buying terpenes because at the

end of the day your customers and clients are gonna be tasting that pen,

not smelling your bottle. This is what makes our product better. We spent hours

formulating these lines and terpenes for that end-user and end-taste, rather than

smelling it at the counter. Absolutely our bottles don't smell that great

because we're not making perfumes, we're not making colognes, we're making flavor

ingredients. It's the taste that is most important to your business. That's why

the Professor is gonna explain to you exactly what this pen tastes like when

all the terpenes are being evaporated at the same time. Thank you, thank you so I

recently made up a pen of that Girl Scout Cookies and I'm gonna tell you

what it tastes like.

Oh man one of my top fives, definitely on this one. I initially got an earthy note in

there, followed by a clean, sweet, mild cannabis flavor. You know basically

tastes, basically like the strain that Drew was talking about. We really hit the

nail on the head on this one. And you know this goes without saying it's a

mild cannabis profile meaning that you're gonna get that earthiness and

that sweetness before that little bit of cannabis. Yeah definitely, the Girl Scout

Cookies has a flavor that's all it's own. That's why it's so recognizable when you

smell it, you're like either this is it or this

isn't it. We nailed it, it-it's right on point. One of the ways that we

differentiate our strains is, excuse me our terpene profiles, is based on

whether they're blended profiles or separated profiles. A blended profile is

your gonna taste all these flavors combined; the same thing through the inhale

and the exhale. Separated profiles; first you're tasting gassy, then you're tasting

sweet, then followed by a little bit of earth at the end. Where does this one

fall? I would categorize the Girl Scout Cookies as a partially blended terpene

profile, meaning that you're gonna be tasting some flavors at different parts

from the inhale to exhale. So partially blended means that it's still separated

but still blended at the same time. I mean pretty much exactly like he said.

The flavor, so when you take the profile of how much it actually tastes like weed,

that's gonna be different from how strong the profile is relative to other

profiles. Audrey's gonna explain a little bit more about that.

Right so every terpene profile varies on how strong the actual flavor is.

Girl Scout Cookies for example, is categorized into our medium strength

profiles. We designed this profile to be an enhancing agent, rather than a masking

agent. Meaning, when you're smoking on that exhale you're gonna get that

cannabis aroma still enhanced with the features of this profile, rather than

that smell being masked like it would be if you were using Banana or

Bubblegum. So I can tell you if you've tried our Thin Mint Cookies this is far

superior. I've reformulated this, this is a later generation of terpenes. I'm

actually gonna retire that Thin Mint Cookies. So if you want to try this go to

MrExtractor.com, we have samples and we have any size that you want. We can

accommodate any size order of this. If you want to try it in person you can go

to any of the Terpene Labs we have across the country. You'll be able to

smell the bottle, you'll be able to try a pen, and you'll be able to take home as

much as you want. If you're interested in opening up your own Terpene Lab now is

the time. Contact me we're opening up Terpene Labs all across the country, all

around the world. We're working on Canada and Mexico, some other countries as well,

another story. If you want free things Audrey will explain to you how to get free

things, hit it. Who doesn't love free stuff, okay so in person go to any

location across the country, and Terpene Lab, and they will hook you up with free

grams. Drew designed it so every single store, we give away your samples

when you want them. And online go to www.MrExtractor.com, stay up to date on our

social media platforms like Instagram, that's where we give away the 20% off

coupons, buy one get one free, and all the free goods. Yup, Cam? And for free knowledge

check out all of our other terpene breakdown videos. We've got so many new

profiles for you, exciting. Yeah thank you for watching this, definitely try this

one out, it's very good I put my seal of approval on it. And we'll see you in the

next video take it easy. Later. Bye.

The Flavorless Extract Dilutant - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 9:05.

Hey what's up everyone this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates, and we

are back to do another Terpene Profile Breakdown Video. As usual I am joined by

my Chief Lab Technician; Professor Matsumoto (Hey what's up), and my Media

Director; Audrey (Hey), and today we're gonna be doing something that is not

actually a terpene. It is our product called the Flavorless, right here. So what

this is, is a product, because there is a need that people want to dilute their

extracts without adding a flavor. A lot of people's extracts have a good flavor

profile already. There's a variety of reasons people would want to use a

product like this, and I'll explain some of them, but let me tell you what it is

and what it is not. So it's a dilute, first off. It's just meant to liquefy your

extracts. It is a proprietary blend, and we don't explain it to people because

honestly people just copy everyone in the cannabis industry.

So I'm gonna tell you what it is not because it falls under our trade secrets.

What it is not is it is not MCT. It is not Propylene Glycol or PG. It is not

polyethylene glycol or PEG. It contains no Vegetable Glycerin, not a corn derivative.

Did I cover everything? It's not a coconut oil. It is an organic based substance

that we use to liquefy extracts. Now, the reason people would use

something like this is; let's say they have BHO or something that already

contains terpenes that are natural to the plant in it. You know, like a full

body extract or something. They just want to liquefy it without changing the

flavor profile. This is perfect for that. Another thing, and I'll get into this in

another video, you should check out why our terpenes are better than other

people's. I did a video on that, but we have a scientific breakdown on why our

terpenes are actually better. One of the reasons our terpenes are better is, a lot

of other companies, they just don't make them right, and I've explained it in that

video. They have a maximum dilution ratio of about 10 percent.

Once they hit eight to ten percent their terpenes start hurting your throat and

they become harsh. That's just because they didn't make them right, but at that point

you need to add more of a liquefier in order to get it to the viscosity that

works in a pen. So if you happen to use someone else's terpenes and you're

running into that situation, you could use our product to further dilute it

down. Maybe you just like their blend, whatever, I don't really care. So this is

something that would work for that. It is a proprietary blend, as I said, so we just

don't give out the ingredients cause people just copy it, that's just how it is,

and we like to keep our trade secrets. So, one of the first things you're gonna

notice is that it's clear. Got it in the bottle right there. It is an organic

substance. There is nothing synthetic. There's no- there's nothing other than

organic components in it. Another thing you're gonna do, the most important thing

you're gonna do with this product is you're gonna open it up and smell it. So

I'm gonna walk you through that right now. So it doesn't have a smell. It

doesn't have a taste. It is truly an excellent product. It has no smell

whatsoever. One of the great things about this that

you'll differ from PG, and a lot of people use Propylene Glycol or

Polyethylene Glycol when they're thinning their agents, at some point, even

though Propylene Glycol, PEG, PG, you don't really taste anything. At some point you

diluted your extract to the point where you can taste that stuff. And everybody

knows what PG tastes like. Everybody knows what PEG tastes like. And I got to

tell you, even on the side note, a lot of these liquifiers and stuff that

you're buying online, they are- they're just blends of PEG, you know? And they

try to blend it together. And I'm just gonna take a minute to explain this,

normally I wouldn't do this in this type of video, but I think there needs to be a

little explanation behind this. Polyethylene Glycol 200 is just a

thinner version of Polyethylene Glycol 400. So if you're buying PEG 200 and PEG

400, the only difference between those is just the viscosity. It's the same exact

product. So you'll have a lot of companies out there that will sell you

these special wax liquefier, and I don't mean that on a specific company, but people

that sell blends of liquifires for your extract. And what they do is they take

like, PEG 200 and PEG 400 and PEG 800, and they blend it together and try to trick

you into thinking that this is some special product. It's the exact same

product, you're just mixing thinner versions of it together, you know what I'm

saying. I hope you can understand that analogy. There's nothing special about it.

It's still PEG, it still doesn't taste good. This is not like that, it completely

differs in structure. No matter how much of this that you use, you're not going to

taste it. You could take a gram of this, and just a drop of your extract, and

smoke it, you're not gonna taste anything in it. It doesn't have a flavor, it's a

really excellent product. We did get into a little bit of a smell issue. It has

no smell. Normally I tell people; do not buy your

terpenes based on what they smell like, simply because the smell doesn't

transfer over to what it tastes like. You're selling a product that people

taste, as opposed to what they smell in the bottle. This is a little bit different

again. This is in our modifier section, so it doesn't exactly fall under the same

rules. But since we're here, I'm gonna let Audrey explain to you why you shouldn't

buy other terpenes based on what they smell like. Right, so in this particular

case, you're gonna smell it. Not gonna smell anything, big shocker there.

But normally, the most important thing to keep in mind when you're buying your

terpenes, is that the bottle almost never smells exactly like what the pen tastes

like. You need to keep this in mind, because at the end of the day your

clients and your end-user are gonna be tasting your pens, not smelling the

bottle that you have. That's true. So let's get into taste for a minute. What's really

important when you're working with the Flavorless agent, is what it tastes like.

It may not smell anything, like anything in the bottle. But I've seen- people

have been trying to do this for a long time, and I've noticed that when other

companies make things, they don't smell and you can really taste it. So research

purposes, Cam over here is gonna take some pure in a pen, and smoke it straight

by itself and tell you what it tastes like.

Yeah, here we go.

Now imagine, say a being gains consciousness, and with that

consciousness that being creates something, and that something has a taste.

I'm gonna tell you right now; this pen is the exact opposite of that thing. True,

because I can understand that. Being no taste, makes a lot

of sense when you put it that way. I didn't really grasp it before. Yeah of

course, thank you. So one of the other characteristics of this product is that

it is a dilutant, meaning that if you have an extract and you put this in it, it is

gonna thin it down into a thinner viscosity. Now that may or may not work

for the pen that you're using. Everybody's different pen has different

hole sizes, and different coils inside of it. And you need to understand how thin

your extract likes to be with the hardware that you're using. Now this

product is meant to thin your extract down and liquefy it, stretch it out it.

It also does make it thin. The reason this is important is because I have a product

that's called the Thickener, and that liquefies your extract without making it

thinner. Meaning that you can take a gram of distillate, add a bunch of our

Thickener, it's gonna stay the exact same viscosity, and you're not going to taste

it. That's not what this is. So if you're interested in that, go watch the

Thickener video. Audrey would you- normally we break down everything the

same, would you qualify this as a- an enhancing agent or a masking agent? Well,

it's really gonna enhance it with nothing, and it's really gonna mask it

with that same nothing it possesses. That's right. It's like people mask it because

you think you're smelling- or you're smoking nothing right? So anyway, if you're

interested in this; go to MrExtractor.com. It's a very good product, it works

very well. It's just for liquefying your extracts, quite simply. Go to

MrExtractor.com. We have as much as you want of it, we're slashing prices on bulk,

go check it out. If you want to see it in person;

any of the Terpene Labs across the country, you can show up. We've got one in

Zen's OG Cannabis Terpene Profile - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 6:51.

Hey what's up this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates, and we're back

to do yet another Terpene Profile Breakdown Video. As

always, I'm joined by my Chief Lab Tech; Professor Matsumoto (Hey wassup), and my

Media Director; Audrey (Hey). And today we're gonna be doing a breakdown of our

terpene profile; Zen's OG, right here. So Zen's OG is a strain that was created by

a very well known dispensary in Southern California. Now this is located in West

Hollywood, the name of the dispensary is called Zen's West Hollywood. And they've

been around for a long time, back from the early days when it was really tough

to open up a dispensary. They have access to all the best OG's in Southern

California, specifically that company. And they work to create a really good OG.

And there's a million strains to pick out,

I like that company, I like that breed. So we picked it out, analyzed it,

and created a really good OG. One of the first things that you're gonna

notice is that the bottle, right there, is clear. And that is because it is an

organic blend, there's nothing in it but organic terpenes, nothing synthetic, and

nothing artificial. First thing you're gonna do when you want to buy these, or

when you pick it up in the store, you're gonna want to smell it. So let me open this

bottle up, let you know what it smells like.

It's an interesting smell right off the bat. It's uh, it's light cannabis and it

has a sweet citrusy odor to it. It's really good, it's very pleasant. One thing

I tell everyone in every video: never buy terpenes based on what the bottle smells

like, for a very good reason. You're only smelling a few terpenes in that blend

of 20 or so terpenes that are evaporating out at room temperature. The

rest you really can't smell. So what you are smelling is a combination of just a

few things, and that's definitely gonna smell different than a combination of

everything, like you get when you're tasting it in the pen. We formulate

things for the taste in the pen, not the smell in the bottle, not perfume. I'm gonna let

Audrey expand on that a little bit. Right, so the most important thing to keep in

mind is that the pen almost never tastes exactly like what the bottle smells like.

You need to know this when you're buying your terpenes because at the end of the

day, your clients are gonna be tasting that pen, not smelling the bottle you

bought that you have sitting up on your shelf. That's what makes our product different.

We have spent hours and hours formulating these terpene blends for the

end-user and the end-taste. That's true. So remember we're not making perfumes,

we're making flavor ingredients. And the most important thing, like Audrey said,

your customer is gonna be tasting this in a pen. Your customer will never take

this bottle of terpenes and smell it, okay? So luckily for you, the Professor

here has made up a pen with the Zen's OG in it, and he's gonna taste it and give

you the customer experience that your customers can expect. Alright, here we go.

So, I'm getting a bit of gassyness to this profile right here. A bit of a light,

clean sweetness, and a tiny bit of skunky grapefruit tones. And I would categorize

the Zen's OG as having a mild cannabis profile. Basically meaning you're

gonna be able to taste the notes in the Zen's OG pen, but way before you can

taste any type of cannabis profile in there. That's right. So gassy, clean,

citrusy, skunky, it's a really solid OG. Now one of the ways that we break these

profiles down is whether it's an enhancing agent-oh excuse me, whether

it's a separated-we break it down a lot of different ways. One of the

ways we break it down is whether it is a separated profile or a combined profile.

Now separated profiles, you're gonna taste all those different flavors at different

times, throughout your inhale and your exhale. In a combined profile you're

going to taste all the different flavors combined into one, that you taste through

the inhale and the exhale. Where we lie on this one? The Zen's OG is categorized

in the well-blended terpene profile. Basically meaning, you're gonna be able

to taste a mix of that gassyness, that skunkyness, grapefruit citrus notes, and

that light clean sweetness, from inhale to exhale. It's also categorized, like

Cam said, as a mild cannabis profile. That's gonna tell you that this strain

tastes mildly of cannabis, but that's different from how strong the profile is

relative to other profiles. So what is the profile strength on this one? So the

profile strength itself actually happens to be the same as the cannabis level,

which is mild. So it's present, but it's not too much. The other way that we

differentiate this, like I said before, is whether it's an enhancing agent or a

masking agent. Some of our terpene profiles are meant to cover up the smell,

some of are meant to enhance the cannabis aroma. Where are we at on this one Audrey?

Zen's OG enhances the cannabis aroma, shocker, shocker. It's not gonna be a

masking agent like Bubblegum would be, or Banana. So if you want to make your

own pens; definitely go to MrExtractor.com. You'll able to get sample packs, you can

try it in a one gram sample, you can buy as much of it as you want. If you want the

pen already made up; go to Zen's OG. They're on the Sunset Strip out there in West

Hollywood, it's called Zen's West Hollywood. If you

want to try it in person, if you want to sample the bottle, you want to get some

terpenes in person; go to any of the Terpene Labs we have across the country.

Main one's in downtown Los Angeles as well. You'll be able to smell the bottle,

Exposing THC Liquifers- The Terpene Institute - Duration: 6:22.

THC liquifiers. Now, in the last few years, all sorts of companies have popped

up claiming they've got a miracle THC liquefier. And the fact is, most of it's

just garbage. So how do you not get taken by these companies? My name is Drew, owner

MrExtractor.com and today I'm gonna tell you the truth about THC liquifiers

in this week's episode: "Exposing THC Liquifires" from The Terpene

Institute. So what is a THC liquifier? Now you've got all these companies out

there that say, "Oh man I've got some magic product that just liquefies THC and

it's flavorless" and maybe there's a company out there called THC liquefier, I

don't know. If there is, I don't know about you and I'm not talking about you.

I'm talking in general about companies that claim that their product is

something special to liquify THC. Alright, so there are some products out there

that do that and it's very poor. And the reason that they do it is because

they're able to sell it cheaply with the promise that it works. So here's what I'm

going to tell you. Okay, I've looked at a lot of these different products and one

of the things that I've talked about in other videos is whether e-liquids work

with THC. They don't, but there are some components in there that do work with

THC. Now I've taken a look at a lot of different companies products and what

I've noticed is they claim that they've got some proprietary blend of products

that will emulsify and liquify THC. But when you look on the back, it's this

whole combination of PG, PEG 400, PEG 800, a bunch of different things that they're

like, "when all blended together it works amazing." So I'm gonna sort that out for

you real quick. Okay, now Polyethylene Glycol; PEG is a

substance that does liquefy THC. It's okay.

The reason it's only okay is because it's thick, and you need a lot of it to

dilute down your THC in order to work in the small holes in a vapor pen. PEG,

while mainly flavorless, does have a flavor at a high level.

Now I've found that in general, when using PEG, you have to use at least a

one-to-one ratio; 1 gram of extract to 1 gram of PEG. Now when you have 50% of a

product being cut, you're gonna taste it. It has a taste to it. You're also going

to notice that your product's weaker, and now who wants to smoke that stuff? So PEG

itself, comes in different molecular weights. You've got -if you look this up

on Amazon or online, you've got PEG 1000, PEG 800, PEG 600,

PEG 400, PEG 200. What's the difference with all those? Well, PEG 1000 is really

thick, like a thick coconut oil. PEG 200 is very thin. It's the exact same product

but with different molecular weights, meaning that there's just different

viscosities to it. So any of those, well any of these lesser ones; PEG 200, 400, and 600,

they're all just a little bit differently in thickness from each other.

So what companies will do is they'll be like; "we've got this crazy blend of PEG

200, 400, and whatever, and it's the only thing that works, and you've got to pay

us for it." The best thing that works is simple PEG 200 because it's the

thinnest. You're gonna need the least amount of it to mix with your extract in

order to get it to work in a pen. Now they could just bottle PEG 200 and sell

it to you. It's super cheap, I think that stuff's like 60 bucks a gallon. It's dirt

cheap. They're selling you a little bottle of this stuff for like 40 bucks,

because they're saying, "well we've got this blend of PEG 400, 600, and 200." PEG 200

would work just fine because it's the thinnest. They're making it worse by

adding thicker things into it, like 400 and 600. For one, they're just trying to

make it look complicated to you so that you buy it. But when they add thickening

agents like that into it, now you have to use more of it in order for it to work

in the pen, diluting your product down even more. I've seen companies that are

like, "This is the stuff! You got to use 2 grams of our stuff to 1 gram of your

stuff." Dude you're at like- if your product was a hundred percent THC to

start with, you're at 33 percent THC. Your product probably wasn't, it was probably

like 80 percent, so now what are you down at, like 25 percent or 22, or something like that?

Very low-grade, it's an inexpensive thing to do. Now if you want to get away from

that scam, just go online and buy yourself some PEG

200. If you want to use any PEG products as a dilutant, go ahead. The 200 is gonna be

the thinnest. Personally I think you should use an MCT over, it's a multi-

chain triglyceride. It's kind of like a coconut oil derivative, you can get

that online as well. It's actually going to function better than the PEG. PEG is

very cheap, MCT is very cheap, it's just a tiny bit more money, you know, not much.

So, take a look at these liquefiers that you're seeing, ask for the ingredient

list. If it is a combination of Propylene Glycol, and PEG, and PEG 200, 400, it's just garbage.

They have taken one product that works, and complicated the shit out of it.

And the reason I'm exposing it is because that's just fraud and trickery. It's not a

fraud, but they're just tricking you into thinking that these other products are

making your stuff better, it does not work that way. They're not making it

better, I feel that they are complicating the product just to make you think

there's something special about it so that you buy it. The only reason I care

at all, is that a lot of medical patients use this, and I care about medical

patients. I grew for a lot of medical patients for a very long time, I don't

like seeing them get preyed upon. Recreational market; go do whatever

you want to do, but that's not where we're at right now. So for right now, arm

yourself with some knowledge. The Terpene Institute was a simple institute that I

created just to give everybody a common sense understanding about vaping and

terps, terpenes, business, how to learn and work in this market, how to make money,

and help people, simply, without all the bullshit. You don't need a college degree,

I don't have a college degree and I've got a multi-million dollar company. And

if you pay attention, you can do the exact same thing, I'll help you do it. If

you want to try our products, good terpene products, go to

MrExtractor.com, try a sample pack, buy a gallon of it, I'll give you a good deal.

And if you want to learn more make sure to go to TheTerpeneInstitute.com. That

is where we share all of our knowledge that you can make money in the industry.

Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next video.

Sunset Sherbert Cannabis Terpene Profile- The Terpene Institute - Duration: 6:20.

What's up everybody this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates, and we are

back to do another Terpene Breakdown. Today I am joined by my Chief Lab

Technician; Professor Matsumoto (Hey what's up), and my Media Director; Audrey (Hi), and we are

going to be doing a breakdown of our terpene strain, Sunset Sherbert. Sunset

Sherbert is one of our top sellers in the Los Angeles area, everybody loves it,

everybody buys it. It was recreated from the strain right here, which happens to

be, let me see, the parents of Sunset Sherbert happens to be Girl Scout

Cookies, which we have an amazing Girl Scout Cookies terpene profile. And Pink

Panties, which I don't have a terpene profile of, but I probably should. The

first thing you'll notice about this strain right here is that it is clear,

meaning that it is one of our Organic Terpene Profiles, meaning that it is all

organic terpenes, there are no synthetics, and nothing artificial in the bottle. One

of the first things you're gonna do when you purchase this bottle, is you're gonna

open it up and smell it. So let me go ahead and walk you through what this

bottle smells like.

Right off the top it's it's very sweet, and it's very earthy, and it has a really

good cannabis profile to it right out of the bottle. As I tell everybody, one of

the most important things you need to do when buying terpenes for your companies is;

understand that you should never buy terpenes based on what the bottle smells

like, that is a rookie mistake. I'll let Audrey explain a little bit

more about it for you. So when you're purchasing your terpenes, it's important

to keep in mind that the pen almost never tastes exactly like what the

bottle smells like. You need to know this when you're buying, because at the end of

the day your client is gonna be tasting the pen, not smelling your bottle. This is

why our product is better. We formulate these lines and these terpenes for that

end-taste, rather than smelling it at the counter. Remember this: try it before you

buy it. One easy way to equivalate this is vanilla. Smells great,

you ever try eating it? Tastes terrible. Okay, so we do the opposite. We make it

taste great, we don't care what it smells like in the bottle, alright? So Cam, will you

give them a breakdown on what the pen actually tastes like versus what it

smells like in the bottle? Oh for sure. Well I made up this Sunset Sherbert right here

in my pen, so i'mma tell you exactly what it tastes like.

So initially I get mild earth notes in there, followed by a clean

sweetness, and a very mild citrus on the aftertaste. Sort of imagine like a more

wheaty flavor to Orange Dreamsicle. With that being said, I would categorize

the Sunset Sherbert as a medium strength cannabis profile, meaning that the

notes you're gonna be tasting is the mild earth, the sweetness, and that mild

citrus, but also you're gonna be tasting a bit of a cannabis. Yeah, nailed it. It is

sweet, sweet OG tasting. It's earthy, it's got light citrus in there, and it

definitely has a cannabis profile inside of it too.

One of the other ways that we categorize our terpene profiles is whether it is a

separated profile or a blended profile. Blended profiles tastes the same

combination of flavors through the inhale and the exhale. Separated profiles; first you

taste earthy, then you taste sweet, then you taste citrus, and maybe something

different on the exhale. Where do we fall under on this one Cam? I would say Sunset

Sherbert would fall under the well-blended category, meaning that

you're gonna be mainly tasting all those, that sweetness, that little bit of citrus,

that mild earth, from inhale to exhale. Now where are were we at on the cannabis

level of this profile? We are at a medium one. Medium cannabis taste on this

profile. So there's different ways that we describe cannabis taste versus how

strong the strain is. I'm gonna let Audrey explain that real quick, go

for it. Right, so this profile is categorized into our medium strength

profile. We designed this terpene profile to be an enhancing agent, rather

than a masking agent, meaning that when you exhale, you'll

still smell those hints and cannabis aromas, it won't be completely masked, or

covered like it would be with Bubblegum or Banana. So the difference between the

cannabis level and the strain level is this: when you taste the blend, it's gonna

taste medium strength actual weed. But the profile level, is if you took six

drops of this profile, and maybe six drops of a different profile, some

profiles just taste stronger than others. So this one's gonna have a medium

cannabis flavor, and of that it's gonna be a medium strength pen okay, makes

sense? So if you're interested in picking up the Sunset Sherbert I highly

recommend it. You can go to MrExtractor.com, pick up as much as you like. If you

want to do it in person you can go to any of the Terpene Labs that we have

across the country. You'll be able to smell the bottle, taste the pen, and get

some free samples of it, as much of it as you like there in person. If you're

purchasing in bulk for your company; contact us directly, we are slashing

prices on bulk. Just contact me, Drew, directly at our headquarters and I will

make something happen for you. If you're interested in opening up your Terpene

Lab in your city, now is the time. They're springing up everywhere, that's a

great line of business to get into. Contact us directly on that. Free things,

free things. Audrey handles free stuff, what you got Audrey? Everybody loves free

stuff! So in person go to any of our Terpene Lab locations to pick up your

free grams in person, and online go to www.MrExtractor.com. Check out our social media

platforms, that's where we give away the 20% off, buy one get one free, and all

Are Terpenes Really Safe to Eat?- The Terpene Institute - Duration: 7:54.

Are terpenes safe to eat? Simple answer? No. Not the answer you thought, right? Find

out the truth about eating terpenes, in this week's breakdown of: "Are Terpenes

Safe To Eat?" from The Terpene Institute. So how can we possibly say that terpenes

are not safe to eat, when you go on the internet and see people eating terpenes

all over. There's companies putting terpenes in food, and drinks, and wine.

How could they possibly not be safe to eat? Well, there's some facts that you got

to look into, and the answer is they're kind of not safe to eat. So here's how it

works. Now, there's two different types of

terpenes when we're talking about terpenes in general. We're talking about

cannabis extracted terpenes, over here, and plant extracted terpenes, non-

cannabis extracted terpenes, over here. Now, individual terpenes, every individual

terpene has an MSDS sheet attached to it. In industry that is a material safety

data sheet. The material safety data sheet, or MSDS, explains to you the

toxicity level of a given substance, and we're going to use alpha-Pinene, for

example, in this video. Now if you look up the MSDS on, say alpha-Pinene, it will

tell you if you can eat it or not. A lot of terpenes are toxic in small amounts,

relatively small amounts, and there's different ways that terpenes can be

toxic. One of the main ways that terpenes can be toxic is when you eat it. And what

they say is that; first thing, it'll make you sick, but second thing is if it gets

into your airway, it'll close up your airway, you'll choke, and you're gonna die.

Now I know how this sounds terrible, but I need you to understand why I say that

terpenes are not safe to eat. Now, safety in eating something like-like you've

heard the term before; "the devil is in the dosage". So really it's about how much

of something can I eat safely? Now if we were talking about one simple terpene,

like alpha-Pinene, we could just look up the terpene and say, "Hey, you know what? I can

eat one gram per gallon of water, and I can drink one

cup of that, and I'll be safe." You know, maybe you can figure out that ratio. When

you're talking about terpene profiles, like I create, I create terpene

profiles by hand, I will take a cannabis strain, I'll mix a bunch of organic

terpenes together, and I will recreate the profiles-the terpene profile of the

cannabis strain. The difference with that is that, I know every terpene that's

going into that. I can look up the MSDS for every single terpene that I've put

into that mixture, understand what the amount of terpenes that a person can

ingest, and then recommend how much a person should ingest. That's different

from cannabis terpenes. Now there's a lot of material to cover on why terpenes are

not safe, but let's-let's look at this this way, look. Cannabis terpenes, as

you know, a lot of people go out there and they say, "Oh cannabis terpenes are

better and cannabis has these mysterious secret terpenes that are only available

in cannabis." If you're gonna recommend, as a company or as an individual, that a

person can eat terpenes, let's take cannabis terpenes, for

example, cannabis extracted terpenes. Now if you're saying that there's a hundred

different terpenes that are naturally occurring in cannabis. And usually

there's about 25 per string, and some of them are unknown to science, and we

haven't identified them yet. If you know that terpenes can be toxic, and you know

that terpenes can be poisonous, how can you take a substance, like a cannabis

extracted terpene profile, and recommend it to somebody? When you know

there are things in there that you don't know what they are, you don't have an

MSDS for them, and you don't know how toxic they are. There's a lot of terms

that are being thrown out in the industry such as "food grade terpenes",

which are really misleading. Now, go watch our video on food grade terpenes to

understand what a food grade terpene is. It's the wrong terminology completely.

But when you use terms like "food grade terpenes", you're implying that something

can be eaten, or should be eaten. You should not eat terpenes, because it's

about how much of it you eat. Now, as a company you would need to break down the

terpene profile and recommend that a very specific amount be eaten. But that's

not what's going on. Terpene companies are selling bottles of pure

terpenes, and then telling people they can eat them. Now I guarantee, if you just

started drinking bottles of terpenes you're gonna get very sick and possibly

die. But these aren't coming with instructions. And the instructions they're

coming with are negligible on whether or not they're actually offering you

true safety requirements. Now let's go a little bit farther. Are cannabis terpenes

safer to eat then organic plant extracted terpenes that we've recreated

in profiles? I'm gonna tell you right now, that cannabis terpenes are not safer to

eat than something that is constructed by hand. For the same reason I told you

before. When I construct them by hand, I know exactly what terpenes I'm using,

and I can tell you how much you can and cannot eat. When you take a cannabis

extracted profile, we don't know exactly how many terpenes are in there, or we

don't even know all of the terpenes that's in there. When you tell somebody

you can eat that, you're not telling them how much of that can eat. You, honestly,

they're really just guessing. They say put a quarter gram per gallon, or

whatever random ass fact they've got. But we know scientifically that if you do

not know all of the terpenes that are in cannabis, you can't know the toxicity

level of every single one, and you cannot tell people to eat them. You have a lot

of people that are sick, a lot of people that are medical patients, the majority

of this country is medical patients. As a company, as an individual, you should

never tell people that you know, or are statistically probably sick, that they

can eat something that is superior. You know that it's toxic. You know that it's

toxic. You just don't know how much of its toxic, okay? That whole thing should

be left to the FDA and the professionals. That is not something that you, or your

company, should be engaging in, period, hands down. Unless you know every single

terpene in there, every single MSDS sheet, how much of each one you can give to a

person, and then create something specific that the customer cannot mess

up. Does that make sense? Because you can tell these people these are food grade

terpenes, and cannabis is magical, and we've been smoking weed forever. But I

guarantee, people have not been extracting terpenes and drinking them by

the jug for a thousand years. That's the truth, okay?

So, when you're talking about eating terpenes, look at it like this: can you eat

mushrooms? Some, some are deadly, some are toxic, some get you high, some are great on pizza.

Terpenes are the same way. Some of them were okay to drink, some of them

are not, some of them will kill you in an instant. The problem is; we have a lot of

amateurs out there that are just telling people to go ahead and eat things. So the

question is: "Can I eat terpenes?" The answer is no. Don't eat terpenes. Wait

until-you look farther out in the future when they're accurately describing every

single terpene, giving you the exact amount that a person can ingest, and

putting some guidelines on it. That is the exact reason the FDA was established,

to stop things like this from occurring, okay? So, I hope you understand it. I know

it's not the information or the answer that you were looking for, use some

common sense. The Terpene Institute is a foundation based off of simple common

sense that we should all be operating under. You do not need a scientific

degree in order to understand that if something's toxic, don't give it to a

medical patient, unless you are a scientist and you've done some testing, okay? So,

watch some of our other videos, learn enough, make some money. This is all about

you helping people and making money and that's what I'm here to teach you, alright?

Enjoy the show, go check out another video.

How To Buy Terpenes the RIGHT way! - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 5:57.

If you've been buying terpenes, odds are you've been buying them wrong this entire time.

My name is Drew, owner of MrExtractor.com, and I am here to explain to you the

right way to buy terpenes, in this week's episode: "How To Buy Terpenes", from

The Terpene Institute.

My name is Drew, owner of MrExtractor.com. I was one of the first people in

the world to offer cannabis profiles to the cannabis industry. And if anybody

knows about buying and selling terpenes, it's me.

My terpenes have been in millions of pens across the country for years, we're

in stores all across the country, and I'm here to tell you how to correctly buy

terpenes. Now, what I've seen over the years is that people normally buy

terpenes in one of two ways: they will either go buy the strain name, which is

okay, or they will go buy what the bottle smells like. Now, purchasing by what the

bottle smells like is the absolute worst way to purchase terpenes ever. A lot of

companies play off of that by making terpenes that smell good in the bottle,

but that's just not the way it works. So check this out;

this bottle of terpenes right here was the combination of about 20 different

terpenes. Now terpenes are basically a liquid, and every liquid has an

evaporation point. When you open up this bottle, you're going to smell a substance.

What you're smelling is not 20 different terpenes evaporating off to smell like

cannabis, you're smelling whichever terpenes evaporate off at room

temperature. Now, they're going to evaporate off at different rates at

room temperature. Some terpenes don't evaporate off very much at room

temperature, some evaporate at a lot. So what you'll smell is just a

combination of a few, evaporating off at 80 degrees. One of the differences

between our profiles and other company's profiles, is our profiles are

specifically created to have all of those 20 terpenes evaporate off at the

right combination, at the temperature of a vapor pen. Those are significantly

higher, like maybe 400 depends on the pen, right? 400 degrees or something, right?

Here's the difference; the terpenes that are in this bottle may flash off quite a

bit, creating a stronger lemon smell in the pen, then you would normally smell in

the bottle. Or you have one terpene in here that's really volatile at 80

degrees, so when you open the bottle and smell it, it smells just like that one

terpene. So what you have is a situation where you're gonna open this bottle and

smell it, you're probably gonna smell like four

different terpenes. And they're gonna combine into something completely

different than those same twenty terpenes evaporating off at a much

higher temperature, combining into the smell of cannabis. And that is the main

difference between our company and other companies. You need to watch the video on

why you cannot recreate cannabis profiles based on just the laboratory

analysis, also that'll explain it to you a lot more in depth, okay? I handcraft

these profiles so that when you are smoking it into a pen, it tastes exactly

like the strain smells. And you've got a lot of different things that are going

on there. For one, taste and smell are two completely different things.

When you taste the taste of cannabis burning, you're getting things like

terpenes, but you're also getting plant material, you're getting trichomes, you're

getting a lot of other things that are not in distillate and terpenes blended

together. So, you're gonna have a totally different experience. So if you were to

take this bottle again, open it in a store and smell it, it's gonna smell like

one thing. When you put it into a pen and you vape it, it's gonna taste completely

different. If you formulate it to work that way, like we do, you get a pleasant

experience at the end. If you take this and just go off a lab analysis, there's

no room for creative interpretation. It's not gonna taste good, that's why many

terpene companies taste like perfume and don't taste good. A lot of companies will

form it just to smell it in the bottle, but again, once you vape those things off,

it tastes bad. So always, always, always, if you are gonna buy terpenes, you have to

taste them, because that's really what's important. Now your customers-a lot of

you were running businesses out there, your customer will never, ever take your

bottle of terpenes, open it up, and smell it, okay? That's how you're buying it, but

your customer wouldn't ever actually experience that. What your customer

will experience every time, is they're gonna take

that pen and hit it, and there is a definite scientific difference between

the two. When you are buying terpenes, you need to take every single terpene

profile, mix it in the final end result, and hit it before you buy it. That is

what makes us different. We have Terpene Labs set up across the country. You can

go into the Terpene Lab, you can smell the bottle, you can hit the pen, and you

can buy it based on what your customer will experience. And that is the

difference between us. We also have a data sheet set up on every single one of

the terpene profiles that we sell, that explains exactly what the bottle smells

like, versus what it actually tastes like. We also have a three panel person-three

person panel setup right here. We have someone who hits it, explains it, and I

sit here and smell it, explain it. So there's a lot of different ways on how

you can accurately buy terpenes. So remember this: if you are at an expo, or

you're at a store, and someone says here smell this, it's worthless. It means

nothing. And obviously you can change the name of anything. That's just a given, you

shouldn't be putting names. It's almost irrelevant, I can call this Bubble

Kush, OG Kush, and whatever Kush in the world, doesn't matter. What matters is if

it tastes right, okay? So, go check our data sheets on every single one. Go to

MrExtractor.com. We have a datasheet listed for every single product we sell,

based on what it tastes like. You can go to the Terpene Labs and try

them out there, all right? Thank you for watching. My name is Drew, owner of

MrExtractor.com, and go to some of the other videos of The Terpene Institute. We

are here to teach you common-sense understanding of terpenes so that you could

make money from them. I'll see you there.

OG Kush Cannabis Terpene Profile - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 7:06.

Hey what's up this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates. We're back for

another riveting Terpene Breakdown Video. Alright as usual, I am here with my Chief

Lab Technician; Professor Matsumoto (What's up), my Media Director; Audrey (Hey). Today

we're going to be doing a breakdown of our OG Kush terpene strain. Now this is

one of my favorites. This comes in the second generation, we're on our third

generation currently, as of the filming of this. This is our second generation

terpene profiles. And let's see if I can remember the parent lineage, the parent lineage, it's unknown. The two parents of the OG

Kush, it was, I believe created in Florida and moved over to LA in the 90s, early

mid-90s, and has become the parent strain of a lot of really good OG strains. So

one of my-it's one of my favorite profiles cause it really smells like weed

in the bottle. And I always tell people about that, but does smell really good,

it's got a great cannabis profile. One of the first things you're going to notice

about the strain right here, is that it's clear. And that is because it is in our

organic line of products. There's nothing synthetic or artificial in this blend,

just strictly terpenes. Now if you're in a store or you're purchasing this online,

one of the second things you're gonna do, is you're gonna want to smell the bottle,

alright? So I'm gonna walk you through what this smells like, let's do this.

It's mild. It smells lightly of lime, and cannabis. It definitely smells like weed.

Now, like I said, a light lime, crisp, cannabis odor. Light, mild, not a strong odor. So one

of the things I tell everyone in every video, is you should never ever, ever buy

terpenes based on what the bottle smells like. We have coined that as being a "Terp

Rookie". Do not be a Terp Rookie. Scientifically, you have about 20

different terpenes in this profile. Not all of them evaporate out at the

same temperature. Some are gonna evaporate out at room temperature, let's

say five evaporate at room temperature. Those five are gonna combine and create

a different smell than if all of them evaporated out at the same time. We

formulate these to evaporate all at the right taste, at the pen temperature, which

is vastly different and higher than room temperature. But Audrey will explain a

little bit more to you. Right, so the pen and the bottle doesn't

always transfer over exactly the same. This is important to keep in mind when

you're working with your terpenes and buying them, because at the end of the

day your client and your customer is gonna be tasting that end product and

pen, not smelling the bottle you have. A great example of this is cologne. You

probably wouldn't want to mix that with your concentrate, even though it smells

great, right? So, what I can tell you is, you have to try it before you buy it.

Luckily we have a professor right here, he's gonna tell you what the customer is

gonna experience. Because remember, customers are not gonna smell your bottle of

terpenes, they're gonna taste the pen. So tell us what the customer experiences

there Cam. For sure Imma just jump right into it.

I'm getting a bit of a light, pungent, cannabissey note in there, followed by

a medium, diesel, gassey type of flavor. And then mixed in all of that with a

mild earth. I would categorize the OG Kush as a strong cannabis profile.

Meaning that well, you're gonna be tasting that true OG, straight-up

cannabis taste in this pen. Yeah it's good. And interestingly enough, strong cannabis

versus a light smell, that's why we explain it that way. So one of the ways

that we differentiate our terpenes, is whether they are blended profiles or

separated profiles. A separated profile; you smell different things at different

times. First you taste this, and then you taste

that, and then you taste that. A combined profile is where all the flavors blend

together. You taste the same thing throughout the inhale and the exhale.

What do you think on this one? The OG Kush is a well blended

terpene profile. Basically meaning you're gonna be able to taste that

medium, diesely gas. That light pungent, true OG flavor. And that mild earth from

inhale to exhale. That's right. So, you said it's a strong cannabis flavor, right?

Correct. So, now how much this strain tastes like actual cannabis, is different

from how strong the profile is itself, relative to another profile. For example,

six drops of this in a gram of distillate, versus six drops of something

else, this can be very mild, this can be overpowering, right? So we rate it on how

strong is the profile itself. Can you explain that Audrey? Yeah, OG Kush is

categorized in our medium strength profiles. So you know, it's not gonna be

overpowering, it's not gonna be too light, regular dosage is gonna work just fine

on that. We also categorize this based on whether it is an enhancing agent or a

masking agent to your original profile. What do you got on this? So OG Kush is an

enhancing agent, opposed to being a masking agent. Meaning when you mix it

with your extracts and you're blowing out on that exhale, the cannabis aroma is

gonna still be present in there. It's just gonna be enhanced with those

flavors, rather than covered up, like it would be with like Bubble Gum. I

personally recommend the OG Kush. It tastes very good in a pen. It tastes a

lot like weed. It's- it's on point, it really is. A lot of them, not necessarily

from us, but a lot of terpene profiles aren't just fucking hitting it on the head

with the weed. This one definitely is. You should definitely try it. If you want to try

a sample of it go to MrExtractor.com. We've got sample packs, you can get a one

gram sample, you get as much of it as you want. We specialize in bulk. Bulk is

anything over 800 grams, slashing prices on anything over 800 grams. If you are a

company and you're working with bulk, contact me directly, Drew. Tell me what

you need to make this work, we're gonna make it work for you.

We'll send you out free samples, work on the price, whatever you need. If you want to

try it in person, you go to any Terpene Lab that we have across the country. If

you're a business let them know, they're going to hook you up.

But at all the Terpene Labs, you'll be able to smell the bottle, and you'll be

able to try a pen, that's the most important thing. Remember about that

smell thing. The main Terpene Lab is in Los Angeles. You can go down there, they'll

hook you up with free samples, and oh you know, you get as much as you want down

there. Now we're also- we built our company on giving free things away and

we still do, and Audrey's gonna explain to you how to get some free stuff. Right, so

like Drew just explained a little bit; you can go to any Terpene Lab location

across the country and walk in and get your free gram. Bring a friend, make a

party out of it. Online go to MrExtractor.com to stay up to date on all of

our social media. You can do 20- or we give out 20% off, buy

want to get one free, and free goods just all the time. That's right, Cam? I'd like

to add that, check out our other terpene profile breakdown videos, and our flavor

modifier breakdown videos as well. Get that free knowledge so you can just live

it up man. That's what's up. So hey, thanks for watching our video. Go check

out some of the other profile videos and pick your favorite. We'll see in the next

video, take it easy. Later. Bye.

Platinum OG Cannabis Terpene Profile - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 7:06.

Hey what's up, this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates, and we're back today to do

another terpene profile breakdown video. Now as usual I am joined by my Chief Lab

Technician; Professor Matsumoto (Hey what's up), and my Media Director; Audrey (Hey),

and today's breakdown is going to be on our Platinum OG terpene profile that we

created. Excellent profile, one of the second-generation profiles that we

created. The parent lineage of the Platinum OG comes from OG Kush, which we

have a terpene profile of, and Master Kush, which we also have a terpene

profile of. There's supposedly some third unknown strain, rating three things

together, sounds fishy, but whatever that's what it

says out there so we'll go with that. One of the first things that you're going to

notice about this strain, right here, middle bottle lit up, is that it is clear.

And it is clear because it falls under our organic line of products. That means

that all the components in that blend are organic terpenes. There's nothing

synthetic and nothing artificial. And one of the first things you're gonna do when

you pick up this bottle when you're at the store, you want to try it, buy it, whatever,

you're gonna want to smell it. So what I'm gonna do is just walk you through

what this thing smells like, ready?

So, I know that this is a bottle that doesn't smell like what it tastes like.

It's very mild, it's grassy, slightly gassy and it has a

really good cannabis flavor to it, aroma to it. And like I said; it's just a

mild smell in the bottle. So one of the things that I tell everybody in every

single video: you should never buy your terpenes based on what the bottle smells

like, for a very scientific reason. Terpene profiles, like we make, are

usually blends of about 20 different terpenes. Those terpenes don't all

evaporate out at the same temperature. When you smell a bottle, normally what

you're going to smell is the few terpenes that happen to evaporate the

most out at room temperature. Now, a normal smell is a combination of a bunch

of terpenes, but what you're gonna smell is a combination of a few terpenes. That's

gonna make it smell completely different than what it's supposed to taste like in

the pen at 400 degrees. I'm gonna let Audrey explain this a little bit more to you.

Right, so the most important thing to keep in mind when you're buying terpenes

is that the pen and the bottle almost never smell and taste exactly alike. You

need to know this because at the end of the day your clients and customers are

gonna be trying that pen, not smelling the bottle you have on your counter.

That's right. Well it's- it's a rookie mistake that you don't want to make and

remember, like she said, your customers are never gonna smell your terpene

bottle, they're only gonna be tasting your pens. Now luckily, Cameron here has

made some pens up and he's gonna give you what your customer is gonna

experience using this product in your pen. So I made up the Platinum OG pen not

too long ago, so here we are, gonna tell you exactly what it tastes like. Let's do it.

Nice, so I'm getting a nice blend of a light piney citrus, with a bit of

sweetness thrown in there, and followed- followed in by a light skunky note I

would say. And I would categorize the Platinum OG as a light cannabis flavor,

meaning that you're gonna be able to taste those notes of the sweetness,

that's piney citrus, and that slight skunkyness right before any type of

cannabis profile. Excellent, so one of the other ways that we differentiate our

terpenes is whether it's a blended profile or a separated profile. In

blended profiles; you'll taste all of those flavors

combined into one to the inhale and the exhale. And a separated profile you're

gonna first taste one flavor, then another flavor, may be something

different on the exhale. Where does this one fall? The Platinum OG is a

very well blended profile, meaning that you're gonna be able to taste that

mixture of that sweetness, that slight skunkyness, and that light piney citrus

from inhale to exhale. Now I believe you did say this was a light cannabis flavor?

Yes, correct. So the amount of flavor, the amount of

cannabis that this profile tastes like, that level, is different from how strong

the profile is entirely together. And I'll the Audrey explain that a little bit

better. Right, so the profile as a whole is categorized in our medium strength

profiles. Meaning if you took six drops of this one, and six drops of something

categorized as mild, or super strong, it would just have a medium, middle flavor,

rather than being overpowering or loud. Yeah, it's kind of hard to understand but

you know, how much this tastes like cannabis is different from how intense

the actual profile is as a whole, relative to other ones. So, light cannabis

flavor, medium intensity. One of the other ways that we describe all of our

profiles is whether they are enhancing agents or masking agents, and Audrey can

also tell you about that too. Right, so Platinum OG for example, is considered

an enhancing agent, opposed to a masking agent. Meaning, when you're smoking those

terpenes, on the exhale, those cannabis aromas are gonna be

naturally enhanced, rather than completely covered up like it would be

with like Bubblegum or Banana. It's an excellent profile, one that I highly

recommend. If you're interested in trying it out go to MrExtractor.com. We have

sample packs, we have this in any size that you want. Just go ahead there, take a

look. If you're interested in bulk of any kind, over 800 grams is what we consider

bulk, I'm slashing prices on bulk. Contact me directly, Drew, just asked for me, and

tell us what your company needs in order to make this happen. It's an excellent

profile that your customers will like. It's a new-it's good for our new lineup.

And if you want to try it in person you can go to any of the Terpene Labs that

we have across the country. Our main Terpene Lab is in downtown Los Angeles.

You'll be able to smell the bottle there, you'll be able to try it in a pen, like

Cam here, and you'll be able to get as much as it-much of-as much of it as you

want there as well. Free stuff, we do a lot of free stuff. Audrey wanna talk about the free things?

So in person go to any Terpene Lab location across the country. Drew, here has set it

up for you, so you can walk in and get your free gram on the spot. Online go to

www.MrExtractor.com, that's where you can stay up to date on all of our social media

platforms and such. That's where we do 20% off, buy one get one free, and handing

out free goods. That's right. Cam, you good? And for free knowledge, check out our

other terpene profile videos and our flavor modifier videos. We have so much

new content coming at you guys. That's right. Hey thanks for watching the video,

go check out one of the other flavors, and try something, all right? We'll see

you there. Later.

Runtz Cannabis Terpene Profile - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 7:16.

Hey what's up, this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates, and I am back

to do another Terpene Profile Breakdown Video. Today I am joined by my Chief Lab

Technician; Professor Matsumoto (Hey what's up), and my Media Director; Audrey (Hi), and

today we're gonna be doing a breakdown of the Runtz terpene profile that we've

created, okay? So the Runtz strain itself is a pure sativa. Everybody always asks

us for sativa profiles, here you go. This is it. Now, the strain itself

actually smells exactly like the candy. And I picked this up I believe that the

Cookie Store down in LA. And because it smelled so much like the candy I really

wanted to make it. It was an interesting challenge. One of the first things that

you're going to notice is that it is a clear bottle, which means that it is a

pure organic strain. All of the ingredients in it are organic terpenes.

There is nothing synthetic and nothing artificial in this blend. One of the

first things you're going to do when you're purchasing the strain, is pick it

up and smell it. So I'm gonna do that for you, let you know what it smells like.

Now this is a really interesting one. All the new stuff that we've been coming out

with, it's all vastly different from each other. Now a lot of people complain about

terpenes smelling like each other, throughout the companies, this is

definitely a different one. So, what I smell right off the bat is an earthy

candy and as I've mentioned before; this reminds me of childhood. And I don't know

why but I think we can all remember being kids, and playing outside, and

eating candy, and eating things like Runtz, and the first thing that this

brings me back to is just being a kid. So, that's definitely one of my favorites

because we all need those things in life. Having said that, even though it smells

amazing, I tell everyone all the time that you cannot buy terpenes based on

what the bottle smells like. The bottle is gonna smell like, regardless of how

many ingredients in it, whichever few of those ingredients happen to evaporate

off at room temperature, that's what it's gonna smell like. The rest of them may

not be evaporating at all. So you're not getting the full profile there. Audrey's

gonna explain a little bit more about that for you. Right, so when you're

purchasing your terpenes, like Drew touched base on, a little bit; you have to

keep in mind that the bottle and the pen will almost never taste and smell

exactly alike. You have to keep this in mind because at the end of the day, your

client is gonna be tasting a pen, not smelling your bottle. This is what makes

our product better. We formulate these strains and these lines for the end-user

and the end-taste, rather than smelling the bottle at the counter. As I've said:

you may get a couple ingredients that evaporate off at room temperature, but

your goal is to have all the ingredients evaporating off at the temperature of

that pen when you're hitting it, which is probably around 400 degrees. That's the

way we formulate our stuff. So Cam, can you explain to people what this actually

tastes like when everything's working right? Oh for sure, I actually made up a

pen in the Runtz right here and I'm gonna tell you exactly what it tastes like.

Wow, that's good. So, initially I get a sweet candy flavor, mixed in with mild

citrus, and I also tasted a little bit of a light earth aftertaste onto it. Imagine

kind of like Grape Ape but on like this sweeter end of it. It's really really

just imagine being a kid man. Yeah, how's the cannabis level? The cannabis level on

this, the the Runtz I would say it's more on the mild side.

You're getting a lot of that candy, that slight amount of citrus, and that fairly

faint earth, but it all comes together really just. Yeah and you know I

personally made this to taste exactly like that cannabis smells, and that

cannabis smells a lot like the candy, so we made it taste a lot like the candy.

Not everything actually tastes exactly like weed. So it's pretty dead-on. I'm

really proud of this one. So, the way that- one of the other ways that we designate

our terpene profiles is based on whether it is a blended profile or a separated

profile. Separated profiles; first you're going to taste something, then you're

gonna taste something different, maybe something different on the exhale. In a

blended profile; all of those flavors combine and you taste the same thing, all

the way through the inhale, all the way through the exhale. Where does this one

fall Professor? The Runtz falls under a very well blended profile. You're

gonna be able to get that sweetness, that really sweet candy taste, and that

light earth, and that light citrus, from start to finish. It's cool, so, regardless of where

the cannabis level of the profile lies, there is a difference between the

cannabis level in the profile and the strength of the overall profile, compared

to a different profile. Audrey can explain that to you. So every terpene

profile varies on how strong the actual strength is. This terpene

profile is categorized into our medium strengths. We designed it to be an

enhancing agent, rather than a masking agent. So on that exhale you'll get sweet cannabis

aroma, and tones coming out, rather than being completely covered, like it would

with Banana or Bubblegum. I definitely recommend that you try the strain. If

you'd like to try it, we have sample packs on MrExtractor.com. If you're

interested in purchasing it; you can get it from Mr.Extractor.com. If you want

to see it in person you can stop by any of the Terpene Labs we have across the

country. Our largest Terpene Lab is in downtown Los Angeles. You can go in there,

you can smell the bottle, you can try a pen, and you can leave with some that day.

By the way, if you're interested in opening up your own Terpene Lab; right

now is the time. We are opening up Terpene Labs all across the country;

Canada, Mexico, New York, Florida, Chicago, Detroit, Phoenix, Arizona, Los Angeles, to

name a few. That's what we've already got in the works, who knows where it's at it

by the time you're watching this video, right? Hit me up directly. If your company

purchases in bulk; anything over 800 grams, my name is Drew,

contact me directly. I'm slashing the prices on bulk products. We are a

manufacturer of bulk terpenes, and we want to put that in your store. So hit

me up, tell us what you need, tell us the price points you need, I will make that

happen, okay? Free stuff. We love giving away free things, Audrey is gonna explain

how to get some free things. Everybody loves free stuff, so in person go to any

of the Terpene Lab locations. Drew mentioned earlier across the country to

get your free grams, and online go to www.MrExtractor.com to follow our social

media, that's where we give away the BOGO, 50% off, and all of our good deals. Did I

mention that all of the Terpene Labs, I have designed to where they all give away

free things mandatory. Everybody has to give away free things at every Terpene

Lab in the country. It's what we do, okay? So, stop by there. Cam? And I say check

out our other Terpene Breakdown Videos. We have so many new profiles for you

guys man, it's exciting stuff. Yeah definitely. Hey so thanks for watching

the video, I really appreciate it. Hey, go check out another video. We'll see

you in the next video, take it easy. Later. Bye.

Can Terpenes Darken Your Distillate?- The Terpene Institute - Duration: 6:44.

Do terpenes darken your oils and distillate?

Well, the answer is yes, but the reason is gonna surprise you because it's not the terpenes.

Get ready to learn the truth about whether terpenes can darken your oil in this week's

episode: "Can Terpenes Darken My Oil?" from The Terpene Institute.

My name is Drew, owner of MrExtractor.com, and my terpene profiles are in millions of

products all over the country.

We sell to large manufactures, and probably brands that you've been buying for years.

One of the things that I get asked the most is, "Do terpenes darken my oil?

Can terpenes darken my oil?"

And the answer is yes, but it's really interesting in how they darken the oil.

So one of the first things people ask me is on things like our Flavored Line, that's a

little bit orange, or on our All Natural Line, the light colors that aren't clear, if that's

gonna darken their oil.

And the answer to that is no, that's not really gonna darken your oil at all, just because

it's such a small amount of terpenes that you're gonna use with you distillate.

If you're using something clear you may get the tiniest tinge of something, but you know

the sun is gonna do that, time is gonna do that, age is gonna do that, there's a lot

of factors that are gonna minutely gonna affect the color of your extract in the pen.

But in general, no they're not gonna darken your oil.

But we have seen instances where people take terpenes and they put it in a big batch of

distillate and the whole thing turns black and everybody's like, "Oh shit dude, I just

lost like $10,000".

And it's true, it happens.

So for a long time we haven't been able to figure out why, but we're getting really close

to figuring it out.

And I think we've got some good enough answers now that I can explain to you what we think

is happening.

And I'm sure there's some people out there who know what it is, and some people don't,

some people aren't sharing.

But I'll tell you what we found.

So again, in manufacturing what we're seeing is that on some terpene blends, people will

mix the terpenes into their distillate, and a day late, or hours later, they'll come back

and their whole jar of clear distillate has gone dark, and nobody can figure it out.

So we do some of our own manufacturing, we work with distillates down in Los Angeles.

And we are able to buy different types of different distillate from the same manufacture.

And interestingly enough, it's just like a quarter cheaper.

So you know, you'll buy a bunch of it at one price, and a quarter cheaper you get something

different, and a quarter cheaper you get something different.

What we found was that when you didn't spend the extra quarter, some terpenes would cause

the batch to go black.

And we talked with them for a long time trying to figure out what it does- what was happening,

and they finally told us what it was.

So, what they told us is different in their manufacturing process was the amount of times

that they would refine the distillate.

The more expensive stuff had been refined a minimum of three times in the pulp machine.

Anything that was refined less than three times, via one pass or two passes, had a good

chance of it turning dark.

Now not all of it, some terpenes, sometimes.

Just on oil that has not been refined.

Now, everytime they do three passes on any amount, we never had anything turn dark.

So what does that mean?

Well, I guess the question is; what causing it?

The terpenes or the oil?

I think the answer is it's really not the THC and it's not the terpenes, it's something

else.

It's a containment that's been left over.

What containment is it?

We don't exactly know yet.

I'm sure some people out there may, and if you do, throw it in the comments, whatever.

But what I can tell you is that distillate is supposed to be distilled pure THC, a high

percentage of THC.

And if you're only doing a couple passes on it, you've got some things left in there that

are not THC, and that is what the terpenes are reacting with.

Now, what is it?

I couldn't tell you.

I could guess, it's probably chemical related because it doesn't do it on all batches.

There's some things that are inherent in all cannabis extracts, you know you're gonna have

your fats and your waxes, your lipids, your THC, your CBD's.

If that was a problem you would be seeing it everytime you added terpenes to any bulk

distillate.

It would always turn dark if any of those things would accost.

Being that it happens very rarely, that means that there's something specific that's not

being refined out, that's not the THC.

We don't have a problem with the terpenes interacting with the THC or the CBD's.

There's something in it that's not being refined out that's a contaminant that the terpenes

are reacting with.

What does that mean?

Well that means you're just buying dirty distillate, and I- you know I'll be honest, I hate it

when people say, "There's a problem, it's your fault."

But that's what we're finding.

We're finding that there is no problematic interaction between terpenes and THC, or terpenes

and CBD, it's just whatever is not being refined out.

When they refine it out, we don't have an issue.

So that's it.

You know, what I would recommend; if you're buying- I mean you should do this for any

product in life, all large manufactures do small sample batches of everything and test

on everything, and you should be too.

If you're dealing with 10,000 or 100,000 dollars of distillate at a time, do a sample batch

every time, quality control.

Take a gram of something, mix your terpenes into it, and let it sit.

That's just normal business practices and you should be doing it.

If you take a large batch of something and dump something else into it, and don't have

the desired effect, when you know that there's a problem with possibly how the refinement's

going in a possible interaction with contaminants, that's on you.

So, the other thing we're seeing is that sometimes other manufactures, not ourselves, are having

sugar that is-there's some reason they're putting sugar in their terpenes, or they're

using flavor components that have sugar in it.

That will definitely darken your terpenes as well.

So, excuse me, once you add your terpenes to your distillate, the sugar can react with

the heat, and that'll do it.

So if you're getting something from another company, we don't have any sugar in any of

our products.

If you're getting terpenes from another company and you're mixing it with your distillate,

it's possible that they've added sugar.

Some of the mint flavors, the Spearmint and the Peppermint, they have natural sugars in

them that cause it to darken as well.

So, you may want to use this as a test too.

When you buy it, when you're buying distillate, make sure that you get some terpenes and mix

it in there.

It's a good way of finding out whether the distillate your buying is contaminated.

And what I'd like to do is I'd like to work out a test, and I'll work on that among the

other million things I do.

I'd like to work out a test kit where you can put your terpenes, a specific set of terpenes

that we know darken, in whatever distillate you're gonna buy, and find out if it still

has contaminants in it.

Because it seems to be working pretty well that way.

Make sure that you go to The Terpene Institute on MrExtractor.com.

We've got a ton of videos that are gonna help you make money in this industry.

I appreciate your time in watching this video and I hope this has helped.

Hey there this is Drew, owner of MrExtractor.com and I'm here to do a

Breakdown Video of our Organic Terpene Profiles. Now I understand that it's

really important to businesses and consumers that they understand what

ingredients are in their products. So I've taken all the terpene profiles that

we make and I've broken them down into different categories based on their

ingredients. That way you can make an informed decision on what you're buying

and consuming. Now first off, we have the Organic Cannabis Terpene Profile Line. We

have the All Natural Cannabis Terpene Profile Line, the Flavored Cannabis

Terpene Line, and the Modifier Line. So; Organic, All Natural, Flavored, Modifiers.

If you're interested in finding out the differences between them, I've done a

video on each one of them. You can find that on MrExtractor.com or you can

just scroll down a little bit on MrExtractor.com, it'll be right next to

each individual category. So the Organic Line; the Organic Line we designated as

organic-let me give you a little history. When I first got into this industry, that

I created to be quite honest with you, was-I was working in the medical

industry and cannabis patients, medical patients, they wanted a way to vaporize

THC without using something that was artificial to the plant. And the only

thing at the time was Propylene Glycol and medical patients didn't want to

smoke Propylene Glycol. So I started looking into the plant and finding out

what we can use from the actual cannabis plant that would break down THC to be

usable in a vapor pen, and we settled on terpenes. Obviously the terpenes coming

from cannabis are very expensive, so I sourced terpenes from other plants.

Chemically they're exact same terpenes. If it comes from a plant it's the same

terpene, regardless of what plant that it comes from. It doesn't matter which plant;

cannabis, or pine, or lemons, or whatever. Difference being synthetic, those are

made in to a lab, we don't use anything synthetic. But what I was able to do was

I was able to create a terpene line of products that does liquefy THC for use

in vapor pens that did not use anything artificial or foreign to the cannabis

plant. So, there you have it. One of the other things that separates us

from other companies is that we make sure that we're not using anything, no

Propylene Glycol, no Vegetable Glycerin, no PEG, no MCT, no coconut oil, none of

the artificial things that was back to the root of why we even created this

company. I know that a lot of other companies do use fillers in their

products, I've seen it. I don't agree with it. I think that if you're going to use

organic terpenes, use organic terpenes that the customer can thin it down or at

least tell them that it's thinned down. Which is again why we have different

categories of products. So if you're looking for pure organic terpenes with

no fillers, no filler, just basic pure terpenes. This is where you want to go. If

you're looking for a strain terpene, if you're looking for a Sour Diesel, or a

Thin Mint Cookies, or Girl Scout Cookies, Animal Cookies, anything. That's gonna be

our Organic Line of products. So, I highly recommend that you watch the All Natural

video, and the Flavored video, and the Modifier video, and learn the differences

between the terpenes so that you can make the right decision for your company.

Just because these are organic terpenes, they're very good, but there are uses for,

say the Flavored Line. The Flavored Line is something like Strawberry, and you

can't really extract an oil from strawberries that works with THC,

we have to get that artificially. So we put all the artificial stuff in the

Flavor Line. So again, take a look at all the different videos, learn the

differences between the two. But if you're interested in the Organic Line of

products; they are pure terpenes, no fillers, all natural from the or-from

organic sources, combined together into cannabis profiles. I hope this has helped

you out a little bit and go try a sample pack if you haven't already yet.

Thank you for watching the video and I'll see you in the next video.

How to select your THC Vape Cartridge - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 8:07.

So whether you're a large manufacture or you're just

looking to get into the vapor pen game, I highly advise

that you do. There is so much

money in vapor pens it's

unreal. I'm in the vapor pen industry simply because I know that.

You can be too. One of the most important

parts of being in the vapor pen game is understanding

what cartridge you should buy. But what do you do when there's so many of them?

My name is Drew, owner of MrExtractor.com.

My terpene profiles are in millions of pens all around the country.

I'm here today to tell you the truth about what cartridge you should use in today's

episode: "How To Pick Your THC Cartridge" from The

Terpene Institute.

Okay so look; you've got your

distillate, and you've got your terpenes, and it tastes really good, and you're loving it,

and you're like, what products should I pick?

Look, we could go on for hours about the differences

in cartridges. And to be honest with you, later,

when I have a little bit more time, I'm gonna bring in some vape cartridge manufactures

and they're gonna explain the exact differences. But what I'm gonna do today,

is give you just a common-sense breakdown of

some of the things you're gonna run into when picking out a cartridge for your line.

Now, without getting into all the intricacies

of every different cart, that is a whole other thing.

I don't manufacture carts, I don't want to manufacture carts, I could.

It is a huge pain in the ass with a million competitors

and no money. I don't deal with it for

a million different reasons. But I can tell you a few things.

When we first started this company, we were testing our terpenes

with distillate, and we were like dude this sucks. We suck.

We don't know what we're doing. We should probably give this up.

We tried a different cartridge after a couple months,

everything we had tasted better. It tasted right.

And I was like, "Oh my god this whole time it's been the damn cartridge."

We never knew!

All cartridges are not created equal. Aside from their

whole sizes, and their glass, and the tips, and all that

stuff, some of them just don't taste good. It can make your product

taste like shit.

So what I always recommend; when you first start out,

grab like five different cartridges,

just in general, and just start with which one tastes

best. You're gonna have to look at a whole bunch of different

parameters when you're operating. Taste is gonna be one of the most

important, followed by cloud size.

It's hard to debate on even which one is more important than that.

If it leaks,

it's no good to anybody. So instead of going

over every single different aspect, I'm gonna save that for a whole series of

videos where I bring in a vapor pen, a couple

vapor pen manufactures, and we're gonna go over every different aspect

of the cartridge, and why you should or shouldn't pick one based on that.

Problem with that is everything's evolving all the time. So let me

just tell you kind of some of the pitfalls you're gonna run into.

Keep it simple. So first off, your cartridge

can taste different depending on the

manufacture. It can make your good product taste like crap.

We got tricked with that very early in the industry, like

I said. We didn't realize it was the damn cartridge, we thought we

didn't know what we were doing. I'm sure you guys have run into that too.

Always try a few different pens. Now,

you can find a pen that tastes great, the battery

it's coupled with can also make it taste like crap.

We do so much testing here, I've honestly ran through thousands

and thousands and thousands of cartridges that we've personally tried,

and I understand the differences between a lot of them, but sometimes

we ran into this when we thought our test was terrible. Again later,

it was the stupid cartridge again. Even from the same

manufacture. China is not the most honorable country in the world, believe it or

not. They sell you a bunch of good stuff once, they say a bunch of crap

the next time to offload some parts. So, make sure that

you have a consistent, quality supplier.

Make sure that your cartridge tastes good. If your cartridge does not

taste good, try it with a different battery.

It is essential that you understand that the combination between

the cartridge and the battery is crucial.

You can have an excellent cartridge with a different type

of battery that burns it too hot, not hot enough, tastes like shit,

vise versa. So, before you even go into

business, you need to pick the battery that you want to use,

make sure that you can get a lot of them, couple it with

the cartridge you want to use, make sure that you can get

a lot of those too, and then start adjusting your product based on that.

Now there's all sorts of different types, there's the wicks, there's the ceramics,

there's the c-cell's.

So many different parameters that you want to operate under.

Exactly why I don't do this. But what I can tell

you is that, if you're running into

problems,

our products taste good. We've tasted- we

tested them in a bunch of different products. Enough to know

that we can't control the manufactures of the battery in the

cart. Switch your battery, try something different.

Switch your cartridge, try something different.

It's not your distillate, and it's not our terpenes. It's most likely

your cartridge. Some of them burn hot, some of them leak,

whatever. Make sure you get a cartridge that doesn't leak.

Leave your pens out for a week, set them out in

a little bit of heat. You don't want it running out into your packaging and ruining

your product, giving you a bad name.

So many things on the cartridge aspect. So

I'm leery to even get into it. That's something that, you know

again, for the millionth time, I don't like getting into it just because

of the variety of things when you're buying a cheap product from

China. I'm seeing so many things from those people over

there that is just crazy.

You don't need to spend the most amount of money. Now I can tell you this;

for product testing,

I use some of the cheapest carts that I can find.

I use the wick carts, it's the simple black ones with the wick,

they taste great. They don't blow the hugest cloud, but it

really pulls out the aroma, it doesn't burn the oil.

They're inexpensive, they taste great.

Other people, they want to use the really expensive ones, that's

cool. It depends on your product. If you're blowing really good clouds, and all that.

What I can tell you is that the amount of terpenes that you use with the

wick system is gonna differ from the amount you use with the c-cell.

If you got something that burns really hot, it's gonna flash off

more terpenes at one time all during the taste.

Versus something that does it a little bit slower.

Make sure that you watch some of our other videos. I'll probably pop a link up here

as to what videos you should watch, and how to blend your terpenes

based on how they flash off, and why you can't

do things- smell versus taste because terpenes do

flash off at different amounts and different temperatures.

So if you got some major ass coil, and you're burning them all off real quick,

it's gonna hurt your throat. Versus something a little softer.

It is a combination of events, just like these terpenes.

We've got twenty different things that work together in harmony,

mixed with your THC, mixed at a certain temperature, mixed

with the oxygen when it hits your mouth, and create a pleasant flavor.

It's complex. Your

pen is the same thing. You've got your cartridge, you've got how

viscous your distillate is, how many terpenes

you have, what temperature you're vaping it at, how the voltage

of the battery is affecting it. You are creating a symphony of

items that, everything's just as important. The THC gets you

high, that stuff's the flavoring, the battery supplies the power,

the cartridge does the burning. You got to orchestrate

it right, or you're going to come out with a poor product. The good news is

all you gotta do is just try some things, process of elimination.

Get your cart, throw a few different batteries, which one tastes better?

Throw a few different carts on the same battery. Just narrow it down,

it's not that hard, and stick with it. Talk to the manufacture and say, "Hey man,

can you get these all the time? How long have you been in business? Do you switch the model all the

time?"

Carts man, they're something else. Someday we'll come up with something even better then

a cart, alright? So

look, The Terpene Institute was founded just to give you simple,

commonsense understanding of the terpene industry,

and how to make money from it. I'm gonna

expand into cannabis, and business lines, but for right now,

just helping you understand how this works aside from all

the crazy, stupid bullshit that you find on social media.

I'm here only to tell you the truth because simply, the more products you sell,

the more products I sell. I'm gonna do my very best to make sure

that you sell the most things that you can, and make the most money you can, alright?

Because you're gonna spend it here. So, go to MrExtractor.com.

You've got all the different terpene profiles there, watch some of the other

videos, you should watch them all. College is expensive, and you can't

learn what I'm teaching you anywhere. College that you

go to, you're gonna have some broke ass professor teaching you something that he doesn't

know anything about, or you can take it from a person that started this industry

that is a multi-millionaire and teach you how to do the same thing.

I ain't even gonna charge you, alright? Thank you for watching,

see you at The Terpene Institute in the next video. Take it easy.

Sour Diesel Cannabis Terpene Profile - The Terpene institute - Duration: 7:44.

Hey what's up this is Drew, owner of Connoisseur Concentrates. We're back to

do another Terpene Profile Breakdown video. As usual I am joined by my Chief

Lab Technician; Professor Matsumoto (Wassup), my Media Director; Audrey (Hi), and

today we're going to be doing a profile breakdown video on the Sour Diesel. The

Sour Diesel is the second terpene profile that I created as a company.

Early in the industry, and the creation of terpenes for labor pens, this was the

second one that came through, it's really good. It's not as complex as our newer

profiles, but it's still a winner, it's still- it's still working hard and doing

a good job, and we sell tons of this stuff, alright?

So, Sour Diesel has a parent lineage from Chemdawg and Super Skunk.

And we happen to have a Super Skunk terpene profile as well.

It's a sativa blend. And I don't know, I really like it, it's- it's, having said that,

I've made some more diesel blends in our later generations. And I think the later

diesel blends are far more complex, and superior than the Sour Diesel. I know

that the Sour Diesel is one of our early blends. It's gonna be a simpler profile,

without as many flavors, but it's still good. People do still like it, and people do

still order it, so I would recommend- I'd recommend at least trying it. It's

good. Okay so, one of the first things you're gonna notice about this strain is

that it's clear, bottle of it right there. That's because it is made from all

organic terpenes. There is nothing synthetic, and nothing artificial in this

blend. One of the first things you're gonna do when you purchase the bottle, or

you think about purchasing it, is you're gonna want to smell it, so I'm gonna let

you smell this through me, ready?

So, it's very citrusy, and truthfully it tastes like- it tastes like

a lemonhead. Remember the candy Lemonheads? That's-

that's what it smells like. It's got a very clear, crisp, vibrant smell, with the

citrus- the citrus is predominant in it. Doesn't smell like weed. It smells a lot

like a lemon head, that's really, really what it smells like. But as I tell

everybody; you should never really buy terpenes based on what the bottle smells

like, for a very simple reason. And if you want more go watch the video on

why you shouldn't do that. I've done another video, we're trying to link to it.

Terpenes are made, terpene blends like this, are made from usually 10 to 20

different terpenes. Not all them have the same evaporation temperatures. So, when

you smell a bottle you're smelling what few terpenes are evaporating off at room

temperature, 70 degrees. It's not gonna give you an accurate profile if they

were built correctly. You're gonna smell something different from those

combinations then you're gonna taste in the pen. And I'll let Audrey explain a

little bit more about that. Yeah, right, so the most important thing to keep in mind

here is; don't be a terpene rookie. We have coined that term for people who

smell the bottle, and taste the pen, and expect it to be exactly the same.

It's not. That's what makes our product better. We've spent hours formulating

these terpenes so that the end-user, your client, will have that authentic taste,

not the smell from your bottle at the counter. True that. So, make sure that you're

not a terp rookie and you need to only buy your terpenes based on what they taste

like, because your customer will be tasting your pen. Your customer will

never smell your terpene bottle. Luckily that's why the professor is here. He is

gonna taste that pen for you already mixed up and tell you exactly what it

tastes like, what your customers are gonna experience. As Drew said before;

made up a Sour Diesel pen right here, tell you exactly what it tastes like.

I'm getting a certain fresh, crispness initially, followed by a light, pungent

citrus note. It's very refreshing, wow. It's cool. It is a good profile. Again

like I said, it's one of our earlier profiles. I really think that if you were

gonna use this, you should mix it with some of our other stuff. I think that you

can create your own terpenes by taking some of our other blends and mixing

our blends together. You can almost never mess that up. This is a great ingredient,

on something else. So one of the ways that we describe terpene profiles, are

whether they're separated or blended, that means that; in a separated profile;

you're first gonna taste, maybe citrus, and then you taste earth, and then you

taste something else at the end. In a combined profile; you're gonna taste all

those flavors together, all the way through the inhale and the exhale. Where

does the Sour Diesel fall? I would categorize Sour Diesel as a separated

profile, meaning that initially, you're gonna get that very crisp, clean flavor,

followed by a pungent, citrus notes. And yeah, it's- it's really good. I failed to

mention this a little bit earlier, but Sour Diesel is categorized as a medium

cannabis profile, meaning that the cannabis notes are gonna be right in

line with that light, crisp, pungent, citrus. So, the key- the level that you

taste cannabis is different from how strong the profile is. There's a cannabis

strength and a profile strength. Cannabis strength is; how much does it

taste like weed. Profile strength is; how strong is this profile, you know six

drops of this profile versus another profile. Where does the strength of this

profile lay? So this profile in particular, is categorized in our medium strength, which

means it's not going to be too overpowering, but it's definitely gonna

be there. Definitely, enhancing? While I'm asking? Right, so another thing we categorize- use

to categorize our terpenes; is whether or not they are a profile

masking agent or a enhancing agent, meaning that on that exhale, when you're

smoking, it's the difference between it being enhanced with the cannabis aroma,

or it being completely covered up like you would with like Bubblegum or Fruity

Pebbles. Where does this one lie? And this one lies in our enhancement, which means

those cannabis notes are just gonna be laced throughout there, instead of

covered. Yeah I would definitely pick this up, try one of our sample packs. If

you're interested in this go to www.MrExtractor.com. You can get sample packs,

try it out, see if you like it. You can also buy as much of it as you want. If

you're purchasing in bulk; we're slashing prices on bulk. All you have to do is get

ahold of Drew, me, directly. Anything over 800 grams is considered

bulk, let me know what your company needs in order to work with it, we'll

we'll make it happen. If you want to try it in person you can go to any of our

Terpene Labs. Our main Terpene Lab is downtown Los Angeles. You'll be able to

go there, smell the bottle, try a pen, and take home as much of it as you like as

well. So, definitely go there. Free stuff. We're shipping free stuff, we're always

giving away free things, Audrey's gonna tell you how to get it. Free stuff, go to any

Terpene Lab location across the country. Drew has set it up so you can walk in

and get your free gram. Online go to www.MrExtractor.com to stay up to date on our

social media platforms. That's where we do the 20% off, buy one get one free, all

the goodies. That's right, Cam? I'd like to add that check out our other terpene and

flavor profile breakdown videos. There's so many new content that we're giving to

you guys. That's right. Watch these videos the more you know, the more money you

make and that's the truth, alright? So, see you in the next video, thanks for watching.

Take it easy. Later. Bye.

Why you cannot use Lab Tests to Create Terpene Profiles - The Terpene Institute - Duration: 6:15.

The cannabis industry relies on laboratories to give us accurate reports

about the THC and terpene levels in our cannabis and extracts. But what if I were

to tell you that these laboratories have been giving us wrong information for

years. My name is Drew, owner of MrExtractor.com, and I'm here to give you

the truth about cannabis testing in today's video;

"Cannabis Terpene Profiles And Laboratory Testing" from The Terpene Institute. So

all the laboratories are wrong. That's a pretty bold statement, but I'm gonna

explain it. My name is Drew, owner of MrExtractor.com, and I create cannabis

terpene profiles. What I do is I take individual terpenes, I use a lab analysis

of cannabis, and then I use those individual terpenes to create a cannabis

profile. Now my terpenes have been in millions of products all around the

world for years, and if anybody understands this stuff, it's me. I did a

little digging and I'm gonna tell you what I found. So first off, as a

manufacturer I rely on laboratories in order to tell me what the terpene

profiles are of individual cannabis strains. We take our cannabis, good

profile, take it down to a lab, they do a terpene analysis, and we use that as a

blueprint to recreate the cannabis terpene profile. But how do you know

that's right? We all assume that that's because it's a laboratory, they're gonna

be right, but how do you really know unless you compare it against something

else? So that's what I wanted to do. Now when you're talking about terpenes, we

all take them at face value, but as a manufacturer I needed to go a step

farther. I had some doubts about whether they were actually giving me accurate

information or not, so I decided to do a test. What I did was I took one of my

terpene profiles, one that I know exactly what I put in it. I took a very

simplified profile that only had a few different terpenes in it, I knew exactly

what the ratios were, and they took them to three individual laboratories.

Laboratories that I've been using for years. And I wanted them to test it and

tell me what they found. The results were quite interesting to say the least. Now,

I'm gonna give you an example: alpha-Pinene for one, is a terpene that we use in some of

our products. Now interestingly enough, in one lab analysis it came back at

seventy five percent, that my ratio was seventy five percent alpha-Pinene. At another

laboratory it was twenty six percent. We're nowhere near either one of those. So what

does that mean? Well, I've talked with a lot of other manufacturers of terpenes

in the country, we all happen to talk to each other, it's a pretty interesting

situation. And what I've been told by them is that they would take my terpenes

to other laboratories, analyze them, and try to recreate my profiles. And they all

failed. I found that very interesting for a long time and it's something that's

stuck in my mind for a long time as well. So I decided to see what would happen

when we took our profiles to a lab and had them analyzed. I was shocked to find

out that it did not come back as to what I put in there. So when I looked at it

from the other manufacturers point of view, how would they try to recreate

something I do when they get a lab analysis, take it to their lab, recreate

it, and it doesn't taste anything like mine. Two problems. For one; their terpenes

probably taste different, their individual terpenes. And for two; there's

something wrong with the lab analysis. And sure enough that's what I found as

well. So what I found in these three different lab analysis that I took, were

the numbers were vastly different in some of the terpenes. Now some of the

terpenes were pretty close all across the board.

Some of the terpenes were drastically different from paper, to paper, to paper.

And in some analysis, there were terpenes there that I didn't even use. In some

analysis they were higher, and some analysis they were lower. What does that

mean? Well if you're trying to do any lab analysis it means a lot. I could go -I

-actually I'm gonna take a second and tell you some of the things that I've

experienced. When I first started this company, I would take our terpenes in for

lab analysis, and you know what they came back as? THC. They told me that some of

our products were testing out at 30% THC and I know for a fact that there was no

THC in it. We all use these laboratories and we try to trust them and understand

that what they're doing is the best that they can in a new industry, but the fact

is, we heavily rely on them. Especially when you're buying a product that may be

used for medical benefits. Unfortunately, I have found that across the board they

are not accurate, for one, and not the same as each other, for two.

So what does that mean? Well I'm just gonna give you a couple of warnings

because they can't change the laboratory system. First off, I've had products that

tested very differently in THC levels. I've had terpenes, that I purchased, that

tested positive for THC, that when I took them to another laboratory, tested

negative for THC. I know there's no THC in my products, but what does that say

about the products you're testing? I've also had them come back with some

very different results in terpene manufacturer. Now listen, if you want to

make your own terpenes, and you're taking a cannabis strain, and you're taking it

to a laboratory, you have to be aware, those levels may not be correct. And even

a two percent difference between one terpene, and a different terpene, and a different

terpene, you are not going to be accurately able to reproduce that strain.

Now I've manufactured enough terpenes to go with millions of products, and I've

tested thousands and thousands of combinations of terpenes, I can tell you

that a small variation in the terpene can throw the entire mix off. What I

recommend is that you watch my videos on secrets to blending terpenes, and

understand how we actually do it here. Because getting a laboratory test is

only part of it, because I know that those laboratory tests are incorrect. Now

if you don't believe me, take something of yours, go get it tested at three different

laboratories and see the difference. And while, you know a little bit of a

percentage here and there may not make a difference, when you are creating a

terpene profile, I guarantee that one to two percent of a very strong terpene is

the difference between your product tasting like crap and your product

tasting like an amazing cannabis strain. Thank you for watching. Do your own

research. And go to TheTerpeneInstitute.com and

check out all of our other educational videos. We are here to help you make

money, and help you help those who need help. Take it easy, I'll see you soon.

Pre-Intra-Post Workout : Bodyweight Beast Mode 56 Days | NO SUPPLEMENT MUSCLE BUILDING DIET - Duration: 7:43.

Hey ! What's up Warriors , it's Amit. Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist

and welcome to body weight beast mode

of before workout, during workout and after workout recipe video

Most people before workout as you know

don't eat anything due to which they under perform during workout

at the same time

they aren't able to build muscles

let me explain you with an example

the importance of before workout meal including if you don't eat anything

then what will happen to body ?

Imagine your body like a car or bike

which is having low fuel

While driving such car

if your car breaks down in the middle of road. Then you must already be knowing the reason

Even anyone can tell, that there was low fuel in car

that's why car has stopped in the middle of road

In a similar way, our body too

when we do not eat anything. Then what happens is

While doing workout you will feel exhausted

At the same time you won't be able to give your hundred percent

and

Moreover the main goal on which the program is based on

building muscle , that would not happen. You can note down one point

when you give your full effort in the gym

then in our muscles

there occurs micro-tears and we

heal or recover from this micro-tear with proper nutrition

Due to which our muscles grows

and we proceed towards our goal

Some people try to explain in layman terms

meaning

They say the same thing like

When you do workout , it damages or injures the muscles

this is completely wrong statement

I am going to explain you why it is a wrong statement

When you say muscle damage or muscle injure, you use these terms

we interpret these as a negative thing

meaning that something bad is happening with you

You can see , I have used the word "micro-tears" in muscles

This may sound fancy but this is the correct word

so

It's my humble request to you all

that you absorb correct information from correct place

so that you attain the correct knowledge

and you can use this knowledge later on to understand many things in fitness

Again, I am not trying to insult or put anyone down

You too know my principles well. So it's

your responsibility to absorb correct information

from correct person , so that you grow correctly

First of all , we will have one medium size yellow banana

thirty to forty minutes prior your workout

Prefer yellow banana which has black spots on it

You can see , the banana has black spots here

so please avoid

green bananas which are not ripe yet

avoid those

you have to have yellow banana. Because what's our main motive behind this program

we need energy before workout

so you have to watch

If before workout you eat something

due which you are continuously getting burps

or you are having trouble breathing during your workout

As you know, this program is based on functional training where there is so much core muscle engagement

So we don't require anything which will

cause problem in your core or abdominal muscles

or you may be doing some workout due to which you are having trouble breathing

from this you won't be able to do the workout comfortably

So you have to have yellow banana like this

and the other thing is

If you are severely under-weight , then

you have to consume 2 yellow banana

thirty to forty minutes before workout

So that the banana gets easily digested and you don't face any trouble during workout

Everyone has their own digestion rate

So you can use hit and trial. May be you need to consume

fifty minutes before workout. I personally take forty minutes before workout

so it entirely depends on your metabolism

when you eat. Along with this we will have

1 cup of black coffee

black coffee contains caffeine

Now what caffeine does is that

It works directly on central nervous system. Now you will ask what will happen by doing so

whenever anything works directly on our central nervous system

then what happens is

we are more focused during our workout

and even you will get exhausted at slower rate than normal

That being said now you will be able to workout more effectively and efficiently

By the help of proper nutrition

we are going to grow our muscles

Then again, during your workout

you have to drink 300-500 ml water

you have to sip during your rest intervals

as you already know

In this beast mode program, there is twenty seconds of rest between exercises and rounds

You have to utilize your rest period

and sip water

If you don't sip water, then

your body will become dehydrated.

There are so many disadvantages of dehydration

I am going to say few of them. Due to dehydration

You will feel exhausted,

your body's temperature can increase

there can be muscle cramps and even you may feel dizziness

during your workout

As you already know, in this beast mode workout routine

it hardly takes thirty to forty minutes to workout

so that's why

during this workout, we are just drinking water

otherwise we could have used a sports drink

Advanced athletes you can use but then again it's optional

Even water will work for you as well

Because it's short-term workout

When we workout , what happens is

minerals like sodium and potassium

drains out from our body in the form of sweat

which we need to refill or replenish

regarding post workout or immediately after workout

we will eat

one yellow banana with black dots

along with this we will take

300 ml of

low fat milk. You can use any brand of your choice, I am not promoting any brands in this video

so

If you are using cow's milk. Then

what you can do is boil the milk first

next allow it to cool

then take out the cream from the milk

by doing this eliminates most of the fat present in the milk

and that is what is required

milk is the source of protein

the purpose of protein is to build muscles

or to repair muscles

Milk also contains minerals like calcium

and phosphorus

which is required for our bone health

Because in this beast mode workout, we are

having many athletic drills

that's it

Please keep sharing my videos with your friends

Because to provide you the correct information

that's my responsibility. Please keep supporting

Let's meet again in our next recipe video of beast mode program

stay tuned with me , till then

peace out, this is Amit. signing off.
